Izuku has OFA here but after defeating OFA he just kinda settles down and becomes a househusband hence the name of the chap type shi.
As always, say it w me,
WORD IS BOOONNNDDDDD!
"Have a good day at work honey!"
"Thank you, I will!"
Izuku watched the door to their small apartment close, a small smile painting his features. Turning about face, the greenette walked toward the appliance closet, pulling out a red vacuum cleaner and plugging it in.
"She tracked a lot of dirt in here from her last job." He wasn't upset with her, not in the slightest. His wife saved countless lives every day, a little dirt on the carpet was a small price he was more than willing to pay.
Focusing on his cleaning, Izuku failed to notice their cat sauntering onto a small table containing a delicate vase until the sound of rattling wood reached his ears.
"Ginger?"
Turning to his left, he managed to catch sight of the feline pushing the vase over the edge of the table with her soft paws.
"Ginger!"
Pulling on the well of power within him, the greenette felt the familiar sensation of bioelectricity flow throughout his body and immediately sprung into action. Jumping to the table, Izuku managed to catch the vase before leaning forward, somersaulting mid-air, and planting his feet on the wall. Using it as a launchpad, the greenette rocketed off said wall toward the now-falling, vacuum cleaner, righting himself mid-air and catching the handle of the appliance before it fell.
"That was close." Turning toward his cat, the young man nearly facefaulted as he watched the cat fall onto its back and begin laughing.
Carefully setting the vase down on a different table, he scooped the cat up before poking it in its stomach in a reprimanding motion.
"You always seem to act up whenever your mom is out doing hero work. Do you not like me?" His brow raised as the cat just stared at him in disbelief.
Before purring and rubbing her face against his.
Izuku immediately felt his face flush as he cooed at the, aptly named, ginger cat.
"So you're mean to me because you like me? You're an oddball, Ginger"
Setting the cat down, Izuku scanned the newly vacuumed house, smiling before moving to grab the dirty clothes for laundry.
Until he saw it.
"She forgot it?" Walking to the countertop, Izuku grabbed a pale pink bento box that he'd packed for his wife, just as he did every day.
Opening the box to ensure that it wasn't one he'd forgotten to clean, Izuku's heart dropped once he saw that it was, in fact, the fresh one he'd packed for her today, filled to the brim with Mochi.
Rushing toward the feeding bowl they'd bought for Ginger, Izuku filled it up with a decent amount of food before grabbing his keys, jacket, wallet, and most importantly, his wife's lunch.
Slipping on his favorite red sneakers, Izuku turned towards a happily munching Ginger before giving her her first order of the day.
"Hold down the fort until I get back!"
"She isn't picking up; she's probably in the middle of something meaning I'll have to ask around."
He didn't have to ask around.
As soon as he rounded the corner to ask if anyone had seen the #6 Pro Hero, an explosion threw him backward as a sinister-looking man in a dog-themed onesie emerged from the rubble, apparently unharmed.
"STOP RIGHT THERE!" Izuku swore up and down every day that he'd never get tired of her voice, especially when she'd add weight behind it to create a commanding tone he'd get addicted to if he heard it enough.
"You'll never get me Uravity!" The onesie man sneered her hero name out before making a mad dash not at him,
But at his wife's lunch.
"Don't you dare!" The greenette growled, flaring his quirk to life.
Sprinting to the bento faster than the villain could think, Izuku scooped the pale pink box up before turning about face and throwing a rear leg front kick to the man's jaw, sending him to the floor,
"Deku?" The stern tone in her voice was gone as she recognized her husband, a genuine smile washing over her face.
The greenette looked toward his wife, his own wide smile plastered on his face, and handed her the pale pink box she'd forgotten at home.
"You forgot your lunch so I thought I'd come give it to you before you missed your lunch break." He explained. His wife looked him up and down for a few moments before covering her mouth,
And laughing at him.
"S-So you mean to tell me you ran 25 or so kilometers to give me my lunch?"
Well, when she put it that way it was kind of a half-cooked idea but still.
"W-Well yeah! I didn't want you to be hungry after saving so many people so I came to give you your lunch." He watched as his wife's laughter continued for a little bit before dying down, being replaced by a small smile.
Walking up to her husband, who was still clutching the pale pink Bento, she gingerly cupped his cheeks before placing a soft peck on his lips.
"Thank you, my hero."
Izuku decided to stay with his wife until her lunch break, watching in delight as she eagerly munched on the Bento he diligently prepared and delivered to her.
"There's something I've been wondering about." The brunette spoke with her mouth full, eliciting a laugh from her husband.
Plucking a grain of rice from her lips, Izuku popped it into his mouth before responding.
"And what would that be?"
"Did you leave Ginger alone in the house?"
"..."
Izuku would be cleaning the house for another 3 days.
