Case 26: True Partners and Xtreme's Awakening
After seeing that Mitsuki and Philip can't transform into W anymore, the Weather Dopant mockingly laughs at them.
"For making me a laughingstock…I will make your deaths particularly showy!" The Weather Dopant said as he fired a lightning bolt at them but coming to their rescue was Accel connected to his A-Gunner as he deflected his attack.
"Terui?" Mitsuki said.
"And he's not the only one!" Said Thunder in Centaur Form jumps close to the Weather Dopant and attacks him with her horse legs.
"Kanade!" Philip said.
The Weather Dopant was forced to step back, Accel charges at him and lands a good hit on him as he drives past the Dopant while Thunder attacks him with her spear.
The Weather Dopant was able to deflect her attacks, just as Accel and Thunder were about to charge at him to attack him again, the Weather Dopant fired bolts of lightning at both Riders which knocked them both out of their respective vehicles/machines as they change back into their Base Forms and falls to the ground.
"The entrance of the thunder maiden and the revenge boy, eh?" The Weather Dopant said as Accel stood up and brought out his Engine Blade while glaring at the killer of his family.
"Isaka!" Accel said as he charged at the Weather Dopant.
"Wait, Ryu!" Thunder calls out but is left ignored as Accel battles the Weather Dopant. "Oh screw it."
Thunder soon joins in and attacks the Weather Dopant as he parries and avoids both Riders' attacks.
The Weather Dopant soon brought their battle in the woods before he pushed both Accel and Thunder back before the Dopant spoke to Accel.
"Do not forget…you cannot defeat me by yourself!" The Weather Dopant says as he avoids and blocks Accel's attack before landing a hit on chest.
The Weather Dopant then avoids some attacks from Thunder, before he counters by landing a punch on her head.
After another attack from the Weather Dopant, Accel falls to the ground before he quickly stands back up and attacks him but the Weather Dopant avoids his attack once again.
Mitsuki, Philip and Chris had arrived as they watched Accel and Thunder battling against the Weather Dopant but were still having trouble fighting against him.
Mitsuki then looks at his Joker Memory as he can't just stand by and watch.
"Philip…Let's go with W again!" Mitsuki told his partner but Philip shook his head.
"You can't anymore…" Philip sadly told him which shocked Mitsuki and Chris looked at him with sympathy.
"Philip…" Chris said.
Philip looks at his Cyclone Memory before he turns to Accel and throws his Memory at him.
"Terui Ryu!" Philip calls out.
Accel turns to Philip and catches the Cyclone Memory, he quickly inserts the Memory into his Blade's Maximum Drive slot.
[CYCLONE: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
With green energy around his Blade, Accel lands a cyclone enhanced slash at the Weather Dopant dealing him major damage as he stumbles back.
"No way!" Thunder said in shock as she looked at Accel's Blade.
Accel looks at his weapon as well as he was amazed by what just happened.
"What power!" Accel said.
Accel roars and charges at the Weather Dopant to attack him with more slashes enhanced by the Cyclone Memory while Mitsuki and Philip just watch from the sidelines which felt strange for both of them.
"Let's shake it off!" Accel said before his visor lit up.
Accel then sends a cyclone energy slash at the Weather Dopant sending him to the ground and the wooden bear is sent flying away and falls into a nearby narrow water path.
"How could this have happened?!" The Weather Dopant before he retreated.
After that, Accel lowered his Blade before he and Thunder changed back into their civilian forms while Ryu approached Philip to return the Cyclone Memory.
"You saved me, Philip. This Memory is amazing." Ryu said before Philip took his Cyclone Memory back, he then turned around and left with Philip looking at him in wonder.
'So Terui Ryu can endure it?' Philip thought before he remembered Shroud's words.
"You need a true partner…That is not Hidari Mitsuki."
That's when Philip realized what she meant as he looked at Ryu.
'It can't be…my true partner is…'
Philip then turns around to think about this while Mitsuki leans on a nearby tree and falls on his rear. Worried, Kanade knelt down to Mitsuki and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Mitsuki, what's wrong? And what happened?" Kanade asked.
"I can't…become W anymore…" Mitsuki answered.
"What?" Kanade said in shock while Chris gritted her teeth and lowered her head.
(Bloody Stream by Coda)
(Instrumental)
(Mitsuki and Philip are seen walking together, Mitsuki putting on his hat and Philip closing his book, and they point at the screen before the title appears in front of them.)

(Mitsuki is in his office going through his case files, before Kanade handed him a cup of coffee that he happily accepted.)

(Philip was having his usual interesting research moment as he was writing on his whiteboards, before he accidentally wrote on Chris's face as she was walking towards him, Philip flinched before Chris slaps on his face. Then images of their friends and allies appeared one at a time.)

(Ryu is seen looking at his Accel Memory before he walks forward.)

(W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris are seen surrounded by Noise before they turn to each other and nodded before they charge at the Noise battling against them.)

(The mysterious Shroud is seen walking in a dark alley before she turns to the screen showing her white bandage covered face with black sunglasses.)

(The Nephilim is in its cage with Ver looking at it with an evil grin before the Nephilim roars. Then images of the Kamen Riders and Symphogear users' enemies appear one at a time, before finally showing Ryubee looking above the Gaia Well.)

(Shirabe wearing her black Symphogear armor fires from her head compartments, then to Kirika swinging her scythe around and finally to Maria wielding her lance as she uses her HORIZON†SPEAR attack.)

(The three black Symphogear users are standing atop a stone pillar looking down upon W, Accel, Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris as they get ready for battle. Then an image of a younger Maria reaching out to her sister Serena appears, and then shows the present day Maria looking at Airgetlám in sadness before a teardrop falls from her eye and onto the pendent.)

(W in his Cyclone-Joker Form is seen doing some kicks and punches as he was spinning around, and changes into his Heat-Metal swinging his Metal Shaft around, and soon changes to his Luna-Trigger firing with his Trigger Magnum, and changes to his Fang-Joker attacking with his Arm Saber, and the final spin shows W in a new and unknown form.)

(Now both Kamen Riders and Symphogear users alike are seen standing side by side as the Nephilim in its final form looking down at them, as the floating city the Frontier raises to the moon.)
After the Riders and Chris had returned to the cabin, Bitou had survived from the Weather Dopant's attack and most of the frost on his body had thawed out.
But better to be safe than sorry, they decided to take Bitou to a hospital so that the doctors can take a look at him.
As Ryu and Kanade helped the weakened Bitou down the stairs with Hibiki and Tsubasa following behind them, Mitsuki was seated on the as he still had trouble accepting the fact he can't transform into W anymore.
Philip had kept his distance from Mitsuki with Chris beside him as he was still thinking of accepting Ryu as his new partner.
As Ryu and Kanade help Bitou walk down the stairs, Hibiki calls out to Mitsuki.
"Come on. Let's go, Mitsuki." Hibiki said but Mitsuki wasn't able to respond. "Mitsuki, what's wrong? At least talk to me."
"Ignore him. The wounded take priority." Ryu told her.
"But…" Hibiki said.
"Then you look after him, Tachibana. We'll take care of Bitou-san." Tsubasa said.
"Listen Tsu-chan, that's the most logical move right now. We'll descend the mountain first, for now." Philip said before he leaves first but not before Chris calls out to him.
"Wait, Philip!" Philip stops and turns to her. "So that's it! You're just going to roll over and let Shroud have what she wants!"
"Shroud?" Ryu said.
"What does she have to do with this?" Kanade asked.
The others then turned to Philip, but he sighed and told them this.
"I'll let Chris-chan explain, once we're back to the agency." Philip then leads the way with the others following him, Bitou then takes a moment to look at Mitsuki before he leaves as well while leaving Mitsuki and Hibiki behind.
"Philip-kun…" Hibiki mutters before she hears thunder above them.
She looked up and saw dark clouds were forming in the sky which only meant one thing.
"Great…as if things weren't gloomy enough." Hibiki said.
(Later)
Night had soon arrived in Fuuto, not that it matters as dark rain clouds covered the sky and it pours heavily.
Saeko was in a club with Maruo, Isaka soon contacted and told her what had happened.
"I see. That's a pity." Saeko said before an impatient Maruo called out to her.
"Hey! Where's the bear?! I thought he was going to find it for me!"
Saeko puts away her phone and sits down on a chair.
"Seems it fell into the bottom of the valley." She told him, and Maruo stood up.
"What a useless guy! I'll kill him!" Maruo exclaimed as he stood up and readied his Beast Memory.
[BEAST]
Saeko stops him by giving Maruo a warning glare.
"Don't be cocky, Arima." Saeko said before she took a sip of her cocktail.
Maruo lowered his Gaia Memory and spoke to the Museum commander.
"So you're a tough woman too? Looks like the deal's off!"
"That's my line. Get lost." Saeko told him.
Maruo scoffed at her before he left the building.
(With Mitsuki and Hibiki)
Mitsuki and Hibiki decided to use the cabin for shelter against the rain as they were inside. Mitsuki was standing in front of the sliding door to look at the dark rain clouds while Hibiki was seated on a chair as she looked at him in concern.
"Mitsuki…do you want to talk about it?" Hibiki asked but Mitsuki didn't respond as he sat down on a nearby chair.
Mitsuki then remembers Bitou's warning.
"You'll suffer if you wear your heart on your sleeve. You won't be a detective for long like that."
"And this time it's Philip…" Mitsuki mutters to himself.
(With Philip)
After returning to the agency, Philip is in the main room before he notices a dart on Mitsuki's chair, Philip had no doubt Shroud put that there. Philip then thought back on Ryu was able to better handle the power of his Cyclone Memory.
"Terui Ryu is…" Philip said.
Chris along with Kanade and Tsubasa were in the hangar while Ryu remained in the hospital to keep an eye on Bitou to protect in case that Maruo would come after him.
Chris then told them what Philip had told her along with their meeting with Shroud in this very room.
"I see. That explains a lot now." Tsubasa said.
"So Shroud saved Philip after Isaka attack, but she also told him that he's nearing some kind of awakening." Kanade said and Chris nodded.
"Yeah. According to what Philip had told me, his exposure to the Xtreme Memory must have sped up the process. Once he reaches the final stage, he'll be able to use W's true power, whatever that is." Chris said.
"W's true power." Kanade said.
"But in order to achieve that, he needs to abandon Mitsuki and find a true partner. Correct?" Tsubasa asked and Chris nodded.
"That's really a cold thing to say. But then again I should've expected that from her." Kanade said before she brings out and looks at her Thunder Driver.
"But still, will Philip really do such a thing? Abandoning Mitsuki and even replacing him?" Tsubasa said as she and the others wondered if Philip would even consider doing such a thing, especially after everything that happened.
(Back with Mitsuki)
After Hibiki had dozed off and fallen asleep, Mitsuki placed her on the bed so she could rest. He then sat down and looked at his Joker Memory.
Mitsuki wonders if this is how Hibiki feels being forced to stand on the sidelines while their friends fight and risk their lives.
Mitsuki then looks at the Bat Shot and Memory that was on the table before he realized what he can do now.
"Oh…I should search for the bear…" Mitsuki said before he picked up the Memory Gadget and its Memory. "If I can't be W…then I have to be a detective."
Mitsuki inserted the Memory into the Bat Shot.
[BAT]
Mitsuki then picks up his hat as he stands up and leaves the cabin to look for the carved bear.
The sun begins to rise, and the rain slowly begins to light up. Mitsuki along with the Memory Gadgets searches in the area where the carved bear had fallen. As Mitsuki walks on top of the rocks in the river, he ends up slipping and falling on his rear.
Mitsuki sighed as he adjusted his hat before the Bat Shot moved close to him and spoke to him.
"You found it?!" Mitsuki said before he quickly stood up and followed the Bat Shot.
The Bat Shot soon joins with the other Gadgets as they had found the carved wooden bear, Mitsuki joins them before he picks up the bear and the Memory Gadgets fly/move up to him.
"Thanks." Mitsuki said.
Mitsuki then removed the hidden lid on the bear's tail side, revealing a small space that was big enough for a certain item that he was familiar with as it was hidden inside for the past 10 years. Thanks to that, Mitsuki is able to figure out the unsolved case that Narumi had left for Bitou and possibly to Mitsuki himself.
Philip along with Ryu, Chris, Kanade and Tsubasa were in Bitou's hospital room as he was resting on the bed with bandages around his head and body.
Kanade had placed the apples they had brought to him in a bowl before she spoke to him.
"Bitou-san…I'm sorry. We lost the memento that Narumi-san left you." Kanade said.
"It's not your fault, ojou-chan. That boy…He said it was his job to finish the Master's leftover work. But I guess he isn't as good as Master was." Bitou said.
Philip and the others had left the hospital while using their umbrellas to give them protection against the rain, as they walked forward, they soon spotted the drench Mitsuki approaching them.
"Mitsuki." Kanade said.
"Yo." Mitsuki greeted his friends.
"Are you okay?" Tsubasa asked before she and Kanade approached him with Kanade sharing her umbrella with him.
"You're soaked. Where's Hibiki?" Kanade asked.
"She's fine. I left her in the agency, she's sleeping right now." Mitsuki told them.
That's when Kanade and Tsubasa saw that he held the bear in his hand along with the photo of Bitou with Maruo and Suzuko.
"You found the bear!" Kanade said.
"Were you able to find something from it?" Tsubasa asked as the others approached them.
Mitsuki looks at the bear before he answers.
"No. Looks like it's just a carved-wood bear." Mitsuki said before he looked at the photo. "Oh, right. Can you give this photo and the bear to Bitou-san? It's still a memento of the boss."
Mitsuki gave the photo to Chris and handed the carved bear to Philip, after he accepted the bear, Philip looked at his partner before he turned around and left.
"Later."
"Hey, wait! Where are you going?!" Tsubasa calls out.
"Somewhere."
"And what about your umbrella?" Kanade asked.
"Don't need one~!"
Ryu decides to take a page from Mitsuki to leave and hunt down Maruo, but Philip stops him by calling out to him.
"Terui Ryu." Ryu turns to Philip as he asks him a question. "How do you feel about becoming W with me?"
The others then turn to Philip in shock.
"Right now, Mitsuki is too weak. Plus, you endured Cyclone's power. What do you think?" Philip asked and the answer was quite obvious to Ryu.
"Philip…Don't ask pointless questions." Ryu turns around and leaves. "I will hunt him by myself."
"Hey, Philip! That was going too far!" Kanade said.
"That's right! Can't you at least understand what Mitsuki is going through right now?!" Tsubasa asked.
"Kanade…Tsu-chan…It is a fact that he does not have the power to endure being W. All of you have seen how weak Mitsuki is." Philip said.
"Oh really? So you're just going to give up on Mitsuki like that? Just like how you give up on me?" Chris questions him, getting Philip's attention. "In case you've forgotten, you always butted in and kept trying to reach out to me even though I never asked for it. You'll do that for me, and not for him."
"Chris-chan…that's different." Philip stated.
"No, it isn't. You keep calling him weak, but that's because Mitsuki has a gentle heart, right?! But…that's his good point and yours!" Chris told him.
"Yeah, the brat's right. Besides, Mitsuki isn't just some weapon for fighting. It's because Mitsukis is half-boiled that he's able to do things!" Kanade told him and that's when Philip realized what Mitsuki was up to.
"That's right! When Mitsuki has that expression…when he made a decision to recklessly do something naive…" Philip said before he dropped his umbrella to check the bear and found its hidden lid and removed it.
"So Narumi-san really hid something inside." Kanade said.
Philip and the girls looked inside and saw it was big enough for one thing, but Philip then noticed there was also a note inside as well before he pulled it out and saw the message written on it.
After leaving his friends behind, Mitsuki had arrived at Suzuko's home to question her.
"Please tell me about the Gaia Memory." Mitsuki requested.
"I already talked to the police. I don't know where my husband…" Suzuko said as she approached Mitsuki before he interrupted her.
"I'm not talking about Arima! I'm talking about you." Mitsuki stated.
Then to Suzuko's shock, Mitsuki soon brought out a white Gaia Memory with the letter 'Z' before he pressed the button on it.
[ZONE]
With that, a Living Connector appeared behind Suzuko's neck showing she was indeed its user.
Mitsuki wasn't too surprised by this as it was easy to put the pieces together after finding the Zone Memory inside the wooden bear that once belonged to Narumi, but it was originally Suzuko's. He was also able to figure out how the three million yen went missing ten years ago after the armored car robbery.
"The incident from ten years ago…you were an accomplice. The carved-wood bear that the boss left behind. That was where you hid your Memory. You used this…and Arima used Beast to attack the armored car." Mitsuki said before he moved behind Suzuko. "Then you took advantage of Bitou-san's feelings so that he'd take the heat for the crime. You used him."
"That's quite the theory you have." Suzuko said before he moved and knelt down to her shogi board. "So? What are you saying I should do?"
"Even now, Bitou-san…wants to protect you. Please apologize to him." Mitsuki requested but Suzuko only thought of it as a joke.
"Huh?! Why should I?!" Suzuko said before she began playing with the shogi pieces.
Mitsuki then moves to her side.
"The years he lost…can't be recovered. At the very least…show some penitence. Give him that much." Mitsuki said before he removed his hat.
Suzuko couldn't help but smile and laugh to mock Mitsuki's nativity.
"They call this 'A duck bringing a spring onion to you.'" Suzuko said.
Suzuko throws the shogi pieces at Mitsuki which forced him to swing his arm and unintentionally throw the Zone Memory at her as Suzuko catches it and took a moment to look at it as she was overjoyed by this after being separated from it for ten long years.
"After ten years, I've recovered it!" Suzuko said before she inserts the Zone Memory into her Connector to transform.
[ZONE]
"Damn it!" Mitsuki said as he was going to stop her, but it was too late as a pyramid of light appeared around as she transformed into her Dopant form.
Unlike most Dopants, Suzuko's form is in a pyramid shape colored white with golden markings and a tip on the top and has four pointed legs. This is the Zone Dopant.
The Zone Dopant laughs maniacally as she begins to levitate above the floor while Mitsuki steps back.
"This is…" Mitsuki mutters.
Then an eye popped out from the top of her body as the Zone Dopant stared at Mitsuki.
"Let's begin!" She said before that she uses her powers to create a shogi-like board made out of purple light beneath Mitsuki's feet.
As Mitsuki looked at the board, the number 5 and a kanji symbol appeared on the square he was standing on.
"Seven seven!"
Just as Mitsuki suddenly disappears, the Zone Dopant crashes through the window and flies outside as the board extends to the outside and Mitsuki on the area she called out.
"Surprised?!"
As Mitsuki quickly studies his surroundings, he cries out in shock as she is standing above a river.
"This is Zone's power."
"Nani?!" Mitsuki said.
"It allows me to instantly teleport others. Now that I have this power again, I can collect all the money from the dam." The Zone Dopant said.
Mitsuki soon brings out the Double Driver but remembers he can't transform into W anymore.
"No…I can't become W…" Mitsuki said.
"You can regret your actions in the afterlife." The Zone Dopant laughs before she leaves and the board disappears, Mitsuki screams as he falls right into the river.
(Meanwhile)
In the Sonozaki mansion, Ryubee had called upon her daughter Wakana as she soon arrived in the mansion's underground cave and Ryubee was standing on top of the Gaia Well.
"What did you want from me, Otou-sama? Why are we here?" Wakana asked as she approached her father.
"Something I wanted to show you is about to appear." Ryubee told his daughter.
"Show me?" Wakana said in confusion.
Ryubee chuckles before he walks down to the ground.
"Let me rephrase. I want to see it with you, Wakana." Ryubee stood in front of her and placed a hand on Wakana's shoulder. "It is a moment that is worth celebrating. You should witness the future of the Museum."
"What is it? This is becoming curiouser and curiouser." Wakana said. The Gaia Well emits a powerful-bright light.
As Ryubee and Wakana stare at that light, the leader of Museum smiles knowing that it was a sign.
"The Earth is calling for Raito."
Maruo is standing on the very dam where he attacked the armored car and stole three million yen. He was waiting for someone before they called out for him.
"The culprit always returns to the scene of the crime."
Maruo looked and saw it was Ryu armed with his Engine Blade and wearing his Driver had arrived as he approached him.
"What a wise saying. It was worth having this location watch." Ryu said as his Beetle Phone flew towards him and landed onto his hand. "Now, hand over the Memory."
"So you're the Kamen Rider policeman?" Maruo chuckles. "I can't do that. My wife would scold me."
That's when Ryu turned and looked up and saw that Suzuko was standing on a higher platform with a smile on her face.
"Let's go, Maru." Suzuko said as she brought out her Zone Memory.
[ZONE]
"Alright!" Maruo said as he brought out his Beast Memory.
[BEAST]
Both Suzuko and Maruo used their Gaia Memories to transform into their Dopant forms and Ryu was surprised to see Suzuko transforming.
"You're also a Dopant?!" Ryu said before he brought out his Accel Memory.
[ACCEL]
"Hen…shin!" Ryu then inserted the Memory into his Driver and twisted its handlebar.
As he transforms, Accel charges at the Beast Dopant and attacks him with his Blade. The Beast Dopant blocks his attack and lands a strong hit on Accel.
Accel attacks the Dopant once again, but the Beast Dopant blocks it and knocks Accel to the railing beside them.
Accel swung his Blade at the Beast Dopant once again but he caught and repeated punches on Accel's stomach before he grabbed onto his neck and sent him falling to the river.
Just as Accel slowly stood up, the Beast Dopant jumps down and charges at him but then hundreds of energy swords rain down on the Dopant forcing him to stop and then appearing as a thunderbolt, he was slash on the chest by another Rider and the Beast Dopant stumbles back.
Accel saw it was Thunder and Tsubasa as the latter was wearing her armor and was armed with her sword.
"Amo? Kazanari?" Accel said.
"Hey there, looks like you need a hand." Thunder said before they saw the Beast Dopant glaring at them as his wounds healed rapidly. "Damn…that super healing of his is going to be a real pain."
"Yeah. But I'm mostly concerned about that one." Tsubasa said before she and Thunder looked up at the Zone Dopant as she levitated above/beside the Beast Dopant. "That's you right, Suzuko-san?"
"Indeed, it is." The Zone Dopant answered.
"So Philip was right, you really were a Gaia Memory user." Thunder said.
"How could you betray Bitou-san like that? Didn't you know how he felt about you?" Tsubasa asked.
"I did. And it made it easy for me to manipulate him, but I'm grateful for him regardless. But between me and you…it took everything I had to hold back my laughter on how stupid he was, especially after ten years!" The Zone Dopant laughs.
"You bitch…!" Thunder said.
"Let's start!" The Zone Dopant said, and the Beast Dopant nodded.
"Alright!" The Beast Dopant charges at them.
"Five, four!"
The Beast Dopant suddenly disappeared, as the Riders and Tsubasa wondered what happened they soon saw the shogi board appearing around them.
The Zone Dopant uses her powers to teleport the Beast Dopant behind the Riders and Tsubasa to attack them which force them to move onto different areas.
"The hell?" Thunder said as she was standing on 4-4.
"Four, three!"
The Beast Dopant then appeared behind Thunder and landed a hit on her back, Thunder turned around to attack but the Beast Dopant disappeared and Tsubasa as she quickly deflected Thunder's attack.
"Tsubasa?" Thunder said.
"Kanade, what are you doing?" Tsubasa said.
Before Thunder has a chance to explain, the Zone Dopant uses her powers once again.
"Four, four to eight one!"
Thunder suddenly disappeared and appeared on the Zone Dopant designated spot.
Tsubasa was surprised by this.
"Five, three!"
The Beast Dopant appeared beside Tsubasa and landed a punch on face which made her stumble a bit, she then swung her sword at the Beast Dopant but he disappeared and Accel took his chest as he received the hit instead.
The Zone Dopant continues to use her power to change the positions of the Beast Dopant, the Riders and Tsubasa as the Beast Dopant attacks them from different locations while they often missed him and ends up attacking one another instead.
The Beast Dopant then sends all three of them to the ground one at a time before the Zone Dopant dismisses the board.
"What is this speed?!" Accel said as he and the others stood back up.
The Zone Dopant laughs.
"It's not speed! It's teleportation!" The Zone Dopant said.
"Teleportation?" Thunder said and Tsubasa then remembers Suzuko owning a shogi board.
"I see. She's using her powers to move us like shogi pieces." Tsubasa said.
"That's right! With my strength and healing powers, and Suzuko's teleportation, our combi is unbeatable." The Beast stated before he laughed.
The Zone Dopant then fired energy shots at the Riders and Tsubasa landing some good hits on them.
(Meanwhile)
Philip is riding on the HardBoilder with Chris behind him as they head to Suzuko and Maruo's home to look for Mitsuki.
After they had arrived, both Philip and Chris soon found Mitsuki in the river and managed to pull him back on solid ground.
Mitsuki soon sat down as he coughed and took a moment to catch his breath.
"Are you okay?" Chris asked.
"Not really…But I'll live." Mitsuki said.
"You showed kindness to the true culprit, and she tried to kill you." Philip concluded and Mitsuki sighed before he turned away from his partner.
"As usual, you see right through me." Mitsuki then lowered his head. "I really do wear my heart on my sleeve."
Philip then sat down beside him.
"That's fine, Mitsuki." Philip told him.
"Eh?" Mitsuki turns to Philip.
Seeing that this is for Mitsuki and Philip to settle with, Chris stands up and walks to the motorcycle.
"There is no human who is perfect. Living by supporting each other is…" Philip started and Mitsuki finished.
"...the game called life. Those are the boss's words."
"You really need to be more observant. You missed this that was inside the bear." Philip said as he brought out the note he found to give it to Mitsuki.
After Mitsuki grabs onto the note, he soon sees it was written in Narumi's handwriting and it was addressed to Bitou/Sam, saying…
"Nobody's Perfect. So Nobody's perfect…" Mitsuki said before Philip stood up.
"It's a message from Narumi Sokichi…to Bitou Isamu. It would be heartbreaking if the crime was exposed. That was Narumi Sokichi's strictness as well as his kindness. You are doing the same thing he did." Philip told him but Mitsuki lowered his head.
"But I…am powerless." Mitsuki said.
"I told you, nobody's perfect." Philip said before he walked up the stairs. "I had forgotten the most important thing. W, which carries Narumi Sokichi's will, is not a war machine. W is worthless if he is only strong."
Philip then turns and walks to his partner.
"Your gentleness is needed…Mitsuki!" Philip said before he reached out his hand to him.
Chris smiles to see that.
Mitsuki then grabs onto Philip's hand before he helps him stand up.
"If that turns out to be weakness…then I accept it." Philip said.
Mitsuki sniffles to hear that as his spirit is renewed.
"Thank you…Philip." Mitsuki said before Philip lends him his shoulders to help Mitsuki walk to the HardBoilder.
"Let's go…Aibou." Philip said.
(Cue: Nobody's Perfect by Koji Kikkawa)
When they stop close to their motorcycle, Chris hands Mitsuki his helmet as accepted it and nods to her.
With Philip driving the motorcycle, both him and Mitsuki were heading to the dam where their friends are fighting against the Zone and Beast Dopants.
They drive out of a tunnel and run on a bridge before they ride on a road that is close to a slope.
The Beast Dopant lands some strong hits on Accel's chest before his last attack sends the Red Rider to the ground.
The Beast Dopant lands a kick on Thunder's chest sending her to the ground before he stomps his foot right onto her chest.
The Beast Dopant then throws Tsubasa to the ground.
Mitsuki and Philip then ride on the road.
Accel, Thunder, and Tsubasa revert to their civilian forms as they fall onto the river.
As the Beast Dopant slowly approaches them to finish them off but stops as they all saw that Mitsuki and Philip had arrived as they stop.
Ryu, Kanade and Tsubasa were surprised to see them before Mitsuki and Philip got off the HardBoilder.
Mitsuki soon brings out and puts on his Double Driver and Philip's Driver appears, then both detectives/Riders walk onto the dam as Mitsuki puts on his hat.
The Zone Dopant appeared above the dam before she uses her powers to teleport the Beast Dopant on it as well as he faced Mitsuki and Philip to fight them.
That's when Mitsuki and Philip soon pulled the Cyclone and Joker Memories.
[CYCLONE]
[JOKER]
"Henshin!" Mitsuki and Philip said.
Philip inserts his Cyclone Memory into his Driver, and it soon transports to Mitsuki's before he pushed it down and inserted his Joker Memory beside it. Philip's body falls to the ground while Mitsuki transforms into W.
[CYCLONE-JOKER]
After his transformation, W continues to approach the Beast Dopant before he flicks his wrist and green sparks appear from his silver band.
W then stopped and both sides said the usual thing.
"Saa, omae no tsumi o kazoero!" W pointed at the Zone and Beast Dopants.
(End of song)
"Don't make me laugh!" The Beast Dopant said before he charges at W to attack.
W dodges the first attack, but the Beast Dopant manages to land two hits on him as both sides are still out of sync.
W then lands a punch on the Beast Dopant's chest, but the Dopant usually withstood his weak punch before he pushed it back, W then kicks at the Beast Dopant, but he blocks it once again. In their battle, green sparks continue to appear on W's body.
Shroud soon arrived at the area as she watched W's battle but was disappointed that Philip didn't heed her warning and advice.
"What are you doing, Raito?! He can't do anything!" Shroud stated.
With an attack on his face, the Beast Dopant sends W rolling on the ground.
"As I thought, it is hard to suppress the power." W-Philip said as he stood back up.
(Cue: Shotaro theme)
"Don't hold back, Philip. Go with all your might!" W-Mitsuki told his partner as he charges at the Beast Dopant.
"Mitsuki!"
"I'll follow you!" W-Mitsuki promised him.
W lands a kick on the Beast Dopant and lands a few more kicks at him.
"These sparks ain't nothing! I can endure it!" W-Mitsuki said as he lands a punch but ends up stumbling on the railing before he quickly recovers and lands some kicks on the Beast Dopant and this time the Beast Dopant was forced to stumble back.
"Knowing that you consider me your partner…will allow me to never crumble ever again!" W-Mitsuki said before he landed more powerful kicks and punches on the Beast Dopant as he began to push him back and eventually sent him falling on the ground.
That's when Chris, wearing her armor, had arrived with Hibiki as she carried her in her arms, they saw what was happening before Hibiki stood on her feet and Chris knelt down and picked up Philip's body.
"Nani?!" The Zone Dopant said in shock that W is pushing her partner back.
"They're in sync again!" Kanade said with a smile and Tsubasa nodded.
"Not only that, they're becoming stronger!" Tsubasa said.
"Mitsuki…Philip-kun!" Hibiki said.
After the Beast Dopant stood back up, W landed another kick on his chest sending him to the ground again.

As the Beast Dopant sat up, a bright light appeared within his silver band as his power began to grow and W soon roared as the light grew brighter and brighter.
That's when the Xtreme Memory had appeared as it circled above W while crying out.
Everyone, Shroud included, were shocked to see that light
"What the…?" Chris said.
"It can't be…That light is…!" Shroud said.
Just like with the Nightmare Dopant incident, the Xtreme Dopant then absorbs Philip's body into its own.
W's Driver then closes and two energy streams, colored green and purple, appear from the Cyclone and Joker Memoires.
The Xtreme Memory connects with the energy streams and moves straight down to the Double Driver, the Xtreme Memory then splits with the Driver to reveal the red 'X' emblem.
[XTREME]
The 'X' emblem then spun rapidly which created a bright light.
Within W, both Mitsuki and Philip were standing in a wide space with green data streams floating around them.
"What is this overflowing power? I feel like I'm becoming one with the Earth!" Philip said.
Mitsuki is able to feel it too but that wasn't the only thing he felt.
"That's not all! That includes us! Both our bodies and souls…" Mitsuki said before he and Philip joined as one.
"Are becoming one!" Both Mitsuki and Philip said as W grabbed onto the silver band and unleashed pulses of power before rainbow colored data rings appeared around him.
As if responding to W's surge of power, the Gaia Well begins to unleash a massive eruption of power.
Wakana shields her eyes from the bright light.
"What is this light?! It's so beautiful!" Wakana said with a smile before she turned to her father. "Is this what you wanted to show me, Otou-sama?"
Ryubee soon laughs in joy to see this.
"That's right! I have been waiting for this moment…Xtreme!" Ryubee said as the Gaia Well continues to erupt the unlimited power within it.
Even in great distances, certain people in different parts of the world had also sensed W's awakening.
Somewhere deep within Europe, a young girl with blonde hair and wearing a pointy hat, is seen seated in a dark throne room with four human-like dolls in front of her. She senses a strong power emerging.
"Hm?!" She narrows her eyes.
Whatever this power was, it was clear that it was a miracle to her and miracles are the one thing she despises the most.
In South America, a young woman with platinum blonde hair is seen in a hotel room enjoying some wine before she senses that strong power.
"This power..."
In the Middle East, a tall muscular man with long black is reading a book while enjoying a hot bath before he stops reading and looks in the direction of W's awakening despite the great distance between both areas.
"Seems like things have gotten interesting." He chuckles before he resumes reading his book.
Buried deep within the frigid and cold ice of Antarctica, lies a blackened silhouette of an unknown object as a dark aura surrounds it.
Despite being in hibernation for over thousands of years, the creature could feel its heart beating due to W's awakening.
It was wearing a gold bracelet as it began to glow, and a pair of ghostly eyes slowly opened halfway.
"Xtreme..."
W roared as he began to pull out the silver band expanding it into a wide iridescent band and W's armor began to change form before he spread out his arms showing his new form to everyone around him.
Including the iridescent band, his whole armor also changed with 'X' shaped bands around his wrists and ankles and his shoulders. His helmet also had horns that spread out from the top and bottom, forming an 'X'.
This is Kamen Rider W's strongest form, Cyclone-Joker Xtreme Form.
"He split open!" Hibiki said.
Ryu was quite shocked to see W's new form including the others.
"So that's Philip's…" Chris said.
"That's Mitsuki's…" Tsubasa said.
"W's true power." Kanade said.
"Those two have obtained the Earth. Right now, W is directly connected to the Earth's endless database!" Shroud said as W took a moment to study his new form.
That didn't intimidate the Beast Dopant as he assumed his stance ready to fight W.
(Cue: Extreme Dream by Labor Day)
Iridescent band known as the Crystal Server lit up as Philip quickly studied and finished his research on W's Xtreme form.
"I have read everything about this form of W and the enemy." W-Philip said before he and W-Mitsuki called out a new weapon as his body lit up.
"PrismBicker!"
Appearing from the band, a shield appeared with a sword sheathed within it.
Both the shield and sword were mostly colored black with green lines on the center with a silver circle along with white beside it. In four corners of the shield were Memory Slots with golden parts along with a fifth slot in the sword handle including a red button.
W then brings out a green Gaia Memory with the letter 'P'.
[PRISM]
W soon inserts the Prism Memory into the sword's Memory Slot causing it to light up before he pulls it out.
The guard on the sword had an 'X' stamped on it and had a green colored blade.
The Zone Dopant wasn't impressed as she was confident that both hers and the Beast Dopant's power can still defeat W.
"Finish them! Six S!"
The Zone Dopant uses her powers to teleport the Beast Dopant right in front of W to attack and W easily sees it coming as he lands a slash on the Beast Dopant.
W then pressed on the red button his sword.
[PRISM: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
W simply stood still as the Zone Dopant uses her power to teleport the Beast Dopant around him to confuse W.
"Five 3. Four 5."
The Beast Dopant appears behind W and attacks him, just like before, W saw it coming as he uses his shield to block it and lands an energy enhanced slash on the Beast Dopant which sends him falling off the dam and onto the shallow river below.
W then jumped down and landed in front of him as the Beast Dopant stood back up.
"This wound ain't…" The Beast Dopant said as his rapid regeneration tried to heal the cut from W's sword but it soon failed him as he felt the intense pain and fell on his hands and knees. "The wound isn't healing!"
"Maru! Why, you!" The Zone Dopant said before she fired energy shots at W while he wasn't looking but he blocks her attacks with his shield.
W then sheathed his sword back into the shield. He then brought out the Cyclone Memory and inserted it into one of the Memory Slots on the PrismBicker.
[CYCLONE: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
W soon did the same with his Heat Memory.
[HEAT: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
This was followed by the Luna Memory.
[LUNA: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
And finally the Joker Memory.
[JOKER: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
The shield soon lit up as the energy of the four Gaia Memories appeared and channeled within before he aimed it.
"Bicker Finalusion!" W said before he fired several different colored laser blasts destroying the Zone Dopant's board.
Now growing fearful of this, the Zone Dopant attempted to fly away and W stopped her attempt as he aimed his attack at her as the laser blasts merged together and destroyed the Dopant as she exploded.
The Zone Memory shatters and falls onto the dam followed by a now human Suzuko.
"Bell!" The Beast Dopant shouted before he glared at W.
The PrismBicker once again channels the energies of the four Gaia Memories into it.
[HEAT: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
[LUNA: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
[JOKER: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
[CYCLONE: MAXIMUM DRIVE]
W soon pulls out his sword as the energies of the said Gaia Memories appear around it. W then assumes his stance with his energy enhanced sword.
"You bastard!" The Beast Dopant exclaimed before he charged at W.
"Bicker Charge Break!" W shouted as he slash straight through the Beast Dopant.
The Beast Dopant groans as sparks appear around his body before he explodes leaving a human Maruo as he falls to the ground along with the shattered Beast Memory.
(End of song)
"They did it! They did it, Chris-chan!" Hibiki said in joy as she hugged her, even though she was annoyed by this, Chris agreed as she smiled as well.
"Yeah! For once you're right…but can you get off of me!" Chris said as she tried to remove Hibiki's arms.
Ryu, Kanade and Tsubasa stood back up with the girls smiling to see W's new form.
W-Mitsuki breathes out.
"We've become a new kind of W. I…was able to keep up, right?" He asked.
"Yeah, Mitsuki. This is our complete unified form. CycloneJokerXtreme." W-Philip said as W sheath his sword.
The Xtreme Memory then flew out from the Double Driver, and W's reverts and separates back into Mitsuki and Philip as the two stood side-by-side and the Xtreme Memory flies off.
After the battle, Ryu handcuffed Suzuko and Maruo to take them to the police station to receive the judgment they should've gotten ten years ago.
"Let's go." Ryu said as he dragged the criminals with him.
Shroud continues to spy on Mitsuki, Philip and their friends with her eyes mostly set on Mitsuki and Philip.
"I can't believe they've reached Xtreme! How far are you going to surpass my calculations?! Hidari Mitsuki!" Shroud said.
(Days later)
In the shrine with the food stalls, Bitou is standing in front of the shrine as he prays before it with Mitsuki watching him from a short distance away.
"Arima Suzuko's crime came to light, and the case was closed. But…this should be the most painful of conclusions for Bitou-san. What should I say to him?" Mitsuki narrated before he lowered his head.
"Don't make such a long face!" Bitou calls out to him to smack on Mitsuki's forehead.
"Ouch!" Mitsuki said as he placed a hand on his forehead. "What are you doing?!"
"You're making the food taste bad!" Bitou told him.
"That's right, Mitsuki-kun!" Said Yumi before Mitsuki turns to her and to the rest of her trio.
Yumi along with Shiori and Kuriyo had helped Bitou set up his candy apple stall and work part time for him.
While Philip, Kanade, Tsubasa, Chris and Hibiki were standing in front of it with Philip holding some candy apples in hand to closely study them.
"You'll scare off the sweetness!" Yumi said.
"So…why are you three working here?" Kanade asked.
"After hearing what happened with Sam-san, we decided to help out until his business becomes stable." Kuriyo said.
"You really are a good bunch of girls." Philip said.
"If Philip isn't eating, then I'll take it." Shiori said as she bit onto and pulled out the candy apple from the stick much to Philip's dismay.
"Hey! What was that for?!" Chris asked while feeling a bit jealous to see that.
"Hey, Philip-kun, can I have some too?" Hibiki asked.
"No, these are mine!" Philip said.
As Mitsuki and Bitou watched them, the latter then spoke to Mitsuki.
"Listen up. Don't let the agency close down, successor." Bitou said before he flicked on Mitsuki's face again while heading to his stall.
Mitsuki then smiles that Bitou had at least called him the boss's successor.
"Yeah." Mitsuki said before he followed Bitou.
"Oh. I'll cherish using this memento from the Master." Bitou said before he placed his hand on top of the wooden bear that was placed on a different table and had the photo of himself, Maruo and Suzuko along with the note saying 'Nobody's Perfect'.
Mitsuki nodded to him in gratitude before Philip bumps into him.
"Mitsuki." Philip said as he began to speak with Mitsuki.
"Philip and I have obtained a new power."
Philip then handed him one of his candy apples before he closely studied the other one while Mitsuki started to eat his own.
"Looks like I'm going to need to desperately run from now on. Because there are a lot of people that I need to keep up with."
Mitsuki then decides to try Philip's candy apple as he puts it into his mouth, Philip grabs onto his head to pull it out and Mitsuki places his own apple onto Philip's mouth.
