Jiraiya POV
Since the Bell Test ended so quickly (he still wasn't sure how or when Ren managed to take the bell, which was kinda scary) he decided to take his students to their first mission.
Watching the joy vanish from his students faces as they realise that their first super-duper mission was a D-rank mission which required them to do menial chores around the village always warmed his heart.
Though, none of his students complained this time, which was a step-up from the last Genin team he had led.
Thinking about Minato's deceased teammates brought down his mood once more but he decided not to let it show on his face as he gazed at his new students.
Rin Nohara seems to have accepted her fate of going back to D-rank missions with only minor reluctance. He supposed that anyone who had to go to war would be content with D-rank missions.
Itachi didn't seem happy about the menial chore either but didn't complain either, maintaining her stoic mask.
While Ren, the brat, still had that amused look on his face. As if the world revolved around the palm of his hands and he was in perfect control over everything around him.
Seeing as he was fooled by the boy's Genjutsu before, he wasn't about to underestimate the boy ever again.
Of course, the boy would not be able to put him under a Genjutsu if he becomes serious and uses a Sage mode. But the fact that the boy was able to take the bell without his knowledge was still rather embarrassing.
…Tsuande and Orochimaru should never learn of this.
"Well then, let's go and complete the mission!" He said with false enthusiasm but the effect was ruined when none of his students complained or whined.
Oh well, there's always next time.
Five minutes later, they found themselves in front of the small stream they needed to clear. A stream that was currently filled with garbage.
"Why is this place so dirty?" Rin Nohara asked with a frown but before he could give a reply, Ren spoke up.
"There's a picnic spot some distance up that hill." Ren said. "People don't always throw their garbage into the dustbins. So when it rains, the garbage flows down and gets stuck in here."
That was… a fairly accurate summary of the situation. Though he wondered how Ren knew about that.
"Well then. Get to work, my loyal minions." He said cheerfully as he sat against a tree and took out his notebook, ready to get back to his hobby. "I want the stream to look spotless by the time you brats are done."
Then, just as he was about to dive back into his work, he did a double take and looked back at Ren who now stood over the stream and had over a dozen Chakra threads rising out of his fingers.
The chakra threads worked in perfect synchronisation and started taking out the garbage from the stream before depositing it inside the garbage bags held by Itachi and Rin.
That was…
He quickly counted the Chakra threads and found that there were about 17 of them.
This was ridiculous. Even the master of puppeteering, Chiyo, was only able to use 10 Chakra threads at a time. So how in the hell did Ren managed to create even more chakra threads than her. Not to mention using them with such great expertise.
Naturally, the boy's chakra threads were still far from matching the high quality of those wielded by a Master Puppeteer. One of the main reasons being that he could easily see those chakra threads while a Puppeteer's chakra threads are usually such fine quality that they're nigh invisible to the naked eyes.
Still, that didn't make the boy's ability to control 17 chakra threads at once any less terrifying.
The boy frankly reminded him of Orochimaru with his absurd talent. Except, the boy was as far above Orochimaru in talent as Orochimaru was from him. If not even more so.
'What the hell am I even supposed to teach such a student?' He thought to himself. Once again cursing his other student for handing him this team.
With Ren's ability to take out the garbage at an exponential rate, the three of them completed the mission in 10 minutes.
'Talk about being ultra efficient.' He thought to himself before he took the team to the Hokage Tower to submit the mission report.
"Well, now that the mission is over, how about I treat you to some delicious food?" He asked his students who finally cheered up a bit.

Mikoto Uchiha POV.
She was tending to the diapers of little Satsuki when their front door of her home swung open.
"We're home."Her ward said with cheer while her daughter followed behind in stoic silence.
"Welcome back." She replied before she quickly finished changing the diaper and went to meet her two other children. She found them changing these shoes near the entrance and gave a motherly smile to the both of them. "So… how was your first day with your Sensei?"
"Easy." Ren said before he expertly took Satsuki from her arms and started making faces at her younger daughter, sending her into a fit of giggles almost immediately.
It never served to amaze her that Ren's bloodline, that made him the most dangerous shinobi of his age, also made him one of the best babysitter she'd ever seen.
'He would make a good father some day.' She thought, giving a discreet glance to her daughter.
"And?" She asked looking for a more comprehensive answer.
Itachi walked over to a cushion and plopped down on it before she spoke up. "Our Sensei put us through the Genin team. Ren passed it in a minute. Then our Sensei took us on our first D-rank mission and thanks to Ren's help, we completed it in ten minutes. Afterward, our Sensei took us to a restaurant to eat some food. That's about it"
"You two seem to have a rather eventful day." She pointed out and Itachi simply shrugged.
"I suppose." Itachi said.
"Hm... and who's this teacher of yours?" She asked, since even Fugaku hadn't known about who Itachi and Ren's teacher will be. Minato had kept this hidden from them, with the promise that they'll be pleasantly surprised.
"It was Jiraiya of the Sannin."
This… this was indeed a pleasant surprise, considering how Jiraiya was a student of the 3rd Hokage and teacher the 4th Hokage.
More importantly, this appointment was a hidden opportunity that she was sure that neither Itachi or Ren noticed. Well, Ren might have, but she wasn't so sure about Itachi.
Ever since Hashirama Senju passed on his hat to brother Tobirama, it became a hidden rule of Konoha, that the next Hokage must at least be related to one or more of the previous Hokage in some form. Be it familial relationship, or teacher-disciple relationship.
Thing was, very few people have that opportunity. And despite being the most powerful clan of Konoha, Uchiha clan only ever got that opportunity once. In the form of Kagami Uchiha who was one of the students of the 2nd Hokage.
But then, Kagami Uchiha died, and Uchiha clan didn't get another such opportunity.
Till now.
Now they had two such opportunities. To get into the main circle of power and influence of Konoha if not directly gain the seat of the Hokage.
And if she could notice such a thing so easily, then the clan elders who also notice it. And she feared that they might push Itachi and Ren to excel in their carrier as a Shinobi and then aim for the Hokage's seat.
Having an Uchiha as a Hokage have always been the dream of those elders after all. And with Itachi and Ren, their dream might finally come true.
Thing was… she wasn't sure if either Itachi or Ren had any interest in wanting to become the next Hokage. And even if they did, any pressure from the Elders would definitely annoy them more than encouraging them.
…she might have to talk with Fugaku when he returns from work.
"Well… tell my about your day in more detail?" She asked, only to pause when Ren handed Satsuki back to her.
"Dada?" Satsuki asked Ren in confusion, probably asking why he would not play with her anymore and Ren chuckled softly.
"Later." Ren told Satsuki before he made a few hand seals and then…
Poof!
The room was filled with 8 other Ren.
She looked to Ren for explanation and he gave her a cheeky smile. "Jiraiya Sensei taught me how to use the Shadow Clone Jutsu. I figured that it's time I finally put it to use."
"You do remember the dangers associated with this Jutsu, right? It is considered Forbidden for a good reason." She reminded him.
"I do. And don't worry, I'll be careful." Ren said, before all five of him vanished with a Shunshin.
The room fell into silence with Ren's departure and she turned her head toward Itachi. "Well? I'm still waiting."
Itachi took a deep breath and started telling her about how the day went.
…and she could understand why Jiraiya would be so shocked by Ren's abilities.
When did the boy even learn how to create Chakra Threads?
—
Ren Uchiha POV.
So far in this new life of his, he has recreated three S-class Jutsu. The Flight Jutsu and Rasenshuriken, and Earth Release: Rasengan (which he still hasn't named).
Four, if you count the 'Eight Inner Gates Technique'.
None of them compared to the simple 'B-rank Jutsu'. Shadow Clones.
In fact, in his humble opinion, none of those S-rank Jutsu were even a Tenth as useful as Shadow Clone Jutsu was.
A Jutsu that allows you to use multiple clones of yourself. Clones that can think for themselves, learn vast quantities of information and then send that information back to you in the form of memories.
How can such a Jutsu not stand at the pinnacle of all other Jutsu in the Shinobi world?
So for the past two hours, he had been creating 8 Shadow Clones, meditating to recover his chakra, and then creating more 8 clones. Rinse and Repeat.
Those clones in turn trained on various things. Fuinjutsu, Shurikenjutsu (which he'd kinda neglected so far), Kenjutsu, the 5 elemental affinity training, and finally Genjutsu.
And yes, he can practice his Genjutsu abilities by talking in Genjutsu with his other clones.
Shadow Clone Jutsu was fucking broken.
And he would consider every other shinobi a retard for not learning it as soon as possible if not for the Notification screen currently in front of him.
Ding!
You have suffered from Mental Damage due to Memory Overload!
-1 to Intelligence!
Well… -1 to Intelligence wasn't much of a problem to him since his Intelligence stat was currently in the upper 60s. And he was sure that the negative status of 'Mental Damage' will wear off after 6 hours of sleep. Still…
He now understood that he could only employ Shadow Clones up to a certain limit before risking brain damage. This also explained why so few shinobi ever used this Jutsu.
And why none of Hokage rely on Shadow Clones to finish their paperwork.
It also made him wonder how Naruto didn't turn into a full time retard despite spamming this Jutsu on every single occasion.
He could only guess that Kurama's presence inside him lead to him healing from any brain damage as soon as that damaged occurred, which didn't lead to any drop in intelligence. Or that the drop was so minute that it was unnoticeable.
It would also explain why Kakashi didn't tell Naruto the 'secret' about the Shadow Clone Jutsu till he was 16 years old.
The higher ups must've wanted to see just how the Shadow Clone Jutsu will affect Naruto before deciding on whether they should tell the boy how to use it correctly, or forbid him from using it altogether, like how Tsunade did with the Rasenshuriken when Naruto first used it against Kakuzu.
Ding!
You've gained +1 Resistance to Mental Damage!
…
Nevermind. Time to spam Shadow Clone Jutsu and stack up even more Resistance.
Though… perhaps sleeping for 6 hours and checking if the -1 to Int is indeed temporary should take precedence.
"I'm going to go and sleep." He told Itachi who was practicing Kenjutsu with one of his clones.
"Stopping so early?" She asked in surprise and he nodded.
"I'm going to-" He paused as he sensed someone coming in their direction. Someone very fast/ Someone that he knew but had never personally met in this life.
"Is something wrong?" Itachi asked as she noticed his sudden silence and he shook his head.
"Just a visiter."
A few seconds later, a young figure emerged from the forest surrounding their training ground and looked at them with a smile.
"Ah… did I interrupt your training. I'm sorry." The young man said with mild embarrassment and bowed in apology. "I was just curious about you two and decided to come and meet you now that you've finally become Shinobi. Oh, but where are my manners. I should introduce myself first. Hello. I'm Shisui Uchiha. I'm a Chunin of Konoha "

Kushina Uzumaki POV
(Semi-omake)
She was cleaning the kitchen when there was a knock on the door. She went over to see who it was surprised to find Ren standing outside.
"Ren, what are you doing here?" She asked.
"What? Can't a student come to meet his teacher?"
"I can hardly call myself your teacher when I have almost nothing left to teach you." She pointed out but backed off from the door and allowed him to come in.
"You'll always be my teacher Kushina-Sensei." Ren said and her heart warmed at his words and she had to hold herself back from glomping him once again.
Soon, they were sitting in their living room once again and one of her Shadow Clone brought in little Naruko to meet her older brother.
…but also because Naruko has been getting a little fussy recently and Ren knew just what to do to calm down her daughter.
It was shameful for her to admit but Ren might be better at this whole parenting thing than she was. Yes, she knew it was due to his bloodline but that didn't make her feel any better.
Ren smiled and played with Naruko before eventually glancing up at her. "I thought that you would be my teacher when I graduated."
"Well… that was the plan. At first at least. But then you went ahead and learned all I had to teach you in only 2 years. And now I have nothing left to teach you. Plus… I also cannot risk leaving the village willy nilly due to our enemies."
"Have you tried learning Hiraishin?" Ren asked.
"I have. And I've made some progress as well. But it is hard. And I don't think that I'll be able to master it even after I've learned it." She sighed. "Then again, if it was that easy then everyone would know it."
Ren hummed in agreement. "I've started learning Hiraishin as well."
She froze at his words. Her first instinct was to ask if it wasn't too early. But then again, Ren had already learned most that she had to teach him. So why can't he started learning Hiraishin as well.
"How far have you come?" She asked instead.
"Not far. But I think I'm making decent progress. Mostly it's due to my Shadow Clones. But progress is progress."
"Using Shadow Clones excessively is harmful to the brain, Ren. That's one of the reasons why it is a Forbidden Jutsu." She said. "The other reason being the Chakra Exhaustion it causes people."
"Yeah. But I don't suffer from Chakra Exhaustion even when my Chakra is literally 0. And as for the brain damage part, you're right. I overused the Shadow Clones and got a bit of brain damage."
Her eyes widened in shock but before she could start fussing over him in worry, he quickly continued speaking.
"But it's okay. A six-hour sleep was enough to recover from that minor brain damage, and I've since developed resistance to mental damage," Ren stated casually, as if brain damage was nothing to be concerned about.
"Ren. You need to take this more seriously. What if there's still some damage left in your brain. How would you even know? We should get you checked in the Hospital."
"That'll not be necessary. I met Tsunade-san recently and she gave my body a full checkup just to make sure that my power doesn't leave behind any internal scars or sequela."
"And what did Tsunade-san say?"
"She said that I have the most perfect human body she has ever checked." Ren said and then smirked. " She seemed a bit jealous actually. But as you can see, there's nothing for you to be worried about."
She gave him a skeptical look, and reminded herself to talk with Tsunade-san at a later date. Ren was not the kind of person who lies. But this was too serious a topic and she didn't want to leave anything to chance.
"You should still be careful with that Jutsu." She told him but Ren merely waved her words away.
"Of course, of course. This was not the main reason I came here though."
"Oh. What did you came here for?"
"I've started a Fuinjutsu project recently." Ren paused at that and then added. "Well, to be more exact, my Shadow Clones started the project."
"Your Shadow Clones started the project."
"Yeah. I tend to give some of my Shadow Clones the freedom to do whatever they want, as long as they don't harm anyone. You should try that as well sometimes. You would be surprised by how many innovative ideas they can come up with."
"Is it really safe to do such a thing?" She asked as she thought about giving freedom to her Shadow Clones and shuddered at the kind of mischievous things they might do.
'Nope. Ren might not have an image to upload but I do.' She thought to herself. But no matter how much she denied the idea, no matter how dangerous it might be, a part of her wanted to try it regardless.
"Not really. But I believe that the risk is worth it. Plus, Shadow Clones are part of you, so they won't cross the boundaries that you yourself won't cross."
"A lot could go wrong between your comfortable zone and the boundary you won't ever cross." She reminded him but then their conversation came to an abrupt end as their was a knock on the door.
"I'll get it." Ren told her and gracefully flew away toward the front door of her home while she watched him in surreal fascination. She wasn't sure if she'll ever get used to the idea of seeing a shinobi fly.
And Ren had become pretty good at it as well.
A few moments later, Ren flew in with Minato followed behind on his wake.
"Minato." "Kushina."
They shared a sweet hug while Ren distracted himself by tickling little Naruko.
"So… what brought you back here, Ren-kun?" Minato asked once they'd settled down.
"I'm going to work on a new Fuinjutsu project… one that was started by one of my Shadow Clones."
"Oh…?" Minato asked, looking curious.
"Yes. The project-" Ren abruptly stopped speaking as Naruko gurgled happily in his arms and… said something.
"Da." She said and all three of them froze and paid immdiate attention to the baby.
Minato was immediately beside Naruko, a huge smile on his face as he tickled Naruko's tummy.
"Yes. I'm your Da. Dada. Say Dada, Naruko."
"Da!" Naruko announced to the world and she immediately ran to her side.
"No. Say Mama. Ma Ma. Mama." She told Naruko who gurgled happily at all the attention she was getting.
"Da!" Naruko said happily.
"You can also say Ren is you want." Ren drawled out only to shut up immediately at the glare he got from her and Minato.
"Daaa."
"Yes. Dada. Dada Naruko. Say Dada." Minato said.
"Da. Da…"
Minato's eyes lit up in joy as he swivelled around to look at her. And despite being slightly disappointed that Naruko's first words weren't Mama. She was happy for Minato.
"Wait. Let me get a photo of both of you." She said as she took out the camera from her storage scroll.
"Da… da…" Naruko gurgled happily as Minato took her from an annoyed looking Ren's arms.
"Yes Naruko. Dada. I'm your Dada."
"Da…. Dattabayo!" Naruko shouted and the entire house froze in that instant.
Her face turned scarlet at Naruko inheriting her verbal tick. Minato had a bewildered look on his face. And Ren. That little bastard was rolling around the ground in laughter.

AN: Yes. I know that I pushed the comedic effect a little too far at the end of this chapter. But once the idea entered my mind, it just wouldn't leave. Just treat the last part as a semi-Omake.
And yes, now that Ren has learned Shadow Clone Jutsu, his grind will show greater results than ever before.
Plus, in this chapter I explain the reason why every single Jounin is not using Shadow Clone Jutsu to train themselves. Or why none of the Hokage ever use it to finish their paperwork.
Hope this helps.
