Personality: She is a kind girl with a great love for nature & is ready for anything. Sometimes she will go crazy if she is mad or excited. She cares very much about her friends, & cannot bear to see someone hurt. However, she's also got a very bold nature & is very friendly. She's also very hard working, & very brave (the only thing that scares her is ghosts). She has her own sense of justice and acts more mature when she's fighting along side Lulu. She is imaginative, curious, & loves to draw as much as she loves Dinosaurs. She loves to draw animals & nature the most. She's also good at studying & gets good grades in every subject, except gym.

Bio: Was found in a capsule in the Smithsonian Museum in New York City by Dr. Owen along with her twin brother, Rex (older by 10 minutes). He adopted both of them & raised them as his own. Since he was a traveling paleontologist, it interfered with taking care of them. So, he sent the twins to live with his close friend, Spike Taylor, & his family. 12 years later, Maya & the D-Team discovered 4 strange stones & 4 cards. She & her friend, Max, put the card & stones together & summon a Triceratops & a Lambeosaurus. The D-Team hides as the dinosaurs come towards them. She & Max then swipe the cards again & the dinosaurs disappear. They swipe a third time & the dinosaurs come out a again, this time in a tiny size. The name the dinosaurs Chomp & Lulu. Later, that day, while they were playing in the park, a T-Rex came out of the water & chases the D-Team. It chases Max, Chomp, Maya, & Lulu. When Max's Dad, Dr. Taylor fails to catch the T-Rex, he throws them each a Dino Holder (along with an 8 inch manual). Max summoned Chomp to his full size & attack the T-Rex, but soon start losing. He uses each use a move card: Electric Charge. When the T-Rex is defeated, they meet the Alpha Gang. After they leave, Dr. Taylor explains the Dino Holder. He also gives one to Rex & Zoe. Just then, the children start glowing & hearing voices asking for help. That was how the adventures of the D-Team began.
