Prehistory in the Making
Note #1: I'll be adding my favorite Alpha Gang moments in this story.
(Maya's POV)
*A girl with thick blonde medium length hair, pale skin, & wearing a pink striped hoodie & purple knee-length socks was sleeping in her bed, tossing and turning. She looked as if she was having a dream. An unpleasant one*
*Good evening, I'm Maya Owen. For as long as I can remember, I've always had the same dream every night. I'm flying through a tunnel of different colors, like a rainbow. Then suddenly, I hear babies crying. I try to follow the sound, but just before I get to the end of the tunnel, I wake up in my own bed. Little did I know, that these weren't just dreams, but something more. Premonitions, that would lead me, my twin brother & my friends on an adventure that would change our lives forever*
*It all started on a night like any other night, I was having my usual dream. I was just about to reach the end of the tunnel, when suddenly, Max Taylor (my best friend/Crush) (a boy with spikey brown hair, skin, purple eyes, & wearing blue pajamas) burst into my room, shouting*
Max:*off-screen* Hey, Maya! Wake up!
*I yawned & rubbed my blue eyes as I woke up*
Maya: Max . . . What's going on?
Max: A meteor! I think just saw a meteor!
Maya: A meteor? Are you sure?
Max: It fell from the sky, what else could it be? Quick! Get dressed! Gotta tell Rex! *he ran down the hallway to the my twin brother, Rex's, bedroom**off-screen* Rex! Wake up! You aren't gonna believe it!
Rex:*off-screen* What? What's going on?
Max:*off-screen* You've gotta get up! I think I just saw a meteor!
Rex:*off-screen* A what?
Max:*off-screen* I've have to go call Zoe! She'll flip out! Come on! Get dressed!
Rex:*off-screen* This better be good.

*Soon, me (I had my hair in braids, pastel pink vest over a pearl pink long-sleeved shirt, a Dinosaur tooth necklace, a brown belt, denim short-shorts, mauve socks, & pink & white sneakers), Rex (a boy with blonde hair, pale skin, blue eyes, & wearing a multi-blue, long-sleeved jacket over a white t-shirt, a dinosaur tooth necklace, brown pants & blue sneakers), Max (now wearing a red visor with a clear 'shade' & Triceratops horns, red short-sleeve T-shirt with a yellow collar, a black fanny pack around his tummy decorated with a dinosaur tooth, red gloves with no fingers, orange jeans, & red sneakers), & Zoe (a girl with pastel pink hair in pigtails held up by yellow scrunchies, ivory skin, violet purple eyes, & wearing magenta & white sunglasses, an unbuttoned mustard & scarlet safari vest over a black midriff-baring top with short sleeves, an emerald-green choker, a dinosaur-tooth necklace, lime wristbands, shorts that match her vest, black socks, & lime-and-flacken sneakers) were all walking through the woods, looking for the meteor*
Zoe:*yawn* You know I'm not a morning person.
*Max held up a D shaped pin with three triangles on it*
Max: Come on, remember what this stands for? D-Team. That's what. You guys took an oath. And the D-Team's all about adventure!
Rex: Yeah, unless that adventure starts before breakfast.
Max: You'll change your mind when we find that meteor.
Rex: Well, I hope we find it soon, cause I'm hungry.
Maya: I'm sorta hungry too, Max. It feels like we've been walking a long time and we really haven't seen any - *I then looked up & saw a line of trees cut vertically* Look at that.
Rex: That's weird. What do you think happened to all those trees?
*One giant tree had a big hole in the base of it's trunk*
Max: Look at that one! I told you! This must be where the asteroid hit!
*He pressed a button on his visor & the horns lit up*
Zoe: Be careful, Max. It might be dangerous.
Max: And exploring dangerous stuff like this is exactly what D-Team is all about right? D for danger.
Rex: Yeah, well dumb also starts with a D.
*Max reached into the hole & found a stone with a picture yellow lightning on it*
Max: Whoa! What's this for thing? Looks like it has a lightning bolt on it.
*Rex found another stone, but this one had a picture of white wind on it*
Rex: I found something too. But it looks more like wind.
*Zoe also found a stone with a picture of green grass on it*
Zoe: Here's another one. Maybe with a symbol for grass.
*I looked around & soon found another stone. But this one looked a bit different from the others. It was a triangle shaped stone with smooth & round edges. In it's center were three smaller stones. One red, one yellow, & one blue*
Maya: I found one too. But it looks different from the others.
*I then noticed a little nob at one end of the stone. I think Max noticed it too*
Max: Hey, I wonder what this thing is for.
*Suddenly, Max was surrounded by a yellow light, Rex by a white light, Zoe by a green light, & I was surrounded by a rainbow light. After a few seconds, the lights disappeared*
Zoe: What's going on?
Max: I don't know. Hey, check this out.
*I was about to go see what he found, but stopped when my foot touched something, I looked down & saw an egg with a zig-zag line in the middle. I picked it up, opened it, & two cards fell out. I picked them up & saw a picture of a Lambeosaurus on one of them*
Rex:*off-screen* Maya! You okay over there?
*I ran over to them*
Maya: Yeah. Look what I found!
*I showed them the cards I found*
Zoe: Hey, that's a Lambeosaurus!
Max: Hey, I found something similar.
*He showed me what he found. It looked the same, but something was different*
Maya: Isn't that a Triceratops?
Max: Yeah. And the card has the same symbol that's on this rock thing. Maybe that means you're supposed to put the two of them together.
Maya: Only one way to find out.
*We each put the cards of the Lambeosaurus & the Triceratops against the stones we found & they suddenly started glowing. Max's yellow & mine green. Suddenly, a real life Triceratops & Lambeosaurus appeared in front of us. We all screamed, ran, & hid behind some trees*
Max: They came to life!
Rex: And they don't look happy!
*Zoe pointed at me & Max*
Zoe: You two did this, now put them back!
Maya: But we don't know how!
Rex: Maybe you can reverse what did before!
Max: That's a great idea!
*Zoe screamed when we saw the Triceratops & Lambeosaurus were right behind us. Rex, & Zoe all moved away from it, but Max & I were still fiddling with our stones
Rex: Guys, run for it!
*We looked up & saw the dinosaurs were right above us. We both screamed & ducked. Suddenly, the yellow & green lights appeared again & the dinosaurs disappeared*
Rex: Where'd they go?
Maya: I'm not sure. But I think they turned back into cards.
Zoe: Now way. How?
Rex: Maybe they were just some sort of hologram.
Max: There's no way! *he pointed to a bunch of destroyed trees* It wasn't a hologram that knocked over all of those trees! Those dinosaurs were real!
Zoe: But how could they be? *she & Rex looked at their stones* Cause of this?
*Rex looked up & saw Max fiddling with his stone again*
Rex: No, Max! Wait! That could bring it out again!
Max: That's alright. Then I'll just put it back in.
*He swiped the card over the stone & it glowed yellow. But instead of a full size dinosaur, a miniature version of the Triceratops appeared*
Zoe: Oh, how cute is that!?
Maya: Hmm, I wonder . . .
*I did the same thing to my card & a miniature version of the Lambeosaurus appeared in front of me*
Zoe: Awww! Even cuter!
*I bent down & picked up the little Lambeosaurus*
Maya: Hi, there.
*I brought her close to my face & she started nuzzling my cheek, making me giggle. Max bent down to the little Triceratops*
Max: Hey there, little guy. *it suddenly bit him on the nose* What'd you bite me for!? *it then jumped on him & licked his face* Knock it off!
Zoe:*laughing* It either likes you or what's to eat you.
Rex: Nah, it's a herbivore.
Max: Yeah, well my name's not Herb, it's Max! Hey, take it easy! *it bit his nose again* Hey, don't bite me!
Rex: Well, looks like Maya has a baby Lambeosaurus and you have a baby Triceratops, Max.
*The little Triceratops bit Max on the arm, making me & Zoe giggle*
Max: You mean it's got me!
(Third-person POV)
*A T-Rex roared & ran towards a group of other T-Rexes. People sitting in the stands of a coliseum cheered. A little old man with white hair, beige skin, a white beard, gray eyes, & wearing a look white lab coat over a dark brown button up shirt, a red necktie, dark brown belt, light brown pants, & red & black shoes was sitting on a throne with two robots holding spears on either side of him, laughing. Sitting on the lower steps was a woman with mint green hair, pale skin, hazel eyes, & wearing a Alpha Gang choker attached to a dark red, jumpsuit-like outfit with a diamond-shaped cut out, revealing her navel, burgundy-colored cloak with pointed edges, light pink fingerless gloves & red high heels, an aqua green female iguana with yellow horns, yellow eyes, peach skin, black stripes, yellow spikes on his tail, & wearing a dark red leather jacket with red lining, matching pants, & burgundy boots with pink straps, a tall skinny man with black hair, pale skin, & wearing round black glasses, a dark brown tuxedo over a red shirt, black pants, & black shoes, & a short fat man with purple hair, fair skin, brown eyes, & wearing light brown trousers with black suspenders over a burgundy shirt with the Alpha Gang symbol on the chest, light purple gloves, & brown boots. Sitting on the other side of him was a little girl with pink hair, pale skin, green eyes, & wearing a loose-fitting purple cloak-like outfit with pink cuffs & the Alpha Gang logo, & purple & pink boots, a boy with brown hair, light tan skin, black eyes, & wearing a aviator's leather helmet & goggles, a mechanic jumpsuit over a mechanic shirt, & a belt with the Alpha Gang symbol, & a man with blue hair, pale skin with red marks under his eyes, blue eyes, & wearing a high collared dark red/brown overcoat with the Alpha Gang symbol on the left side, dark red gloves & dark red shoes. But this actually a simulation on a computer*
Dr. Z: When this Dinosaur Stadium is completed, my ultimate goal will finally be realized! Yes! And the name Doctor Z will go down in history! *he turned to the fat man, who was sitting next him* You'll take care of that, right Ed?
Ed: Remind me again how that's spelled.
Dr. Z: It's Doctor Z! You spell it with a Z!
Ed: Right. Is that a capital Z?
Dr. Z: Of course! Anyway, why are there only Tyrannosaurus out there? I want a lot more than that!
Ed: That was all I had time to put into the computer.
Dr. Z: Well then, I suggest you make some more time! I don't want to become King of the Tyrannosaurus!
Ed: I know what you want, you want to become King of all the Dinosaurs, right?
Dr. Z: Yes, that is right! But I don't just want to be the King, I will be the King! I will be the King of all Dinosaurs!
Ed: Well I heard that you'd have to be a Dinosaur in order to be King of the Dinosaurs. You know?
Dr. Z: Who said!?
Ed: Um . . . Ursula . . .
*Suddenly, a giant red Tyrannosaurus Rex came crashing through the wall, destroying the computer. Ed & Dr. Z screamed & ran away, the Tyrannosaurus behind them. Nearby, on a beach, the woman with mint green hair was wearing a white sleeveless top, & long pink skirt, & orange sandals, was sitting under an umbrella, & drinking a rainbow drink with a heart shaped straw & a hibiscus flower in it. The tall skinny man was wearing a pink & yellow button up shirt, blue shorts, & brown sandals & fanning her with a green fan*
Dr. Z:*off-screen* Somebody help me! *the man & women both turned & saw Dr. Z being chased by the Tyrannosaurus**on-screen* I've got a Tyrannosaurus on my tail! Help me!
*Not far away from them, the girl & boy were standing nearby. The girl was holding an Alpha Scanner*
Laura: How long should I let it go?
Rod: Maybe you should shut it off now, I'm not sure he'll think it's funny.
*Dr. Z ran up & down the beach with the Tyrannosaurus behind him*
Dr. Z: Help! Go away! You don't want to eat me! I mean just look at me! I'm all skin and bones! *the tyrannosaurus glowed in a red light & turned into his Chibi Form* What about Ed! He has plenty to spare! He could feed a family of four! Go for him! Someone help me! I don't want to be a Dino Dinner! *he tripped & the mini T-Rex landed on his back* It's you!? *the mini T-Rex grabbed his beard with his teeth* Get off of me! *the woman, skinny man, & Ed started laughing* Are you laughing behind my back!?
*All four of them stopped laughing*
Ursula: Nothing behind your back is funny.
*Zander kept laughing*
Ed: Tell him.
Zander: You tell him.
Dr. Z: What is so funny!?
Rod: It's cause now knows you've got a soft spot, for Helga.
*A seat in his pants had been torn open, revealing purple underwear with a picture of a woman with brown hair in a tight bun, pale skin, & brown eyes*
Dr. Z:*to the mini T-Rex* You better hope, Helga doesn't see this, or else! *Terry tried to but his finger, but missed* Now cough up my seat cover. *the T-Rex then grabbed his beard with his teeth again* Hey! Let go of me!
Laura: Grandpa, Terry thinks your beard is just another piece of clothing to chew on.
Dr. Z: Oh yeah, well it's not!
?:*off-screen* Stop it right now!
*We all turned to see the woman (wearing a white full body apron over a yellow shirt & a red skirt & dark brown shoes)*
Helga: Why don't you pick on someone your own size, Dr. Z! Now leave little Terry alone! *he dropped Terry* Dr. Z, I am appalled! You know that's not my best side.
*He knew she meant his underwear*
Dr. Z: So, which side do you prefer?
Helga: I prefer my left side for your backside *she turned to Rod & Laura* As for you, Rod and Laura, am I to assume your studies are completed?
Rod & Laura: No.
Helga: Then get inside and finish!
Rod & Laura: Okay!
*She then turned to Ursula, Zander, & Ed, making them flinch*
Helga: The frankfurters will be ready for dinner in twenty minutes.
Ursula, Zander, & Ed: Yes, Helga. Twenty minutes.
*She left & they all sighed in relief*
Ursula: Frankfurters again? If I have too eat them one more time, I'll purst.
Zander: It's either that or her bratwurst.
Dr. Z: Who's the worst! Helga may be a bit crotchety, but she's got a sweet side too! And just because she doesn't' show it to you, doesn't mean that some of us haven't seen it sometimes!
Ursula: We've seen enough Helga for one day.
Zander: Please! I've seen enough to last a lifetime.
*Just then, then the man with red marks under his eyes came out of the jungle*
Seth: Good afternoon, Dr. Z.
*Dr. Z turned around, covering the hole in his pants*
Dr. Z: Seth, my boy. How are the repairs going on the time machine?
Seth: They're coming along fine, but I've discovered that I'm missing some parts. It looks like we'll have to get them delivered.
Rod: How can we? We're stuck in a different time period.
Dr. Z: Yes, that could be a valid point. More importantly, we need to find my dinosaur cards that were scattered all over the world when that time machine broke. *he then noticed the Alpha Scanner Laura was holding* Well, what's this I see? Were you using it on Terry earlier?
Laura: What do you mean, Grandpa?
Dr. Z: This isn't a toy. It's a complicated piece of equipment for Doctors. *suddenly the device started beeping* What's this mean?
Rod: That card's been found, Grandpa.
Dr. Z: I knew it would work! Now let's go find find that card!
(Maya's POV)
*We went back to Max's house. I put a bandaid on Max's nose while we explained what happened to Max's Dad, Dr. Spike Taylor (a man with brown hair, pale skin, a brown beard, purple eyes, & wearing a brown cowboy hat, a brown vest over a gold shirt with rolled-up cuffs, blue jeans, & red & white sneakers)*
Dr. Spike Taylor: You're saying that's a real Triceratops and Lambeosaurus?
Max: Yeah, Chomp and Lulu are totally real.
Dr. Spike Taylor: Did you say Chomp and Lulu?
Zoe: That's what Max named the Triceratops cause he chomps away on anything he can get his teeth on.
Maya: I named the Lambeosaurus Lulu because it sounds like a shorter version of her real name. Plus it sounds really cute.
*Dr. Taylor then bent down to examine the egg capsules and the other cards we found*
Dr. Spike Taylor: So cards turned into Dinosaurs? And what are these cards for?
Max: I don't know. We found those along with Chomp and Lulu's cards. Don't you know?
Dr. Spike Taylor: How am I supposed to know?
Max: Because you're an expert on Dinosaurs, Dad.
Dr. Spike Taylor: True, and I knew just about everything. But this is the first I've heard of little Dinosaurs popping out of cards.
Rex: Actually, they were full sized ones.
Dr. Spike Taylor: Are you joking!? Where!? Where are they now!?
*Max pulled out the stone he found*
Max: Now, you gotta mess with this thing, and then Chomp gets big. Here.
Dr. Spike Taylor: Okay.
Max: Twist the that little nob on the side.
Dr. Spike Taylor: This thing? *he fiddled with the non, but nothing happened* Nothing's happening. Are you sure that's what did it?
Max: Let me see.
*Dr. Taylor gave the stone back to him & he turned Chomp back into a card. He then swiped the card over the stone & Chomp was big again. We flinched, I grabbed Lulu, & Dr. Taylor screamed*
Zoe: Max, put him back!
*Max turned Chomp back to his chibi size & we all sighed in relief*
Dr. Spike Taylor: This is a huge discovery! But for now, let's just keep this our little secret. So mum's the word. If news of this gets out, it'll create all sorts of pandemonium. Got it?
*Me & Max both nodded. Just then, Max's Mom, (a woman with short brown hair, pale skin, purple eyes, & wearing a red headband, a yellow shirt with rolled-up cuffs over a white dress, a green necklace, blue jeans, & purple slippers), came out of the house*
Aki: Time for breakfast. *we all flinched as she came out* Oh, hi Zoe, I didn't know you were here.
Zoe: Yeah, I just got here.
*Chomp went up to Mrs. Taylor before we could stop him*
Aki: Well now, who's this cute little guy?
*Dr. Taylor picked him up*
Max: That's . . . Chomp.
Aki: He's a very unique looking dog.
Dr. Spike Taylor: Yeah well, he & the one Maya's holding followed them home, so, what do you say, can we keep them?
*Mrs. Taylor then noticed Lulu in my arms*
Aki: Oh, and who's this little lady?
Maya: Um . . . This is Lulu. Can she stay with Chomp?
Aki: That should be fine, but you and Max will be the ones taking care of them, Maya.
Max: I will, Mom.
Maya: Yes, thank you, Mrs. Taylor.
Aki: Okay, let's eat breakfast before it gets cold. Zoe, you can join us. We've got plenty.
Zoe: Thank you.
*Mrs. Taylor went back inside*
Max:*whispering* We have to keep it a secret from Mom?
Dr. Spike Taylor:*whispering* Yes. But only for a while.
(Third-Person POV)
*The next day, Ursula, Zander, & Ed were coming towards Japan in a submarine. Ursula looked through the periscope*
Ursula: Destination dead ahead. Prepare to surface.
Zander & Ed: Aye aye, Captain!
*They brought the submarine up to the surface, only for it to crash into an incoming boat & break*
Ursula: I didn't say to surface yet!
Ed: Lucky this is just a rental!
Zander: Lucky for you! We put it on my credit card!
*The submarine sunk*
(Maya's POV)
*The next day, me & Max took Chomp & Lulu to the park to play. Max & Chomp were playing fetch with a frisbee & Lulu & I were playing hopscotch*
Max: Catch! *Max threw the frisbee & Chomp caught it* Way to go, Chomp!
Maya: Okay, Lulu, your turn! *I threw a pebble on the number 6 square & Lulu hopped to it. she then picked up the pebble with her mouth & hopped back* Great job, Lulu!
(Third-person POV)
*Nearby, Rex & Zoe were sitting on a bench*
Zoe: Max and Maya are lucky to have Chomp and Lulu.
Rex: Yeah, and they've really bonded. Looks like they're all gonna become great friends.
Zoe: Think it's cause Max and Maya are the one's who found them?
Rex: Yeah, I guess so. And Chomp and Lulu's cards only seem to work with the stones they found too. I wonder what our stones are able to do.
Zoe: I was thinking the same thing.
Rex: But ours didn't come with a matching card in it.
Zoe: Hey, maybe our stones do have a card with a matching design, but they got lost somehow.
Man:*off-screen* What's in the water?
*They looked & saw a crowd of people had gathered at a railing over the ocean*
Man #2: It's coming right for us!
Man #3: What is it!? Let's get out of here!
*Rex & Zoe ran over to check it out*
Man #4: It's huge!
Zoe: What's that?
Rex: It's hard to tell.
*A giant shadow in the water was coming towards them. Max & Maya came over with Chomp and Lulu*
(Maya's POV)
Max: Hey, what's going on?
Zoe:*pointing towards the water* Look. Out there.
*We followed where she was pointing & then suddenly, a real life Tyrannosaurus Rex came out of the water*
Maya: A Tyrannosaurus Rex!
(Third-Person POV)
*Meanwhile, out on the water, Ursula & Zander grabbed on to a piece of the submarine & gasped for air*
Zander: And the hair still stands!
Ursula: Where's Terry?
Zander: He's right over there.
*Ursula looked where Zander was pointing & smiled*
Ed: Help me! I don't know how to swim!
Ursula: Maybe you should have thought of that before!
Zander: Whatever you do, don't hold on to the end! Because with your weight there's a good chance you'll cause us to sink back into - !
*They sank back into the water*
(Maya's POV)
*The crowd of people screamed & ran away*
Zoe: So T-Rex really can swim.
Max: Awesome!
Rex: How about we save that conversation for later, guys.
Maya: Yeah, I think we should . . . Run!
*I picked up Lulu & Max picked up Chomp as we all ran away. But the T-Rex was right behind us*
Zoe: It's following us!
Rex: Let's split up!
Max: Okay!
*Rex & Zoe went in different directions & I went with Max. The T-Rex went straight for us. Just then, Dr. Taylor appeared holding a rod with multiple compartments*
Dr. Spike Taylor: Wow! An actual T-Rex!
Max: Dad!
Maya: Dr. Taylor!
Dr. Spike Taylor: Stand back, kids! Watch the expert at work! *he ran towards the T-Rex* So, Mr. T-Rex, nice to meet ya. This is a meeting 65 million years in the making! So now, prepare to be snared! *the pole opened, turning into a giant net. he then ran towards the T-Rex* I'm coming for ya! *but he only caught it's nose & it broke as it opened it's mouth to roar* Needs work . . . *he ducked as the T-Rex walked past him & went towards us* Max! Maya!
Max: Why do I get the strange feeling that thing is after us!
Maya: That's because he is! Run!
*We ran away & hid inside a food stand. But the T-Rex broke it apart*
Max: Get away from us! Just leave us alone!
Maya: Go away! Stop it!
*We tried to run again, but tripped. Chomp & Lulu then jumped out of our arms & went to attack the T-Rex*
Max: No, Chomp!
Maya: Lulu!
*They both but it on the nose, but it just threw them away & they hit a tree, falling unconscious*
Max: Chomp!
Maya: Lulu!
*The T-Rex stomped towards them*
Max: Chomp, come on run!
Maya: Lulu, get up!
*The T-Rex got closet & closet to them as they lay on the ground, passed out*
Max: Leave them alone . . .
Maya: Please, stop . . .
*I felt tears in my eyes*
Dr. Spike Taylor:*off-screen* Max! Maya! *we looked towards Dr. Taylor**on-screen* Use these!
*He threw us rectangular shaped devices with long handles. We caught them. They looked the same, except Max's had a lightning symbol & mine had three circles on it. One red, one yellow, & one blue*
Max: What the heck are these things, Dad?
Dr. Spike Taylor: They're designed to work just like your stones, but easier! You can them to make Chomp & Lulu bigger! Here, read the manual!
*He threw us a really thick book*
Maya: Uh . . . We'll read it later, Dr. Taylor. We're kind of in a hurry!
*Max & I pressed a few buttons on our devices until they started to glow. Soon, we were holding Chomp & Lulu's cards*
Max: Here we go!
*We swiped the cards in the slots & Chomp & Lulu grew to their giant size. The area around us changed. Everything was purple & the sky was pink*
Max: Whoa!
Maya: Double whoa!
Zoe: Another Dinosaur!
Dr. Taylor: Where did this one come from?
Rex: Yeah.
*The T-Rex circled around Chomp & Lulu until they charged at it. They pushed him back towards the street. The T-Rex knocked them back & bit one of Chomp's horns. It threw him to the side*
Max: Chomp!
Maya: Lulu!
Rex: Forget it, guys. There's no way a Triceratops or a Lambeosaurus could ever defeat a T-Rex.
Zoe: So what now?
*Max's & my device started flashing red*
Max: I don't know. But there's gotta be something I can do.
*He pressed a button on his device & the other card he found popped up*
Dr. Taylor: I not sure what that card does, but I included it in your holder just in case. Now seems like a good time to try it out.
Max: Here goes nothing.
*He swiped the card & Chomp started to glow yellow, making the T-Rex back away. Chomp then stood up & was hit with a bolt of lightning*
Max, Rex, Zoe, & Maya: Whoa!
*He then charged at the T-Rex & hit it with a burst of electricity, knocking it back. It then turned back into a card. Chomp then started to look a little woozy & turned back into a card himself. Lulu then fell on her back & turned into a card too. We ran to it & Max caught Chomp's card. I went to get Lulu's card & came back*

Rex: Try a swipe.
*Max & I swiped the cards & they turned into Chomp & Lulu's chibi size*
Max: Chomp, are you alright? *Chomp bit his nose* Ouch.
*I picked up Lulu*
Maya: Are you okay, Lulu?
*She nuzzled my cheek, making me giggle. We all looked relived*
Maya: They're okay.
Rex: It looked like the Tyrannosaurus Rex turned into a card too.
*Suddenly, a lady with mint green hair picked up the card. A tall skinny man, & a short fat man were with her*
Maya:*in her mind* Wait, those people look familiar.
