Ulrich362: Well good things, Misaki and Kenneth are having a baby and Yusaku's Charisma Dueling debut went extremely well which means he's one step closer to his debut alongside Blue Angel. Then again, someone attacked Jin and is now escaping into Link VRAINS so... not good.

bopdog111: Who was that? Well before then I'll tell you all I had been looking forward cause I had been improving the Deck of the character in question, say Ulrich what was the same of the video you gave me that shows Hydradrives are bad?

Ulrich362: The video? Oh, Dynasty of the Useless? Is that the one you meant?

bopdog111: Yeah that's the one. Since I watched that video, I moved to improve that Deck so it gets better, and covers many of the flaws the commenter pointed out.

Ulrich362: Well, we'll have to find out how your improvements work for the deck. Enjoy the chapter.

At Cafe Nom Yusaku had just heard from his parents what happened to Jin as he immediately got into the chamber with his Cyberse Deck and Ai was in his Duel Disk. "Into the VRAINS!"

He appeared on his Duel Board in his Playmaker avatar as he raced to try and find the mysterious assailant. He looked around trying to find the assailant around before Ai in his Duel Disk pointed over, "Look over there!"

Playmaker glanced at where Ai was pointing. It was the assailant flying by above.

"Hey, stop right there!" Playmaker called racing after him.

Hearing him the assailant looked over noticing Playmaker.

"Whatever you took from Jin I'm getting back." Playmaker mentioned starting to gain on the assailant.

Just then something flew in front of Playmaker surprising him making him stop. What got in Playmaker's way was a young boy with yellow, and orange hair with a yellow, and white suit on staring at him.

"What the? Who's this kid?" Ai questioned seeing him.

"I didn't expect you to respond so quickly Playmaker." the boy said over to Playmaker, "Whatever it just makes getting you out here easier."

"What?" Playmaker questioned hearing that.

"Now we got you cornered." the boy flew next to the assailant, and turned to him. "Bohman, get ready to duel him two on one."

"Duel." the assailant now identified as Bohman said absently readying his arm.

Playmaker flinched hearing that.

"Two on one, that's not fair." Ai frowned.

"No it doesn't, but how about two on two?" asked a familiar voice.

Hearing that they all looked over surprised.

Who was approaching was Blue Angel except her appearance had changed following Roget's code being deleted. Now under the name Blue Gal as part of her evolution her new outfit consists of a more form-fitting and practical outfit and she clips her hair back with a pink clover-shaped clip, leaving four long bangs hanging over her left eye. She wears a predominantly white one-piece garment that is white across the shoulders and down her front, dark blue with sideways pink hearts over each side of her chest and extending to her back with a white star shape at the middle of her spine, and pink at her ribs and in the interior, with a blue strip separating the pink and darker blue at her sides and blue cuffs at her legs. She wears an aquamarine sleeveless top below this with a pink clover tab; both of her tops are fastened with dark blue zippers. Blue Gal also wears long blue sleeves that reach to just under her arms with pink clover symbols at the tops, and darker blue finger-less gloves over them with aquamarine cuffs that reach mid-forearm and have pink heart symbols on the back of the hand. Similarly, she wears dark blue leggings with aquamarine cuffs that reach to mid-thigh under mid-calf length blue boots with pink soles, dark blue toes, and white straps, with aquamarine heart symbols on the cuffs. She accessorizes with an aquamarine belt that has twin Deck boxes at her hip and a golden buckle in the shape of a "B", blue heart-shaped ear studs; she retains her cheek tattoo. She uses a different Duel Disk and Duel Board that are less stylized than those she used as Blue Angel.

She arrived next to Playmaker. "I think this evens things up wouldn't you agree?"

"Blue Angel?" the boy blinked almost not recognizing her.

"Actually it's Blue Gal now." she clarified. "So, if you two are a team I guess that means I'm working with Playmaker?"

"Oh well it doesn't matter now." the boy shrugged, "Bohman gear up."

Bohman silently prepares against his opponents with the boy.

"So we're using traditional tag-duel rules? We share a field, graveyard, and 8000 life points but we use our own decks, hands, and Extra Decks?" Blue Gal asked.

"Are we doing this the Speed Duel way?" Ai asked her.

She blinked looking over at him. "Yeah, we are."

"That'll decrease use of zones should you duel like that." the young boy warns the two.

"The same goes for you two, unless you're up for a Master Duel instead." Blue Gal answered. "There's a good spot just down there for us to duel if you'd prefer."

'Rather not risk it for now. Besides Bohman needs the data.' the young boy thought before nodding as he, and Bohman flew down together.

Playmaker and Blue Gal followed them as they all landed in an open field for the duel.

"I hope you two are ready for what's to come." the young boy said as he, and Bohman armed there Duel Disks.

"We are." Playmaker answered as he and Blue Gal activated their own Duel Disks.

"DUEL!" they all called together.

"Bohman go first for us." the young man told Bohman.

Blue Gal blinked seeing that. "Just one set monster? Well ok, why don't you take our first move Playmaker?"

The young boy frowned seeing that as Blue Gal smiled.

'Still as skilled as ever Yusaku.' she thought.

"Now Ai let's see what your new card can do." Playmaker told Ai before calling, "Appear the circuit that leads to the future!"

The circuit appeared as Latency entered the bottom Link Arrow.

"Go get 'em, Linky!" Ai cheered on his main Cyberse monster.

"He's a cute little guy." Blue Gal smiled. "Plus if he's a Kuriboh he'll definitely have a useful ability."

"Along with that since I used Latency to Link Summoned, after I used it's ability to summon it, I draw another card!" Playmaker called drawing a card before calling, "Next I use Bitrooper, and ROM Cloudia to create my circuit!"

Blue Gal smiled seeing that.

"Alright Elphase attack that face-down!"

Elphase charged in kicking Bohman's monster. It flipped to reveal a brown cocoon shaped monster with a brown crest before shattering.

"What was that thing?" Ai questioned. "It was a Cyberse monster but I've never seen anything like that."

"Your guest is as good as mine. Doesn't matter cause Linkuriboh attacks directly!"

Linkuriboh charged in tackling Bohman making him stumble lightly. (Bohman/Harlin: 7700/Hands: (Bohman: 4/Harlin: 5))

"Hydradrive?" Playmaker questioned.

"I don't know, but I have a bad feeling we're about to find out." Blue Gal frowned.

"Well now since me, and Bohman's Main Monster Zones were empty, I can summon Booster from my hand. Then since I did, I use the effect of Hydradrive Cocoon! Since I summoned a Hydradrive, I can summon this card from the graveyard as long as it's placed at the bottom of the Deck when it leaves the field!"

"Then I activate Booster's special ability!" the young boy moved his hands as a dice appeared with different symbols on them.

"A die?" Playmaker questioned.

"Booster's Attribute becomes the result of what I roll." the young man explained as the dice roll before stopping at a green wing like picture, "I rolled WIND! So Booster's Attribute becomes WIND for this turn!"

Hydradrive Booster's brown aura turned to green.

Hydradrive Booster: (Attribute: WIND)

"Changing the Attribute, does his deck revolve around having the same attribute as our monsters?" Playmaker questioned seeing that. "Or is there something else he has planned?"

"You will see as I reveal the circuit of truth!" the young man called as the circuit appeared, "The summoning conditions is a WIND Hydradrive!"

Flow Hydradrive summoned a tornado which blown one of Playmaker's face-downs back to his hand.

"Wait did you say Link Spell?" Blue Gal asked hearing that.

"He does have a Link Marker, that spell has three of them." Blue Gal frowned.

A strange, star-shaped symbol resembling the Southern Cross is on it occasionally attached to a diamond-shape at one of the points; a yellow one on his bare chest, yellow ones on his ankle cuffs, orange sections that are part of his braids, and blue ones on his forearms.

"Hold that thought." Blue Gal countered. "I'll tribute one of my Trickstar Tokens to bring back Playmaker's Linkuriboh!"

One of the Tokens vanished as Linkuriboh popped back up calling, "Kuri, kuri, kuri!"

Linkuriboh: (Attack Position)

"You should've saved that for later." Bohman told her.

Bohman raised a hand, "I activate my Skill! Perfect Storm Access!"

Perfect Storm Access

Bohman's Skill

Can be used if your LP is at least 2000 lower then your opponent's. Add 1 randomly generated Cyberse monster well-suited to your Deck from a nearby Data Storm to your Extra Deck. The more intense the Data Storm, the stronger the Link Monster will be.

At that a large Data Storm was generated from around forming around Bohman's raised hand.

"What?" Playmaker questioned in shock hearing that.

"Storm Access!? I couldn't create a Data Storm that strong from nothing!" Ai cried stunned from what he saw.

"I now create my circuit!" the circuit appeared as Bohman called, "The summoning conditions are at least 2 Hydradrives that are the same Attribute!" Booster, and Twin Knight flew up entering the Left, Right, and Bottom arrows.

Playmaker frowned seeing that.

"Link Summon! Link 3, Cubic Hydradrive Lord!"

At that what rose up linked with Judgement Arrows was a large brown armored monster with some purple wings, and wielding a large two handed axe.

Negate the effects of monsters with the same Attribute(s) as this card while your opponent controls them, also they lose 500 ATK. If this card destroys a monster with the same Attribute as this card by battle, and they control another monster: You can activate this effect; this card can attack an opponent's monster again in a row. When this card is sent to the GY while your opponent controls a monster with the same Attribute as this card: You can draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of "Cubic Hydradrive Lord" once per turn.

Seeing it Playmaker mentioned to Blue Gal, "That's the card he gotten from that Storm Access."

"I can see that, it looks powerful." she frowned.

"When this monster is summoned, I pick two Attributes for it to share with EARTH. My choices are DARK, and LIGHT!" Playmaker, and Blue Gal widen there eyes. "In addition to your monsters with the same Attributes being negated, they also lose 500 attack points!"

Cubic Hydradrive Lord: (Attribute: EARTH/DARK/LIGHT)

Cubic Lord flapped it's wings which weakened Sweet Guitar, and Linkuriboh.

Trickstar Band Sweet Guitar: (ATK: 2200 - 500 = 1700/Effects Negated)

Trickstar Token: (Effects Negated)

Linkuriboh: (ATK: 300 - 500 = 0/Effects Negated)

"Oh no, Linky!" Ai cried.

"This is bad." Playmaker frowned.

"Battle! Cubic Lord attack Linkuriboh!" Cubic Lord charged in at this.

Playmaker grunted before calling, "I use Linkuriboh's ability! By Tributing itself, your monster's attack points goes to 0!"

Linkuriboh quickly vanished which made Cubic Lord stop it's assault without it's points lowering.

"That was way too close." Ai sighed.

"Even if it's ability was negated the Tribute part ignores that." the young man said seeing this.

"But a replay forms, and now I attack Sweet Guitar!" Bohman called as Cubic Lord charged at the Fusion Monster, "Judgement Arrows' effect!"

Cubic Hydradrive Lord: (ATK: 2300 x 2 = 4600)

'I can't stop the damage but...' Blue Gal thought. "I use Trickstar Festival's ability in my graveyard, I can banish this spell to prevent Sweet Guitar from being destroyed in battle!"

"But you still take damage!" Bohman pointed out.

Blue Gal cried out as the shockwaves hit her.

(Blue Gal and Playmaker: 5600/Hands: (Blue Gal: 1)/(Playmaker: 3))

"Are you okay Blue?" Playmaker asked her concerned.

"Yeah, I'm alright." she replied. 'Hopefully keeping an extra monster on my field will help you on your turn.'

"I place 1 card face-down to end my turn." Bohman ends his turn.

Bohman's Hand: 1/Field with Harlin: Cubic Hydradrive Lord (Attack Position/Attribute: DARK/LIGHT/EARTH/Linked with Judgement Arrows), Judgement Arrows (face-up), Two Set Cards

Playmaker 2nd Turn:

"My turn! Draw!" Playmaker drew looking at his cards.

"My cards are your cards Playmaker." Blue Gal mentioned.

Playmaker looked to her, and nod before calling, "In that case, I summon Micro Coder!"

Micro Coder: (ATK: 300 - 500 = 0)

"And now appear the circuit that leads to the future!" The circuit appeared only for Elphase, the Trickstar Token, and Micro Coder to fly up entering the arrows.

"Link Summon! Link 3, Powercode Talker!"

Powercode Talker rose on up against the enemies.

Once per turn, if this card battles an opponent's monster, during damage calculation (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster this card points to; this card's ATK becomes double its original ATK during that damage calculation only.

"A FIRE monster, Cubic Hydradrive Lord can't negate its abilities." the young boy frowned.

"And as Elphase was sent to the graveyard, it can summon back a Level 4 or lower Cyberse but it can't be used for Link Summon, or use it's abillities for the rest of this turn! Rise on back Bitrooper!"

Bitrooper rose up.

Bitrooper: (Attack Position/Linked to Powercode Talker/Effects Negated/Can't be used as Link Material/ATK: 1500 - 500 = 1000)

Powercode Talker: (Linked to Bitrooper)

"And as Micro Coder was used to summon a Code Talker, I take the spell, Cynet Ritual to my hand!" Playmaker added showing a card.

"And this is from the graveyard so your monster can't stop it!" Ai grinned.

Bohman just watched calmly.

"And I use Powercode Talker's ability! Wire Restriction! So now it's Cubic Hydradrive Lord that's having it's abilities negated!"

Powercode Talker shot it's grapnel ensnaring Cubic Lord.

Cubic Hydradrive Lord: (Effects Negated/Attribute: EARTH)

Bitrooper: (ATK: 1000 + 500 = 1500)

Trickstar Band Sweet Guitar: (ATK: 1700 + 500 = 2200)

Blue Gal smiled seeing that.

"Then I activate the trap card, Recoded Alive!" Playmaker added revealing his trap.

"And now battle! Sweet Guitar attack Cubic Hydradrive Lord!" Playmaker called as the Trickstar charged in at Cubic Lord.

"What are you doing now?" Bohman questioned.

Cubic Hydradrive Lord: (ATK: 2300 x 2 = 4600)

It slashed down as Playmaker called, "This! From Encode Talker's ability damage becomes 0, and Sweet Guitar isn't destroyed! Then Encode Talker gains the attack points of the monster it failed to beat!"

Encode Talker: (ATK: 2300 + 4600 = 6900)

"What?" the young boy cried in shock seeing that.

"Encode Talker attack! Encode Finish!"

Encode Talker's shield sprout a blade as it charged down.

Cubic Hydradrive Lord: (ATK: 2300 x 2 = 4600)

The two clanged but Encode Talker slashed down destroying Cubic Lord while the two stepped back. (Bohman/Harlin: 2900/Hands: (Bohman: 1/Harlin: 3))

"And thanks to this! The spell, Cynet Backdoor!"

Cynet Backdoor

Quick-Play Spell Card

Target 1 Cyberse monster you control; banish it, and if you do, add 1 Cyberse monster from your Deck to your hand, whose ATK is lower than that monster's original ATK. During your next Standby Phase, return that monster banished by this effect to the field, and it can attack directly that turn. You can only activate 1 "Cynet Backdoor" per turn.

"Encode Talker is banished, then I take Cyberse Gadget to my hand from my Deck! At my next Standby Phase, Encode Talker returns, and can attack directly!" Playmaker said showing a card as Encode Talker vanished through a backhole.

The young boy's eyes widened hearing that.

"But let's end it now! Recoded Alive's effect in the graveyard! I banish it summon back a banished Code Talker! Come back Powercode Talker!"

Powercode Talker rose up again.

Powercode Talker: (Attack Position/Linked with Trickstar Token)

"And now Powercode Talker attack them directly!" Powercode Talker charged forward striking the two again. (Bohman/Harlin: 0600/Hands: (Bohman: 1/Harlin: 3)) "Now Bitrooper finish them off!"

Bitrooper charged forward towards them, and struck them causing them to cry out landing hard.

Blue Gal and Playmaker wins!

"Got you, now you'll give us back what you took." Ai mentioned turning into his monster form and flying towards them.

Just then a blast fired striking Ai's shoulder.

"Ah!" he cried out.

"What the, what was that?" Blue Gal questioned looking where the blast came from.

A twinkled star was shown before two things flown in. Two humanoids one orange, and one blue green with the same stars on there bodies were speeding down in front of the young man, and Bohman who both are slowly getting up as the orange humanoid told them, "Get Bohman, and get out of here."

"We will cover your escape, Harlin." the green humanoid told the young man.

"You're not getting away." Playmaker told them.

"We just did." Harlin carries Bohman, and speeds off.

Blue Gal, and Playmaker went to catch up only for the two humanoids to get in there way.

"You two look like you need some help." mentioned a male voice.

"Huh?" they looked over hearing that seeing someone approaching.

"Huh, who's that?" Blue Girl questioned.

secs agoIt was a young man that has gold eyes. His hair becomes slightly longer and his central bangs reverse direction and become more angular. The upper layer of his hair becomes turquoise, while the bottom layer and his eyebrows both become blue and more prominent. His bangs become red; the framing bangs are shot through with orange, while the central bang turns orange. He wears a grey jumpsuit patterned with orange flames licking the limbs, red rib sections, and a yellow arrowhead shape running down his chest with a triangular aquamarine gem in the center. He has red shoulder-pads, greaves, and a gauntlet on his left hand and an elbow-guard on his right arm, which is bare to the wrist. He also wears gloves with a similar basic design; the one on his right hand is a fingerless red glove with orange knuckles and a square-shaped section missing from the back of the hand, and the one on his left is black, with red knuckles and a red patch on the back of his hand. He also wears red boots with grey, orange-lined tongues and orange soles. He is also wearing an unusual scarf around his neck that appears to "flicker"; small sections either hover separately as if they were attached or are constantly emitted. The scarf is able to appear and disappear accordingly, similar to a D-Board.

bopdog111: Who is this guy?

Ulrich362: No idea, hopefully he's a friend and not another enemy. Then again it looks like Skye and Yusaku's first time working together went well, not perfectly but they made a pretty decent team.

bopdog111: Bohman may not seem much right now but he's still incomplete at the moment.

Ulrich362: True, and he'll improve quite a bit over time. That said, a few very interesting things will be revealed in the next chapter. See you in the next chapter.

bopdog111: Be sure to review!
