bopdog111: Lightning had certainly proved he's a big threat.
Ulrich362: Definitely, I doubt anyone expected him to use Xyz and Pendulum Summoning.
bopdog111: He shows he can adapt well.
Ulrich362: True, but so can Playmaker and the others... and they're coming up with plans to maybe try and defeat him.
bopdog111: But right now Playmaker has a match himself.
Ulrich362: Well not Playmaker exactly... and he just might have an unexpected fan watching that match.
bopdog111: And what fan is that?
Ulrich362: We'll have to wait and see, enjoy the chapter.

Celina after a few minutes slowly starts to wake up which she sees someone offering water in her vision.
"Here, you might need this." mentioned a female voice as Celina blinked seeing it was Klarissa, one of the lieutenants of the Knights of Hanoi.
Celina takes it drinking it as she feels a hand patting her back.
"How are you feeling?" Steve inquired calmly with Sachiko next to him.
"Ryoken told us about your duel with the LIGHT Ignis, he caught us all off guard with his Xyz and Pendulum Summoning." Sachiko mentioned. "But we know that he can try that now so it wasn't a total loss and we got you out safely."
Celina frowned over. "I tried to help... but I wasn't able to free Jin."
"Not yet, but we will." Alec told her calmly.
She looked over towards them before blinking. "Where's Ryoken, and Lilly?"
"They're working on a solution to our Ignis problem." Alec answered.
Celina slowly moved to get up but collapsed on all fours that the duel took a lot out of her. Steve moved to help support her. He slowly helped her, and got her to sit down on a couch over before she looked around. "Where's everyone else?"
"Doing whatever we can to gather information." Klarissa answered to her. "Why don't you try and rest for now."
Celina against her better judgement nodded over laying down on the couch to try resting to recover her energy.
"Do you need anything?" Steve inquired calmly.
"Just... tell me if something happens." Celina answered.
They all nodded before walking out so Celina could get some rest as she gently closed her eyes, quickly falling asleep. Steve, and Sachiko walked to the room where Ryoken, and Lilly are at as she knocked the door.
"It's open." Ryoken's voice told them.
They walked in at that.
Ryoken was at a computer typing in code while Lilly was sitting in a couch with her mind in Link Vrains dueling.
"What's the status?" Sachiko asked her brother.
"So far, very slow... it shouldn't take nearly as long as the original six Ignis, but if we're going to avoid the trauma of the Lost Incident we'll be taking periodic breaks." he answered her. "Still, this Ignis may very well be the most advanced of them all... that may be why father abandoned it originally."
"Well we have Celina with us, and learned a lot of the LIGHT Ignis, and it's dueling strategies. We feel this is only the start of what it can do but it's too many questions for us to figure what his overall skillset is." Sachiko explained over to her brother. "Him using Judgement Arrows was the easy part but he has access to Pendulum, and Xyz."
Ryoken frowned hearing that. "Then it's likely we should expect Synchro, Fusion, and Ritual as well... that information could prove invaluable once we face him again. What about Playmaker and the others?"
"There tracking down the LIGHT Ignis' movements but Playmaker is focusing on advancing his ranks as a Charisma Duelist." Steve explained over.
Ryoken couldn't hide the small smile on his face hearing that. "I see, good to know. He's finally getting his life back and soon we all can follow in his footsteps."
"Should we keep on track while managing what SOL Technologies is up too brother?" Sachiko asked him.
"That would be a good idea." he nodded only to sigh. "I've gotten far too soft for my own good."
"Actually I think it's a good thing." Sachiko admitted with a soft smile. "It had been far too long since I've last seen you like this brother..."
"The last time was… before it all started." he agreed closing his eyes.
Meanwhile...
After being assured by everyone Celina will be okay Yusaku, and Skye walked off to try focusing on his Charisma Duelist Career seeing over the next duelist. Yusaku was looking at his Predaplant cards only to sigh.
"What's wrong?" Skye asked him.
"Do I really have time to be focusing on this? After what Lightning did to mom... maybe I should be focusing on the coming battles instead of being a Charisma Duelist." Yusaku admitted. "After all... lives are at risk."
She frowned before taking his head. "Yusaku?"
He blinked turning to her. Skye stared at him. "I know it's hard to keep your focus... but I want you to keep going." She softly placed her head on his chest. "I think your parents, and family don't want you to worry, and want you to focus on your career. They'll tell us if they need us."
"Yeah, I know." Yusaku nodded before looking at his cards with a smirk. "Last time I brought out my strongest card but this time I have something else in mind to sprout up in Link Vrains."
She pulled back softly asking. "So... will you keep going?"
"Of course I will." he nodded before slowly getting up. "I told you didn't I? King Fallen might have been a spiteful opponent but the duel was actually fun."
Skye smiled back at this nodding.
"I should talk with the Leo Institute about arranging my next duel then... and I should probably make sure mom is alright." Yusaku mentioned offering her a hand to help her up.
Skye takes his hand raising up for them to head off.
"So, who do I stay with this time?" Ai inquired making his presence known. "I can't very well show up with Predator Gardener right?"
"With Skye as usual." Yusaku answered over to him. "She's as hidden as we are."
"Oh... good point." Ai admitted hearing that.
They arrived at the Leo Institute where they find Gore chatting with Claude before they looked over seeing them.
"Yusaku and Skye, what are you two doing here?" Gore smiled seeing them.
"We're gonna chat for Predator Gardener's next match." Skye explained over.
"Already?" Gore asked hearing that.
"Yes." Yusaku nodded over before turning to Claude. "If that's okay right now."
"Of course, I'll speak with madame chairwoman and make the arrangements for a duel." Claude nodded calmly walking off.
They then looked over to Gore before Skye asked. "So what are you here for Gore?"
He grinned over. "Just a request for the future."
"A request?" she asked curiously. "What kind of request?"
"Cancel all of my future duels for now on. Until one certain match." Gore explained with a grin over.
Hearing that Yusaku only smiled. "Well, that's a long way away, and to be honest I don't know if I'll make it to that duel."
"Well I await ya. If you can match your girl first." Gore offered a hand out of sportsmanship.
Yusaku smiled taking it. "I'll do my best."
With a grinning node Gore walked out leaving the two, and Ai there.
"I don't know about the rest of the Charisma Duels, but I know getting past any of the top three will be a challenge." Yusaku admitted to Skye. "You, Lilly, and Gore are all incredibly talented duelists."
"So are you." Skye smiled over.
Yusaku smiled as Claude walked back to them.
"The Number 9 Charisma Duelist accepts your challenge Yusaku." Claude explained over.
Hearing that Yusaku nodded. "Alright, then I won't keep her waiting."
Walking over he sat down in one of the lobby chairs and put on his Duel Disk.
"Into the VRAINS!"
In Link VRAINS...
A big sky ship in the air was the location of another battle as who's waiting was a woman waiting for a certain someone. Soon Predator Gardener landed. "Sorry if I kept you waiting."
The woman turned over showing to his surprise is White Tiger. His eyes widened. "White Tiger, the bounty hunter?"
"That's my name don't ya forget it." White Tiger grinned winking. "What you think Bounty Hunting is my ONLY profession? Me, and Kenneth aren't well off on just Bounty Hunting as I don't use dueling just as a tool but also a thing for Sport. Just kept myself low so I don't attract lots of attention if you know what I mean."
"I understand, well just because we know each other don't expect me to hold back against you." Predator Gardener grinned back. "So this time its a Master Duel?"
"Considering your last duel was a Speed Duel that be fair. But why not take a step further, the Action style of further?" White Tiger suggested over.
"An Action Duel up here?" he asked her before chuckling. "Well, if you're sure."
Suddenly he paused and walked over.
"By the way Misaki, how's your baby doing?"
Her grin faded to a smile as she patted her avatar's belly which isn't showing on her form right now. "Oh the little one is doing fine right now. Sota assured me that me being here in Link VRAINS isn't gonna hurt anything."
"I know, just wanted to check on the baby." he smiled before moving back. "Since I challenged you White Tiger, you can decide who goes first?"
"Okay. I judge you as first." White Tiger grinned as her eyes turned to tiger eyes. "I hope your ready to feel the bite of my tiger power!" She readied her Duel Disk getting into her Charisma Duelist acting.
"We'll see, but my plants just might bite back." Predator Gardener smirked as an orb of Action Cards appeared along with several floating platforms around the airship.
"Action Duel!" they called together.

"Okay my turn!" White Tiger drew as she jumped on platforms. "We're on a ship but no crew? Not a problem cause by sending a Beast, Winged Beast, or Beast-Warrior, I summon Tri-Brigade Kerass!"

Predator Gardener drew his card before nodding. "I'll use a trap card, Predaplanning!"
Predaplanning
Normal Trap Card
Send 1 "Predaplant" monster from your Deck to the GY; place 1 Predator Counter on each face-up monster on the field, and if you do, any of those monsters that are Level 2 or higher become Level 1 as long as they have a Predator Counter. If you Fusion Summon a DARK monster while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Predaplanning" once per turn.
"I'll send a Predaplant monster to the graveyard to put Predator Counters on every monster in play."
A portal opened which bit both of there monsters.
Predaplant Sarraceniant: (Predator Counter: 1)
Tri-Brigade Bearbrumm the Rampant Rampager: (Attack Position/Predator Counter: 1)
"With that done, I'll use another trap card." Predator Gardener grinned. "Predaplanet."

You can only use this effect of "Predaplant Chlamydosundew" once per turn.
"Of course this monster has a special ability that lets me Fusion Summon without Polymerization and I'll use it to fuse with a monster on your field with a Predator Counter. Oh, and that counter treats your monster as a DARK monster when I Fusion Summon."
"I see. So you placed that counter on my monster to seal my advantage, and leave me defenseless." White Tiger realized what he was up too.
"Yeah which means now I get an advantage."
White Tiger however grinned over. "Not so fast kitten, I got a face-down! Tri-Brigade Roar!"
Tri-Brigade Roar
Quick-Play Spell Card
If you control a Link Monster: Send 1 "Tri-Brigade" card from your Deck or Extra Deck to the GY, then target 1 Effect Monster on the field; apply the following effect based on the type of card sent to the GY.
● Monster: Change the targeted monster's ATK to 0 until the end of this turn.
● Spell: Negate that monster's effects until the end of this turn.
● Trap: Return that monster to the hand.
You can only activate 1 "Tri-Brigade Roar" per turn.
"With a Link Monster on my field, I send a Tri-Brigade card of my choosing to do one effect based on what card I send over to the graveyard on a Effect Monster. A monster makes them lose all there strength, a spell negates there effects, and a trap orders it back to the hand!" White Tiger explained over to Predator Gardener.
Predator Gardener's eyes widened at that.
"So I'll send the Spell, Rendezvous!" When she set the spell the mechanical bear that Bearbrumm roared loud which shook Chlamydosundew.
Predaplant Chlamydosundew: (Effects Negated)
"You want to beat me, then never expect Plan A to work!" White Tiger grinned over with a wink.
"I didn't." Predator Gardener revealed sending an Action Card to his graveyard. "I laid the seeds of something else, something powerful. I activate Super Polymerization!"
Super Polymerization

Discard 1 card; Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from either field as Fusion Material. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation.
"And, since I can chain it to your spell it activates before Chlamydosundew's abilities are negated and that means your monster still counts as a DARK Monster when I fuse it with my Predaplant Sarraceniant and bring out Predaplant Chimerafflesia!"

Once per turn, during the next Standby Phase after this card was sent to the GY: You can add 1 "Polymerization" Spell or "Fusion" Spell from your Deck to your hand.
She grinned over. "Well not bad... Of course since Bearbrumm was sent to the graveyard, I can use her effect."
"Well I have two of my own effects, first since a monster with a Predator Counter left the field Predaplanet lets me add a Predap card to my hand and when Sarraceniant is destroyed in battle or leaves the field because of a card effect I can add a second Predap card to my hand which means I add two cards." Predator Gardener revealed.
"Well same to me as Bearbrumm was sent to the graveyard, I take a Tri-Brigade Spell or Trap Card to my hand but place 1 card from my hand to the bottom of my Deck." White Tiger explained adding a card before placing her Action Card to the bottom of her Deck.
Predator Gardener added his two cards before nodding. "Chimerafflesia attack White Tiger directly!"
Chimerafflesia charged in towards her which she takes the hit. (White Tiger: 1500/Hand: 2) The hit knocks her back landing a vertical backflip landing on a platform grabbing an Action Card. "Well I use Damage Condenser!"

Fraktall aimed at the sky firing an arrow that generated the Link Circuit.
"I can only summon this Link Monster if there are 3 or more existing Tri-Brigade Spell or Trap Cards in my graveyard that are different from each other!" White Tiger called as the graveyard portal opened as the five mentioned monsters exit only to turn to twisters entering the Link Markers.
'This is bad, her Link 5 monster is strong but I should be able to survive one attack from it.' Predator Gardener thought as he glanced to see where the nearest Action Card was just in case.
"Among all of the Tri-Beast Mercenaries there is one that is the most Legendary! Equipped with the most superior armor, and weapons it comes out to take the field by storm! Link Summon! Arise, Link 5! Tri-Brigade Arms "Bucephalus II"!"

"Huh?" Predator Gardener questioned seeing that.
"Sorry but remember Rendezvous?" White Tiger grinned over. "When a Linked Beast, Winged Beast, or Beast-Warrior should be destroyed the card is banished instead."
Predator Gardener's eyes widened before he started to laugh. "So you use your trap's effect to counter mine, no wonder you're one of the top ten Charisma Duelists. Of course this duel is still over. I use Starving Venemy Dragon's ability and target Tri-Brigade Arms "Bucephalus II"."

'Did he knew about "Bucephalus II" banishing every monster when a monster attacks?' White Tiger asked in her mind from this.
"Now, Chimerafflesia attack "Bucephalus II"!" Predator Gardener called. "When Chimerafflesia battles it gains 1000 attack points and your monster loses 1000 attack points!"
Predaplant Chimerafflesia: (ATK: 2500 + 1000 = 3500)
Tri-Brigade Arms "Bucephalus II": (ATK: 3000 - 1000 = 2000)
Grabbing her Action Card she takes it to use it. "I activate the Action Spell, Damage Banish!"
Damage Banish
Action Spell Card
If you would take battle damage: Reduce it to 0.
"This negates the damage I would take!" White Tiger called as a barrier build around her.
"I play the Action Spell No Action!" Predator Gardener countered playing his own spell. "It negates and destroys an Action Card."
No Action!
Action Spell Card
Negate the activation and the effect of an Action Spell Card, and if you do, destroy it.
(A/N (Ulrich362): Like father like son.)
The barrier broke as Chimerafflesia attacks "Bucephalus II" who tried blocking but is destroyed as White Tiger cried out landing on the ground.

Predator Gardener wins!
Seeing that Predator Gardener jumped up to the airship and walked over offering a hand. "Are you ok?"
She looked up, and takes his hand as he helps her up while she grinned through her mask clenching his hand. "Your really something else you know that?"
He blushed slightly but smiled. "Thanks, I admit I learned from some of the best... you're a great duelist too. It was a fun match."
"Yeah that was hella fun." White Tiger winked over. "Now I wonder what it be like if you, and Kenneth duel each other. He's stronger for me, and that's for damn certain."
"Well... let's just say I hope I don't end up dueling him and..." Predator Gardener started only for his eyes to widen seeing something.
Confused White Tiger looked over, and they see Blue Angel flying over. Blue Angel smiled over landing on the ship. "I had been watching him at work."
"Me, I'm honored to hear that." Predator Gardener admitted.
Blue Angel then grinned over to him. "Just know I'm your biggest fan so far. I'm already looking forward for you to face me. Just don't count your sister out though, she earned Number 3 fair and square."
Predator Gardener's eyes widened as Blue Angel and White Tiger could see his face turn red. "Oh... well I know that, she's incredibly skilled and honestly I don't know if I could beat her in a match... especially given she knows my deck inside and out."
"Well you can only find out if you try right?" White Tiger grinned with a wink.
"Yeah, well... I still have a long way to go." he admitted blushing more as he logged out.
They both chuckled at this before White Tiger turned to Blue Angel with a grin. "So Angel, has Playmaker been treating you well?"
"Better than well, he's been so sweet and kind." Blue Angel admitted smiling at that.
"Well if he hurts you just come tell me." White Tiger winked over.
"If he does, but I doubt he will." Blue Angel smiled logging out herself.
Meanwhile...
"Are you sure revealing so many of your strategies against Celina was a good idea?" Harlin inquired to Lightning.
"It was to prove the point that subjugation of humanity under my hands is inevitable." Lightning pointed out over to him. "Though Celina was much more trouble then I originally processed."
"You were lucky." Bohman mentioned getting his attention. "I've been looking into her deck and while I don't know the reason she misplayed, she could have defeated you. It may be that she was acting emotionally seeing Jin."
"What?" Lightning questioned hearing that. "No, I won because I was destined too not cause of some silly misplay! Those simulations shows our oppression over humans, and there not caused from a damn mistake!"
"Then why didn't she use her Lunalight Fusion spell card to summon Sabre Dancer before playing Leo Dancer?" Bohman asked calmly. "Had she played that monster it would have allowed her to defeat you."
"She wanted to take me out as quick as possible simple as that!" Lightning stated over clearly refusing to believe Celina misplayed as it insults his dueling abilities in his vision. "That's it!"
Bohman frowned at that. "If you're certain, though we should be cautious either way."
"Celina was stronger then I expected so we will let our guard on." Lightning stated over crossing his arms hearing something behind him. "Your finally back on your feet."
They looked behind them to see Echo with Windy on his arm but differently due to Hanoi's virus now wearing bandages over his scars, a large cape, and an eye patch with the letter "W" on it over his damaged eye.
"I'm going to make them all pay, I'll destroy those pathetic humans myself." Windy stated coldly.
"Cam yourself. Remember that your temper was what put you in that situation after your duel with Rosaly." Lightning stated over to him. "I managed to salvage most of your data but I can't do it a second time if your affected by Hanoi's Virus again."
"They got lucky, this time I'll be sure to destroy them." Windy stated as he glared with his one good eye.
Ulrich362: Well... that's an interesting side to Lightning... very emotional for an Ignis.
bopdog111: Both Ai, and Flame stated over that he's cool, calm, and collected but apparently that set about a 'misplay' riled him up?
Ulrich362: True... a shame Playmaker and the others don't know about that because it might be the key to making Lightning himself misplay and end up losing a duel. That said, what's next Bopdog?
bopdog111: Well Windy is back on his feet so he'll be eager for revenge but probably not now. So maybe someone from SOLs comes in since they haven't dueled until the War on SOLs Arc?
Ulrich362: Interesting, sounds like a plan to me. See you in the next chapter.
bopdog111: Be sure to review!
