Ulrich362: It's time... the confrontation with Lightning and his allies is finally here.
bopdog111: And thanks to Earth pursuing ahead, they now know what exactly is Lightning's intentions this time. So there gonna need a different plan then the one they worked with while intending to have Lightning stay alive. They need to stop him but they need to take him alive, which will be a near impossible task.
Ulrich362: A nearly impossible task, all on the shoulders of the youngest and arguably most innocent Ignis, Midna. Of course before that there are several other enemies to get past including Bits, Boots, Bohman, Harlin, and potentially even Jin Kolter himself.
bopdog111: Well not the last one cause he's been given back by Lightning, and his memories of the Hanoi Project are gone.
Ulrich362: Oh yeah, then again... who knows, Lightning might have made an AI of Jin. Either way, enjoy the chapter.
Disclaimer: We don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V or Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. All we own are the OCs.
The day after the duel with the Charisma Duelist, Transcendent Don, and the incident with Earth, and now everyone is gonna come up with a different plan, and are making some finishing touches towards the plan there doing.
"Does everyone remember what they have to do?" Declan inquired to the group.
"I believe we do. But let's go over one last time." Ryoken stated over to them. "Our objective is to go in, stop Lightning, and take him alive. Under no circumstances is he allowed to perish. We will go in teams to eliminate his attack, me, Ai posing as Playmaker, Nyx, Midna, and the other victims of the Hanoi Project will head into a charging path ahead to find Lightning."
"Meanwhile me, Ghost Gal, and Shepherd will lead strike teams ahead." Sachiko added as they stared at the sector hologram. "Dragon Empress, D/D Executive, Baira, Magician, and Faust will lead the lesser Knights of Hanoi to distract the Bits and Boots off our trail while we move in. We strike teams head in eliminate any opposition that blocks Midna's team, and cut off Lightning's escape route. We will deal with Bohman, and Harlin if needed but Lightning is for her team only."
"Then Live Star, I, Fiend Performer, and White Tiger will hold a relief point if any of us needs to rest or recover from the battle ahead." Genome added over. "No matter what our objective is to stop Lightning's attack, and capture him alive." The Knights of Hanoi are now referring the Ignis by there human names as right now, there is no more reason to destroy them now.
"Right, be careful this is probably going to be not just difficult but dangerous." Zuzu admitted.
They nodded over before Ai turned over to Yusaku. "And Playmaker, your gonna be needed in the Charisma Duelist field so your gonna have to pose as Predator Gardener, and take care of your leftover Charisma Rivals while we're busy here."
Yusaku frowned at that. "I know... all this time, the past ten years of my life led to this... and I have to stay behind. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little angry about that."
"I know how you feel Yusaku, I felt the same way a long time ago." Celina mentioned to her son.
"If you take care of them quick, you can come join the battle ahead." Yuri said to him. "But for this to work your gonna have to get there by beating more then one today this time."
"You have 2 more rivals." Misaki added to Yusaku. "Your next opponent is a Insect User called Queen Vexus who uses Beetrooper. And after that is the Number 4 Duelist named Cleopatra using Ragnaraika, a Deck almost completely the same as my Tri-Brigade but it has several differences."
"I'll do what I can." Yusaku mentioned before frowning. "Cal, I'll be taking the truck back to Den City."
"Be sure not to scratch it." Cal told him as the truck was incredibly expensive for there cover even if the price wasn't that large as it was a used truck.
"I won't." he nodded leaving the Ryoken residence and taking the truck back to Den City.
"Looks like Lightning is ready." Lilly spoken seeing the sector has the Bits, and Boots like before alongside something else in the lead. "Is everyone ready to begin the attack?"
"Yes, we are." Ryoken nodded to her.
So everyone geared up as they looked at each other nodding. Earth slowly turned to Aqua who noticing that still looked angry making him cringe before Aqua turned giving him the cold shoulder still angry about Earth almost killing Lightning from before as they ready over with there Duel Disks. "INTO THE VRAINS!" There Duel Disks glowed before transferring over to Link VRAINS.
In LINK VRAINS...
Everyone in there avatars appeared nearby, and who appeared a second later was Playmaker or Ai taking over Playmaker's account while Yusaku is posing as Predator Gardener.
"You all know your assignments, so move." Varis told them all simply.
They nodded over from this heading over.
"Kenny?" White Tiger called to the Shepherd before he went to follow them with Ghost Gal overhearing.
"What, we don't have time to waste." The Shepherd told her.
White Tiger walked smiling before kissing him looking. "Good luck. Me, and our baby will be waiting for your safe return."
He paused briefly before nodding. "Right."
"I'll make sure he'll be back." Ghost Gal smiled to her sister in law patting the Shepherd's shoulder. "Don't worry he's in good hands."
White Tiger nodded with a smile to Ghost Gal. "I'm trusting you Ghost Gal. Be careful."
"We will." Ghost Gal nodded before turning to the Shepherd. "Come on the show's probably already started without us." She generated her Duel Board flying off where the battle is taking place.
"As if I need you to keep an eye on me." he frowned jumping on his own Duel Board to follow her.
White Tiger smiled as she watches them before then starting to tear up which Dr. Genome, Fiend Performer, and Live Star sees.
"They'll be ok, don't worry." Fiend Performer reassured her.
Live Star softly hugged her as White Tiger turned over. "Sorry... I'm just... worried about this whole thing."
"That's understandable, but they're all skilled duelists... everything will be fine." Dr. Genome stated calmly.
White Tiger nodded before they turned off where the battle is.
Meanwhile...
Lightning himself was at the throne staring ahead through the window at the direction where the battle is. They now know what he intends to do, and will do what they can to stop him from dying which he knows can't happen unless humanity will die. If he has to fight he will all he can, it was either humanity crumbling or he dies.
"Lightning." Bohman appeared behind him. "The opposition force is approaching."
"Very well." Lightning nodded. "On time like I expected. Kintaro?" He called for one subordinate he had made to lead his army otherside Bohman, and Harlin. One of the failed prototypes for his goal of uniting the Ignis as one before Bohman but he keeps it around. As if on cue a man wearing the robes while having orange hair with yellow highlights appeared knelling behind Lightning.
"You summoned me master Lightning?" the man, Kintaro, inquired calmly.
"The Knights are making there move. You know what to do." Lightning stated over to Kintaro to capture the other Ignis, and fight the Knights.
"I understand, which of them should I go after first?" Kintaro asked calmly as he stood up and prepared to head out.
"I don't care who. Playmaker is mine however." Lightning answered.
Kintaro nodded at that before heading out as he materialized his Duel Board.
"Bohman... I thank you, and Harlin for sticking with me for this long, and tolerating my facade." Lightning spoken up to Bohman. "I'd like you to keep going to unite the Ignis into your form if you would. Only by us all being united into you shall we truly be together while humanity is being destroyed."
"I understand." he nodded calmly.
The two stared off at the battle ahead waiting for what there up too.
At the field Kintaro is at the field with the multiple Bit, and Boot units staring ahead before noticing that the Knights alongside the lesser Knights are charging ahead lead by Playmaker's group ahead.
"Go." he commanded the Bit and Boot units as they all raced towards Playmaker's group and the Knights of Hanoi.
"Looks like there going ahead." Faust said seeing this.
"Those staying behind defend us, and the Strike Teams until we breach the Palace." Varis ordered them all.
"Right." Dragon Empress nodded.
Cal as Unnamed turned over to a golden haired white armored boy that has a blue bodysuit under the armor. "Skystar, be careful I just gotten you back."
"I will brother." the boy now Jin as Skystar smiled over to Unnamed. "I got everyone here with me. You just be careful yourself." Unnamed nodded with a smile as they head ahead to the battle.
Just then the units started attacking with the lesser Knights of Hanoi held them off while the Strike Teams, and Midna's Team charged forward pass them. Suddenly they are blocked by Kintaro who is in front of them smirking.
"Huh, who are you?" Skystar asked not recognizing him.
"I am Kintaro, one of the first starting prototypes of master Lightning's plan for the Ignis Unification now serving as one of his top enforcers." Kintaro explained who he is to them.
"So you're like Bohman?" Unnamed asked.
"A failed starting point but I have other uses." Kintaro answered over. "Now all the Ignis other then Windy are here. I'll be taking you all now." He then sees Midna. "...And for you... well I don't know what Master Lightning wants with you but he'll figure it out."
Midna shivered slightly as Nyx moved in front of her. "You're not touching her, understand?"
"Unfortunately, you don't have a say in it." Kintaro said over before readying over. "Hope your ready to fall."
"Well your dealing with me." Unnamed stepped forward saying that looking at Kintaro. "I'll take you."
"You, very well I'll defeat you first." Kintaro told him.
Unnamed turned over to everyone. "I'll deal with him. Go on ahead."
"Fight well." Varis said before nodding to everyone else to head on ahead.
Kintaro frowned. "You're sacrificing yourself for the others, that won't help you... this will only end one way."
"No... but it will help them." Unnamed said readying over. "I hope your ready cause your against someone who's ready to defend his brother."
"Then you'll give your life." Kintaro noted landing.
Unnamed drop down readying staring over.

"An Xyz Monster?" Unnamed asked looking up.
That's right, and when I Xyz Summon Primemathmech Laplacian I can detach up to three Overlay Units to activate its abilities... I detach two materials to send a monster and a spell and trap you control to the graveyard." Kintaro revealed.
Unnamed watched as the monster takes two units before launching down two orbs striking out Unnamed's field before he pointed out. "But your monster's not strong enough to win even if my field is empty."
Primemathmech Laplacian: (ORU: 3 - 2 - 1)
"True, but I can wipe out half your life points." Kintaro told him. "Laplacian attack him directly!"
The Mathmech charged in slashing down as Unnamed cried out stumbling with a wince before raising up. "I'm... not beaten yet!" (Unnamed: 2000/Hand: 2)
"You may as well be, I set two cards and end my turn." Kintaro told him.

Kintaro frowned. "What are you planning?"
"This here! As long as Backfire, and Warfare are on the field if a Codebreaker is summoned to your field you take 600, and 500 damage respectfully!" Unnamed explained as two dark auras moved enveloping Kintaro.
Kintaro winced at that.

Dr. Genome, Fiend Performer, Live Star, and White Tiger were on guard ready to defend if Lightning's solders broke through while managing some of the defeated Hanoi helping out before another light appeared as they looked seeing Unnamed appeared.
"Unnamed? What happened?" Fiend Performer asked in shock seeing him.
Unnamed slowly opened his eyes looking before he gave a short smile. "We were almost to the palace but someone interfered. I hold him off while they came in."
"Who? Bohman?" Dr. Genome asked.
"Or Harlin?" Live Star added for that possibility.
"No someone new." Unnamed answered over. "The start of Lightning's plan to unite the Ignis before Bohman. Someone named Kintaro."
"Another one... did you see any kind of weakness to his strategy?" Dr. Genome questioned.
"Well... No Link Monsters. He also uses the Extra Monster Zone for his Level 12 Synchro." Unnamed answered.
"Hm... hopefully they can stop him." White Tiger frowned hearing that.
"Right now worry about it later. We have company!" Fiend Performer warned as they turned seeing a platoon of Bit and Boot units have found them.
Live Star frowned. "Remember, they use their Voyage to Hell strategy."
They nodded readying as Fiend Performer looked. "I'll take care of them! You guard everyone else!"
"All at once?" Dr. Genome inquired. "You think you can handle that?"
"I've dealt with Obelisk Force, there nothing special." Fiend Performer grinned over.
"Then go ahead." White Tiger smiled.
With that Fiend Performer flew up to start battling ahead.
bopdog111: The war begins, and things are progressing intense starting with Lightning's officer Kintaro.
Ulrich362: He managed to defeat Unnamed... then again it wasn't exactly the best duel for him, considering Mathmech doesn't use Link Monsters.
bopdog111: He did put up a good fight, you can't deny that.
Ulrich362: No you can't, but who's going to duel next?
bopdog111: Well why not we see what Harlin can do next?
Ulrich362: Sounds like a plan to me, see you in the next chapter.
