"Incoming," Munch announced as the twins darted through the squadroom to their father's desk. Kathy stayed back, leaving as soon as the kids jumped on Elliot's arms. Things had been cold between them since their last talk, and he had no plans of trying to change that. He made his opinion pretty clear to her.

"Hey kids," Elliot greeted them. Cassidy looked at the loud children and grimaced, never being one to enjoy being near any kids. He also felt sad he missed his chance with Olivia, since she apparently preferred instant family here.

"Hey, Mr. Cadissy," Dickie says, completely mispronouncing his name by accident. The man scowled at Munch who laughed out loud giving Dickie the thumbs up.

"Cadissy is right," he teased.

"Hi, Mr. Munch," Lizzie waved at him, from her fathers arms.

"Hello, Miss Stabler," he answered and she giggled at him.

"Where is Livie?" Dickie asked not seeing her in sight.

"She had to go upstairs to talk to someone on Computer Crimes, she should be back soon," his father explained. He just didn't share; he also didn't know what the hell she could possibly be doing there.

The little boy got up and started walking around. His sister however started talking a mile a minute.

"Daddy, can we have pizza tonight?" Lizzie asked from his lap. He tapped her nose and shook his head.

"We agreed we were gonna have spaghetti tonight, remember? It's Liv's favorite. And you guys picked dinner the last time." The little girl thought about it and nodded, agreeing with him.

After a brief recognition walk, Dickie stopped near Olivia's chair and looked skeptically at her desk. "Is this Livie's desk?"

"Yes, bud, that Liv's desk, right in front of mine." His father said.

Munch watched as the little boy raised his brow, looking very much like his father and aske. "How come it's empty?" he inquired.

Elliot looked at Munch for help, but he was as clueless as him. "What do you mean, Dickie?"

Lizzie jumped from his lap and ran to her brother's side. She tilted her head to the side just like him. Olivia chose this moment to come into the squadroom, looking down at some files, so she was greatly surprised by the encore of "LIVIE" she was received with. Her head shot up and a smile broke in her face.

"Hey guys, you are already here," she moved to her desk and dropped a kiss on each of their heads. "Ready for spaghetti night?" She asked as she sat on her chair.

"Of course, it is my favorite," Lizzie said and Elliot shared a look of disbelief with Munch, remembering the conversation from minutes ago.

"Hey Liv, I was wondering if you could help me with something," Cassidy said from his desk. Munch looked at his former partner shaking his head at his stupidity.

"Couldn't you ask one of us?" Munch asked what Elliot was dying to.

"It's okay, I'll be right there," she focused back on the kids. "And how was school?"

"Livie, Dickie ate my sandwich and Sara M. had to share hers with me," Lizzie tartled.

"Shut up, Lizzie,"

"You shut up."

"Enough, guys," Olivia said, stopping the fight. "Dickie baby, you can't eat your sister's lunch, you have your own." The boy looked down ashamed.

"I'm sorry, Lizzie." He said. Elliot and Munch watched with wonder as Olivia parented the twins, like it was second nature to her.

Olivia looked up and smiled at Elliot, and by that time Cadissy's request was completely forgotten.

"Livie, why is your desk empty?" He asked his earlier question again.

"What do you mean, sweet boy?" She pulled him into her lap, nuzzling the side of his head making him giggle.

"Daddy has a picture of us on his desk. How come you don't have my picture on yours?" he asked.

"Hey!" Lizzie protested.

"I mean, our picture," he corrected himself, rolling his eyes.

"You are right, buddy, I'll make sure to get one for my desk, ok?" she promised and he sighed, nodding like he was saying 'what else can I do' and leaning back against her chest.

"What were you doing in Computer Crimes?" he asked after the kids were already in bed.

"You remember Star?" she asked, snuggling into his side.

"Hard to forget," he said under his breath.

"She's working a case for the feds, but it has a sexual component," she stated. "She asked for my help."

"And why didn't she come to Cragen?" She stayed quiet and he pulled back to look into her face. She was biting her lip, that was never good. "Liv?"

"She did, he told her he wouldn't help, that the last time she got us into a lot of trouble," she explained. "El, I can't turn my back to a victim."

"But if the victim reported the rape, he can't turn her down," she looked pointedly at him again.

"Liv, how can you investigate a crime when there's not even a report?" She pushed back and crossed her arms.

"Star has her underwear, I'll talk to Melinda and work something out."

"Olivia, you could get fired…"

"El, you know how many people stay silent because they are scared. You know it, and I can't let this go, please understand." She begged.

He pulled her into his arms again, and kissed her. "Okay, okay, I'll support you. I just hope this doesn't come back to bite us in the ass."

She sighed in his chest, and felt her heart squeeze in nervous anticipation.
