Chapter 116: Young Justice (4):
Superboy's POV:
We are a team of heroes-in-training assembled by the Justice League. We are Young Justice. Omega Knight sent the League on wild goose chases so the Injustice League can steal the corpse of Doomsday. We then went to L-Corp, only to get ambushed by the Injustice League. During the fight, Miss Martian disguises as Mirror while the real Mirror ends up the Injustice League's prisoner. Kid-Flash managed to learn they were hiding under the Isis Foundation. While there, Parasite takes the powers of the rest of the Injustice League, so we had to take him down. After we did that, we were too late, Omega Knight managed to bring back Doomsday.
"I thought he'd be taller," says Kid-Flash.
Doomsday then came charging at us. We had to run.

We kept running and Doomsday was on our tail.
"Why is he after us," asks Kid-Flash.
"Because he's Doomsday," I said, "Omega Knight was lucky Doomsday didn't notice him!"
"Kid-Flash, can't you just run ahead of us," asks Arrowette, "you have the superspeed!"
"I'm not abandoning you guys," says Kid-Flash.
"I have an idea," says Robin, "first we..."

We were then teleported back to the Watchtower.
"The Justice League would like to have a word with you," says Red.
. . .
Robin tells the Founding Members everything.
"Doomsday is back," asks Wonder Woman.
"Our greatest fear has been realized," says Batman.
"Don't forget," says Superman, "I died fighting that thing!"
"And now he's rampaging through Metropolis," says Blue Beetle.
"You kids stay here," says Superman, "we'll handle this."
. . .
"We're going to split into teams," says Superman, "Doomsday has to be stopped. Remember, like me, he's weak against kryptonite, so we use that. Let's go!"
We watched the teams they split up into. Team 1 was Red Tornado, Black Canary, Zatanna, and Booster Gold. Team 2 was Green Arrow, Supergirl, White Canary, Martian Manhunter, Batwoman, Black Lightning, and Green Lantern. Team 3 was Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg, and Nightwing. They all teleported away.
"So, what do we do," asks Kid-Flash.
"Let's hope this works," says Robin.
I then thought about something. "Guys, what if Omega Knight wasn't stupid enough to let Doomsday have the same weakness?"
"UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhh... Superboy," says Miss Martian, "Doomsday is technically Kryptonian."
"But what if Omega Knight alters things," I asked.
"You might have a point," says Robin, "Omega Knight does seem pretty clever. The only thing he didn't think of was how to control Doomsday. We might have a problem."
Black Canary's POV:
We were waiting for Doomsday's arrival. He showed up. We got the kryptonite weapons ready, but as soon as Booster fired... it didn't work. Doomsday then came charging at us. He started beating us around. We tried to fight, but he was too tough. Zatanna did manage to lay a hit on him. But that didn't stop him. We were then teleported away.
Superboy's POV:
"You okay, Booster," asks Blue Beetle.
"Yeah," says Booster, "thanks for bailing us out of there."
Green Arrow's POV:
We were ready to take on Doomsday, but then I had a call from Red Tornado. "The Kryptonite's not going to work," I said.
"Now someone tells us," says Supergirl.
Doomsday then comes charging at us. He started beating us around. Supergirl and Martian Manhunter tried to fight him, but he just slams them on the ground. Just as he was about to kill us all, we were teleported away.
Superboy's POV:
"Uncle J'onn," says Miss Martian.
"I do not care for Doomsday," says Martian Manhunter.
Superman's POV:
We just got word that the Kryptonite's not going to work.
"So, what do we do," asks Flash.
"I'm going to take on Doomsday," I said.
"Superman, he could..." Wonder Woman begins.
"It's time I get some payback on this monster," I said.
Superboy's POV:
Zatanna mentioned how her magic could harm Doomsday. We kryptonians are as vulnerable to magic as any normal person. I had an idea. I then flew off.
"Superboy," asks Miss Martian.

I was at the Tower of Fate. No one was home.
"Yuh sure yuh wa fi try dis?"
"Who said that," I asked.
I then saw a skeleton in a black robe. "Mi name Grim as inna Grim Reapa."
"That's weird, according to Superman, Death's a girl," I said.
"Wen di Universe get rebirthed, shi retired an mi tek har place."
"And when was that," I asked.
"Di beginning of dis Universe, Man!"
"Right. I need something that can defeat Doomsday," I said.
"Magic a waah dangerous an unpredictable ting," says Grim, "an as much as I'd like fi si dat mockery tuh mi job get mash up mi wud like fi kno eff yuh willing tuh risk it."
"To stop Doomsday, yes," I said.
"Den yuh a guh need dis sword," says Grim, "a samurai use it tuh mash up a great evil."
"Why are you helping me," I asked.
"Mi hate it wen di dead walks again," says Grim, "mi neva even like it wen Superman come back from di grave, suh at least mek sure Doomsday stays dead, okay?" Grim then disappears.
"Death is weird," I said. I then flew.
. . .
I arrived as Superman and Doomsday were fighting. "Superman," I said, "get out of the way!" Superman moves and I was able to slice Doomsday in half.
"Where did you get that sword," asks Superman.
"From a weird skeleton," I said.
. . .
There was still one thing to do... figure out who Omega Knight is, but according to Robin, he already did. Robin then removes Omega Knight's helmet... and it's Professor Hamilton.
"Why did you do it," asks Superman.
"Because your league keeps growing," says Prof. Hamilton, "you're starting to become too dangerous! The only way to stop you was to revive Doomsday! I had to do it!"
He was then being taken away to Belle Reve.

We then celebrated with a party.
"You broke up with Nano," asks Arrowette, "why, because you realized dating a villain was crazy?"
"Close," says Stargirl, "turns out he was cheating on me."
"Wow, he's worst then I thought," says Arrowette.
"Hey Arrowette, wanna dance," asks Kid-Flash.
"Why not," says Arrowette as she rolls her eyes.
"I'm taking on an apprentice," says Zatanna. She shows everyone the picture.
"Hey, that's my girlfriend, Traci Thirteen," says Blue Beetle.
"That was awesome," says Robin.
"You did a great job," says Superman, "you all did."
"And we can keep the sword," I asked.
"I sent it to Dr. Fate," says Superman, "something like that could be too dangerous."
"That works too," I said.
Miss Martian then levitates me into the air with her and kisses me on the lips.

And that's the end. Don't worry, the members of Young Justice will return in Ben 10 and the Alien Knights as the Teen Titans.
