Morning had arrived in Arendelle, and also, a brand new day had just arrived for both Anna and Fievel.
Anna stirred as the first rays of the morning sun filtered through the curtains, gently warming her face. She blinked a few times, her eyes adjusting to the soft light filling the room. As she slowly woke up, she felt a small, comforting weight against her chest. Looking down, she saw Fievel snuggled up peacefully against her body, his head resting on her chest, his face peaceful and serene in sleep.
Anna smiled, feeling her heart swell with love. She gently brushed a strand of hair from Fievel's forehead, being careful not to wake him.
Fievel stirred slightly, shifting closer to her, his tiny hands clutching her nightgown. Anna couldn't help but chuckle softly at how adorable he looked, completely at ease in her arms.
As she laid there, holding him close, Anna reflected on how much her life had changed since Fievel came into it. She felt a profound sense of gratitude and purpose. This little boy needed her, and she was determined to give him all the love and security he deserved.
After a few moments, Fievel began to wake up. He blinked sleepily, rubbing his eyes before looking up at Anna. "Good morning, Anna," he murmured, his voice still heavy with sleep.
"Good morning, sweetheart," Anna replied, kissing the top of his head. "Did you sleep well?"
Fievel nodded, a small smile playing on his lips. "Yeah, I did. It was nice and warm."
"I'm glad to hear that," Anna said, continuing to stroke his hair gently. "I'm so happy you're here with me."
"Me too," Fievel whispered, snuggling closer. "I like being here with you."
Anna's eyes softened, and she tightened her embrace. "I'm glad you do."
They laid there for a few more minutes, savoring the quiet, tender moment. The sun continued to rise, filling the room with its golden light, symbolizing the warmth and love that now filled their lives.
Finally, Anna took a deep breath and gently nudged Fievel. "Come on, sweetheart. Let's get up and start our day. We have so many wonderful things to do together."
"Okay," Fievel agreed, slowly sitting up and stretching. "What's for breakfast?"
Anna chuckled and ruffled his hair. "How about we go to the dining room and find out?"
"Okay," Fievel said.
Fievel smiled and got off the bed carefully. Anna watched him pick up his clothes, which were the only pair he had left. Anna thought up an idea about how she could make his clothes look more fashionable.
"Can you show me to the bathroom, again?" he requested.
Anna gestured to the small room towards the bedroom corner. "There's one here. Come on, I'll help you."
"No, it's okay. You don't need to do that. I'm sure I can manage," Fievel said.
Anna's smile faltered slightly. "Fievel, I'm here to help you," she told him tenderly. Fievel didn't look like he understood. Anna took the clothes from the boy's hands and went down to his level, so she could talk to him face to face. "I know it seems strange, being in this new place with new people, but you have to know that you're not on your own anymore. You have me and my sister, and a castle full of people to assist you with anything you need."
Fievel nodded obediently and took Anna's hand as she escorted him to the washroom, so that he can get dressed.
As Anna and Fievel were dressed for the day, they left the bedroom and made their way to the dining room for breakfast. Fievel however was still getting used to his new surroundings, but Anna's warm presence made him feel secure. As they entered the dining room, the delicious smell of food filled the air.
Elsa was already seated at the table, a gentle smile on her face as she saw them approach. "Good morning, Anna. Good morning, Fievel," she greeted warmly.
"Good morning, Elsa," Anna replied, guiding Fievel to a seat beside her. "Something smells good. What's on the menu for this morning?"
"Oh, nothing much. Except for Eggs Benedict for the two of us, but I might've managed to have some pancakes ready for Fievel," Elsa said.
Fievel's eyes widened in delight. "Pancakes? I've never had them in a while," he said, his voice filled with excitement.
Elsa chuckled softly. "Well, I hope you like them," she said, passing the plate to him. "Would you like some syrup?"
"Yes, please," Fievel replied, watching as Elsa poured a generous amount of syrup over his stack of pancakes.
Anna helped herself with her Eggs Benedict, smiling at the sight of Fievel eagerly taking his first bite at e pancakes. "So, what do you think, Fievel?" she asked, a hint of curiosity in her voice.
Fievel chewed thoughtfully before breaking into a big grin. "They're really good!" he exclaimed.
"I'm glad you like them," Anna said, her heart warming at his happiness.
As they continued to eat, Elsa observed the interaction between Anna and Fievel with a soft smile. "So, Fievel, are you ready for your first day in the castle?" she asked.
Fievel nodded enthusiastically. "I think so. Anna showed me her bedroom, and it was really big and comfy."
"That's wonderful," Elsa replied. "And don't worry, if you ever need anything, just let us know. We're here to help."
"Thanks, Elsa," Fievel said, feeling more at ease with each passing moment.
Anna reached over and squeezed his hand. "We'll have a lot of fun today, Fievel. There's so much to see and do in the castle."
Fievel's eyes sparkled with anticipation. "I can't wait, Anna."
The three of them continued their breakfast, chatting and laughing together. For the first time in a long while, Fievel felt a sense of belonging and happiness.
"Anyways, ready to start a new day?" she asked. Fievel nodded.
"Yeah. So… do you have any plans?" he asked. Anna pondered for a moment, before smiling with a nod.
"Yes! Come on, let's have a LONG day of FUN!" she cheered before pulling Fievel by the hands, making the boy yelp in surprise.
Elsa shook her head and giggled, feeling unamused that some things never change.
Anna and Fievel started their day with a bike ride around the castle grounds.
"So, have you ever ridden a bike before, Fievel?" Anna asked as she walked beside Fievel, who, a bit unsure at first, wobbled on the bike as Anna held it steady so he can try to balance himself on the bike along the path. It was pretty difficult for him, but Anna made sure to keep the bike in balance.
"Uh, it's very hard," he said as he tried to keep his balance, almost tilting too far to the right, causing him to almost trip over and fall off. Thankfully, Anna grabbed him and the bike and managed to steady it.
"Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it," Anna cheered, as she sped alongside him. Fievel, feeling his heart flutter at the compliment, kept up the determination, and tried to keep up the balance.
Eventually, Anna gave a smile as they approached a corner of the castle grounds, leading to the right side. They stopped, and Anna helped turning the bike to the direction of the long road ahead.
"Are you ready, Fievel?" she asked as she looked at the boy. Fievel nodded as he gulped.
"Y-Yep!" he assured. Anna nodded, as she then sped ahead.
"You've got this, Fievel!" Anna encourages, jogging alongside him. "Just keep pedaling and look straight ahead."
Fievel grinned nervously but focused on pedaling. After a few tries, he gained confidence and started to ride on his own. "Anna, I'm doing it!" he exclaimed, his eyes wide with excitement.
"Great job!" Anna cheers, clapping her hands. Fievel giggled, as they went through the beautifully manicured gardens, enjoying the colorful flowers and the fresh morning air. But suddenly, the bike hit a small bump, causing him to lose his balance. He tumbled sideways and landed in a nearby bush.
Anna then rushed to his side, sitting on the floor with Fievel on her lap.
"Are you okay, baby?" she asked. Fievel nodded, brushing leaves off his clothes.
"Yeah, I'm fine… but, was I doing it right?" he replied, smiling innocently despite his fall.
Anna couldn't help but smile back, as she pulled him into a hug.
"Maybe I need to work on my balance more," Fievel said, as he was smothered in Anna's chest.
"Yeah, but only after you've gotten it correctly. Till then, we're gonna have to keep practicing more, but in an empty area." She helped him up and dusted off the remaining leaves. "Now…what else should we do?" she pondered. Fievel did the same. After a while, Anna gasped as another idea came into her mind.
Later on, now in the castle's kitchen, Fievel was carrying a bag towards Anna, who was near one of the stoves, and wearing an apron. There were no chefs at this time, so they have the place to themselves. Anna, however, needed to change, so she put on a timber wolf wrist-length blouse with light blue vertical linings, a pinafore dress consisting of both a light gray bodice with green linings, vertical gray hairlines, and four green buttons placed vertically on the bodice with black hairline laces attached, a dark gray skirt with a light gray lining, crimson, green, and lavender flower prints all around on it, and lavender, green, and olive drab bush-like prints between each flower prints. She also donned a white petticoat, a pair of matching heeled leather boots with gold linings and brown soles, the same color and shape as the brooch.
"Ngh, are these what you need, Anna?" he groaned. Anna smiled as she took it and placed it on the table nearby.
"Yep!" she said. Fievel then raised a brow.
"What are we even doing here?" she asked. Anna giggled.
"I'd thought if we'd make some cupcakes and some cookies together," Anna said.
"Mmmmmmmmm!" Fievel said, feeling excited about the idea.
"I figured you'd say something like that. Because I want these to be special, especially for you. Wanna help me get them ready?" she asked. Fievel nodded.
"Yeah!" he replied with a big smile.
Once they were ready, Anna laid out all the ingredients on the kitchen counter. "We'll start with the cupcake batter. Here are the ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Do you want to help me measure them out?"
Fievel nodded eagerly. "Yes, please!"
Anna handed him a measuring cup. "Okay, we need two cups of flour. Can you measure that for me?"
Fievel carefully scooped the flour into the cup, giggling until he accidentally spilled some of the flour on the counter. "Oops!"
"That's okay," Anna laughed. "Baking is supposed to be messy and fun!"
Fievel carefully scooped another scoopful of flour into the cup, leveling it off before successfully pouring it into the mixing bowl. "Done!"
"Great job, Fievel! Now, let's add one cup of sugar," Anna smiled, watching him measure out the sugar.
Once all the dry ingredients were in the bowl, Anna cracked the eggs and added the butter. "Now for the fun part—mixing! Would you like to stir?"
Fievel's eyes lit up. "Yes!" He took the wooden spoon and began to stir the mixture. "It's getting all gooey!"
Anna laughed, "That's exactly what we want! Keep stirring until it's nice and smooth."
As Fievel stirred, Anna prepared the cupcake liners. "Alright, now we just need to add the vanilla extract and then we can pour the batter into the liners."
Fievel carefully added a teaspoon of vanilla extract, then helped Anna spoon the batter into the cupcake liners. "This is so much fun, Anna!"
"I'm glad you're enjoying it," Anna replied. "Now, let's put these in the oven and start on the cookies while they bake."
"What kind?" Fievel asked.
"Sugar cookies. They're both Elsa's favorite and mine," Anna replied.
Fievel looked up at Anna. "Anna, could we make some chocolate chip cookies too? They're my favorite!"
Anna smiled warmly. "Of course, Fievel! I'm sure we can definitely make chocolate chip cookies just for you."
Fievel's face lit up with joy. "Thanks, Anna!"
Anna and Fievel moved on to the cookie dough. "We'll need flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract for our cookies, but since you want chocolate chip, we'll need brown sugar and the chocolate chips. Can you help me measure the flour again?"
Fievel eagerly repeated the process, measuring out the flour and sugar for both bowls, but made sure he added the brown sugar for the chocolate chip dough so he wouldn't mix up the ingredients. Anna added the butter and eggs into both bowls, and then added the chocolate chips to the other bowl so she wouldn't mix them up by mistake, then handed him the spoon again. "Okay, Fievel, time to mix!"
Fievel stirred the dough, his face scrunched up in concentration. "This is hard work!"
Anna chuckled, as she mixed the dough for the sugar cookies. "You're doing great! Once the dough for both cookies are ready, then we can spread them out."
They rolled out the dough for the sugar cookies together, and Fievel helped spread them out, and did the same for the chocolate chip cookie dough, except he helped scoop out the dough into separate spots.
"Those look fantastic, Fievel! Let's place them on the baking sheet," Anna said, helping him arrange the sugar cookies, along with the chocolate chip cookies onto separate cooking sheets.
Once the cookies were ready, they placed them in the oven alongside the cupcakes. "Now we just have to wait for them to bake," Anna said.
While they waited, Anna and Fievel cleaned up the kitchen. "You did a wonderful job, Fievel," Anna praised. "I'm so proud of you."
Fievel beamed, "Thanks, Anna. I had so much fun!"
When the cupcakes and cookies were done, Anna carefully took them out of the oven. "They smell amazing! Now, let's let them cool before we decorate the cupcakes."
After a short wait, they began decorating the cupcakes with frosting and sprinkles.
They continued decorating, creating a colorful array of treats. Once they were finished, Anna admired their work. "These look incredible, Fievel. Great job!"
Fievel smiled proudly. "Thanks, Anna. I couldn't have done it without you."
Anna hugged him, "We make a great team." She then thought of an idea.
"Tell you what. How about if I show you something cool?"
Later on, after putting her royal attire back on, Anna led Fievel outside to a scenic spot in the open field near the castle, carrying a picnic basket. They spread out a blanket on the lush grass, before they sat down and started overlooking a breathtaking view of Arendelle. The sun was shining brightly, casting a warm glow over the landscape.
"Look at that view, Fievel," Anna said, pointing towards the town and the fjord beyond. "Isn't it beautiful?"
Fievel's eyes widened in awe. "Wow, it's amazing, Anna. I've never seen anything like it."
Anna smiled and sat down on the blanket, patting the spot next to her. "Come on, let's enjoy our lunch."
They unpacked the picnic basket and began to eat. The basket consisted a variety of bologna and cucumber sandwiches, diced apples and pears, assortments of cheeses and crackers, and their cupcakes and cookies.
Fievel took a bite of his sandwich, savoring the flavors.
"These sandwiches are really good," Fievel said, his mouth full.
Anna laughed. "I'm glad you like them. The fresh air makes everything taste better."
As they ate, Anna decided to ask Fievel more about his favorite things. "So, Fievel, what's your favorite thing to do?"
Fievel thought for a moment. "I love drawing and painting. It helps me relax and forget about all the bad things that have happened. But I mostly like to play with my toys or use my imagination."
Anna nodded, understanding the importance of having an outlet for his emotions. "That's wonderful, Fievel. Maybe we can do some painting together sometime."
"I'd like that," Fievel said, smiling.
After finishing their sandwiches, they moved on to the fruit and treats. As they munched on the diced apples and pears, Anna asked another question. "What are your hopes for the future, Fievel?"
Fievel's expression turned thoughtful, and a bit sad. "I just want to feel safe and have a family who loves me. Losing my village and my family was really hard. I don't want to be alone anymore."
Anna's heart ached for him. She reached out and gently took his hand. "You have a family now, Fievel. Me, Elsa, and everyone here in Arendelle. We'll always be here for you."
Fievel looked up at her, his eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Anna. That means a lot to me."
They sat in comfortable silence for a while, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the warm sun. After a few moments, Anna decided to lighten the mood.
"Hey, how about we explore the field a bit? There are some beautiful wildflowers around here."
Fievel's face brightened. "I'd love that!"
They packed up their picnic and set off on a little adventure, wandering through the open field and admiring the colorful flowers.
Anna and Fievel wandered through the open field, marveling at the array of wildflowers swaying gently in the breeze. The vibrant colors of the flowers added a magical touch to their afternoon adventure.
"Look at these flowers, Fievel," Anna said, kneeling down to examine a patch of bright bluebells. "Aren't they beautiful?"
Fievel nodded, his eyes wide with wonder. "They are! Can I pick some for you, Anna?"
Anna smiled warmly. "Of course, Fievel. That would be lovely."
Fievel carefully picked a handful of wildflowers, selecting the brightest and most colorful ones. He held them out to Anna with a shy smile. "Here, these are for you."
Anna took the flowers, her heart swelling with affection. "Thank you, Fievel. They're beautiful." She tucked a few flowers into her hair and handed the rest to Fievel to hold.
They continued to explore, eventually finding a perfect spot to lay out their blanket. "How about we take a break and look at the clouds?" Anna suggested.
Fievel nodded eagerly. "Okay!"
They stretched out on the blanket, side by side, and gazed up at the sky. The clouds drifted lazily above them, forming various shapes and patterns.
"Look, Anna! That cloud looks like a dragon," Fievel said, pointing excitedly.
Anna squinted at the sky, then laughed. "You're right, it does! And that one over there looks like a bunny."
They spent the next few minutes pointing out different shapes and giggling at their imaginative interpretations. The peaceful moment allowed Fievel to feel completely at ease, surrounded by nature and the comforting presence of Anna.
Later on, after a while, Anna was walking back to the castle with Fievel (via piggy-back), the wildflowers in his hand gently brushing against her shoulder.
As they approached the castle gates, they saw Kristoff at the stables, with his reindeer friend, Sven and his reins. Anna thought she'd show Fievel the stables before heading back inside.
Once they arrived, Anna set him down and looked at him.
"Anna, why are we here?" Fievel asked.
"This is where Kristoff usually works, along with the ice delivery. So, you ready to see the stables?" he asked. Fievel looked a bit unsure, but he nodded.
"I guess." he said. Anna smiled as she took his hand.
"Don't worry, sweetie. Everything's gonna be fine. Plus, he was an orphan before just like you, so I'm sure he knows what it's like to live alone before the trolls took him in." she said. Fievel perked his head up upon hearing that Kristoff was an orphan as well, before he raised his brows.
"Trolls?" he asked. Anna chuckled.
"I've got a LONG story to tell you later. Right now, though, it's time to see what Kristoff does here." she answered before she then took his hand and took the confused boy inside. "Hi there, Kristoff. Hey, Sven." she greeted. Kristoff looked at them and smiled at Anna.
Kristoff waved when he saw them.
"Hey there! Looks like you two had a fun day," Kristoff said.
Anna smiled. "We did! Fievel and I had a picnic and explored the fields. And look, he picked some flowers for me."
Fievel beamed proudly, holding up the flowers for Kristoff to see.
"Those are beautiful, Fievel," Kristoff said, ruffling Fievel's hair. Fievel gave a small beaming grin, until he noticed a large reindeer behind him.
"Is that a reindeer?" he asked, standing still. Sven hummed at this and looked at Fievel, trying to understand his emotions.
"Oh, I don't think you've met Sven yet. Fievel, this is Sven," Kristoff said.
Fievel's eyes widened in amazement as he saw the large reindeer. "Wow! He's so big!"
Sven lowered his head, gently sniffing at Fievel, making him giggle a bit.
"Sven likes you," Kristoff said with a chuckle. "He's a friendly reindeer."
Anna watched the interaction with a smile. "Fievel, why don't you pet Sven? He's very gentle."
The boy then reached out cautiously, and Sven nuzzled his hand, making Fievel giggle.
Fievel stepped closer, running his hand along Sven's soft fur. "Hi, Sven. It's nice to meet you."
Sven snorted happily, and Fievel's face lit up with joy.
"Looks like you have a new friend, Fievel," Anna said, giving him a squeeze.
"Yeah, I like him," Fievel replied, still petting Sven.
Anna looked at Kristoff. "Thanks for introducing them, Kristoff. We were just heading back inside."
"I'll let you two get to it then," Kristoff said, acknowledging Anna's point.
Together, they both headed back into the castle, with Anna carrying Fievel on her back, leaving Kristoff and Sven for some time alone before turning in for the night.
Anna, with Fievel on her back, entered the castle. They were greeted by Elsa in the foyer.
"Anna! There you are," Elsa said with a smile, but with a hint of curiosity. "Where have you two been all day?"
Anna gently set Fievel down and started walking toward a nearby table with the wildflowers. "Oh, we only just had a little adventure. I took Fievel out for a picnic lunch. We had sandwiches, fruit, and some of our homemade cupcakes and cookies."
Elsa's eyes twinkled with interest. "That sounds wonderful. Did you have fun, Fievel?"
Fievel nodded enthusiastically. "It was great! I even picked some flowers for Anna." He pointed at the flowers Anna was now arranging in a vase.
Elsa approached the table and admired the bouquet. "Those are lovely, Fievel. You have a good eye for picking flowers."
As they were talking, Olaf entered the room with his usual cheerful demeanor. "Hi, everyone! What did I miss?"
Anna turned to Olaf, her smile broadening. "Hey, Olaf! We went on a picnic today and explored the fields."
Olaf's face fell slightly, looking disappointed. "A picnic? Without me? But I love picnics!"
Anna chuckled and walked over to Olaf, giving him a reassuring hug. "Don't worry, Olaf. Next time, you can come with us. We can even make snowman-shaped sandwiches!"
Olaf's face lit up again. "Really? That sounds amazing! I can't wait!"
Anna and Elsa exchanged amused glances, then Elsa turned her attention to Fievel. "Fievel, there's someone else we want you to meet. This is Olaf."
Fievel's eyes widened in surprise and delight. "Olaf? The snowman?"
Olaf waved enthusiastically. "That's me! I like warm hugs!"
Fievel stepped forward, still in awe. "Hi, Olaf. It's really nice to meet you."
Olaf waddled over and gave Fievel a big, warm hug. "It's nice to meet you too, Fievel. Welcome to the family!"
Fievel giggled, feeling the genuine warmth and friendliness from Olaf. "Thanks, Olaf."
Anna finished arranging the flowers in the vase and placed it on the table. She turned back to the group, her heart full as she watched the interaction. "Alright, how about we all get ready for dinner? We can have our cupcakes and cookies for dessert afterward."
Olaf bounced on his feet with excitement. "Yay! Cupcakes and cookies!"
Kristoff, who had been watching the whole scene with a smile, nodded in agreement. "Cupcakes and cookies, huh? Sounds good to me."
Elsa put her arm around Fievel. "Come on, Fievel. Let's get cleaned up for dinner."
They all made their way to their respective rooms to freshen up and get ready.
After finishing a delightful dinner, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, and Fievel gathered in the cozy living room of the castle. The fireplace was gently crackling, casting a warm glow over the room. Anna and Elsa had changed into their nightgowns; Anna wore her green nightgown, while Elsa donned her elegant, deep purple one, and matching slippers. Fievel, now comfortably dressed in his grayish-blue pajamas, sat snuggled in Anna's lap on the plush couch and wrapped in her arms. Kristoff and Olaf joined them, with Kristoff in a casual outfit and Olaf as cheerful as ever.
On the coffee table in front of them sat a tray filled with the cupcakes and cookies Anna and Fievel had baked earlier, alongside steaming mugs of hot chocolate with a kettle.
Anna, with a soft smile, handed Fievel a cupcake. "Here you go, sweetie. Enjoy!"
Fievel took the cupcake eagerly. "Thanks, Anna!" He took a big bite and smiled. "These are so good."
"Glad you like them," Anna said. "By the way, Elsa. You're not gonna believe this but Fievel told me chocolate chip cookies are his favorite."
"Oh, really?" Elsa asked, as Fievel nodded in reply.
Elsa picked up a cookie, breaking it in half to share with Olaf, who was practically bouncing in his seat. "Olaf, here's your cookie."
"Yay! Thank you, Elsa!" Olaf exclaimed, taking the cookie piece with delight. "Cookies and hot chocolate are the best combination ever!"
Kristoff chuckled, taking a sip of his hot chocolate. "You know, I think Olaf might be right about that."
Fievel looked up at Elsa, curiosity in his eyes. "Elsa, can you tell me more about how you control ice and snow? It's so cool!"
Elsa smiled warmly. "Of course, Fievel. It's a gift I've had since I was a little girl. It took me a while to learn how to control it, but now I use it to help people and make beautiful things."
Fievel's eyes widened. "That's amazing! I wish I had powers like that."
Anna wrapped an arm around Fievel, pulling him close on her lap. "You have a special gift too, Fievel. You have a big heart, and you're brave. That's something really special."
Fievel beamed at the compliment. "Thanks, Anna. I'm glad I have you all as my family."
Kristoff nodded, leaning back in his chair. "And we're glad to have you, Fievel. You've brought a lot of joy to us already."
Olaf finished his cookie and looked around the room, a thoughtful expression on his face. "So, what was everyone's favorite part of the day?"
Anna looked at Fievel, letting him answer first. "My favorite part was the picnic with Anna. It was so much fun, and the view of Arendelle was beautiful."
Anna smiled and ruffled Fievel's hair. "I had a great time too. My favorite part was seeing you smile and enjoy yourself."
Elsa nodded in agreement. "For me, it was seeing how much joy you brought to Fievel. And of course, baking these treats for us was wonderful."
Fievel added, "I also liked meeting Sven."
Kristoff nodded, "Yep. Sven likes meeting new people sometimes. Maybe next time, I can maybe let you ride him."
"Really? You don't mind?" Fievel asked.
"Nope," Kristoff said. "Don't mind at all."
"I think that's a lovely idea," Anna said, as she held Fievel close to her, stroking his shoulder.
Olaf, as always, was enthusiastic. "I loved meeting Fievel and having cookies and hot chocolate! And I can't wait for more fun times together."
"Me too," Fievel said, as he laid against Anna's chest.
As they continued to chat and enjoy their desserts, the bond between them grew stronger. They laughed, shared stories, and enjoyed the simple pleasures of being together, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
Finally, as the evening grew late, Anna looked outside, as she saw the sun had set and it had become dark outside. Anna then looked at Fievel, noticing he was starting to yawn. "Alright, little one, it's time to get ready for bed."
Fievel nodded, his eyes heavy with sleep. "Okay, Anna."
As Kristoff turned in for the night, Anna gently lifted Fievel into her arms, as she and Elsa each gave Fievel a loving smile as he snuggled into Anna's shoulder, and nuzzled with one of her pigtails.
"He looks so adorable sleeping like that," Elsa said.
"I thought the same way too," Anna said.
"Well, you better take him to bed," Elsa said quietly, not wanting to wake Fievel up before giving him a quick kiss on the forehead. "Have a good night, Anna," she said with a cheerful smile.
"You too, Elsa, and thank you," Anna replied.
With that said, Anna walked out of the living room and went for her bedroom, carrying Fievel in her arms. When she arrived into her bedroom, she pulled her bed covers back and gently set Fievel on the bed. As she tucked him in, she whispered softly, "Sweet dreams, Fievel. We love you very much." With that, without waking up the peacefully sleeping boy, Anna gave him a soft gentle kiss on the forehead. Fievel felt the kiss and a small smile crept across his face while he continued to sleep peacefully. Anna gave him one last gentle smile and turned off the light, and quietly left the room.
Fievel slept peacefully through the night with the moon shining down upon him with a warm comforting glow.
