Back at Swan Lake, Speed and Jean-bob were standing by the cliff as they were waiting for their friends to come back. The turtle and the frog kept on watch to see if they returned while the fireflies were flying around them.

"No sign of them yet." said Speed as he was still looking.

"I hope that petty Puffin knows what he's doing." Jean-bob spoke as he crossed arms, feeling impatient as he looked at the fireflies.

"Incoming!" the turtle spoke up as he saw something.

Both Speed and Jean-bob saw their friends returning to the lake. The frog smiled with relief grabbed a few fireflies. He starts waving them around like how an air traffic controller do at an airport.

"Puffin look!" Madison spoke as she pointed something at the direction from her wing.

The bird looked and laughed as he saw Speed and Jean-bob at the cliff.

"Ha, ha! There they are!" he shouted as he and the girls were getting close to the cliff.

Just before they were about to land, Derek and Alex finally caught up to them but then notice they were in area with a lake and an abandon castle.

"Where are we?" Alex questioned as he looks at the castle with the moon that was going up.

Zor popped out of the satchel to see where he, his master, and his master's friend are. He stared at the lake with the reflection of the moon but then saw the reflection of birds flying by.

As the three finally landed on the cliff with their friends and Jean-bob blow the fireflies away from him, Puffin was looking at the castle only to the moon was coming up.

"It's almost time, Odette. Look." he spoke as he pointed at the rising moon.

"And I can see Alex with Derek as well." said Madison as she looked down to the men that are close to the lake. She smiled as she was excited to reunite with Alex and then looked at Odette. "You ready?"

Odette wasn't looking at her as she was staring at the moon. Feeling scared as she remembered that Derek was trying to shoot her.

"I-I can't do it." she spoke as Puffin and Madison were looking at her.

"What do you mean?" Madison questioned.

"You have to!" said Puffin.

"He'll kill me, guys."

Madison and Puffin quickly looked at each other and looked back at the princess.

"Odette, we have to do it."

"If you don't do it now, Odette, you've lost your chance for life. Including Madison's." said Puffin.

Odette thought for a moment and then nod. Knowing that the puffin is right.

"All right. I'll do it."

"Go." said Puffin and the girls starts gliding down to the lake.

"Derek, look!" Alex spoke to him as he points up at something.

As the prince looked up, he saw the swans coming down towards the lake. "What?"

The girls finally made it to water but as they got to the reflection of the moon, the princess gasped as she looked to see that the clouds were covering the moon. Madison starting to panic as she said 'no' a couple of times but both of the girls looked to see Derek with his bow and arrow.

"Gotcha!" Derek whispered as he was about to shoot.

Suddenly, Puffin made it in time and stopped Derek as he hit him. He squawks at him as he was distracting him. Just when the prince was about to shoot the bird, Alex stopped him for a moment as there was a bright light.

"Derek look!" he pointed, and the prince turned around to where the swans are.

The water was glowing around the swans just like before as the two looked up at the moon. Suddenly, the water began to rise and magically swirled around them. Going bigger and bigger with many colors until it finally stopped. As the water fell down, Madison and Odette were now human again. Derek lowered his weapon as he and Alex were shocked to see who the swans really are. Madison smiled as she walked back from Odette, knowing what Derek will be doing.

"Hello Derek." the princess spoke softly to him.

The prince dropped his bow and ran through the water towards her. He starts lifting her up and swing around her with happiness. Madison smiled at the reunion as the two kissed but during that moment, she turned to see Alex as he was facing her.

"Alex." she spoke in soft tone with a smile on her face.

Alex didn't say a word as he dashed off towards lift her in her arms. Swinging around her. Madison couldn't help but laugh until Alex gently puts her down and kissed.

"Maddie. My Maddie." he whispers to her.

"Oh Alex. I missed you so much." she said to him.

"I never give up on finding you."

Madison felt his embrace so warm and gentle until she heard a voice.

"Mistress?"

Madison broke the hug and looked around.

"What is it?" Alex asked as he looked at her.

"I thought I heard a voice."

"I didn't hear anything except Zor's chirps."

Madison paused for a moment and turned to look at him. But as she looked at Alex's shoulder, she saw Zor appeared from climbing and looked at her.

"Zor?"

"Mistress!" the voice coming from the Bearded Dragon jumped onto her as he was hugging her. "I missed you so much. I was so worried."

"I missed you... too." Madison replied as she looked shocked.

Zor paused for a second as he heard that tone of voice from her. He looked at her with wide eyes as he saw the shock look on her face. He thought for a moment that she could understand him.

"Mistress... can you...?" Before he could ask, Madison slowly nodded his head.

There was silence between them until Zor jumped on her again. Madison could hear him squealing with excitement as he became happier.

"Oh, mistress! At last, you can understand me. Now we can talk to each other on future adventures."

Madison couldn't but giggle at his excitement but then looked at Alex.

He was confused at first but hoping the explanation will come soon. Right now, she embraced Madison one more time.

"I missed you." Madison whispered to him.

"I missed you too." Alex replied until he remembered something. "Almost forgot. I brought this for you."

He pulled the necklace out from his sleeve and showed it to her. Madison's eyes grew wide and smile relief. She was happy to see her necklace again, but as she was about to grab it, she realized about what would happen if she had the necklace with her. She shook her head as she looked at her boyfriend.

"No, Alex. Don't give it to me just yet." she said to him.

"What do you mean?" Alex looked at her in confusion. "Zor and I came all this way to find you as we team up with Derek."

"I know, but... you should keep it close with you at all times. There's something you should need to know about." said Madison as she started to explain.

Meanwhile, during Madison and Alex's reunion...

Odette smiled with happiness as she was happy to see her prince again.

"Oh Derek, I've missed you so."

"No one believed me, but I knew." the prince smiled but Odette frowned as grew worried.

"But you can't stay."

"Can't stay?" Derek repeated the last words as he looked at her with confusion. "No, I'll never let you out of my sight again."

"Listen to me, Derek." Odette tries to explain until...

"Odette!" a soft voice echoed.

Madison and Odette panicked as they knew it was Rothbart's voice.

"Oh no!" "Oh boy!" the girls exclaimed as the heard him and Madison quickly placed Zor on Alex's shoulder.

"Who is it? What's going on?" Derek asked.

"Who is that guy?" Alex questioned.

"That's him." Madison replied.

"Who?"

"He has me and my friend under a spell." said Odette as she looked at Derek.

"Who does?"

"Odette!" Rothbart's voice echoed as he was getting closer.

Derek stood in front of Odette as he was protecting her while Alex was protecting Madison. Zor growled at the direction to where he heard Rothbart's voice and was in position for a fight against him.

"Let him come! I'll—"

"No, he has great power. You must go!" Odette spoke to Derek.

"And if Rothbart sees my necklace, he'll do something to you and grab it." Madison said to Alex.

"Then you're coming with me. Alex take your girlfriend and go."

"We can't! When the moon sets, we'll turn back into a swans. Please Derek, you have to trust us. Go!" said Odette as she tries to push Derek away.

"You two should go too." said Madison as she was talking to her boyfriend and her Bearded Dragon.

"But mistress..."

"Aren't you coming with us?" Alex asked as he looked at her.

"I can't. I'm under a spell but I have to stay with my princess. I can't let Rothbart hurt her or even hurt you if you're still holding that. He mustn't know you have it. No go."

"There must be some way to break the spell." said Derek as he looked at Odette.

"Oh, there is. You must make a vow of everlasting love—"

"I'll make it. It's all I've ever wanted."

"You must prove it to the world."

"How?"

"I don't know!"

"Odette!" Rothbart's voice shouted again as it was getting louder.

"Go!" the girls said to their boys.

Just as they were about to leave, the prince stopped as a thought came to him as he remembered something and looked at Odette. Alex stopped for a moment and saw the prince from the distance. He looked at the necklace in his hand and then looked at Zor as he thought of an idea.

"Zor, I have a big task for you." he said to him.

Zor chirped as he looked at him. Alex put the Bearded Dragon down to the ground and wrapped the necklace around the lizard's neck. Zor looked really confuse as he looked at his master. Wondering why he would give the necklace to him.

"Hide from the man that cursed Maddie. Don't let him know you have it and also don't give it to Maddie until the time comes. I don't know when but maybe somewhere at the right moment."

The Bearded Dragon gave him a nod as he understood his master and then starts climbing to the tallest branch from the tree.

"The ball!" Derek spoke as he thought of an idea and looked at Odette. "Tomorrow night, come to the castle. Before the whole world I will make a vow of everlasting love."

Odette smiled at the moment, knowing it'll be a great idea until Rothbart's voice shouted with impatience that snapped out of the princess's thought and startled Madison.

"Odette!"

"I'm coming." Odette replied to the wizard and looked back at Derek. "Go!"

"Tomorrow night."

"Yes. Tomorrow night. Now go." said Odette.

Before Derek starts his leave with Alex, the prince threw something to Odette and left. The princess caught something in her and Madison looked at it to see it was the gold necklace that Derek gave it to her a long time ago.

But the two men disappeared through the woods, Madison felt a tear streaming down her cheek as she missed Alex and Zor already, but knew that at the right moment, she'll reunite with them again.

"Odette!"

The girls startled as they turned to see Rothbart appeared and walking towards them.

"Didn't you hear me calling?" he asked.

"I… I…" Odette tries to think of an answer while Rothbart looks around.

"I thought I heard… voices." he said as he looked behind the bushes and saw a frog.

The frog was none other than Jean-bob as he saw Rothbart and quickly acted like a normal frog only croaked the words different.

"Odette. Odette."

"Voices?" Odette asked as she acted like nothing happened.

"Yes. Voices." the wizard spoke as he turned to face the girls but mostly the princess.

"I didn't hear anything. Did you?" Madison acted with a lie and then looked at her friend.

"I didn't hear anything as well. But I- I..."

"You what?" Rothbart questioned as he looks at the princess suspiciously.

"I... I've decided to become your queen." said Odette and she curtsied.

Madison looked at her with wide eyes and she could actually hear her animals friends gasped from hearing that which Jean-bob have fainted on hearing those words.

"No! You mean…" Rothbart looks speechless and started to laugh, " Odette, Odette, you've made me so happy. I'll be a good king, you'll see, I'll wear nice clothes, and I'm going to get my beard trimmed. Oh, oh, you've made me so happy, Odette." he said as he walked around with joy but stopped and looked at her. "Oh, by the way, you wouldn't happen to know who this belongs to, would you?"

The girls watched him as he was grabbing something from his cloak and pulled a familiar archery bow that Odette and the animals gasped. Which Jean-bob fainted again.

'Oh no.' Madison thought as she knew that bow was Derek's. Remembering that he dropped it after he saw her, and Odette turned back into their normal selves.

""Come to the ball?" "I will make a vow of everlasting love…" Thought you could fool Rothbart, did you?" he said as he threw the bow to the lake.

Odette looked at him in furious.

"I will never be yours! You creature! I will marry Prince Derek and you cannot stop me!" she yelled.

"Oh, I hate to tell you this, Odette, but you won't be able to attend the big ball tomorrow night." said Rothbart as he walked towards her.

He grabbed her hand and then he snatched the gold locket out of her hand and walked off.

"If you want to stop me, you'll have to kill me." said Odette.

Rothbart stopped from his tracks and turned to face the princess.

"No! I don't think so. You see, you've forgotten one very important thing… Tomorrow night there is no moon." he laugh.

Odette and Madison looked and saw that the moon was a Waning Crescent. The dark, maddening wizard was right. Tomorrow will be a New Moon meaning that there will no moon to turn back into humans. The princess felt heartbroken as she fell down on her knees and cried.

Madison was about to go towards her but then felt her feet stopped and knew only one thing. She groaned know what that means as she heard Rothbart's footsteps coming towards her. He didn't face her.

"As for you. This is the last time I'm going to ask you." he said he was now standing in front of her.

"Don't you mean the second, Rothbart? I did my counting. You didn't ask me yesterday or the day before that." she said.

The wizard growl but didn't respond to that as he starts walking around her.

"Where is it?" he questioned.

"I told you before. I don't know. I lost it the day after you took me." said Madison.

"You are lying."

"Am I?" Madison questioned as she looked at him. "When you became as a beast, your claws somehow broke the chain and it fell somewhere. Pretty sure someone stole it by now."

"Like the boy that you were with?"

Madison felt silent but decided not to show expression as she looked at him.

"What boy? What are you talking about?"

"As I remember, you were walking with him the day I took you. He still has it doesn't he? He's with the prince you and Odette met with." said Rothbart as he held her chin tight and looked at her in the eyes. "Yes, I can see it in your eyes. He does have it. And I'm pretty sure you'll be at the ball as well. But let me tell you this magic girl, since you've been lying to me, you'll remain as my prisoner forever... as a swan."

"Why you...!"

Madison saw about to hit him but felt her body froze from the wizard's magic.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you little lady." he said as he walked a few steps from her. "Since your knight in shining armor be at the ball, I'll find a way to trick him and get the necklace. You'll wait and see. Once I have it, I'll become powerful, and you'll be nothing, but an ordinary woman trapped in a swan's body.

Rothbart laughed evilly and suddenly disappeared in front of Madison. Once he was gone, Madison was now unfrozen, and her body was shaking. Scared as she was, she fell to her knees like how Odette did and starts crying while the last day of the moon was still shining.
