Summary of Chapter I deleted for Good Reason:
This was originally a chapter where I detailed Satouru's insanity and delusion and revealed that he was much more of a scumbag than you all suspected. But for the sake of others not getting offended, I went ahead and deleted all the details and will instead, summarize what happened in this chapter.
To put it bluntly. Satouru went after Naomi and tied her down inside his hut and raped her, all while fantasizing that it was Kagome. Although I mentioned in earlier chapters that he seemed to hate Kagome's guts and wanted her gone from the village, he secretly wants to take control of her. This isn't the first time he's raped anyone in the village either, FYI, and certainly not the first time he's targeted Naomi either. Kaede was not aware of this huge crime Satouru did either, neither were the other parents.
If you refer to my profile page, I do not get enjoyment from including rape or assault into my writing, but I also don't believe it should be sheltered from my writing either. These things happen in real life. Satouru is an obstacle for Kagome, one she will soon overcome. In all honesty, I think I did a pretty good job fleshing out his character and making him psychotic and deluded, and he's probably one of my favorite antagonists I've created so far.
