Season 1 Episode 10
A young boy along with many other young kids are in a room doing written exams. A man patrols the room looking and examining the kids. Above, several researchers are running diagnostics. Though some are feeling tired out, they continued writing as the man approached the young boy.
"Kiyotaka." He called out to the young boy as he looked up to face him. "Remember this well. To have power and not use it...

"Is what a fool does."
At that moment, Ayanokouji just woke up from his sleep. "Never thought it was dream..." He thought as he sighed to himself and went back to sleep.
(Day 2 of the Test)
Ayanokouji started the day by looking at the fish in the river. Shortly thereafter, Ike and Sudou returned with a net full of fish followed Kikyo and Mii-chan bringing in more fruits. "Great work everyone!" Yousuke praised the class. "Hirata, what should we do next?" Sudou asked. "Could you two get the fire ready?" Hirata asked. "Sure! Shinohara-san! Come with us!" Ike called out to her for he did promise to teach her about the outdoor experience. "Coming!" She joined the 2 boys as they went to get the campfire ready. "For Kushida-san's group, please watch over the rations." Hirata ordered as the girls obeyed. "The rest of you if you guys are not busy with other tasks, help us collect drinking water." Everyone then got to work as of now, the base camp is running smoothly as Yousuke managed the class decently with Ayanokouji observing him.
Later on, Ayanokouji can be seen trekking across the forest. He also had a notebook with a map of the island though it'd not drawn to scale. "It's rare to see you make your own move like this." Horikita spoke to him. "I have nothing to do at all. I'm just killing time." He replied. "I don't mind doing recon but I wouldn't want to move too much myself and I don't want to waste stamina by wandering around without a clear goal in mind."
"I understand your feelings but shutting yourself in the camp won't change our situation." Ayanokouji replied. "But there's no denying that you're one of their targets now."
"So true...and is it necessary to bring him along?"
"Trust me, Ijuin's usefulness will make our recon easier."
Ijuin Wataru. He's one of the academic types in our class. His grades are excellent but he's also sensitive and insecure about his weight. Yes, that's sort of his defect regarding it but also he has strong observation skills nearly as equal as Ayanokouji's according to his perspective.
Horikita then looked behind to see the chubby student look around when, "Hey, someone's in front of us." He pointed at the front as they turned to see, "Honami?"
"Kiyotaka-kun?" They stared at each other in surprise. "So...what are you guys doing?" She asked. "Nothing much. Just killing time by walking around. Right guys?" Ayanokouji replied with Horikita and Ijuin supporting him. "I see...hey, would you like to visit our base camp?" Honami asked surprising them.
Class 1-B's Base Camp...
Just like Class D, their's is also by the river as students can be seen working on maintaining it. "As you can see, there's plenty of fruit in the forest and we can probably catch fish in the river. We also have a waterfall for our water supply." Honami explained as the group had just arrived. "Marvellous..." Ijuin exclaimed as he observed the area with his own eyes. "As expected of Class B. They're far more disciplined than I would imagine." Horikita acknowledged their work as Ayanokouji looked to his right to see Chihiro, Yume and an unknown female classmate cutting fruits. Honami just laughed a bit over Horikita's words. "It was really hard at first. But we did a few scheming here and there and now we're doing great." And right now, Kanzaki is starting a fire by blowing air through some pipe and Mako is watching over him as the flame under the barbeque grill maintained it's flame.
"Somewhat like ours." Ayanokouji added surprising her. "Your class also found a good spot? Great job!" Honami complimented the group. "So true. We also found a river and waterfall for our fish and water supply, fruits in the forest and we even toiled through to clear the area for open ground." Ijuin explained. "Plus, we have a classmate with camping experience and it benefited our class greatly." Ayanokouji added with Ijuin nodding in agreement.
"Incredible!" Honami exclaimed. "How much points you spent?" Ayanokouji asked. "Around a 110 S-points." She replied. "Anyway Ichinose-san, can I assume that our relationships are those of cooperative ones?" Horikita asked. "Sure! That's how I think of it." She replied when, "Sorry to interrupt but I was wondering if there's anything I can do to help out?"
"Hey...I know that guy. He's Kaneda Satoru from Class C." Ijuin whispered to Ayanokouji. "Very observant." He whispered back as, "Well...why don't you help Chihiro-chan and the others over there? I think they're cutting fruits." Honami told him. "Wakarimashita. Arigato Goizamasu." He thanked her and went to help them out as Ayanokouji observed him thanks to Ijuin bringing it up and recognizing him. "He seems rather distant, for a classmate." Horikita noticed as Honami explained to them regarding Kaneda. "I wonder if it's the same as Ibuki..." Horikita thought with wonder when, "Eh? MINNA!" Mako was the first to notice them and the next thing it happened, "HONAMI-CHAN BROUGHT HER BOYFRIEND TO OUR BASE CAMP!"
"MAKO-CHAN!" An embarrassed Honami flustered up as girls started teasing her and boys cheering for her. "Here we go again..." Kanzaki sighed as, "I told you we're not dating! We're just friends!" Honami scolded Mako. "Oh right...CORRECTION! HONAMI-CHAN BROUGHT HER SOON-TO-BE BOYFRIEND TO OUR BASE CAMP!"
The class teased and cheered for her some more as a fully flustered Honami ran into one of the tents and hid there. Good thing Kanzaki made his move ordering the class to get back to work. "Well I guess we're done here. Their base camp is far more superior than ours. That alone I have to admit." said Horikita. "Not yet." Ayanokouji told her as, "Ijuin, I got a job for you." He whispered something to him and, "Got it."
"What are they planning now?" Horikita wondered. "And it better not take too long." Ah no worries, it was quick one.
Class 1-A's Base Camp...
"So you unexpectedly found this cave which serves as Class A's base camp right?" Horikita asked and she's using her right hand as a telescope to observe the area. She noticed something covering the entrance and Yahiko just came out. There are also 2 portable toilets outside the cave. "We can't see what's going on inside from here."
"Well let's go and have a look." Ayanokouji suggested as he stood up. "W-Wait are you sure?" Horikita asked. "There might be a trap set up in case anyone from other classes try to invade or something." said Ijuin. "We can't afford to be intimidated just because they're Class A." Ayanokouji stated. "What are you trying to do?" Ijuin asked. "We don't gain anything by showing ourselves to them unprepared." Horikita added. "Sulking around won't get us anywhere either." Ayanokouji also added and he won leaving them with no other choice.
Outside the cave, Yahiko yawned and stretched himself when he saw 3 student approaching him. "What do you want?" He asked. "We came here to scout you out. Do you have a problem with that?" Horikita asked. "What are you-" Yahiko stopped immediately because, "YOU! How dare you show your face before me!"
"Oh right. You're the one that bad-mouthed me at the restaurant and made a fool of yourself." Ayanokouji remembered. "Let me make this clear for you, if anyone's gonna have Ichinose as girlfriend, it's gonna be me! Me only! Not a piece of defective, low-life shitface like you!" Yahiko shouted. "Ayanokouji, what beef does he have against you?" Ijuin asked. "Beats me, I didn't do anything and yet he stirred up his own trouble." He replied. "LIAR! I swear I'll do whatever it takes to cut you off from Ichinose and she'll be mine eventually!" Yahiko threatened him as, "Never thought Ayanokouji has an enemy with a huge vendetta on him." Horikita thought when she noticed the large cover covering the cave entrance. "How very underhanded..." She thought so, "We're going in." This diverted his attention away from Ayanokouji as, "Hey!" Yahiko took action and blocked her. "This place is occupied by Class A! You're not allowed to enter!"
"Oh? You've taken occupancy of this spot already?"
"That's right. Now get out of here and I don't want to see that poker face bastard here again!"
"But there's no rule saying that I can't enter a cave. And you seemed to have strong hatred against my classmate."
"That's none of your business!"
"So be it. After all, I can't use a spot that's currently occupied, but I have the right to see what's inside and this is clearly an act of monopolization." Horikita explained. "On the other hand, I think maybe you're the ones breaking the rules." Horikita then got ready to enter when, "What are you doing?"
"Ah! Katsuragi-san! Perfect timing!" Yahiko exclaimed as he came out shirtless and carrying a bow. "Man...how did he have such a buff and large body frame..." An insecure Ijuin looked away feeling down. "I don't recall giving you permission to invite visitors." Katsuragi stated as Yahiko looked away feeling scared. "I just want to see what's inside." Horikita spoke up getting his attention. "I can't imagine how that's against the rules."
"Well go ahead and have a look. But be prepared for consequences." Katsuragi warned her. "One class occupies one spot, and they protect it until the test ends." As he spoke, 9 students emerged from the forest armed with sticks. "I knew it! It was really a trap!" Ijuin swallowed hard and got his fists ready but, "Ijuin. Stand down and don't worry." Ayanokouji assured to him as he complied. "If you try to break this unspoken rule, there will be war." Katsuragi concluded his ultimatum. "It's best to avoid that sort of trouble." Yahiko smirked agreeing with him.
As for Horikita, she was greatly displeased so, "We're leaving." She told the boys as they got ready to when, "Hold it. You there." Now Katsuragi has caught sight of Ayanokouji as, "What is it now?"
"I saw you at the restaurant a few days ago. Consider me impressed." Katsuragi began. "WHAT? But that defect-"
"Silence Yahiko! I waited until now to bring this up because what happened on that day has brought shame to our class." Katsuragi strictly chided Yahiko as the armed students did remember that day. "Picking a fight because he was spending time with his peers despite being from Class D is unacceptable and unreasonable! I even told you before to behave in a manner befitting a Class-A student and yet you never took my word for it!"
Yahiko grit his teeth and glared at Ayanokouji even giving him the double finger. Katsuragi slapped both arms but already, "Alright I've had it. I'm gonna predict one outcome for this special exam." Ayanokouji got serious now as all cringed except for Katsuragi. "Class A..."

"Will not achieve first place."
Mixed reactions took place with some hurling insults and others looking shocked as Ayanokouji and his peers took their leave and, "Oh right. If you want to make use of that bow, find some branches, sharpen them into arrows with one end sharp and pointy and the other end with fletches from feathers dropped by birds. And with that, you can go hunting."
"Hmmm...he really is a sharp one..." Katsuragi thought ignoring his prediction as, "Yeah! Leave and never come back you stupid defects! And if I see you with Ichinose-san, I'll make your life a living hell!" Yahiko shouted but was given a death glare from Katsuragi.
As the 3 students left, "What caused you to have Totsuka-kun hate you bitterly?" Horikita asked. "I did nothing at him at all. All I did was have lunch with Ichinose and her classmates and he stepped in stirring up trouble." He replied. "He blindly believes we're dating."
"Well that explains it but..." Horikita shot a glare at him. "Is there really something between you and Ichinose?"
"No. Nothing at all. We're just having lunch together and I ain't doing anything."
"Very well. I find it unusual and suspicious ever since I witness her class tease her regarding you." Horikita replied still trusting him as, "So next we're going to Class C right?" Ijuin brought up as they nodded at him.
Class 1-C's Base Camp...
Chargrilled meat, hot bikini girls tanning under the sun, students frolicking in the ocean, a jet ski rides by and a volleyball game took place. In summary, the base camp became a beach party for the entire class with loud music playing!
"You're kidding me!" Horikita exclaimed. "What was Class C thinking?"
Just then, Komiya approached them. "Uh...Ryuuen-san wants to see you."
And he's seen relaxing on a beach chair and wearing a pair of white swim trunks with a purlish blue outline. Albert's beside him holding a beach umbrella to shade him and he wore yellow swim trunks with a red outline. "Yo." Ryuuen greeted. "You seemed to be living the luxurious life." Horikita spoke up. "Well, it is what it is. As you can see, we're enjoying our summer vacation." He then shifted his gaze at Ishizaki, Komiya and Reo who are the only ones still in their PE attire and tracksuits. "Isn't that right?"
"Ah...Hai!" Ishizaki exclaimed with the other 2 looking up and straight at their leader in fear. "I wonder if they opposed him on this..." Ayanokouji wondered while Ijuin felt insecure again after noticing Albert's well developed body. "When a leader is incompetent, it ends up hurting those beneath him." Horikita stated as Ryuuen took a bottle of carbonated water and started drinking but stopped immediately. "Ishizaki."
"H-Hai!" He ran to his leader kneeling before him. "It's warm." Ryuuen then poured out all the contents on his hair. "P-Pardon me! I'll get you another one!" Ishizaki ran off as Horikita shook her head feeling sorry for those being treated like slaves while Ayanokouji and Ijuin just stared at the scene. "For just 100 or 200 S-points, you people will endure starvation, heat and exhaustion." Ryuuen spoke to them as it cuts to Ishzaki running to a nearby cooler and opened it revealing bottles and cans of drinks with ice as he took out what his leader requested. "Just the thought of it makes me want to laugh." Ryuuen finished his words as, "I was a fool to come here on my guard." said Horikita. "Who's the fool here?" Ryuuen asked as he sat up. "Is it me...or is it you?"
The 2 can only eye on each other when, "Ryuuen-san!" Ishizaki returned on time with a cold bottle of carbonated water as Ryuuen set his sight on him now and took the bottle. Ayanokouji, Ijuin and Horikita watched as Ryuuen drank some and once done, "This is the way I do things. There can be nothing more or less." He stated strictly. "I see. Do as you wish. It's the best for us anyway." Horikita then decided to leave but, "Ah I almost forgot. There's one other thing I want to ask you and it's regarding Ibuki-san. You know her, don't you?"
"Why of course she's in our class. What about her?"
"Her face was swollen and she had scratches on her left arm. What is the meaning of this?"
"A ruler has no need for disobedient servants." Ryuuen replied. "I just issued an appropriate punishment." After saying that, he took a skewer of BBQ and ripped off a piece of meat chewing it. "What a shame." Ayanokouji spoke up surprising them. "Because it could have been worth my time seeing Ibuki in a swimsuit."
This stunned Horikita but Ryuuen laughed in amusement. "Never thought that gloomy guy would say that." He exclaimed. "Is Ibuki to you hot?" Ayanokouji said nothing but still, "Perhaps I'll make it worth your time. But not now, you'll lavish it soon enough."
"If you say so..." He replied as Ryuuen bit off a grilled onion chewing it as, "I just realized something now. You used all your points on the first day, didn't you?" Horikita asked. "Absolutely." He replied as he finished chewing. "No matter happens to Ibuki, I don't have to worry about losing any points." This made Ayanokouji recall something.
According to the rules, even if you lose all 300 S-points, there's no chance to hit negative results. He's negated that effect perfectly.
"A simplistic way of thinking. To think you'll waste all your S-points offered by the school." Horikita stated. Finishing his BBQ, "Forget all that. Why don't you come and play with me?" Ryuuen suggested as he grinned with intentions unknown. "I'll prepare a special tent for us. Or maybe I'll have you wear a swimsuit sexy enough for you to arouse me and your gloomy and chubby classmates."
"Uh...I actually don't know about that part..." Ijuin thought while looking away as, "Let's go Ayanokouji-kun and Ijuin-kun. Being here is only making me sick and I don't like the idea of being invited by that creep." Horikita told them as they took their leave with her. "Suzune. Come back anytime you want to play with us." Ryuuen called out still leaving his request open for her as he took an apple. "I'll give you a real taste of heaven by then." He then lightly gripped the apple as Horikita looked back shocked.
In the forest, "What an absurd sight if you ask me. But we could benefit from their own ruination." Horikita told Ayanokouji and he agreed with her. Ijuin on the other hand is in front of them. "I'm telling you. Unless we don't want to last the week, we need to conserve points whenever we can."
"That might be Ryuuen's intention to not last the week." Ayanokouji spoke back. "What do you mean?" She asked. "It's simple. He and his class could just say any random reason to quit the game and then, they can return to the cruise ship and enjoy their summer vacation furthermore." Ayanokouji explained. "You mean he's already thrown in the towel on the test itself from the start?" Horikita asked while thinking deeper on this. "This test is, literally about freedom of choice." He reminded her on the theme. "Ryuuen's approach may be one correct answer."
"That's ridiculous!" Horikita exclaimed when, "You guys still here? Sun's setting and we need to head back to our base camp for the roll call and stuff." Ijuin called out from a distance. Wasting no time, Ayanokouji and Horikita went to catch up with him as, "A zero-point strategy...interesting..." Ayanokouji thought and it cuts back to the beach where Class C had their party. It's now deserted with a beach ball still on the sand.
(Day 3 of the Test)
Before sunrise it one of the tents, there are girls sleeping in there including Ibuki and in the darkness, a hand reached out for her backpack.
Outside, the unknown figure is seen checking her bag and found something that will preserve the class...
Now morning has risen and Yousuke was already awake. As he sat up, he can see Sudou and Yamauchi snoring together when, "Morning Hirata."
"Morning Ayanokouji, did I wake you up by chance?" He asked turning to his right. "Nope. It's hard to sleep soundly in an environment like this and from the snoring of certain people. Plus, my back hurts."
"Ha! Ha! I'll talk to Sudou and Yamauchi regarding their snoring."
"Thanks Hirata."
They went to the river to wash their face. "Ah...that feels nice." Yousuke exclaimed. "It's hard being one keeping the class together isn't it?" Ayanokouji asked. "I do it because I like it, that's all." Yousuke replied as he wiped his face with a piece of cloth. "If everyone in the class can stay happy, that's all I want." Ayanokouji finds it impractical in his mind.
By now, the whole class is awake as they chill around their base camp when, "Hey guys!"
"Ah! Ichinose-san!" Kikyo went to greet her as both classes met up. Now only 5 students accompanied her as, "Wow...it's almost the same as ours." Honami noticed. "Why of course Pink Hair." That came from Koenji who's up on a tree lying on a thick branch. With that, Yousuke showed them around a bit and after that, both classes mingled. Sakura is seen with Mako, Chihiro and Yume listening to their chats with Kikyo, Kokoro and Mii-chan joining them, Yousuke and Shibata talked about soccer with Kei and Sudou joining in to listen and Kanzaki is seen conversing with Sotomura and Ijuin. And finally, "Ah Honami, you finally dropped by did you?"
"Ah Kiyotaka-kun. I see that your base camp is pretty decent." They exchanged greetings as they watched their classes bond. "I don't see Horikita-san." Honami brought up. "Probably resting in the tent." He replied as they watched their classes bond. "How you feeling?" He asked. "All good. Kaneda's still in our base camp helping out. Andou's in charge so I got the time to visit you with my friends." She replied. As they chat together, "What do you see in them?" Yamauchi asked Ike. "Dunno. But I can tell she's very interested it him." Ike replied. "Man I envy him for that." said Hondou. "Not to mention that she's on the top in that list and she chose to find interest in him?" Miyamoto asked. "He sure is lucky. But I wonder how he feels about her?" Okitani asked. The boys just shrugged their shoulders as the classes continued bonding. After an hour, Class B went back to their base camp.
(Day 4 of the Test)
As usual, Sudou, Ike and Yamauchi went to catch more fish as they laughed and bonded together, Kikyo and Mii-chan went to collect more fruits to stock up on food supplies and finally, Ayanokouji went to do some recon with Sakura. "Are you sure you want to be paired with me?" He asked for right now, she's catching her breath after a while of trekking. "Y-Yeah...sorry for slowing you down. I know I'm a deadweight during exploration."
"Aren't you afraid that will be rumours between us?" He asked. "No I don't mind at all. Besides..." She then walked to him as he watched. "When we set out on this trip, I was really down at first. I have no friends from our class so going on a trip wouldn't be fun anyway. But now, I'm a bit relieved that I came here."
"I see..." Ayanokouji then looked while Sakura used both her thumbs and pointer fingers to catch a view in her line of sight. "It's too bad. If I had my digital camera, I could take a great picture right now." In her view, the background around Ayanokouji was a magnificent sight enough for a perfect photoshoot. "So you have a knack for photography is it?" He asked. "Of course! In my idol days, I got the chance to use a camera and learn to take perfect shots." Sakura replied. "I also balance between posing and camera practice."
"No wonder you were able to get a clear shot of the incident before." Ayanokouji replied back as she chuckled a bit and they continued their recon.
Around sunset at Class C's deserted 'base camp', "They're gone already?!" Honami exclaimed as she looked around. Kanzaki then looked to his right to see Ayanokouji and Sakura show up. "Ah good timing. Were you guys on recon too?"
"No we were just exploring the forest and ended up on this beach now." He replied with a lie and with Sakura nodding in agreement. "Gee I was hoping to find out who's the leader of Class C though..." Honami sighed as she squat down with her hands on her cheeks. "That's pretty cute..." Ayanokouji thought as, "The goal of this test is to stack up as many points as possible." Kanzaki stated. "The minute Ryuuen abandoned that, he lost already. And if I were him, I would have asked my class to clean up the mess before the abandonment." He then took an empty bottle and placed it back on the round table which is the same one Ryuuen used for there's an empty basket and an empty plate with skewers. "The straightforward strategy is best for us." Honami agreed with her classmate as Sakura walked around the beach and noticed something. "Ooh. That beach ball still has full air inside." She picked it up and, "Ichinose-san! Catch!"
"Woah!" Honami caught it time as, "Alright then. Let's make the most of it!" She threw the ball back as they laughed and had fun with the beach ball. While they do that, "Kanzaki, there's something I want to ask you."
"Sure what is it Ayanokouji?"
"Do you know anything about Katsuragi from Class A?"
"Katsuragi huh? Hmmm...okay from what I've heard, Sakayanagi-san is not partaking in the test now so he seems to have taken the leadership of the class for now. He's a sharp guy and even without Sakayanagi-san present, there definitely won't be any internal discord."
"Internal discord?"
"Yeah. These two are opposite extremes on how they lead their class. Sakayanagi uses innovative leadership while Katsuragi uses conservative leadership. They're polar opposites in how they approach things. Apparently this is why they always clash."
"How interesting. Shield and sword, cannon and fortress, tank and stronghold. I've seen the big picture regarding Class A." Ayanokouji thought when, "By the way, your suspicions are correct regarding your messenger boy."
"So you're keeping a watchful eye?"
"Yup. So far so good." Kanzaki replied. "Nice. For answering my question, I got something useful for your class." Ayanokouji then whispered it to him. "You're really sure?"
"It's the best I can do. You can decide on it if you want to." Ayanokouji replied as they watched the 2 pink-haired girls continue with their beach ball fun.
That night at Class D's base camp, Ayanokouji, Ike, Yamauchi, Yousuke and Karuizawa sat around the campfire for some chit-chat. "Looks like we made it through another day! Even so, we're halfway through and in 3 days, it'll be over." Ike spoke first with the others agreeing with him. "By the way, on the second day of the test, I saw the Class C guys heading back to the ship. Hirata, do you anything about that?"
"No I don't think so." He replied. "They probably just got sick of the island so they bailed out." said Karuizawa. "The whole class bailed out is it? Can you even do that?" Yamauchi asked. "You asking me?" Karuizawa asked back finding it meaningless as she flicked a small twig into the campfire.
Meanwhile, Ibuki is still isolating herself when Kikyo approached her. "So what will you do now?"
"I don't even want to do anything about those people. I'll stay here." Ibuki replied when Sudou showed and the 2 of them argued regarding her class bailing out and when Ibuki criticized the class for being too trustworthy to the point Sudou got ready to strike, Yousuke intervened trying to calm the situation. Regardless, Ibuki walked away remaining isolated.
(Day 5 of the Test)
"Hey Guys! Wake up guys!"
"Yeah wake up already!"
"Ugh...what now..." Sudou was the first to wake up followed by Ike and Yamauchi and when Yousuke went to look outside, he saw many girls gathered together with angry. "Hirata-kun. We have a huge problem!" Shinohara revealed speaking for the girls.
It didn't take long as all the boys are awake and gathered outside including Koenji who just jumped down from his spot on the tree. "What could it be in this early morning..." Yousuke asked still feeling a bit tired. "It has nothing to do with you Hirata-kun. But there's something we need to confirm." Shinohara spoke first as Haruka and Satou nodded in agreement. "You see...this morning, Karuizawa's underwear went missing."
Yousuke gasped upon hearing this. "And she's in the tent crying." Shinohara added as it cuts to her crying with Kikyo and Mii-chan trying to comfort her.
"Ch-Chotto Matte! Why are you suspecting-"
"Ike-kun isn't it obvious? One of you must have stolen them during the night!" Shinohara stated. "What if it's that Ibuki girl not us!" Sudou brought up still pissed about her as some boys agreed with him. "A girl would never steal something like that!" Shinohara fought back. "How can you be sure?" Ike asked back. "Because at any rate, we can't camp in the same place as the underwear thief!" She replied back with the girls agreeing with her. Yousuke then calmed the class and defended the boys about the theft even bringing up the fact that there's no evidence that one of them stole them. "And that is why Hirata-kun, we need you to find the culprit and the first thing we request is a search of all the boys' backpacks!" Shinohara demanded with the girls agreeing with her.
"Very well. But on one condition that this search will be handled by me to protect the boys' privacy." Yousuke requested and there was no opposition so with that, the boys lined up before him to allow the search and it took place behind their tent.
During the wait, "What the heck...this is pissing me off I'm telling you." Sudou complained.
"Yeah. They're doubting us boys despite having no evidence! This is nuts!" Yamauchi agreed.
"I know right? This is truly troublesome..." Ike joined in as he checked his bag but instantly, his face paled like a ghost. "What's wrong?" Ayanokouji asked and he's last in line. "N-Nothing..." Ike replied as Sudou and Yamauchi noticed it. "Ah...don't tell me...you're the thief?" Yamauchi guessed with Sudou smirking in agreement. "Baka! I wouldn't do that!" Ike replied but, "Screw that! Show me your bag!" Yamauchi took action as he grabbed his bag rummaging through with his friend trying to effortlessly stop him but less than a few seconds, Yamauchi took out a pair of pink panties with a flowery design. "Caught red-handed." Sudou exclaimed shaking his head while still smirking. Yamauchi grinned in agreement as, "It wasn't me I'm telling you! I don't even know how they got inside!"
"You don't have to make such an excuse bro." Yamauchi replied with Sudou now trying to hold his laughter. But at the same time, "Hey...why are they acting funny?" Kokoro pointed out to Shinohara. "Yeah...something's going on over there and it sounds fishy." Shinohara assumed but also, "I swear it better not be you Ike-kun because if it's really you, I'll end up wrecking your face into a bloody pulp..."
Back to them, "Ayanokouji! You believe me do you?"
"Under these circumstances, there's no evidence that shows your innocence. However, if you were the culprit, you won't be this careless Ike."
"Thank goodness you know I didn't do it!" A relieved Ike exclaimed. "So you think someone set him up by planting the panties in his bag?" Yamauchi asked. "Who knows? Another thing to prove that he didn't do it, is that he talked in his sleep." Ayanokouji added. "That has nothing to do with the panties." said Yamauchi. "But who would have guessed that Ike was also dreaming about stealing Shinohara's panties and using it to lust over her."
At that moment, Ike turned beet red as, "Ha? You like Shinohara is it?" Yamauchi asked teasing him when, "Hey hurry up!" Sudou called out from the line. Now that he mentioned it, "Well on one hand, I'm impressed that you developed feelings but on the other hand..." Yamauchi then placed the panties on Ike's hands. "Good luck!"
"Hey wait!" Too late as Yamauchi joined the line leaving him and Ayanokouji by themselves. "What should I do? I'm in a pinch here!"
"There's no other choice but to hide them." Ayanokouji suggested. It was a good idea but Ike panicked so much that he left the panties on his and ran off to get in line that's decreasing already. "Seriously..." No choice but to keep them in his pocket.
A while later, "I searched all the bags but it's all clear. None of the boys have and were behind it." Yousuke told the girls. "So can we have the boys put their stuff away now? We can talk after that."
"Search their clothes..." Shinohara ordered coldly stunning him. "An underwear thief is pervert! We can't know where they're hiding it!" She vented out with growing anger.
"For crying out loud!" Ike exclaimed in annoyance but it's enough for the girls to suspect him mostly so, "Okay fine! Search me if you want to!" This worried Ayanokouji and as a result, "Very well. Hirata-kun. Search them!" A still angry Shinohara ordered.
So Yousuke got to work and searched the boys one by one. Ayanokouji is the last and he expects to be caught red-handed as Yousuke searched him. But to his surprise, "Ayanokouji does not have them either." Yousuke told the girls. "It really wasn't a boy..." This surprised the girls over the result but this ended the entire situation.
Evening came and everyone got back to managing their base camp. Yousuke just finished talking with Chiaki and Satou on something when, "Hirata, can we talk in private?" Ayanokouji approached him with his request.
Somewhere deep in the forest but not far from their base camp, "Why didn't you tell them?" Ayanokouji asked. "You're referring to the underwear incident is it?" Yousuke asked. "You didn't steal it did you?"
"Of course not."
"I believe you. You're not the kind of person who would do that. Thus, I saved you." Yousuke replied. "Anyway, can you hand it over if you don't mind?"
"Are you sure?" Ayanokouji asked as he took it out and Yousuke walked to him to take it. "I'm the one who would be least damaged by being named the culprit. I'm her boyfriend after all." Ayanokouji knew what he's talking about as Yousuke sealed the underwear in a ziplock bag. "Also if it's possible, I need you to find the real culprit."
"Me? Find the real culprit?"
"Yeah. You think you can help me with that?"
"Well...I'll try at least."
"Arigato." Yousuke knew he can trust him. "And if you do find the culprit, I'd like you to report to me first and don't tell anyone else about this."
"Are you asking me to cover up the truth?"
"Well...yeah...because no matter who it turns out to be, it's best to bury the truth as soon as possible." Yousuke explained. "I also don't want to ruin everything over this small matter. And that is why, I need you to help me!"
"Fine then. I guess we're finished."
"Good call. Let's head back." The 2 of them headed back to camp but Ayanokouji already has something in mind.
Based on what Hirata told me in our private conversation, I believe I should not tell him yet. But ever since this morning...

I already knew who the culprit is...
No one rarely talks about Ijuin and that guy even has no profile in the wiki. Like I said before, some minor characters will get some screen time. And each base camp that Ayanokouji, Horikita and Ijuin visited, yes extended scenes though Class C only has extended and additional dialogues. Plus, I would like to see what it'll be like for Ibuki to wear a swimsuit and Kanzaki interacts more with Ayanokouji even answering him his question regarding Class A.
The first 4 days were smooth-sailing until the 5th one. Seems like a scheme to break the class down who knows? And I extended the conversation between Ayanokouji, Ike and Yamauchi with Sudou joining it but not saying much.
