In one universe, the Avengers once died and were then sent to the Galaxy Far Far Away during the time of the rebel alliance. In that universe, they were sent against many dangers involving the Empire and all of their doings.
In another timeline, the Avengers were sent to the same universe but were then sent further back to when they arrived just when the Clone Wars just began. They sadly however left a little too ill effect on the timeline, when the Republic fell and ended up watching as everyone fell. The Avengers fell, the Jedi fell, and everyone lost in that war. All but Ahsoka and Peter, who both survived with the help of Bucky Barnes and Nick Fury, as well as Captain Rex. But only Rex was confirmed to have been able to walk away from the incident.
Then there was one where the Avengers landed furthest from the original point in time. Rescued by both Separatists and Republic alike, the Avengers sooner or later formed together and finally made it so they could join the war and fight back against the tyranny from both sides of the war. Just trying to help the people of the worlds the Republic sends them, the Avengers learned to have lives of their own throughout the war. Some went into similar residents as their own universe, while others... ended up making their own kind of residents.
Peter Parker ended up arriving directly on Naboo, just when the blockade was formed and the negotiations were terminated. The Battle Droids found him and tried to take him out, but all that did was separate a few of the servants and the Queen. Peter managed to rescue one of them and was looking for answers from her. Then things just seemed to have just spiraled from that moment in time. Jumping ahead turns out that the servant that Peter rescued and bonded with was actually the Queen in disguise. To say Peter was a little surprised would have been an understatement, but it didn't seem to change the feelings that grew between them during that time. Sure, it became a little awkward to learn she was a queen, especially at such a young age of 16.
But the Avengers were scattered and separated once again in this universe but were quick to be found before the Clone Wars began this time around. Being rescued and helping fight in the war helped them save more and more planets and even more relationships bloomed, seemingly starting off with Padme and Peter getting close before the Clone Wars commenced.
Following the death of Tup, Clone Trooper Fives believes that he discovered that there was some sort of conspiracy against the Jedi order within the troops. This was something that seemed bigger than what the Kaminoans were trying to downplay it. Since he was already on the planet trying to conduct his own research into the death of Tup, Peter Parker decided to follow the transport to see what else could be said.
Fives say that there are inhibitor chips that were placed within the clones to control them. That it was placed inside of them so that someone could make them do something against their will.
And the intervention of Nala Se constantly has been getting Peter to think there definitely is more to this than they want to admit. And there was also the fact that the AZI-3 robot seemed to know a few things. Peter asked for the droid to keep looking into things on the planet while he oversaw Fives' transfer to Coruscant.
This Spider-Man Suit shares little to no equivalent of his old Iron Spider suit, with it having many new features. This would include clawed fingers, the use of arm spikes, and there was also a lack of visible eye lenses. Unlike its predecessor, however, the suit is predominantly black and white with red highlights, and the red spider symbol on the chest more vaguely resembles a skull insignia on the Suit.
Peter was watching as Napa Se was doing some form of checkup on Fives. But Peter wasn't taking any chances on this, just in case she tried something. When he looked toward the front of the ship just when they exited hyperspace, taking his eyes off Fives for a brief moment. But just that moment, he felt his senses going off and alerting him of something. When he looked over to Nala Se, he noticed she was holding an injection mod and grabbed her hand. Fives seemed to have just begun to wake up and saw Nala about to inject him and Peter stopping her.
"What do you think you're doing?" Peter asks Nala Se sternly, getting the attention of Shakk Tii.
"It is a harmless injection to help wake him up." Nala Se explains to him.
"If it were harmless, my senses wouldn't have gone off," Peter informed her. "I don't know what was in that, but it was something harmful."
"What is the meaning of this, Nala Se?" Shakk Tii questions as she approached them. "We need this clone trooper to testify his findings. And this makes me wonder exactly what it is you are trying to hide."
"Whatever it is you're trying to hide, we will soon learn." Peter stated as he looked over the 'tumors'. The so-called inhibitor chips that Fives proclaimed are what drove his friend crazy. "Because I know this clone. I've seen him fight in action. I think you're hiding something within this chip."
He then looked out to see where they were heading. Nala Se and Shakk Tii were both a little surprised when they watched as they weren't heading for the Chancellor's office, rather they were heading for the Avengers' private facility. A facility that they have been given as a sort of living and work quarters for their scientists.
When they made it to the landing pad, Peter was the first to walk out and the other two women followed. "What are we doing here? We were meant to take our findings to the Chancellor."
"We will. After we mutually look these over. We've got better equipment and facilities than you all." Peter explains why they're there and saw the Pym family exiting. "You guys got our findings?"
"We've been looking over what you sent us, but we'd like to look over these findings ourselves," Janet explains and looked over to Fives. "You alright, trooper?"
"Uh, a little uncomfortable in the restraints, ma'am." Fives admitted as he struggled to get comfortable.
"Not to worry, we'll have you transported to one of our dorms where you can stretch," Janet assured him and had a few of the repurposed battle droids and medical droids move him into their facility. "You've got the tumors?"
Peter nodded and handed her the chips. "AZ1-3 said they're inhibitor chips of sorts disguised to look like actual cells."
"Now that's fascinating," Hank said as he looked it over and walked away from Nala Se and Shakk Tii. "You'd never be able to detect this with a normal medical scan."
"And I have a feeling that was the intention," Peter said as he looked back and eyed Nala Se. "Keep these hidden for a purpose. Nala Se says they're meant to stop the clones from acting erratic."
"Fives seems alright to me." Janet didn't seem to follow. "He seems a little on edge, but considering everything, I'd understand why."
"Just keep him comfortable for now," Peter asks of them. "As you've said, a lot has been done to him. He needs to relax."
"I'd like to talk with him," Janet asks of them. "Just to see what he thinks is going on. Get his side."
"I don't see the harm." Hank shrugged and saw it could help.
"You better get into those inhibitor chips. See what you can dig up." Peter asks Hank. "These Kaminoans seem to be hiding something in them."
"On it," Hank promises.
And brother what they found.
"Oh, my god..." Hank said when he looked further into the inhibitor chips. "Fives was right. These chips have a few small commands, similar to droid protocols, but there's a bigger plot within it."
"What did you find?" Barnes wonders.
"A small command within it, but what it implies is bigger than we could have ever thought," Hank said as he showed them the coding. "A command codenamed as Order 66."
"Order 66?" Peter asks as he approached. "What does it do?"
"It is some code meant to identify all Jedi as traitors to the Galactic Republic and, therefore, subject to summary execution by the Grand Army of the Republic," Hank said in shock. "If this is in the head of all of the clones..."
"It would be a mass slaughter," Janet whispered in shock and horror. "No Jedi would be safe."
"Or Force-sensitive." Peter took a guess. "Who could execute this order?"
"Only one person seems capable of activating the protocol," Hank pulled up the command code.
And that was when they came across the command line that would be able to execute the Jedi and it shocked them all.
Chancellor Palpatine.
"You might wanna get your senator girlfriend on the line," Barnes told Peter.
"Good to see we were both on the same page," Peter muttered in fear.
Peter went into his personal quarters where he would talk with Padme over a hologram. She was away on Naboo overseeing some things and didn't have the time to get there personally anytime soon. He gave her the full extent of everything that happened the last few days from Tup killing a Jedi to what they learned about the chips.
"This is troubling to hear," Padme said in worry. "If the Chancellor is corrupt, then we need to take this to the council immediately."
"It goes deeper than that," Peter said with a sorry tone. "I think that he is the Lord of the Sith."
"The Sith Lord that orchestrated the Clone Wars?" Padme wasn't sure if she would go that far yet.
"We had sent the information to the Jedi, but we fear that this is true," Peter tells his girlfriend what they've done. "Strange and Wanda will tell them what they discovered and most likely take him into custody. We need you to take this to the senate personally so he could face trial."
"I'll be there soon," Padme promised and looked a little worried. "And Peter? There's something that we need to discuss when I get there."
Peter was worried about that talk and nodded. "Okay."
Padme gave him a reassuring smile before she closed the hologram and Peter saw there was no reason to panic.
Mace Windu, a handful of other members of the Jedi order, as well as Wanda and Doctor Strange, they made their way into the chancellor office. They found the chancellor was sitting in his chair and looked towards the door when he saw them.
"May I help you, Master Windu?" Palpatine asks them.
"In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic..." Mace said as he drew his saber. Igniting it just as the other Masters mimicked the action, followed by Strange and Wanda raising their hands "you're under arrest, Chancellor."
"Come quietly, and you will be given a fair trial." Strange promised with his hands raised.
"Are you threatening me?" Palpatine asks.
"We have evidence to support you're in alliance with the Separatists." Wanda stated as she started to glow. "Come quietly."
"The Senate shall decide your fate." Windu promised.
Palpatine then stood and drew a weapon from his sleeve. "Its treason, then."
But before he could even think of attacking, he was stopped when Wanda used her magic to keep his hands down. Strange followed that by using magic to create a pair of cuffs to bind his hands and keeping him from accessing any of his powers.
And that's where it all came to an end.
The war was soon to end after the fall of their inside man, with the fall of General Grievous and the capture of Count Douku. Douku and Palpatine were both imprisoned and executed for their crimes against the Republic and the Federation. They won the war, with the Clones all given the same surgery that Tup and Fives were given to remove the inhibitor chips. So now they were no longer a threat to either them or their generals and even friends.
The clones were then free to be everyday citizens or even stay in the Army of the Republic. Clones were able to go and have jobs, have lives, have families and children of their own. They were now seen as citizens of the Republic, with the help of Padme giving them the rights that they were deserved for.
When the war was officially announced as over, Peter raced through the halls of the Senate building to find Padme. When he came across her in the halls, he ran over and she rushed her way over to him. They met in the middle and embraced each other in a hug and were both happy.
"Oh, it's all over." Padme sighed in relief.
"Its over." Peter confirmed and kissed her. "What were you trying to tell me over that call? It sounded a little urgent."
"Well, that's something you should be aware of." Padme said with a smile. "Pete, I'm pregnant."
Peter froze in shock when he heard that and looked around. "Is...you're not kidding, are you?"
Padme shook her head to confirm she was indeed telling the truth. Peter then jumped and cheered as he dragged Padme into her office and screamed. He was overjoyed to hear this, and then he grabbed Padme and spun her around.
"This is amazing!" Peter cried in joy. "Oh, god," then he release the impact of this and started to panic a little. "Oh, god, you're pregnant. Well, on the plus side, the war is over, so that means less things to worry about. On the downside, we don't exactly have the most stable of circumstances."
Padme stopped him from rambling. "Peter, Peter, you're overthinking. Just...just appreciate the moment." Then the door opened and Fives aimed his gun in worry. "Everything alright, General?"
Peter smiled and looked to Padme. "Everything's perfect, Fives. You're good."
"Right, sir." Fives said as he nodded and made his way out.
"It was nice you have him a job on your personal guard." Peter commented.
"Well, if it weren't for him, the war would still be going on for who knows how long." Padme stated. "But, look, we can go to Naboo, start to make a few living arrangements while we're there, start to try and see things work there..."
"We could get married as well." Peter added, freezing Padme and making her look up in surprise. "What do you say?"
Padme seemed to accept when she pulled Peter in close and engulfed him into a passionate kiss on the rising sun. It truly was the dawn of a new age for them all.
