Here I am with another translated chapter, and this time I'm going to release a new arc!

In this case, I bring you a chapter with a normal length. After publishing this, I'm going to leave a day of margin since the previous chapter was too long and maybe not everyone finished reading it.

That said, let's start with the reviews:

The Name is Agron: Thanks for pointing it out. It's good that those kinds of errors have been reduced almost to the point of disappearing. Even so, I will always try to make sure there are no such errors.

Swolfie: It's refreshing to read this kind of comments, since they partly point out all the progress the story has made since the first chapters, as well as the translation errors and other kinds of problems that have occurred. Personally, I'm glad you've enjoyed it so far and I hope this strange story can continue to entertain you in the future. Best regards!

TatsuyaShiva4: Let's see, this is something I've talked about numerous times before, but I'm still going to answer it one last time. If you've paid enough attention in all these chapters, you may have already noticed that the whole lore behind this story is very different from the cannon, and the only thing it resembles are in the present events that Issei goes through. The power levels were modified, the stories of many characters were modified, and above all, the main plot was modified. This has already been implied numerous times throughout the story, so I find it very odd that you didn't notice this. Lastly, this is already the second time you've done a review exactly the same, so I won't respond to you anymore, unless it's a completely different query. After all, this is when I start to wonder if you didn't read when I responded to your review, or if you're just doing that to fuck with me. In any case, I'd like to think it's the first option, and that's why I came back to answer you.

With nothing more to respond, it's time to begin.

Enjoy!

Azazel looked from side to side as he remained seated at his desk, looking around at everyone present.

"Looks like we're all here..." The Cadre commented, looking at the Gremory and Sitri peerage, all were seated on the couches or near them. The only one who was a bit apart was Issei, as he was in the hallway of the Club talking with Penemue and Tiamat.

"Why did we get together a few minutes before the meeting?" asked Sona, really intrigued at the answer.

"I just wanted to tell you the type of training you will be following this last week." Azazel stated, resting his hand on his chin. "We will continue with the same process, except you will be getting up a little earlier. There will no longer be breaks on the weekends, and they will have to endure a couple of hours of training before entering the Academy." The man stated. "The only ones who will train apart will be Rias and Akeno, who are not yet in good control of their full power. They will have to undergo a little training with Tannin." Hearing the Dragon King's name, everyone froze for a short second.

Let's just say they had met him before, and things had turned out to be quite strange. Or rather, dangerous.

"If you're scared of the kind of training Tannin can give you, then you shouldn't even enlist in the Rating Games." Azazel clarified with a rather sharp look, something that made Rias quite tense, causing the redhead to quickly shake her head. "I thought so..." The Cadre stated with some grace in his words. "In the meantime, I'll personally take care of Kiba and Gasper's training." He commented, gaining the attention of the two aforementioned. "Kiba has very little left to achieve perfect control of his Balance Breaker, while Gasper still has a lot to learn." Azazel would explain, then turn very serious. "In fact, I highly doubt that Gasper can be of any use anytime soon." He thought. "His magic reserves are so absurdly high that I don't know how to deal with it. The only person I knew with that absurd amount of magic was Vali, but unlike Gasper, he already knew how to control his magic perfectly..." He concluded his thoughts, remembering that bloody white-haired boy who came to Grigori by pure coincidence.

"Is something wrong?" Kiba asked, seeing the rarely serious expression the Cadre had.

"I was just thinking that this is going to be very complicated..." He commented, clasping his hands together underneath his chin. "If they kill someone during a Rating Game without giving them a chance to surrender, they're disqualified." Azazel thought, looking at Gasper closely. "This is a pain in the ass." He finished, giving a big tired sigh that confused more than one.

"Saji." Azazel stated, gaining his attention. "With the new parts of your Sacred Gear, you have undergone a great change over your current power. You are not yet accustomed to your new increased power, and it could be seen to perfection when you fought Loki. Your body depletes too quickly. To fix that, you will have to use your Sacred Gear throughout the week without deactivating it at any time during training. That will get you used to your new power, which simply suffers from great instability." Cadre concluded, then looked at the others. "As for the rest..."

"Are you ready?" Penemue asked with her typical unflappable expression, getting Issei to clench his fists tightly.

"Of course I am!" He exclaimed with great excitement.

"As you may know, you are the one who has had special training. Training that allowed you to skip classes for a few days." Hearing this, Issei could only slightly diminish her excited smile, as he didn't know exactly what his cute Cadre was referring to. "Luckily, we managed to finish this training a week earlier than planned. Being the weekend, it's the perfect opportunity to make up for lost time." The Fallen Angel commented, managing to make Issei's smile falter a little more.

Penemue couldn't help but cross her arms, while Tiamat was doing her best to hide her laughter behind the chatter.

"Do you understand what I'm saying?" the Cadre asked, causing Issei to start turning pale as he broke out in a sweat, though his smile didn't disappear.

"You do understand, don't you?" Penemue questioned again, unable to help but raise an eyebrow.

"I want to die..." Issei thought internally as he turned to stone.

BEGINNING OF ARC-CHAPTER 42: THE VALKYRIES' NEW HERO!

The meeting had already begun. Odin himself was there discussing different arrangements together with Sirzechs and Azazel, while everyone else was listening.

All except Issei, Tiamat and Penemue, who were in another room. After all, the Cadre had wanted him to start right now with the duties he was to perform. Issei didn't seem so reluctant to accept it, as he really didn't care what they did about Loki.

Or so he thought initially...

"We'll lock him in there, but we're the only ones who will guard the place..."

Issei couldn't help but pay attention to Odin's words, who despite being somewhat far away, could still hear them.

The brown-haired man began to turn his pen over the sheet while thinking carefully. He was so immersed in his thoughts, that he completely forgot the amount of pages he was reading and the activities he had to perform.

"Loki..." Issei thought, remembering everything that happened yesterday. "If he really wanted the Prophecy to remain unchanged, he could have simply fought with the intention of killing me from the beginning. But he didn't..." Issei continued his thoughts, nagging slightly. "In those moments I didn't think much of his words, but now..."

Issei nearly died of a heart attack when Penemue slammed his hands down hard on the desk.

"Don't get distracted." Cadre stated with an authoritative tone. "Remember you have only two days before you return to the Academy." She concluded, narrowing her eyes slightly.

"I know, I know!" Issei exclaimed, sinking his face into the literature text. "I'm reading already!"

"Good." Penemue declared with a satisfied nod, sitting down right in front of Issei to do her own homework.

Meanwhile, Tiamat was right next to Issei, reading some activities her students did .

A few seconds passed, achieving an impressive silence in the room. The three of them looked very engaged in their respective activities. This meant that only the sound of papers or pens could be heard.

Just when the atmosphere had been set to perfection, the noise returned to the site.

"Here they are, boys!" Rossweisse exclaimed with a big smile at the sight of them, causing everyone to have a little startle. "I was looking for you all over the compound!"

"Shhhh!" The two women shushed her at the same time, getting Ross all nervous.

"Uh, sorry." She quickly apologized in a whisper.

"What is this, a library?" the brown man questioned internally as he rolled his eyes.

"I just wanted you all to watch the show about everything that happened yesterday." Ross stated, sitting down next to Tiamat as she turned on the old television in the room.

"I only just now found out that the Factions have their own news channels." Issei commented with great intrigue, getting the other two women to turn their heads to see how the interview had turned out.

The first turned out to be from the Demons, where Sirzechs had said that the battle had been complicated, though it all turned out to be much simpler when they returned and found Loki on the verge of defeat, thanks to the efforts of the Demons and the Gremory and Sitri nobility, the latter two groups being the ones who were able to hold off the weakened God.

This did not go down well with Tiamat, who quickly changed the channel with a magic circle simulating a remote control.

The second channel referred to Grigori, where all the Fallen Angels were rejoicing about how well they did in the main battle, downplaying the importance of Loki's battle. Something that was true after all, since Loki was very hurt. But again it proved a great annoyance to Tiamat when Baraqiel said that the brat Gremory and Sitri had taken care of the Asgardian God.

She quickly flipped the channel again, seeing how this time it was about the Angels, though they were giving a much more general idea of the battle, and not from such a centralized and arrogant point of view. But again, no one mentioned Issei.

"I don't like this." Tiamat spat to the side, managing to startle Ross as her spittle passed inches from her face, which quickly turned to ice and shattered into tiny particles as it hit the wall.

"What's going on?" Issei asked, watching as Michael continued to talk about what happened, or, rather, what his men had relayed to him.

"It's not nice to take all the credit for those brats." Tiamat spat with slight anger. "You did all the work, and they did nothing. Neither them, nor their stupid peerage full of wimps." The dragoness concluded, causing Issei to bow her shoulders.

"Not that I care too much." The brown man commented, earning a glare from the three beautiful women. "I prefer to stay in the dark as much as possible. I'm not interested in fame or anything like that." He explained, getting them all to look at him with slight surprise. "That's for the president to keep. After all, those things won't help me complete my goals." He finished explaining, crossing his arms with a smile. "In fact, I don't know how to deal with those things, and I think they could become a nuisance."

"*That's the spirit, partner. *" Ddraig commented through the gauntlet with great pride. "*Fame won't help you win battles. *"

"Great!" Tiamat exclaimed, resting her chin on the blades with a dejected look on her face. "I thought I couldn't be bothered anymore, but I just needed to hear the voice of the Underdeveloped Lizard." A small smile appeared on the dragoness' face when she heard a snort from Ddraig, clearly annoyed at the memory of that humiliating nickname. "Now I feel a little better already." Concluded the dragoness, as she laughed lightly at her antics.

Penemue changed the channel, seeing that it was now Asgard.

Everyone couldn't help but pay attention to the scene when an incredibly serious Odin appeared on screen.

"What's with that serious look?" Penemue asked for everyone, watching as the God created a few small seconds of rather tense silence.

...

...

...

"Issei is the true hero who defeated Loki."

At those moments, Issei's face turned pale, while the three women blinked a couple of times at what they heard.

"The Sekiryuutei is the true hero."

...

...

...

"He is a hero."

After taking in what the God had said, Issei jumped up from his seat with a great leap, knocking the desk to the side.

"BUT WHAT DOES HE DO?!" He shouted at the top of his lungs.

Meanwhile, Tiamat was just smiling as she saw that her beloved was beginning to earn the recognition he deserved.

A few minutes later...

"Relax, it's not as much trouble as you're imagining." Odin declared, as he stood in the room of the four, trying to explain everything to Issei, who seemed to be half hysterical.

The fact that the God was here, indicated that the meeting was already over.

"Lord Odin is right." Rossweisse quickly backed up the God. "The news works just like the human world. Let's say that each faction is a country, and the people of each country believe only what the rulers of that country say." Valkyrie explained, making a great analogy. "I mean, they just don't inquire about it anymore. Anything from the outside, they just take as a negative or a lie." She concluded, getting Issei to roll his eyes.

"In that case, it looks like relations between the Factions are still pretty strained." The chestnut commented, getting a big laugh from the God.

"Did you really think that all the Factions would become best friends just because they made a Peace Treaty?" Odin asked with slight mocking tone, getting Issei slightly embarrassed.

"You have a point..." Issei commented as he rubbed his hair nervously.

"You're very naive." God declared, as he called out to Ross with his hand. "I wish the world was as simple as you put it."

"It's a utopia that could be achieved." Issei replied, bowing his shoulders without giving the God's words much thought.

"True, but nothing is simple." Cadre stated, drawing everyone's attention. "There are many beings who love the idea of a dystopian world."

"How could anyone desire that?" the young man questioned, unable to help but raise an eyebrow.

"Under those people's point of view, utopia would be a dystopian reality for the rest of the world." Cadre replied, finally taking her eyes off the paperwork. "Have you forgotten about Kokabiel already?"

"That's right..." Issei thought aloud, remembering the great conflict the aforementioned had caused. "In that case, there will be no choice but to eliminate those people." He concluded, rubbing his chin.

Tiamat couldn't help but look at him with slight surprise at such a statement, as he said it with absolute coldness.

"It's funny to hear those words come out of your mouth, being that you weren't even capable of killing an ant before." The dragoness stated, showing a proud expression after the new attitude and character that was being created in Issei.

"Let's just say I've learned my lesson..." Replied the brown-haired man as he rubbed his hair with a smile.

"Back to the main topic." God stated after clearing his throat. "In case you didn't understand, what Rossweisse means is that it won't matter what Asgard says in other Factions, and, in fact, it would be rare for them to notice what we have to say." Concluded the God.

"Bottom line, only our Faction sees you as a hero." Ross finished, causing Issei to roll his eyes.

"That means your fans in Asgard will now think of you as a true hero." Odin added with a chuckle after seeing Issei's frozen expression.

It didn't take long for the God's laughter to die down as he watched Issei's expression normalize and Ross grew sadder and sadder.

A somewhat awkward silence ensued for a few seconds, managing to make Issei slightly sad as well.

"I guess it's time to say goodbye." Penemue broke the silence, not taking her eyes off her papers.

"Yes..." Rossweisse replied, unable to help but lower her head in utmost sadness.

Seeing her reaction, Issei quickly approached her and placed a hand on her shoulder, getting the Valkyrie to slowly raise her gaze in great surprise.

"It's been a lot of fun all the times we've gotten together, just like the training." He explained, then wiped away the tears that were threatening to spill from her beautiful face. "I hope that when you become Queen Valkyrie, you can visit us from time to time." He continued, fixing his gaze on the other two women. "I'm sure they would like to interact with you a little more as well." He stated, getting Ross to fix her gaze on the Cadre and the dragoness, waiting for their responses with much anticipation.

"Well, it's been kind of fun. It's a pity that because of work neither of us had much time to get to know each other, but the stay was very pleasant thanks to your help." Penemue stated, lifting her face, showing a small and unusual smile on her face, indicating that she meant it wholeheartedly.

"I feel the same way. It was quite a novel and entertaining place." Tiamat stated with the same expression as Penemue, until a somewhat dark look came over her face. "Especially on one of the last days..."

"For some reason, I have excessive urge to protect my balls..." Issei thought with a nervous bead of sweat as she placed a hand over her crotch.

Penemue and Rossweisse just had a bad feeling as they watched Tiamat chuckle under her breath in a very mischievous manner.

"W-well, I think so too." Ross commented with a little stutter at what had happened. "I hope that when my training is over, we'll all have more time to get to know each other!" she concluded with a big smile, something the two women replied in kind.

Finally, Rossweisse's gaze landed on Issei, who received it with a small smile.

Issei slowly moved his hand towards Rossweisse's head, caressing it very tenderly.

Rossweisse couldn't help but blush slightly as Issei received her with an aura covered in warmth and affection that made her feel too good.

"I'll miss you."

Those words...

Those words made her heart race a little again after such a long time...

That feeling was so great and comforting that she couldn't resist...

Issei's gaze widened in shock as Rossweisse hugged him tightly, managing to stagger back a little. The brown was able to respond quickly, returning the hug while continuing to caress her head, getting the pretty Valkyrie to sink her face into his chest.

After a few seconds, in which everyone deigned to watch that farewell with a smile, Rossweisse separated from Issei with small tears that seemed to threaten to come out of her face.

"I'll miss you too!"

"Apparently, a lot has happened these days that I wasn't in Asgard..." Thought the God with a smile, seeing how Rossweisse had become a great friend.

A few hours later...

It had already become completely dark. Issei had left for home along with Penemue and Tiamat, who were helping him catch up with the Academy's chores.

Of course, each one was helping him in a different way.

In the living room were Issei and Penemue, where the Cadre seemed to be intently watching what her future lover was doing in the notebook.

From one second to the next, Issei threw down his pen and raised both of his fists in the air, then rose from his seat as he continued with the same posture. Penemue couldn't help but smile at the hilarious sight, as Issei continued with his hands raised and circled the entire living room in that same posture.

"What's wrong?" Tiamat asked, coming into the living room with her hair tied in a ponytail, as she used gloves to carry a large platter that had plates of different foods on it.

The delicious aroma quickly reached Issei's nose, getting him to abandon his posture and look at her with great excitement.

"He's done with his history homework." Cadre stated, resting a hand on her chin. "With this, he only has your disipline left. I guess we can finish tomorrow." She concluded, watching as Issei quickly approached Tiamat.

"Great, I was starving!" Issei exclaimed with a goofy expression on his face.

He grabbed a Cherry Tomato stuffed with melted cheese filled with high quality, perfectly seasoned minced meat. Issei's expression changed to a completely saintly one, where he swore he was about to become an Angel.

"It was worth waiting so long..." He commented with a holy aura. "As always, Tia becomes even more perfect when she cooks." He concluded, bursting a huge blush on Tiamat's face at the nickname and the words, who raised the platter to cover it.

"Don't say such things!" Rant the dragoness. Even though her face was covered almost completely, her beautiful light blue eyes did not allow her to hide her unruly emotions.

"How envious." Penemue said, and her small smile made it obvious that she was joking.

Issei quickly put away the books and Penemue helped Tiamat set up the plates and other items.

The three of them sat on the couches as they ate quietly, talking happily to each other, laughing and having fun.

After several minutes of this, Issei couldn't help but fall silent as he watched with a small smile as Tiamat reigned over the stories of Penemue, who was smiling throughout the conversation.

Issei only deigned to continue eating while watching them with great joy.

After a few seconds, Tiamat and Penemue noticed this, so they looked at him with great curiosity.

"You didn't like the discus chicken?" Tiamat asked with great concern.

Seeing this, Issei couldn't help but gag for a short second, as her reaction had struck him as hilarious.

"No, it's fucking delicious!" He quickly replied as he drank a lemonade juice made by her. "I was just thinking that..." Issei's smile widened a little more as the two women looked at each other, then looked at Issei with even more curiosity.

"We look like family."

At the response, Penemue and Tiamat instantly blushed. Something Issei didn't notice, as he was too focused on his own thoughts.

"Like a couple?" thought the two women at the same time, feeling their bodies getting warmer and their hearts beating harder.

"You know, like two big sisters taking care of their little brother!" he finished answering, making the blushes of the two women instantly disappear.

"Ah, just that..." Penemue declared, as she continued tasting her dinner.

This somewhat nonchalant reaction from the Cadre made Issei think he had said something he shouldn't have, though he didn't know what.

"Speaking of family..." Tiamat added, as more food was being served. "We were very lucky that your parents were on a business trip until this Sunday." She concluded, fixing her gaze on Issei. "That way, we can lie to your friends much more easily about your whereabouts."

"Hugh, yes..." Issei declared, rubbing his hair in frustration. "I had completely forgotten about it." Issei's slightly annoyed look changed dramatically when he remembered a certain important topic. "By the way, what will I do for the rest of the week."

"No training." Penemue quickly replied, gaining the attention of Tiamat and Issei, who didn't look too happy at the statement. "As I said before, we already completed the objective. Take advantage now to spend time with your friends and distract yourself a bit." Cadre explained, getting Issei to understand instantly. "As far as I know, you haven't been able to hang out with them for a long time because of training."

"You're right, it would be nice to." Issei nodded, completely convinced at Penemue's words. "By the way, you're not as busy as you used to be, are you?" the brown asked with great intrigue.

"You're right." Cadre replied as she sipped some lemonade. "The Peace Treaty has smoothed out many aspects between the Factions, mostly when we talk about the interaction between the territories of each race, being that that was always the biggest problem." Issei nodded again, remembering all the trouble he got into when he entered that church to rescue Asia, just like when Kokabiel almost set off a war for breaking into Demon territory. "Thanks to that, I only have to deal with a few rape attempts by some idiot Fallen Angels who don't even try to disguise their Original Sin a little bit. After that, it's Grigori cases in general, mostly referring to keeping order in the castle." Cadre concluded, then watched him with great interest as she raised an eyebrow. "But why are you asking me that?" she questioned, getting Issei to smile nervously.

"It's just that I'll need help with something. But if you're too busy, I can ask Tiamat..." The young man replied with great nervousness.

"Don't worry." Replied the Cadre, sketching a tiny smile. "Remember, you can always count on me." This last was said with great affection, something Issei noticed with great ease.

"I know. Thank you so much." He replied quickly, expressing great appreciation.

"So, as I was telling you..." Penemue commented, resuming her story. "You don't know how good it felt when I stuck my katana between Azazel's legs for not doing his job..."

A few hours later, in Issei's bedroom...

"You know, anything you can call me." Penemue stated from the doorway, watching as Issei was already tucking in the blankets. "See you tomorrow." The Cadre concluded, giving a quick wave before taking her leave.

Issei replied with a smile, then covering himself with his sheets as he watched Penemue disappear through a magic circle.

"I guess next week will be pretty quiet..." Thought the brown casually as he closed his eyes, preparing to fall asleep.

After a few seconds in silence, he could hear a strange movement at the door. The first thing he felt was a heavy weight on his waist, as if someone had jumped on top of him. Issei immediately opened his eyes, seeing that it was the dragoness, who was in her black underwear, ready to sleep with her personal source of affection.

"I already thought it was weird that you didn't come." Issei commented graciously, watching as Tiamat moved her hips over Issei's waist quite happily, showing a great tenderness that he could not overlook.

After all, she looked adorable when she showed that side of her...

"Did you really think I would miss a chance to sleep with you?" the Dragon Queen questioned as she continued to sway her hips happily.

Without a doubt, that question and her movements made everything so easily misconceived. But that didn't really matter, as it was just the two of them at the moment.

"Yes, that's right..." Issei thought aloud as he watched her with a small smile.

Just at those moments, the brown couldn't help but have a small glimpse into the past.

That feeling seemed very distant, but it was actually present in him not too long ago.

That feeling of darkness...

Of loneliness...

Somehow, he remembered how everything was very dark around him. It was just him in this dark, dreary, emotionless house he called home.

How he was always alone, with no one to keep him company...

Even his own parents did not approve of his existence...

Everything was so dark, but now...

Somehow, Issei projected that distant past where he was all alone. But now, she was all over him while conveying a sense of happiness, affection, tenderness, and...

Over all those emotions...

Over all those beautiful sensations...

Love reigned.

After thinking all those things, Issei couldn't help but expel a small tear.

He felt so special, just because that person in front of him loved him so much...

Tiamat saw this, so she quickly became worried and abandoned her aura covered in sweetness.

"What's wrong? She asked with great concern, bringing her face a little closer to Issei's.

"Ha, it's nothing." Issei replied quickly, wiping away his tear. "I just remembered the first day we met." The brown man stated, getting Tiamat to look at him with some intrigue. "Or rather, all the special things we experienced so far." After hearing his last words, the dragoness couldn't help but be greatly impressed, and her face reflected it. "At least, they are to me! Hahahaha!" Issei exclaimed with great nervousness upon seeing Tiamat's expression.

The dragoness continued to stare at him for a few seconds with a much softened expression as Issei laughed in embarrassment.

Tiamat interrupted his laughter as she lifted the sheets and lay down on one side.

An awkward silence fell between the two of them...

Or at least, that's how it felt to Issei...

"..."

"..."

"..."

"... Can I hug you?"

Tiamat's question caught Issei's attention slightly.

"But, you already are." He replied with great strangeness, as the dragoness was snuggled into his chest.

"It's not the same..." Tiamat whispered softly, as she made sure her imperceptible blush didn't grow any larger than it should. "Turn to me."

Issei quickly complied with the order, coming face to face with Tiamat.

The young man's eyes slowly widened as he felt the dragoness's arms wrap around his back, firming herself against him and causing her breasts to press tightly together.

It took a little while, but Issei responded the embrace with some hesitation, wrapping his hands around Tiamat's back, unable to help but blush slightly as he felt the dragoness' cleavage pressed tightly against his bare chest.

"Her chest is so hot..." Thought the brown-haired man without a double entendre, as she really was horny.

The surprises did not end there, as Tiamat moved a little closer to him, making their foreheads collide with great delicacy and affection.

Although, without a doubt, what impressed Issei the most were the following words:

"I hope these special moments last forever..."

Issei simply stared at her unable to respond to that statement.

He could only watch as the dragoness had her eyes closed with great tranquility, while caressing Issei's bare back with her hands.

"Shit..." Thought the chestnut as his expression changed to a slightly teary one, feeling his chest burn with a myriad of emotions that made him touch the stars.

"Why does she always have to be so... so...?" Issei tried to describe her with one word, but found that no words were meaningful enough to describe her.

"Damn, you'll make me cry like an idiot again!" Issei concluded his thoughts with a big toothy grin, as his tears threatened to roll down his face.

Tiamat couldn't help but widen her eyes with a slight blush as she felt Issei press himself tighter to her and begin to caress her bare back.

"As long as we're together, I don't think those moments will ever go away." Finished the brown, getting Tiamat to smile slightly at him.

"You're right." She concluded with an expression covered in beauty, because right now she didn't mind her blush mingling with her beautiful smile.

And so it was that they both slept...

United and caressing each other with great affection...

Minutes passed, and Issei finally seemed to have fallen asleep.

Tiamat seemed to have also fallen to sleep, but soon after it could be seen as she opened her eyes. A mysterious glow was lodged in them.

"Special moments, precious moments..." The dragoness thought as she slowly moved her hand, until she finally reached Issei's cheek, beginning to caress it with slow, delicate movements.

"Thank you for making me live such wonderful experiences..." The dragoness whispered, then slowly bringing her face closer.

Her lips slowly approached the forehead of her future lover.

Her beautiful lips pressed slowly on his forehead while Tiamat closed her eyes deeply.

The kiss lasted longer than she thought it would.

She slowly pulled away, then looked at him intently as she continued to caress his cheek.

She parked her gaze on his lips, slowly closing her eyes as his face drew closer.

"Thank you for showing me what true love is." She thought, as their lips pressed lightly together, though there was no movement from her.

After a few seconds, she broke away slightly and gave him an expression covered in love.

"I love you."

"*You were one step away from it becoming a real kiss, lovesick maiden. *" After hearing the most irritating voice in existence according to herself, Tiamat quickly blushed beyond belief and pulled her hand away from Issei's cheek.

"Be quiet." Tiamat commanded with a death stare, who was not accompanied by her massive blush.

Ddraig simply laughed at her reaction.

Still, he decided to heed the dragoness, since she hadn't called him by that demeaning nickname she always used on him.

In a way, this had been his revenge for calling him that in the morning, and Tiamat knew it.

"Everything points to her being Issei's first kiss." Ddraig thought to himself with a small smile. "But what would have to happen for that to happen?" He wondered internally. "In what context would the great fear and incredible insecurity of both of them be pushed aside for that to happen?"

The next day...

Odin watched intently as Ross paced back and forth in his office, doing different duties. He was seeing that she seemed to have reverted to her bitter temperament, though she was trying her best to hide it.

Though, of course, the God knew her too well to fall for her seemingly unflappable expression.

After being silent for a while, Odin finally decided to speak.

"Why do you think the three of them get along so well?" Odin's question caused Ross to stop and look at him with great confusion.

"What are you talking about?" the Valkyrie tried to pretend she didn't understand what he was talking about, but the God didn't believe her one bit.

"You know well who I'm talking about." The God declared, positioning a hand over his beard.

Rossweisse couldn't help but lower her head, thinking about the question as she remembered all the loving and cheerful interactions she always had with Issei, Penemue and Tiamat.

"To be honest, I don't get it." Ross replied, giving a small sigh. "Tiamat is a Dragon Queen who hates Ddraig and all his bearers, and whenever she encounters one, she kills him. Or at least, she was like that before..." Valkyrie explained. "And with Penemue, I don't understand how she can bond with a Demon after she freed herself from her Original Sin. Actually, the three of them belong to species that are simply incompatible." Rossweisse concluded, recalling that the Factions almost exterminated the Dragons.

"Events cause the least thought of people to come together..." Declared the God, getting Ross to pay special attention to him. "Usually a common past, a show of empathy, a demonstration that it doesn't matter what Faction you belong to, or who you belong to, as everyone can possess a heart if they so choose." Continued the God, looking at Ross with a sideways smile. "But, it is rare for those factors to come together in just three people." He explained. "The fact that all three are broken people made them come together without realizing it."

"Broken people?" Rossweisse asked, unable to understand what he was referring to.

"You know Tiamat and Penemue's past, but you don't know anything about Issei." Odin stated, unable to help but get a little serious. "His feelings were used and discarded like trash. He was killed by his own girlfriend, who was a Fallen Angel." Concluded the God, getting Rossweisse to widen her eyes in great disbelief at what she heard.

"Those three broken people help each other and give love to each other. That way, their wounds heal slowly and progressively." He stated, sketching a small smile. "Three broken people who love each other more than anything."

"... Guess I get it." Ross commented, lowering her gaze slightly. "Do you think...?" The Valkyrie clenched her armor tightly in her hands.

"Do you think they could help me when I become broken?"

Odin just watched her with a smile after the question.

"Speaking of which, you should rest from all this until your birthday." Odin's answer threw the Valkyrie off balance. "A vacation of about two months is a good idea, don't you think?" he asked, getting Rossweisse to widen her eyes beyond belief. "In fact, I understand that at the Kuoh Academy they were looking for a swimming teacher..." Concluded the God, making his intentions more than clear.

Rossweisse's expression changed radically to one covered in joy as tears began to fall from her face.

"Thank you so much, Lord Odin!" she shouted with great happiness, bowing deeply, then rushing out of the office.

Odin only deigned to smile at the great happiness of the one who was almost like a daughter to him.

"As long as I am still alive, I will do everything I can to make you happy, little fool."

END OF CHAPTER!

As I always say, I hope you enjoyed it!

I think this chapter has already cleared up one thing that has been avoided for a long time, and that is about who Issei's first kiss will be. I think everyone already knew it had to be Tiamat, that's why I decided to make a special event in this arc.

I'll be seeing you soon for the next translated chapter.

Thank you very much for reading!
