Here I present myself with a new translated chapter!

We are closing this arc, and from now on many questions will probably start to arise that won't have answers until much further in the future.

Now it's time to answer some reviews:

Wolfman9623: You are almost right. There are certain things that are not quite right since Issei's origin is different. That will be something that will be confirmed in the future.

MAX0910: I remember that this scene in the cannon is quite strong, that's why I tried to attach it and change it under my own preferences with the attempt to make it more emotional, and from your reaction I think it worked. I still have several mistakes about it because I don't really understand certain meanings, i.e. I know well the difference of all the pronouns, but that's not the only thing I need so I can fix the sentences well. Also, I'm sure there are misplaced sentences and other errors that are even more difficult to see for someone who is just translating this story thanks to a translator. Other than those common mistakes, I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter and I hope you can get excited about this one too.

Rain: Okay, sorry about that. Even though I try to correct everything, the reality is that it's quite difficult to do so when the understanding of the language is so poor. Still, the important thing is that the reading stays as smooth as possible and that at least it's something appreciable and can be understood without generating controversy.

Having answered all the reviews, it's time to begin.

Enjoy!

"He's fast!" He thought, as he activated his armor and began to slowly change appearance into his second evolution.

"I won't make in time...!"

Rizevim swung his magically imbued arm to the front, generating a gigantic explosion that covered much of the battlefield.

"AAAAAAAAHHH!" Bikou, Vali and Arthur screamed helplessly as they were thrown out by the sheer force he had used in the blow.

Vali stood up quickly, expecting the worst.

The dust was slowly dissipating, leaving a myriad of debris and a huge crater in sight. In short, the coliseum was no more.

The dust continued to disappear, and the first to be seen was Rizevim with his arm still raised.

His expression reflected just what he was feeling. And that was utter bewilderment.

There was Tiamat parrying his fist with one hand as she looked at him. Now that violet aura was surrounding her. With her other hand she was circling Issei's neck, making sure their lips didn't part.

END OF ARC - CHAPTER 47: BLOODY SNOW.

Rizevim's body trembled at the great dilemma he was facing.

Right in front of him, the dragoness continued to take his fist without any kind of difficulty as she continued to give him that completely cold stare. That icy expression was a great contrast to what she was doing, due to the fact that Tiamat had been kissing Issei for a great amount of seconds without stopping.

Rizevim's eyes widened at that moment, as he could feel the bones in his hand being pulverized. The Demon gritted his teeth with great force as he flexed his legs. The ground sank soon after, as he had used all his strength to propel himself backwards and break away from the dragoness's death grip.

Rizevim landed in the distance as he grabbed his broken hand and began to twist it as his bones regenerated at tremendous speed.

"What's going on?" The Demon thought, delivering an analytical glance to Tiamat. "Samael's poison took a while to destroy the afflicted, but that time should have been up by now..." He concluded, looking at the large bleeding wound staining the dragoness' entire belly. "Perhaps the effect is more delayed because she is the most powerful Dragon Queen?" He inquired, though it was impossible for him to find an accurate answer.

Issei finally opened his eyes. Those same eyes widened beyond measure after seeing how Tiamat was hugging him by the neck to keep him from escaping while she was devouring his lips. Still, that situation didn't last any longer. Especially since Issei noticed more than anything else that purple aura that surrounded her completely.

"Tiamat?" A small trickle of saliva connected their already broken kiss. "Are you all right?" Issei's eyes were covered with tears as he saw that the dragoness was conscious.

She didn't answer him, simply leaving his arms gingerly and perched in front of him. Her gaze fixed solely on the subject who stood analyzing them several meters away.

"Step aside, I got this." The dragoness's tone did not suggest a second option. In fact, it was an outright command.

"But, your body..." Issei made his doubts quite clear, as he could see Tiamat take her bleeding abdomen. It was obvious that she was in very bad condition, though it seemed that purple aura had counteracted the effect of the poison.

"You're right, every inch of my body hurts..." Tiamat's seriousness was replaced by a barely visible smile.

"But..."

Tiamat closed her hand into a fist slowly.

That small smile turned into a giant, feral one as her face was decorated with a huge blush.

It was all because of the very pleasurable and beautiful emotions that were coursing inside her because of that kiss...

"I feel amazing!" Her light blue eyes shone with such a breathtaking intensity that it surprised Issei himself.

Without another word, she launched herself at an impressive speed, generating a great line of destruction in her wake. Issei could immediately tell that the speed was considerably slower, and quickly attributed it to all the damage her body had taken.

"Whatever..." Rizevim quickly followed her with a strong leap, extending his arm backwards. "The poison took its effect, so you won't be able to resist this impact!" The man shouted with a grin covered in madness as he braced himself for a direct hit.

The arms of the two collided with each other, managing to send Issei flying off at an impressive speed because of the wind currents that had been generated. Even Vali and the others had to take cover despite being a good distance away.

Rizevim's eyes widened to the max as his arm shook like jelly, only to explode into a thousand pieces.

Tiamat's feral grin returned in the aftermath, and she was quick to tilt her other arm back. Despite the shock and pain, Rizevim had enough reaction to counter the attack with his other arm, generating another gigantic shockwave that pushed everyone away.

Again, his arm ended up exploding, although by this time his other arm was completely regenerated.

In that way, the clashes between their fists began to get faster and faster, to such an extent that the dust and the wind was flooded in a curtain of blood. Their arms were moving so fast that even Vali himself could not see them clearly.

A crater began to settle beneath them both, causing their battle to shift into a kind of levitation without either noticing.

Rizevim gritted his teeth tightly as a pair of punches ripped through his torso. Even if his regeneration is instantaneous, that didn't stop him from backing up a bit each time it happened.

"No matter how strong you are, or how much will power you have..." Rizevim thought aloud, denoting a ghoulish grin.

"Your body is already at the gates of collapse!"

Tiamat's back bent backwards as she received a heavy punch to the abdomen, causing a large amount of blood to shoot everywhere.

"It's over!" Rizevim shouted his victory prematurely as he thought Tiamat had finally lost consciousness.

Therefore, his disbelief was indescribable as he watched Tiamat recompose her posture again at the same time as her light blue eyes glowed with unparalleled intensity.

Tiamat's barrage of punches was intensified as her violet aura was decorated with a light blue one.

Rizevim's body began to lean backwards as it became harder and harder to keep up with her, until...

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Tiamat shouted at the top of her lungs, delivering a hard punch that shattered Rizevim's arm completely, ending its course in his chest.

"IM-IM-IMPOSSIBLEEEEEE!" Rizevim screamed at the top of his lungs as he was thrown off at an enormous speed because of the attack.

His body rolled across the ground as he generated some huge gouges from where he fell, until he finally crashed into some rubble and was completely buried within it. No one had to wait to find out how the fight would continue, as a huge purple glow shot out from the rubble that would send them flying.

"HOW?!" Rizevim shouted in a great rage as he ran in an erratic manner towards Tiamat. "HOW CAN YOU STILL BE ALIVE?!" He concluded, generating a crater as he took a leap to prepare his next attack.

Rizevim's eyes narrowed in great pain as the dragoness appeared in front of him, delivering a knee strike that knocked him completely off balance.

"You're right, I can feel every inch of my body screaming at me to stop..." She commented, sneaking up behind the Demon. "But..." Tiamat's eyes flashed dangerously as she delivered a strong upward punch that propelled him so high it sent him into the confines of the barrier.

"You almost killed Issei, and you made him cry..." Those memories made Tiamat's teeth clench with unparalleled rage and danger as she grabbed the Demon by one of his arms.

"That..." Tiamat's eyes flashed with an insatiable hunger for vengeance as she spun him around at gigantic speed thanks to the grip she had on him.

"THAT ONE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH REASON TO BREAK YOU INTO A THOUSAND PIECES!"

The sound resembling a rocket could be heard as Rizevim descended at an unprecedented speed. It didn't take even a second for him to embed himself in the ground, and when he did, the entire floor cracked and shattered into a thousand pieces as the Demon spat out a large amount of blood with his eyes completely blank.

Just at that moment, Tiamat could be seen to have an expression not seen on her since she had met Issei.

An expression covered in displeasure, disgust, fury, and, above all, blood desire.

From there, everything began to move in slow motion.

The same impact caused Rizevim's body to be ejected from the rubble. But just as he was about to fall again, a great tremor came over the place as Tiamat landed right in front of him, sending all the nearby debris flying even farther away.

"I don't care who our enemy is..." She muttered, at the same time as the whole place around her began to freeze.

"Even if it's Great Red, I'll find a way to destroy him." She commented, looking at the semi-conscious figure of Rizevim, who was still floating from the inertia presented from the previous blow.

"GRAVE...!"

Tiamat's fist closed with impressive force, releasing a blast of icy wind around her entire arm.

"OF IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCEEEEEEEEEE!"

The fist impacted on Rizevim's abdomen, which slowly began to light up in a light blue color, raising a shock wave that became progressively larger.

Finally, the celestial light was transformed into a gigantic pillar of ice that did not stop ascending, seeing how the figure of Rizevim began to slowly disintegrate while screaming and agonizing in pain.

The ice pillar hit the first barrier, where it contracted in a very strange way and then began to crack, until it finally broke into a thousand pieces, causing the attack to continue its journey until it reached the second barrier, shattering it immediately and piercing some clouds as a final act.

The gigantic pillar broke into a thousand pieces, and something surprising happened.

Snow began to fall on that very hot day.

Everyone's mouths were wide open at what they witnessed, even Vali's jaw was trembling as he witnessed the triumphant posture of Tiamat, who stood with her arm stretched towards the sky while her face remained shadowed.

"Tiamat..." Issei thought, feeling a great relief fall over his entire body. A relief he didn't know he needed.

The young man smiled and began to approach as best he could, as he strangely felt tired, coupled with the fact that his body was somewhat numb despite the fact that he hadn't done the greatest thing today.

His smile slowly left his face, as he witnessed a figure rise from the rubble and dash towards the dragoness at an enormous speed. Issei didn't hesitate for a second, so he activated his Balance Breaker as fast as possible.

"Fucking bitch!" Diodora's shout made Tiamat raise her gaze, seeing how a greatsword made of magic was just a few meters away from embedding in her neck.

"My body is not responding..." Thought the dragoness as her eyes widened at what seemed to be her death.

Just at that instant, she could notice how a crimson figure landed in front of her, being Issei. Tiamat's eyes blinked with unparalleled horror as she noticed that now her beloved was the one about to be pierced by the attack.

Issei closed his eyes tightly as he waited for the impact, feeling the heat of the magic sword already brushing against his forehead.

Just at that moment, a katana surrounded by lightning bolts shook with great violence, sending out a great wave of air combined with magic and lightning.

Issei's eyes widened as he heard Diodora's scream, watching as he grabbed his hand, or rather, his missing hand.

"Good job breaking down the barriers!" Penemue exclaimed several feet away along with Rossweisse and everyone else. Her face twisted into a half smile as she slung her katana over her shoulder.

"Penemue!" Issei shouted in great joy as he saw that the Cadre and the others were all right.

"Damn, you ruined everything!" Diodora shouted as tears spilled from his eyes as he crawled on the ground, leaving a pitiful sight.

"You better not move!" Rossweisse arrived at Issei's side, shuttling everyone across her icy path.

Diodora gave another scream as he felt his legs being frozen, courtesy of the future Queen Valkyrie.

"Long time no see, old man." Vali arrived along with his two companions, delivering a half-smile to Azazel, who replied in kind.

"I must say it's rather strange to see you around, Vali." Commented the Cadre with smug airs.

"I had some personal business I had to attend to..."

Before the conversation could continue, Issei turned away as he felt the dragoness lean on top of him. At that moment, Vali and those who had witnessed everything that had happened realized that the violet aura had disappeared.

"Issei, I'm so tired..." The dragoness commented, her eyelids blinking with great fatigue. "Can I...sleep...right here?" Tiamat collapsed into Issei's arms, making Issei carry her in nuptial form.

"Are you all right?" The answer was obvious and the question was stupid, but Issei could do nothing else right now but comfort her.

"I just need to rest, I'll be fine tomorrow..." She concluded, giving a big yawn as she settled into her beloved's chest.

She opened her eyes one last time, giving him a beautiful smile, despite the tiredness that could be noticed on her features.

"First, you saved me from myself..." She commented, snuggling even closer to him as her eyes slowly closed. "Now, you did it again..." Those were her last words before she fell into the gates of unconsciousness.

"That's what I should say!" Issei exclaimed with great enthusiasm. Such emotion could not be witnessed at the moment due to the fact that he was wearing the helmet, as his eyes were covered with tears.

"I'd like to know what the hell happened, but the reality is we don't have much time to talk..." Penemue commented, seeing how several enemies were surrounding them.

"They seem to have recomposed themselves from the previous attack and the loss of their leader..." Rossweisse commented, listening as Penemue clicked her tongue.

"Still, morale must be completely decimated." Sirzechs analyzed with a small smile, savoring the victory.

"Just by looking at their faces you can tell." Azazel commented as he placed his hands on his pockets, carefully studying the hundreds of enemies that were surrounding them, though his always nonchalant look masked that fact. "These guys won't make a move until we do first." He would conclude, receiving a nod from everyone.

"Guys!" Gasper shouted in the distance as he approached with everyone else.

Rias, Kiba and Akeno had regained consciousness, so they were helping the half-vampire to carry the others.

"Are they feeling better now?" The first to ask was Issei, who took a step forward as he saw that his friends seemed to be recovering.

"I've had better days, but I can't complain." Kiba commented with some sarcasm as he sketched his typical smile, though he looked rather exhausted.

"Brother, I need to talk to you right now." Rias commented, stepping in front of the aforementioned as she laid Xenovia down carefully.

"What's going on?" Sirzechs was showing a seriousness not shown so far.

"When I confronted Rizevim, he had mentioned something about an artifact." The redhead commented, her gaze widening. "Most likely they wanted to contain us here and distract us with the attack while they searched for the object."

"That would explain the reason for the attack on the Trade District a while back." Azazel looked at Sirzechs, widening his gaze a bit. "Do you have any idea what they might be looking for?"

"Knowing Rizevim, he sure expanded most of his attack around all of Hell's districts so that we wouldn't realize they were looking for such a specific purpose..." The Demon put a hand to his chin, thinking carefully.

"If it's an object, it's most likely about the time spent against Trihexa, or maybe I'm mistaken?" Issei's comment seemed to go unnoticed by everyone, but Sirzechs didn't overlook it.

"Wait a minute, the vault was in the Trade District before it was moved..." Sirzechs' eyes widened after encountering the revelation. "If they're looking for something from that era, there's no better place than that!" After hearing the resolution, Rias' eyes widened in horror.

"But the vault is located in our mansion!" The redhead exclaimed with great shock.

"I'm sorry, but we need to go back now." Sirzechs declared, handing Serafall a glare. "Serafall, you're coming with me." He commented as he created a magic circle at his feet. "I'm leaving this place in charge of you, Azazel." The Cadre simply nodded without much interest.

"Wait, we'll go...!"

"Under those conditions you can't do anything." Sirzechs interrupted her. "Stay under their care until it's all over." Rias didn't even squeak, as she instantly recognized her brother's bossy tone that left no room for an argument.

The redhead could only lower her gaze helplessly as Sirzechs disappeared along with Serafall.

"Very well then..." Azazel broke the silence, sketching a lazy smile. "I guess we have a chance to wipe out the entire army of the Old Demon Kings once and for all..." The Cadre's gaze strayed to a certain white-haired young man. "Isn't that right, Vali?" The tone Azazel used made it clear that he knew things that others did not.

Vali simply smiled. He didn't say a word, but that smile made his answer more than clear.

"What shall we do with her?" asked Issei, who was still carrying an unconscious Tiamat in his arms.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of her." Replied the Cadre, reaching out to catch the dragoness. "You will also stay with me until this is all over." He concluded, giving a sidelong glance to all the Gremorys.

"And what do we do with him?" Rossweisse's question caused all eyes to turn to a certain Demon, getting him to grit his teeth tightly.

"Uh, I thought they had forgotten about me..." Diodora commented with a clearly forced smile as he held his arm that wouldn't stop bleeding.

"I got this." Everyone looked up at the voice with wide eyes.

The ones who looked the most surprised were Penemue, Azazel and Rossweisse, who knew the figure who approached the ice-trapped Demon very well.

"You?" Diodora looked at him, then burst out laughing. "Come on, you're just a stupid brat!" He tried to taunt Issei, though those words didn't seem to have their effect. "I've researched you very well! I know you're not even capable of killing a single fly!" The man's madness-covered smile disappeared completely as he saw Issei's darkened eyes when he dematerialized his helmet.

"I guess you're right..." Issei commented, raising his katana high as he held it in both hands. "But, I'm not going to overlook what you wanted to do to Tiamat and my friends." He concluded, watching Diodora's face turn completely pale.

"WAIT, I...!"

Those were his last words, as the katana descended at incredible speed, splitting his head in two. That act caused the blade to be covered in blood, as well as much of the armor.

Issei raised his gaze in a final act, waving the katana to the side to smear blood all over the ground. That movement caused the nearest enemies to back off a bit at such a monstrous attitude. Even those closest to Issei seemed to be somewhat stupefied by what he had done. The one who seemed to be most affected was Penemue, though for entirely different reasons. The large blush on her face was proof of that.

"Could you give them a taste of their own medicine, old man?" The first to come out of his stupor was Vali, getting everyone to react.

"You want me to create a barrier so they don't escape, huh?" Azazel looked towards the enemies, seeing that many of them didn't seem to have much desire to stay there. "I suppose I can fulfill that small favor for you." He concluded, then embedded his hands into the ground, beginning to create a large barrier around all the enemies, who were watching this in complete awe.

"Considering they are all half-demon, this barrier will be strong enough that they won't be able to break it." Penemue commented, then looked at Azazel with her typical serious expression. "How long?" She consulted him, narrowing her eyes as she gripped her katana tighter.

Azazel looked at her, giving her a somewhat forced smile because of the effort he was currently exerting.

"Ten minutes. No, it will only be five if we take into account that I have to create another one to protect us."

"Five minutes..." Issei stood in front of everyone as the others settled in behind him, forming a truly dangerous group. "That's more than enough." He concluded, watching as more than one smiled at his words.

The group began to run at an enormous speed, with the exception of Vali, who stood still in that spot.

"What's wrong?" Azazel asked as he created another barrier to protect Tiamat and the Gremorys. "Don't you want to get some action?" The Cadre's question came out with great amusement, something that, in fact, did seem to amuse the albino, who clicked his tongue to hold back his laughter.

"I'm sure if I go with them, I might accidentally kill them before what I plan to do." Vali answered him, fixing his gaze on the enemies at the other end, who were beginning to mobilize against it, with the exception of a few who were creating magic circles.

Issei continued his accelerated pace as he sliced heads and split every body he came across. It was quite curious to witness, as Penemue was on his right and their movements were practically identical.

Rossweisse was right behind them, sliding on the ice path that was gradually being created as she tore heads off with her ice gauntlets. Her gaze drifted to the duo for a second, managing to bring a smile to her lips.

"You can pretty much tell she trained him..." She thought, easily recognizing how Issei and Penemue's movements were identical.

A little further behind Rossweisse were Bikou and Arthur, who were making their own massacre as they were going through the enemy ranks, who couldn't react properly to the extremely deadly moves and absurd speed of their opponents.

"I guess it's about time to have some fun..." Vali closed his eyes as his smile widened a bit at the same time as he began to levitate.

"I, who am about to awaken."

Vali opened his eyes, watching as all the enemies approached in a huge horde.

"Am the Heavenly Dragon who lost all to the principles of supremacy."

The albino's fists clenched tightly as he felt the energy was beginning to overflow from his body.

"I envy the "infinite" and I pursue the "dream"."

Vali's body began to glow.

"I shall become the White Dragon of Supremacy."

The giant horde of enemies stopped dead in their tracks as they felt a huge amount of energy being released from Vali's body, coupled with the intense glow that grew larger and larger, to the point of forming a huge amorphous figure.

''And I shall take you to the limits of innocence''

Vali's tone blended completely with Albion's, at the same time as the strange figure took the full form of a large dragon.

"JUGGERNAUT-DRIVE!"

The glow finally faded, causing everyone to uncover their gazes only to have their jaws quiver in fear at the sight of a gigantic white dragon in front of them.

The dragon flapped his wings with great force just once, creating a huge current of air that forced everyone to back away. That simple wing movement allowed it to fly at full speed to where its enemies were.

The huge dragon opened its mouth slightly, denoting as a large sphere began to materialize to everyone's horror.

"Do you know something?" Vali's voice could be heard, his feral grin more than evident.

"Actually, this side looks a lot more fun!"

After saying that, the sphere transformed into a kind of blue lightning that went tearing apart everything in its path, including the bodies of those affected that were disintegrated at the slightest contact.

"It's incredible, he's exterminating three quarters of the army all by himself." Azazel thought aloud while holding a somewhat nervous smile on his face.

Blood leapt onto Penemue's face after slicing off the head of one of her victims. Her gaze drifted to the side, fixing her gaze on what would be her next victims. She approached at a great speed, but just before she could kill him, she could hear something that completely paralyzed her.

"You're a monster!" One of the half-Demons screamed in fear, causing Ludmiel's image to settle in the Cadre's mind for a second.

Her body became completely paralyzed and her eyes widened with a horror that had never been seen in her before.

Seeing that the woman had stopped acting for some reason, the two Demons attempted to attack her with their axes.

Issei was able to catch this out of the corner of his eye, so he quickly lunged to defend her. His katana clashed against the two axes that split upon contact. Issei's gaze twisted into one of fury as he raised his hand, creating a small magic circle that cast a tiny sphere of magic that exploded at point blank range.

The young man turned away, his gaze shifting to one of genuine concern as he saw how the Cadre seemed to be trembling.

"Penemue, what's wrong?" Issei approached cautiously, grabbing her by the shoulder.

"I'm a monster?" Penemue put a hand to her head as she trembled with great intensity.

Issei could tell right away that it was due to the attitudes she had in her past.

"Hey, it's not wrong to kill to defend yourself, or to defend your loved ones. I know you know that perfectly well." Issei tried to comfort her by stroking her head. At first it seemed to work, as Cadre's trembling subsided and her gaze focused on him. "That was a long time ago now, you've changed a lot since then." Issei's expression changed to one of complete seriousness.

"I'm sure Ludmiel would not be happy if she saw you in such a pitiful state."

Penemue seemed to react after his words, the intense gleam in her eyes and the change in her expression were proof of , Issei knew she had to do one more thing to make sure that this past would not bother her again. Then, he knew there was one more thing he had to do to make sure that past never bothered her again.

"Besides, if you ever have a problem with it..." Penemue's eyes lit up as Issei pointed at himself.

"I'll always be by your side to help you!"

Penemue's expression would slowly relax, until it finally turned into a small smile.

"I'm sorry for worrying you, and thanks."

"Are they done talking yet?" Rossweisse questioned, alighting not far from them as she took down several enemies with her ice spears. "It's a bit tiring having to watch their backs."

"Sorry!" Issei exclaimed, quickly joining the Valkyrie to help her against the enemies.

Penemue looked at the two for a short second, her typical expression on her returned.

"That's right..." She thought, turning around as she pointed the katana towards the nearest enemy that planned to attack her from behind.

The woman's smile returned to her face as she moved with surprising speed, delivering a large kick to his face that sent him to the ground. She placed a foot on his chest so that he could not get up, at the same time her katana soared through the skies. At that moment, a wild and rather terrifying grin appeared on her face as the katana descended at full speed, piercing the half-demon's skull without any trouble at all. She turned around in a move that few could catch, cleaving the enemy closest to her position in two.

Her extreme speed began to be seen as numerous electrifying flashes as she advanced through the enemy ranks, killing and tearing apart everything in her path.

Finally, Penemue stopped her gait with her katana outstretched, seeing someone behind her lose his head.

"Penemue, watch out!" Issei shouted, though he quickly had to run his attention when he had to block an attack.

The Cadre's seriousness was still in effect despite the fact that many enemies were completely surrounding her as they approached at a slow pace. In fact, that seriousness turned into a tiny smile that made more than one nervous.

Just as the enemies were about to pounce, Penemue changed the position of her katana.

"DANCE OF THE 11 BLOODY HILT!"

The movement of the katana was so fast that no one could witness anything. The only thing that could be witnessed were Penemue's posture changes as the organs of his enemies were pierced through and covered the entire stage in blood.

"That's right..." La Cadre thought again, a huge smile accompanying her face as the breeze stirred her hair and the blush on her face was the final brushstroke that gave her a beautiful look.

"I'm not alone anymore!"

Four minutes.

It only took four minutes for the battlefield to change again in such a drastic way. Now, the main theme was not the ice, the snow that was still falling, or the wreckage and debris in every corner of the place.

Now, the central theme of the show was the amount of sickening blood and bodies that stained the whole place red.

"This is a complete massacre..." Azazel thought, looking at everything around him. "Somehow, everything that happened reminded me of a bygone era." He concluded, clearly referring to the Great War.

The army that numbered in the thousands became only a few hundred, and currently it could not even be confirmed that there were a hundred enemies alive.

The disaster was so great, that all the remaining Demons were together as they fled in complete panic, although the possibility of fleeing was practically non-existent.

Especially if there was a huge dragon chasing you from the skies...

"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING, YOU BASTARDS!" Issei shouted at the top of his lungs from the head of the Juggernaut Drive, as he began to prepare a magic sphere in each hand.

After Issei's words, Vali stopped dead in his tracks, and the first to start descending was Rossweisse, who was creating a huge path of ice as she was sliding on it as if she was skating.

Behind her appeared Issei, who gave a small jump to separate himself from the ice path at the same time as he clasped his two hands together, creating a large ball of reddish magic.

"DRAGON SHOT!"

Ddraig's scream could be heard above the desperate cries, razing and pulverizing everything that crossed its path.

Just after that instant, Penemue could be seen leaping over the ice road, slicing one Demon in half, then standing right in front of another. She tilted her katana forward out of pure instinct, seeing how the blade was grazing her opponent's nose, while the rest of the army was at his back.

Seeing that the man stood completely still as did the others, Penemue's features slowly twisted into a smile.

Just at that moment, a small amount of lightning began to emerge from her katana, culminating in a burst of violet lightning that generated a large aura around her entire body, at the same time as the blade of the weapon turned a strong, blinding purple color.

"BLOODY TWILIGHT: A THOUSAND LIGHTNING BOLTS!"

Penemue's movements were perfectly synchronized with her katana, throwing an endless stream of air currents in the form of imbued with magic and lightning.

The curious thing is that this energy not only collided against her enemies, but went through them completely.

In that way, all the split bodies fell completely inert to the ground, completely wiping out the demonic army.

"This was much easier than I thought." Penemue commented, placing the katana over her shoulder as the lightning aura slowly disappeared.

"That's not quite true." Vali commented, coming to the woman's side along with everyone else. "There are still those in the other districts missing." Commented the young man, who had already returned to his normal appearance.

"Don't worry, remember that the army's focus had been centered on this place to keep us at bay." Commented the brown-haired man.

"And that's what seems a bit strange to me." Azazel jumped into the conversation as the barrier began to disappear. "Why would Rizevim refrain from getting involved in the pursuit of his main objective?" The Cadre's question caused everyone to sow that same doubt.

"I don't know, nor do I care." Arthur commented in a curt manner. "The only important thing here is that he's already dead."

"That reminds me, why were they chasing Rizevim?" Rossweisse asked, fixing her gaze on Vali with great interest.

"It wasn't just Rizevim..." Was his vague reply as he rubbed his hair, ending with a small sigh. "It's a lot to explain, and I don't feel like doing it today."

"I can understand you." Bikou commented, perching next to his friend. "All in all, today was a pretty exhausting day."

"You don't say..." Rias jumped into the conversation, giving a big cuberite sigh of exhaustion.

Before anyone else could say anything, a large hologram could be seen appearing on the scene.

"The attacks are already being controlled." Sirzechs remarked, and then sketched a small smile. "I'm glad to see that everyone is okay."

"What happened at our home?" Rias asked practically immediately, making everyone pay special attention.

"Apparently, they had tried to go in with a small group so as not to attract attention." Demon commented, the seriousness returning to his face. "I'm sure they weren't expecting to run into Grayfia, since she was the only one who stayed in the mansion."

"That's a relief..." Rias lowered her gaze and sighed again.

"For the time being, I'd like everyone to rest so we can catch up on what happened in the morning. I'll call the other Heads of Factions to bring them up to speed on the meeting." The Demon King stated, then gave them one last smile before the communication was cut off.

"Alright, you heard!" Issei nearly fell over when Azazel handed Tiamat to him without warning. "Everyone go get some rest, it's going to be a fucked up day tomorrow!" As expected, the Cadre escaped through a magic circle before starting to work.

"You could have at least helped me with the unconscious..." Rias couldn't help but roll her eyes as she watched the Cadre disappear without a trace. "Issei, could you help us?"

"Of cour...!"

"I'm sorry, but I have to talk to him." Vali interrupted, getting Issei to look at him with genuine confusion.

Rias would stare between the two for a few seconds, until she finally nodded.

"See you later, boss!" Gasper exclaimed with a smile just before disappearing, getting Issei to raise his hand to wave him off.

"Boss?" Bikou mentioned the word in a rhetorical way, managing to make Issei a little nervous.

"It's a long story..." He replied, rubbing his hair sorrowfully.

"Don't bother, but I'd like to talk to him alone." The albino stated, grabbing Issei by the shoulder as he dragged him away to Issei's surprise and confusion.

Penemue stood completely aloof, though her mind was going a mile a minute at the moment.

"Will it have something to do with that magical power?" The Cadre couldn't help but squint her eyes suspiciously at the memory of the massive pillar of purple magic rising up into the clouds.

"I'm sure that wasn't Vali's or Rizevim's doing..."

The bearer of Ddraig and the bearer of Albion paused over some rubble, observing the great destruction the battle had caused.

Silence was what reigned between the two, so Issei couldn't help but feel increasingly uncomfortable, especially since Vali didn't seem to be paying him the slightest bit of attention.

Just when the atmosphere between them was about to become tense, the albino's lips twitched.

"You know she's alive by a miracle, right?" He quizzed, glancing sideways at the woman being carried by his rival.

Issei didn't even say anything about it, just lowered his gaze with some suspicion to look at the face of the dragoness who seemed to be sleeping very peacefully.

"Do you remember what happened? Do you remember what you did?" Vali continued with his questions.

"What do you mean?" Issei raised his gaze, denoting genuine curiosity and confusion that Vali could tell.

"Apparently, you have no idea either..." Vali turned his gaze back to the front, narrowing his eyes. "I think that act went a little unnoticed by everyone. It's a normal thing to do, considering that no one is able to accurately measure the amount of magic you expelled when you entered a state..." The albino lowered his gaze, looking very hesitant. "I wouldn't even know how to describe it..."

"What the hell are you talking about?" the brown looked even more confused, as he didn't understand anything that was happening.

"*I guess since you also have certain dragon traits, you were able to sense the magnitude of the energy*" Issei raised his gauntlet at the sound of Ddraig's voice. "*In short, your doubts are true. That energy came from within Issei, I could see it with my own eyes."

"*As I suspected...*" Vali's wings materialized without warning, causing both bearers to look at each other with some intrigue, due to the fact that the two dragons seemed to be getting into a very serious conversation. "*That means that energy wasn't yours, but Hyoudou's. But that doesn't make much sense either, we're talking about how no living being could have such a level of power. Especially if it's a mere Reincarnated Demon, no offense*" Albion added the last word quickly, though Issei didn't seem offended at any point.

In fact, he was having a great deal of doubt at the moment.

"Wait a minute, what energy are you talking about? "* Issei felt like his mind was about to burst at the moment.

"*I actually find it rather curious...*" Ddraig seemed to completely ignore his bearer and continued talking to Albion. "*That amount of power could rival us on our best days... *"

That last heard paralyzed both Issei and Vali, both of whom stared wide-eyed.

"*That's why this is all so strange to me...*" Albion commented, leaving a few seconds of silence. "*Did you also know that you could transmit that energy through a kiss?*" Issei came out of his stupor to replace it with a blush. "*Not only did you transmit your energy, but you also stopped the advance of the poison. All in all, you're a box covered in mysteries, boy. "*"

"In fact, I don't remember anything that happened..." Issei commented, trying to remember what happened at the time. "My mind was completely focused on her, that she was dying. I guess maybe my unconscious knew that I could save her if I kissed her, although that's far-fetched..." Issei narrowed his eyes in a great effort to find a valid answer, though it was impossible at the moment.

"Bottom line, her instincts acted over reason out of desperation..." Vali thought as held his chin. "Does that mean she was saved by two miracles?" Vali looked at Tiamat's unconscious body, then fixed his gaze back on his rival.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" He questioned him, feeling slightly uncomfortable at his rival's analytical gaze.

"So, you don't know anything about what happened, and from what I can see it would be impossible for you to ever again... use it? Activate it?" The albino tried to find the right word, but he didn't need to look any further, as Issei seemed to have understood.

The brown closed his eyes, and his face became much more serious than usual.

A few seconds passed, and nothing would happen.

"I'm sorry." Issei simply bowed his shoulders, indicating that it was impossible for him to find the power source.

"Don't worry. One way or another, this is a great discovery and makes you much more interesting than you were." Vali drew his conclusion, then looked at his rival with a small smile. "Don't worry, I will keep everything that happened a secret. I'll also tell my teammates to keep their mouths shut."

"Uh, okay..." Was Issei's simple reply, as that promise was something rather trivial under his point of view.

There was a moment of silence between them again. Though this time Issei didn't feel uncomfortable at any point.

"I think it's time for me to leave, Hyoudou Issei." He stated, glancing sideways at the aforementioned.

"Next time we meet, let's have a little friendly sparring!" Issei exclaimed, giving him a toothy grin.

Vali simply smiled, then turned away.

"It's a promise." He finally replied, raising his hand as a gesture of farewell.

Minutes passed, Vali said goodbye to everyone else and left along with his friends. Rossweisse also ended up leaving, before making it clear that she had to inform Odin about everything that had happened.

Then, Penemue was the only one left in that completely destroyed camp. Her gaze was immediately fixed on her future lover, who was in the same position as before as he continued to hold the unconscious dragoness, seemingly observing the scenery.

"Everything okay?" Penemue approached, watching as Issei didn't move a muscle.

"Actually..." Issei's body began to shake with great intensity. "It feels like my whole arm is burning."

"That's because you used your true power on an inconsistent body."

Both Penemue and Issei were completely paralyzed as they witnessed the figure in front of them.

It was definitely a rather peculiar sight, as the said entity appeared to be a woman in her late twenties who was floating upside down. That made her long straight black hair descend to the ground, while her intense purple eyes glowed with the hue of what could be defined as an infinite void. Her figure possessed slender breasts and an ass that jutted out from her figure, it could be said that her figure was one level below Rias. Her black thighs and stockings could be easily noticed as could her purple panties, since, being upside down, the full piece black and brown dress she wore left her completely exposed. Lastly, she wore a small purple bow around her neck, and appeared to be wearing no footwear at all.

To the naked eye, she was a pretty young girl.

So why had they both reacted in such a way?

That was mainly because Penemue recognized to perfection who she was, while Issei could not ignore the great amount of power that such a woman exuded.

"I finally got to meet you, brother." Commented the strange woman with a tiny smile as she levitated around a completely motionless Issei.

"Brother?" Penemue, Issei and even Ddraig himself wondered what the hell she meant by that.

"I've been waiting for your birth for over a thousand years." She paused on his back, leaning against him. "I wish I could talk to you some more, but he's coming, and I don't feel like seeing him." The woman pulled Issei a little tighter to hug his neck, then whispered a few final words in his ear.

"See you tomorrow."

Right after saying that, she disappeared without a trace, getting both Penemue and Issei to wake up from their paralysis.

"Who the hell was she?" Issei turned his head slowly to face Penemue, her pale complexion was even more pronounced than usual, something that should be impossible.

"Ophis Ouroboros..." Was the Cadre's simple, curt reply, as she couldn't process everything that was happening.

As if everything that had happened recently had not been enough, a gigantic rift opened up in space, causing Issei to clench his teeth tightly as he felt a completely absurd amount of magical energy and pressure.

Soon after, the body of an immense crimson-colored dragon began to emerge from the fissure, carrying a rather slow flight before the completely stunned gaze of the two spectators.

"That's... Great Red?" Penemue could barely find the words. "Why...why did it leave the Dimensional Breach?"

"The power source the brat radiated..." Ddraig thought to himself, sweating profusely. "I hadn't thought about it, but it was very likely that such energy could get the attention of these two..."

"Hum, maybe he's just passing through?" Issei tried to come up with an answer that didn't involve him.

That hypothesis was shattered into a thousand pieces as the dragon's head slowly turned to where they were standing.

"Can...can it be that he's looking this way?" Issei wondered with a very shaky smile.

"Actually, it's not looking this way..." Penemue looked at her beloved, beginning to sweat.

"He's looking only at you..."

Just as things were getting really bad, a great glow decorated the whole dragon, who disappeared shortly after.

"Hum, what the hell?" was all Issei could say.

"He left?" Penemue wondered, expelling a big sigh of relief that she didn't know she was holding back.

"I don't see him, but I feel like his aura is getting closer." Issei commented as he rubbed his hair in great confusion.

That fact made Penemue quite alarmed.

Her suspicions were answered when a pair of footsteps became audible. They both looked straight ahead, noticing a man in his late thirties or early forties approaching them.

What was most distinguishable about him was his long hair as red as blood, as well as his eyes. His clothing consisted of a crimson formal suit, with the exception of the exposed shirt which was of a white color.

The man was slowly approaching with a completely serious look on his face as he was permeating his pockets with his hands. His eyes were focused solely on Issei, he didn't care about the woman next to him.

Great Red paused as he noticed how Penemue stood in front of him while holding her katana raised against him. The man watched completely stoic as the Cadre was trembling under her stance.

"I just want to talk to him." Great Red tried to reason with her, but Penemue didn't seem to understand.

"I'm not letting you near him!" She roared, causing her entire body to explode with an aura of violet lightning as her katana imbued with her power went straight for the man's neck.

Penemue's eyes widened to the max after witnessing her katana shatter into a thousand pieces as it came into contact with Great Red's neck. The aforementioned simply looked at her with disdain, then raised one of his hands.

Penemue and Issei watched completely paralyzed as the two fingers of the man joined, to then slide in a snap. A loud snap that generated an unprecedented crater. Issei was able to stay aloft thanks to being away from the initial impact zone, but Penemue was not so lucky.

The Cadre was buried in some debris as she lay completely unconscious.

"Penemue!" Issei shouted in complete alarm, and quickly started to descend to go help her.

Or that was his plan...

"I said I just want to talk." Issei froze completely as he felt the man's breath slide over his neck.

"Okay..." Issei nodded slowly.

"You want to talk? Then let's talk."

END OF CHAPTER!

Well, not really. There's still one more scene below, a scene they're probably going to want to kill me for.

That aside, I hope you enjoyed the chapter.

We'll see you shortly for the beginning of the next arc, where the last Waifu will finally be integrated into the harem!

In the dark hallway of the Hyoudou residence, Tiamat leaned against the door of her beloved's room while clutching the stuffed animal he had recently given her for her birthday.

Her face wore an expression that could be considered uncomfortable or embarrassed. It was probably due to all the thoughts that were going around inside her head.

Her face lifted after she saw a figure coming up from the stairs. That person was Issei, who was only in his underwear while carrying a towel over his shoulder, his wet hair indicating that he was just getting out of the shower.

"Are you awake already?" The brown-haired man gave her a big toothy smile. "I'm glad, but your body isn't one hundred percent yet, so you shouldn't have gotten out of bed." He scolded her as he approached.

"It's just that I..." She lowered her head as a faint blush spread around her cheeks. "Now that it's all happened, I can't be calm. I need to talk to you." She concluded, raising her gaze.

"Oh, I see..." Was Issei's simple reply, he couldn't help but smile as he watched the dragoness cling to her stuffed dragon. "What do you want to talk about?"

"I just wanted to tell you that I'm really sorry." The dragoness lowered her head even further, her eyes denoting great regret. "Because of me things ended up getting too complicated. I promise that next time I won't be confident no matter how weak my opponent is." Tiamat's eyes widened slightly as she felt a hand caress her head.

"As long as you understand..." The brown man stated, giving her a reassuring smile. "So, shall we go to sleep?" Issei opened the door, but couldn't go much further as he felt Tiamat grab his shoulder slightly shyly.

Something that was very rare for her, and that Issei knew very well.

He half turned around, noticing that the dragoness' sorrowful face had intensified as well as her blush.

It was rare to see her with this side, but he couldn't deny that her shy side looked beautiful.

"Don't..." The word was barely audible to Issei, who couldn't help but look at her with great confusion.

"Don't you want to sleep?" Was the first answer that popped into his head.

"I haven't apologized for everything yet..." She lifted her face, making direct eye contact that surprised Issei a little.

"I still remember what you did so you could save me."

"Ah, that..." Issei now found himself grieving as well, though on a much smaller scale.

"It was just..."

Issei started to think about the answer, but quickly found that his mind was completely empty.

Then, a question formulated itself within him...

If he had no idea that the kiss could save her...

Then why did he do it?"

"I guess my instinct told me I could save you that way?" More than an answer, it was a question. Anyway, Tiamat was too wrapped up in her worries to notice.

"That's not what I meant!" Tiamat's outburst made Issei startle a little.

"Then what are you getting at?" He asked her, unable to help but raise an eyebrow.

The dragoness lowered her gaze again, her blush increasing to unimaginable levels.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"Iss..."

Issei simply raised his eyebrow even more.

"What?" the young man moved his ear even closer to hear her better, something that made Tiamat even more nervous.

"..."

"..."

"Kiss..."

"Kiss?" Issei couldn't help but smile as he noticed how Tiamat seemed to be trying so hard just to say a few words.

The dragoness gave a big sigh, steeling herself for her next words.

"Sorry for robbing your first kiss..." The plushie squeezed tightly between her breasts after saying those words.

"Huh?" Issei raised both eyebrows after hearing the apology.

That confusion on his face slowly turned into a smile, which then turned into something Tiamat clearly wasn't expecting.

"Hahahahahahaha!"

The young man's guffaw made the dragoness look at him with wide eyes, unable to believe what she was witnessing.

"You...you're not upset?" she asked him, unable to help but smile as she saw that she had been worried to no avail.

"Are you kidding? How could I be upset about something like that!" Issei brushed away a tear, then looked up at her with a smile. "I don't think you understand..."

"What don't I understand?" the dragoness couldn't help but tilt her head to the side.

"I could have gone on living without my first kiss, and there would be no problem." Issei shrugged her shoulders, shrugging it off. "It goes the same with my first time, I really don't care in the slightest." Issei crossed his arms over his chest, puffing it up with pride.

"Damn, I even completely don't care if I never fall in love!"

"I don't understand..." Tiamat couldn't help but look at him with great confusion. "What are you getting at with all this?"

Hearing the question he was waiting for, Issei's goofy smile changed radically, denoting a sincere and warm look.

"I'm just saying that I could live without all that stuff. But..."

Tiamat's eyes widened as Issei's hands began to wrap around her, enclosing her in a beautiful embrace.

"I couldn't live without you..."

They were simple words...

Then...

How is it that a few 5 words could mean so much?

How come such a small sentence made her heart race to the point of almost exploding?

How come he could always make her so happy?

How come he could always bring her to the verge of tears every time they were together?

How could she...?

How could she not love him so much?

"Issei..." It was the only word that came from her beautiful lips as she cupped her face in the neck of the man she loved so madly.

"Don't you feel guilty anymore?" He whispered in her ear, watching as the dragoness shook her head slightly in assent. "Then let's go to sleep. We both need to rest, because tomorrow is going to be a really hectic day." He concluded, separating himself from Tiamat, who didn't look too happy as she felt her warmth vanish.

"It really will be a very tiring day..." Issei's thoughts caused him to squint his eyes as he closed the window, leaving a small gap where just the moon was coming in.

Issei turned around, seeing how Tiamat was already waiting for him to sleep.

"Come to think of it, she might have stopped coming to my room forever." That thought made him clutch his chest as he felt a really painful tug. "She's only alive because of a miracle..." The thoughts tormenting his head distracted him so much from reality, so he hadn't realized that he had been staring at Tiamat for a while now.

"What's wrong?" The dragoness' question brought Issei back to reality, causing him to rub his hair nervously.

"Sorry, I was thinking about today..."

"Don't worry about it anymore..." Tiamat pulled back the sheets to behind her waist, then did something that moved her beloved.

The moonlight hit Tiamat's entire body, giving her a completely angelic appearance. That beauty was only intensified when she raised both her hands in his direction and gave him a gorgeous smile that denoted her cute fangs.

"Come into my arms!"
