Ylisstol Castle - Throne Room
Shadow Queen is sitting on the throne, now having Ylisse under her control, however she has other concerns right now. "Strange, what took Hooktail and Gloomtail so long ?" Shadow Queen used her power to scry the images of her pets, and she found them defeated, with Gloomtail squirming and mumbling.
At that same time Grima contacted Shadow Queen with scrying, and he saw the Queen's pets on the lying on the floor.
"Shadow Queen I'm here too... What is that I see !? Your minions lying on the ground ! Did they failed their mission !?" Grima is berating the two dragons, however Shadow Queen hit back at the fell dragon.
"What about you !? Your minions is just as incompetent ! They failed too ! And you have the nerve to berate mine !? Maybe I'll accept your complaint if your minion actually succeed in something !"
Grima is angry with Shadow Queen hooting back at him. "I'm the one who showed you the perfect vessel ! So I expect for you too...!" Before he can continue any further Shadow Queen interjected.
"Yes Grima you did showed me the perfect vessel, and you stuck in an incompatible vessel, you know who actually hold the power between us two correct ? I could attack you right now and renege on our deal, and I know I will be the one victorious, so if you didn't want that to happen I suggest you watch your mouth." Shadow Queen threatened Grima, and since he's very weak right now he didn't say anything further as he knows Shadow Queen is currently more powerful than he is, and he better not give her a reason to attack Plegia.
"Yes, that's what I thought, moving on it seems it's not just our minions who failed in their mission, the same can be said for our newest member as well." Continued Shadow Queen.
"That Mordegon guy ? Where did Thanatos even find him anyway ?" Questioned Grima.
"We'll continue our conversations later, right now I have two dragons I need to have a word with." Shadow Queen teleported away to get Hooktail and Gloomtail and Grima dispel his scrying.
Plegia Castle - Throne Room
As Grima done conversing he saw Excellus with Yen'fay sneaking around to escape Grima's sight, but it's pointless as Grima caught them, bad timing for Excellus indeed.
"Excellus, why are you sneaking around like that ?" Grima hovered to his other minion.
"N-no ! I'm not sneaking my lord, I was just tired from my mission, yeah t-thats it, that's why i-i'm walking like this." Excellus answered panickingly.
Knowing Excellus is lying Grima decide to ask Yen'fay. "Yen'fay answer the truth."
Seeing this as a chance to get Excellus in trouble, Yen'fay answered Grima truthfully, not that he can lie unless ordered to anyway. "Yes milord, Excellus came to Chon'sin to take revenge on my sister, he even prolonged it by unnecessary cruelty and sadism by revealing my face and putting me and my sister against each other while he just watching from the sidelines, he got defeated while a knight from a kingdom called Heliodor fought against me, my sister sees an opening and struck down Excellus."
Grima hearing this shows his calm anger at Excellus. "Excellus, I ordered you to create a foothold for the Grimleals in the Valm continent, and yet you dare disobey my order to satisfy your petty grudge, looks like I have to discipline you for your actions, you better be prepared, I have little patience with unruly subordinates."
Excellus fearing for his undead life begging and groveling on the floor. "No Lord Grima please have mercy, it won't happened again, I'm begging you !" But this is to no avail as Grima about to unleashed his punishment, Excellus let out a loud scream from the castle. "NOOOOOOOOOOOO !"
Heaven - Rubiss Domain - Entrance
After entering the portal, the Halberd and Cetacea arrived at a temple in Heaven, Halberd and Cetacea disembark at the temple entrance, the Halberd extend a bridge that connect to the entrance while Cetacea teleported the heroes to the entrance.
The two heroes faction finally reunites, moreso for Lon'qu as he reunites with Cherche and Gerome.
At the entrance Rubiss greeted the heroes.
"Welcome, my name is Rubiss, the goddess of this domain, come let us go inside, we can talk more there." Rubiss went in as the heroes followed her inside.
Rubiss Temple
Rubiss led everyone to her throne room, and inside there's Palutena, Naga, and Yggdragon.
"Welcome my children, I trust all of you are well." Greeted Naga.
"Lady Naga ! It is your voice that I heard !" Exclaimed Tiki.
"That I am, although I must apologize for being late in warning all of you, the world is in danger once again, and this time the scale is much greater than before I'm afraid." Explained Naga.
"Lady Naga, how did the Fell Dragon reborn ? We all witness everything that Robin deliver the killing blow to that accursed dragon." Say'ri spoke.
"About that, do you remember a bright light appearing out of nowhere not long ago ?" Asked Naga.
Hearing this the heroes did recall about that strange light.
"That light is what revive the Fell Dragon, a combined power of life, time, and space what made it possible." Answers Naga.
"And now he's after your children, to make sure should he reign no one else can return to the past to change the future, with your children still as babies they would be easy targets." Explained Palutena.
Sumia who is standing behind Yggdragon coming out to meet her companions.
Chrom is shocked by Sumia's appearance. "Sumia !? What are you doing here !? Didn't you wait at the ship ?"
"Soon after you left, the ship is under attacked, Lord Marth former companions invaded the ship and attacked us." Answered Sumia.
"Oh, Sumia I'm sorry I don't..." Sumia stopped Chrom ffrom apologizing further.
"It's not your fault Chrom, you only wanted for me and Cynthia to be safe, you didn't know the enemy would attack us directly like that and also everyone else at the ship is doing a great job of protecting us." Sumia walked closer to Chrom to assure him.
"Which is why we brought you here, what we want to do is to aged your children according to their parallel selves." Stated Rubiss which surprised everyone. "Of course you have the final say in this, I'm really sorry that it doesn't happened to Chrom regarding Lucina."
The heroes looked at Lucina confused as to what Rubiss means.
"The truth is, I'm not the Lucina who came from the parallel future, but I am the baby that was born after my father defeated king Gangrel." Answered Lucina.
"And I'm the one who put her up to this, I'm very sorry everyone." Tiki apologized to her companions.
The heroes having mixed feelings about all this.
"The Fell Dragon may have failed now, but there's no guarantee he will stop, so I hope you all consider this carefully." Said Yggdragon.
"Umm...if we may we'd like to discuss this among ourselves if that's okay." Stated Chrom.
"Of course, this is a huge decision after all, come I'll show you to the conference room." Rubiss then lead the heroes to the conference room to discuss what decision they should take.
Of course the heroes like Mario, Luigi, etc didn't come with them and stayed at the throne room.
"This a-is seems extreme are you a-sure there's no other way ?" Asked Mario.
"Unfortunately we can't always protects them, our restrictions to meddle in the physical plane maybe loosen up a bit, but even then we can only interfere against a threat too much for mortals to handle, and since Grima and Shadow Queen working through their minions we cannot do anything about it." Explained Palutena.
"But what about Thanatos !? He's been using dead people to do his every bidding ?" Complained Bowser. "And that's not a threat the gods can interfere ?"
"Unfortunately Thanatos have power over death so his actions are perfectly legal, and since his minions are mortals themselves we cannot interfere in that either since all of you are already capable of dealing with that yourselves." Added Palutena.
"Should Grima and Shadow Queen decided to take action directly that's when were able to intervene, they know this, that's why they don't do any real harm for the time being." Added Naga.
"So the good gods are like a deterrent against the evil beings huh ? Guess that makes things easier for us ?" Commented Cloud crossing his arms.
"Shadow Queen only corrupting the citizens of Ylisse for now, during her rule of Rogueport in ancient times, she ruled with an iron fist, executions are common back then, this time she held back as she knows this time the gods will fight back, and she's not yet at full power right now." Stated Yggdragon.
"I see, so we have some time then, by the way, you all are ?" Meta Knight looked at Erven and his companions.
"It's nice to meet you, my name is Erven, and they are my companions." Erven introduced himself and his companions to the heroes, and the heroes also did the same.
Mario and Erven shake each other's hand, and then Mario noticed the glow on the back of Erven's hand. "That is ?"
The two let go and Erven explained the symbol in his hand. "This is the mark of the Luminary, it symbolizes the ones chosen by Yggdrasil during a time of great crisis." Explained Erven.
"A hero chosen by higher power huh ? I suppose it's no different from Zelda, Link, and I." Commented Ganondorf.
"Are you a chosen hero from your world Ganondorf ?" Asked Erven.
"Chosen I am, but as for my role I'm merely chosen to plague the reincarnation of the hero and the goddess, a role I would rather not play." Explained Ganondorf.
"I'm not sure what happened to you, but some people see the Luminary not as a bringer of hope, but the bringer of ruin as along with the Luminary birth that's when the forces of darkness is also rising." Said Erven.
"I made a grave mistake on that end, I blame the Luminary for the destruction of my home, Mordegon took advantage of that and tear everything apart from there." Added Hendrik.
"I suppose when you look at things that way, the rise of hero is also means the rise of a villain as well." Stated Cloud.
"So you said Mordegon earlier, is he the enemy you faced in your world ?" Asked Ganondorf.
"That he is, Mordegon also known as the Lord of Shadows, he once succeeded in destroying the world, however even though we managed to defeat him, the aftermath caused by his victory was too much, so I travel back in time and altered the timeline to make sure Mordegon is defeated before he can bring Erdrea to ruins." Explained Erven.
("You went back in time !? That's just like...") Mewtwo is making the comparison to Link.
"But unlike Hyrule I doubt Erdrea is split into multiple timelines, without the Ocarina of Time power the previous timeline got to be erased from existence." Added Ganondorf.
"Once we died, we remember everything about what we did in previous timeline, Yggdragon reveal everything to us." Erven pointed at the dragon deity. "And you're right, the previous timeline is erased, but Yggdrasil still have records of the previous timeline."
"Anyway when we were in that world did any of you see a giant sea monster ?" Asked Erik.
"Yes we did, we saw it from the Halberd." Answered Lucina.
"That awful monster is called Alizarin, he is one of Mordegon's high ranking generals." Answered Sylvando.
"Mordegon and his generals are back, and so I wished to fight alongside all of you, we cannot let him wreaking havoc on other world's as well." Erven is offering his help.
"I understand, we a-need all the help we can get, I a-hope we can work together Erven." And with that the heroes gained a new ally, Erven and his companions.
Rubiss Temple - Conference Room
"Here you go, you may use this room, I will take my leave for now." Rubiss showed the heroes the conference room and leave them.
The Shepherds take a seat to talk about what should they do next.
"Alright everyone listen up, we know that Grima is returning, and he set his sights on our children, seeing them as a threat to his victory he will stop at nothing to end them." Summarized Chrom.
"So that's the choice is it ? Should we agree we may have to sacrifice their childhood to be a part in another conflict." Stated Lissa.
"I can't decide which one is the better option, we risked our lives so our children doesn't have to pick up weapons, but now that ended up for nothing." Said Ricken.
"Sumia what about you ?" Asked Miriel.
"Me, to be honest I decide to go through with it." Answered Sumia, everyone is surprised that she decided so easily.
"No offense, but didn't think you would agree to it so fast Sumia." Commented Henry.
"The entirety of Marth's companion was sent just to get to Cynthia, the enemy may fail now, but what about those that we meet in Askr ? They came from the distant past millennia ago, it won't be weird if they decided to sent Ike and Roy's companions to get us, I may sacrifice Cynthia's childhood, but at the very least she would be alive and has a chance to defend herself should I'm unable to." Sumia explained her reason.
Aversa is acting fidgety until. "Robin, I agree with what Sumia said, we should do the same with Morgan, if you weren't there I may have lost our only child, and if I'm going to be a mother at least Morgan have to stay alive."
"Aversa, I want Morgan to stay alive too, this is hard choice, but I'm going to do it too." Robin come to a decision.
"So what about all of you ?" Asked Chrom.
"This is the only logical outcome, either we refuse and our children become easy prey or they lose their childhood, but survive, I opted for the latter option, are there any objections Gregor ?" Miriel asked her husband.
"No, no objection from Gregor, Gregor want Laurent to stay alive." Answered Gregor.
"Inigo was about to be killed as well, if it weren't for Mewtwo and Rosalina they would've succeeded." Said Olivia.
"Not to mention, that shadowy girl we fought is as flat as a paper, I never thought I would encounter something like that." Continued Gaius.
"Also that sea monster was about to kill Gerome and me, if it weren't for Erven we would've never survived." Said Cherche.
"I was very afraid with what would happened if I lose you." Said Lon'qu.
"We have Grima coming back to exact his vengeance on us, and not only that he got help from monsters from other worlds, I think as hard as it is the choice is very clear, so does everyone agreed to take Rubiss's offer ?" Asked Chrom.
Surprisingly everyone agreed to aged up their children, as they saw how their children is targeted, and they can't always be there to protect them.
"Then it's unanimous, we will see goddess Rubiss to tell her our decision." With that settled the Shepherds leave the conference room and went to see Rubiss.
Rubiss Temple
Meanwhile the heroes are having conversations with one another.
"Puff- puff you say ? You know a companion of mine said there's something like that in her world, and yet you came from different world, it's amazing how coincidence works." Commented Cloud. "She didn't give me details about it, so what is it ?"
"Aye lad, it's better to show you rather than tell, trust me a young man like you are bound to enjoy it." Replied Rab.
"Jeez Rab, this is Heaven for god's sake, I'll just get this over with and whisper it." Jade whispered what puff-puff means to Cloud and the mercenary face turns red.
"Oh, I see...ahem...good to know." The swordsman replied with a flustered reaction.
"So in your world monsters are actually caught and trained ?" Serena asks Mewtwo.
("Yes, most of Pokemons believe should they have human partner it would unlock their fullest potential, but I don't need such a thing, I was created to be the ultimate life form, at least that's how I used to think.") Explained Mewtwo.
"I see, that's very different than ours, in our world monsters are mostly evil, and only a small number didn't show any hostilities toward humans." Replied Serena.
("If anything I don't know how you humans able to survive in such a world, at least most Pokemons doesn't have hostilities toward humans unless you prove them of course.")
Meta Knight approached Hendrik. "From your appearance I assume you must be a Knight ?"
"That I am, so Meta Knight was it ? Your appearance is 'unusual' but what I'm interested in is your skill with a sword." Said Hendrik.
"I assure you my swordplay won't be disappointing." Said Meta Knight as Sylvando then butting in on the conversation.
"Ooh what is this ? A knight's duel, then I believe I have the right to participate as well."
"Despite his 'mannerism' Sylvando is also trained in the ways of the sword, I assure you he has the skills." Hendrik assuring Meta Knight.
"I see, he doesn't act like a the typical knight's, but if he's also a formidable opponent then I'm all for it." Said Meta Knight.
"I'll assure you darling, you won't be disappointed, as the Luminary's companion I've bested so many powerful opponents." It looks like Meta Knight find more sparring partners.
"So you supposed to be a powerful sorcerer ? I have you know when it comes to magic I'm second to none !" Veronica boasting to Ganondorf about her magical gift.
"Don't get cocky young lady, you haven't seen what other worlds have to show you." Ganondorf reprimanding Veronica.
"This is quite the lineup, even much more wackier then we are." Erik commenting on Mario's crew.
"We all got summoned to a fighting tournament, that's how all of us met." Answered Kirby.
Erik looking at Kirby is surprised by the alien's appearance. "Whoa ! Erhm..not exactly something I thought I see, but you look pretty harmless."
"Well I should warn you not to underestimate Kirby, or else you'll be his lunch." Commented Rosalina.
"Okay, I'll be sure to heed your warning, after all there's got to be a reason how a pink puffball get summoned to an otherworldly fighting tournament."
As they continue chatting Chrom returns with the rest of the Shepherds, confirming that he made his decision.
"You're back, I take it you have come to a decision ?" Asked Rubiss.
"Yes we have, and please do what you did to Lucina to our children." Answered Chrom.
"Very well then, there's a place that you must go." Said Rubiss.
"I will take them there." Yggdragon then used her power to teleport the Shepherds away from the temple.
Haven's Above - Entrance
The Shepherds arrived at what it's like a dome shaped building.
"Where is this ?" Asked Chrom.
"This is Havens Above, home of the Watchers, the one you'll need is in here, now go inside to the large building in the center." Instructed Yggdragon as the Shepherds followed.
Havens Above - Temple of Dawn
As the Shepherds entered the building they saw what it's like a short humanoid figure with an antenna looking object on their heads.
"WELCOME. THIS IS HOME. HOME OF THE WATCHERS. WE HAVE BEEN EXPECTING ALL OF YOU." Greeted the Watcher.
"Uh hello, umm...were here to..." Before Tiki can continue the Watcher already know why they're here.
"WE ALREADY KNOW. YGGDRAGON TOLD US. PLEASE STEP INSIDE. OUR ELDER EEGOLTAP IS WAITING."
The Watcher open the door and the Shepherds went further inside. And in there there's an elderly Watcher, he has green skin and a thick beard on his face.
"WELCOME. WE HAVE BEEN EXPECTING. DANGER'S LOOMING. DIFFERENT WORLD. SAME OBJECTIVE. AWAKEN STRENGTH. CHILDREN OF NAGA. SHINE FORTH." The Elder's hand shining in golden color and the children is surrounded with golden aura, and just like Lucina they all aged up similar to their parallel self and retain their memories and combat abilities.
"What the ?" Noire looking at her hands. "Am I ?"
"It worked !" Exclaimed Lucina.
"Luci ? Is that you ?" Asked Severa.
"Yes, and Severa I'm sorry, I'm unable to save your parents." Lucina apologized for unable to save Frederick and Cordelia.
"I-i see, look I know we'll get them back, so please don't blame yourself for this." Severa assuring Lucina as she grabbed Lucina's shoulder.
"What sorcery is this !? This power is..." And obviously Owain is returning to his theatrical self.
"Are you for real ? That's the first word coming out from your mouth ?" Snarked Inigo.
"Mother ? What happened ? Why are we ?" Laurent asking Miriel questions.
"DEED IS DONE. TASK COMPLETE." Eegoltap then leave the room.
Chrom then begin explaining on what has happened. "And so that's why we have no choice but to do this."
"If you all going to hate us that's fine, but we will never going to let you die !" Exclaimed Sumia.
"Mother i could never hate you, if anything Grima's to blame for all this ! We beat him down before, we can do it again !" Exclaimed Cynthia.
"Mother ? Father ? So then..." Morgan looking at her hands.
"Yes Morgan it's us, and we will protect you." Robin and Aversa hugged their daughter.
And with that the Shepherds left the Temple of Dawn and return to the Yggdragon and teleported back to Rubiss's Temple.
Rubiss Temple
Yggdragon and the Shepherds returned to the Temple.
"So you're a-all done ?" Asked Mario.
"We have, but there is a question that I must ask, the mark of Grima is now disappeared from me, won't that mean I'm no longer compatible to be Grima's vessel anymore ?" Robin asked Naga.
"That mark is just an indicator, even if it's now gone you're still a suitable host for the fell dragon, and once again you're the only one capable of ending him, but unlike last time because of the strong bonds you forged you will not disappeared, the bonds you've made with your companions from both your world and other worlds giving you further strength, you can destroy Grima without consequences this time." Answered Naga. "With his current state Grima's power will diminish without a host so it should be easier to end him this time around."
Hearing this Robin and the Shepherds felt huge relief on their face as there's no price for their victory this time.
"Yggdragon, what about Mordegon ? Do you know how he's back ?" Asked Erven.
Rubiss and Yggdragon shared a grief stricken face, but they decided to explain. "Of course, all of you have the right to know, the reason Mordegon is back because the enemy Neo Subspace Army has taken an interest in him, Mordegon succeeded in destroying Yggdrasil in the previous timeline, and that drove them to take Morcant's soul and bring Mordegon back from him, and not only him, both Drustan and Serenica soul is also taken."
Erven and his companions are shocked to hear what happened. "But what about Erdwin !?"
"They took Erdwin soul as well, but as the previous Luminary Erdwin's soul cannot be bound or corrupted by necromancy, but with Morcant, Serenica, and Drustan is bound by them, Erdwin has no choice but to join them, so we asked of you, please save them." Pleaded Yggdragon.
"We understand, we will rescue our predecessors from their clutches." Declared Erven as everyone else nodded in agreement.
"Thank you, but first there's someone else who needs your help right now, return to the World of Trophy, your allies needs you." Said Palutena.
"That's right ! The ship is under attack ! We must rescue them !" Exclaimed Sumia.
"Then we'll head back to the Halberd right away !" Meta Knight led the heroes back to the ship.
"We're going with them, Cetacea !" Erven and his companions teleported to Cetacea's back.
Rubiss opened a portal with Halberd and Cetacea entering it to return to the World of Trophy.
S.S Light - Monster Sanctuary
In the Monster Sanctuary Lilith, Tooty, Dixie, Geno, and Doc Louis is currently hiding here.
"I can't believe Mac is out there fighting against medieval knights ? And yet here I am hiding." Doc seems feeling dejected.
"I don't think you should blame yourself, after all you're already retired from fighting right ?" Lilith tried to cheer Doc with Tooty sleeping on her lap.
"Well, yes, but boxing is pretty much a sport in where I'm from, there's rules, referees, handicap to make sure things don't go too far, and yet there's Mac out there fighting to actually kill his opponents !" Exclaimed Doc Louis.
"Umm..Donkey says that in this world you can't kill someone, they'll be transformed into a trophy." Said Dixie.
"That's what Mac said too, but I can't help but worry." Replied Doc Louis.
Soon after Dixie felt buzzing on her dress, it turns out the buzzing is from the DK's golden plate that he lent to Dixie right after they got attacked by Archanean League.
She picked it up and tap the surface, Diddy's voice can be heard. "Dixie ! We need the monsters now ! I'm afraid if we go all out we ended up destroying the ship ! And I don't want huge number of trophies falling from the sky !"
"I got it, hang in there Diddy !" Dixie turn off the call and speak to Cpt. Goomba. "Cpt. Goomba we need backup !"
To Dixie surprise Cpt. Goomba already have monsters already line up to attack. "So the time has come for us to shine, alright my fellow monsters time to make Lord Bowser proud CHAAAARGGGEEEE !" Cpt. Goomba lead the horde of monsters consisting of himself, Petey Piranha, Stantler, Parases, Parasects, Victreebels, Argoroks, Primid hordes, and various Hyrulean monsters from the Twilight Era.
S.S Light - Foyer
With the ship is filled with Legion clones the heroes are overwhelmed as not only they overrun the ship, they also reviving their trophified allies as well.
"This is getting too much !" Marth is blocking attacks from left and right.
"Where is the real Legion !?" Link is blocking an axe with his shield.
"They all look identical ! Hurry it up, I don't have infinite weapon supplies !" Snake is shooting the clones with his missile launcher.
Soon after the door to Monster Sanctuary opened and the Monster horde is entering the ship, Cpt. Goomba headboink the Legion clone so hard he fall down, Paras and Parasects spreading Spores, getting some of the clones to fall asleep, Petey Piranha fly above and shoot brown goo at the Legion clones, Swoopin Stu's coming out from the goo and self-destruct at the clones.
Stantler using it's illusion powers to trick the clones into killing each other. A swarm of Fire and Ice Keese burns and freeze every Legion clone they touch.
The Victreebels either slashing the clones with Leaf Blade move or devouring them by luring them with sweet smelling aromas.
An army of Chilfos and Darknuts attacking the clones by impaling the clones with icicles, and slash them with swords respectively.
White Wolfos lunges on to the clones and tear them from limb to limb, the reinforcements seemed to turn the tides of battle.
Imp Poes slashing the clones with their scythes, and since to the naked eye they only looks like floating lanterns the Legion clones can barely hits them.
Phantom Ganon summoned a stormcloud and lightning descends on the clones, electrocuting them.
The Primids fights by ganging up on the clones, by punching, kicking them.
And since this area is covered, the Honeywisps captured from planet PNF-404 teleported the remaining monsters to different locations of the ship.
Geno and Dixie also coming out to join the battle.
Lucario wondering if the real Legion may still be in Chrom's room, it decided to head back there to stop the real Legion from producing more copies of himself.
S.S Light - Chrom's Room
Lucario returned to Chrom's room, beating up the Legion clones along the way, there he see Legion concentrating as copies of himself coming out from him. Lucario charge after him, however a fireball is closing in on the Pokemon as Lucario counter it with Aura Sphere.
"You will not interrupt our mission." Eremiya teleported and levitate as she made her presence known to the jackal pokemon.
("Are you one of their leaders ?") Lucario asked the woman.
"My name is Eremiya, and yes I am, I assume prince Marth have told you about me ?" Asked Eremiya.
("He has, how you were once a kindhearted orphanage matron, and Gharnef brainwashed you into an abusive guardian.") Answered Lucario.
"That is correct, while I'm no longer under Gharnef's control, I'm under someone else's control."
("Thanatos.")
"Precisely, so you know what I have to do." Eremiya generate another fireball and launched it at Lucario.
Lucario retaliate by creating a huge Aura Sphere and launched at the fireball, creating explosion so big it ruined Legion's concentration. Lucario used Extremespeed and followed by Close Combat as he's beating Legion to a pulp.
Eremiya launched another fireball to Lucario and hits the jackal pokemon, and thanks to it's steel typing, the fireball is super effective against it, as the Pokemon fell to the floor.
As Eremiya shoot another fireball Lucario used Detect, it's eyes glows and perfectly dodges the attack, the fireball hitting Legion instead, turning him back into a trophy.
Eremiya seeing this wanting to revive Legion, she teleported Legion's trophy to her side, and as she's about to tapped Legion's trophy stand her hand suddenly froze.
"My hand is frozen, what is happening ?" As Eremiya looked around Nana is in the room using her ice powers to freeze her hand.
("Nana ! You're back !") Exclaimed Lucario.
"Yes, I'm back, and I brought reinforcement." Nana smiled confidently.
S.S Light - Dining Room
Young Link and Toon Link is fighting a horde of Legion clones, and also their trophified enemies have been revived.
"This is getting tough ! But if we use everything we got then we may destroy more than necessary !" Exclaimed Young Link.
With Young Link occupied he didn't realize Navarre about to strike him down, as he did it's too late to defend himself, however as Young Link brace for the worst, a puppet blocked the sword strike, Navarre is shocked by what he see as the puppet attempt to stab him with it's sharp fingers, only for Navarre to dodge it thanks to his speed.
And then an orb of dark energy is aimed at the Legion clones, the orb create large explosions that takes out the clones and pushed back the enemies.
Young Link look at where the energy attack come from and he saw a familiar figure standing in the table. His mouth agape as he didn't think they would meet again in person.
"Hey Link miss me ?" Skull Kid arrived at the nick of time, and with him there are two fairies with him, one looks like a ball of light with butterfly wings, and the other one is a ball of darkness with butterfly wings. "Okay Tatl, Tael let's finish this !" Skull Kid fire off a laser beam from his face and destroy the Legion clones. Tatl and Tael spinning around and tackling the clones, surprisingly despite their size the two fairies can pack a punch.
S.S Light - Deck
Red is surrounded by the Macedon royalties again, the Pegasus Kinghts, and Caeda, but this time there's Legion clones on the deck as well.
With Fox, Falco, Wolf, and Samus is dealing with the flying enemies, there's no one able to support Red as Pikachu, Charizard, Aerodactyl, is busy with the flying enemies as well.
He only have Espeon, Snorlax, and Lapras left, but since Lapras can barely move outside of water and Snorlax too slow there's only Espeon left, but even then a horde is too much for the psychic Pokemon to handle.
But then Argoroks teleported outside by the Honeywisps, and they begin helping Red by burning the Legion clones.
But it doesn't stop there, as Cetacea fly close to S.S Light Erven use Zoom magic to teleport himself and his companions to the deck and assists Red.
Erven used Gigaslash on several clones, Hendrik used Gigacrash on the clones. Serena casting Kaswoosh, Veronica casting Kaboom, Erik casting Ridgeraiser, a magic sigil is formed in the ground and boulder erupts from the sigil, stabbing the clones that standing above it.
Rab casting Kacrackle, Sylvando doing the Fuddle Dance to inflict confusion on the clones, and Jade used Lightning Storm as she stab the ground with her spear and lightning burst forth and destroys the clones.
S.S Light - Chrom's Room
"Miss Eremiya you'd better stop, it seems the tide has turned." Said Nana as Eremiya looked outside, she saw a Bulborbs eating the Legion clones.
And with good timing, the rest of the heroes went to Ylisse did came back, Rosalina teleported Chrom and his family in front of Eremiya, Eremiya noticed Cynthia is in her teenage look.
"Wait ? If she's look like this then ?" Eremiya realized the mission has failed.
"That's right, our children are safe and they can fight back." Declared Chrom.
Ganondorf and Mewtwo also teleported the remaining heroes along with the Shepherds to the ship and they begin laying waste on the enemies.
Eremiya seeing the mission has failed she decided to retreat. "Mission failed, it's time to withdraw !" Eremiya mass teleported the Archanean League on the ship whether they've been trophified or not, they saw a magic circle appearing under their feet and teleported away. And so with them finally gone the heroes achieved victory, although after the fighting the ship is completely trashed and many parts of it are damaged.
S.S Light - Foyer
With everything's done the heroes gathered at the foyer.
"Is everyone a-alright ?" Asked Mario.
Slowly the heroes that are in different place arrived at the foyer.
"Well it looks like everyone's fine." Said Marth.
Bayonetta continue with her usual teasing. "I don't know about you, but I can say I have wonderful time, after all I got to play with handsome knights, they call themselves Wolfguard and Sable Order if I recall."
"Oh them, they're Hardin and Camus's subordinates." Answered Marth.
"Camus ? That guy with the mask ?" Questioned Snake.
"Yes, Camus is highly respected Knight in his home country Grust, still to think even his subordinates got dragged here as well."
"You sure know how to pick an ally Marth, at least those guys are pleasing to look at." Continued Bayonetta.
Marth only responded with a deadpan expression. "You do realize I don't recruit them based on looks right ?"
"Their appearance aside, for a bunch of medieval knights, they really are a formidable bunch." Commented Fox.
"Not to mention they have actual magic users among them." Added Falco.
"Hmph so what, no matter what they have we just have to beat them down." Huffed Wolf.
"We used to work together in Askr, and now we're crossing blades against each other." Lamented Chrom.
"There's nothing that can be done Chrom, Thanatos is their summoner now, or necromancer, we don't have a choice." Pit reassuring Chrom.
"So you lead these monsters to defending the ship huh ? Hahaha ! Just the competence I expect from my high ranking minion !" Bowser praising Cpt. Goomba for his actions.
"Milord you're too kind." Replied the captain.
"NANAAAA !" Popo hugged her friend, he's very happy Nana is back safe and sound. "I'm so glad you're back safe and sound !"
"It's good to be back too." The Ice Climbers hugged and then let go of each other.
"Skull Kid it's nice to see you again, you too Tatl, Tael." Young Link and Skull Kid hugged briefly.
"So are you the same Skull Kid I encounter in the Lost Woods ?" Asked (TP)Link.
"I am, I enjoy our little game, that aside my true purpose is to protect the Master Sword until the time has come for the chosen hero to wield it, it's my promise to Link a long time ago." Explained Skull Kid.
"I'm glad you keep your promise." Young Link smiled at his best friend.
"Doesn't this feels heartwarming Tatl ?" Tael is moved by Young Link and Skull Kid's friendship.
"It sure is brother, and now they got to reunite once more." Agreed Tatl.
Red then return to the foyer, and alongside him is Erven and his companions.
"Red ! You're alright !" Green and Blue rushed to him.
"Yes, I'm fine, I'm almost at a pickle, but these guys saved me." Red pointed at Erven and his companions.
"Greetings everyone, my name is Erven." Erven then begin introducing himself and his companions to the rest of the heroes.
"Thanks for saving Red." Blue thanked the Luminary. "I don't know how he's able to stay alive experiencing all this."
"No problem, but it seems we have mutual enemy to deal with, and so me and my companions will lend you our strength." Offered Erven.
"We thank you for your help, after what just happened we really could use any help we get." Marth offered his hand to Erven and he shake Marth's hand in turn.
"That aside this place is a complete mess." Commented Hendrik.
"The fighting take a toll on our ship, it's going to take a really long time for repairs and cleanup." Answered Link.
"Yeah ? We can leave those to the Primids for the cleanup, we don't need to lift a finger for that !" Exclaimed Bowser.
"Well maybe, but we still need to supervise them, I don't think they can do things outside their given orders." Added Samus.
"Our number is increasing, is there any other room left for anyone here ?" Asked Olimar.
As they tried to figure out a solution, Rodin approached the heroes. "I may have an idea."
"Oh hey Rodin, how are things on your end ?" Asked Bayonetta.
Rodin answered Bayonetta. "Not bad, but not good either, those duplicates revived Gotoh, he transformed into a dragon and laying waste on the store, but that's not what we're taking right now, for the increasing number of people, I suggest we went to that place...the Smash Mansion." Hearing that name made the heroes feeling nostalgic especially for the ones summoned for the very first time like Mario, Samus, Kirby, etc.
"The World of Trophy also have vacant houses as well, you can use that if you'd like." Added HMS.
"You know, if those floating gloves had no intent in creating life forms, why would they need to create manmade building for anyway ?" Asked Dedede.
"Maybe it's to prepare for a time like this...jokes aside, it is for the gods of their worlds to decide on what they want to make." Explained HMS.
"Well without further ado let's set course to Smash Mansion." And with that S.S Light fly to the Smash Mansion using what remaining energy it has left.
The S.S Light slowly descends to the ground, and they already left the clouds above a huge opulent building can be seen from above, a mansion so large it can hold around hundreds or thousands of people. It has white paint and huge amounts of windows can be seen on the mansion's walls, on the outide the mansion also have beautiful garden with lush greenery and flowers neatly placed.
"There it is ! It's the mansion !" Exclaimed Ness excitedly.
S.S Light landed on the ground near the mansion, the heroes went to the deck as the folded bridge extended to the ground, the Halberd also landed on the ground.
Smash Mansion - Outside
The heroes step outside and leave the ship, for those who are summoned to the tournament they felt nostalgia for looking at the mansion.
"This is a-it, the place where we all a-met." Mario turned around to looked at his companions.
"So this is where you stay during the tournament ?" Asked Ken.
"Yeah, though in my case the summoning is more of an accident, but I did got to spent a lot of time here, Master Hand and Crazy Hand apologize for the inconveniences they cause." Replied Ryu.
"You're talking about the Master Core incident right ?" Asked Roy.
"That's the one, to think there's a mastermind behind such incident." Ryu remembering what R.O.B said before.
The heroes soon entered the building.
Smash Mansion
"Wow just a-like I remember it." The mansion doesn't seems to change according to Mario.
Lissa then noticed the cat on Bailey's shoulder. "Umm..Vaike ? Are you bringing that cat along ? Are animals even allowed in here ?"
"Oh you mean Kitty ? I supposed Kitty's allowed, after all those other animals walking inside right ?" Vaike pointed at the Pokemons and Duck and Dog duo. "Besides Kitty doesn't want to come out from the Halberd when we went to Rubiss Temple, I'm glad Kitty willing to leave the ship this time."
"You got attached to it huh ?" Teased Lissa.
"Kitty is about to be attacked by the Risen, but I managed to save the poor thing, and then that sleep indclucing singing came after, after that things escalate so much I forgot to return Kitty back." Explained Vaike.
Kitty the black cat looked around curiously until it saw Wario, Kitty then quickly avert it's gaze from the greedy fatso.
Wario seemed to notice. "Hmm...that black cat ? Have I seen that thing before ?" Wario stroking his chin as Mac approached him.
"S'up Wario, thinking about something ?" Asked Little Mac.
"Something like that, it's just that black cat seems familiar somehow." Wario pointed at the cat on Vaike's shoulder.
"Hmm ? Well black cats are a common animal, I'm sure you've seen a lot yourself during your quest or something, I know I've seen my fair share of black cats myself."
"I suppose you're right, maybe I was just thinking too much." Wario shrugged his suspicion as he continue walking.
After that grueling battle the heroes decided to take a break, for the ones summoned, they went to the rooms they used when they're summoned here, some are relaxing, chatting among themselves.
Samus's Room
Samus is in her room, reminiscing a bit when she was first summoned to this world. "There were 12 of us back then, including you Falcon."
Meta Knight's Room
Meta Knight bringing along his crew to visit his room.
"So this is the room you used when you were summoned here master ?" Sailor Dee is admiring the luxurious room.
"Well for our master Meta Knight obviously a room like this is fit for his standards." Cpt. Vul pandering as always.
"It is very opulent, but luxury tends to make people complacent, that's why I won't let myself be swayed." Said Meta Knight.
"Master, humble as always, we will follow you to the ends of the world !" Exclaimed Axe Knight.
Little Mac's Room
"And this is my room Doc, pretty fancy huh ?" Little Mac showed Doc Louis the room he was assigned to during his stay in the World of Trophy.
Doc Louis closed the door and begin apologizing to Mac. "Mac, I'm sorry...you and everyone else was busy fighting and yet I was cowering on the sanctuary."
Hearing this Little Mac reassuring his mentor. "Listen Doc, I and everyone else didn't blame you for it, you've retired from boxing for a very long time, not to mention this isn't a mere sport or a show, this is actual fighting, no referee, no handicap, and no soft mattress on the floor, I get that you're scared, Mario and others, they have to face deadly threats on regular basis, the kind of threats that we thought only exists in fiction, that's why they're able to do what they did, you raised me to become what I am now, I will never looked down on you, I will always be grateful to you."
Hearing this tears is formed in Doc Louis's eyes, he hugged and thanked his protege. "Thank you Mac," Doc Louis wipes his tear. "But still maybe I need to cut back on the chocolate bars and hit the gym again."
"There's a gym in the mansion, I'll show you later on where it is, it's where we go to train."
Smash Mansion - Living Room
Back at the lounge Red and Mario is having conversation with Erven and Serena.
"So you two a-have a magic spell to resurrect the dead ?" Asked Mario.
"Yes, it's called Kazing, of course there's a few restrictions to the spell, first their bodies have to be intact with at least minor damages, second usually we can only used this on people chosen by the gods, me and my companions are such poeple, and that's why we can't use it on other people." Explained Erven.
"I see, I suppose that's makes sense, if you can resurrect anyone you want anytime then things would be problematic, I can imagine the consequences such actions would cause." Stated Red.
"Indeed, but back to a-topic, does those conditions applied to Falcon ?" Asked Mario.
"Well Master Hand chose him, so that could work right ? And second his body is still intact now that he's becoming a Warrior of Fallen Stars." Replied Red.
"That does seem fitting." Mario stroking his chin.
"Be that as it may I also seek a way to bring our fallen friends, I wished to see the Legendary Pokemon Ho-oh, according to legend three Pokemons were killed during a fire, Ho-oh then bring them back to life and giving them new powers and identity as well, at least I would like to get the Sacred Ash." Explained Red.
And then out of nowhere Kitty jumped in on the Pokemon trainer which surprised the four of them.
"Oh, why hello there, where did you came from ?" Serena tried to pet the cat.
"Ah there you are Kitty ! Sorry about that everyone, I took my eyes off a second and Kitty's nowhere to be found." Vaike then picked Kitty up and left.
"I still can't get used to the fact that there are harmless animals out there." Commented Red.
"Say Red, when we were at the ship's deck those monsters tried to protect you aren't they ?" Asked Serena.
"Yes, it was when I was 10 years old I begin on a journey, I got them during my travels." Red reminiscing the first time he went on an adventure.
"You were 10 ! In a world full of monsters !?" Erven expressed his surprise at the trainer.
"Yes, which is why for anyone who wished to travel having a Pokemon partner is a must." Explained Red. "A world full of superpowered monsters is a harsh and unforgiving world you know."
"So I see, to protect yourself from monsters, you're having other monsters to fight for you, our world isn't exactly like that unfortunately, nearly all monsters in our world are hostile toward humans as they serve a demon lord." Explained Serena. "Mewtwo told me already, but I wanted to hear it again to confirm."
"I'm sorry to hear that, the differences in our world could be both sad and fascinating at the same time, I can't imagine seeing my life without Pokemons." Red is looking down.
"I believe we a-need to have a meeting soon, we a-need to talk about what to do from here on." Said Mario. "Of course not right away, give a-them two hours or so."
"I got it." Red pull out a pokeball and send out Espeon. "Espeon I want you to relay this message to everyone in the mansion." And after Mario told Espeon what to do the Pokemon then telepathically relay Mario's message to every resident in the mansion.
Conference Room
And so after two hours have passed the heroes all gathered in the mansion's conference room.
"Ahem it's a-time for this meeting to start, first one of our comrade Nana has returned to us." Mario extend his hand at Nana's direction.
"Thanks, and I brought a new friend for us, this is Skull Kid, he came from Young Link's era, his species also seems to be very long living as well." Stated Nana.
"It's a pleasure to meet everyone, my name is Skull Kid, and these two are my friends Tatl and Tael." Skull Kid introduce himself and Tatl and Tael to everyone.
"So Nana is a-there anything else you could tell us after we're done communicating ?" Asked Mario.
"Not much to go around, but after I got my golden plate back i was thinking of going back immediately, but Skull Kid insists we stay for a bit because his fairy friends are investigating the Korok Forest." Explained Nana.
"Yeah, they told me the Deku Tree is there, but everything else has changed, I guess time really has passed in Hyrule." Answered Skull Kid.
"The Fairy Queen tasked us to investigate as she can feel the looming of great evil, Skull Kid and us got separated by that light as soon as we left the Fairy Realm, but thanks to our magic were able to sense each other's presence, luckily we didn't get separated too far." Answered Tael.
"I a-see, Pit could you call Palutena to come here ?" Asked Mario.
"Oh sure thing." Pit then contacted Palutena telepathically, the image projection of Palutena then appeared in the conference room, Kitty is shocked and hide under the table.
"I'm here, look at this place, I still remember how I was allowed to physically manifests here and compete with everyone, seems like it's just a while ago." Reminisce Palutena, "of course my powers have to be restricted or else it won't be a fair fight."
"Good to have a-you here Lady Palutena." Greeted Mario. "And I agree, this a-place holds many memories for some of us."
"Yes, I'm sure it does, so with everyone gathered here, are you ready to talk about what to do next ?" Asked Palutena.
"Yes, we know they're trying to freed Galeem, and at the same time they also have their own personal agenda like with Grima targeting our kids." Said Chrom.
"That's true, and to state the obvious since the first seal has already been broken it's time for them to unlock the second seal." Said Palutena.
"Alright, so Palutena, what is the requirements to break the second seal ?" Asked (TP)Link.
"In order to break the second seal, this time a dimensional energy is needed, and that can be achieved by weakening the dimensional barriers and forming dimensional rifts that connects to other worlds." Explained Palutena which surprised everyone.
"But, didn't they already did that ? We heard them talking at Peach Castle." Added Dark Pit.
"The scale has to be multiversal, and right now the worlds connected are still very few, there isn't enough dimensional energy needed to break the second seal." Answered Palutena. "But that's not all, it also need the worlds signature energy as well, having them fused together because of the connection of the worlds, the mixture of dimensional and signature energy will be the ones needed to completely break the seal."
"I don't quite understand lady Palutena." Pit raised his hand.
"Well let me give an example, try Mushroom World and Hyrule, Mushroom World where Mario came from is a world of so many diverse lifeforms, and also a home to many powerful objects that protects the world, and many powerful beings that are both serve as either savior and destroyer of said world, because of that Mushroom World have it's own energy residing in that world that other worlds doesn't have, next is Hyrule which is blessed by the Triforce left by the three Goddesses which also serves as the world's energy that other worlds also doesn't have, should a pathways formed between the two worlds the signature energy of Hyrule would meet the signature energy of Mushroom World, they would mix, and then the combined energy also mixed with the dimensional energy caused by the connection between two worlds, and then all they need to do is to redirect the energy to Galeem's prison to unlock the second seal." Explained Palutena.
"I see, but does the pathways have any direct, physical impacts to our worlds ?" Asked Link.
"Not really, other than you may accidentally stumbled to each other's world which is a very rare occurrence there won't be any problems, however should the two worlds connected for far too long Hyrule and Mushroom World will fused together into one world, and if that were to happen, Link better get used to seeing floating blocks in Hyrule, and Mario don't be surprised when you see bomb flowers on your way to Peach Castle, or to Peach and Zelda, don't be surprised if Hyrule become Mushroom Kingdom neighbouring country."
"Umm...that is, I don't know what to say about that." Peach is at loss for words.
"One thing for sure should that happened your going have to adapt to the changes, what I say earlier may or may not happened as the fusion result is random, maybe Bowser's Castle could be relocated to the top of Death Mountain." Palutena gave another example.
"Yeah I could see Bowser waging war on the Gorons should that happen." Snarked Young Link.
"But they have Palkia within their grasp, with Palkia on their side won't it be easy ?" Asked Red.
"It should be...if Palkia willingly cooperate with them, but Plakia is captured against it's will, anymore provocation Palkia will tear apart space and dimension, and that could derail their plans, nevertheless there are ways to connect to many worlds, they don't need to keep depending on Palkia for that considering there are many powerful beings on the enemy side." Answered Palutena.
"Do those guys even know what would happened if the worlds are connected ?" Asked Wolf. "They say it's going to make their plans much easier."
"I doubt they were told the consequences of merging of the worlds, they believe the connection between worlds are just making their personal goals easier without knowing the real reason why they're doing that, but even if they do the upper echelons could just lie anyway to avert suspicion, or they could frame us by saying that our meddling is causing the fusion." Answered Palutena.
"I suppose that's true, but even if we want to stop this from happening where do we even begin ? Is there even a way to prevent this from happening ?" Asked Samus.
Geno then raised his hand. "I may have an idea about that."
"Geno ? Oh could it be we're wishing on the Star Road ?" Asked Peach.
"Yes, we're making a wish on the Star Road to foil their goal, and maybe we can asked for the demise of Galeem as well." Answered Geno.
"Of course why don't a-we think of that !" Exclaimed Mario.
Unfortunately Palutena doesn't give an answer they want to hear. "I'm sorry, but even using the Star Road wishing for Galeem's demise is impossible, Galeem is too powerful not even the Star Road is strong enough to be detrimental to him, however you can use it to foil the enemies plan."
"*Sigh* Of course it won't be easy." Snarked DK.
"Even if we can't wish for Galeem's demise we can wish for anything else, the details of the villains plans, the whereabouts of your loved ones, bringing our allies back to life, etc." With Geno's suggestion everyone is feeling hopeful that they seem to see a way out.
"Then our next step is clear, we're going to a-Star Hill." Declared Mario.
"Wait Mario, I was thinking on going to Koholint Island, Palutena said my creators are held captive there." Stated R.O.B.
"Koholint Island ? Well one of my incarnations did went there, but isn't that island is just a dream ?" Questioned (TP)Link.
"Ah, but did you forget there's me who can enter dreams." Prince Dreambert teleported to the room.
"Prince Dreambert ! We haven't seen a-you after we left to outer space." Said Luigi.
"Sorry, after Palutena return from the Astral Plane she told me about Koholint Island, so I went to the Zeekeeper about flying us there, since this is urgent he doesn't asked for payment this time, he will gladly take you there, it won't be easy since Koholint island is a God's dream, but with Beekeepers help it should be easy." Explained Dreambert. "Although I seems to be missing quite a lot, why aren't we at the ship ?"
"The ship is under attack, so why are a-you taking so long ?" Asked Mario.
"I'm sorry, when I arrived Zeekeeper is sleeping, I tried to wake him, but to no avail, so I have no choice but to wait, if I knew the ship is under attack I would've helped." Lamented Dreambert.
"It's a-okay we don't suffer any losses, right everyone ?" Mario looked at his companions.
"Well they fail to kill Cynthia so I would say it's a success." Answered Fox confidently.
"Umm..not really, while your busy fighting Gharnef taking Vah Naboris back with him, he teleport it during the skirmish." Explained Palutena.
"Of course ! Vah Naboris ! We forgot about it !" Exclaimed Link. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish there was a Blight Ganon guarding it."
"What's done is done, you'll get it back later, so does anyone else have somewhere they like to go ?" Continued Palutena.
"I was thinking of going to present Earth, I want to find out why the Dinomatons begin attacking humans." Said Samus.
"And I'm going to Tin Tower in Ecruteak City, I need to gather Sacred Ash, and should we encounter Cpt. Falcon again, I'll be using this to revive him." Said Red.
"We're thinking of going home for a bit, I know you said the Great Zapfish will recover in time, but we need to make sure it's fine, we're taking the energy tank that contain it's energy back with us." Said Inky.
"I need to go home as well, I need to check on the situations back home." Said Isabelle.
"As for me I need to head to Corrin's home, I need to take the Telethia back to Bionis, they must be very agitated because they got sent to an unknown world." Stated Shulk.
"Some of those Telethia could be killed for being a monster, we may need to hurry." Added Corrin.
"If there's any dead Telethia, I would like to bring the corpse here at least." Continued Shulk.
"We can wish for their resurrection at the Star Road." Suggested Geno.
"That's right ! And after that maybe we can wish for the Telethia to be turn back into High Entia !" Realized Shulk.
"If so then I also like to make a wish ! We could wish for Grima to be separated from Parallel Morgan !" Exclaimed Chrom. "Lady Palutena, with Grima's current condition he can be affected by the wish right ?"
"Unfortunately the only way from Grima to be permanently killed is by Robin's hand, but he can be separated from Morgan, therefore without a host Grima will be incredibly weak it shouldn't take too much effort for him to be defeated this time." Explained Palutena.
"Oh Chrom ! We can also wish for Emmeryn to be freed from Shadow Queen's possession !" Exclaimed Lissa.
"Yes we can do that ! Mario it looks like we're coming with you !" Chrom and Lissa offered to go with Mario.

"Okay, so let me introduce myself again my name is Erven, I came from a world different from all of you called Erdrea, now as Mario pointed out all of you have your fallen friends and enemies to be a victim of necromancy and they're being used against you, we have a magic spell to revive the dead called Kazing, unfortunately there is a bit of drawback, this spell doesn't work with just anyone, during my adventures the spell only works at me and my companions as we are needed to vanquish our enemy Mordegon and Calasmos." Explained Erven.
"And there's a reason for that, should anyone who knows that spell reviving people left and right, they're pretty much upsetting the balance of life and death, people must accept that one day they or their loved ones will be gone, maturity can be earned by overcoming loss." Stated Palutena.
Seeing most of everyone in the mansion did experience loss, they did ended up becoming better and stronger after overcoming it, the residents have no objection to what Palutena is saying.
"But right now our friends and families are being used against us." Marth point out the current situation.
"I know, which is why us gods will approve on reviving those who are subjected to Thanatos control, but be warned, they have god's on their side as well like Hades or Thanatos, depending on how powerful they are they can overturn our approval, I would say for a top god like Arceus is at the same level as Hades." Explained Palutena.
"So the chance are 50-50 huh ? I suppose it can't be too easy." Said Erven.
"But Lady Palutena, can Hades even overturn an approval of god's from other worlds ?" Asked Pit.
"Normally you can't, but considering the worlds are about to be connected to one another the gods are able to meddle in other worlds, that's how Rubiss and I able to create a portal in Naga's world." Answered Palutena.
"Another scenario where it can be both blessings and a curse huh ?" Questioned Rosalina.
"Well it's better than nothing, we should take whatever chance we have to succeed." Added Shulk.
"Also I would a-like to thank Ganondorf, if it weren't for his idea to gather monsters, we may have lost the battle at the ship earlier." Mario thanked Ganondorf for his help.
"Which reminds me, how did you brought those monsters here ? Isn't our era is in the past ?" Asked (TP)Link.
"I revive them using my magic, as for the Imp Poe, I just snatch them from the spirit planes." Answered Ganondorf.
"You revive them ? But that means..." before Mario can question any further Ganondorf interjected.
"Reviving animals isn't hard, and I can just recreate inorganic monsters like Chilfos and Darknuts through magic, and since I was bound by Demise curse back then I have the authority to do anything I please, but now I'm just a mere Gerudo, no longer the incarnation of the Demon Lord's hatred, I can't just reviving people nonchalantly as now I'm subjected to consequences for crossing a line not meant for mortals, and besides even if those people we fought is approved by the gods, reviving them in the middle of battlefield is too risky, you've seen it too did you, magic circles appeared under their feet and they got teleported away." Explained Ganondorf.
("That's right, that lady Eremiya used magic to mass teleport the enemies away, even if we succeed in reviving just one of them they'll be taken away too as she had no idea one of them not in their side anymore.") Stated Lucario. ("Also I have this.") Lucario then pull out a gun and put it on the table.
"That's a gun. Where did you get it ?" Asked Snake.
("I fought an assassin named Clarisse, as a last resort she used a gun on me, unfortunately for her, I'm familiar with guns, but it looks like they've been trained in using modern weaponry.") Answered Lucario.
"Guess they're serious about trading them in modern weaponry, should we do the same then ? How about it your majesty ? Want to learn modern warfare ?" Snake asked Chrom.
"If it's increase our chances of winning then I'm all for it." Chrom seemed to agreed on it.
("And if I may, when we went to Isle Delfino I see Li'l Judd there.") Said Mewtwo as Inky and Inked is shocked.
"You saw Li'l Judd !? Why didn't you say so !" Yelled Inky.
("I'm sorry, but I doubt he'll listen even if you met him, he's determined to do what he did.") Said Mewtwo.
"What was he doing there ?" Asked Inked.
("According to Peepers he carried some kind of bottle with a peculiar scent.") Answered Lucario.
Wolf then interjects. "Wait ! You mean the bottle we found in the beach !? The same beach where those Cataquacks things attack us !"
"Oh you encounter them ? You a-need to stay away from them those Red Cataquacks are a-very aggressive." Said Mario.
"There were no Red Cataquacks ! It's the blue ones that attack us out of nowhere !" Exclaimed Wolf.
"What !? That's strange, Blue Cataquacks are the docile ones, they won't attack you unless you a-provoke them." Replied Mario.
("If what you said is true then R did also worked on non Pokemon wildlife.") Said Mewtwo.
"R ? Do you know something Mewtwo ?" Asked Red.
"It's during my journey to Rime City, scientist are creating a drug to makes Pokemon more powerful and aggressive, the name of that drug is called R, it uses my cell also known as the berserk gene, any pokemon exposed to such drug will become more powerful, but they also become more aggressive as well, and it looks like it worked in non Pokemon animals as well." Explained Mewtwo.
"Was Li'l Judd really doing that ?" Inky seemed at a loss.
("I believe what happened was more of an accident, Li'l Judd is still hesitating, we need to have him seen the error of his ways before he did untold damage.") Said Lucario. ("Which is why I will investigate, there's a dimensional portal inside Mt. Corona's cave, I will see where it leads to.")
"Alright Lucario we leave a-that to you." Nodded Mario.
"It looks like you all know where to go, I wish you all the best." Palutena image projection then disappeared.
"Well, we a-know what to do now, we will leave tomorrow morning."
Underworld Palace
Inside the palace Rolence is seen confronting Thanatos. "Thanatos what is your true goal exactly bringing us back to the world of living !"
"Hmm...listen, pawns like you are only meant to obey orders, not questioning their superiors." Thanatos shrugging Lorence complaint.
"And what about this Galeem !" Hearing that name Thanatos eyes opened wide and turned to face Lorence.
"Who told you about that." Thanatos spoke in a calm, but threatening tone.
"One of king Marth's ally mentioned that name." Answered Lorence.
"Hmph..that does not concern you, and I order you never to speak of this to anyone !" Thanatos then teleported away, leaving Lorence angry as now he can't mentioned the name Galeem to anyone anymore.
And that's the end of this mini arc, the next chapter we finally entered the Second Seal Arc.
Fairies are one of the recurring race in Zelda series, however there doesn't seem to be any society of the fairies, there are Fairy Queens or Great Fairies, but I don't know if they hold any authority or not, I just assumed they do.
There are puff puff in FF XIV, and Cloud knows that from Yshtola, so I just assume puff puff are common knowledge in FF XIV world.
To be honest I forgot Dreambert is going with the heroes, but since Koholint Island is going to be in the future chapters I'm able to come up with an excuse, sorry about that.
So obviously I'm putting a handicap on Kazing Spell as it will make things too easy for the heroes, of course I won't be giving the villains insurmountable advantages either.
