Smash Mansion - Grand Hall
After a good night sleep and breakfast the heroes headed to the Mansion Grand Hall to start their next mission, everyone there is present.
First off there's Little Mac, Samus, Chelsea, Ken, Mega Man, Richter, and Snake.
"Alright we're all here, guess it's time to go." Stated Mac.
"We're going to solve this case, we need to find out why the Dinomatons running amok in the city." Explained Samus. She's wearing a blue shirt, brown jacket, and long jeans as she cannot travel in her power suits in Earth, as well as her Zero suit, and her casual wear consists of mini tank top with shorts which expose a lot of skin.
"Yeah, but I also need to speak to my friend Nick first, after all after what just happened he's bound to have a lot of questions for me." Mac remembered when he able to knock down a Dinomaton with Nick is agaped by what he saw.
"I also need to speak to Otacon, I left him again without saying any words." Sighed Snake regretting abandoning his best friend once again.
"I need to go back to the Wii Yoga Studio, I left the place without warning too, it'll be a miracle if they didn't fire me." Chelsea also lamenting her situation.
"I need to see my family too, I hope they're doing just fine at Karin's mansion." Said Ken.
"Thanks for taking me with you Ken, I wished to see more of Earth in the future." Richter tapping Ken's shoulder.
"You're welcome, after all it's also thanks to the Belmont's we have a future without Dracula, anyway are you sure you won't be going Simon ?" Asked Ken.
"I'll have my chance later, I still need to get used to this technologies used by people of the future." Answered Simon.
"I need to get back to Dr. Light for the time being, maybe I should be telling everyone back home about this." Said Mega Man.
"Okay, I'm going with Little Mac, once you're all done we can meet up at his apartment." Said Samus.
"I already texted my address to Ken, Chelsea, Snake, and Mega Man, just used the golden plate to teleport there." Clarified Mac.
Everyone nodded and Samus used her golden plate to teleport. "We'll be going first, see you all later." They waved their hands to their companions as the Earth team teleported away.
After the Earth team left a Prince Dreambert opened a dream portal. "Alright beyond here the Zeekeeper is waiting, he will take us to Koholint Island."
"Wait a minute." (LTP)Zelda raised her hand. "Link once told me about Koholint Island, that island is a dream conjured by the Wind Fish, shouldn't that mean the island isn't a real place ?"
"About that, the Wind Fish isn't exactly being specific, and the Nightmares are lying, when the Wind Fish awakes, what really happened was that Koholint Island is returning to the dream world, the Nightmares wanted to attack the real world that's why they're making sure the Wind Fish sleeps forever." Explained Palutena. "With the Nightmares return to the world of dreams, they can't manifest to the real world."
"I see, well I'm going too, I wanted to see the place Link visited." Volunteered (LTP)Zelda.
"Actually the Link from your era is there right now, Nayru revived him to helped to guide us around the island." Answered Palutena.
"Wait ! My Link is there ! That's great !" (LTP)Zelda cannot contain her excitement. "Oh how I miss him so."
"Okay so the ones going there are R.O.B, Ganondorf, (LTP)Zelda, and Dreambert. Anyone else ?" Asked Palutena.
"Actually I would like to volunteer." Erven raised his hand. "Me and my companions saved my father from being tortured from a monster, and I would like to help R.O.B with that."
"Do you have an extra room ?" Asked Rab as he wished to join as well. "I would like to help to reunite the robot with his creator back."
"Yes, but I believe six people is the limit, alright then let's go." Dreambert entered the dream portal followed by the rest of Dream team.
"Next is us then." Said Red as he's standing with Blue, Green, Ness, and Shulk. "I'll be going to the Tin Tower while everyone else return the Pokemon we found at Shulk's homeworld."
"Hey Red wait !" Shouted Sonic.
"What is it ?" Asked Red.
"Since you're an expert when it comes to Pokemon, what about the one that feeding energy in my world ?" Asked Sonic.
"Oh that giant Xurkitree, here this is for you." Red handed Sonic blue pokeballs. "Those are called Beast Balls, it's a special pokeballs designed to capture Ultra Beasts, Elio and Selene handed some to us during our visit to Alola, of course I would recommend you to weakened it first before capturing."
"So there's going to be a fight huh ? I suppose it can't always be easy." Sonic take the Beast Balls.
Red then used his golden plate and teleported everyone back to Pokemon World.
("Mewtwo and I are going to investigate the portal inside the volcano on Isle Delfino.") Stated Lucario.
"We're going with you." Said Agent 3.
"We'd like to talk to Li'l Judd, that doing this won't help anyone." Added Agent 4.
("Well you seemed to know him more, so alright you two are coming with us.") Mewtwo teleported everyone back to Mt. Corona.
"Well I'm going back to Grand Metropolis, can't let that thing keep draining our energy now can we ? Anyone like to come ?" Offered Sonic.
"I love to, but I think I'm going to be busy teaching the rapidly aging kids and the medieval people about technology." Answered Tails.
"Well I'm going with Sonic, this time I'm not letting you get away from me." Amy grabbing Sonic's hand with a strong grip.
"Geez will you let go it's not like I can go anywhere while there's a huge problem like this, and seriously I think we need more people, I doubt just the two of us can beat that gigantic walking cables."
"If you need extra hand then let me come." Volunteered Meta Knight.
"You can count me in too." Volunteered Rosalina.
"Perfect ! Meta Knight and Rosalina you two have incredible powers, this should be a lot easier with you two on board, oh and we also need Jigglypuff for this as well." Sonic grabbed Jigglypuff and dragged it with him. "All done, time to go then." Sonic used his golden plate and teleport his team back to his world.
"We're up a-next !" Exclaimed Mario as he's going to the Star Hill going alongside him is Chrom, Lissa, Yoshi, Geno, and Peach.
"Are you sure you're not going Sumia ?" Asked Chrom.
"Sorry, but not yet, I need to get back in shape first, I was thinking of heading to the gym to do some exercise, once I'm back to my prime I will join you should you have another mission." Answered Sumia.
"Okay then, with this we can end all of our problems in one fell swoop." Stated Chrom.
"The Star Road won't grant any wishes without the authorization of a star warrior, so I'm going to have to vouch so that your wishes will come true." Explained Geno.
"A place where wishes do come true ? It sounds like a fairy tale came to life !" Exclaimed Lissa excitedly.
"Yes, but there's also a danger to that, especially with people with selfish and malicious wishes, should it be granted it will bring ruin to the world." Geno warns Lissa that not everyone have a good intention wishes.
"Sadly I do believe that, should someone like Validar heard of this he will wished for Grima to re-enter my body or maybe survive without a vessel or anything like that." Added Robin.
"Aww, there's a wish granting place out there and yet they won't use it for others as well." Lissa pouted after hearing such cynical comments. "It's not like you can only made one wish right ?"
"No, but that's just how some people are, now let's go, at least the wishes we make won't be just for ourselves but for others as well." And at Geno's command Mario used his golden plate and teleported away from the mansion.
Next group leaving is Isabelle and Yuu.
"We won't be leaving for long, we just need to clarify my absence with the mayor." Said Isabelle.
"I'm coming as moral support." Added Yuu as the he used his golden plate to teleport away.
Next is Corrin, Kana, Bayonetta, and Lilith.
"We're going to Valla to bring the Telethias back to Bionis." Stated Corrin.
"I'm coming with them, if there are dead Telethia I'll just use my magic to put them in suspended animation." Said Bayonetta.
"Kana and I will ask around Nohr to asked if they see any Telethias escaping Valla, if there's none then we will head to Hoshido." Corrin then used his golden plate to teleport the four of them back to his homeworld.
"I'm also going back to Hyrule, the people must be panicking with me gone." Remarked Zelda.
"I'm going with you in case things gets ugly." Link offered to come with Zelda.
"Thank you Link, let's go to Castle Town." Zelda used her magic to teleport herself and Link back to Hyrule.
"I need to get back home as well, my dad must be worried sick." Stated Lucas as he ready to teleport with the golden plate, however Diddy stops him.
"Not alone you're not, I'm coming with you." Volunteered Diddy.
"As will I." Toon Link also offered to join.
"Hold on, you're not leaving without me as well." Jr. Also offered to come ready with his clown car and magic paintbrush
"Thanks you guys, now let us go." Lucas then teleported back to his world with Diddy, Jr., and Toon Link.
"Well they're all gone, but the mansion is still crowded though, but I'm sure the mansion can house this many people." Commented Fox.
Krystal then approached Fox. "Say Fox, you said that you were summoned in the first tournament right ? I'd really like to hear the story about the first time you're summoned to this world."
"Honestly I'm curious about that too, Kirby the same thing happened to you right ? No wonder you're the hero of Dream Land." Stated Taranza.
"I'm also curious about this tournament, how are you able to participate ?" Asked Hendrik.
"Well for starters the tournament is invitation only, and it takes place in this world, that means you'll be yanked from your world to this world." Explained Fox.
Fox then continued. "Now where was I ? Oh yeah, it's all started when we first summoned to this world."
Flashback...
"Mmmnnngh..." Mario slowly opened his eyes as he slowly regain his vision. "Mama mia ! Where am a-i ?" Mario looked around and he seemed to find himself inside what it looks like a fancy building.
He looked behind to see 7 more people also waking up as they regain their vision. Of course one of them is familiar to Mario. "Yoshi ?"
Mario approached Yoshi, and it seems this Yoshi is the one that familiar with also shows confusion as it wandering where this is.
"So you don't a-know either huh ?" Said Mario.
Yoshi making a hand and bodily gesture to better explain itself to Mario.
"Oh I see, you were a-sleeping on your home in Yoshi Island, and next thing you know you're here ? I just got a-home after saving Princess Peach from Bowser again, I don't remember what happened and a-now I'm here." Explained Mario.
Mario then looked around to see many other figures he's not familiar with. There's a pink puffball, a pointy eared humanoid dressed in green, an anthropomorphic fox, armored figure, and few others, except there's one more figure he did recognize.
"Donkey Kong !" Shouted Mario. "Is a-this you're doing !?"
"Mario !? Wait no this isn't my doing ! If anything I had no idea why or how I got here either." Answered DK.
"Uugh...where is this ? Excuse me but does anyone know where we are ?" Asked the warrior in green.
"Sorry, but we don't know either." Stated DK.
"I see, well anyway my name's Link, I'm on my way to defeat the demon king Ganondorf, but somehow I ended up here." Explained Link. "I propose we work together to get out of here."
"I second that that motion." Fox then approached the group. "Name's Fox McCloud, leader of the mercenary group Star Fox, we just beat up an evil mad scientist bent on taking over the Lylat System, best to work together if we don't know where we are."
"So you're Fox McCloud ? Your reputation preceded you." Said the armored figure.
"Umm..thanks ? And you are ?" Asked Fox.
"I'm Samus Aran, perhaps you've heard of me ?" Asked Samus.
"No way ! Samus Aran the Hunter ! Yes I've heard of you, but I always thought you were an urban legend !" Exclaimed Fox.
"I assure you I'm very real, spoke my name and it will strike fear to the hearts of Space Pirates." Stated Samus.
"Well it's an honor to meet the famous hunter." Fox extend his hand.
"Likewise leader of Star Fox." Samus shakes Fox's hand.
"So..Mr. Aran are you ?" Before Link can continue Samus stop him.
"Mr ? Oh I see, it's the suit is it." Samus dematerialized her suit revealing a beautiful blonde haired woman, this left the others shocked with their mouths open. "Surprised ? This is how I looked like."
Fox regained his composure after closing his mouth. "Wait ! The famous Samus Aran is a woman ?"
"Well not many people knows my true identity, and I never bothered correcting them either, but yes I'm a woman." Explained Samus as she rematerialize her suit.
"Okay that aside what about those two ?" DK pointed at Pikachu and Kirby.
"Umm...hello can you talk ?" Asked Link.
"I can." Answered Kirby. "But this one only says pika pika."
"Whoa it talks !" Link is surprised by what he see. "Oh...sorry about that reaction."
"Mind introducing yourself then ?" Asked Mario.
"Oh right, my name is Kirby, and I came from Planet Popstar." Kirby introduced himself.
"Planet Popstar ? I've known about it, but it's categorized as a backwater planet." Said Fox.
"That's what it said on the Galactic Federation planet classification too." Added Samus.
"So I take it none of a-you had any idea where we are ?" Asked Mario.
"No, I only remember I defeated Mother Brain, and then I got here." Stated Samus. "What about you Kirby ?"
"I only remember that it wasn't long since I defeated Dark Matter, and then I return home, go to bed, and I woke up here." Answered Kirby.
"I see, but from the looks of it we seemed to be inside of a castle or mansion, either way the interior does looks fancy." Commented Link.
"Agreed, it's not to different from Princess Peach's Castle." Mario observed the room.
Suddenly everything went dark and pitch black, surprising the heroes. As they all begin to panic, what it seems to be a spotlight shine on Mario.
A bombastic voice can be heard introducing the plumber. "Ladies and gentlemen ! He's the hero of Mushroom Kingdom, savior of Princess Peach ! Dressed like a plumber but with a degree in heroism, I present to you none other than...MAAAARRRRIIIIIOOOOO !
And then a second spotlight shine on DK. "And our contestant number two ! Once a rival to Mario, but the plumber and the Kong's have buried the hatchet, grandson of Cranky Kong, protector of Kong Island, and the current holder of the Donkey Kong Mantle iiiiiiisssss DONKEY KONG !
Now the spotlight shone on Link. "Don't let his pretty face fool you, chosen by the Triforce of courage, inheritor of the spirit of the hero, Champion of Goddess Farore, he's the hero destined to save Hyrule from evil I give you LLLLIIIIINNNNKKKK !
The next spotlight shone on Samus. "Losing her parents at young age to the space pirates, this lady adopted by the Chozo and trained in the ways of combat, joined the Galactic Federation before going solo, this lady struck fear to the hearts of Space Pirates, I give you SAMUS ARAN !"
The next spotlight flashed on Yoshi. "Born on Yoshi Island, chosen as one of the seven star children, protecting them from the Koopa wizard Kamek, a loyal mount and friend to the hero of Mushroom Kingdom, YOOOOSSSHHIIII !"
Next is Kirby. "The pink puffball of Planet Popstar, also don't be fooled by his cutesy appearance, this round, mean, eating machine, nothing and no one will be safe once he opened his mouth, I present to you KIIIIRRRRRBBBBBYYYYYY !"
The spotlight now on Fox. "Born in Planet Papetoon, and student at Corneria Military before going independent, not even the psychotic Andross is no match for him, the leader of Star Fox Team FOX MCCLOUD !"
And Pikachu receive the last spotlight. "Kept at Professor Oak's lab, this little fella remains trainerless until one talented trainer picked him up and raised him to become a powerful Pokemon, challenging trainers, gym leaders, elite four, and the champion themselves, alongside his trainer I give you PIKACHU !"
"Where is that voice coming from ? And why does he knows my past ?" Samus frantically looking around.
The room then turned bright again, and now they all see a giant floating hand in front of them.
"Greetings everyone ! Welcome to the World of Trophy, I'm the creator of this world, you may know me as Master Hand." The floating hand introduced himself. "All of you are chosen to compete in the first ever SUPER SMASH BROS TOURNAMENT !" As Master Hand announce the tournament a fanfare music, confetti's, and balloons appeared out of nowhere. "Heroes from different worlds pitted against one another, who will become champion ? Nobody knows ! And that's the beauty of it, having so many powerful figures fighting against each other determining the winner is incredibly difficult."
After hearing this Link is very incensed. "What ! So you're the one who bring us here !? I have you know I don't have time to play around in a tournament ! Hyrule is..."
"Yes, yes I know Hyrule turned into an unhabitable wasteland, ruled by the evil Ganondorf I know what's going on duuuhhh..." Master Hand interjected in the rudest way possible. "But that won't be a problem, the World of Trophy located in a slightly higher plane of existence, while you're here competing in the tournament time is stopped in your worlds, so once I sent you all back it's as if you never leave at all...of course I'm going to erase your memories after this anyway."
"Of your gonna erase our memories anyway why even bother summoning us ? Don't tell me you only want us to fight for your entertainment ?" Asked Samus.
"Oh no, not as shallow as that, and besides though you may forget about your time in this world, your body will subconsciously remember the fighting you have here, you can keep any new powers you gain here, all of you are going to face many more dangers once you're back home, so why not polish your skills even more while you're here." Answered Master Hand.
"Well if what you said is true then actually I'm all for it, I actually wanted to test my skill against the Hunter herself." Fox agreed to staying in the World of Trophy.
"The leader of Star Fox as my opponent ? Can't say I'm not curious myself." Replied Samus.
"Pika, pika pika pikaka !" Exclaimed Pikachu.
Master Hand translated it's speech. "Don't worry Pikachu, like I said time is stopped while you're in my tournament, Red won't know you're missing and you still get to go to Sevii Islands, I've heard that the next Islands seemed to have Pokemons not native to Kanto, makes your blood boils does it ?"
"Excuse a-me Master Hand, but is this an animal ?" Asked Mario pointing at Pikachu.
"Pikachu ? Why yes technically, Pikachu is a Pokemon, monsters who inhabit their world, there's so many species of them, in that world humans captures Pokemon and raise them, humans who do that are called Pokemon trainers, trainers and Pokemons work together to reach the Pokemon's combat potential, well mostly, just like any other animals Pokemon serves as pets, and since they have unique powers they can also help in other fields such as construction, medical, culinary, and many more." Master Hand explains the Pokemon World.
"Humans and monsters working together ? That's rather hard to believe." Samus still sounds skeptical, the same goes for Link.
"I don't have a reason to lie, that's just how their world works, now you can get to know each other later, for now I'll direct you to your rooms, this mansion will be your place to stay while you're here." Master Hand then lead everyone to their rooms, and once he's done. "I'll return here later, so until then feel free to explore the mansion or getting to know each other." Master Hand then teleported away.
The heroes enjoying their fancy room as it has everything, beds, table, tv, computer, any kind of luxury anyone can imagine, but some decided to explore the mansion.
"Everything's too fancy here, can't say I'm very comfortable with it." Link left his room to explore the mansion.
Smash Mansion - Living Room
Link headed to the living room, where he saw Pikachu, Yoshi, Kirby, and Samus.
Samus used her Scan Visor to scan Pikachu, and much to her surprise despite appearance Pikachu have incredible fighting experience, and possess many techniques unfamiliar to Samus.
"Thunderbolt ? Thunder ? Agility ? Slam ? Is this what you're capable of ?" Asked Samus which Pikachu nodded.
"It seems to understand what you're saying." Commented Kirby.
"Hey that's right ! We all came from different worlds and yet we can understand each other perfectly !" Exclaimed Link which garnered the others attention.
"Really ? Now did you mentioned it it's true, in fact to me you speak Dream Land language, oh Dream Land is the name of the country in Planet Popstar, ruled by the greedy King Dedede." Said Kirby.
"Maybe this world have something that made us understand what each other is saying." Speculated Samus as she dematerialize her suit.
"Still though Yoshi and Pikachu can't speak." Fox then came in to the living room.
"Well they are technically animals, giving them ability to speak means they're gaining sentience, also it would freak out the humans if Pokemons can't talk." Explained Samus.
"I suppose it is, by the way miss Aran.." Samus then interjects Link.
"Just Samus is fine." Insisted the bounty hunter.
"Right Samus, how did you summon your armor like that ? It's very convenient, what kind of magic did you use ?" Asked a curious Link.
"Magic ? No this suit is made by science, it's an invention of the Chozo, the alien race who raised me after my parents died, although their technology does seemed borderline supernatural at times." Explained Samus.
"Do you really still believe in magic ? Magic isn't real." Stated Fox.
"Magic is real, Ganondorf and Princess Zelda possess such power !" Link defending the existence of magic.
"Fox, maybe a-magic is something you never seen, but that doesn't mean it's not real, after all both magic and science exist in my world." Mario then came to the living room.
"Let's not forget we all came from different worlds, they must have something in their worlds that our worlds don't." Added Samus.
Fox scratches his head as he apologized. "Yeah I guess you're right, I don't have many chances to leave the Lylat System, I guess I still don't know what's out there."
"Just hope there won't be any clash of cultures, anyway Samus I'm a-sorry your parents are gone." Stated Mario.
"Thanks, just like what Master Hand said, space pirates were responsible for that, specifically their high ranking member Ridley, which is why I will hunt them down and make sure no one suffers at their hands." Declared Samus.
"What about everyone's parents ?" Asked Mario.
"I never met my parents, the Great Deku Tree explains that I was never a Kokiri, that my mother hid me in the Kokiri Forest, I never knew until the Great Deku Tree told me everything." Answered Link.
"Whoa whoa whoa back it up, you said it like a tree is taking to you !" Exclaimed Fox.
"That's right, the Great Deku Tree is a talking tree, you don't have talking trees in your world ?" Asked Link.
"Of course not ! The idea of a tree talking is unbelievable !" Exclaimed Fox.
"Not to me, there's a talking tree in my Planet Popstar, his name is Whispy Woods, he's one of King Dedede's subordinates." Answered Kirby.
"Okay okay coming here really challenges everything I know." Fox is pinching his forehead
Donkey Kong then entered the living room. "Hey you guys."
"Oh right, you and Mario came from the same worlds right ?" Asked Samus.
"Yeah, Mario have a history with my grandpa, see there's this beautiful human lady that caught my grandpa's attention and Mario always safe her from him." Explained DK.
"Please don't tell me he did that because he likes her romantically." Samus seemed creeps out.
"Yeah, sentient or not, that's not the kind of relationship worth pursuing." Fox agreed with Samus.
"So Mario how is Pauline ?" Asked DK.
"Yeah, we sorta parted ways, and I haven't seen her since, but I assure a-you we broke a-up in amicable terms." Clarified Mario.
"Well grandpa also learned his lesson, and besides we have other enemy to worried about, the Kremlings, King K. Rool have been trying to eliminate the Kongs, but we always foil his evil schemes." Boasted DK.
"Your family is as large as ever ?" Asked Mario.
"Yep, there's grandpa, Diddy, Dixie, Tiny, Lanky, Funky...etc." DK goes on and on about his clan.
"At least one of us still have family, my father was betrayed by his teammate Pigma Dengar." Stated Fox.
"Pigma ? I know he's a wanted criminal, but to think he did that to your father, my condolences Fox." Samus sympathize with Fox.
"Yeah thanks, I already take him down though, and if he survived the encounter, I'm always ready to hunt him down." Said Fox with determination.
"Okay I think enough with the depressing talk, we should explore the mansion, who knows what we will find here, I believe we should take advantage of the opportunity." DK rallied everyone to explore the mansion which they all agree.
As they walked around the mansion is huge and seems to have everything, there's kitchen, many bathrooms, game room full of arcade machines, video games, etc, library, beauty salon, gym, beautiful garden, storage room, etc...
And as they all done exploring Master Hand teleported in front of the heroes. Surprising them, but not scaring them.
"Aww..boo, I was hoping for more freak out reaction." Master Hand voiced his disappointment.
"Yeah I've beaten demonic looking horseman that can enter paintings, so this isn't a surprise to me." Commented Link.
"I have entered an abandoned castle infested with a-ghosts." Added Mario.
"I battled Dark Matter." Continued Kirby.
"And you don't want to know what you can find on outer space." Said Fox with Samus nodding.
"Pika pika pika."
"Yes yes, you've been to Lavender Tower seeing ghost type Pokemons, fighting trainers possessed by ghosts, Okay fine, let's just get this over with, this is what I get for summoning battle hardened people." Master Hand snapped his finger and teleported the heroes outside.
Arena
The heroes teleported outside the mansion, they arrived in an arena like location and there's an empty audience seat outside the field.
"Is this where we will be fighting ?" Asked DK.
"Yes, yes it is, now the rules are simple, all you need to do is to fight until the opponent can't fight anymore, in other words a duel to the death !" Everyone gasped in shock at Master Hand's announcement. "Relax I'm only kidding, and besides you can't actually kill anyone in this world after all."
"Wait ? It's impossible to die here ?" Asked Link.
"Well technically you can die of old age here, but by other means, well just let me demonstrate." Master Hand without warning struck down Mario with a laser, as it was a surprise attack Mario didn't have time to defend, as he fell he transformed into a trophy. The others can only look in shock.
"What the ! Mario ! He, he turned into a trophy !?" Exclaimed DK as he examined the Mario trophy.
"Yep, that's what would happen if people here 'die' by unnatural means." Explained Master Hand.
"Is there any way he can be back to normal ?" Asked Fox.
"Of course there is, DK tapped the trophy podium." DK followed Master Hand's instruction and tapped the trophy podium, the trophy is shining and Mario back to normal.
"What a-happened ?" Mario holding his head.
"Mario ! You're alive !" DK hugged Mario.
"That's what happened should you fall in battle in this world, all you have to do is to tap the podium to have the trophy revert back to a person, be warned though, if no one ever tapped the podium they will be trophified forever." Explained Master Hand.
"Good to know, at least we can't die here." Remarked Samus.
"I guess we can go all out and not holding back without fear of killing anyone." Stated Fox.
"That's the spirit ! Now since there's eight of you there's going to be four matches. 1st match Mario vs Link, 2nd match Fox vs Kirby, 3rd match Samus vs Donkey Kong, 4th match Pikachu vs Yoshi. Mario and Link I'll give you 10 minutes to prepare, while the others take a seat at the audience bench." As Mario and Link preparing for their match the others took a seat to watch the match.
"So uh ? Are we the only audience here ?" Asked Kirby.
"Yes, because there aren't any living beings in this world, well there are those robots in Isle of Ancients, but they pretty much came from another world, and never bother leave the island so it's not really any concern of mine." Explained Master Hand.
As Mario and Link ready for a fight they stand facing each other in the field.
"Whoever loses no hard feelings." Stated Link.
"Definitely no, but I don't a-plan to lose." Remarked Mario.
"Alright then, although I forgot to ask this before but, where are your weapons ? And not to mention you don't exactly look like a hero." Commented Link.
Meanwhile some at the peanut gallery also agreed with Link. "He has a point though, Mario doesn't exactly look like someone who's able to save the day." Remarked Samus.
"Don't judge a book by its cover, i pull Mario to this world isn't random or on a whim." Replied Master Hand.
"I assure a-you Link, there's a reason why I'm the savior of Mushroom Kingdom." Retorted Mario.
Master Hand then floated to the field and begin the match. "Okay are you ready ? 3..2..1 FIGHT !"
With the battle start Link charged at Mario with his sword on his right hand and shield in left hand. Link swing his sword horizontally, but Mario jumped to dodge the attack, he generate fireball in his right hand and throw it at Link, which the Hylian block with his shield. Mario landed on the ground and smash the ground with his fist, the punch creating a shock wave that caused Link to fall from loss of balance.
Mario seize the chance to finish Link off as he put his hand in front of Link and unleash a stream of fire on him, Link then used Nayru's Love, creating a barrier that protects him from Mario's fire.
As Nayru's Love consume a lot of magic power the barrier soon dissipates, Mario then rush towards Link, as he's about to punch the Hylian Link can only stays on the defensive guarding himself with his shield, Mario repeatedly punching the shield, and thanks to his superhuman strength every punch pushing Link backwards. And as Mario readies another punch Link used Farore's Wind to teleport away from Mario.
Link reappeared behind Mario and hit him with his megaton hammer, while Mario fell to the floor he doesn't seem hurt much as he has superhuman durability. Mario grabbed the hammer and engaged in tug of war with Link, and as Link didn't wear his gauntlets Mario is winning the tug of war and throw the hammer away.
Mario punch Link in the face and send the Hylian flying across the field. He then rushed towards Link again.
"This guy is stronger then I think, I really underestimate him, well no more." Link activate his hover boots and fly above, dodging Mario's attack. Link then pull out his ocarina and begin playing the Song of Time, Mario felt like his body started moving slowly, realizing this he create a huge fireball and throw it above.
As Link continued playing, he starting to feel hot all of a sudden, as he opens his eyes he saw a huge fireball falling towards him, as he only focused on Mario the fireball isn't affected by the song, Link got hit by the huge fireball and fell down to the ground.
As Link opened his eyes he saw Mario jumping and about to punch him, Link then pull out his hookshot and grabbed Mario's leg, he swing it and slammed Mario to the ground, Link then throw several bombs at Mario while he's down. The bomb exploded and creating a thick smoke.
Link believe he's won, howeveas the dust settles Mario slowly emerge from the smoke, surprising Link. Mario the swings his hand horizontally, shooting a crescent shape fire energy towards Link, but the Hylian used the mirror shield to protect himself, Mario's fire got reflected back, as Mario ducked to dodge the attack. Link shoot his hookshot again at Mario, but the plumber caught it, he then used it to throw Link, but the Hylian once again saved by his hover boots.
Mario throw fireballs again and again towards Link, the Hylian struggles to dodge the barrage of fireballs coming at him. With Link is distracted turns out Mario is under him, grabbing his boots and forcibly removed it, with one shoe off, Link is losing his balance, Mario seize the chance to grab the other shoe and removed it from Link, causing the Hylian to fall.
Link then grabbed his sword and slashed Mario several times, before kicking him, Link rushed him once again, however since Mario knows martial arts, he grabbed Link's wrist and disarmed him from his sword, he also did the same with his shield. Mario trapped Link in a bear hug and burn the Hylian alive with his fire, with Link turns into a trophy Mario is delcared the winner.
"AND THE WINNER IS MARIO !" Shouted Master Hand.
The other heroes except Yoshi and DK we're surprised by what they see, despite Mario's appearance he have the strength of a hero, prompting the others not to judge by their cover.
Mario approached the trophified Link and touch his trophy stand, reverting Link back to normal.
Mario then offered his hand to the Hylian, Link in show of good sportsmanship shook Mario's hand.
"That was incredible, I'm sorry I judge you by your appearance, I should've known better." Stated Link.
"That's a-okay, you put up quite a fight yourself, I can see why you're the hero of your own a-world." Mario complimented Link.
"Okay you both shows great sportsmanship, next battle please !" Mario and Link left the field and head to the audience seat, while Fox and Kirby head to the field.
"Guess you're my opponent then, I suppose I shouldn't underestimate you." Fox readying his blaster.
"No you better not, I've deal with my fair share of strong monsters myself." Stated Kirby.
"Alright are you ready ? FIGHT !" The 2nd match now begin.
"Fox run towards Kirby, but he stopped halfway, he crouched and pull out his blaster and begin shooting at Kirby, but the puffball jump around to dodge the incoming attacks, Fox then rushed towards Kirby, he jumped and dive kick at the pink puffball, Kirby got hit and fell down to the ground.
Fox walked closer and about to perform an axe kick, however Kirby able to catch Fox's leg before it hits Kirby, he then got up, lifted Fox and throw him away. As he's thrown away Fox able to recover in midair and landed safely. Fox activate his booster and engulfed in flame, which somehow Fox is unharmed despite engulfed by flames.
Fox dashed towards Kirby, however what Fox and everyone else didn't expect was not only Kirby not moving, but he opened his mouth and swallowed Fox whole, and spit him out in seconds, Fox's fire is extinguished, and since Kirby swallowed Fox while he's engulfed in flames, he gained the fire ability. A fire is formed on Kirby's head.
As Fox still processing what just happened a stream of fire about to hit Fox, but the pilot quickly roll over to dodge the attack.
"What the !?" Fox is surprised by Kirby's new appearance, Kirby dashed towards Fox, engulfing himself in flames, and creating a trail of fire Kirby able to land a hit on Fox, sending the pilot flying a bit.
Kirby generate and throw several fireballs towards Fox, however Fox activate his reflector shield and causing the fires to bounce of him and reflected back to Kirby, Kirby create a wall made out of fire to protect himself, and as the wall dissipates a blaster projectile coming towards Kirby and he got hit by the blaster projectile.
The impact caused Kirby to fell backwards, Fox run towards Kirby and punch the pink puffball followed by a roundhouse kick, and then Fox pull out a smart bomb and activate it.
As the bomb fly towards Kirby, the puffball inhale the bomb, transforming him into bomb Kirby. Fox and the others noticed that the hat on Kirby's head changes, signifying a change in abilities. In this form Kirby begin throwing barrage of bombs towards Fox as he frantically running away to dodge the incoming attacks.
However as Fox busy dodging the bombs from above he fails to notice the bomb below, the bomb exploded and Fox got sent flying behind, this gives Kirby an opportunity as Fox unable to defend himself Kirby throw many bombs again and Fox is got hit by the barrage of bombs, transforming him into a trophy.
"AAANNNNDD THE WINNER IS KIRBY !" Announced Master Hand. "It's brilliant how the bombs you threw we're mere distraction, and while Fox is distracted you roll a bomb like a bowling ball, catching Fox off guard."
"Thank you, I have practice with my various copy abilities." Said Kirby as he approached the trophified Fox. Kirby touched the trophy stand and Fox reverted back to normal.
"I guess I lost, that's a shame, but can't argue with the result, you really are a force to be reckoned with." Fox and Kirby shakes hands, also showing good sportsmanship. They both left the field, and next Samus and DK leave the audience seat and went to the field.
"Okay 3rd match Samus vs Donkey Kong ! Are you ready !? Fight !
"I'm not going to go easy on you just because you're a chick." DK is swinging his right arm.
"Obviously not, I'm well aware of the risk once I decide to take this line of work." Samus readying her arm cannon.
DK charged towards Samus, he jumped and ready to punch her, however Sis turned into a morph ball and dodge DK's diving punch, causing him to hit the ground instead, the impact destroys the ground, creating cracks on the ground.
Samus reverted back and commented DK's strength. "Such incredible strength, but it's nothing new to me." Samus aimed her arm cannon to DK and fired off a charged beam, DK got hit by the blast and sent flying a fair distance.
Still down DK isn't standing up just yet, he slammed the floor with his right fist, causing minor shockwave that makes Samus lose her balance, DK did the same thing again this time with both his fists, shaking the ground and causing Samus to fall down.
DK got up and rushed towards Samus and punched her, sending her flying a fair distance, as DK rushing in again Samus transform into her morph ball form again and spin around DK she threw bombs in this form, as she rolls around DK bombs are thrown in the morph ball form, the bombs suddenly go off as DK is engulfed in the explosion, Samus then turn back to normal.
As Samus thinks she wins DK leap from the smoke and throwing punched to Samus, however she's able to dodge the first strike, she failed to dodge the second punch, but she was able to block it, DK the slapped her side as she fell down, Samus take a step back and fired off grapple beam aimed at DK's tie.
DK resisting the pull, he grabbed the grapple beam and pulling Samus to him, however Samus also possessing super strength and the two ended up doing a tug of war with no side seems to be budging.
Samus then deactivate her grapple beam as realizing this isn't going anywhere, she then fired off missiles towards DK, as the missiles getting closer DK clapped his hands and generate a shockwave from the clap, disorienting the missiles as they missed DK.
DK punched the ground and pull out a piece of the floor and throw it at Samus, the bounty hunter fired a charge shot and destroy the boulder, as Samus is distracted DK charged towards her and slammed her to the floor, with DK pinning Samus to the floor he punched the bounty hunter repeatedly with his right hand as he pinned down Samus arm cannon with his left hand, damaging her power suit.
Samus thinking quickly to free herself, she charged her shot at full power, however as her arm cannon is pinned down by DK she move her arm to aim at her waist, which is where DK's legs are, Samus fired her shot and hit DK on the leg, the ape jumped in pain, freeing Samus from his grip.
With badly beaten Samus decided to end the match right here and now, Samus surrounded herself with electric aura, and as DK about back to the ground Samus jumped and somersault the gorilla and attack the ape with screw attack technique.
The attack is so strong DK ended up cut in half and transformed into a trophy. With that the battle is over and Master Hand declared Samus is the winner.
"AND THE WINNER IS SAMUS ARAN !"
Samus then walked over to the trophified DK and tapped the trophy stand, reverting him back to normal. "That was a great match, you really are a formidable opponent Donkey Kong."
"Yeah, you too Samus, looks like I have more training to do when I get home." Samus and DK shook each other's hands as they also shows good sportsmanship. They left the field to start the 4th match as Pikachu and Yoshi left the audience seat and head to the field.
As Yoshi and Pikachu stand on the opposing side Master Hand plays the referee again. "Ready...FIGHT !" Mario is cheering for Yoshi from the seat.
Yoshi run towards Pikachu and extend it's tongue at the Pokemon, however Pikachu dodge the tongue by leaping to the side, Yoshi retract it's tongue, and extend it again, but this time it touched Pikachu, Pikachu struggled to break free, but Yoshi sticky tongue made that hard to do as Pikachu is pulled by Yoshi and about to be swallowed.
Pikachu seeing no other choice used Thunderbolt, electrocuting Yoshi's tongue and mouth, the dinosaur experience severe pain as it's insides got fried by electricity.
With Yoshi down Pikachu able to release itself from Yoshi's tongue, despite Pikachu seemingly won, Yoshi not yet defeated as the dinosaur got up, albeit with difficulty, there are soots in it's face and body.
Yoshi then jumped and Ground Pound the floor, destroying the floor and creating a massive shockwave which knocks Pikachu a short distance, Yoshi once again charge in and whack Pikachu with it's tail. Yoshi then summoned egg shells and encase itself inside a large egg, the dinosaur then roll around and run over Pikachu, sending the Pokemon flying again.
As Pikachu got up, Yoshi who is still inside the egg begin rolling again, somehow know where Pikachu is as the dinosaur headed towards the Pokemon. Pikachu then used Agility to avoid the incoming Egg Roll.
Yoshi can't keep up as Pikachu's Agility allows the Pokemon move in incredible speed. Pikachu move around the battlefield with Agility confusing Yoshi as it doesn't know where to move as Pikachu hop from one place to another in lightning speed, Pikachu then stopped and used Slam as it tackles the large egg, Pikachu follows by using Thunderbolt to destroy the egg Yoshi's in.
Yoshi got up and saw Pikachu gunning at it, Pikachu then used another Thunderbolt, but Yoshi quicky jumped and used it's signature Flutter Jump to stay in midair, making Pikachu missed it's attack.
Yoshi then used Ground Pound again as it descends to the ground with high speed and once again destroying the floor, creating cracks and creating shockwave which knocks Pikachu away.
Yoshi extend it's tongue once again to swallow Pikachu, but this time as Yoshi's tongue touched Pikachu Yoshi started to feel strange, as it's body is feeling numb.
"Yoshi ! What a-happened ! You almost got a-him !" Shouted Mario.
Master Hand who knows what's going on provide commentary. "Ooh could it be ? Yoshi's paralyzed !? Looks like Pikachu's passive ability Static activate just in time ! One touch of this yellow mouse and your body will feel numb !"
"Wait ! Numb by a touch ? Is Pikachu a poisonous species !?" Exclaimed Fox.
"No Mr. McCloud there's nothing venomous about Pikachu, that mostly reserved to poison type pokemon, Pikachu is electric type, big difference." Replied Master Hand.
With Yoshi's paralyzed Pikachu seize the chance to strike as it runs towards Yoshi and use Slam on the green dinosaur. Knocking the dinosaur away, Pikachu tried to gather energy to finished the fight, and soon a storm cloud is formed above and a powerful lightning descend from the storm cloud and struck Yoshi, the lightning's too powerful it incinerate Yoshi and turn it into a trophy.
"AND THE WINNER IS PIKACHU !" Announced Master Hand. "Congratulations on learning Thunder, now you know five moves, and don't worry you'll be able to remember all the moves you learned now that you came to this world."
Pikachu nodded and went to the Yoshi trophy, Pikachu touched the trophy stand and Yoshi's reverted back to normal.
Pikachu and Yoshi bowed to each other, showing respect of each other's skills and no hard feelings on each other as they head back to the audience seat.
"And that concludes the first round of the tournament, you know now that I think about it I may have to make a few changes, I find some of you are too overpowered compare to the others, I may have to put some restrictions to make things fair, well either way that's all for now, we can continue the round two tomorrow, everyone you can go back to the mansion and rest." Master Hand teleported the heroes back to the mansion.
Smash Mansion - Living Room
The heroes reappeared in the living room, they decide to sit at the couch and talk about the fights earlier.
"I have to a-say watching your matches is amazing, although some a bit disturbing." Mario looked at Samus.
"Well I'm not really apologizing to that, we'd all agree what's going to happen." Retorted Samus.
"Speaking of which what's it like turned into a trophy ?" Asked Kirby.
"Hard to say, I didn't think I feel anything." Answered Link.
"Same here, I guess it's no different from being unconscious or asleep." Added DK.
"And as you revived us, all our wounds were healed, our fatigues go e, and our stuff went back to us." Said Fox.
"Oh yeah I drop some of my stuff when fighting Mario, but I guess when i become trophified all my stuff automatically returns to me." Added Link.
"I guess there are convenience turned into a trophy, people can't steal your stuff." Remarked Samus.
"As scary to admit it maybe we can hone our combat skills here, we can go all out without worry of killing anyone !" Exclaimed Fox.
"I don't a-know, we could ended up not having problems with killing people." Replied a concerned Mario.
"Raise your hands if you have blood on your hands." Said Samus as she raised her hand.
Fox, Kirby, Yoshi, raised their hands, while Mario, DK, and Pikachu didn't.
"I'm my a-defense Bowser is impossible to a-kill." Mario crossed his arms.
"I can say the same thing about King K. Rool." Added DK.
"Pika pika." No one can understand Pikachu.
"I guess in Pikachu's world the way Master Hand put it pokemon battles are like sport ?" Questioned Fox.
"Like what ? Bloodsport ? That's...I can't say I accept that." Said Samus.
"Pika pika pika !" Pikachu shakes it's head and making signs to Samus, apparently trying to correct her.
"I'm guessing Pikachu is saying it's not as bad as you think ?" Guessed Kirby.
"Well do you see how he fights earlier, it looks like he has plenty of experience in combat, still though it surprises me how a monster able to fight intelligently." Fox commenting on Yoshi and Pikachu fight earlier.
"Master Hand did say pokemon paired with trainers, so maybe Pikachu is trained by a talented trainer ?" Questioned DK.
"We're just going to ask Master Hand about it ourselves." Said Link.
"Still though, encountering strong people from other worlds and we got to test ourselves against them, what an opportunity we got." Stated DK.
"You got that right, I'm still bummed with losing, but it's not all bad." Said Fox.
"The universe is a vast place, though i wonder if we all could meet again after this is done." Pondered Samus.
"Hey why not, Star Fox and Samus Aran team up ? We'd be an unbeatable combo !" Fox showed excitement at the prospect of teaming up.
"Glad you all felt that way." Master Hand then appeared in the living room. "Nearly every single one of you are already one man army back in your home world, and now by putting all of you against each other is a sight to behold."
"Mario, you traveled far and wide to save Princess Peach from Bowser and his minions. Link, you also did the same, and helping a lot of people along the way on your quest to defeat Ganondorf. Donkey Kong, you also able to singlehandedly protect your island from the Kremlings. Samus Aran, after enduring hardship and trained by the Chozo, you have struck fear in the hearts of space pirates. Fox McCloud, your piloting skill and combat training allows you to decimate most of Andross's troops singlehandedly. Kirby, in order to protect your planet you brave long journey to defeat Dark Matter. Yoshi, you risk everything to defeat Kamek and saved the seven star children. Pikachu, under Red's guidance, you and your teammates able to defeat every trainer that challenge you, even the regional champion fall before you."
"Wow Master Hand, you really made us realize the acomplishment we made in our home world." Said Link.
"It's a feat very few are capable, that's why I've chosen you here, I can't say much, but this is just the beginning of your individual adventures, you will experience more hardships, but I know all of you can do it, the gods placed their faith in you." Master Hand give his speech.
"Alright Master Hand, now can you tell us the real reason why you summoned us here ? I doubt it's merely entertainment for the gods to see powerful people clashed to rise to the top." Samus still skeptical with Master Hand reasoning.
"Alright you got me, first I was genuine about creating a tournament for the gods to enjoy, and second, there are many powerful beings out there, and some didn't have the most benevolent of intent, so I'm gathering all of you here, so that one day such forces emerge I can count on you to put an end to them." Explained Master Hand.
Hearing this the room fell to a silence, Mario is the first to break the silence, "in that a-case I accept, I will a-not let evil go unpunished, whether it's on my world or others."
Everyone else nodded, agreeing with Mario.
"Thank you everyone, now that's out of the way I prepare dinner for you." Master Hand teleported everyone to the kitchen and the heroes enjoyed their dinner. Of course they all expressed shock seeing Kirby inhaled a lot of food, devouring many of them himself.
Back to the present...
"Is that how things are the first time ?" Asked Daisy.
"Yep, that's when all of us first met." Answered Fox.
"Okay, so when did Luigi join you guys ?" Daisy asks another question.
"I'm getting to that, so the next morning..."
Flsshback resume...
After dinner the heroes went to sleep to prepare for tomorrow. The next morning the heroes wake up, they get off bed, take a shower, they have a device that automatically clean their clothes so they wore the ones they wear yesterday, just like anyone who got up in the morning they wash their face, brush their teeth, and comb their hair if they have a bedhead.
The heroes leave the room and greeted each other.
"Morning Link, how's your a-sleep ?" Asked Mario.
Link yawn a bit. "It was great really, I never had a bed so comfy, well apart from the palace of course."
The two walked to the living room, they encounter the others as they walked, despite just meeting yesterday all of them seemed to have build camaraderie among them as they way they behave it's as if they known each other whole their lives.
As they all gathered in the living room Master Hand teleported there and make his announcement. "Good morning everyone ! How's last night ? Didn't stay up too late did you ?"
"No, Master Hand, the bed is nice, I slept peacefully." Remarked DK.
"Great, and it seems you all get along just fine ?" Asked Master Hand as he looked the heroes gathered together.
"Yep, we pretty much respect each other's skills, and talk about our adventures back home, we talked about what kind of creatures live in our worlds, our enemies, allies, and so on." Answered Fox.
"I see, boring, I was hoping for more drama or tension among you, especially the losers."
"Yeah, too bad for you I don't want to act like I'm in a reality show." Snarked Fox.
"Not to mention there's nothing real about those 'reality shows' anyway." Added Samus.
"A deity can hope right ? Well anyway, yesterday's match was a great success, the heavenly gods enjoyed the spectacle, which is why I'm going to add more people today ! Just four to be exact." Announced Master Hand.
"Wait what !? You're gonna summon more people here !?" Exclaimed Fox.
"Oh yes Mr. McCloud, I'm going to give those who lost a chance to move to the next round by fighting against the four newcomers." Explained Master Hand. "Now let us off to the Grand Hall, I'm going to summon them there." Master Hand teleported the heroes to the Grand Hall again.
Once again the Grand Hall is pitch black where nothing can be seen. And soon one of the lights turn on and shine on a mustached man wearing green.
"No a-way !? Is that really !?" Mario seemed to recognize this person.
"The second born of the brothers, he may be timid and more cowardly compared to his brother, but that never stops him from travelling far and wide to save the kingdom, heeeeerrrrrreeeesssss LUIGIIIII !"
"I a-knew it ! That's my a-brother !" Exclaimed Mario.
"Really ? Well I see the resemblance, but to think your own relative is also here." Commented Fox.
Soon the light shine on the next person, this time reveals a normal looking boy wearing red cap and blue and yellow striped shirt.
"Is that a kid !?" DK voiced his surprise.
"Master Hand isn't serious is he ?" Samus also questioned Master Hand choice.
"Umm...you know I'm count as a kid as well right ?" Point out Kirby. The others just realize that.
"Born in the city of Onett, this little boy possesses natural gift of psychic powers, prophecised to take down an alien overlord to save his hometown, he travels the world to fulfill the prophecy I give you NNNNEEEEESSSSSS !"
"Really ? A psychic ?" Questioned Fox.
"In my world it's real, Princess Zelda can speak telepathically to me for example." Explained Link.
"What kind of alien overlord did he faced ?" Samus is curious.
And then the third light turned on revealing a buff looking man wearing a red helmet and domino mask.
"Part time bounty hunter, and part time racer, living in complete seclusion there's almost nothing known about this man, champion of the dangerous F-Zero race, CAPTAIN FALCON !"
Both Fox and Samus completely shocked as they heard the name Captain Falcon.
"Is this true ? Did he say Captain Falcon !? THE Captain Falcon !" Exclaimed Fox as he turned to Samus.
"Yes, it seems so, didn't think I would meet the famous Captain Falcon." Remarked Samus.
"He must a-be really famous if you two heard of him." Commented Mario.
"Of course he's famous ! Everyone's heard of Cpt. Falcon ! I'm so going to use this opportunity to get to know him !" Fox can't contain his fanboyism.
Them the fourth light shine, and revealed a round, pink, green eyed creature.
"Hailing from the Pokemon World, this pokemon is infamous for it's siren song, whoever hear it will soon be put to sleep, I give you JIGGLYPUFF !"
"Pika pika pika !"
"Yes Pikachu, I know putting your opponents to sleep is very unfair, which is why Jigglypuff can only sing outside battles." Retorted Master Hand.
With that done the room is now lit, the newcomers looked at the 8 figures in front of them. Luigi who noticed someone familiar run and hugged his brother.
"Mario ! What a-happened ! Where re a-we !?" Asked Luigi.
"Yeah, that's going to be long to explain." Replied Mario.
"Whoa ! You're really Captain Falcon !? In the flesh !" Exclaimed Fox, showing his excitement.
Cpt. Falcon however mistook Fox for someone familiar. "James ? Is that you ?"
"James ? So dad was right, you know my dad." Replied Fox.
"Dad ? So could you be James son Fox ? I knew he's seeing someone, but to think he started a family of his own. So how is he ?" Falcon unknowingly asks a bitter question.
"You see, dad...he's not with us anymore." Answered Fox solemnly.
Falcon is surprised by what he just heard. "What !? I see, I'm sorry for your loss, and it seems I lost a good friend as well. You know your dad take part in the F-Zero race too, I told him there's no need to use that holographic device to disguise himself as a human but he did it anyway."
Samus then walked towards the racer. "So this is the famous Cpt. Falcon, pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Likewise, and you are ?" Replied Cpt. Falcon.
"Samus Aran, perhaps you've heard of me ?" Asked Samus.
Cpt. Falcon can't hide his surprise after he heard that name. "You're the famous Samus Aran, I always believe you to be a myth. It's said that the space pirates activities dropped because of one person."
"I don't blame you, some of my feats often exaggerated, but it's true that I single handedly crippled the space pirates." Samus then dematerialize her power suit revealing a beautiful woman.
"Samus Aran is a woman !? I'm...speechless." Cpt. Falcon had no idea how to respond.
"That kind of reaction always amusing to me, well I'm not surprised, this line of work isn't exactly a first pick for women after all." Replied Samus.
"Where is this exactly ? Is this Porky's doing ? He did swearing revenge on me ?" Asked Ness who are confused by what happened.
"Ahem, for the newcomers allow me to explain." Master Hand then explain everything to the newcomers.
"So you brought us here to fight in a tournament ?" Asked Cpt. Falcon crossing his arms.
"And to combat multiversal level of evil ?" Added Ness.
"Yep, that's why I picked the best of the best, and that happens to be all of you, should things go well I may going to expand the roster in the future." Answered Master Hand.
"So you're Ness right ? What alien did you encounter ?" Asked Samus.
"Umm...it's name is Giygas, I don't know what his species is, but he has an army called Star Men to assists him." Answered Ness.
"Star Men ? Not sure I'm familiar with them." Samus strokes her chin, realizing there's an alien species that she doesn't know.
"And this pink creature came from the same world Pikachu is ?" Asked Samus.
"Yes, Jigglypuff is one of the many species of Pokemons, her singing can put people to sleep." Answered Master Hand.
"Singing that puts you to sleep ? Please, were not children, we don't need lullaby's anymore, I doubt a singing can put me to sleep." Answered a still skeptical Fox.
"Is that a challenge Mr. McCloud ? Jigglypuff why don't you sing, to commemorate your arrival to this world." With Master Hand's prodding Jigglypuff is driven to show off it's singing talent, Jigglypuff then begin to sing, Pikachu who knows what would happened, covered it's ears, and Master Hand conjure a soundproof barrier and went inside it.
As Jigglypuff begin to sing, the heroes enjoyed the singing, but soon after they started feeling drowsy and one by one they fell asleep and fall down to the floor. As Jigglypuff stopped singing it saw the sleeping smashers, it got upset.
Jigglypuff wanting revenge, Master Hand conjured a marker, which Jigglypuff used to draw on the smashers faces.
Master Hand begin laughing so hard seeing Jigglypuff doodling the heroes faces.
The heroes woke up after a while and when they see each other's faces they begin laughing at each other, and once that's done, demand to know who draw their faces.
Flashback ended...
"And that's how we all met." Fox is done telling the story.
"You haven't told us who won the first tournament." Point out Krystal.
"The winner is Mario, his jumping around made him hard to hit, anyway after that we got sent home, and none of us remembered about our time in the World of Trophy, until we return for a second time, and our memories about the first tournament temporarily restored." Answered Fox.
With Fox done telling the story how the heroes first met, Rodin entered the mansion carrying two familiar figures with both his hands. Rodin then dropped them to the floor. "Caught these two sneaking around." Said Rodin.
"Hey aren't you two Slogra and Gaibon ? Death's underlings ?" Asked Fox recognizing the two figures.
"What do you two want now !?" Yelled Pit.
Slogra was first to speak and begged to the heroes. "Please, help us rescue Lord Death, he's being imprisoned."
Dun...dun...dun...cliffhanger ? Not my first time, moving on just like everyone else I too watch the last smash character, I can say I did not expect Sora to get in, I did see leaks and rumors, but didn't think it ended up being true, guess Sora is going to be in my story, although I may only include the original characters only, so maybe no disney or FF characters.
The KH version of FF characters will be a parallel universe counterpart.
So in my Fic red receive both Charmander and Pikachu in prof Oaks lab.
I always wanted to do a chapter where everyone first met, but sorry if this slows the story.
