Hyrule Castle Town Ruins
Link and Zelda return to Hyrule wanting to visit it after the incident with the light that caused the castle to vanish.
While most of the castle is already repaired after liberated from Calamity Ganon, the town is still in ruins and planned to be rebuilt, however with the castle and Zelda's disappearance the project is put on hold.
"Look at this, a mighty castle once stood, and now it's gone." Zelda looking at the empty lot where Hyrule Castle once stood.
Zelda looked down to see a massive hole underneath Hyrule Castle. "What the ? Are those caves underneath the castle ! I never knew such a thing lies beneath the castle !"
"I know you're curious, but we can explore the caverns later, for now we should see everyone, they must've been worried." Link rekjnd Zelda of thier priorities as both left the Castle Town.
"I wonder how Lookout Landing is now ? Robbie and Purah decided to move here after there's talk of rebuilding the castle." Pondered Zelda.
"There should be more people by now, maybe the Zonai Survey Team also gained several members ?" Questioned Link. "Why the sudden interest in the Zonai ?"
"Well they have been around since long ago, and with Calamity Ganon is gone, we can focus on learning our roots, and just so you know I always been curious of Zonai civilization." Replied Zelda.
Link and Zelda continue walking downwards, trying to reach the Sacred Ground, now renamed Lookout Landing, a settlement build to oversee the restoration of Hyrule Castle and its surroundings. Numerous Hylians and Sheikahs are employed to help out with the restoration process.
As Link and Zelda reached the northern gate a Hylian man approached the two and he can't believe his eyes. "Link ! Princess Zelda ! Y-you're back ! When that strange light appeared and the castle vanish I..I don't know what would happen."
"It's alright Captain Hoz, we're back now, and we would like to see how things are going in our absence." Said Zelda as Hoz let them enter the settlement.
Lookout Landing
When Link and Zelda entered the settlement the people inside quickly approached then, feeling happy that Link and Zelda are safe.
"Princess ! I'm so glad you're safe." A woman with short white hair with red streaks approached Link and Zelda.
"Thank you Purah, I guess the experiment work ?" Zelda commented on Purah appearance.
"Yep, I perfected the anti aging potion, now I'm as attractive as I was 100 years ago, although there's a rumor that Impa is also turned young after that strange light shows up, but I'm sure people just mistake her for Paya." Purah shrugging off the rumor.
"I see, so how are things around here ?" Asked Zelda.
"Sorry, progress have been slow, many of us were busy looking for you when the castle vanished." Answered Purah.
"Well as you can see I'm back and completely fine, let's pick up where we left off then." Said Zelda.
"Oh that's right, before we start a messenger from Zora came here a short while ago looking for Link, apparently Zora Domain is under attack." Said Purah.
"Under attack !" Exclaimed Link.
"It's okay Link, if you want to help them, I'm giving you permission, the Zora are our allies and we cant abandoned them." Assured Zelda.
"Oh and one more thing, the messenger also said that Prince Sidon travel to the past and managed to save Mipha, he intended for it to be a surprise, but I don't think that's possible now seeiing the domain is under attack, oh and the enemy is using electric based attacks, thats why the Zoras in trouble."
"Sidon traveled to the past and saved Mipha ?" Link sounded confused.
"I don't know the full details, you just have to ask the person directly." Said Purah.
Link nodded and used his Sheikah Slate to teleport to Zora Domain.
"Princess there is something else, another reason why the project is halted." Purah appears to have bad news for Zelda.
Zora Domain Ne'ez Yohma Shrine
Link arrived at the shrine in Zora Domain, upon arriving he sees the weather is very stormy. A lightning just strike one of the Domain structure, startling Link, but he kept on pressing forward regardless.
A small white eel like creature flew pass by Link, he saw the creature flying to a floating lamprey like creature.
Link pull out his Master Sword as he see floating eel lamprey like creature shooting electricity at the Zoras, Link charged in and fire a sword beam at the eel creature, the eel creature set it sights on Link and float at high speed to bite him, Link used Revali's Gale as he create an updraft and prepare his arrows, he shot bomb arrows at the eel creature, he blast from the explosion sending it flying, bypassing the ledge as it fell to the lake below.
"Linny ! You came !" Exclaimed a female Zora.
"Kodah! Get somewhere safe !" I'll deal with these things !" Ordered Link.
"Linny ! Kayden is looking for Finley, please go look for them ! They got to be stilll around the Domain !" Exclaimed Kodah as she went to where the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine is.
"Alright, I'll go and find them !" Replied Link as he run around the Domain.
"Link you're here !" Sidon approached Link.
"Sidon what happened here ?" Asked Link.
"I don't know, suddenly the skies turned cloudy, and stormy, and then a hooded figure who calls herself Goddess of Thunder came and demand that we hand over our Domain to her, once we refuse she summon these creatures and attack our domain, the civilians are hiding behind the shrine, we can't let these creatures get there !"
"Alright, we'll protect everyone !" Replied Link. ("Mipha is fighting this Goddess of Thunder, could this 'goddess' be a member of Neo Subspace Army ? I can think about that later.")
"Prince Sidon ! Come quick, a Lynel is coming here from the Eastern Bridge !" Bazz shouted from above.
"Lynel ? Curses, so that thing survived." Sidon sounded angry.
"Sidon ? Were you fighting a Lynel that was on the summit of Mt. Ploymus ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah, we're thinking of moving Mipha statue there, so we have to get rid of that Lynel." Replied Sidon.
"That's very bold of you, but I'm impressed, now is the time to finish the job ! I'll handle things here." Link encouraged Sidon to finish off the Lynel.
"Link ! Let's slay that Lynel together, with you by my side we can take that thing down in seconds."
"Sorry, but I have to look for Finley and Kayden, it doesn't seem they fled to the shrine yet."
"What !? Alright, you go look for the missing civilians, Bazz and I should be enough to deal with the Lynel, oh and Link try not to fall to the lake below, there's fishes and the eel like creatures that can emit electric energy."
Link nodded as they both part ways.
Link heard a scream from the western side of the Domain, he climb the stairs and saw Kayden and Finley is surrounded by the eel like monsters, but now this one look bigger, and even have arms now.
"Get away from them !" Link swing his sword and fire a sword beam at the eel monster. The eel monster get up and turned around and now set it's sight on Link. The eel shoot electric energy at Link which he dodge in the nick of time, triggering flurry rush as Link beating the eel with numerous sword strikes, sending the creature crashing to a wall.
As the eel monster get up Link used his stasis rune, immobilizing it in place, Link quickly beating the eel monster, and when the time is up, the accumulated energy got unleashed all at once and sends it flying further, crashing to aa mountain and fall down below.
"Kayden, Finley are you okay ?" Asked Link.
"Yes, thank you for saving us Link, you won't believe what just happened !" Exclaimed Kayden.
"I know, there's this Goddess of Thunder attacking you all right ?" Said Link.
"Yes, but what happens next is even more unbelievable, Princess Mipha is back ! And she's fighting the Goddess of Thunder at the throne room." Answered Kayden.
"Where's King Dorephan ?" Asked Link.
"We saw him got carried to the shrine, Goddess of Thunder struck him bad." Answered Kayden.
"I see, look you two go to the shrine, I'll deal with these monsters !"
"Good luck Link." Finley encouraged Link as she and Kayden head to the shrine.
"We can't let this thing gets closer !" Sidon and Bazz ready to face the Lynel.
The Lynel readied it's bow and fire a shock arrow, Sidon create a water construct shaped like a fish and tail slapped the arrows away as Bazz sliding with his water power. He spin his spear and shoot a water ball at the Lynel.
The Lynel hind legs fell from the impact, Angered, it got back up and charged at Bazz, Bazz however launched himself to the air by creating a water geyser under his feet. He landed on the Lyne'ls back and ride it like a horse, he then proceed to stab the creature in the back repeatedly while the Lynel struggle to get Bazz of him.
While the Lynel distracted by Bazz Sidon swoops in and slashed the beast with his spearmanship, this one slash forces the Lynel to drop its bow and arrow and Bazz use his spear to break its horn.
The Lynel roared in pain as it goes after Sidon, it swing it sword and about to strike Sidon, however Sidon create a water explosion and caused the Lynel to lose its balance and fall down, with Bazz also got off from the Lynel.
The Lynel inhale it's breath and shot fireballs from its mouth, as Sidon and Bazz create a wall made of water to extinguish the flames, the Lynel charge towards the Zoras, but Bazz and Sidon use their water powers on the floor, making it wet and slippery, the Lynel slipped and fell, because of the slippery ffloorthe Lynel kept sliding forward, Sidon and Bazz then combine their power and blast the Lynel off the bridge with a huge water explosion, sending it to the lake below.
By falling to the lake below and the Lynel unable to swim, and then the electric fishes approach the Lynel and electrocute it with electric attacks, killing the beast.
"We did it your highness, but how did the Lynel survive and even able to come here ?" Asked Bazz. "Didnt you say this thing fall to the Reservoir Lake below ?"
"I dont know, but what important is that things gone now, well that also thanks to you Bazz, hmm...?." Sidon then notice small moving lights on the way to Mt. Ploymus.
With the help of Zora soldiers, Link managed to chase away the monsters in the domain lower floors as the monsters were smart enough to flee when they know continue fighting is impossible.
Link decided to regroup with Sidon as he head to the western bridge. "Sidon, we've dealt with the monsters at the Domain."
"Really ? Great work Link." Sidon praised Link for the job well done.
"Where are you staring ?" Link saw Sidon's face looking at Mt. Ploymus.
"Sorry, it's just I saw moving lights over there." Sidon point at Mt. Ploymus.
"Lights ? Could it be Electric Keese ?" Asked Link.
"I doubt it, i can tell the lights are on the ground, I wonder if those lights are what guiding the Lynel here ?" Pondered Sidon.
"Let me take a look, you and the other soldiers go help Mipha or the civilians." Said Link. "Those lights you see could have connection with these monsters appearing !"
Link then run towards Mt. Ploymus, Sidon tried calling out to him but Link already went ahead.
Mt. Ploymus
Once Link reached the mountain he looked around and saw the light heading westward towards the East Reservoir Dam. And it's not just one light either, there'd several moving lights forming a line.
("Those lights headed towards the East Reservoir Lake where Vah Ruta used to be.")
Link decided to follow the light as he head towards the Reservoir Lake, sneakily to avoid being seen, as Link gets closer he used the Sheikah Slate on them and zoomed in at the creature, the creature looks like a blue fish with stubby legs with glowing antennae, what's even weird, it has + shaped irises on their eyes.
"I've never seen those creatures before, I wonder if i should take a picture ?" Link whispered to himself.
The creatures walked the stairs that leads to the upper side of the dam with Link follow suit, he quickly changed into his stealth gear, dressing like a Sheikah as this clothes able to help the wearer easily avoid detection.
As the creatures finished climbing the first set of stairs, Link follow suit, and keep on going until they all reached the top of the dam.
East Reservoir Lake
Once the creatures reached the top of the dam and jumping to swim at the lake, Link take a peek as he saw a robed figure standing in the 'port' of the dam, he pulled out an object familiar to Link. ("Is that a pokeball !?")
Using the pokeball the figure sent out a sea urchin like creature.
Link used his Sheikah Slate to take a picture of it, and once that done, Link prepare his ice arrows, he crept closer, reaching the bed located at the upper dam, he quickly sneak closer again to get a perfect shot, Link shot the ice arrows and freeze the robed figure.
This surprised the sea urchin seeing it's trainer suddenly froze and it jumped to the lake.
Link then walked towards the frozen figure and pull out a fire arrow, he placed the fire arrow on the head part and as the ice melted Link opened the hood, revealing a man with black hair.
"Who are you ?" Link Asked the hooded figure.
"M-my n-n-name is R-Reinhardt." Answered the man.
"I'm guessing you're with Neo Subspace Army then ? There's no point in lying." Continued Link.
"Y-yes." Confirmed Reinhardt.
"I see, and I take it you can't tell me why are you here ? Releasing these Pokémons on Zora Domain ?" Asked Link.
But before Reinhardt can answer, Link got hit by electric projectile from behind. Link fell down as his body felt numb temporarily. And he turned around to see two more hooded figure.
One of the figure brandish a sword and shatter the ice covering Reinhardt.
And another of the figure carried Reinhardt over the shoulder, Link recovered, pull out a Korok Leaf and swing it at the two figures, blowing the hood off, revealing a woman with short black hair, and a man with brown hair.
"Brother we're done here." Said the woman who carried Reinhardt.
"Okay Olwen, Fred, what about the Pokémons ?" Asked Reinhardt.
"We retrieve them all." Said the red haired man.
"Wait ! What are you planning here !" Link got up and demanding answer.
"Hmm..impressive that you're able to withstand that spell of mine, but if you want to know that, I suggest you return to the Domain...and see for yourself." Olwen used her magic to teleport her and her allies away from Link.
Link noticed Reinhardt dropped his pokeball, the sea urchin pokemon return to the port and attempt to fight Link, however Link used the pokeball to send the poekmon back inside.
Link then return to the Domain by teleporting there with the Sheikah Slate.
Zora Domain
Now return to the domain Link quickly head to the audience chamber where he see Mipha defeated rhe Thunder Goddess. "Leave now ! And never come to my realm ever again !"
"Yes, I surrender, i willl withdraw all my monsters and never come back." Admitting defeat Thunder Goddess used her magic to teleport the remaining Pokemons and teleported away.
Mipha is victorious, Sidon and the rest of the soldiers witness the entire thing and went to the shrine to informed the people of Mipha's victory.
The Zora citizens quickly run to the audience chamber and cheered for Mipha.
Among them is King Dorephan and his attendant Muzu.
"Father ! Are you alright ? Let me heal you." Mipha healed Dorephan with her power.
"Ah, that's better, Mipha you display such incredible feat out there, after all what Sidon said I think I'm ready to step down and retire, Mipha I think the time has come for you to become the queen of this land." The citizens were surprised by King Dorephan sudden announcement.
"Father are you sure ? I mean I just came back and..."
"I can still offer you advice, I won't be going anywhere just yet, I believe you're ready, with a bit of guidance." Dorephan assured Mipha he won't give her free reign just yet.
"Everyone let's hear it for our new queen Mipha !" Sidon rally the crowd as they all cheered Mipha's name.
"It's time for celebration !" Shouted Muzu with Mipha crowned queen Zora Domain is having festivities.
During the party Link and Mipha is talking alone at the Eastern Bridge.
"I'm glad to see you Link, enjoy the festivities ?" Asked Mipha.
"Yeah, Sidon really can eat." Link chuckled. "Still hard to imagine if he's going to be as big as King Dorephan one day."
"I'm sure it will be quite the sight." Mipha let out a small laugh.
"So, Sidon went back to the past it seems and he managed to save you from Waterblight Ganon." Remarked Link. "He told me all about it during the party before I went to this bridge."
"He did, and thanks to that here I am now." Replied Mipha.
"And now you're the queen of Zora now." Continued Link.
Mipha on the other hand remain silent.
"So is this what Reinhardt meant then ?" Asked Link.
Hearing that name Mipha is surprised as she stared at Link.
"I follow the Pokemons he had with him and managed to catch him, although his sister able to take him away...was the throne your...I mean Neo Subspace Army goal ?" Link caught on to Mipha
"Well..i"
"Mipha you're not really coming back to life aren't you ? Your a part of Warriors of Fallen Stars, and you're fighting with Thunder Goddess, it's just a show, unleashing electric type Pokemons in the Domain to keep the soldiers busy, have King Dorephan injured, you swoop in to the rescue, all of this are nothing but false flag operation to get you to the throne."
"It's...pretty much true, I don't want this at all." Mipha sounded dejected and full of guilt.
"I know, you didn't want to inherit the throne like this, Mipha I promise you we will save you from the enemy grip."
"Thank you Link, I'll be waiting for the day you release me from their hold." Mipha feeling hopeful again.
"Yeah, well I'll be at Seabed Inn, I promise Zelda we rendezvous there."
"Okay, I'll see you soon." Mipha speak hesitantly as Link head to the Inn. "I guess it's impossible then."
Seabed Inn
Link went inside the inn as he's greeted by Kodah. "Welcome Linny, will you be staying here ?"
"Hello Kodah, yeah, Zelda and I promise to meet here once she's done at the castle." Said Link.
"You sure spent a lot of time with the princess of Hyrule, but today must be good news, Princess Mipha is back, you should be grateful Linny, not everyone can get a second chance at love."
"Hmm...?" Link sounded confused.
"100 years ago, when I heard you fall in battle, I was very devastated, during that time I was really broken when I heard the news, but Kayden have been comforting me and cheering me up, and without realizing I ended up falling for him." Kodah told her story.
"Well Princess Mipha is back now, so I hope you make her happy when you two got married. Well I have to get back to work, talk to you later." Kodah left Link and going back to work.
After a few minutes Zelda finally arrived at Zora Domain and entered the Seabed Inn.
"Hi Link, have you been waiting long ?" Asked Zelda.
"If anything I'd say your timing's right." Replied Link.
"Well good to know, hopefully when we return to Hyrule Purah is done with what I ask her." Said Zelda.
"And what did you ask her to do ?" Asked Link.
"I ask Purah to make something similar to the Sheikah Slate, I really want one for myself." Answered Zelda. "Anyway this place seems lively, is there a festival or something ?"
"About that.." Link told Zelda everything.
"So I see, Sidon did went to the past, and he saved Mipha, and yet Mioha remained dead and a member of Neo Subspace Army."
"Does this means his effort is for naught ?" Asked Link.
"I think what happened is his actions didn't affect this timeline, but instead creating a new one instead, it's the only possible explanation." Deduced Zelda.
"Just like the Hero of Time then ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah, instead of altering the future, the timeline is split into 3." Rplied Zelda.
"How are we suppose to tell Sidon this, Mipha is beloved by everyone, there's no way he believe Mipha is our enemy right now." Said Link.
"I just hope an opportunity would present itself...anyway maybe I should meet Mipha in person, see if I can dig out some information." Suggested Zelda.
"We should head to the audience chamber then." Link and Zelda left the Inn and head to the audience chamber.
On the way there Link and Zelda ran into Sidon.
"Princess Zelda ! It's great to have you here." Sidon bowed to Zelda. "Let me guess you wanted to see my sister as well ?"
Zelda seemed sensing something from Sidon, but she can't tell what it is she's feeling, but she just shrugged it off.
"Yes, i've heard that Mipha is back to life and now crowned queen, of course I must meet her." Said Zelda. "By the way Sidon, how did you travel to the past ?"
"Oh right, you see there is this white small guardian opening a portal to the past, and that's how i was able to return to the past and save Mipha." Explained Sidon.
("Small, white guardian ? Is he referring to Terrako ? Did it really possess such power ? And last time I checked Terrako wasn't even activated.") Zelda pondered a bit about the questions in her head, but she shrugged it off for now and ccontjjue with her present objective. "Well we're just on our way to see Mipha."
"Well the thing is no one have seen her, Link you talked to her earlier do you know where she is ?" Assked Sidon.
"Sorry Sidon, I went to Seabed Inn after talking to Mipha, she's not back at the audience chamber ?" Questioned Link.
"Well yeah, but then she went elsewhere after talking to father, I didn't see where she's going after that, wonder if anyone else seen her ?" Pondered Sidon.
"Maybe we should ask King Dorephan first ? Maybe whatever they talk about have something to do with where she's going ?" Suggested Zelda.
"True, I was having a lot of fun with the people I didn't notice." Sidon smiled sheepishly.
Sidon, Link, and Zelda went to the audience chamber asking Dorephan of Mipha whereabouts.
"Father have you seen where Mipha is ?" Asked Sidon.
"Mipha ? Oh I told her that I'm building a memorial for her on top of Mt. Ploymus I was thinking of keeping it a surprise, but now that she's queen anyone gonna tell her anyway and so I told her about it." Answered King Dorephan. "Oh, and Link Mipha told me that she would like for you to come to the top of Mt. Ploymus as well since you're done with your business, Mipha Court is not finished yet, but I can at least let you take a glimpse."
"I see, alright we'll be heading there, I'm sure Zelda and Sidon would like to come as well." Link looked at Zelda and winked.
"Oh..oh yes, I'm also curious about the memorial you built on Mipha's honor." Zelda playing along with Link signal.
"Well you know what they say, the more the merrier, onwards to Mt. Ploymus !" Sidon said excitedly as he lead the two Hylians to the western bridge.
Along the way Zelda is whispering to Link. "Why do you bring Sidon along ?"
"Zelda I have a feeling that Mipha is trying to tell me something, and the sooner we expose her the sooner we can devise a plan to save her, and so I'm starting with Sidon, he needs to knownwhat gappened to his sister." Answered Link.
"I see, Mipha is beloved by the Zoras, if we tell them Mipha is our enemy they would never believe us, if anything it would anger them instead."
"Exactly, and I know Mipha doesn't want to be under the enemy control, this must be a signal from her."
"But won't what she said could count as defying orders ?" Asked Zelda. "I mean she's basically telling you to come, it could be a trap."
"Remember, all she said was she wanted me to see the Mipha Court, there's nothing about that that will jeopardize her mission, and if she thinks I'm not coming then it won't ruin her mission either."
"Aren't you getting good at wordplay." Teased Zelda.
"What are you two whispering about ?" Sidon smiled clueless.
"Sidon, I'm using my powers to take us up there, and once we arrived I need you to be quiet, this can get dizzy if you're not used to it." Said Zelda.
"Umm..okay ? Not sure I understand." Replied Sidon confused.
Zelda conjured a small sphere of light on her hand, the sphere gets big as it swallowed the heroes whole and return to its small size, and flew upwards to almost to the summit of Mt. Ploymus.
Mt. Ploymus Summit
After arriving the Sphere release Zelda, Link, and Sidon and vanished.
"Whoa...you're right, flying is not what I'm used to." Sidon tried to keep his balance after feeling wobbly.
Link put his finger in front of his lips, making the shush signal which Sidon complied.
As they walked towards the path that leads to the summit, they hear someone's voice.
"Well well well, I have to say I'm a little envious, your people make a statue to honor you, and yet nobody remembers me "
"You won't get away with this you know." Mipha replied to the voice.
"Mipha ? Who's she talking to ?" Sidon whispered to Link and Zelda, as the trio take a peek from below they saw a man with pale skin and wearing a black robe.
"Hey Zelda, isn't that the fortune teller who came to the castle centuries ago ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah i remember him, I mean it's hard forget, that black robe really stands out a lot." Replied Zelda.
Zelda noticed Sidon's face as he look shocked and at loss for words. "A-Astor ? What he's doing with my sister ?"
"Sidon, calm down he doesn't look like mean any harm to Mipha." Link trying to calm Sidon down as they continue to listen to the conversation.
"Time to return to business," Astor used his magic to signal his allies as the Goddess of Thunder appear along with Reinhardt, Olwen and Fred also appear.
"Mipha, and you can take that hood off." Goddess of Thunder obeyed Astor's words as underneath the hood is a beautiful woman with purple hair in a side ponytail style.
"Once again, Mipha, Ishtar, I'm very pleased with your performance, now Zora Domain is under our control !"
Hearing this Sidon is shocked beyond belief.
"I'm looking forward to your contribution to our cause Queen Mipha." Mipha glared at Astor as he smiles pridefully.
"Oh and Ishtar, for a job well done I will tell Astarte to stay away from Julius, I mean you can't bear the sight of him doing it with Astarte don't you."
Ishtar in her anger generated electricity I her hand, Astor told her off and Ishtar can only obey.
"Well we all have our fun here, but i believe Mipha should return to her home and 'perform her duty' as the queen of Zoras." Astor let put a short evil laugh as he opened a portal, he along with Ishtar, Reinhardt, Olwen, and Fred left the summit.
Mipha also return to the Domain through the breakneck back and jump straight to the Reservoir Lake and return to the Domain from there.
"It seems they all gone." Link tried to take a peek to see if the summit is empty.
"Coast is clear then...Sidon ?" Zelda looked at the Sidon who is completely freaking out.
"Wh-what did I just hear ? Mipha ? This attack was all orchestrated !? Our father ! The people ! They were under attack by these unknown monsters ! And you're telling me Mipha is behind this !?" Sidon now completely lose it.
"Sidon please calm down." Zelda tried to calm Sidon down.
"How can I calm down after hearing what I just heard ! This, I can't believe Mipha would do something like this ! I can't believe she did all this to get her hands on the throne !" Sidon clutching his head not knowing how to react to this revelation.
"You're right Sidon, Mipha would never did something like this, at least willingly." The last words coming from Link left Sidon stunned for a bit.
"Not willingly ? Does that mean someone's making her do it ?" Asked Sidon. "Could it be Astor ? And what about that Thunder Goddess ?"
"First I wanted to say I'm sorry Sidon, but Mipha is still dead." Said Zelda which shocks Siddon.

"We're looking for a way to save her, until then Sidon we need you to watch over Mipha, keep an eye on her minimize whatever damage she tried to inflict on Zora Domain." Said Zelda.
"Here take this." Link have Sidon his golden plate. "Use this to contact one another, once we find a way to save Mipha we will tell you."
"Hold...hold on this is too much for me to take, just what is going on here ? Astor, he serves Calamity Ganon, we fought him, and now..."
"I get it you're confused, but hear us out, there's somethjngnbig happening behind the scenes and we need you to know." Link and Zelda told Sidon of their adventures.
"The universe is in danger ?" Asked Sidon. "And they're using my sister to help them carried out their plan ?"
"Unfortunately, so we want to save Mipha, bringing her back to life, just like what you did to her when you went to the past." Zelda grabbed Sidon's hand.
"Understood, leave Mipha to me, I'll do anything to save her." Sidon then return to Zora Domain while Link and Zelda wondered where to go next.
"So ? Where to next?" Asked Link
"Let's start with Gerudo Town." Suggest Zelda as Link used his sheikah slate to teleprot to nearby shrine.
Daqo Chisay Shrine
Link and Zelda arrived at the shrine, however before they proceed there's a small problem before entering Gerudo Town.
"That's right men are forbidden to enter the town, Zelda I may need to go change first, I'm going inside rhe shrine for a bit." Said Link.
"Okay Link, I'm just gonna wait here." Replied Zelda.
"Alright, remember Zelda no peeking." Teased Link as he take the shrine elevator.
"I won't !" Zelda's face turned red from embarrassment.
After a few minutes Link has changed into his gerudo garb as he return to the surface. "I'm ready, let's go."
Zelda put a small laugh. "I don't think I'll ever get used to this."
"Yeah yeah laugh it up, it's not like I have a choice in the matter." Remarked Link as they head inside the town entrance.
Gerudo Town
After successfully bypassing the guards just like everytime Link went to Gerudo Town, Link and Zelda decided to head to the Hotel Oasis for now.
"It's night time, I doubt Urbosa would be awake or maybe she's not even at the palace." Remarked Zelda.
"Plotting something ? I suppose that's what they'll make her do." Stated Link.
"Welcome to Hotel Oasis, i am Romah, will you be staying today ?" Asked the proprietor and then she looked at Link. "Ah I remember you you're that Hylian Vai with voe ish body, glad to see you back."
Zelda tried to hold back laughter as she tries to compose herself. "Yes, just for until morning." Answered Zelda.
"We have a spa service if you'd like, I guarantee the experience cannot be found anywhere else." Romah offered additional service.
"Thank you, but maybe next time, we just want to sleep." Said Zelda.
"Very well we have empty beds over there, pick the ones you want." Romah pointed at the bed not fat from her.
"Vai with voe ish body ? Link did you try their massage service ?" Asked Zelda.
"I...kinda did, good thing Romah doesnt figure me out." Replied Link.
"Honestly Link, I know you need to disguise yourself here, but you really takes it all the way, exploiting your situation further."
"Always reap benefits from whatever the circumstances may be, at least I don't do things like peeping or other wrong things."
"You better not, you're taking the spa is risky enough already." Replied Zelda.
"I know, i know, by the way guess we sleep on separate beds today, kinda miss sleeping jn my house, everyday is a hot and spicy nights." Chuckled Link.
"You know the only thing we do is just sleeping in the same bed, we don't do anymore than that." Zelda remjnd Link
"Still wish we'd do more than just sleeping." Teased Link as Zelda's face turned red.
"L-lets just sleep, we have many things to do tomorrow." Zelda and Link decided to sleep, in separate beds this time as morning came.
And so morning came as Link and Zelda ready to leave, they pay for the hotel services as they head outside. Link and Zelda then make their way to the royal palace to seek audience with Urbosa.
After being allowed to go through from the guards, Link and Zelda went to the throne room and they saw Urbosa, with Buliara on her side.
"U-Urbosa ?" Asked Zelda.
"Ah, welcome little bird, I didn't expect for you to come here, what brings you to Gerudo Town ?" Urbosa spoke casually.
"Urbosa did you really came to life ? I'm not dreaming am I?" Asked Zelda.
"No you're not, I'm here in the flesh, still doubting me ?" Teased the Gerudo chief.
"No, well I just didn't expect for...did Riju went to the past as well ?" Asked Zelda.
"She did, despite her young age she still manage to save me, and so here I am." Confirmed Urbosa.
"Even if you were saved, you can't possibly still survived this long." Said Zelda. "I mean Gerudo lifespan isn't any different than a Hylians."
"I was blessed by the Goddess, that's why I'm getting a second chance and still able to live until this very day. Answered Urbosa.
"It truly is a miracle, Lady Riju traveled to the past and saved Lady Urbosa from her fate." Added Buliara.
"Speaking of which, where is Riju ?" Asked Zelda.
"She's usually get up early to play with Patricia near the village entrance, after all, now that there's someone to take over her duties she can start her lessons to prepare her to be the next. Chief." Explained Urbosa.
"I see...Lady Urbosa if you don't mind I would like to talk to you alone with Link." Said Zelda.
"Understood, Buliara if you would.."
Buliara nodded as she called the other guards and left the palace.
"There's no prying ears anymore, Thanatos did this to you did he ?" Asked Zelda.
"Unfortunately, I'm nothing but his pawn." Urbosa lamenting her situation.
"If we bring you back to life, can we save you from him ?" Asked Zelda.
"You would, however as Warriors of Fallen Stars we were ordered to resist any attempt of resurrection by any means necessary, I even would go so far as to bring Naboris to destroy this town to stop you, so please think carefully about this." Urbosa warned Link and Zelda of the consequences.
"Very well, just wait Urbosa we will come back and we will save you, let's go Link." Zelda and Link left the palace.
"We're done Buliara, sorry about this." Zelda apologized to Buliara.
"My job is to obey the chief command, you have nothing to be sorry about." Buliara and the guards return inside the palace.
"We need to meet Riju." Said Zelda.
"Right, we need to tell her about Urbosa." Replied Link.
"I wouldn't tell her just yet." Zelda and Link continue walking until they arrived outside the town.
Gerudo Wasteland
After arriving outside, Link and Zelda saw Riju playing with a sand seal, although despite being called a seal it has walrus teeth, and a bow on it's head.
"Riju !" Shouted Zelda as she waved her hand.
"Link ! Zelda !" Riju run over to the two Hylians.
"It's been a while, what are you doing ?" Asked Link.
"Just playing with Patricia for a bit, maybe a race to the Bazaar and back, I'm going to have to study in the afternoon so i better make use of my free time." Said Riju.
Looking at Riju Zelda sensed something similar to Sidon earlier. "So Riju, we met Urbosa earlier, and she said you saved her from her death ?"
"Oh right ! I did time travel alongside Prince Sidon, Yunobo, and Teba, and we saved our champions from their doom, Urbosa is blessed by the Goddess that's how she's still alive to this day !" Exclaimed Riju.
"I see, here Riju." Zelda give her a golden plate. "Things are going to get tough from here, and when they do, feel free to contact us with this." Zelda taught Riju on how to use the golden plate.
"So I can use this to communicate with you from afar ?" Asked Riju.
"Yes, use when you need it, we will come as fast as we can." Said Link.
"Oh but, keep it a secret from Urbosa for now, we can't tell you why yet, but trust us for now." Said Zelda.
"Okay,, im not sure why but i see no reason not to trust you, thank you for this." Riju thanked Link and Zelda for the golden plate as the two Hylians part ways with Riju.
"So we didn't tell her about Urbosa ?" Asked Link.
"I doubt we can give her proof, not to mention Urbosa surrounded by guards they would likely to listen to her than us, the last thing we need is Neo Subspace Army creating conflict between Hylians and Gerudos." Explained Zelda.
Daqo Chisay Shrine
"Next is Goron City, we would need fireproof elixir." Said Zelda.
"Yeah I'm going to change first, no peeking Zelda." Link teasing Zelda again as he entered the shrine.
"I know !" Zelda's face turned red.
After a few minutes Link left the shrine and wore his flame breaker armor, and hand over Zelda a fireproof elixir.
Zelda opened the bottle and drink the elixir, and once she's done Link used his sheikah slate and teleport to Goron City.
Goron City
After teleeporting to the shrine above Goron City Link and Zelda headed down to enter the city.
"We didn't tell Riju about what really happened to Urbosa, so what about Yunobo ?" Asked Link.
"This would be hard, just like Riju Yunobo is Daruk descendant, and unlike Mipha earlier if nothing happen to Goron City just like there's nothing's going on Gerudo Town then we can't find an opportunity to eavesdrop on Daruk." Answered Zelda.
"So just give golden plate and cryptic warning then ?" Continued Link.
'Sadly it's our only choice, I doubt Yunobo can believe Daruk has sinister plans in store for Goron City, the last thing we need is to arouse suspicion." Continued Zelda.
"Got it...hey isn't that Daruk over there outside chief Bludo's house." Link pointed at the house with several Gorons standing outside.
"I don't see Yunobo anywhere, this may be a good opportunity, hurry Link." Zelda and Link run downwards to approach Daruk.
"And I appreciate that you took the offer...hmm. hey isn't that ?" Bludo pointed out at Link and Zelda behind Daruk.
Daruk turned around and see two familiar face. "Hey it's Link and Zelda !"
"Daruk ! I see you're back to life as well." Said Link.
"That i am, thanks to Yunobo I survived my battle with Ganon." Daruk let's out a hearty laugh. "And with the Goddess blessing I'm allowed to live at this era."
"That's wonderful, oh are you in the middle of conversation with chief Bludo ? Sorry to interrupt." Link apologized.
"Nah, no need to worry our conversation is over already, I'm having Daruk to take over as the patriarch for the time being, cursed this back pain." Complained Bludo.
"Yeah so chief Bludo need some time to recover so I will be taking the patriarch position for the time being." Answered Daruk.
"Well as much as I hate it I need to rest inside my house, I'll be taking another medicine to deal with my back pain." Bludo return to inside his home.
"Sorry for what really happened Daruk, but I promise you we will set you free from their grasp." Said Link.
"Thanks little guy, I wish I can fight back, but whenever I try I can't seem to do it." Lamented Daruk.
"This is magical control, not physical, plus the ones doing this is an actual deity so it would be difficult." Added Zelda.
"I guess, still sucks though that I may have to use my hometown for evil purposes and nothing I can do about it." Daruk looked down in shame.
"Daruk is it true that you were ordered to resist any resurrection attempt at all cost ?" Asked Zelda.
"Yeah, that's the first rule they given us and everyone, use whatever means necessary, destroy your own worlds if you have to, I'm guessing you find a means to do bring us back to life ?' Asked Daruk.
"Not yet, but thanks for the information, that will be all." Thanked Zelda.
"Okay, I hope what I say will be of help." Link and Zelda left Bludo's house to search for Yunobo.
"Where do you think Yunobo is ?" Asked Zelda.
"We should ask the citizens here." Link and Zelda decided to walk around the city to find Yunobo, as they walk two Goron children bumped into Link and Zelda.
"Sorry about that." The boy apologize.
"It's fine, just be careful when running." Link helped the boy stand. "Oh hello Slergo."
"Link ? This is a pleasant surprise, what are you doing here ? I wish I can give you a lesson but we're very busy tight now." Said Slergo.
"Busy ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah Yunobo asked us for help with something." Said the other boy.
"Hello there Offrak, Yunobo ask you for help ? What kund of help ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah, hes thinking of opening a company to help with our economy, if you need him he's at the abandoned north mine, c'mon Slergo we need to survey for other locations." Offrak drag Slergo away as Link and Zelda head to the abandoned North Mine.
Abandoned North Mine
Link and Zelda went to the north of Goron City where the ground is filled with lava.
"I can't see how Yunobo can build a business in a place like this." Remarked Zelda.
"Not so fast Zelda, I remember it seems the lava is slowly drying up." Link remember the lava measurement from the last time he's here.
"Link ! Zelda !" A voice called out to thr two Hylians, as they looked a the source of the voice Yunobo is calling out to them.
""Yunobo, it's good to see you again." Link and Yunobo do a fist bump.
"We've heard you went to the past." Zelda can also sensed the same feeling she sensed from Riju and Sidon.
"I did, and we saved Daruk from his death, this is awesome ! The Great Daruk is with us in this era now !" Yunobo claimed excitedly.
"So you're looking to build a company?" Asked Zelda.
"Yeah, thanks to Rudania business have been slow, the city need someone who can bring prosperity to the city, and so I volunteer for the job."
"That's wonderful, hopefully your effort pays off." Zelda praising Yunobo for his initiative.
"Thanks, so what are you doing here ?" Asked Yunobo.
"We want to give you this." Zelda hand over a golden plate to Yunobo.
"What's this ? Gold bar ?" Yunobo looked confused.
"Let us explain." Zelda tell Yunobo about the golden plate. 'If something happen call us with this, and don't tell Daruk about this either, we can't tell you why yet, for now please let it be our little secret."
"Umm okay, thanks for coming, when the company us opened I'll be sure to have discount for the Hero of our city."
"Yunobo, we'll be looking forward to doing business with you." Link and Yunobo shake hands.
"Well, we shall be on our way now, we're very glad Daruk is back with us too." Link and Zelda left the north mine as they return to the shrine.
Shae Mo'sah Shrine
"So we didnt tell Yunobo about Daruk eitherr in the end, what about Teba ?" Asked Link.
"Sad to say we have to leave it to chance, considering Rito don't have walls in their house thjngs coupd be tricky." Replied Zelda.
"So it seems." Ljnk used his sheikah slate to teleport to the shrine at Rito Village.
Rito Village
Link and Zelda arrived at Rito Village shrine and head to the village, hoping to see Revali.
"We should head to Revali's house, let's hope he's there." Link and Zelda walked at the village to Revali's house.
Once they arrived they saw Revali's house is empty.
"He's not home I guess." Said Link.
"Where else could he be ? The only place I can think about is the Flight Range." Said Zelda.
"Oh Link, and Princess Zelda ! This is unexpected visit." Link and Zelda turned around and see Saki behind them.
"Hello Ms. Saki, we're here because we heard Revali return to life, and we were wondering if that's true." Said Link.
"So you came from hearing the story then, well to answer that question, it's true one day Master Revali showed up and my husband said he went to the past and saved Master Revali, and somehow my son also went to the past as well."
'Tulin also get sent to the past too ?" Link sounded surprised.
"Yeah, apparently, I was surprised when Teba and Tulin return together aand told me this story, anyway if you're looking for Master Revali he's at the Flight Range, as you can see many of the male Rito wanted to learn from the best so they all went there."
"Now that you mentioned it this place does seem have less people." Link and Zelda looked around.
"Yeah they're at the Flight Range, honestly things are peaceful now, is there really anymore need for combat training ?" Saki seems to believe combat training no longer necessary now that Calamity Ganon is gone.
"You never know Ms. Saki, danger tends to show up when you least expecting it." Answered Link.
"I guess i cant deny that, if only damger doesn't exist, theres no need for them to do combat, well it's almost lunch time, i better get ready, well I'll be on my way." Saki walked back to her home.
"Flight Range it is then, by the way we need warm clothes if we're going to be a while there." Said Link. "I do have two snowquill tunic and trousers.
"I will be borrowing the other one, now let's head to the Flight Range." With the problem solved Link used the Sheikah Slate to teleport to Flight Range.
Flight Range
After arriving at the shrine near the Flight Range Link and Zelda entered the shrine and changed their outfit into snowquill tunic aand trousers, without looking at each other, after that's done they went to the hut north of the shrine, they can see hear many Rito practicing their archery.
"It would be hard to talk to Revali one on one like this." Link looking at the Ritos around the place.
Just then a Rito fly from the chasm towards Link and Zelda. "Link, Princess Zelda, didn't expect to see you here."
"Hello Teba, so I hear Revali is here ?" Asked Zelda.
"He is, though I did have my doubts considering this is 100 years after Calamity Ganon, but he said he got the Goddess Blessing just like the other champions." Answered Teba.
"Yeah, we met Urbosa, Mipha, and Daruk." Stated Link.
"I see, well as you can see Master Revali is teaching the other Ritos on improving their archery, he make a good teacher, alas his personality is...different than what I expect from a champion." Commented Teba.
"I...can see why, but despite that Revali's heart is in the right place." Zelda tried to assure Teba.
"I can admit that much at least, it was a sight to behold to see the entirety of Hyrule united against Calamity Ganon, with Master Revali leading the Ritos." Said Teba.
And also just like Sidon, Riju, and Yunobo Zelda sensed the same thing from Teba. ("This feeling again...")
"Well training time is about to be over so, you can have your talk with Master Revali, now it seems now is Tulin's turn." Teba turned around as Tulin star his turn, he's able to do several shots that hit the target, but several are still missed.
"There are a few missed shots, but Tulin's really improved." Link praising Tulin's progress.
"He'll be happy to hear that from you, it would encourage him to putting more effort." Teba also praising Tulin's progress.
Tulin is now done and with that practice is over, all the Rito thanked Revali for the lessons as they all fly back home.
Tulin realizing Teba isn't at the hut, he ran down and saw him talking to Link and Zelda.
"Dad ! Did you see me shooting those targets ! Link ! And Princess Zelda ! You came too !"
"Yes son, we did see, and you've gotten better each day." Teba pet his son's head.
"Keep at it Tulin, one day you will be able to surpass Revali." Smirked Link.
"Wow really ! Thanks Link I'll be sure to keep up with my training !" Tulin very happy with the encouragement.
"Okay son, time to head home." Teba crouched down.
"Aww already, but I haven't talked more with Link yet." Tulin is pouting.
"They have business with Master Revali, Link will come to visit when he's done." Said Teba.
"Fine, please come visit soon Link, I want to show you how far i've come." Tulin hopped on Teba's back and they fly back to the village.
After waving goodbye Link and Zelda climbed the Flight Range hut.
After arriving, the two saw Revali still here standing by himself.
"I know you two are there." Revali turned around to see Link and Zelda. "Well if it isn't the exceptional Princess herself...and Link."
"As pleasant as ever." Snarked Link.
"My aren't you getting chatty, you almost never say a word to me back then, as much as I rather not admit it, you did defeat Calamity Ganon, and credit should be given where credit is due."
"Revali, we promise we will save you from his control." Assured Zelda.
"I sure hope so, but you also must know that I can't let you resurrect me, their orders, I can't disobey, but once im freed you can bet i eill have my revenge."
"We know, we will figure a way out." Assured Zelda.
"Well you two did pull off a miracle, you'll find a way with this one as well." Revali expressing faith in Link and Zelda.
After meeting all the champions Link and Zelda decided to return to Rito Village.
Rito Village
After returning to the village Link and Zelda return to Teba's House.
"Hello Teba there's something we'd like to give you earlier, but we forgot." Zelda gave Teba the golden plate.
"You're giving me a gold bat? Very expensive for a reward is it ?" Teba and his family is surprised by his gift.
"Oh my look it that." Saki had the same reaction.
"Wow it's shiny !" Tulin looked at the golden plate with awe.
"It's not really a gold bar, it's a multipurpose device, here let me help." Zelda taught Teba on how to use the golden plate. "If there's anything suspicious, just call us with this and we'll be on our way."
"I'll keep that in mind, quite the unusual device, we can talk to people far away from here." Remarked Teba.
"We have to leave soon, there's another place we must go too." Said Zelda.
"Aww, you're leaving already ?" Tulin looked dejected
"Sorry Tulin, let's hang out when I'm done okay." Link kneel down and petted Tulin on his head.
Link and Zelda said their farewell and return to the shrine.
Akh Va'quot Shrine
"So that's everyone, is mission complete ? You did say theres somewhwre else we must go to ?" Asked Link.
"Yes, I was thinking of going to Korok Forest, we're going to ask the Great Deku Tree about the missing kids " Pondered Zelda.
"He is very knowledgeable about many things, also the fact that this 'orphanage' appear near Korok Forest he should know about it, okay let's head to the forest." Link grabbed his golden plate and teleport him and Zelda to Korok Forest.
Korok Forest
Link and Zelda arrived at the shrine behind the Deku Tree and went to speak with the tree deity himself.
"Link and Zelda, I have a feeling I would see you soon." Said The Deku Tree expecting their visit.
"Great Deku Tree, it's been so long." Link and Zelda bowed before the Great Deku Tree.
"We came here because there's something we would like to ask." Said Link.
"About the missing children from Hateno I assume ?" Answered Deku Tree.
"Yes, do you know about it ?" Asked Zelda.
"We sent two Koroks to enter that building." A slightly tall Korok with mushroom on his head spoke. "Maca and Damia went inside and never come back, the building disappear soon after."
"It's as Chio said, the building suddenly vanished, Hestu also wanting to look into it, but it disappear before he can went inside, in can't sense building anywhere in Hyrule, if it's gone outside of Hyrule there's nothing I can do about it."
"I see, that's...I was hoping we can find the missing children." Zelda looked dejected.
"I may not be able to help with the missing children, however I do sense something familiar for you to investigate, Chio please get Hestu."
"Okay !" Chio carry out the order as he go find Hestu.
"Great Deku Tree, the kidnapping of children is just a small part of a larger scheme, I believe Hyrule is in another danger, and I'm afraid the scope is even beyond Hyrule." Warned Zelda.
"I have my worry that that may be the case, that familiar something I sensed seems to have connection to Hyrule and yet it's not in Hyrule, I can feel otherworldly presence encroaching." Said the Deku Tree.
"I don't know what the future is in store for us, but I want you to know that you always have allies ready to lend their aid, now princess tell them what they need to know." Great Deku Tree telepathically contact the supernatural beings in Hyrule, such as the three dragons Dinraal, Naydra, and Farosh, the Great fairies Cotera, Mija, Kaysa, and Tera, The horse god Malanya, and Satori.
Heeding Deku Tree words, Zelda telepathically broadcast her thoughts to the supernatural beings of Hyrule to prepare for the upcoming trials to come.
"It seems everyone receive your message, we will grant help to your allies as well should they need it." Said Deku Tree.
Chio return with a large Korok that resemble a tree holding maracas. "Deku Tree I came back with Hestu."
"Good work Chio, now Hestu guide Link and Zelda to the location that I said I sense something familiar." Commanded Deku Tree.
"Shokay ! Hero and Princess please follow me !" Hestu lead Link and Zelda to the location mentioned by Deku Tree.
As they arrived near the entrance of Korok Forest Hestu stopped. "Well we're here, this is the location Deku Tree spoke of, although I don't see anything unusual around here."
"There's got to be something, let's take a look." Link and Zelda trying to feel around the air, as Link placed his hand forward he saw his hand 'gone'.
"My hand !" Link tried to pull back to see his arm completely intact. "Of course ! Theres a portal here !"
"We need to marked it." Zelda marked the portal with her golden plate.
"So, whatever Deku Tree sensed lies beyond this portal, are you ready Zelda ? We don't know where this portal will take us."
"I know, but this isn't a time to hesitate, but first, thank you for guiding us Hestu, but we decide to enter this portal." Said Zelda.
"I wanted to come too, I want to know what kind a place on the other side." Hestu insisting on tagging along.
"Okay fine, but if things get dangerous leave and return here alright." Asked Link.
"Yes, I will !" Hestu saluting to Link.
"Now let's go" Link, Zelda, and Hestu entered the portal.
Popple - Fairy World
Link, Zelda, and Hestu arrived at an unfamiliar location, far from bracing for the worst this news place they arrived is actually beautiful, the skies are clear blue and flowers as far as the eyes can see.
"This is...not what I expect." Link commenting at the new world.
"Me neither, but this world is beautiful, look at all this flowers, i've never seen these kinds before !" Zelda crouched down and fascinated by the flowers.
"And this place is beautiful, if Magda were here she would be filled with joy." Said Zelda she the name triggered something within Link.
"Y-yeah, I guess she would." Link suddenly remember a bad memories from the Hylian lady named Magda.
"This place is prettier than Hyrule." Said Hestu.
"We are in the process of rebuilding, one day Hyrule will be as beautiful as this world." Zelda's determination is unwavering.
"Zelda I know you're curious, but we're here on a mission right ? Deku Tree can feel something familiar here, and we're here to investigate that." Link reminded Zelda of their mission.
"You're right, i guess I got distracted there, we should get going." The trio kept on walking, enjoying the scenery in the process.
Soon as they cover more grounds, Link, Zelda, and Hestu saw something that's completely familiar to them, Hyrule Castle itself.
"The castle ! So it got sent to this world." Remarked Link.
"We found it..our home." Zelda can't believe what she saw.
"Hooray ! We found princesses castle !" This got to be what Deku Tree sensed.
"I'm glad we found it, but how do we get the castle back to Hyrule ? Can your magic do it Zelda ?" Asked Link.
"I could try, but I wonder if I'm able to teleport with something this big." Zelda looked unsure.
With no other lead the trio head to the castle.
"The castle obviously looked even bigger the closer we get." Said Zelda.
"Yeah, and now do you mentioned it, does the castle always this filled with flowers ?" As they got closer Link noticed flowers seemed to bloom around the castle.
"You're right, it wasn't like this before." Zelda agreeing with Link.
"Hestu know something ! This arrangement seemed to be too articulate to be natural !" Hestu noticed the flowers seemed to follow a pattern.
"You're right, it's like someone plant the flowers at the castle." Remarked Zelda.
"A world like this sure got to have inhabitants, maybe they're the ones doing it ?" Questiined Link.
"It's possible, although we haven't seen any living thing on our way to the castle." Replied Zelda. "I wonder what kind creatures living in this world ?"
As Zelda examining the castle an ominous sounding music start playing.
"What is this music, it give me the creeps." Hestu commenting on the music.
"This music ! I can sense evil magic from it !" Zelda formed a barrier surrounding herself, Link, and Hestu, protecting them from the effect of the music.
"What was that about ? Could an evil being have reside within the castle ?" Asked Link.
"It's possible, we need to oust whoever doing this out of my castle !" Zelda is feeling angry.
"Oh, I can't let you do that." A voice spoke from above.
The heroes looked upwards to see a blue jester like person with 4 arms, tow arms holding aa red flute, the other two ar.s holding aan accordion, and wearing a perpetually smiling mask.
"I don't know who you are ! But this is my castle ! You need to leave immediately !" Zelda yelled at the creature.
"Gyohohoho...oh so you're the original owner of this castle, well no can do, I happen to like this castle, and I already have a vision of redecorating the place, oh but where are my manners, my name is Joker, the new lord of the castle, I call it Joker's Castle ! I think my face should be carved on the center of the castle so everyone can see it."
"You won't be doing any of redecorating, I will reclaim my castle back !" Zelda remain steadfast.
"Ugh, why does other people have to make things hard for me." Joker begin playing his flute as two little girls with yellow shirt, pink skirt and ponytail although one of them have more wavy hair actually flew to Joker.
"You call us Master ?" Asked one of the girl.
"Yes, Lip ! Furil !" Please deal with our...intruders." Ordered Joker.
"Of course master." Lip and Furil, two fairies of Fairy World obeyed their master and flew down to face the heroes.
"Hold, this is Master Joker's castle, we can't let anyone trespass the master's castle." Lip spoke to the heroes.
"He's using little girls as minions !?" Link felt disgusted by Joker's methods.
"Link, I don't think these girls are evil, I'm sure they're just brainwashed by Joker's music." Said Zelda.
"Let me deal with Joker, as fellow musician I can't let him get away with using music for evil." Hestu determined to stop Joker.
"Okay Hestu, you deal with Joker while Link and I will deal with his minions." Zelda approved Hestu choice as he summoned a leaf propeller, Hestu fly upwards to reached the second floor balcony.
Zelda's hands is glowing with light, not wasting any chances Lip create a flower below her, the flower petals rise up and closingijn on her as if trying to eat her, but Link cut down all the petals as Zelda escape, and then Furil used her magic to entangled Link in plant vines, restraining his movements.
Zelda can feel a plant vine coiling around her feet, and then suddenly a plant vine restraining her arms and legs.
"You lost, now you will serve Master Joker like us." Lip said in monotone voice.
"This isn't over yet !" Zelda conjured a blast of light that destroys the vine, releasing her and Link while Lip and Furil screamed in fear.
Upwards after Hestu reached the balcony he confront Joker. "Stop right there Joker, as fellow music enthusiast I cannot let you continue any longer !"
"The weird talking tree thing ? Are you some kind of fairy or something ?" Joker asked Hestu.
"I am Hestu, the number one musician of the Koroks, and I can't let you to continue using music for evil purposes !" Declared Hestu.
"So it's a showdown you want, then a showdown you get !" Joker begin amping up his music as his extra hand started playing the accordion.
As the music star playing, Joker blasted Hestu with a sound wave, knocking the korok down, Joker conjure an energy construct shaped like musical notes and launched it at Hestu, only of Hestu start start playing his maracas and sending magical blast that destroy the projectiles.
Hestu shake his maracas again as he conjure several small boulders and throw it towards Joker, but the monster slither around to avoid being hit.
Hestu and Joker amped up their playing again and start blasting each other with soundwaves.
"Shalaka ! He's not bad, but I haven't shown everything yet !" Hestu turns himself invisible which surprise Joker, taking advantage of the confusion Hestu begin attacking him from any direction, Joker receive many beatings from all side by a soundwave amd magical blasts courtesy of Hestu.
Joker used his tail to swipe his surrounding only for nothing to hit, while still receiving soundwave attacks from Hestu. Now Hestu latest attack destroy Joker's flute and the next attack break his accordion, preventing him from playing further music.
"You broke my instruments ! You ruined everything !" Joker begin yelling.
As Joker searching frantically for Hestu Lip, Furil, Link, and Zelda arrived at the balcony riding a floating flower like platform created by Lip apparently freed frkm Jokers brainwashing.
"Joker, for the trouble you caused on this land you will receive punishment for your crimes !" Lip pointing her wand at Joker, as the clown monster cower in fear the skies turn bright.
"Gyo..hohoho ! Luck is still on my side ! Goddess Cordelia your loyal servant needed power to vanquish these pathetic fairies !" Joker begging to the skies above, however instead of a blessing a lightning bolt come down from the sky and blast him off the castle to somewhere far away.
"Look at him go." Said Hestu as he turn himself visible again.
"You're that talking tree guy, are you from Thiana's Domain ?" Asked Lip.
"No, who's Thiana ?" Hestu doesn't recognize the name mentioned.
"So uh that sky.." Link pointed at the still bright sky.
A figure descend from the bright sky, as the figure gets closer she is a red haired woman wearing a white dress.
"Mother !" Lip and Furil run towards her.
"Mother ?" Questioned Zelda.
"Greetings visitor, my name is Corderia, queen of the fairies, I want to thank you for rescuing my daughters from that clown monster, I was going to do it myself, but when you three arrived and deciding to fight I chose not to interfere."
"Mother, is this the work of the three witches again ?" Asked Furil.
"That Joker was the real thing, not another illusion created by the witch sisters, Cordelia and her minions are plotting something, that's why I have to leave in the first place, unfortunately I wasn't able to learn anything, and when I got back you two are under Joker spell." Corderia felt a bit guilty.
"We really thank you for saving us, but let's us introduce ourself, for real this time, my name is Lip, and as you can see I'm a princess of Popples, and this is my twin sister Furil." Lip introduce herself and her sister to the heroes.
"It's a pleasure to make you acquaintance, my name is Zelda, this is Link, and Hestu, and we came from Hyrule." Zelda introduce her crew to the fairies.
"Hyrule ? I never heard a place with that name." Said Lip.
"Neither am I, I went to Mt. Death, but I don't think there's a place named Hyrule nearby." Said Furil.
"Hmm...you came from another world right, one that is far from here." Said Corderia. "I know because I know many things about Popples and the land beyond."
"Well yes, we're not natives to this world." Answered Zelda.
"I see, so how did you get to Popples ?" Asked Queen Corderia.
"There's a portal from Hyrule that leads to this place, and it seems this is where Hyrule Castle ended up." Answered Zelda.
"This castle is yours ? Then we will return it to you., sorry about the flowers, were the ones reaponsible for that, but then Joker brainwashed us." Lip and Furil used their magic to make the flowers disappear.
"Thank you Queen Corderia, we really appreciate it." Zelda thanked the queen.
"With my magic I can send this castle back to where it's been, i can send you all back along with the castle." Offered Corderia.
"But how are you going to send it back ? You don't know about our world location and stuff ?" Asked Hestu.
"I don't need to know, this spell is specifically to return it's target to its previous location, no matter how far it is." After all doubts are cleared Cordelia used her power at the castle, Hyrule Castle slowly disintegrating into light, along with Zelda, Link, and Hestu.
"Bye ! We hope to see you again !" Lip and Furil waved their hand to the heroes, Link, Zelda, and Hestu also waved back as Hyrule Castle completely vanished.
After the castle vanished Lip, Furil, and Corderia being able to fly descend safely to the ground.
"Quite the visitor we got, a princess and her knight, just like what you see in fairy tales." Commented Furil.
"Like you and Kain ?" Teased Lip which embarrass Furil.
Corderia smiled seeing her daughters safe, however she got a feeling that things are far from over. ("The appearance of otherworlders on Popples, could this be tied to what Cordelia is planning ?")
Hyrule
As the people of Hyrule continuing with their everyday life, the bits of light return to Hyrule and converge in one spot, the spot where Hyrule Castle used to stand, as all the light bits become one Hyrule Castle finally return to its rightful place.
"The castle ! It's back !" Shouted Captain Hoz.
Hyrule Castle
"Are we back in Hyrule ?" Asked Zelda.
Link take a look around and confirmed to Zelda that they indeed have returned.
"This was quite the adventure, I have to tell everything to Deku Tree !" Said Hestu.
"Hestu thank you for helping us, we couldn't have done it without you." Zelda thanked the Korok.
"If I can help Mr. Hero and Princess I'll gladly do it, well now it's time for me to go." Hestu grabbed the leaf propeller from his bag and fly away, how is it able to life such a large person...maybe magic ?
Captain Hoz and the rest of the Hylian soldiers rushed towards rhe castle, Zelda assure them that things are fine and the restoration process can continue.
Lookout Landing
"So they're fine with you leaving again ?" Asked Link.
"Yeah, we have another thing to worry about, I need the knowledge I can gather to prepare everyone from the enemy from other worlds."
"But you haven't told them anything yet right ?" Asked Link.
"Not yet, now's not the time, besides we have more jmportant priority for now." Zelda looking at the castle.
"Your coronation is well..almost done, but there are more things to do." Commented Link.
"Yes, Link when we get back here, we need to visit the caves beneath the castle, when you left to Zora Domain Purah told me something came out from there, a substance more dangerous than malice, we don't know what it is, so for now we're calling it the gloom."
"I see, and this is what we must do, shall we ?" Zelda offered her hand to Link.
Link take her hand and they returned to the mansion.
Finally done, I accidentally delete this chapter and had to redo everything again.
I had no idea where to send the castle to in the beginning, but I finally figured it out, by sending it to Popples the world of Panel de Pon.
So the final boss of Panel de Pon is Goddess Cordelia, who is just an illusion created by the fairy queen, while the queen is unnamed I named her Corderia, and I make Lip and Furil twin sisters here.
Honestly I don't know if Nintendo puzzle collection is a sequel to Panel de Pon, it stars a fairy named furil who looked identical to lip, so I made them sisters instead.
