Chapter 31

The group of students stared at the girl, who had an incredible and quite angry gesture. She wasn't kind to any of them, nor friendly. The girl named Narberal Nazarick only glared at the group, looking for an answer that she already knew, but of course. She couldn't let them know about it. Narberal had a job to do, and it was to create a grand scene that was part of her lady scheme. Yet, Narberal had to admit to herself that she was a bit nervous. The Pleiades did not want to mess everything up. Nevertheless, she scoffed at them, and kept on her façade of fury, something that was not a hard thing to do, at least for her.

"Speak now, maggots… are you all from class 1-A?" Narberal asked in a cruel tone, as the rest of the kids only flinched at such a voice.

"We are," Ida said nervously.

"Who are you?" Kirishima asked and Narberal, of course, got angry at such a stupid question.

"I have already told you, who am I. My name is Narberal Nazarick, and I am here to look for my sister," she growled and the red-haired boy felt shivers at the way the beautiful girl stared at him.

"Galadriel's sister?" Midoriya whispered, as he then stood up from the bed.

"I didn't know. She had a sister," Todoroki said, tilting his head at the girl with a chilly demeanor.

"We are four sisters in total… well, five if you count lad- uh, Galadriel," Narberal only said, almost saying "lady" instead of her beloved lady's name, of course, that left Todoroki more intrigued. "They are currently… helping my parents with something crucial."

"Something crucial?" Uraraka only muttered, but Narberal decided to ignore it.

"Do you know where she is?!" Midoriya asked, and Narberal only narrowed her eyes at him. She has heard about the green-haired boy. He wasn't truly something special, or that's what Narberal thought in anycase. She did not understand why. Her lady was quite obsessed with him for some odd reason. But, hopefully, it would pass. A human boy was a waste of time.

"I have heard about the pro heroes' operation… my family… has to do something about it. So, here am I, looking for you… maggots."

Narberal said, adding just an insult just because she wanted it. And like always, a certain blonde-haired boy was getting fed up by someone calling him a maggot.

"Who are you calling a maggot?!" Bakugo yelled, annoyed.

"To you… maggot, or should I call you vermin? That does suits you well enough, I guess," Narberal replied with a mocking smirk, as Bakugo growled.

"You're truly that albino sister! Both of you annoy the fucking shit out of me!"

Bakugo yelled as he jumped towards Narberal. The rest of the students were trying to stop the explosive kid from doing what he was good at. The only thing he was good at, but before any one of them could do something about it. As a sort of Déjà vu, Bakugo was on the floor, with the hand of Narberal on his throat. He didn't even know what just happened, in fact. No one knew. Yet, no one noticed, a certain item disappearing from Narberal's hand. A cash item just vanishing.

"What…?" Kirishima muttered.

"What… how did she move so fast?" Uraraka added as the rest started to mutter the same thing. Yet, Midoriya was now sure that it was the same thing that Galadriel does, but a bit different. Faster, leaving no trace behind.

"The same ability...?" Midoriya wondered.

Bakugo growled as he moved, or tried to move. But the abnormal strength of the girl pinned him down. Then, Narberal raised her free hand, while the other one was pushing Bakugo on the floor, and everyone saw how the lighting of sorts was appearing from her fingernails.

"Electricity?" Midoriya whispered.

"Like mine…?" Kaminari softly said.

"Let me go! You bitch!" Bakugo yelled.

Narberal, however, wanted to let them know something before doing that. She needed to make sure to understand who she was, as a character. Pandora's Actor has let her know that improvising was a lethal weapon in her arsenal. And she would do just that.

"Silence… worm, you don't seem to understand what my sister means to me," Narberal hissed, dangerously, as Bakugo only felt those dark eyes glaring down on him.

"What…?" He could only reply.

"You're lucky, child. You're lucky that my sister cares about this class… that she was willing to sacrifice herself to save you all. But I don't care about any of you. And if you prove yourself a problem… I'll kill you right here, and no one would ever find any trace of you."

Bakugo only stared at the girl on top of him, and notice a very dangerous intent. It was not like Galadriel, the albino girl, who would only look down on him with a teasing smirk. No, the girl was different. Bakugo could feel a killing instinct coming out of her. It was raw and powerful, and right then, he understood that this girl was not joking. This girl had truly the intention of killing him.

"Maybe you shouldn't try to antagonize your sister, friends then," Todoroki said, trying to call the bluff from that person, earning a glance from Narberal. Todoroki had to admit that he could also feel a certain level of discomfort at the way the girl was looking at them. She was serious. He knows it. Yet, at the same time, he felt as if she would not do it. After all, it was like she says. Galadriel cared for all of them, so it would be quite weird if she does anything of sorts. Still, hopefully, it was a rouse.

Narberal only scoffed and stood up, leaving Bakugo on the ground, as he slowly stood up. Still sore from the girl's attack.

"Besides… you came here for something, right?" Todoroki added, and Narberal only grew silent.

"I have yes," Narberal said.

"You know where Galadriel's whereabout are?" Ashido asked, and everyone looked at Narberal who smiled internally, knowing the bait was taken.

"As I say before… my family has to do something about it. We can't let one of our own be a hostage... so yeah, we are doing something about it."

"And… you alone are going to save her?" Bakugo scoffed, earning a glare from Narberal.

"You don't understand what is at stake here, child," Narberal said.

"What is a stake, then? Please explain? Why aren't your parents doing something about it?" Bakugo asked, and then, Narberal, using her acting power, hissed at the boy.

"Because the moment my family moves, then they would come…!" Narberal yelled and now everyone was confused.

"Who are they?" Todoroki asked, intrigued.

Narberal then fake an expression of mistake, as if it was something she should not have said. Everyone saw the horrified expression on her face and knew it must be something incredibly dangerous. Yet, the question remains, who are they? Narberal sighed dramatically.

"The Primordials," Narberal whispered, and everyone froze.

"The Primordials? Why would the Primordials move…?" Midoriya asked as he was slowly trying to understand what does it mean. Yet, he then recalled the last occasion of Galadriel's burst of power. The fact, she could destroy a mountain. Midoriya knew something bigger was going on, something that could change how he sees Galadriel.

"You don't need to know… no one could know," Narberal muttered, dramatically.

"The only thing you have to understand is that, currently, my family is in danger, and my sister is the primary focus of the Primordials. I want your help… got it? That simple."

"Simple, you say… you haven't told us anything!" Kirishima yelled.

"Does that mean that they are working with the league of villains?" Uraraka asked, and that could have been a good question if it wasn't for Narberal scoffing.

"No. They aren't working together."

"You're not saying much to us… if Galadriel is the principal focus for this group of villains, then why don't you look help among the pro-heroes?" Todoroki said, and Narberal only scoffed.

"The Primordials aren't just villains… they don't care about the pro-heroes or criminals. And besides, the pro-heroes aren't really going to be able to stop them."

Those words ring some true since they could all remember that not too long ago. They killed a bunch of pro-heroes. So, that could mean that. The Primordials were, by that action alone, above practically many, if not all, of the heroes in Japan. It was not something that brought happiness to the students, not at all.

"Then… what do they want?! What do they need Galadriel so much?!" Bakugo yelled angrily.

Narberal only let a frustrated growl. Dramatically.

"I can't tell you… it doesn't concern you," Narberal hissed and Bakugo growled.

"Concern us?! She is our friend!" Ashido yelled.

"We need to know…! Something!" Ida exclaimed as everyone was nodding.

"I… I can't tell you," Narberal replied, troubled. She was a very dramatic girl right now.

That answers nothing, and it brought even more annoyance at not only Bakugo but the rest. However, for what it was worth, they fell as if the reason for them not knowing more was for their own safety. Still, what Narberal wanted to create was just the scene for what was to come. They needed to ask more questions, to think what could it all mean. The anticipation of the unknown was slowly building itself inside them, but it was just starting.

"Look… I know how does this feels like, but I can't tell you. I literally can't tell you. I'm oath-bound. This… is beyond any of us. That's why I need your help. I need people to come with me and save my sister. My family can't be seen moving publicly right now. They are already making sure to send mixed signals to the Primordials, so they move somewhere else."

Everyone looked at her, wondering what does mixed signals meant by them. Yet, there was also another question lingering and was the so-called oath-bound Narberal spoke of.

"What I need is help… you're my sister's friends, right? You'll help me save her, right?" Narberal asked with a very tense voice, not a normal type of voice, especially from her. But then again, Narberal was acting as she has never acted before. She was very proud.

"This is so weird," Bakugo hissed, not knowing what was going on, and why does the albino girl seem to be in the middle of it all?

"Miss Narberal… even if we wanted to help her, we can't do it. The Pro-heroes are there, they would take care of the villains. We must wait," Ida said, and that brought some reactions from the rest.

"Tch! Are you still on that?!" Bakugo replied.

"We can't just ignore…!"

"Of course, we can!"

"Are you going to leave Galadriel behind?!"

"NO… I…!"

"I am going," Midoriya said, and everyone then looked at him. The lettuce boy, as Narberal would call him now. Had a pair of determinate eyes, and everyone, especially Bakugo.

"I don't know why the Primordials are looking, Galadriel… but it doesn't matter. She is… she is my friend. She needs help. And I am going to help her, no matter what," Midoriya said, and there was a bit of silence. But a huff from the explosive kid followed those words.

"I don't care about those Primordials. They can eat shit for all I care… I still have something to settle with that stupid albino girl. That's why she is not allowed to die!" Bakugo yelled.

"I'm going too," Todoroki also replied, and Narberal only scoffed at them internally.

"Me too!" Ashido said, and Narberal looked at her, and she knew that the poor pink girl was without a doubt already in her lady's pocket. Narberal could only wonder how long it would take for Ashido to break mentally. Maybe her lady was waiting on something before ordering Ashido to do something that would benefit Nazarick as a whole.

"This… this can lead to more troubles for all of us," Ida muttered.

"But not doing something would cause more problems to Galadriel," Kirishima said, and finally everyone had to agree with those words. And while they were a lot of things left unsaid. Their principal focus was to save Galadriel, no matter what.

"Do you have a plan, right?" Bakugo asked, and Narberal smiled.

"Of course, I do," Narberal said, smirking.

Narberal looked at the sky. It was dark and soon it would become even gloomier. Yet, she was fine with it. No problem at all with a little despair, yet she could only chuckle softly at the upcoming events. There were going to be a lot of things for her to enjoy. Still, she couldn't comprehend why would her lady, feel inclined to spend time with those mortal kids. Narberal was utterly confused by it and rather mystified.

The Pleiades maid recalled a meeting with one of the area guardians, the only creation of her lady, Pandora's actor, and from what he told her. It seems that her lady truly enjoyed the little pastime of being just a normal student, or as normal she could be in the world. Narberal wasn't sure she understood it. Well, no one understood the actions of the supreme one. But Pandora's Actor just smiled at her and told her that it was going to be fine.

"But, why?" Narberal whispered.

"Sorry for taking so long," Midoriya said, and Narberal turned around and saw the group of kids that would come with her. There were quite a few of them.

Bakugo, Midoriya, Todoroki, Kirishima, Ida, Ashido, and a girl named Yaoyorozu. The girl had an injury on her head, but otherwise, she looked fine. Still, Narberal knew that the girl in question had a quite interesting ability that her lady wished to investigate later on.

"Yaoyorozu… you came," Kirishima whispered, and the girl only sighed nervously.

"When you tell me about what happened… I couldn't… I couldn't just stay in bed," Yaoyorozu replied, afraid, yet determined to go through the plan. Yaoyorozu then looked at Narberal and had to blush for a bit. The girl was incredibly beautiful but had the same unfriendly face as Bakugo, and that was saying something.

"A pleasure to meet you. My name is Yaoyorozu Momo."

"Narberal Nazarick."

"Yeah, yeah, hi everyone… what is the fucking plan, you witch?" Bakugo hissed, and Narberal only huffed at the annoying voice.

"Annoying vermin," Narberal muttered, angrily.

"We don't have time to waste discussing, Kacchan," Midoriya said.

"That is true…" Kirishima said, earning a huff from Bakugo.

"The cabbage kid is speaking the truth," Narberal said, only for Midoriya to react to the way she was now calling him the cabbage kid. He wonders what type of vegetable would she call him next.

"The plan is fairly simple, we…"

"Wait!" Ida exclaimed and everyone was now looking at him, confused.

"What is it?" Narberal asked a bit annoyed to be interrupted.

"Miss Nazarick, I understand why you wished to save your sister, but… we are still students. We can't just ignore our teacher and not only that… I once made a reckless mistake. But now, we are making one again!" Ida hissed. The engine kid was clearly upset about something. Narberal, however, did not care enough to reply. Yet, she kept quiet, just to see where it was going with that.

"What are you talking about, man?" Kirishima asked.

"We're still under the protection of the school… and now is the hardest time for U. A, with all that is going on in the media. If we do this… who would take responsibility for our actions?!" Ida said and finally, it was making sense for the rest of the students why Ida was so apprehensive about their upcoming task. He was worried about putting even more fuel to the already burning fire, swallowing U. A reputation. Yet, does it matter?

"And who gives a shit about it?" Bakugo replied with a very sarcastic voice.

"Do you have any idea of what will happen…?!"

"Shut up!" Bakugo yelled back. "U. A can't do anything about it! We have to do it ourselves! We are heroes, for fuck's sake! Should we just stay home and do nothing?!"

"Of course not!"

Ida yelled, frustrated. "But we can't just do whatever we want!"

"The hell we can!" Bakugo yelled back.

"Ida… I know what you're saying… it's not like is alright for us to break the rules. But, at the same time we can't just leave things as they are… you know this," Midoriya said, and Ida only stared at the ground, unmoving, thinking.

"I'm frustrated. I'm worried. My job as the class president is to care for all my classmates, not only Galadriel. What would happen if any of you are injured?! Lying in bed, just like my brother?!" Ida exclaimed, not wanting to see any of them just like his brother. It was such a horrible thought, and Ida truly wanted to avoid it.

"I can't live with it if something happens to any of you" Ida muttered.

"Ida, we're not trying to confront and attack them head-on. Not at all," Todoroki said, and Narberal finally had enough.

"Exactly. This is a rescue mission, while the pro-heroes and villains are fighting each other. This is not breaking any of your school rules at all, so don't worry," Narberal replied in a quite boring tone.

"This is a cover operation! A way for us to fight without breaking the rules!" Kirishima added, with quite the excitement tone.

"Exactly, Ida… is one of the reasons I am here, too. I thought about it. I wanted to be different… Galadriel has taught me that we must sometimes do what is right, not what is easy. And right now, with everything going on around Japan. We must do what is right."

Narberal tilted her head at Yaoyorozu's words, wondering if there was a sort of endgame for that girl. It won't be surprising if her lady was already thinking ahead of her, it would be as expected. But, then again, there were a great many things Narberal couldn't understand. Hopefully, she would one day.

"Also, if the worst comes to pass, I can help as a failsafe!" Yaoyorozu added, and everyone smiled at her.

"We will save her, Ida… otherwise, how can we call ourselves heroes?" Midoriya said, and Ida only kept quiet. Even Bakugo seemed determined to keep on going, and nothing Ida says would ever change their determination. So, with that in mind, Ida realized that it would be best to go with it. Since he too owned the white-haired girl a great deal. The life of his brother was now at the hand of the Nazarick family, who told him they could not only heal him but also improve him.

Ida couldn't look away.

"Alright… let's do it."

Ida whispered, and Narberal rolled her eyes as she couldn't help but wonder why the drama was necessary.

The sounds of muttering came with the longer worry that something could go wrong at any moment. Perhaps it was because of what took place not too long ago. Yet, they were still there, their duty called at them, no matter how afraid they were. But among them, there were a few who were worried about something else.

"You hear about the news? They want to put in some new legislation about pro-heroes agencies. What does it mean?"

"I don't know, really, but whatever it is… we need to be ready for it."

"Yeah… they say something about having all the agencies working under one big firm in order to have all of us controlled. Do you hear that? That means there would be no more independence for us!"

"As I say… we need to be ready for it."

All Might sighed deeply, wondering where it could all lead. He was scared for the future of the next generation. The only thing he could do now was to win the upcoming fight.

"Toshiro, how are you holding up?" Gran Torino asked.

"Teacher… just thinking about how everything is lately. About my old days, and what I did… or thought I did in order to make this world a better place," All Might whispered, sadly.

"You did everything you could, Toshiro."

"I just feel like I didn't do enough."

Gran Torino sighed as he stared at the tired face of his once pupil and understood why he meant that.

"Don't talk like that, or Shimura would come from dead and kick your ass."

All Might chuckle at the joke. "Yeah, she would have done it a while ago."

"But I understand why you're so… nervous. I have never seen such a wave of mixed reactions about heroes before. Never, not even during the darkest days."

All Might admit that during those days when the open war against All for One was at its peak. The reaction of the media and the people wasn't as bad as it was today. Not even close. Yet, he couldn't stop it, not now. It wasn't his time to shine, not anymore. All Might flame was slowly fading away, and he knew it. That's why, he hoped, Midoriya would become the next symbol of justice. He also wanted to make sure the girl who has captivated the heart of many gets out of this alive. Because, All Might knew one thing for certain, Galadriel Nazarick, would be part of the new generation of heroes that were needed for the world. And in his humble opinion, perhaps, the greatest generation of heroes that the world has ever seen.

You truly choose a great companion, young Midoriya. She is the Symbol of Hope after all. And she will lead many of us to the new world. All Might thought, with a smile.

"This is quite the mission, eh?" Mt. lady said, approaching the number one hero.

"Mt. Lady, you came! I heard that the Nazarick medicine is quite a miracle, but to see it. Whoa, truly, I am glad you're alright," All Might said, and the blonde woman smiled, although a bit apprehensive.

"Yeah, they surely make sure to help a lot of us. We can do this now," Mt. lady said.

"And we will! Trust me!" All Might exclaimed, making the young woman chuckle.

"Still, how are you feeling, Mt. Lady? I honestly, though you wouldn't come, not after what happened," Gran Torino said.

"Yeah… it surprised me that I took this decision. But… after what took place during the Primordials incident. I needed to remind myself why I became a pro-hero. That's why I am here… and so does the rest. We need to believe."

All Might nodded seriously, and he also noticed the face of Endeavor. The lack of expression was not something it suited him. Yet, All Might knew that the number two hero was a proud man, who did not lack the vision of what could happen if things don't go according to plan. He also believes that Endeavor was still dealing with the who debacle of the primordial, on a professional level, and a personal one. His hands were covered with the blood of dozen of young and old pro-heroes lives. It was not something easy to accept.

"Yeah… we need to believe," All Might said.

"Everyone!" Detective Naomasa yelled and every single of the heroes looked at him with a fierce look in their eyes, and even the detective felt it. They all wanted to prove themselves.

"From our investigations. We currently know the whereabouts of the kidnapping of miss Nazarick. We'll invest our primary fighting power to prioritize the recovery of the victim. At the same time. We'll take control of the other locations thought to be hideouts and in doing so. We'll cut off their path of retreat and be able to catch the lot at once. This is the plan."

All Might feel different today. He didn't know why, but he truly believed that it was not going to be a defeat for them. No, the heroes would win. Still, he worried that he thinks escalate, it would come down to the meeting of an old rival of his, and if that does happen. He would have to make sure to finish him once and for all.

"We put the statement out, so it would deceive the villains. They won't expect an attack today! This is our opportunity to turn the tables!"

"Let's do it!"

The heroes and villains were all under the watchful eye of a certain person, who was currently flying high above the rest, looking, watching, and expecting a great show, since after all. It was going to be a long night for everyone else.
