Chapter 32

The shattering unawareness of what was to come could not change the nightlife across the city. The usual pubs and restaurants filled with the inhabitants of the country, who were blissfully clueless about the upcoming operation in the Villain League hideout, were about to be distraught about the forthcoming carnage. Yet, there was time for them to escape. However, for a group of students in disguise, the normality of the night serves them well since they were undercover and incredibly anxious.

Nevertheless, they were heading to their destination thanks to the elegant dark princess. The older sister of their friend. Well, supposed older sister.

"Why do we have to wear this ridiculous outfit?" Bakugo growled, annoyed at the choice of clothes made for him.

"We can't be seen outside the hospital. This is the best way to camouflage ourselves."

Yaoyorozu told Bakugo, who only hissed, still annoyed. He understood perfectly the reasoning behind it. But he still didn't like it. Nevertheless, Bakugo could feel an eerie sensation around him. It was like the beating of a drum slowly approaching him; however, Bakugo noticed that it was not drums but his heart. He was nervous, anxious about what would soon happen. Bakugo hissed quietly, trying to calm his shaky hand from the rest.

"Are you alright, Bakugo?" Ashido asked Bakugo, who scoffed at the pink-haired girl.

"Fuck off," he replied.

"So mean!" Ashido said, aggravated.

"Enough back there!" Narberal hissed. "You vermins are terrible at subterfuge!"

Typically, the kids would be embarrassed by their behavior and try to be more serious. However, Narberal currently doesn't look all serious compared to how she behaved at the hospital. She looked like she was doing some errands; Narberal seemed unpreoccupied with the allegedly intense mission. She looked like it was just another Friday for her and nothing more. The kids were trying hard to blend in with the nightlife and act like adults just passing by, while at the same time, Narberal was buying some groceries. Bags of chocolates and many other candies.

"You talk about subterfuge, and you've been buying candies all along!" Bakugo hissed, annoyed, while Narberal only huffed at him while putting the many bags of groceries in a seamless endless purse. Todoroki tilted his head at the strange purse. Yet, said nothing.

"I have things to buy; my sister likes candies. Especially Hersheys. It was my turn to buy it for her. This is an important mission for me."

Narberal said in a condescending tone of voice, making Bakugo more furious. Narberal didn't honestly care about them. She, in fact, couldn't help but wonder why her lady would find enjoyment in spending time with lesser beings. It was baffling. However, Narberal knew best to argue with her lady.

"Besides, look around you," Narberal said. "Don't you feel strange? As if everything was too peaceful?"

The students took their time to measure the strange eerie feeling of unease. The city was blooming at night; everyone seemed to be having a great time, drinking, partying, or simply relaxing on a peaceful day. However, the students could feel something amiss. Everything felt out of touch. Fake and abnormal.

"Yeah, I don't like it. Everything looked rather calm and peaceful," Kirishima said nervously.

"I do feel like someone is watching me," Ashido muttered.

"This eerie feeling, what it is?" Todoroki whispered.

"Is this what they call the quiet before the storm?" Yaoyorozu murmured.

"This is the same feeling I got when we were ambushed during the camp," Ida said, and everyone nodded. The sensation was pretty similar to an extent.

"We must be careful and try to move slowly. Before they are on the move," Narberal whispered mysteriously.

"Who? The... Primordials?" Midoriya whispered nervously, and everyone could see the shift in Narberal's body. The girl pulled a strange clock out of her pocket, a beautiful silver clock with elegant stones around it. And Narberal looked at the time nervously.

"We should have more time... They shouldn't be here so fast," Narberal muttered anxiously.

"What do you mean?" Todoroki asked.

Narberal sighed deeply, putting her clock back into her pocket. "The bait we put out for them."

The kids looked confused at the supposed bait and what it meant. Yet, they decided to save their questions for later. Right now, they needed to move fast.

"Alright, let's go."

"Where are we going?" Ashido asked.

Narberal didn't answer. She just kept on walking, ignoring them. The students suddenly arrived at a dark alley, where no one could see them clearly. Narberal searched her bag, trying to find something, and the rest couldn't help but wonder what Narberal was trying to get out of her strange purse. Especially since the bag looked like an endless pit.

"That's a rather big purse, eh?" Kirishima said, earning a scoff from Narberal.

"Uh, miss Nazarcik, what are you looking for?" Yaoyorozu asked, confused. As Narberal kept on searching or pretending to search for something.

"Here it is!" Narberal exclaimed with fake excitement. There, in her hand, was a blue rock. A pendant of sorts. It didn't seem anything different from a standard necklace by outlook appearance. Just another rich people's jewelry and nothing more. Yet, the strange bright emanating from the stone made all the kids wonder what it actually was, so they could only look.

"What is that?" Midoriya asked, puzzled by the rare pendant.

Narberal smiled at them a bit arrogantly. "This is a family secret." She said, and soon, they saw how the piece of jewelry started to float by itself.

"Please find my sister," Narberal whispered, and soon, the pendant flew away, leaving a blue trace behind.

"What was that?!" Kirishima exclaimed, bewildered, echoing the reaction of the rest of the kids.

"It's hard to explain but is an artifact made by my family a long time ago. It helps us find each other, even if we are miles apart."

Narberal said, and while it was true, that the stone did help find people, she was using it, to make them believe she didn't know where Galadriel was, which was a lie. Narberal knew, exactly where her lady was, just like all of Nazarick, but the kids couldn't know that. So, Narberal needed a sort of tool that would help her to put on an act. It was just a location shard. Back in Yggradsil, there were many ways to find items, or people, primarily NPCs. The [Pendant Location Shard] was just one of many items that serve the purpose of locating things. A rather useless item, truthfully. Not essential, not even worth wasting gold on it. But, in Yggdrasil, many useless things just looked nice and were the only reason one would have them.

So, they decided to use one to increase the mysticism surrounding the Nazarick family. Whatever they do, the more unique and mysterious it looks. The better it was for the plan.

"Whoa! Your family built it?!" Ashido asked, impressed by the beautiful pendant.

"A while ago," Narberal said, pleased with her acting. "Now, keep quiet and follow the trace."

Todoroki could only wonder how much mystery the white-haired girl's family could have. He was starting to believe there was something more going on.

"With luck, we'll arrive before the Pro-Heroes start the operation," Narberal whispered.

"If that is the case, we should be fast and try to not get in the crossfire," Ida said.

"If Hagakure and Jirou were here. We could have used their abilities to know where the villains are," Midoriya whispered.

"Nevertheless, they aren't," Todoroki replied.

"Before that, I want to make it clear. If we get into a position in which things get dangerous. I will not think twice before stopping all of you. And because all of you are my friends, I'll not risk it and will call the police."

Ida told them, and Bakugo, like always, scoffed at him. "I would like you to try," Bakugo muttered.

"I understand, Ida. Thank you. So, let's think of our options," Midoriya whispered while immediately muttering a million words per second about the many possibilities awaiting them.

"It's been quite a long time since I heard him muttering like this," Kirishima replied. At the same time, Yaoyorozu could only stare in disbelief at the speed of Midoriya speaking.

"So fast!"

"He can be a rapper no doubt!" Ashido added.

"What does my lady see in them?" Narberal muttered lowly.

The group continued their walk until they reached the back entrance of a large dark building. It looked decrepit as if no one had taken care of it in years. But, there were indications on the ground of car tires and many other things. So, it wasn't as abandoned as they thought.

Narberal quietly moved and looked around before the rest of the kids approached her. The pendant was pointing directly at the window, clearly trying to tell them more. Yet, Narberal only took the charm and hid it away.

"This looks abandoned," Bakugo whispered.

"No lights, no dogs, nothing that made it seem like people use this place," Kirishima added.

"This place is scary. I don't like it," Ashido muttered.

"The perfect place for a hideout," Ida replied.

"I think they're trying to conceal this building like another deserted building in a big city. Because otherwise, this enormous warehouse would have been destroyed a long time ago," Yaoyorozu said.

"I can't see a thing," Midoriya growled, annoyed. "What do we do now?"

"There is a small corridor there and a small window."

Narberal pointed out, trying to get ahead of them.

"Explosive mosquito, try to be quiet," Narberal said, with her annoying, condescending voice. Bakugo again hissed angrily. But kept his mouth shut. The rest followed through the narrow passway between the building's left side and the outside wall. They could not move too much but were able to react to a point where a window could be the entrance to the warehouse.

"Ugh, this place is tight! My butt is too big for it!" Ashido moaned disgruntled.

"Shh, quiet!" Ida said anxiously.

"We can look from there if there is someone inside," Midoriya whispered.

"But it is really dark," Todoroki added.

"Let me create some night vision goggles," Yaoyorozu said.

"Wait! Here, I brought a video camera with me. I bought it on Amazon!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"Whoa, isn't that an expensive model? I was checking them out when researching my outfit," Midoriya said, amazed by the video camera.

"They are great video cameras. My family has a few of them for birthdays or family gatherings," Yaoyorozu added.

"You're flexing right now, Momo," Ashido said, earning a blush from Yaoyorozu.

"I have them too," Todoroki said, adding more to the peculiar conversation.

At the same time, Narberal only looked at the group, perplexed by their reaction. These are the humans my lady likes to be around? She could only wonder the reasoning behind her lady's works. Maybe, she would never find out.

"Hey! Shut the fuck up!" Bakugo said, annoyed.

"Alright, I think we can get someone to look closely. Kirishima, get on my shoulders," Ida said as the group tried to offer more space for them to move.

"Kacchan, help me!"

"You're out of your mind if you think I'll let you ride me!"

"Nasty," Narberal said, with a sigh of disappointment.

"Fuck off!"

Yet, at the end of things, Todoroki was the one who helped Midoriya. Soon, Kirishima and Midoriya were looking into the building. Attempting to see if there was anything out of the ordinary inside the strange warehouse. For a while, they couldn't quite see much. It was dark, but thanks to the video camera. On the left side of the warehouse, Kirishima could see odd containers.

"What is... shit!" Kirishima exclaimed, surprised by his finding, as Ida felt the sudden shock on Kirishima's body.

"Kirishima, what happens?!" Ida asked as the red-haired boy regained balance.

"This is bad! Really, really bad! Here, Midoriya, look at the left side, on the back!"

Midoriya nodded and took the video camera, and immediately saw those containers. But that was not the shocking part, but what they store inside them.

"Nomus?!" Midoriya shouted.

"Nomus?!" The rest echoed the reaction to the horrible discovery.

"So this is the place," Bakugo muttered.

"Yeah, there is... three, maybe four, containers with Nomus," Midoriya said.

"Maybe there is more somewhere in this place," Todoroki said, and no one could blame him for his reasoning.

"Midoriya, do you see, Galadriel?" Ashido asked worriedly.

"No, I don't see her. There's no one down there," Midoriya muttered.

"We must find her. She must be around!"

Narberal smiled internally and unbeknown to the kids there. She has just completed the first part of her plan. Now it was time to move to the next stage.

Using her lady skin, Pandora's Actor stared at the man with no face. The man was using a mask and, from the looks of it. It helped him immensely as air entered the strange machinery and traveled to his lungs. Nevertheless, Pandora's Actor knew who the strange figure was, and while he was dangling on the wall, with both his hand-tied using chains. Pandora's Actor couldn't help but find himself in joy for the opportunity to meet such a strange fellow.

Pandora's Actor's fake body was bruised, burned, and more. It was all part of the grand scheme of his, of course. No damage was laid upon him. But it serves to set the stage. Since in their eyes. They could only see the battered body of the white-haired girl, who seemed to have problems staying awake.

"I had to admit, there hasn't been a time when doubt clouds my judgment. But here we are, young miss Nazarick. At the edge of mystery, and I can't look away."

The man spoke, and Pandora's Actor could hear the calmness in that voice. Eerie and cautious. It reminded Pandora's Actor of Demiurge's voice. The man slowly walked towards him. Pandora's Actor took the time to inspect the villain boss named All for One. And smirked internally.

"Not what you were looking for?"

Pandora's Actor asked, using his lady's voice. All for One only chuckled softly.

"Oh, not that all. I've been learning quite a lot," All for One said with a gentle voice.

"First of all, you're not... human, aren't you?"

Pandora's Actor again had to give the man a round of applause for his brilliance. There were few people who Pandora's Actor could call intelligent. Among the few were Demiurge, Albedo, and, of course, his dear lady. But there was a difference between them. Each was strong in one thing and weak in another. For example, Albedo was someone who could adapt to any scenario before her. The succubus could read any situation and reason what could be the best move to gain her the upper hand. She could follow anyone's leads and even deduce what her opponents were thinking with lethal precision. Yet, like many inhabitants of Nazarick, Albedo believed their own strength was sufficient to deal with whatever problem may arise in the future.

Since she was a perfect creation, nothing could ever take her by surprise. And that was a huge weakness and something even Galadriel, his lady, had told her. That line of thought was dangerous since it allowed them to underestimate their enemies. Arrogance was poison and a deadly one if not treated with care. It didn't matter if no one in the new world could go toe to toe against Nazarick. They couldn't misjudge their enemy, never.

Demiurge was the same. Yet, the demon was someone who just overdid things. Demiurge's level of cleverness was higher than most in Nazarick, a strategist, the best without a doubt. He could spend hours, days, even weeks planning just one move. He had backup plans for the backup plans. Demiurge would play different cards, use other methods, and think differently. All for the sake of being ahead of his enemy. Yet, that was also a weakness. Demiurge forgets that, sometimes, emotions would overcome reasoning. That anger, or motivation, could change his careful planning and force him to be more spontaneous.

It has happened before, where Demiurge would be so sure of his reasoning that it leaves him speechless when he faces an irrational scenario. What took place in Russia was one of those moments. He was so confident that those criminals wouldn't attack the people her lady saved because it was irrational. There was no reason for the Russian Villan league to do so, no purpose, no gains really, nothing that could lead to an attack, that when it did happen. Demiurge was left speechless.

No doubt, they'll learn that, when dealing with humans, always be prepared for the most irrational things to pass by. It was one of the reasons why Pandora's Actor believes he was more prepared to deal with the villain boss before him.

"I am human!" Pandora's Actor exclaimed, using his lady's voice.

"Are you? Or are they hiding something from you?"

Pandora's Actor saw the masked man approach him. All for One looked at him directly in his eyes, giving Pandora's Actor the time to measure the man. And that was the reason he was different from Demiurge and Albedo.

Pandora's Actor was created to react to the people around him. He was competent and capable of the same things Albedo and Demiurge could do, yet his strength was that he learned to deal with people. Since to act, he must first understand what drives people to do the things they do. What makes them angry, sad, jealous. Their goals and dreams. Their passions and sorrows. A love letter from his lady, who created him to be the pillar on which she could rest. A creation she hides nothing from. Since Pandora's Actor knew everything about her. All those horrible memories, fears, sorrows, and joy and happiness were the most sacred treasure of Pandora's Actor. And that makes Pandora's Actor so dangerous. Because he was made to be the perfect soul reader. The mirror people were so afraid to look at. Someone who devours people's dreams, joys, and personalities and uses them against them and finds his time to understand and scrutinize them.

And that was what he was doing right now. Looking into All for One soul, understanding who he was, and more importantly. What he wants.

"They are not hiding anything from me!" Pandora's Actor exclaimed. And All for One could see the face of the white-haired girl looking at him with defiance, yet, anxiousness, insecurity. Yet, that was precisely what Pandora's Actor wanted him to see.

"But what if they are? Have you ever wondered why you're so different from the rest?"

All for One walked away, as the many tubes and computers surrounding the place showed a lot of information to Pandora's Actor. He was having an incredible, joyful time. He was learning so much from All for One. Since, now, Pandora's Actor could see, the man was incredibly cautious and seemed to play the long game. He reminds me of Demiurge. But not that much. Pandora's Actor thought, a bit amused.

"I am... I am human."

All for One smirked, feeling that he could go on more in-depth before the inevitable happened. He couldn't lie and say it had been long before he felt any intrigue for someone or something. But the girl before him, and the mystery surrounding her, was too much.

"If you were just a human with Quirk. I would have taken yours a while ago, my dear. Such power feels like a delicious treat to any person. Yet, it is impossible. And you know why that is?"

All for One leaned forward, staring at those golden eyes.

"Because it is not a Quirk at all. And you are not a human."

"I am human! I am human! I am human!" The girl yelled, and All for One smiled.

"Are you now?"

Pandora's Actor could now see a clearer image of how the person's mind worked before him. Egomaniacal, who didn't care for anyone else but himself. Yet, he could also see that All for One faked his own sensations. As if he lacked something, and it wasn't empathy. But something that could genuinely drive him to be more.

I sense a massive weakness in him for someone so intellectual and powerful in this world. He seems to lack vision. What a disappointment to find in him nothing more than a cliche villain. But, it's too early to draw a clear picture of him. I want to know more!

Pandora's Actor would have loved to have more time to indulge himself in reading All for One a bit more. The man was brilliant, no doubt. All for One could easily enough surprise even Demiurge in the long game. Yet, at the end of the day. All for One was going against Nazarick. And the primary goal of All for One was true of no bother to them.

Nevertheless, let's see what can you do, mister All for One. No doubt, Demiurge will find you entertaining.

Pandora's Actor thought while acting his role of a confused girl.

"Maybe you know more but decided to ignore it. Or perhaps, the truth of your current circumstances is yet not known to you."

All for One then smirked behind his mask and led forward. "Or, you already know the truth. That you're not human, but something else. Your family's secrecy lies within you, yet you wish it to be unreal. Like a weight, you wish not to carry."

All for One grinned at the reaction of the girl. He believed he had hit a sore spot in the girl's mind. In reality, Pandora's Actor wondered what type of theory All for One has. So, he played along.

"Isn't that, right? Miss Nazarick?"

"No... you're wrong," the girl muttered softly, refusing to look at All for One, giving the boss villain more power over her.

Trying to put seeds of doubts and insecurities inside a poor girl? He indeed likes to manipulate.

Pandora's Actor thought amusingly.

"You don't have to carry that weight if you don't wish. Tell me, what is the one thing you wish for?"

"I..." The girl stuttered, refusing to look at him.

"Think about it."

All for One decided to try to pursue the girl into thinking she had a choice. He may not know all, but he doesn't need to, at least now. All for One only needs to plant seeds inside the girl's mind. In the same way, he did it with Tomura. Then, he could wait. Pandora's Actor could already see where the man was trying to go, and it would undoubtedly help them in the future. There was no better way to foil a villain's plan than control it from the beginning.

The rest of the villains could only help but wonder what was happening below them at the bar. A part of them genuinely wished to not know. Yet, Tomura knew that if there was a person who could break someone's will, it was his teacher. He could hardly wait to see the white-haired girl broken on the ground.

"Ah, so sad. The girl was adorable. I would've loved to hand out with her," Toga muttered sadly.

"You can hang out with us!" Twice replied, or tried to, since they were arguing.

"Well, it's done," Dabi only said, still hiding his shock from the girl's power. He could also feel that the girl with white hair was hiding something. But what it was could be dangerous to know.

Yet, before everyone could go on with the rest of the evening. A knock on the door interrupted everyone's thoughts.

"Hello, this is Pizza-La, from Camino Store! Did someone order a Three Meat special pizza with double cheese and onion breadsticks?"

The situation's absurdity wasn't one they were really aware of. Still, Tomura could only hiss at the red-haired girl who had a goofy smile on her face.

"Regina!" He hissed angrily.

"Hey, don't look at me, boss! I ordered Chinese food!"

The silence lingered in the air for around five seconds. Before a loud scream could be heard from a very known person.

"Smash!"

The wall was destroyed in a moment; none of them could have predicted how All Might ended up there.

"What...?!"

"Kurogiri, use gate now!" Tomura hissed.

Yet, Kamui Woods wasted no time trapping them, using his roots before they could move. He looked fearless, just like the rest of the Pro-Heroes there. All of them had a spark in their eyes. A sudden motivation to achieve victory, no matter the cost.

"You aren't going nowhere," he whispered.

Dabi growled as he tried to use his fire, but a tiny old man flew in and kicked him right in the head. It was enough to knock him out. The quickness of everything brought joy to All Might. The Number One hero smiled proudly at his mentor and Kamui, feeling as if there was nothing the villains could do to stop them. Not now, or ever. The Pro-Heroes were fighting for something more than just saving an innocent girl. They were fighting for the first time for Justice.

"You can't run anymore, League of Villains! Why? Because we are here!" All Might exclaimed, only making Tomura growl like a mad dog, seething with fury.

"So, everything was a plan? A bait?"

"Ew, what is this?!" Toga whimpered.

"Tree man! Stop pulling me!"

"Wait... where is the pizza?!" Lupusregina whined.

Then, a swat team of sorts entered from the door, all of them pointing their guns at them. It was then when the League of Villains realized they were surrounded, not only by the police but Pro-Heroes. And outside, the number two hero, Endeavor, was just standing, waiting, on edge for an unknown reason. Usually, he would have tried to jump directly into the action, but things were different now.

"Now, I don't see miss Nazarick nearby," All Might said while keeping his smile tight. There wasn't any of the boastfulness of his usual self. They could all sense tense and controlled anger in him.

"We'll find her, but nevertheless. This is the end for you, Tomura Shigaraki!"

Tomura only stared at All Might, the symbol of Justice, with the most insane look on his face.

"After all our scheming and plotting... the final boss goes and shows up on our doorstep."

Tomura growled. "No use then... Kurogiri, bring them all here!"

Tomura hissed, but nothing happened. The army of Nomus he expected to arrive did not arrive, and only silence was lingering in the room.

"I'm sorry, Tomura. But the Nomus set aside for us. They're gone!"

Lupusregina, who was on the side, enjoying the view, could swear that. Her boss's face looked like a man having a stroke. It was rather funny for her to witness. If she was honest, yet, while everyone was busy. Lupusregina couldn't help her excitement about what was about to happen.

Should I enjoy my role here? Mm, Pandora's Actor said to improvise if the moment requires it. I think I can have my own fun. Lupusregina thought, smirking widely, wondering what could she do.

"It seems like you've still got a lot to learn, Shigaraki. Your league of villains is still an amateur enterprise in this world and has gone and taken something too lightly. Like the relentless police investigation, the damage you have caused to innocent civilians. And more importantly, our rage!"

At that moment, a loud crash sound was heard, and it was Mt. Lady breaking the side of the building to enter the backside.

"This is the end!"

All Might yelled while everyone could swear it was time for a pro-hero victory. But, someone else had something in mind.
