The name's Yang. Yang Xiao Long. A former champion of The Battleground, former herald of Vekk-Torr, and elder sister of Ruby Rose. Ever since I hatched from my cocoon, I have lost myself completely. I mean, seriously! ME, believing in Braane-Strom's lies? Me, siding with Vekk-Torr, who, as crazy as this may sound—wants to destroy my home world. What was I thinking? (Sigh) Luckily, two people gave me a second chance: my sister and one of the legendary Knights of the Core, Erde-Vere, who still saw good in me. Gladly, I took their advice and turned over a new leaf. With my sins in the rearview, I have joined forces with Ruby and her new amazing friends. Not just Tari and Theo. But also Weiss, one of my teammates on Team RWBY, now armed with powerful cannons and looks like an action figure, and Lamar, one of Tari's teammates, armed with his bow and his own Knight of the Core, the centipede-esque Arma-Kade.

Once we arrived at Beacon, the cactus-headed, smart-aleck didn't expect us from two directions. Me, Tari, Weiss, and Theo from the front, and everyone else from the back, and by that, I mean the Emerald Forest. But he ran like a scalded dog once we brought him down to the ground. That's where Erde-Vere and the Emerald Sentinels came in and swarmed his pincushion-esque noggin and the VekkTroopers at Beacon. Advantage: Us. As we encountered the pinhead, we knocked him down a peg and freed Vale from Vekk-Torr's tyranny, loosening his iron-fisted rule on Remnant. As Vekk-Torr arrived, we bested him quickly, and I took a souvenir. As his forces retreated, that robotic scumbag mentioned Mistral being under the control of Rock-Skar, who I believe is one of his generals, alongside Braane-Strom.

So Mistral is where that heavy metal headache is, huh? Thanks for the tip. Once we reach Mistral, we come knocking on his door. Once he opens that metaphoric door—

We're making him face the music, one way or another.
