Author's Notes: Hey everyone, glad that you liked the last chapter I hope you like this one as well. As always I own nothing.

Once again Sansa was visited in her cell by Varys. He informed her of Joffrey's death and while she tried to give the impression that it was all a surprise to her she was certain that he was not fooled in the least. She also saw that he was looking at her in a peculiar way as if she had surprised him in some way. She had not told him of her ability and she had no intention of enlightening him about it so she sought to distract him by asking about Sir Blount.

"I must admit," he said; "That took me rather by surprise. I had not thought him to have the either the disposition for or, to blunt, the courage for treason. And he went about it in such a clumsy way, there was no way that he could get away. Finally, his defense borders on the ridiculous, he claims that something took over his body and forced him to kill the King. Truly a most preposterous idea is it not?" He said, giving her a probing look.

"Yes," she agreed rather hastily; "Quite ridiculous. So what happens now?"

"The trial shall precede with the charges amended to suspicion of conspiracy for the two of you."

"The two of us?" Sansa asked curiously.

"Yes, your husband, Lord Tyrion, has been arrested as well. It seems that the Queen Regent is convinced that the two of you were working together in order to murder the King and that Lord Tyrion hired Blount to finish what you started."

"That's not what happened at all!" Sansa explained hotly.

"My good lady it hardly matters at this point, whether it is the truth or not. It is you who is saying it and right now the words of both you and your lord husband count for very little in this city right now. I fear that you will have to have something more than your word when you present your defense at the trial."

"When it is to occur?" She asked.

"Two days from now, it seems that you and Lord Tyrion are to be tried together by the same judges."

"And who are they?"

"The Hand of the King Lord Tywim. Lord Mace Tyrell of High Garden and Prince Oberyn Martell of Dorn."

"A rather biased trio one might say." Sansa said simply.

"Be that as it may they are the ones who will determine your fate. Now I would get some rest, you are in for a rather unpleasant time of it ahead of you."
