Its the day of sectionals and Quinn gets nervous. She wonders if she made the right choice to have a fake pregnancy even though she did try to get pregnant. She sees a group of stairs that the glee club has to walk up and wonders if she should pretend to fall down the stairs and fake a miscarriage.

"Rachel, you ready for this?"

"As ready as I will ever be!"

"Finn we need to talk."

"Not now we are about to go on."

"And now ladies and gentlemen straight from Lima, Ohio the New Directions."

The New Directions start to sing and the crowd goes wild. The second song starts and the New Directions pull off the top costumes and show there Funky costumes and sing Give up the Funk.

"Wow! We did it Mr. Schue."

"Finn, you can't just make a baby with me and walk away!"

"I don't want anything to do with you or this baby. You're just as crazy as your mother! Now let go of me!"

Suddenly, Quinn falls down a flight of stairs and pretends to pass out.

"Quinn, Quinn! Quinn how do you feel?"

"Ouch!" (Screaming)

"I'll call an ambulance"

"Mr. Schue we don't have time! I'll take her."

At the hospital Finn rushes Quinn in. He is scared and Rachel says she will go with Quinn.

"Quinn, Quinn you need to calm down."

"I'm sorry I can't I am just so worried about my baby!"

"I'm gonna go get the ultrasound machine we'll see what's going on. You gonna be OK for a minute."

"Yeah I guess! Thank you."

As the Doctor leaves Quinn throws away her fake belly and rushes back to the bed.

"Need it. Set up in 405 stat! The Technician will be in a minute with the ultrasound machine. We're gonna find out what exactly is going on with your baby."

As the technician starts to scan Quinn's belly he notices something is wrong.

"Is something wrong?"

"Quinn I will be right back, I need to speak with the doctor."

The technician and the doctor talk for a while and Quinn wonders if they know she was not really pregnant.

"Is my baby OK?"

"I'm so sorry Quinn. There was no heartbeat. You must have miscarried. I'm very sorry for your loss."

"I, I knew something was wrong. I tried to prepare myself till you said the words."

"I need to give you a pelvic exam."

"No please don't not just after I lost the baby."

"Well, its essential to your health. So just try to relax."

As the glee club is waiting to find out what happened to Quinn, Artie and Kurt call saying that the club came in first place and is on to regionals.

"Finn you can go see Quinn now."

"How is she and the baby."

"I will let her tell you."

"Finn, I wasn't sure if you would come."

"Quinn, I'm so sorry."

"No, I am I through myself at you. I mean I knew I cared about you more then you cared about me, but that didn't stop me."

"Its not like I pushed you away. We did this together."

"You're just being nice like always. I feel so lost."

"You been dealing with a lot. Your parents divorce hit you hard."

"Yay it did. And I came to you for comfort, but then it turned into more. I really did love you Finn. And now this whole thing is over I know your relieved. This baby was a problem for you but I wanted it I really did."

"I just feel like an idiot for suggesting you give this baby up for adoption."

"You were just trying to think of the best solution."

"Maybe, I was just looking for an easy way out. I don't know, but it was wrong to make you think I did not want this baby. Truth is I did. I just wanted to be a good father. Not only did I fail but I failed you. This is all my fault."

"No its mine. You told me over and over again to take care of myself and think like a mother."

"And you did that Quinn. After you decided to keep the baby."

"Yeah then I ran up the stairs and grabbed onto you."

"After I said I didn't want anything to do with you."

"Finn I should have been more concerned about baby instead of trying to hold on to you. You said you wanted nothing to do with me so it is my fault I fell and lost the baby."

"I swear I will do whatever it takes to make this right."
