The doctor comes in with the news and I am scared to know the results, though I can't help but wonder where my dads are and what Finn is thinking. Still I figure the bleeding has stopped so the baby must be fine. As the doctor reads the results he says that the baby is going to be fine and so am I but that he does wanna speed up the babies lung maturity in case I go into labor again.

"Thanks Dr. Peterson I needed to here that."

"Rachel you need to stay in the hospital for a week and if there are no complications you can go back to school and do all the things you love to do."

"So the baby is fine the priva is not that bad?"

"Yes and if you want proof then here is the Sonogram to prove it."

"OMG, Rachel we are glad you and the baby are ok. Thanks for taking care of her Mr. Schue!"

"No problem I wanted to catch up and see how things where going when this happened."

"Hey did you talk to Quinn."

"I have and she has been avoiding me like the plague she knows she can't get away with this."

"So after this you guys are probably not going to want another baby for a while."

"Right, thanks I am sorry for this Mr. Schue the baby causes a lot of problems when you are here."

"The baby is going to be a trouble maker."

A week goes by and Rachel is released from the hospital. Finn picks her up and they head off to school. At this point Finn has not talked to Quinn and he thinks hopefully this will get Quinn to talk about her lie. As they arrive to glee everyone is so happy to see Rachel and to know the baby is doing fine. Mercedes is the first to hug Rachel when she feels the baby kicking.

"Rachel, is the baby kicking?"

"Yeah the baby is kicking all the time and in 2 weeks we find out if it is a boy or a girl."

"Finn, can we talk?"

"Oh, now you wanna talk about what you did!"

"Yes, I wanna tell you I am sorry."

"You can't be this rude. Why did you do it?"

"I did it cause I wanted to hang on to you. I loved you and you ended up falling in love with someone else I had no way of holding on to you so I faked the pregnancy."

"You could not have just got over it like every other break up that has happened to a person."

"I loved you and I need to have you in my life. You live you life like you had nothing to do with the choice I made to fake a pregnancy. Well, you did. I always thought we were going to be together and you had other plans."

"But, you lied to me and my parents. How am I ever going to trust anything you say. You know Rachel had a gut feeling that you were lying and when you were supposed to have that DNC well I should have figured it out."

"Finn please don't be mad at me!"

"How can I not be mad at you when you made me fall in love with an imaginary baby. A baby that did not exist and you were sleeping with my best friend to try to get pregnant. If you got pregnant how would you or could you then pass the baby off as mine. I can't do this I need to think about my real baby and forget that this ever happened."

"Finn can you forgive me?"

"I don't know if I can right now."

"Finn the whole school could hear you what was going on."

"Quinn was just explaining why she faked her pregnancy. I don't know if I can see her anymore."

"Finn I love you and I know you have been though a lot but sooner or later you have to forgive her. I don't want you to stay mad at her. I gotta go to class meet me for lunch. Come on Artie we have Spanish class to get to."

The hours pass and I hope Finn will forgive Quinn, but it is unlikely. Still I know he wants to and can't. At lunch Mercedes and Kurt talk about planning me and Finn a baby shower and how they hope I have a girl. Though I want a boy I know a girl will be good for Finn."

"Santana, did you and know Quinn was faking the pregnancy?"

"You know Rachel no one likes you because you snoop in other peoples business."

"Well, at least Finn knows the truth. Any way I bet you knew Quinn was faking a pregnancy."

"No, but you just want to be the good girl and have him all to yourself."

"Look I am not her to judge you I just wanna say sorry for snooping and that I will mind my own business. I never ment to get anyone in trouble."

"Tell that to Quinn."
