Chapter 7: Soaking Ice.

Crossover Town Colorado, September 18th, Saturday, 11:35 AM.

Two days had passed since the word about a Monster in the Woods, Mabel was out on a stroll with Waddles, It was just after she got home from School and she wanted to see more of the Town up close, She went down Main Street, passing by all the humble shops and offices along the way, People passing by her, minding their own business, she even heard more talk of the Monster the ferrets had been talking about. She passed by two figures, A Water Rat and a Mole as they chatted about it amongst themselves.

"Do you think there's really a Monster up there Ratty?" The Mole asked.

"Well, there have been some Rumors…" The Rat conceded. "Still you can't entirely trust Ferrets."

Mabel didn't pay too much attention to this, She just breathed in the cold Mountain air.

"Ah, This is Mountain Town life." She said to Waddles. "You know, all things considered this town isn't too bad, friendly faces everywhere, humble folks without temptations."

As she said this however, A car screeched along and crashed into a nearby building behind her. The driver got out of the car, Clearly intoxicated on beer.

"fUck ThIS ShIt! I'M dRivINg YOu God damn… CoNseRvaTiVe!"

Mabel stared as the drunk fell over on his face. "Okay Maybe not all temptations." She said to Waddles, as she moved on as the Police arrived on the scene.

She traveled down the street some more, Until she met Megan standing outside a candy shop, Her back against the wall as she waited.

"Oh, Hi Mabel." Megan greeted. "How have you been?"

"I'm great! , Only three days in and I already like this town!" Said Mabel. "Oh by the way, This is Waddles, He's the pig I told you and Nick about!"

Megan giggled as Waddles went up to lick her hand. "Oh Hello, He's just that adorable!"

"Yes he is." Mabel smiled, picking up the Pig and snuggling him. "He's such a little cutie pie, I'd hardly trade him for the world!"

Waddles let out an Oink.

"Heh, You already got no argument from me." Said Megan. "Honestly, I never thought I'd see a non sentient pig as a pet, Learn something new everyday huh?"

Mabel laughed. "Yeah, that's an understatement, So what are you doing outside this shop?"

Before Megan could answer, A young boy, No older than Wendy, suddenly burst out of the shop and quickly skidded to a stop in front of Mabel as he eyed Waddles with a look of pure excitement, His hair was the same shade of red as Megan, Dressed in Sky Blue pants, A blue shirt with a Monster Truck on is and the words "Ride On!" colored in green.

"Wow! A live pig?!" He exclaimed. "That is the coolest thing ever!

"Logan!" Exclaimed Megan. "I thought you were getting ice cream!"

"They were sold out on Chocolate." The boy said. "Then I saw this and I thought that was cooler!" He tried to get a hand on Waddles to rub him, The Pig didn't really seem to mind.

"Yeah, I think he likes you too… uh…"

Megan sighed, before gesturing to the kid. "Mabel, this is my little brother Logan… Mom wanted us out of the house for a while, So I took him to get ice cream, which I thought you wanted."

"I told you, They didn't have chocolate. Said Logan.

"So what did you send the five bucks I gave you on?!"

"I ate it."

Megan starred in disbelief. "You've got to be kidding…"

Mabel however, just stared at the young boy, Almost as if seeing someone with a Brother was reminding her that her own Brother wasn't around… for the time being anyway.

"So now can we go watch that new Dark Knight movie?" Asked Logan as he began to jump and down excitedly. "They're still showing it in Theaters! Can we? Can we? Can we? Can we?"

Megan groaned. "I can't imagine your Brother is like this."

"Not even close." Chuckled Mabel. "Mostly it's just me, Pretty adorable."

Megan just sighed, as she turned back to her Brother. "Alright! I've got the Tickets, We can go see it soon."

"Aw sweet!" Cheered Logan.

Megan took his hand and turned to Mabel. "See you around Mabel." She said and with that, She and Logan walked off.

Mabel watched them go before resuming her own walk with Waddles, Unaware of Four girls watching her from the Rooftops.

Courtney watched Mabel come down the sidewalk towards them and turned to Katherine, Kate and Kelly, who all held up Ice cold water Balloons in their hands.

"Ready?" Asked Courtney, the three girls nodded as they got into position. Once Mabel and Waddles were under them, They quickly lobbed the Balloons down!

Mabel didn't know what hit her. As splashes of Cold Water suddenly hit her head! Waddles was so started that he quickly tried to flee only to trip as the liquid quickly froze!

"Augh! PFft Pfft! What the hell was-?!" Mabel spluttered as she felt the cold water quickly chill her up, She looked up to see no one there, as she tried to grab Waddle's leash, More Water Balloons rained down on her! Causing her to slip up and fall on her bottom! "Ah god damn it!"

Courtney and the K.K.K.'s laughed and laughed on the rooftop, Kate picked up one more Balloon and threw at Mabel picked herself up and lobbed it at the retreating girl, Causing her let go of her hold on Waddle's leash, and letting the frightened animal go running off!

"Ah Waddles!"

Courtney and her minions watched and cackled as Mabel quickly went after the retreeting animal.

"Ha! Ha! Ha! That was a Riot!" Kelly laughed, holding her sides.

"Yeah, Shame we didn't record that." Said Katherine. "Autistic Brat gets rained on, Would have been priceless."

"We don't need to do that yet girls." Said Courtney. "This is just the Beginning."

Meanwhile,

Unknown Location, September 18th, Saturday, 11:40 AM.

A lone soldier quickly entered an Office "Sir, We have new intel."

A figure behind a desk quickly stood up, Walked over to the Lone Soldier and took the Report out of his hands.

"And you're sure it's Legit, Major Talbot?" The Man asked.

"What else could this thing be Sir?" Asked the Major.

"Then get your gear together." Said the General. "We're going down to Crossover Town."

Merry Christmas Everybody, It's your Boy here!

So I hope you enjoy this new Chapter. Now Logan is another OC that belongs to LovefromJackie. Along with the Rest of Megan's family, I'll give a glimpse of their Appearances over time, And with all the talk of "Monster" going around, Well if your a Marvel fan, and your Recognise the name, Talbot, than you'll quickly figure out what's going on with these new Players.

And Courtney Richards begins her antagonistic role in the story too. It will get worse over time, So watch out for that, and even darker turns.

Also just to let you know: I have heard criticism about the first installment of the series, Crossover Legends Season 1, being not up to Community Standard, So I will be redoing several chapters of it and fixing it up a bit to give them more Detailed, Please Crossover Legends Season 1, to see the changes.
