Trent vs. Scott
Disclaimer: This is a rematch from SummerBash as Trent and Scott face off again for the TDW Intercontinental Championship. ENJOY!
"Welcome back, we crowned a new TDW World Heavyweight Champion in CM Punk as he won his retirement match against Geoff and so Geoff was no longer the champion, but now the championship is vacated and nobody is champion." Joey Styles said.
"Next week there will be a one night 8 man tournament to determine a new Total Drama Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion, and whoever is the winner will face Hiroshi Tanahashi at Barely Legal for the TDW World Heavyweight Championship." Jim Ross said as the mat was cleaned up and Daniel King was in the ring.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, like I said 10 minutes ago there will be an 8-Man tournament to crown a new TDW World Heavyweight Champion." Daniel said as the crowd cheered.
"First off, here are the participants." Daniel announced as he began.
"Participant Number One is Alejandro Burromuerto." Daniel King announced as Alejandro walked up to the stage as the crowd booed him.
"Participant Number Two is former TDW Hardcore Champion, Mike Bryan." Daniel announced as the crowd cheered while he walked up to the stage.
"Participant Number Three is Sam Rolfe." Daniel announced as the crowd cheered as he walked up to the stage.
"The fourth participant is Lightning Jackson!" Daniel announced as Chris arrived with a chorus of boos.
"The fifth participant is Devon Joseph!" Daniel announced as the crowd cheered.
The sixth participant is Duncan Brooks!" Daniel announced as the crowd booed him.
"The seventh participant is Harold McGrady!" Daniel announced as the crowd cheered.
"The eighth and final participant is Rey Mysterio Jr!" Daniel Announced as the remaining participants came out.
"There you are your eight wrestlers who could become the new…TDW World Heavyweight Champion by the end of next week." Daniel said as they left the stage.
"We want Trent." The Crowd chanted.
"Look, he is getting married in barely legal so after tonight he cannot compete until after his wedding, sorry." Daniel said to everyone as the crowd was disappointed.
"Now, we go to the ring for the Intercontinental Championship." Matt Striker said as the bell rang.
"The following contest is scheduled for one-fall…and it is for the TDW Intercontinental Championship!" Justin Roberts announced as "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons played as Scott came to the ring.
"Introducing first, the challenger from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada…weighing in at 229 Pounds…he is "The Deviant" Scott Callaway!" Justin Roberts announced as he got into the ring while the crowd was booing him as he got a microphone.
"Trent, I'm gonna regain the TDW Intercontinental Championship from you." Scott said as he finished his promo.
"That's short and to the point." Joey Styles said as "This Love" by Maroon Five as he came down to the ring.
"His opponent, from Calgary Alberta Canada, weighing in at 221 Pounds…he is the current TDW Intercontinental Champion, he is Trent Hart!" Justin Roberts announced as he came down to the ring as Trent gave the belt to the referee who gave it to the timekeeper and the bell rang.
"This match for the TDW Intercontinental Championship and we are officially underway." Joey Styles said as Scott and Trent began with a collar-and-elbow tie up, as they were jockeying for position to start it off until Trent nailed several arm drags and finally nailing a belly-to-back Suplex as the crowd cheered before Trent pinned Scott.
"1…" The ref counted before Scott kicked out as he now was fighting back.
"Scott is now fighting back after Trent nails an arm drag as he nails Ric Flair like chops to Trent." Jim Ross said as he kept it up until his chest was sunburnt red.
"OW!" Trent screamed out in pain as Scott took him up to the top turnbuckle and nailed a superplex.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Trent kicked out.
"Trent kicks out after a brutal Superplex, and Scott resumes working on Trent." Jim Ross said as Scott nailed several elbows to Trent's face, and several knees to his back and he nails several German Suplexes and Trent got back up and nailed a lariat.
"OHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Wow, what a shot by Scott to Trent as he is setting up a belly-to-back Suplex." Joey Styles said as Scott nailed Trent with it.
"Belly-to-back by Scott as he is going for the win with the Powerbomb." Jim Ross said as Scott nailed it.
"Scott nails it and there's the cover." Matt Striker said as the ref began to count.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Trent kicked out as he nailed right to Scott's head until he nailed a dropkick as he went up to the top rope and nailed a diving brain chop just like Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat as the crowd cheered as he is now setting up for "Guitar Solo" which is a cradle Piledriver.
"Here it comes, the Cradle Piledriver and it is called "Guitar Solo" as this crowd in Chicago is pumped up." Jim Ross said as he nailed it.
"There's the cover." Joey Styles said as the referee was about to count again.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Scott kicked out again as Scott got up and nailed the Powerbomb again but 5 times in a row this time and nailed Macho Man's Diving Elbow 10 times in a row.
"This is crazy! Here's the cover." Matt Striker said before the ref counted again.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Trent kicked out again.
"Whoa!" Matt Striker said as the crowd cheered.
"MY GAWD What a match-up!" Jim Ross said as the crowd cheered again.
"TDW!" The crowd chanted before Scott picked him up and Trent did an inside cradle pin.
"TRENT DOES AN INSIDE CRADLE!" Jim Ross shouted before the ref began to count.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Trent won the match and the crowd cheered loudly.
"Here is your winner and still the TDW Intercontinental Champion, Trent Hart!" Justin Roberts announced as looked at each other face-to-face and they shook hands and the crowd applauded their respect.
"I'll be damned, one member of The Empire is shaking hands with Trent and Scott has good sportsmanship after all." Jim Ross said as Lightning ran down to the ring to confront Scott.
"What the hell?!" Lighting asked.
"What are you doing with this cracker?" Lightning asked Scott.
"This "Cracker" was my opponent…and I never liked you. You just go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on!" Scott told Lightning.
"In plain English so you can comprehend it retard…YOU NEVER SHUT UP!" Scott told him as the crowd cheered as Alejandro came down to the ring.
"What's going on amigos?" Alejandro asked Lightning and Scott.
"Scott shook hands with Trent." Lighting said to Al.
"Okay, I'll deal with it." Alejandro said as he nailed Scott with his microphone and began pounding Scot as Lighting joined in as Trent looked on in anger as he began nailing Lightning and Alejandro with rights and lefts until Scott back up as Scott and Trent are now fighting back.
"SCOTT AND THE TDW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION TRENT! FIGHTING BACK!" Jim Ross said as they got rid of Alejandro and Lightning out of the ring as Al got another microphone.
"Scott, you are out of The Empire!" Alejandro said to Scott.
"GOOD! GOOD!" Scott said back.
"What a rescue by Trent as coming up next we have words from the new TDW Women's Champion Dawn as she goes to the ring before her title defense next!" Joey Styles said as the camera faded to black.
