"Welcome back as we have our opening contest and it's a number one contender's tag team match for the TDW Tag Team Championship at Barely Legal." Joey Styles said as the bell rang as "Born to Win" by Munity began to play.
"The opening contest is to determine the number one contenders for the TDW Tag Team Championship at Barely Legal…introducing first, at a combined weight of 393 Pounds…Cody Anderson and Harold McGrady The Drama Brothers!" Justin Roberts announced as they got into the ring.
"I'm telling you, Harold is going to want major revenge on Duncan as soon as possible." Edge said as the music and cheering died down as some Japanese instrumental music played before Masahiro Chono and Hiroyoshi Tenzan came out to cheers.
"There opponents from Tokyo, Kanto, Japan…at a combined weight of 492 Pounds they are one of the most decorated tag teams in Wrestling History, they are 5 times IWGP Tag Team Champions, welcome to TDW…Masahiro Chono…and Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Cho-Ten!" Justin Roberts announced as the crowd chanted "Cho-Ten!" and "Welcome Back" for a second before Masahiro Chono and Cody Anderson shook hands and the bell rang thus beginning the match.
"This match is underway as this match will determine who faces Geoff and Brody, aka the surfers at Barely Legal and Cody and Masahiro Chono start it off for their respective teams." Edge said as Cody and Masahiro Chono began the match with a collar and elbow tie-up until Chono won the advantage as he began nailing Cody with strong style kicks.
"What kicks by Masahiro Chono, as he and Hiroyoshi Tenzan are one of the greatest tag teams ever and they are reunited right here at TDW at Albany New York." Joey Styles said as Chono tagged in Tenzan as they nailed a double back body drop onto Cody before Tenzan nailed a Belly-to-Back suplex to Cody.
"There's the cover by Tenzan." Jim Ross said before the ref began to count.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Harold nailed a elbow drop to break up the pin as Masahiro Chono nailed a Cradle Piledriver onto Harold.
"Cho-Ten, needs to take the advantage of this right now." Edge said before they nailed Cho-Ten Crash which was a Running High Knee Lift/Back Elbow Strike combination.
"CTC, which is Cho-Ten Crash as Chono goes for the cover." Jim Ross said as the ref began to count.
"1…2…" The ref counted before Harold broke up the pin by nailing a diving head-butt from the top rope.
"What a diving head-butt from the top rope by Harold!" Jim Ross said as Cody was dragging his body to Harold as he was tagged in.
"Here come Harold McGrady!" Edge said before Harold got on the top rope and nailed a diving Dropkick to Chono and nailed a forearm to Tenzan as he threw Chono to the corner and they were setting up for a double 450 Splash.
"Cody…and Harold on the top rope…" Joey Styles said before they both nailed a Springboard 450 Splash.
"DOUBLE SPRINGBOARD 450 SPLASH OH MY GOD!" Joey Styles said as Cody pinned Chono.
"1…2…" The ref counted before the referee was pulled out by Sonny Onoo as they booed him.
"It's Sonny Onoo! Former WCW Manager he was named Worst Manager by the Wrestling Newsletter Observer from 1996 to 1999." Edge said as the crowd began chanting "You were terrible!" before Masahiro Chono and Hiroyoshi Tenzan chased Sonny Onoo out of the arena before Tenzan came back in and Harold nailed "Gosh Driver" while Cody nailed a Suicide Dive on Chono.
"Gosh Driver by Harold and Cody just nailed a Suicide Dive, here's the cover." Joey Styles said as the ref began to count.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as The Drama Brothers upset Cho-Ten and the crowd went bonkers.
"OH MY GOD! THE DRAMA JUST UPSET ONE OF THE GREATEST TAG TEAMS EVER IN CHO-TEN!" Joey Styles screamed out in joy.
"Here are your winners and number one contenders for the TDW Tag team Championship at Barely Legal…Cody Anderson, and Harold McGrady…The Drama Brothers!" Justin Roberts announced.
"That was incredible! Well except for a shitty manager costing Cho-Ten a shot at the tag team titles at Barely Legal…The Drama Brothers are going to Madison Square Garden in New York City!" Edge said as the crowd chanted "Holy Shit" once more before Masahiro Chono and Hiroyoshi Tenzan came back into the ring and they shook hands as all four men raised each others arms in victory as the TDW Arena gave them a standing ovation.
"We will be right back with mixed tag team action as Justin and the TDW Women's Dawn face Chris McLean and Blaineley next and later on tonight we will have an interview with Chef Hatchet as he has an announcement when we come back!" Jim Ross said as the camera faded to black once more.
