The fans were ready for the main event of the evening.
"Welcome back fans as it is now time for tonight's main event, where we see the TDW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Smith take on former TDW Intercontinental Champion Devin Hartman who's in the Elimination Chamber but for the TDW World TV Championship, like Mike will be a week from Sunday at Las Vegas." JR said.
"I couldn't agree more as we are about to see a classic that these fans could be talking about for years! Let's head to the ring!" Mauro said before the bell rang.
"Portland, Oregon, this is your TDW main event of the evening, it is set for one-fall!" Justin Roberts announced before "Secrets" by One Republic began to play, then Devin Hartman came out accompanied by his fiancée Carrie Smith.
"Here he is, Devin Hartman accompanied by his childhood best friend who is also his fiancée Carrie Smith." JR said.
"Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by his fiancée Carrie Smith, from Richmond, British Columbia, Canada… weighing in at 190 Pounds… Devin Hartman!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Devin Hartman looks to add some more gold when he challenges Shawn Vogelson along with five other challengers for the TDW World TV Championship at No Way Out." Mauro said before Devin kissed Carrie, then he entered the ring.
"A good luck kiss from Carrie to Devin, a nice gesture of sorts." JR said before Devin then fired up the fans, causing them to cheer even more before his music stopped, then "Demons" by Imagine Dragons began to play causing the crowd to cheer, then the TDW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Smith came out to loud cheers, while being accompanied by his girlfriend Zoey Brown.
"And the opponent, accompanied to the ring by his girlfriend Zoey Brown… from Toronto, Ontario, Canada… weighing in at 220 Pounds he is the TDW World heavyweight Champion… Mike Smith!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Mike Smith who came off of a big TDW World Heavyweight defense in Mexico City, Mexico against Aero Star… now has to focus on what's going to happen a week from Sunday." Mauro said before Zoey also gave Mike a good luck kiss, before Mike gave the TDW World Heavyweight Championship belt to the timekeeper who then rang the bell as the match was underway.
"Here we go! Tonight's main event is underway!" JR said before Mike and Devin grappled in the collar-and-elbow tie up, before Mike nailed Devin with an arm drag, before Devin responded with an arm drag of his own, then Mike nailed a Half Nelson Suplex, a Snap Dragon Suplex, and a Butterfly Suplex to Devin.
"What a series of offense from between these two." Mauro said before Mike then went for the early pin, then the referee counted.
"1…!" The ref counted before Devin kicked out, then kipped up and nailed a hard roundhouse kick to Mike's head.
"OHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"My God! What a kick to the cranium of the TDW World Heavyweight Champion by Devin Hartman!" JR said before Mike looked knocked out, then Devin pinned Mike.
"Devin could score the upset!" Mauro said before the ref began the count.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Mike kicked out at two before Devin then threw Mike into the corner, then Devin picked Mike up onto the top turnbuckle, before Devin then nailed Mike with a hurricanrana off the top turnbuckle causing the crowd in Portland, Oregon to cheer loudly.
"MAMMA MIA! What a Hurricanrana from the top turnbuckle!" Mauro shouted before Devin then nailed Mike with one of his finishers the Flip Piledriver.
"Devin with the Flip Piledriver after an amazing hurricanrana!" JR said before Devin pinned Mike.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Mike kicked out at two once again, Devin then tried again, but Mike blocked it and countered it this time with a back body drop.
"What a counter by the TDW World Heavyweight Champion!" Mauro said before Mike then nailed three Half Nelson Suplexes, followed that up with a hard and brutal German Suplex, then a springboard moonsault to Devin.
"Mike Smith isn't a quitter!" JR said before Mike then pinned Devin.
"1…! 2…!" The referee counted before Devin kicked out.
"Let's go Mike/Let's go Devin!" The crowd chanted as they were split chanting like crazy, before Mike then nailed one his finishers the "Terminato" which is a handspring cutter to Devin.
"Terminato by Mike Smith! This could be the end of the night for Devin Hartman!" Mauro said before Devin then played possum and pinned Mike with the inside cradle pin.
"Inside cradle!" JR said before the ref began to count.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted as Mike kicked out, then Devin went up to the top turnbuckle, and attempted a diving crossbody but Mike then caught Devin, then Mike had him on his shoulders.
"Oh! Mamma Mia! What strength from the TDW World Heavyweight Champion!" Mauro said before Mike then nailed a brutal Death Valley Driver to Devin, before nailing another "Terminato" handspring cutter finisher before Mike went up to the top turnbuckle.
"ARE YOU READY PORTLAND?!" Mike shouted to the crowd who cheered, before he nailed the "Sicilian Splash" to Devin.
"Mike Smith with the Inverted Phoenix Splash, this could end it." JR said before Mike pinned Devin, then the referee began the count.
"1…! 2…! 3…!" The referee counted before Mike Smith ended up winning the match.
"Mike Smith wins an amazing main event!" JR said.
"Here is your winner... the TDW World Heavyweight Champion… Mike Smith!" Justin Roberts announced.
"What a physical match between these two." Mauro said before Mike picked Devin up as the two shook hands, showing signs of respect before Mike got out two microphones.
"I think Mike and Devin are gonna say something." JR said to Mauro.
"First off Devin, you showed that you could deserve to be in this wrestling ring, plus… I wish you best of luck in Las Vegas in the TDW World TV title match against five other dudes inside that chamber, and… I'm sorry you lost." Mike said to Devin complimenting his performance in the match, wishing him luck in his title match at Vegas, then apologizing to him for beating him.
"Hehe, hey Mike… it's all good, thanks for the support, now I gotta go back to the locker room, get ready for Albuquerque." Devin said to Mike before he dropped his microphone, and left the ring.
"Well, that's all for Devin Hartman tonight." Mauro said to JR.
"Yep." JR said to Mauro.
"Anyway… as far as my title match in Las Vegas is concerned, I will be ready to take on five challengers, one of them being the biggest assholes in the history of the world in former TDW World Champion "El Diablo" Alejandro Burromuerto, then there's Cody Anderson who's also a former TDW World Heavyweight Champion… Cody Emmit Jameson Anderson… if it comes down to the two of us, expect a fight! The same goes for Justin Morrison, Devon Joseph better known as DJ, and then the man who I won the TDW World Heavyweight Championship from… "The Gothic Nightmare" Ennui Wilson! You five better get ready for a war you will never ever forget! All five of you bring your A-Game, because if I can battle my multiple personalities inside my head and get rid of Mal… I can sure as hell survive the Elimination Chamber in Las Vegas, Nevada at No…! Way…! OUT…!" Mike said to the fans while calling out all five of his opponents.
"My god! That sounds like Mike Smith is ready for a fight JR!" Mauro said to JR.
"I agree Mauro." JR said in agreement before he began to sign off.
"With Mauro Ranallo, I'm JR, signing off, we will see you next week in Albuquerque, New Mexico! Goodnight, everybody!" JR said before the camera faded to black, ending the episode.
