Dany fears her betrothed. He is everything she is not accustomed with. So unlike her family. Her family, all of them are light complexes, that is, except the Crown Prince. Her betrothed is tall and imposing, broad-shouldered and big. He is too big. He can easily crush her in his hand without blinking an eye. And with those shoulder length thick black hair and eyebrows, and with his blue eyes looking with judgement at anyone, she averts her eyes whenever he catches her staring at him. Not that he is ugly, far from it, he is very pleasing to the eyes, at least to her.

She blushes, remembering her sister's teasing, "small or big does not matter, sweet Dany. Only attraction matters that it seems you are already drawn to him."

She protested, but her sister was too smart to be fooled.

She agrees with her sister, because she cannot imagine herself to be with old late Frey. She begs forgiveness in her mind for thinking bad of another person.

They are walking in the gardens, her hand looping around his arm. Trying to get familiar. She chanced a glance at him. Dany also cannot imagine herself with such a man either, his uncle is easier to get along with. She has a suspicion that he finds her distasteful.

"Why do you dislike me?" she blurts out, wincing and cursing herself in her mind to be without manners, but that is her sister's speciality, and her youngest niece, Joanna.

"Dislike you? My lady, you are wrong. I do not dislike you, I hate anyone that bears Targaryen for their last name."

She tries to pull her hand, but he holds her firmer.

"What are you thinking, my princess? What others will think of being discourteous to your betrothed?" He is not looking at her. Looking around at their surroundings as if he is talking of the beautiful environ, a smile tugging at his lips. Everyone looking at them will not notice anything is amiss.

Hot tears come to her eyes, but she wills them to stay in her eyes, widening her eyes so they do not roll down. Thinking, Viserys is wrong. He is not smitten with her. Those stares stem from hatred.
