In his lab, Baxter Stockman was working in his computer with old kraang tech, Pizza boxes and fast food leftovers all around him with flies buzzing all around him.
As he stopped to wipe his brow he heard a familiar and frightening voice, "Baxter Stockman," Shredder started as he approached the man with both Rahzar and Kitsune beside him, while flicking away pictures, "I ordered you to build me a mutant army, and you give me this?!" he demanded, throwing the photos at Stockman.
Stockman then picked up one photo which was looked like a biker with a duck for a head and a captain's hat, "Nonono don't you see? It, uh, swims, flies and knows Tai-Kawn-Do. I-It's a triple threat!" Stockman insisted before, faster than he could blink, Shredder sliced the photo into pieces, "...And it, quacks?" He added hopefully.
"You expect to place our hope of eradicating the Hamato Clan, in a duck?" Kitsune questioned with a look.
"Umm, not just a duck?" Stockman said nervously.
"Can it Stinkmen!" Rahzar growled bringing his maw to Stockman's face, "This is the last time you mess up!"
"Mess up?! L-Look at you, Bradford!" Stockman said, gesturing to the Zombie wolf mutant, "You're twice the dog-erm-man you were before thanks to me." He reminded.
Rahzar responded by snapping his jaw while Kitsune unsheathed her claws both ready to end Stockman, "No Bradford, Kitsune," Shredder halted his two subordinates as they backed away, "I have a more suitable fate in mind. You have failed me too many times," He said lowly.
"No! I mean.. please master Shredder, I got plans. Huge plans, mutant pigs and Rhinos" Stockman said before Shredder tossed over the lab stuff in rage.
"Pigs?!" Shredder asked with fury.
"And, Rhinos?" Stockman said nervously as Shredder narrowed his eyes and held up the trigger to Stockman's mutagen collar, alarming Stockman. "What are you doing? No! The mutagen?! You can't!" He pleaded. "I wouldn't be of any use to you as a mutant! Please! Don't!"
His wishes were not to be as Shredder pressed the button. The timer on his collar started beeping, starting its count down, "I am not a man of ideal threats." Shredder said cruelly while narrowing his eyes.
"Bet you'll become an even bigger freak them me Stinkman." Rahzar said with a grin.
"So you better pray that your animal is something powerful." Kitsune said with a smirk.
"There's nothing wrong with ideal threats!" Stockman said in a high-pitched voice, he tried to get the collar off but nothing worked as the three Foot members narrowed their eyes.
As a fly landed on his nose, Stockman freaked out as the timer gave one last beep, thinking it was the end, but nothing happened as Shredder, Kitsune and Rahzar left. "Yes, yes! Oh thank you, thank you thank you." Stockman said in relief, but it was cut short when the vile around him finally exploded, knocking his glasses off. Stockman was freaking out as the mutagen spilled over his body and then the other vials exploded, forcing him against the wall as his collar broke off and the fly could be seen on Stockman's broken glasses as the man's mutation began.
In the lair, Donnie and Tal are in the lab while Robyn is lying on a table while Donnie and Tal are mixing some chemicals with the mutagen. "Almost got it. Almost… got it." Donnie said as he poured a chemical into a beaker.
"You better, that was our last canister," Tal said as she looked at the empty canister.
"Are we done yet, you two?" Robyn asked tiredly. "We've been up for so long, I lost track of time." She said as she yawned.
"Sorry, Robyn. But we are certain that this time, it will work." Tal said as she lit up the flame to boil the beaker. "We'll finally be able to reverse the mutagen's effects and turn your father, human again." She promised before turning to Donnie, "Well, how's it looking, D?"
"Very promising, Now I'll add a sample of Robyn's DNA now." Donnie said as he poured a drop of Robyn's DNA as the liquid turned orange. "So brace yourselves, ladies, for the scientific breakthrough of the century! Retro-Mutagen!" He declared as Robyn was sleeping while Tal giggled.
Donnie then placed a drop of the mixture on the Microscope pad, "Care to do the honors?" Donnie asked Tal, gesturing to the Microscope.
Tal smiled and nodded as she took the sample and put it under the scope. "Okay, let's see if the mutant cells turn normal." She said as she looked through the microscope and saw some of the mutant cells moving as they stopped and remained what they were. "Oh darn it, it didn't work." She muttered as Donnie groaned, but then the mutant cells turned into normal cells as Tal's eyes widened and she gasped. "It…it worked! The cells reverted back to their normal state!" She cheered.
Donnie gasped in elation, "Eureka! We did it! We finally did it!" He cheered as he picked Tal up and spun her around as they laughed and cheered in triumph as Robyn woke up.
"You did it?" Robyn asked as she stood up while Donnie put Tal down. "You two really did it?" She asked with a hopeful smile.
"Did what?" Leo asked as they turned and saw the rest of the turtles, Leatherhead and April at the entrance when they heard Donnie and Tal cheering.
"Invent pizza that doesn't get soggy in milk?" Mikey asked as hopefully as he held up a slice and ate it.
"That would be an interesting thought, maybe for all food." Ames said with a thoughtful look.
"So what's with all the cheering, guys?" April asked the two smart turtles.
"We finally made it: Retro Mutagen, guys!" Tal said excitedly as they walked, April standing next to her sister, "The key to turning Mr. O'Neil human again," She said as the O'Neil sisters gave relieved smiles.
Splinter then came up to them when he heard them as Donnie held up the beaker. "And you too, sensei." Donnie said with a smile, which surprised not only Splinter but the rest of the group as well.
"Human once more?" Splinter asked in wonder as he thought for a moment before speaking. "Save April and Robyn's father first. And then I will… consider it." He said as he walked off.
"Give him time, Donatello." Naomi said while placing a hand on his shoulder. "It's been over sixteen years since he was human. The idea of becoming one again is quite overwhelming."
"I guess you're right, Naomi." Donnie said as he looked at the Retro-Mutagen. "I'll let Sensei time to choose, but for now, we do what I promised April and Robyn." He said before Mikey took the Retro-Mutagen from him.
"Ooh, what if I turn myself human again? I wonder what I look like?" Mikey wondered as he retracted his head and popped back up as he visualized himself with a human head. "What up?"
"We were never human to begin with genius." Raph said as he got next to Mikey. "We just turn back into turtles."
"Yeah, so don't think that, Mikey." Ames said as Mikey retracted his head again and popped back up with a disappointed look.
"Give me that!" Donnie said as he snatched the Retro-Mutagen back.
Olly backed away slightly, "Still, you're gonna want to keep that Retro-Mutagen away from these happily mutated turtles," He said, gesturing to himself and the others.
"Don't worry, we designed the retro-mutagen to only work on a mutant that was originally human," Donnie said as he handed the retro-mutagen to Tal. "For mutants that were already animals, the DNA changes are baked in." He explained.
"Though, we would worry a little, because It's still untested." Tal said as she gave a thoughtful look. "And also, I'm gonna say there's like a… 40% chance of lethal side-effects." She said while giving a sheepish look.
The others looked at them dully as Jenny spoke. "I agree with Olly. Go stand over there." She said while waving to the corner.
"Oh relax, guys. It's perfectly safe," Donnie said as Tal then started pouring some of the Retro-Mutagen into a vial carefully. "But we've only got enough for two doses. One for Kirby and one for Master Splinter."
"Can you two make more of this stuff?" Vee asked in wonder.
"We can now that we have the formula, but after so much trial and error, it took ten canisters of regular mutagen to refine just one tiny dose of retro-mutagen." Tal explained as she held up an empty mutagen canister. "And last we check, we don't have anymore. And with the rest of the canisters spread across the city, it will take us months to get more and to get the same chemicals to refine them."
"But at least we can find Mr. O'Neil and change him back." Donnie said with a smile to the O'Neil sisters.
"I'm just… speechless!" April said excitedly before turning to Donnie, "Thank you, thank you so much, Donnie! You're the best!"
"Hey, sis, don't forget about Tal. She helped Donnie make it too." Robyn said while gesturing to Tal. "If it wasn't for my DNA and their smart know-how, they wouldn't have pulled this off."
"Oh, uh, right!" April quickly said with a sheepish look while Tal raised a brow. "You too, Tal! You did a great job too."
"Geeze, thanks." Tal said dully. "I almost thought you left me out on purpose."
"Okay, enough chit-chat." Olly said as he stood up. "Now that Donnie and Tal made the cure, the only thing we need to do is to find Mr. O'Neil. And last I check, he's not emailing his address."
"I believe I know where to start," Leatherhead spoke as they turned to him, "I've been hearing rumors on the surface that a large vampire has been flying close to Fifth Avenue."
"Well, we got our lead." Leo said to them. "Let's move." He declared but April, Donnie, and Tal stayed behind.
"Still Donnie, you've been working hard even before Tal and Robyn came to our team, and for that, I will always be grateful," April said as she kissed Donnie's cheek.
Donnie's eyes widened heart-shaped as he gave mumbling sounds and fell onto his desk while Tal gave a look. "Really? That was your best kiss?" Tal questioned with her arms crossed. "He spent months working on a cure and that's the best you can give him?"
"Oh, you think you can do better?" April challenged with a smirk and had her hands on her hips.
Tal gave a smirk in return. "I can. I just need to wait for the right moment, and then once I get it, watch out." She said with a snap and wink.
April just gave a smirk to Tal. "Can't wait," She said in an challenging tone.
"Me either," Tal said with a smirk as she then strapped the vial of Retro-Mutagen onto her shell and then held onto Donnie's right leg, "Mind helping me drag "lover turtle" here? I think he'll be out for a bit." She said as April nodded and grabbed Donnie's leg and they dragged him out of the lab while he had pink hearts in his eyes.
At Stockman's lair as he now had a giant head of a fly along with wings, and four arms, his two upper ones claws.
Stockman-Fly knocked over a trashcan and searched through the junk before he found a candybar before spewing some acid on it and started eating, "What am I?! I'm nothing anymore!" Stockman-Fly declared after he finished, "I'm a freak! I'll never be taken zzzeriously as a zzzcientist!" Stockman-Fly said, making some buzzes in the process.
"But wait.. wait!" Stockman-Fly said looking at a chalkboard, he took out a piece and wrote over it.
"Yezzz.. yezzz! Stockman DNA, combined with pure strength human DNA. I'll be normal again, better then normal, twice them the man Stockman was." Stockman-Fly said, looking at a much muscular version of himself.
"Stinkman!" Rahzar called, walking into the lab with some foot bots, "Where are you? I wanna see what you turned into." he said as Stockman-Fly crawled around the place to set a trap, he ripped out a cable and turned off the lights, putting them on guard.
"Scarred to show yourself, Stinkman? It's not like you can get yourself much uglier!" Rahzar insulted him as Stockman-Fly crawled on a wall. The lights continued flashing and Stockman-Fly used the shadows to appear behind the footbots and rip them apart.
"Show yourself mutant!" Rahzar demanded, Stockman-Fly crawled across the ceiling and threw up some acid on Rahzar which burned his skin. Rahzar groaned in disgust and saw Stockman-Fly flying out of the window and made a growl of frustration.
Outside in New York, Kirby-Bat was currently trying to find some food as he bit into a woman's neck on a billboard, thinking it was real, while the Turtles and O'Neil sisters, Donnie thankfully back to proper thinking, found him on another rooftop. "Dad…" April said sadly.
"That's dad?" Robyn asked in cringe. "It's even uglier up close than in the pictures."
"Alright April and Robyn, stay back, we don't wanna rile up your dad like last time." Leo said as they kept their eyes locked on Kirby-Bat.
"But we can help, we can calm him down." April countered as Kirby-Bat hung upside down.
"Last time you tried that, he took you to his nest, and tried to feed you dead rats, April." Raph pointed out.
"Good point." April said in agreement.
"Yeah, we'll stay back and make sure he doesn't feed either of us that stuff." Robyn said with a disgusted look.
"Good, then we'll just get close enough so Donnie can cure him," Olly said before giving Tal a look, "Can I trust you not to do any kissing practice during that time?" He asked, as when the turtles saw the girls dragging a blissful Donnie into the Shellraiser, it didn't take them long to figure out what happened.
"Hey, I said at the right time and that's not now." Tal stated with a blush. "Let's just focus on getting that O'Neil demutated, please?" She questioned as they nodded and the turtles shot their grappling hooks to Kirby-Bat.
"Seriously? You two are trying to see who's the best Donatello kisser?" Robyn asked her sister with an amusing smirk.
"Hey, we're just, trying to see how Donnie would react." April said with a sheepish look.
"April, you know you can't even hide it." Robyn said with her arms folded. "You two are trying to see who's a better girlfriend for Donnie."
"Hey, girls are always competing for the guy they both like." Aprils said in defense.
"You know, April. If you two keep doing this, it might turn out badly." Robyn said with a brow.
"What makes you say that?" April asked.
"Well, if you want Donnie to be happy, he has to make his choice of who he wants to be, not by two competitive girls trying to win his heart." Robyn stated.
"Well, when you put it that way…" April said while thinking as Robyn sighed.
In th sky, Stockman-Fly was flying by before he heard Leo's voice. "Alright, gotta do this quick. Raph, Mikey, Jenny, Ames, you can't let him escape."
"Donnie, Tal, spray him fast once you get close!" Olly spoke next.
"It's the turtlezzz! They're close." Stockman-Fly said to himself. "Now, I have the power to squash them like bugzzz!" He declared before flying up.
The turtles carefully, stealthily crawled over to the sleeping bat with Tal taking out the needle and giving it to Donnie, April and Robyn were watching over until they heard a buzz noise, the same noise crept behind Donnie which freaked him out causing him to drop it, Kirby woke up suddenly and quickly flew off.
"Dad, no!" April shouted as he flew off.
"Come back!" Robyn shouted next.
"What happened?!" Tal asked in annoyance.
"Guys.. is that?" Mikey said pointing at the top, they saw the mutant Stockman-Fly land on the top looking down at them.
"Zzz-entimental, humans!" Stockman-Fly said as he landed on the billboard, "Give me the Retro mutagen, now!" he demanded as the turtles gasped in shock.
"Another mutant?!" Leo said in shock as he crawled onto the board.
"Retro Mutagen.,. Stockman-Fly said, eying the vial, "Mine!" He shouted as he lunged at it.
"No, get your claws off it!" Donnie shouted as they all jumped onto him, the weight was far too much and that caused the vile to go flying off the ledge.
"No!" Both Tal and Donnie yelled as the vile crashed into the car and it broke and spilled the Retro-Mutagen.
Stockman-Fly flew over to April and Robyn and grabbed them. "Let go, you ugly germ farm!" April called as she started hitting Stockman-Fly.
"Go find a carcass to kiss, you flying maggot!" Robyn demanded as they managed to break free only for Baxter to grab them again.
"Zzz-ilence!" Stockman-Fly said with rage.
Raph then recognized the clothing the mutant was wearing and his hair and mustache, "I know who that is, It's Darek Stockboy!" he said in realization.
"Wait, that's Basser Stoogeman?!" Vee asked in shock. "He mutated into a… giant fly?" She asked in disgust.
"It's Ba-zzz-ter Zzz-tockman!" Stockman-Fly yelled. "Come to my lab, you will make more retro mutagen, or the girls, mutates with me!" Stockman-Fly said as he started carrying the O'Neil sisters off as the mutants watched them fly off.
"Wow! We really messed that one up!" Mikey commented.
"Really messed up." Ames said in agreement as Tal and Donnie jumped down.
"We only have one vial left." Donnie said in despair.
"And like I said, it will take months to synthesize some more." Tal said in worry.
Naomi walked up to them, "Do not despair, you two." She said as he came up to them. "We will rescue them and turn their father human again."
"Let's hope so." Mikey said seriously. "Let's really hope so." He repeated before Raph punched him away as the Orange-clad turtle gave a yelp when he crashed into something.
"You know, I sorta saw that coming." Ames said with a shrug.
Back in the lair, Tal finished putting the remaining Retro-Mutagen in the vial. "This is last of it, Donnie." She said somberly.
"Aw man, what are we gonna do?" Donnie asked in concern. "Save April, Robyn, and Mr O Neil, but what about Master Splinter?" He asked in worry.
"What about me?" Splinter suddenly asked which spooked him.
"Oh um…hey sensei…" Donnie said nervously.
Tal gave a nervous chuckle, "I'm afraid the demutation process got a little…buggy," She quipped.
"Leonardo and Olivier informed me of the situation." Splinter said as he walked up to them. "You must split up to rescue April and Robyn and to find their father."
"We're sorry, Sensei. This is all the retro-mutagen we have left." Donnie said in shame.
"We wished we made more, but we didn't have enough mutagen to even make at least four or five doses." Tal said as Splinter placed a hand under her chin.
"I may not be human, but I am fortunate enough to have my humanity," Splinter said wisely, "Save the O'Neils." He instructed.
Tal and Donnie nodded as they slowly walked out of the lab as Splinter looked at his family photo longingly.
In the living room, Leo was practicing with his swords while Olly polished his axe, as Casey stepped in with his gear.
"Alright, who's the soon-to-be-slap-shotted goon that kidnapped April and Robyn?" Casey asked, probably given the rundown earlier.
"Long story, Casey, we need your help, big time." Leo said, sheathing his swords. "And yes you'll get to whack someone with your hockey stick. Probably more than once." He assured.
Casey gave an excited smile, "Yes!" he cheered while giving battle poses.
Raph, Ames, and Jenny then walked up to Mikey with some rope and gliders. "So, you, me, Jenny, and Ames are bat wrangling tonight, Mikey." Raph said casually.
Aw yeah! You know what that means right?" Mikey asked excitedly.
"Please don't." Raph said dully while the two girls gave a confused look.
"What?" Jenny asked in confusion as Mikey held up a smoke bomb and tossed it down as he reappeared dressed in a butterfly costume.
"The return of Turtflytle, dog!" Mikey cheered.
"YOu annoyed me to no end!" Raph complained.
"Buzz, buzz is buzz back! Buzz!" Mikey called while waving around while the two girls looked surprise by this.
"Uuhhh…" Jenny started with a brow.
"Trust me, it's a long story." Raph said dully.
"I think it's kinda cute." Ames said with a smile.
"Yeah, you would say that." Raph said unamusedly as he walked off.
In Stockman-Fly's old lab, Stockman-Fly flew down with April and Robyn before he dropped them. "Stay!" He ordered as he turned away from the girl.
"Baxter, you don't have to do this, Donnie and Tal can help you!" April said as Stockman-Fly dug through some supplies, "They can make more Retro-Mutagen!" she explained.
"Yeah, they have the formula for Retro-Mutagen!" Robyn quickly added. "Just give them time, it will only take a few mon-err, hours!" She corrected.
"If they fail, I'll have a backup plan." Stockman-Fly said as he got out a rope.
"So do We." April said seriously as she took out her tessan and slashed Stockman-Fly across the face while Robyn kicked him back.
The two then tried to make a break for it only for Stockman-Fly to cut them off, "No e-zzz-cape!" Stockman-Fly buzzed as he lunged at her.
We cut to the streets again as we see the mutant Kirby flying through the sky again. Ames, Jenny, and Raph had they're bat gear on and activated the wings.
Back in Stockman-Fly's lab, April and Robyn were soon tied to together by the rope and were hanging over the giant vat of mutagen and Stockman-Fly flew in front of them, "You two go here and I pre-zzzz zzz-he button, you both fall!" He explained before turning around, "And I- I jump in, we come apart and then we come together. You two, me, as one, more human than I am now!" He declared insanely while pulling out another candy bar.
"I think that mutagen twisted his brain." Robyn whispered to her sister with a creeped-out look as April nodded in agreement.
"Baxter, listen to us." April started fearfully. "Dropping us into a vat of ooze isn't going to save you."
"You gotta trust us on that!" Robyn pleaded as Baxter turned to them and spit some acid on his candy bar as the O'Neil sisters cringe in disgust.
"No!" Stockman-Fly called as he buzzed a bit. "Thizzz izzz only way. Only way!" Stockman-Fly cannot truzzzt anyone!" He stated as Leo, Naomi, Olly, Vee, Donnie, Tal, and Casey climbed down the rope. Casey tried to shoo away a fly before he crushed it in his hands which made the turtles turn to him.
"Casey!" Olly whispered harshly as Stockman-Fly turned to them.
"Turtlezzz!" Stockman-Fly said as he flew to them. "You tried, yezzz! Tried to sneak in, no Retro-Mutagen, no trade!" He taunted.
"I got you're Retro-Mutagen, right here!" Casey declared as he used his hockey stick like it was a guitar.
Vee then facepalmed, "Remind me again why we thought bringing Casey on a stealth mission was a bad idea?" She asked her team.
Stockman-Fly then shot some acid at the rope that was holding the O'Neil sisters up as the two started panicking. Stockman-Fly then flew down towards the turtles and boy, but they charged back at him. They tried to attack but Stockman-Fly was surprisingly faster and had better reflexes as he knocked them away like flies.
April and Robyn whimpered as their rope was drawing closer to snapping as Casey started hitting Stockman-Fly repeatedly. As Tal and Donnie climbed up, Casey was tossed to them as they hit a stack of crates as Leo, Naomi, Vee, and Olly regrouped.
"Okay, I've never seen Stockman fight, but his mutated form definitely has skills." Olly commented.
"Indeed, it is actually quite impressive." Naomi said before they started avoiding Stockman-Fly's acid blasts.
"Baxter, stop!" Leo called as they kept dodging. "Let us help you. We don't wanna hurt you!" He called as Casey came next to him and threw a big canister, but missed Stockman-Fly as he snapped his fingers. "Well, Casey does."
"Um, guys?" April called nervously.
"A little help, please!" Robyn called as the rope was close to break as Tal and Donnie started climbing to the top.
"Not fazzzt enough!" Stockman-Fly called as the rope broke, which caused the O'Neil sisters to scream as Donnie and Tal jumped and tried to grab them, but they just grazed their fingers.
"Girls!" They called as the others watched in horror as April and Robyn fell into the vat as they watched in shock as their silhouettes were seen through the mutagen.
Stockman-Fly then flew up and dove down, "Three become one!" Stockman-Fly declared in elation.
"Eat it, bug!" Casey yelled as he tossed his hockey stick at him, knocking Stockman-Fly back and tackled him away as the turtles climbed up to the vat and saw some bubbles from the mutagens.
"Are they…" Naomi said dreadfully before climbing back up were two piles of mutagen. The turtles held their weapons in preparation for what they would see…only for it to be revealed as both Robyn and April, completely unchanged as they coughed some mutagen out.
"Nice catch, guys!" April retorted with a look.
"Ah, so that's what mutagen tasted like?!" Robyn questioned with a disgusted look. "Blech, tastes like rotten strawberries mixed with sourcream!" She exclaimed as she gagged.
"Girls, you're okay!" Tal said in shock as April and Robyn climbed out. "But, how did you two-"
"Wait, they're immune to mutagen!" Donnie realizes in amazement while Casey is still fighting Stockman-Fly as he took out the Retro-Mutagen that is attached to a needle. "That's why Robyn's DNA worked to create Retro-Mutagen. Amazing!"
Stockman-Fly then flew over them once he got Casey off. "I'll devourer you all! I'll drink you like blobzzz of delicouzzz filth!" He declared.
"Ahh! Buzz-Buzz! Help me! Buzz-Buzz!" Mikey screamed as he glided through the air with Kirby-Bat on his tail while the other three turtles flew after him.
"Zig-Zag, Turflytle, zig-zag like you mean it!" Ames cried out to him as Raph took out his T-Phone.
"Got him on the run, Leo!" Raph called. "Get over here before we let him eat Mikey!" He called before Ames flew next to him and gave him a kick to the face. "Ow! Hey, that's my move!"
"Nobody feeds Mikey to giant mutants while I'm around!" Ames said hotly as she flew on ahead.
Raph was surprised as Jenny flew next to him with a smirk, "You might wanna be careful around Ames. Because when people she cares about get treated like that, she goes Pink fireball of fury on ya," She said with a chuckle before taking Raph's T-Phone, "But seriously, get that Retro-Mutagen over to us before we lose Kirby again," She told Leo.
"No problem. We're on our way!" Leo called as Stockman-Fly was on him while the others were trying to pull Stockman-Fly off them.
"Get your claws off of me!" Donnie yelled while keeping the Retro-Mutagen away from the fly mutant.
Then there was an explosion followed by a familiar growl, they turned and saw Rahzar with several Footbots, "I heard ya say, Retro-Mutagen," Rahzar started with a pant. "I can become human again?" He said hopefully.
"On second thought, we might be a little late." Leo said to his T-Phone nervously.
"Okay, isn't there anyone who hasn't heard of our Retro-Mutagen?!" Tal questioned in annoyance.
"Bring me that vial!" Rahzar ordered his Foobots as they charged at them.
"Time to go!" Olly called as they broke off and he threw a smoke bomb down as he vanished before he appeared and smashed some Footbots with his axe before Rahzar came up behind him and and swiped his claws at him, which made Olly skid back as he ran off when more Footbots chased him with Leo, Vee and Naomi helping him, while Stockman-Fly tackled Donnie down.
"Back, you hideous arthropod!" Donnie yelled as he and Stockman-Fly are tugging on the Retro-Mutagen.
"Give me Retro-Mutagen!" Stockman-Fly demanded.
"Get off of him!" Tal called as she then drew her weapon and started punching and kicking Stockman-Fly back before he stood up and aimed the Retro-Mutagen to his neck. "No!"
April gasped and then noticed a Footbot head, "Hey Storkman! Eat this!" She said before kicking the head at Stockman-Fly, causing him to drop the Retro Mutagen, "Ha! What did I tell ya? Soccer Kickers!" She told Tal.
"Impressive." Tal said with a smirk as Vee picked up the Retro-Mutagen.
"We found Mr. O'Neil. Let's go!" Vee called as they rushed out to the exit.
"No escape! No escape!" Stockman-Fly buzzed angrily as he flew after them.
A Footbot that was cut in half tried to stand, but Rahzar came to it and picked it up with his claws. "Get me that vial before Stinkman and those turtles use it! That retro-mutagen belongs to me!" Rahzar ordered.
On the Streets, Stockman-Fly chased after the Shellraiser, "Stockman's gaining on us!" Casey called, watching Donnie's monitor.
"Firing garbage cannon!" Donnie yelled as he fired garbage balls at Stockman-Fly, who dodged each one before he caught one, and spat acid on it and started eating it.
"Delicious!" Stockman-Fly said gleefully.
"Okay, that is just disturbing." Naomi said in disgust.
"You said it, sister." Robyn said in disgust.
April focused and turned to Olly, "Take a right!" She said as Olly turned right, knocking the others out of their seats, "Now a left, dad's this way!" She was cut off when Olly turned left.
"How do you know?" Casey asked while Donnie and Vee were crushed up against him.
"I just do!" April answered. "I told you, I get certain feelings about things. Faster, Olly! Another right!" Olly turned right as the others were crushed again from the turn.
With the other half of the team, Mikey is still being chased by Kirby-Bat as he screams. "Guys! Kirby Bat wants to suck my turtle blood! Help!" He screamed while avoiding Kirby as he tried to outfly him.
"Maybe I'll give him just a little taste," Raph joked.
"Raph!" Mikey and the Girls retorted.
"I'm kidding! I'm kidding!" Raph said in amusement before he got serious and flew straight to Kirby Bat and knocked him to a roof as he was out cold before the others landed and spread a blanket.
"Wait!" April's voice called as she and Robyn climbed up.
"April? Robyn?" Jenny asked in surprise.
"Let us talk to him. He's our father." Robyn said as she and April walked up to their father, who was regaining consciousness as he turned and saw his daughters coming towards him.
"Stay calm, Dad." April said softly as she and her sister kneeled in front of him as Kirby backed away a bit.
"It's okay. It's us." Robyn said while placing a hand to his cheek. "We're here to help you." She said as she and April held his face as Kirby moaned softly at their touch.
"Just calm down. Calm." April said softly before Kirby-Bat calmed down and leaned close to his daughters.
"Sorry this took so long, Mr. O'Neil." Donnie said to Kirby as he and the girls stood up and the turtles walked up to them, "Just a quick spray on your skin and you'll be good as new." He said as he took out the vial, but then it was snatched out of his hand, which shocked Donnie with white disk eyes.
"I have it! Mine! Mine!" Stockman-Fly cheered as he flew off with the Retro-Mutagen.
"Seriously?! Again?!" Donnie yelled in annoyance.
"Don't worry, Donnie, he won't be able to open it without the needle." Tal said with a smile. "Which give us plenty of time to-" She was cut off when Footbots, with cloth spread between their arms and legs flew over them and after Stockman-Fly, "Oh come on!" She griped.
"Ah, flying Footbots!" Ames yelled.
"They fly now?!" Jenny questioned in shock.
"Dudes, this is getting out of control!" Mikey exclaimed in shock.
"Let's move, turtles!" Leo called as he and Olly jumped and cut off one Footbot's head. "Now let's get that vial back!" He said as he steered while Olly held on from underneath.
Vee and Naomi followed their example, with Naomi steering and Vee hanging on.
"Turflytle and his partner Ladyfly and sidekicks Maggot Boy and Shellapillar to the rescue!" Mikey called as he rushed off while Jenny, Ames, and Raph put on their flying gear.
"Sidekicks? I'm gonna make you eat that stupid costume!" Raph called as they flew off.
"And there's no way I'm being called Shellapillar!" Jenny yelled next.
"But it catchy. And I kinda like Ladyfly." Ames said with a smile as Tal and Donnie shot out their grabblin hooks.
"Guys, stay here and watch Kirby." Donnie said as they zipped off while.
"We'll get the Retro-Mutagen back to cure him." Tal promised as she followed after Donnie.
The four stood together in silence, feeling awkward as they looked at each other before April and Robyn looked at their father. "You two getting one of those feelings again?" Casey asked knowingly.
"Nope, just a bad idea." April said with a smirk.
"But something pretty awesome." Robyn said with a smirk.
At a side of a building, Stockman-Fly is trying to open up the vial, but was having a hard time opening it with his pincers. "Supid childproof cap!" He complained as he pulled on the lid.
"Taste the sting of Turflytle!" Mikey called as he flew around and threw something a Stockman-Fly, causing him to drop the Vial, "Buzz-Buzz!" Mikey called as Ames caught the vial.
"Nice hit Turflytle!" Ames cheered before some Footbots grabbed hold of her glider and they took the vial from her. "Hey!" She called before she was tossed away with screams.
Olly, Naomi, Vee, and Leo were flying close to the Footbot as Olly drew his axe and sliced the robot in half. "You like that?!" Olly taunted as the footbot fell and the vial was sent spinning, before Stockman-Fly could grab it, he was whacked away by Kirby-Bat, who has Casey, Robyn, and April on his back.
"Yes! Get him, Dad!" Robyn cheered from the front. "Knock him out of the sky!" She cheered as Kirby gave a screech.
"So, we're riding your giant mutant dad?" Casey asked the sisters. "This is so weird!"
The vial kept spinning as Donnie shot his hook after a next before he caught the vial. "Got it!" He called as he swung around, but a rootbot cut his rope. "No!" He yelled as he started falling before he was caught by Tal with a smile. "Thanks, Tal!"
"Anytime!" Tal reply with a smile before her rope was cut as well. "Aw, come on!" She whined as she and Donnie started falling as Donnie lost the vial as a footbot caught it as they kept falling before they retracted into their shells and fell into a trashcan. "Okay, this is gross." She groaned.
Donnie climbed out and then helped Tal out too, "Luckily, I always carry spares," He said while pulling two new Grappling hooks, passing one to Tal, "Come on!" He said before swinging away with Tal behind him.
In the sky, Kirby-Bat is still chasing after Stockman-Fly as he flew around before Casey brought out his hockey stick. "Swallow this, you ugly goop-drooling-" He was cut off when he got off of Kirby's back and started falling as he screamed before Kirby caught him as they continue to chase Stockman-Fly.
Stockman-Fly then spits at them as April blocked it with her fan. "Gross!" She cringed as Casey climbed back up.
"Faster, he's getting away!" Casey called.
"Oh no he's not! Punch it dad!" Robyn called as Kirby-Bat flew faster as Stockman-Fly chased after the footbots with the vial as he knocked it away and took the vial.
"At last!" Stockman-Fly cheered as he saw Kirby-Bat and the teenagers behind him as he tossed the ripped arm from the Footbot he attacked and tossed it at Kirby-Bat, knocking them back. "Yes!" HE cheered before he crashed into a billboard of pest control as he falls to the roof, causing him to drop the vial as it was near the edge of the roof.
"There!" April yelled as everyone of each group saw it as they all flew down towards the vial as it fell from the edge, but each group crashed into each other before they were pushed back.
"Go, Dad!" Robyn yelled as the villain then hit a lamppost, which caused it to shattered.
"No!" April yelled as they all looked in shock as the rest of it started dripping off the lamppost. Robyn gave a determined expression and grabbed her father's ears and kicked him in the stomach as he flew straight down. "Wah! What are you doing Robyn!" She called in panic.
"Curing our father!" Robyn yelled as the remains of the Retro-Mutagen started dripping off the lamppost as the last of it was about to hit the ground, but Robyn got Kirby underneath it and it splashed onto his head, which caused him to smile at the touch.
Kirby-Bat screeched as Jenny and Raph caught him in the blanket while as they fell to the ground as the Turtles huddled together as Robyn, April, and Casey exited the bankket as they all watched in hope as Kirpy twitched around the blanket as one of his hands ripped out, which are becoming small and forming a finger as it retracted, but then after a few moments, Kirby poked his head out of the hole, completely back to normal as he turned to the others in surprise.
They all cheered while Robyn and April looked on in joy. "Dad!" They cheered as they rushed up to their father and hugged him happily.
"We can't believe it! You're back!" Robyn cheered happily.
"We've missed you so much!" April added in joy.
"A-April? Robyn?" Kirby asked in surprise. "What happened? Where am I? Who are the other turtles?" He asked, having no memory of his mutation as he looked at himself while feeling something off under the blanket. "And why am I… nude?" He asked, which made the two sisters open their eyes in surprise.
"Buddy, when you hear what happened you are gonna laugh so hard," Jenny said in amusement.
"So, really hard. you've missed out on so much." Ames added with a chuckle.
April then went up to Donnie, "You and Tal, did Donnie! You're the best of the best of the best!" She cheered while hugging him and kissed his cheek again. While Donnie gave a happy smile April turned to Tal with a taunting smile, "Still think you can top that?"
"Oh please. I told you I'd wait for the right moment." Tal said with a smirk as she then quickly tripped April down on her back. "It's all about timing,"
Olly then looked around through his spyglass. "There's no sign of Stockman Fly. Or the Foot for that matter." He informed the rest of his team. "They must've grabbed him while we distracted,"
"Well, add him to the list of stray, mutated, bad guy freaks running around New York." Leo said dully.
"Stockman-Fly is Turtflytle's ultimate superhero enemy, buzz, buzz." Mikey said in a dramatic tone. "But if he's out there, buzz buzz, I'll find him! Buzz, buz-"
"Enough with the 'buzz, buzz'!" Raph called in annoyance.
"Okay!" Mikey said in defeat as he lowered his head but slowly lifted up.
"Don't." Raph warned, knowing what Mikey is about to do as Mikey turned to him. "Don't!"
"Buzz, buzz, dawg!" Mikey called as he place his antennas on Raph's head before rushing off.
"Naaghh!" Raph yelled as he took off the antennas and chased after Mikey.
The Turtles returned at the lair in the Dojo as Tal and Donnie gave shameful looks to Splinter. "We're sorry Master Splinter, we wanted to change you back." Tal said sadly.
Donnie then gave a determined look, "But we swear, if it's the last thing we do I'll.." he said before Splinter put his hand on his shoulder.
"Do not fret my children, I am content with what i have become. I have no place in the human world any more," Splinter assured them with a smile, "This is my home, and you all are my family." Splinter said looking over them as they smiled at Splinter from his words, "Such courage and valor as you all have shown deserves a reward, no training today, use the rest of the night to do what you wish," He said.
The others all smiled at each other before they cheered and high-three together and walked out of the dojo as Splinter smiled at them.
In the lab, Donnie and Tal are looking through the notes of the Retro-Mutagen formula they wrote down after completing it as they took a long look. "Well, at least we finally have the formula for Retro-Mutagen." Donnie said optimistically.
"Which will make it easy to make more once we get enough mutagen." Tal added. "Which will still take a long time."
"Hey, we got a lot up to this point, besides there's still dozens of canisters across the city," Donnie said before giving a sheepish look. "Assuming they aren't shattered or already snatached by whoever got mutated." He added.
Tal gave a chuckle. "Hey, whatever the case, we'll get there again one day." She said with a chuckles before she gave a smirk. "But hey, good effort never goes unrewarded," She said turning to Donnie.
"Yeah. Master Splinter sure gave us a day off from training." Donnie said with a smile. "We should probably make do with the free night we've got."
"Oh, no, no, I wasn't talking about Splinter's reward," Tal said as she held onto Donnie's shoulder while giving him a smile, "I was talking about me giving you my reward,"
"Uh, Tal, why are you looking at me like that?" Donnie asked nervously.
"Oh, nothing much." Tal said while giving a shy look as she held Donnie by the shoulder. "Just wanted to give you… this." She said as she then pressed her lips against Donnie, who eye's wide with his face blushing red as Tal kept the kiss held for a few moments before she broke apart. Seeing Donnie's stunned look as she placed her hands together. "So, how was that reward, Don?" She asked with a blushing smile.
"A-t-a-t-st-e-um-eu…" Donnie stammered with red hearts in his eyes before he fell to the floor unconscious from the kiss as Tal giggled at his reaction.
"The boys were right. He kept going brain dead everytime a girl kisses him." Tal said in amusements while giving a small smile at Donnie before she smirked to herself. "Take that, O'Neil." She added victoriously.
In Shredder's lair, Stockman-Fly was dragged inside by Rahzar. "Here's the Stinkbug, Master Shredder," Rahzar said through him down
"My goodness, Stockman that's a fitting form for you," Kitsune mocked as she kneeled in front of him, "For yourself selfish actions tonight, I'd crush you here and now, but Master Shredder has other plans for you" She said as they turned to the man
"I have one last mutant I want you to create," Shredder told Stockman-Fly before lowering himself down, "Or I will pluck your wings like the lowly insect you are." He threatened lowly
Rahzar then threw over an old candy bar. "Yes, Master Shredder. Thank you for your generosity." Stockman-Fly thanked as they looked down at him in disgust when he started eating the trash candy bar with his acid spit on it.
"But please, try eat away from us." Kitsune told him with a disgusted cringe, as it would take a while for them to get used to Stockman's mutant form.
