The siblings will just hang out, and there will be trouble inbound.

beninator5: A giant robot? I guess that could work, but it will be the whole team fighting it.
Indoraptorman101: Unfortunately yes, Lincoln is the only kryptonian left. Perhaps yes, in a sequel, Lisa will find a way to extract some of the codex from Lincoln.
TheBlazzore: Hopefully it doesn't come to that. Also, those are all good ideas for defeating The Slicer, and all other villains. Although I have to admit, I'm uncomfortable doing the one where Lily goes up The Slicer's ass to kill him. Finally, no worries, none of them will turn evil.

Luis Carlos: It was sweet of Luna to wish for a new brother. No worries, Lynn Sr. and Rita were happy to finally have a son, they were just shocked that he was found in a spaceship. Trust me, Lincoln's parents and all his sisters love him very much.
Lets get to it.
Two days later, it was the evening. Right now the Loud siblings were watching The Dream Boat. Lauren was also hovering there. Lincoln had just finished a long day of hero work. He loved his helping others, but now he just wanted to relax with his sisters.
Pretty soon, a commercial came on.
"Well, we literally are more powerful than ever now." Lori said.
"Totes." Leni replied.
"In our next battle, me and Sam are totally gonna see how our music affects a bad guy." Luna said.
"And I can manipulate the battlefield into what I want." Luan said. "I can try to make it into just sky, and our foes will think they're high. Hahahaha, get it?"
Most of them groaned.
"I can't wait to unleash my new strength on someone." Lynn said.
"And I am more versatile then ever." Lucy said.
"Nothing will hurt me when I become armor out of whatever I touch." Lola said.
"I want to see just what kind of animals I can summon now." Lana said.
"And I look forward to seeing just how lethal my battle suit is to individuals with malicious intent." Lisa said.
Lily then grew a little, then shrunk back down to her normal size.
"And me, Lincoln, Jordan, and Joe are more powerful then ever." Linka said.
"Apparently my power has increased the most." Lincoln added. "Maybe it's because I've been doing hero work a lot longer, and I have absorbed the most radiation from the sun."
"Yes, no doubt you are the most powerful member of the team by a long shot." Lori said. "But remember, no going overboard. Since I'm literally the leader of this team, it is my job to make sure you don't overdo it."
Lincoln smiled at his oldest sister.
"Don't worry, I know you're the leader, and I will follow your orders." Lincoln proclaimed.
Lori smiled and rubbed her baby brothers head.
"Good boy." Lori praised.
"Yes, and Lincoln will only continue getting more powerful as he gets older, and as he absorbs more radiation from the sun." Lisa informed.
"Man, imagine how powerful he will be when he reaches adulthood." Lynn said.
"On a related matter, maybe now we can finally take down The Slicer." Lucy said.
Everyone agreed.
"I would advise not getting overconfident." Lauren interjected.
The sibling were confused.
"Why not, Lauren?" Luna asked.
"Because The Slicer is very cunning." Lauren answered displaying The Slicer. "He is aware of your increased powers, and he is aware that Lincoln and Linka are now fully immune to kryptonite, and that Jordan and Joe are immune to his anti-magic weapons. He will most certainly be working on something that can counter you all."
They all thought about this for a moment.
"Lauren's right." Lincoln said. "We can't let down our guard."
"We can take anything he throws at us." Lynn proclaimed.
The siblings all cheered in agreement.
The commercial break then ended, and they all went back to watching The Dream Boat.
Meanwhile at The Slicer's hideout, The Slicer was sitting on his throne pondering the situation.
Lincoln and his team had more members, and the original members of the team were more powerful than ever. Lincoln and Linka were now immune to kryptonite, and Jordan and Joe were immune to anti-magic weapons.
Soon, Kyle walked in.
"Master Slicer." He addressed. "What should we do about the situation."
"Lincoln, Linka, Jordan, and Joe becoming immune to my weapons was inevitable." The Slicer replied. "In fact, I knew it would happen eventually."
"But now they are unstoppable." Kyle said.
"Not necessarily." The Slicer said. "Lincoln and his team will think that it will be easy to defeat me, but I will destroy them all, and the world will finally be mine."
The Slicer then stood up.
"It is time we accelerate our projects." He said.
Meanwhile, in a cave in the desserts of Egypt, a corpse lay. He wore tattered black clothing, and he had a stone that was embedded into his forehead. Suddenly, the stone glowed orange, and the corpse convulsed.
Soon, his eyes opened, revealing them to be orange.
"At last." The corpse said. "After thousands of years, I have resurrected, all thanks to this ancient stone of power."
He then got a vision.
"It seems there is a new generation of warriors, but they prefer to be called heroes." He said. "Very well. I will destroy them all, and this world will at long last be mine."
The Slicer is now working on new projects, and a new threat has arose.
