Rewrite 3.0. (Yes, a third time once again) The Azur Lane needs a new Commander after they lost their very first one. However the second Commander is different than the first, it's up to him and the rest of Kansens must win a war against the Sirens.

The story begins on June 1st, Alex Kiryuu, who is the newly assigned Commander of the Azur Lane who is young and fresh, only for him to work alongside a bunch of quirky girls. A while after retirement, Kent has a cave exploration accident and is isekai'd. She discovers the kansen who died in the war are waiting for her, and that some of their grudges transcend death.
