The Fall of Friends
Angel Grove High School - Gymnasium
It is the first day of the new school year. Students in Grade 11 are gathered in the Gym for their Junior Year Meeting. Minh (Class President) is standing on the podium talking about the upcoming year. She gives out a few details on how changes can affect everyone. There is an empty seat between Austin (Class Vice President) and Sally (Class Secretary). The student body shows a few familiar faces and new faces in the audience. One of the new faces is Tara Oliver, she sits there not listening to Minh but looks at Austin. She sits in the back, with her green headphones on her head, listening to music. Tara isn't giving a care in the world about what Minh is talking about. Beverly takes out her mirror, she tilts her mirror towards Tara giving her an evil stare. Sav and William want nothing to do with Austin or Tara. Maria sits next to Sav, she wonders why he is so tense.
Maria is one of the new students at Angel Grove, but she is no stranger to the area. She has lived in Angel Grove since her early years, when her parents divorced, her father lived in a different state. Her father is a former student at the boarding school she transferred to, he gained full custody of Maria despite living in the dorms. Maria finally decided to move back with her mother, to see Sav. She hasn't seen or talked to Sav in years, not since the 6th grade.
After transferring from the private boarding school, she decided to spend the rest of her high school years at her moms place at Angel Grove. Sav and Maria got back together over the summer. She holds Savs hand, Sav feels a warm temperature on his hand, he looks down to see Maria holding his hand. Maria feels the coldness of Sav, he is feeling well, but awful after what Austin did to Beverly. Maria just came back from Hawaii over the summer.
Cut to Minh finishing her speech
Minh gets to the final paragraph of her speech, "we must always remember those who have helped and inspire us to be here. No matter where they are, they will always have that spot in our lives. Even the ones we don't talk to anymore. We gotta start remembering them for who they are and why they are there in the first place" Minh pauses for a second, she then closes her speech "Our Junior Year will be full of challenges. It will also help us decide what we wanna do with our lives after high school. This will affect our Senior Year. Take those challenges, if you don't like the spot you are in right now! Make This Year the Best and you will have a better year coming up!" She then says her closing sentence "I'm Minh Kwan, and I am proud to be back at Angel Grove, Go Warriors!" The audience claps cheering on Minh. The class representatives all get up and bow to the audience.
Cut to after the meeting
Austin and Tara hug, they kiss. Some students look at the couple wondering how Austin knows the new girl. One kid whispers to his friend "isn't he dating Beverly?" The other students talk about school, clubs, and the upcoming football game for tonight. Sav and Maria walk over to Minh, he tells her how great of a job she did on her speech. Minh smiles "I had to work on my own, it was hard not doing it without Austin checking it over." Maria is curious, she asks "what happened to you guys? I've been gone for almost the entire summer and I just found out about Austin." Things get pretty tense when Maria asks about this.
Cut to William and George
William runs over to George, he calls out to him "hey George!" George turns around, he looks at William, "hadn't seen you lately all summer. What gives?" he asks him. George groans "I was just hanging out with some new people." William gets worried for his old buddy "dude, you hadn't been in contact with me. I wanted to see you during my days off, but you didn't respond at all." George responds "maybe it's because of your internship, or it's because I've been seeing new people all summer!" William is concerned "look, I know you couldn't go to computer camp this summer due to funding. I know your folks have been fighting. And I know you've had issues with Brick. But I've seen you going out and getting drunk all summer with a few bad seeds on your snapstory. This isn't like you!" George turns around, he is about to go walk over to some rebellious kids. William stops him, grabbing him on the shoulder "George! This is not you!" George turns around, he punches William in the stomach. A few kids turn over and look at them. George says to William "you're not my friend!" he growls while giving in the evil eyes. Geroge leaves the gym, leaving William on the ground. The rebellious kids all congratulate George on his well being. Beverly and Sally run over to William. "William? Are you okay?" Beverly asks him. William walks away feeling betrayed. Sally and Beverly go over to him. Beverly looks over at Austin and Tara holding hands, she gives them a hateful stare, she then goes after William.
Angel Grove High School - Library - Study Room
Minh, Sav, and Maria all walk over to the study room. Sav locks the door and closes the blinds. Maria is concerned about what has happened. "So what happened? What's going on with you guys?" Maria asks them, she knows about the rangers identities, but doesn't know anything about the new girl that is talking to Austin. Minh starts out with the Green Ranger, who the previous ranger was, and then talks about how she knows about her identity. They flashback to the day the rangers got their shark cycles. After their battle against Omen, Clondurk, and a monster created by Grande Morevil.

Cranston Technologies - Command Center
Billy is able to teleport back to the command center. Alpha restores the power to the command center, it is back in full power. "I did it! I have restored the command center" Alpha says cheerfully. He notices that Billy is feeling down. Billy sits on the chair, he watches the screen, seeing the rangers on their shark cycles. The screen shows the Yellow, Black, Pink, and Blue Rangers riding their Shark Cycles in full motion. Billy wants to feel proud about the project, but he is unable to feel any sort of emotion. Alpha is concerned, he asks Billy what is wrong? Billy explains "the Green Ranger, is Tara Oliver." Alpha is confused "Tara Oliver?" he then realizes "You mean, Tommy's daughter?" he asks Billy. Billy sighs "I believe so" he says back. He sits down on a chair, feeling bummed out. Alpha asks Billy "what's wrong? Isn't that a good thing?" Billy pauses, he doesn't know what to say, he is confused, wondering why someone like her would take a power morpher and betray the rangers. She's not Green with Evil, but Green with Rebellion.
Cut to the Rangers on their Shark Cycles
Road
The Four Remaining Rangers all ride on their Shark Cycles. Beverly is unable to focus on the road, thinking about Austin dumping her. "Who is that ranger? Why her?" she asks herself. Sav notices Beverly, "Bev, keep your eyes on the road. You don't wanna get into a crash" he says calmly to her. Beverly speeds up, not wanting to listen to anyone. Minh is worried for Beverly, she tries to catch up to her, but the pink ranger speeds away. William looks at the ocean, enjoying the view. He then sees a few rebels trashing a few campsites. One of the rebels looks familiar to him, he squints through his helmet, it is George. William sees a ramp, he drives over it, leaping into the air. Minh wonders what William is doing? William does a 360 up in the air. The rebels look at the blue ranger, they are distracted from trashing the site. The Blue Ranger lands on the beach safely and drives over to the rebels.
The rebels cheer and clap for William, but he isn't having it. The Blue Ranger yells at the troublemakers "You guys are causing trouble!" he takes out his blade blaster and points it to the rebels "I suggest you leave, NOW!" The rebels are all shocked. George steps forward "no! We found this place! We're not leaving!" he says to him. The blue ranger eyes at George through his helmet "don't make me shoot you Geo-" he is about to say George's full name, but stops and goes silent. George is confused, he wonders how the blue ranger knows his name? Their leader steps forward to the blue "How about you take it and shove it up you-" he is cut off. William fires the blaster by the leader's feet. "That was a warning shot! Leave now and I will not hesitate to shoot you in the head!" he screams towards the rebels. The gang scurries, not wanting to get shot by the rangers. George turns around, he looks at the blue ranger, then leaves. The campsite is saved by him. But William is teleported away.

Angel Grove High School - Library - Study Room
Maria is shocked "William?" both Minh and Sav nod at her. Maria never knew William, she only met him from the command center and their crossover with the Rangers of Aquitar. She only knew Sav from their elementary school years before she transferred over to the boarding school her seventh grade year. "So that new girl is the daughter of another former ranger?" she asks them. Minh responds "yes, she is. Our team hasn't been the same since she came here." Maria is blown away, not knowing that there is another descendant of a former ranger going to their school. "So how did Beverly take it?" she asks them. Both Sav and Minh look at each other, exchanging looks that is uncomforting. Maria realizes that something isn't right and knows that the looks that they are exchanging isn't good at all.
Another Flashback Begins.

Angel Grove Mall - Food Court
Beverly, William, Sav, and Sally all walk down the mall. Sally is blown away by what has happened. "Really?" she says to the rangers. "Yep, the new Green Ranger is someone that is going to be starting at our school" Sav says to her. "I can't believe that Austin would do that?" Sally says to them. "I knew I should've called in for the tour!" she says to herself. William comforts her "you didn't know, don't beat yourself up" he says to her. Sally looks at Beverly, feeling worried for her "Beverly, how are you taking it?" she asks her. Beverly is sad and depressed. William responds for her "she doesn't wanna talk about it" he says to Sally.
Austin walks over to the pretzel station holding Taras hand, he buys her a pretzel. They laugh and smile together, having a little play fight. Beverly glares at Tara, wanting to kill her.
Camera Pans to a man in a violet fedora
The man in the violet fedora pours something on a milkshake, he makes a spell on it. The man's eyes glow yellow, it is Vassel (one of the Phantom Thieves) he teleports back to his base. The Milkshake begins to bubble.
Cut back to the group
Austin looks at Beverly, he pretends that he wasn't into her, he turns to walk with Tara. Tara smirks at the group, showing the rangers that she won herself a prize. Beverly charges over to them, she yells out "Hey!" Both Tara and Austin look over at Beverly. Beverly is furious at Tara. Tara turns around, Beverly swings a punch at Tara. Tara grabs Beverlys wrist and punches her using her karate skills. Beverly falls down, she charges at Tara. Both William and Sav grab on to her while Austin holds Tara back. Beverly feels heartbroken, "you stole him away from me!" she yells out to Tara. Austin grabs Tara away from the mall while Beverly tries to run over to Tara.
Camera pans to the bubbling Milkshake
The Milkshake bubbles, the people at the mall are too distracted by the drama. The Milkshake continues to bubble until it turns bright green. The Milkshake comes to life, it grows arms and legs and becomes humanoid. The green straw sticks out of his head. The same man with the Violet Fedora pops back and escorts the Milkshake Monster back to the Mansion.
Fade Out to White
Back at the study room, Maria is shocked to hear about this. She wonders why Tara is doing this to the rangers? Sav is also confused, he has no answer to her question.
Phantom Thieves Lair - Ballroom
The Milkshake Monster trains with Omen, he gets stronger and stronger with his straw sword. Omen smirks at the monster. "You've gotten stronger throughout the week! I'm proud to have you along!" he says to the monster. "The humans will face the power by me, Malk-Shake!" he says, acting cocky. Rave smiles at the Humanoid Monster, she gets flirty with him "I would love to see what that big, giant straw of yours can do to me" she says seductively, while rubbing the straw on his head. Vassel gets annoyed by Rave "can you not flirt with our warriors!" he yells at her. Rave winks at Malk-Shake. Malk-Shake sharpens his sword, Omen smiles at him.
Angel Grove High School - Junior Conference Room
The Class Members of the Junior class get ready for their private meeting. Class President Minh looks at the empty chair reserved for Austin. Sally (Class Secretary) looks through the papers, showing what students have suggested for their class fundraisers. A few students sit in the classroom, a few of the juniors are SCO or just regular students wanting to get involved. Austin and Tara enter the room, Austin sits by Minh, they both exchange glares. Sally breaks the tense silence, she gets the meeting organized. "Thank you for coming, this will be our first meeting involving some of the SCO members, a few students, and our class president, vice president, and secretary" Sally says to the group. The students all sit down and listen in. Sally looks at the empty chair in between her and Minh, "you're all probably wondering why there is an empty chair?" she says to the group. Most of the students talk to each other, they wonder who is missing and why that person isn't there. Minh breaks the silence "we lost our class treasurer Kyle" she says to them. Sav asks Minh "yeah? What happened to him? I hadn't seen him since summer" he asks, feeling confused. Austin responds "Kyle transferred to a private boarding school in Connecticut. His parents weren't fond of the idea of him learning here while there are monster attacks. So they decided in the last minute to transfer him there." The students all whisper to each other, wondering what or where this is going to lean too. Minh breaks the silence "quiet down people!" the room goes silent. Minh continues "we are going to need a class treasurer this year! Anyone who has had experience or wants to learn about managing money, can volunteer!" she says to the group. The room goes silent, none of the students wanna volunteer.
One hand is raised up, Minh drops her jaw. The person who wants to be class treasurer is Tara. Minh tries to ignore Tara, but Tara intervenes "I can do it! I was class treasurer in seventh grade, class secretary in eighth grade, and was class vice president freshman and sophomore year!" she says to the students. Minh tries to ignore Tara. But Austin backs her up "this is the type of experience we need here at Angel Grove!" he says to everyone in the room. The students all listen to Austin. Austin turns over to Tara "Tara, you are welcome to join!" he says to her. Minh turns to Austin "you sure about that? Are you sure she's not gonna break the class apart?" she says to him. The students start to whisper to each other. Sally looks at the two, she grabs a textbook and slams it hard on the floor, creating a loud 'bang' the room goes silent. "You two can argue about this later" she says to Minh and Austin. Sally turns the group. Austin steps forward "lets get a show of hands!" he says. Minh cuts Austin off "excuse me? Only I can ask how many people can vote!" she says to him, giving Austin an attitude. One student in the audience whispers to another kid "sounds like a load of bullcrap" the other student asks him in annoyed tone "who the hell are you and why are you talking to me?" he glares at him. Minh goes to the center of the room and asks "show of hands! How many of you vote for" Minh looks around the room, and points at the first person she sees is Clare "Clare!" she says, pointing at her. Clare is shocked, she knew she lost to Minh on the run for Junior Class President, but she is shocked to have this opportunity to be a class officer. "Me?" she asks Minh, not knowing what to say about this. Minh nods "yes, have an opportunity to be an officer! You were class treasurer in eighth grade!" she says, begging for her to take Taras spot. Austin whispers to Minh "you can't be serious? Remember what happened to our eighth grade budget?" Minh ignores Austin. Caroline speaks up to the officers "no offense Clare, but you almost lost our class budget twice and got our money stolen by another student who spent it." The student yells to her "I learned my lesson, Caroline!" he says to her. Caroline glares at the kid "yea, but you should've been expelled, Nathan!" she yells back to him. Tara, yells out "quiet!" the room goes silent. Tara stands up and announces to the crowd "this is going nowhere! Can we save the drama for after the meeting! This is not about Drama! This is where we plan out our class field trip for senior year and what to do with our budget while raising funds for our class fundraisers! We should be discussing about hosting the dances, selling pom poms and school spirit gear for the sports games, and possibly a bikini car wash." One student gets hyped, hearing about the bikini car wash "oh baby! That's the type of fundraising we need" she says to Tara. Tara smiles at her. Minh is shocked to hear this. Austin says to the group of students "how many want the new girl as our Class Treasurer!" The entire room (except Minh, Sav, and two random students) raise their hands high. Austin turns to the class president "looks like we got a replacement for Kyle!" he says to them. Minh is shocked that Sally voted. The whole crowd chants "Tara! Tara! Tara!" Tara smiles at the group of students. Austin picks her up and kisses her in front of the crowd, they all roar with excitement. Minh storms out of the room, feeling red with anger.
Angel Grove High School - Stairway
Minh sits underneath the stairway, she is furious that Tara has not only separated her team but also disrupted the meeting with the idea of running to be a class officer. Minh wonders why or what this girl is up to? Sav hustles over to her, he sees that Minh is furious with Tara, he sits next to her. Minh turns away from Sav, not wanting to talk to him. Sav rebels and moves to face her "look, I know how bad she is. She has caused some problems with the team already. But you can't just walk out and sit there while we still have a meeting going on" he says to her. Minh is aggravated "why us? We didn't do anything to her dad!" she says to him. Sav shrugs "she's just the new girl in town. This has really affected us and our command center!" he says to her. Minh turns over to Sav. "We already have to deal with Grande Morevil and The Phantom Thieves, we already have enough villains" he says to her. Minh is worried about Austin, he's never acted like this, breaking rules, taking full charge, and not wanting to be apart of the team. "This is not like Austin, he never goes out drinking?" he says to him.
A Flashback Begins
Angel Grove Mall - Loaded Mug
Minh confronts Austin by the Club, she walks over to see him exit out with Tara. "Austin? You never go out? Why are you doing this?" she asks him. Tara laughs at Minh "maybe you're just jealous, that I can actually make him a better man than you can!" she says to Minh. Minh gets frustrated with Tara. Austin, feeling extremely intoxicated, steps into the middle of the two "ladies, this is not how we handle this" he turns over to Minh "Minh, I know you got feelings for me, but you shouldn't take it out on Tara." Minh gets aggravated by Austin "I have a boyfriend! I never had anything for you!" she yells at him. Austin laughs "you sure about that!" he grabs Tara by the shirt and kisses her, they both makeout in front of Minh. Minh is disgusted by Austin and leaves. Austin smirks at her.
Minh goes over to a private area at the mall, she thinks about what the hell Austin is talking about "I never had feelings for you?" she says to herself. She thinks about the times she and Austin have been working together. They met at preschool, had kindergarten together, got separated in second grade, and reunited in sixth grade at their english class. They ran for class president and got involved in a lot of activities together. Minh thinks about the good times she spent with Austin, including at the playground when she was defended by a few bullies. Austin stood up to them, though he got his ass kicked, he still took them down and stood up for Minh. Minh thinks about Austin and their past times together, she then realizes that Austin has been more than a friend to her.
Flashback Ends
Angel Grove High School - Stairway
Minh cries about Austin betraying her and taking the red power morpher for himself. She is devastated that Tara has changed Austin more than she has. Sav comforts her, they hug it out. Their communicators go off, Sav responds to it "What's up?" he asks. Alpha responds "Sav, there's an attack at downtown Angel Grove!" The alarm goes off again, Alpha finds another attack going on, "Ai yai yai! It seems that there is another attack going on at Dusk Bay!" The screen at the command center shows Malk-Shake attacking Dusk Bay, while the other screen shows a walking sound speaker blasting a soundwave at City Hall. Sav and Minh are shocked to see that there are two monster attacks going on at the same time. William and Beverly hustle over to Sav and Minh. Both Sav and Minh are conflicted, William asks "what should we do? We got two attacks going on in two separate areas!" Minh is unsure about this. They see Austin and Tara hustling out of the building, they run while they glow, morphing into their ranger forms. "How did they find out?" William asks curiously. They hustle to the doorway to see Austin driving off in his Shark Cycle with Tara holding on to him. "Looks like they are going to the city!" Sav says to them. Beverly teleports out, not wanting to follow directions. Minh says to the duo "I'll go chase Beverly down, you two go to Dusk Bay!" Both Sav and William nod.
Dusk Bay
Malk-Shake gets ready to attack Grande Morevils Lair. The Phantom Thief Leader 'Slivia' guides the shake to the lair. "We'll destroy Grande Morevil and the cavern that has imprisoned us for years!" he says with flames in his eyes. Malk-Shake fires a milky cannon ball from his straw cannon, destroying the top of the cavern.
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
Grande Morevil feels a massive earthquake, he then realizes that this is no earthquake. A Tux Ruck opens up the surveillance footage, showing the Head Phantom Thief and Malk-Shake attacking the base. Grande Morevil steams with rage, he teleports out of there.
Dusk Bay
Silvia gazes at the cavern, he thinks back about all of the years he was trapped in there, unable to leave. Even when he tries to communicate with some of the explorers, they either ignore them or just stay away from the place because of how haunted the area is. Silvia gets Malk-Shake to blow more of the cavern. The Milkshake is starting to charge, until both the black and blue rangers show up. "Your trip to the bay is over you two!" Sav says to the two. Silvia is irritated with the rangers "You two again?" he says, feeling angry "get em Malk-Shake!" he commands the monster. "Clever" says Sav, he takes out his Power Axe and charges while William takes out his Power Lance. Silvia is about to fire at the cavern, but Grande Morevil shows up in a smoky cloud "there's only room for one villain on this planet!" he yells out with a growl. Silvia takes out his blade "bring it on you saggy skull" he says to him. Grande Morevil charges, taking what is left of his staff and battles Silvia. It is a duel between both leaders of two different villain teams.
After William trips the Shake Monster over, he looks at the two leading villains, he asks "who do we fight?" Sav responds "let them kill each other, it'll be less of a problem for us" he watches the shake monster get up, Sav charges his power axe and fires it, knocking the monster back. William shrugs and takes out his Thunder Slinger, firing at the shake. It is an epic battle between the Blue and Black rangers against Malk-Shake and Leader Silvia battling Grande Morevil.
Meanwhile at Downtown Angel Grove
Boomer (the name of the monster created by Grande Morevil) blasts the soundwaves on the buildings, making them crash. He turns to see the Red Ranger on his Shark Cycle while Green Ranger fires Austins Thunder Slinger at the Speaker Monster. Boomer is hit, but he blasts the soundwaves at the two rangers. They fly off of their cycle. "I don't like the sound of this" said Austin. "We need to act quick" said Tara. Austin says to Tara "distract him, I'm gonna try and hit the speakers on him" he says to her. Tara nods, knowing how good of an idea this is. Tara takes out her Dragon Dagger and fights Boomer. Boomer laughs "I'll make you go deaf!" he blasts the soundwave with a mighty roar. Tara dodges, the soundwave hits a few street lights, shattering them in process. Austin takes out his blade blaster, he watches Tara charge towards the monster, Austin hides from the stoop of the library. He waits for his opportunity to shoot. While Tara holds back the monster from swinging his arms at her, Austin is about to fire. But a Light Pink Arrow hits the speaker, damaging it in the process.
Camera pans from the stoop of the library to the top of a convenience store.
The pink ranger lowers her power bow, she yells "Bullseye!" it is Beverly, she stands on top of the convenience store sign, eyeing the monster. Austin looks over to see that it is Beverly. Beverly jumps off and does a front flip, she takes out her power bow and fires it towards the monsters chest. She pushes Tara out of the way "leave this for the veterans!" she says to the Green Ranger. Tara gets mad at her "we had a plan!" she says, scolding her. Beverly kicks Tara in the Dragon Armor "like how you destroyed my plans with him!" she says, pointing at Austin. Austin doesn't know what to say. Boomer gets up, he blasts the Pink and Green Rangers away from him. "That'll teach ya!" he says with a laugh. Austin calls out for the two rangers, he then fires at the other speaker, it doesn't break but causes a little damage to it. Boomer fires another soundwave, however it is weaker than it usually is. The Red Ranger is hit, but not badly as he shot the speaker with little damage. Beverly takes out her power bow, she charges it with full might, the bow begins to glow with a dark aura, it fires with the arrows splitting into twenty. The arrows fire at full speed with a pink dark aura. Boomer is hit hard, he falls down and explodes.
Beverly falls down, she catches herself and stays on her knees. Austin is curious what that was and why Beverly fired with that sort of power. He tries to help her up. Beverly pushes Austin away from her. "What was that for?" he asks her in confusion. Beverly gets mad "don't talk to me! Unless you break it off with HER!" she points at Tara with rage. Tara gets up and gets into her face "What the Fuck? We were doing so well, until you ruined it!" she says to her angrily. Beverly snickers "you would've been dead, I was the one that did the job!" she gets up while saying all of this. She manages to stay on her feet and says to Tara "you should be thanking me!" she says, pushing towards Taras helmet. Austin gets in the middle of the two "ladies please! This isn't the time to do this!" he says to them. Beverly turns towards Austin "oh please, you're the one who is breaking the team!" Tara defends Austin "no he is not! He is doing much better than he was with you!" she yells at her. Beverly wants to kill Tara, she lunges at her. Austin tries to stop her, but they keep fighting, not paying attention to him. Minh drives over to the fight scene. She sees that the battle is over, but the conflict between Beverly and Tara has begun. Minh goes over and grabs Beverly away from her. Beverly is mad, she stares down at Tara, wanting to destroy her. She and Minh get a call from her communicator. "Alpha, whats up?" She asks him. Alpha responds "Rangers, go to Dusk Bay. Fight the monster, not each other!" he yells, scolding the rangers.
Back at Dusk Bay
The Black and Blue Rangers battle Malk-Shake, he has the upperhand against the two rangers. While the Two Leaders of the Rivaling Villains clash out against each other. Silvia knocks the broken staff out of Grande Morevils hands, he kicks him pushing him down on the ground. Silvia points his blade at Morevil "any last words before I destroy you!" he says to him. Morevil smirks "yes" he takes out his claws, lighting sparks right out of his fingers. Silvia is shocked by the electro lighting. The lighting is dark blue with a bit of white on the outside. Morevil gets up and electrocutes Silvia. Silvia lies on the ground taking the energy from him. Grande Morevil laughs at Silvia "not so tough now! Are you?" imitating him, he then breathes fire from his mouth, burning Silvia in process. While Grande Morevil is finishing off Silvia, a golden spear stabs him in the upper back, right near the right shoulder. Grande Morevil screams in pain! The weakened Silvia looks up, it is Vassel and Rave. They stand on top of the cliff eyeing towards Morevil. Grande Morevil looks up in shock, he takes out the spear that disintegrates. He yells out to the Three Phantom Thieves "I'll be back for you all!" he screams to them. Morevil vanishes back to his base. Woodward teleports over to the wounded Silvia "I'll take him back to the lab to heal him. You guys take down the rangers!" he says to them. Omen teleports over, drawing out his sword "no! You all go! I'll take down the rangers!" he says to them. Rave draws out her daggers "I'll help, I could give the strong man some backup" she says in a seductive manner. Vassel gives rave a dirty look, he then goes with Woodward back to the lab to heal Silvia. Omen and Rave both charge towards the rangers. Before they could land a hit on them, teleporting into battle are the Yellow, Pink, Red, and Green Rangers. Omen gets annoyed "oh great, more of them!" he yells out. Red takes out his Power Sword while Green takes out her Dragon Dagger "go, we'll take care of these two!" Austin says, directing the Yellow and Pink Rangers. Beverly rebels, but Minh escorts her over to help Sav and William.
William takes the hit by a powerful cannon, flying towards the wall. Sav calls out to William, he gets back up and keeps fighting. Minh takes out her Thunder Slinger and fires it towards Malk-Shake, taking the hit. Beverly draws out her Power Bow, she fires the arrow, this time it lights up in a bright pink aura, splitting into ten. The ten arrows hit the monster. "You got some good moves Bev!" Sav says to her. Beverly nods, not wanting to talk to anyone at the moment. She draws out her power bow again, this time it is surrounded by a blue electrolyte. William is confused, he didn't add any upgrades to the power bow. Beverly fires, the arrow flies at rapid speed hitting the Milkshake Monster.
Meanwhile
Austin and Tara battle Omen and Rave. Rave strikes the Green Ranger with her daggers, but Tara counters her, using her own dagger, it glows in a green aura knocking Rave back. Austin and Omen battle it out blade to blade. He thinks about how this is just like his battles with Metallic Grant. Omens sword glows in a dark aura, overpowering Austin. Austins Power Sword also glows in a Red Aura, they both clash their swords at each other. They keep standing up, not wanting to fall down. Austin thinks about Metallic Grant, then thinks about his parents how they keep throwing strict rules on him and making him do things he doesn't wanna do. He thinks about all of what his parents did to not help with his own life. Austin doesn't wanna run a company or go learn about congress (like he did over the summer), he wants to help others and have them take their own paths instead of following his own path. He rages with anger, knocking back Omen. Omen is confused, but retaliates by charging towards Austin. Austin keeps hitting Omens sword, his power coin glows bright red along with his sword.
Split Screen of Beverly and Austins power coins and weapons glowing in their bright colors. Beverly charges up her power bow with a pink aura, while Austins power sword charges in a red aura. They both take down their opponents. Malk-Shake is destroyed, while Omen is hit badly.
Rave and Tara keep fighting, they do a lot of damage to each other. Rave keeps hitting Tara, but Tara stays strong, her Dragon Armor glows in a golden aura, her dragon dagger also glows in a green aura along with her power coin. She knocks down Rave, slashing her with her dragon dagger. Rave falls down, she teleports back to base.
Phantom Thief Manor
Vassel watches on the screen, showing that Malk-shake has been destroyed "oh fuck! My Hard work has been destroyed!" he yells out in frustration. Woodward smirks "I do have an alternate way to revive him!" he takes out the book that they stole from Lady Darcine, he turns to a page, showing a revival spell. Woodward reads it out loud while looking at the screen "Senshi O, TORI-MO-DOSE!" he yells out while throwing out his left hand in an open palm. His fingers are separated closed up while his thumb is down.
Dusk Bay
The Rangers celebrate their victory. Austin and Tara hug each other tightly. While the remaining four all high five each other. Beverly looks at Austin, she doesn't know how to feel with him being with Tara. She is still jealous of her, wondering what she has that Beverly herself doesn't have. Their celebration is silent, when Malk-Shake grows with a few symbols surrounding him. Malk-Shake is a giant. "I asked for one Large Milkshake! Not one Giant Monster!" Austin says out loud. Tara smirks at him from her helmet. She takes out a green phone and presses an app. William is curious what Tara is doing. The Dragonzord rises out from the ocean, it uses its tail to drill through the giant milkshake. It is hit, but not enough to take it down. Both Tara and Austin teleport to the cockpit of the Dragonzord.
The cockpit has about room for one or two people. Tara sits in the front while Austin sits in the back. The remaining rangers call out their zords. Another monster rises up, it is Boomer. Both the Megazord and Dragonzord battle the giant monsters. Boomer fires some soundwaves at both of the Megazords. Knocking them both over. Dragonzord gets up and breathes its dragon breath at the giant speaker, melting his attacks in process. While the Megazord battles Malk-Shake, the Dragonzord takes down Boomer, using its missiles and tail drill.
Malk-Shake fires its cannons at the Megazord. Sav activates the mastodon shield to block the cannons. Malk-Shake takes out his straw to use as a sword. The Megazord uses its Mega Power Sword to battle it out. The Dragonzord uses its dragon breath to melt the giant milkshake. The Megazord is almost hit "watch where you're aiming that thing!" said Sav. Beverly glares at the dragonzord. Minh gets the rangers back into battle "guys, focus. We can't let this thing destroy the bay. Malk-Shake fires more and more cannons at the rangers. Austin distracts the giant shake using the dragonzords missiles. The Megazord uses its mega power sword to take down the monster.
Angel Grove High School - Hallway
A week passes since the monster battle. The students of the junior class meeting walk outside of the classroom. They talk about how great Tara is with her skills as a treasurer. Tara discusses with the group about how she can help raise funds for the Homecoming Dance while managing the class funds for next year. Sally is surprised at Tara "I didn't think you had experience with this at all" she says to her. Tara, responds to her "I did this back in middle school. So I had to learn how to manage money. Luckily my mom owned a cafe back at Reefside. So I learned a lot about funding" Minh is unsure how to deal with this, she thinks about after the battle against Malk-Shake.
Flashback to after the Megazord Battle
The Red and Green Ranger both stand on the sandy beach gazing at the ocean. Austin hopes for Tara to hack the Tyrannosaurus zord so he can use it on his own. Minh leads the remaining three over to the two rangers. Minh asks Tara "Tara, you have so much potential. You can help us out by taking down Grande Morevil and The Phantom Thieves." She takes out her hand for a handshake, she asks Tara "Tara, would you like to join us?" Beverly gives Minh a dirty look. Sav and William stand there wondering what is up with Minh. Tara responds "no I will not! I am my own ranger! And not someone that my dad was associated with!" she turns around and walks away. Austin follows her, but Beverly stops him "Austin, please!" she calls out to him. Austin looks at Beverly, who is grabbing on to his arm. She looks at him with puppy dog eyes "please Austin! We need you!" she says, begging for him to stay. Austin wants too, but he says to Beverly "look Bev, we had a good run. We shouldn't let drama get in the way of our ranger duties. But I can't let someone control me anymore. That's why I'm leading my own team!" he says, looking at Tara, who is still waiting for him. Minh is shocked. Sav says to him "you can't do this Austin. You're our backbone! Minh chose you to help us!" Austin doesn't look at Sav "I can't, I need to develop my leadership more! And I can't always listen to what my parents want me to do. I had to miss out on parties, going to visit old friends, and my summer job with Minh for a youth group thing. I wanna at least go out and party and stay out late and maybe break a few rules here and there!" he explains to them. William says to Austin, "Austin, I'm sorry to do this" he speaks into his communicator "Billy, disable his morpher" Billy is about to disable, but the power goes out and the whole zords (except for the dragonzord that is under Taras control) all get disabled. "Son on a BITCH!" yells Billy. Austin smirks and turns around, he ignores the group.
Flashback Ends
Minh stands there, she sees Austin gather a few items. He grabs the checklist, the plans for the school year, etc. Austin nods at Minh like nothing has happened a few weeks ago. William is depressed, he not only lost his best friend, but two of them.
William walks by a few classrooms, he stops and looks to see George and a few other kids dump some trash on the teachers desk. He is shocked to see all of this. George glares at William and leaves. William is still shocked to see what is happening. He leaves the building on his own, but Minh stops to talk to him "William! Are you feeling okay?" she asks him, feeling concerned. William responds "I just need to go home." He walks out of the building, not wanting to talk to anyone. Minh feels depressed about what is going on. Beverly continues to cheerlead while Sav sits there wondering what he can do to help the others. Maria comforts Sav, but Beverly seeing Maria and Sav together makes her feel more depressed.
Phantom Thief Manor - Study
Silvia stands there, looking at the painting of himself and the rest of the group. There is a rip on the painting showing that there was another member of the group that has disappeared from them. He clenches his fist, wanting to destroy Grande Morevil, The Power Rangers, and Angel Grove. Woodward comes into the study. Silvia turns around, wondering what is the intrusion. Woodward says to his leader, "we have something that we found at Reefside!" he says to Silvia. Silvia turns, wondering what they have found. Woodward is holding something in his hands, something that could help with the group.
Taras House
Tara walks into her house, she sees her cousin John sitting on the couch. Her cousin gets up and talks to Tara "Tara, there's someone who wants to see you!" he says to her. Tara is confused, she doesn't get any visitors nor does anybody know where they live. "Where is this visitor?" she asks him. Her cousin responds "up in your room!" he says as he points downstairs to the basement.
Taras Room
Tara walks into her bedroom and sees Hayley sitting on the bed. Tara is shocked "Mom! What are you doing here?" she asks in fear. Hayley gets up and glares at Tara "I was wondering why you have your fathers morpher?" she asks while crossing her arms. Tara throws her bag on the ground, she yells out "why did you make me come live here! I loved Reefside!" Hayley lashes back "because you are troubled! You kept missing classes, fighting in school, and showed up in a few police cars! You think your father would've wanted this!" she yells out. Tara yells back "Oh I don't know! Maybe if you two didn't get so drunk and fucked, I wouldn't be born!" Hayley goes silent, she gets upset with her daughter "it just happened. We were out of it. I told you this millions of times!" Tara looks at her mother "Well sorry, I didn't wanna go live with dad or, 'Kat!' I wanted you two to live together!" she says to her. Hayley sits down "We wanted to tell you this when you got older, but you wouldn't have understood back then." Tara says to Hayley "then what is it? Huh? What is it that made you two raise me separately and made Dad get back with 'Kat'!" Hayley sits down, looks at the floor, she looks back up and says "honey, I'm gay." Tara sits on the floor, she stares down at the green rug trying to process what she just heard. Hayley leaves the room for her daughter to process all of this. Tara is having a hard time taking it all in.
