Hello Izu-chan!

This is Cecelia, but you can call me Miya. I'm the one who saved your childhood friend that you called Kacchan. I wondered if the three of us could hang out whenever I would visit Tokyo Japan with my parents. This place is called the Cosplay Cafe that my aunts co-manages. I can give you the tour when we meet again.

Take care,
Cecelia

Hi Miya-chan!

I hope that you don't mind me calling you that. Anyway, I have already let Kacchan know about the Cosplay Cafe. He suggested that we save whatever allowances we have to treat ourselves there in the future. You are so cool with your wings and tail! Kacchan said that you're one of these Dragon Slayers. Maybe, he had watched something on TV that tells the world about you? I hope that we'll see each other again!

Take care now!
Izuku

What's up?

That Deku was hyping me up about you revisiting the city. My sister Lila couldn't wait to see you and your friend again. You did call her Koen, but I feel it's a nickname of sorts. Not a bad taste, especially when my sister just told me your friend is a fairy. You better not die on me because I want to have us live long. You hear me?

Katsuki

Rika also has her fair share of sending letters as if they're in a pen pal group as children. About ten years passed by and they're already teenagers. Cecelia and Jun maintained their friendships with Blitzo and Fizzarolli. Growing up, it seemed like Blitzo would have the O silent in his name, so he didn't mind whenever Cecelia would call him "Blitz-chan" now and then. He and Stolas began to develop feelings of having huge crushes on her. Stolas's father decided that he would have his son marry Cecelia after seeing the connections between the young ones.

Rika asked as she and Cecelia would pack, "Are you sure that we would fit in at public school? This would be our first time."

Cecelia answered when making sure that they got everything: "We should be fine. For the most part, we have the first school from morning to the afternoon at Aldera Junior High. And then, we go to Teiko Junior High during the evenings on Fridays if not every single weekday."

"I just hope that none of them will call me shorty. Remember how Natsu would call me that and I have to hang up upside-down like a pinata?"

"I remember that. I hope that there aren't any jerks that would try to be a pervert on me. I still recall this monk Miroku who would ask single ladies to bear his child. Partially, he has a reason because of the Wind Tunnel's curse. But come on. Have some dignity, for crying out loud...!"

Ten years passed since this unusual group of eight became pen pals and friends simultaneously but on different days. It's not long until even Cecelia turns fourteen years old. She still has her eyes of light blue and silver with clear brown skin and long black hair. But her body developed into an hourglass figure with a rather large bust, a thin waistline, and slightly curvy hips. That would complicate a few things, such as finding the right measurements on clothes. The outfits would be appropriate with the right size, but they would often hug the curves on her body.

Rika said this with a cute sisterly pout, "This isn't fair. You would grow and I'm still a shorty as Natsu would call me to be., Hmph!"

Cecelia shook her head and replied when making sure that her school uniform was in full, "Look on the bright side. You wouldn't have too many guys eyeing you like you're the grand prize. Besides, you can't blame Natsu. Fairies look a lot younger than their actual age."

"I suppose you're right. By the way, when are you going to tell Bakugou that you're going to try for the Entrance Exams?"

"I have sent a letter to him and Izhu-chan that I would tell them this news when we get to school. I just hope that Katsuki wouldn't take it too hard about it..."

About an hour later, the two girls made it to Aldera Junior High School in Japan. They would call themselves the Childhood Duo as they have known each other since they were babies. While the female students are crowding around about how adorable Rika looks, several male students are eyeing Cecelia as if she's a goddess in disguise. Bakugou grunted and said when glaring at them: "Tch! You idiots should know what's best for you if you don't want to have your asses kicked." Delilah shook her head as she sat between Midoriya and Rika. For Cecelia, she's seated on the left side of Bakugou's desk. The homeroom teacher said this as he was looking into some of his paperwork, "Huh? What do you know? The top students that passed the tests to enter into the Entrance Exams are Delilah Bakugou, Katsuki Bakugou, Rika Makoto, Izuku Midoriya, and Cecelia Miyamoto."

The students feel that Rika and Delilah know they will pass. They also know that Rika would also be in the Top Five to go for the internationals of the Entrance Exams. However, they began to laugh when hearing that Midoriya would even consider going to UA High because he's labeled as being Quirkless. This is when Cecelia stood up from her seat and said this: "Actually, he's not labeled at Quirkless. At least not medically recently."

Baklugou asked when he looked at her: "Miya, we all know that Deku has been Quirkless from the start. What makes you think that he would even have a Quirk?"

Cecelia said when looking at Bakugou: "I recommended this doctor who is the mother of one of my friends. I even have Izu-chan being checked up by Illustrious. According to the reports, the final results showed that he's what this society referred to as a Late Bloomer."

Nowadays, the term "Laye Bloomer" is what is known for people who would come across as Quirkless but have their Quirks when something drastic or unexpected happens to them. For those who know who Cecelia is talking about, Illustrious is known as the Dream Princess Pro Hero whose magic can bring forth illusions of various comrades in battle as well as unlock hidden potentials for the people she connects through meditation. Cecelia knows Illustrious as the latter is one of her twelve aunts.

The students that have been teasing and taunting Midoriya for a long time are now considering what Cecelia had said before starting to make some sense. This is when Bakugou stood up from his seat and declared: "Deku! If what Miya said is true, you better run with your tail between your legs! Or you'll not survive in the Entrance Exams! Let alone UA High!" Fortunately, things didn't escalate into a huge fight as Rika was ready to flip Bakugou upside down in the air like she would do to Natsu from time to time.

Close to the end of the day, Rika was showing Delilah a few sketch designs on some gowns that she was working on. Meanwhile, Cecelia was at Midoriya's desk as she showed up a few new spells from one of her books. She said this when turning to a specific page: "This new spell would be called Sacred Dragon Slayer Magic Equip. I'm still working on the name. But the effects would be where the specific powers, abilities, armories, and weaponry would be on the individuals that I have in mind. For example, I could bestow the abilities of Tiger Kung Fu as well as the strengths and skillset on you."

Midoriya smiled brightly, "Wow! I could visualize it in my head. Although you have been teaching me that fighting style yourself whenever you would visit. It's a nice gesture to make up for the times when I was considered Quirkless and now an official Late Bloomer."

Rika and Delilah could tell that Cecelia has been like a rock for Midoriya as she has been teaching him some forms of combat, especially in Kung Fu training. Just as she was about to give him one of her hard-cover notebooks from her backpack, a hand snatched it up. Bakugou had returned from using the restroom with his other classmates. He said this when looking at Midoriya, "We haven't finished talking, Deku." One of the two classmates teased when saying this: "Whatcha got there? His diary?" Bakugou proceeded to open the book to a random page and noticed a few things. The handwriting is too put together in contrast to Midoriya's handwriting and it has other names that he has no idea who they are. This is when Cecelia spoke when looking at the three: "It's actually mine...as the family tree..."

This is when Bakugou noticed two names that he noticed first: Ryu Miyamoto and Sayuri Miyamoto. He knows that they're Cecelia's parents through their letters. However, other names are set in means of an enormous family tree. He noticed that St. Michaelis is Cecelia's great-grandfather from Ryu's side of the family and Yuri is her great-grandmother from Sayuri whose maiden name is Tendo from the Tendo family of the Heaven Pillar. He grunted a bit and made this declaration: "Tch! Listen here. You have been proving yourself again and again growing up. But what annoys me most recently is when you would help that useless Deku by helping him in your training of martial arts and self-defense. Everyone knows that he has no Quirk, so what's the point?"

Rika began to stomp her feet when marching up to Bakugou, "You stupid meanie! You just insulted Miya!" Delilah had to hold back Rika from doing anything out of anger. The other two students that hung out with Bakugou have to back themselves up. They know how powerful Rika can get whenever she's irate. Cecelia looked calm and at peace because of what she knew in her mind and believed in her heart. She then said this to Bakugou: "Izu-chan sought out a second opinion by seeing one of my friend's mother who is a professional doctor. As it turns out, he's not Quirkless as you might have thought."

Bakugou stood up from his seat and glared a bit at Cecelia. He then asked without breaking eye contact, "What the Hell do you mean by that?" Cecelia then said this to Bakugou with assertiveness: "According to the medical results, Izu-chan is the very first patient to be known as the Late Bloomer. That means he has a Quirk after all, but it's been domain due to the psychological trauma of stress and self-doubt in his self-esteem." He then scoffed without looking away: "Tch! I might give your friend's parent who is a doctor some credit for finding this discovery. But if that's true, why didn't Deku do anything about it on his own?" Rika cutely shouted with her cheeks puffed up: "That's because you kept on bullying him, you meanie!"

Cecelia took a deep breath in and out. She then said this to Bakugou: "Katsuki...I could see that you're filled with determination to become the hero that you want to be. But you must also understand that it's not just power, strength, and hard work that will help you meet your goals. You need to have the means of self-sacrifice and never lose sight of what's really important." That left Bakugou at a bit at a loss for words, but he walked away before he would lose his temper. Delilah said this as she grabbed her backpack, "See you later, Rika! Bye Cecelia! Bye Izuku!" Rika then asked Cecelia when turning to her: "Are you okay, Miya?" Cecelia said with a small smile on her face: "I'll be alright. Like the rest of us, he still has much to learn. But I'm sure that he'll find what he's been looking for." With that being said, even Midoriya hurried out with Cecelia and Rika to exit the school grounds.
