Izuku Midoriya was walking through the worst parts of the city. He was in heavy disguise, black clothing covered every inch of his body, with sunglasses over his eyes. It was nighttime so he had them off, but he put them on whenever he saw someone get too close. It was so hot.

He had to meet someone he was contacting online. He needed information for something he was planning. He didn't have nearly enough money to buy it, but someone offered to give it for free if he did them a favor. He was going over to them to discuss the details.

It was in a bar. It had a counter with a few stools and another door. A bartender made of smoke was cleaning a glass. A tv was suspended above the counter, it played only static. "Can I get you a drink?"

"I'm here for the meeting. I'm 'Quirkless_Hater24.'" He came up with it when he was younger, one whole year ago. He was so naive back then.

"Good to see you. I'll inform the master that you've arrived. Would you like a drink to wait?"

"I'm good." The smoky guy didn't move, he just kept cleaning the glass.

The door opened, and a guy with teal hair, black clothes, and hands all over him walked in. He had bandages on his hands and legs. "Hey, what do you want?"

"Information, I want to know where I can find several quirkless people." It was imperative to his plan.

"I can't help you with that. Why are you even here?"

"I called him, Tomura." The TV spoke. "Mr. Midoriya can be of great use to us." What the hell? He knew his identity. "Don't be scared. I won't tell anyone who you are. Take the costume off, it must be hot."

Izuku took his mask off, he was covered in sweat. "How do you know who I am?"

"I have my ways. But that's not important. I will give you all the information you want as long as you join the League of Villains."

It's the ones who attacked the U.S.J., he couldn't believe he sunk this low. "I'm not joining anything. That wasn't the deal."

"Can't hurt to try, right? Here's my real request. I have access to a database of thousands of people. I can give you the identity of one quirkless person in exchange for a favor. What do you say?"

This was what he needed. But if he gets enough names then he'll have to do so many favors it'll be like he joined. He had to think of the long-term effects of his choice. This is a villain group, which means All Might will beat them eventually. If he's caught with them, it's all over.

"I want all the quirkless names, and I'll only do one favor."

"I'm sorry, but I can't let that happen. If you kill them all I won't have any pawns." He wasn't planning to kill them, but it wasn't off the table completely. He just needed to see all his options to best implement his plan.

"That's okay. I just need a certain type of person."

"Tell me, who do you plan to kill." He wasn't killing him, the country was.

"I want someone who's spiteful, prone to anger. Preferably with a history of violence and with easy access to dangerous items."

"Planning to frame someone?" This guy was smart. "I have someone like that. But I need you to swear you'll help me when I call you." He didn't like the sound of that.

"I swear on my life." He might get lucky, and they'll get arrested first. "I'll do whatever you want." He may be scum, but he wasn't a liar.

"Good, Kurogiri will give you the man's file." The smoky guy expanded, and a Manila folder dropped on the counter. "Move on with your life as normal. I'll leave the rest to Tomura."

"What?" Tomura yelled at the screen. "Why me?"

"You have a vendetta, don't you? I'm giving his first favor to you." The TV shut off.

"Eh, fine." Tomura looked at Izuku. "So, what do you think of Stain?"

Stain is a man who went around killing heroes he didn't like. "I hate him. Wish he was dead."

"That makes two of us. Maybe you should join the league." They were villains, it made Izuku sick thinking about it.

"I said I'm not joining. What do you want with Stain?"

"He's so pretentious."

"Idiotic."

"Popular."

"And worst of all, he's a fan of All Might!" They both said the last thing at the same time.

Izuku was relieved they at least had that in common. Stain being an All Might fan makes it harder because he's his favorite hero. It's like your sworn enemy liking your favorite food, it sours the taste.

"It looks like we agree on this. I want you to kill him."

He didn't want to, he only wanted to kill quirkless people, but he had no choice. "I'll do it. Where is he?"

"Patience, I plan on recruiting him in the future." Wait what? "You know what they say, enemies closer and all that. We also have similar goals. If the plan goes wrong, you can kill him. We'll keep you on standby until then."

"Do you realize that you're very alike?"

Tomura thrust his open palm at him. A portal opened and it went through. He didn't like it, but it was true. They both hated the society they lived in and decided to act out. The only difference was that Stain got on the news more often. The U.S.J. Incident was covered for a day at most, but when a hero is killed by stain they get a full week of coverage.

"Master Shigaraki, I implore you not to kill him right now," the bartender said.

Izuku could've died. "If I offended you, I apologize. But hey, he's like me, too." Killing 'undesirable' people, maybe that's why he wants him dead. Except he was right and Stain was wrong.

"Just get out of here." Tomura got up and scratched his neck. "I'll text you a time and location, be there. We'll send you a costume as well. Don't fuck it up." He left.

Izuku worked for the League of Villains now, it made him sick to the stomach. He wasn't a villain, his work was a necessary evil.

Izuku took the file and looked at it. He was a quirkless construction worker with multiple assault charges, he was a violent, angry man. It would be easy to frame him for murder.

Now all he had to do was call Akatani.

Author's Note

He's gonna kill Akatani? How can he be so cruel? That will be answered, in the last chapter, we know why.

This chapter might not be as good as the other chapters. I focused mostly on the future when writing it. This was all to force Izuku into places he wouldn't be in usually to further conflict. It was lazy but necessary. I also wrote it after the next two chapters. I am currently rewriting them to incorporate the ideas I had while writing this chapter.
