So, I have been rather forgiving around the curious way Venalina recruited members in her organization.
I mean, I am not as sold as I used to be about it since I realized how intensely those 'flaw-intensifying' personalities the transformations forced on the girls, but they had done a good work in keeping up with those ugly habits and to never escalate beyond much.
This kind of status quo was, reasonably so, quite ruined the moment the third member in Magia Baiser's team came along. I can nod along to many things when it comes to villainous groups- getting a lil' kid on board felt like a step too far from the line to not cross.
Yet, Morino Korisu looked to be into this sort of situation, willingly and knowingly.
Long pale blond hair, red eyes, a face with some baby fat and an extremely stoic expression.
She was what an expert of the genre would call either a pseudo-mesugaki or a loli-bait. The former term was because she was, by deeds alone, a bad kid but one that seemed relatively polite most of the times. The latter term was tied to the fact she was literally an elementary schoolgirl in a team of middle schoolers.
This sounded very horrible, but I was somewhat relieved to know through Korisu herself that she wanted to be part of the group. Especially since Tena-chan had patched up one of her most treasured dolls. As one could expect from such a little shy kid, dolls and other toys were her first friends and she was quite the socially awkward child due to that.
The very first day I met her was a bit of a tense situation. Especially since I had a lot of question for Venalina, Tena-chan and Kiwi-chan. The three of them argued that Korisu had ultimately wanted to be part of the team, which wasn't helped by the fact that Korisu is a selective mute.
Still, the loli confirmed her alignment and then decided the shop was one of her newest favorite places for a single thing in the entire area: an open crate with hundreds of various plushies sold at a relatively cheap price. I could tell from these various details that 1) Korisu was indeed into cute things and 2) the fact she hovered around cheap things means her family could not afford pricier stuff.
I didn't inquire about that since it was too early to push on such big questions, but a sort of habit came along with Korisu - she would visit frequently, take some plushies and then play on a corner which either I or Kiwi-chan could look at while she was enjoying some time off.
Nothing weird came after that beyond learning that Korisu's powers as 'Neroalice' was quite peculiar: she was literally a 'Dungeon Master'.
Depending on her own endurance, she could turn her 'toy house' into whatever she wished and those that 'entered it' would be easily subjected to the rules enforced by Korisu herself.
From what Tena-chan told me, Korisu was quite 'basic' about the way she used her powers. It wasn't a bad thing since their opponents hardly had any counter to this form of spell once they were caught in it, but Tena-chan also mentioned on many shows there were some 'loopholes' tied to willpower and determination.
So, she had asked me to-
"T-Teach her something to break their spirit!"
Which sounded morally horrible, but something that could be contextualized into me giving her some booklets about Dungeon-Managing games. I just needed to find those that were better appropriate for her and those were rare to find.
Still, at this stage nothing truly forced for sudden training and I was fine to just let this new status quo to exist and...
For her parents to not mistake me as the worst scum possible or a possible kidnappers of their lil' daughter.
However, I had no issues with Korisu herself... but she instantly took notice of something that she brought to my attention. Something I was surprised that neither Utena or Kiwi had looked into.
"Hm, what is it?" I asked as the loli stood by the counter with two pictures. One was Magia Magenta, the leading magical girl in Tres Magia, and the other one was... Magia Magenta in her school uniform. And the second picture had a name on it: Hanabishi Haruka.
"That's... a good find. How did you get that?"
She scribbed something on some paper she had with herself.
Nice Oneechan.
I blinked. "Did she play with you?"
Korisu nodded, and I knew this was another 'game' of 'guess what the kid is up to'.
"And you didn't tell Utena or Kiwi about this...?"
She confirmed this and I frowned quizzically. "Why not?"
The girl tapped a finger by the two words she wrote.
"She was nice to you, so you don't want to hurt her?"
Korisu nodded.
"Do you want to... help her?"
She shook her head, further confusing me and then she pointed a finger at me.
"You want me to help her?"
A nod came along and I huffed. "Why should I 'help' her? I mean, she looks fine and all to me so-"
I stopped as I saw Korisu drive a finger to the girl's face by the school uniform pic. She was aiming at...
The barely-noticeable sleepbags which were covered with some makeup.
"You think she is overworking yourself. And you want me to do something about it."
It wasn't a question, but a guess. And one that Korisu confirmed with a nod.
"Well, I can try without making it weird. But... I am not good at 'luring' people in this shop."
Patting her chest, the blonde made it clear she was going to take care of that and... I smiled.
"Well, I am glad to know you wish to help people, Risu-chan."
I leaned over and patted her head. I half-expected a reaction similar to Kiwi's, the girl having grown quite terrified of headpats for some reasons, yet she looked fine taking those by Utena so... maybe she was just too much into girls?
What I got from Korisu was heart-melting: she leaned in, nuzzling against my hand and smiling at the gesture. Then she was off to her plush-games, and then she left for home.
I wasn't sure how long it would have taken for Korisu to succed in her plans but... I was baffled when she managed to do it the very next day.
She came along with a rather quirky plan which involving her taking hold of the pinkette's hand and leading her 'oneechan' into the shop to play with the toys. And, if I had to draw some comparisons, Haruka reminded me a lot of Utena but pinkette. Some may easily say she was less creepy, but as someone that knew how magical girls worked, it felt very jarring for a normal girl of this era to behave like a naive and selfless person. Very 'fake' and yet I could tell it was a genuine personality within Haruka-san.
She was even apologetic when she mentioned them 'causing me issues' by having them play with the plushies but-
"It is fine, Haruka-san. Risu-chan is a frequent visitor and she is well-behaved; so, if she trusts you then I can give you my trust if you don't steal or do anything bad on the plushies. You can play with those with her."
The pinkette apologized again and again, and as she did that, I could truly say there was more than just a polite girl. Utena was awkward because she sucked at befriending people, but this girl has friends and yet she behaved so... scaredly. It was as if she was afraid of saying the wrong thing all the time.
The whole interaction they had there was relatively tame if not outright wholesome. Korisu was clearly into this, but Haruka stole some nervous glances towards me as she expected me to... be upset about them playing in a corner or something? I think the strangest bit occurred around the end of that playdate.
Haruka actually fell asleep. Korisu walked up to me to show me the situation and asked for a blanket. I had something like that in the shop but it was Precure-themed so... a bit too fitting for my tastes. Still, I let Haruka use it and then, as she wake up, all hell broke loose.
"I-I am so sorry!" She muttered, ashamed of what occurred. "I-I could- I should have-"
"I am not upset, Haruka-san. Stop being so worked up about it."
She paused, tense and yet looked up at me in surprise. "Y-You are not? But- but I fell asleep. In your shop."
"And you clearly did not do it because you meant to be disrespectful. You didn't 'fall asleep', you actually 'passed out'."
This response had her flinch for a bit and I sighed.
"Look, Haruka-san... I am not privy of what is your private life as this is the first time we met, but I can tell from your behavior and you passing out in the corner that you may have issues with sleep," I started to lay it out for her, and while Haruka looked ready to interject, Korisu squeezed at her hand to keep her quiet. "I had friends in school just like you. People that are very helpful and kind, but that they can't pace when it is time to turn off the 'kindness' and be a bit selfish for their own good. You are human, you need to sleep and rest, and no matter how much you can say 'but I am a good person', a good person would not hurt themselves constantly to please others. So, I suggest you work on your sleep schedule and start shedding some of those burdens you have because it is no business of a girl your age overworking yourself to the bone."
The pinkette looked as if she had been whipped, and I sighed. I leaned in and patted her head.
"That doesn't mean you are a bad person. But if you are so willing to give up so much of yourself, then others will notice and be upset that they couldn't help you in return. Got it?"
Her eyes widened astronomically and... she offered a tiny smile.
"I-I guess I should be more worried about myself. T-Thank you, Yadama-san."
"Call me Eichi."
"Hai, Eichi-san!"
What a polite girl. Still, nothing weird came after that. Korisu appeared pleased with this first intervention, but I made it clear to her as she came back after dropping Haruka off that this was a lengthy process and it wouldn't be dealt with in just a few days.
That didn't upset her - rather, it gave her something to distract herself with while also being a helpful girl.

Hanabishi Haruka is, in my opinion, victim of neglect. Just not the kind of neglect many would think as 'her being ignored, or being treated poorly as a person', but rather she gets her trust abused a lot at home and beyond. Her 'motherly' attitude feels normal if one ignores the childish naivety she has. I think she had been forced to grow up a lot by being the 'big sister of triplets' (she has three little bratty sisters), which stands out a lot.
I wouldn't be surprised her sudden desire in her La Verità mode is a glimpse of her desire to be this 'mature and confident' person that she wants to be for others' sake.
Still, while Korisu is currently quite wholesome, that doesn't mean that she is outright devoid of any desires as shown in canon. For now, however, she sees Eichi as her...
Papa.
