Hello, fellow Trainers. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. In the last chapter, it was mainly just meetings between Team Magma, Roman and the others in the Vale Warehouse, and the Beacon Academy faculty. With Team Magma specifically, they talk about a project of theirs codenamed Sunbeam which is ninety percent complete.

We also spend a bit of time with RWBY and JNPR on the Emerald Forest Edge. Yang underestimates Poseidon and is forced to eat a piece of humble pie when Johnny is beaten by said Magikarp.

Now, it's time for a Night on the Town Part 1!

*Beacon Academy. Headmaster Ozpin's Office. 08:31 am*

Headmaster Ozpin had summoned teams RWBY and JNPR to his office with Glynda standing to the side. "I know you eight are curious as to why I specifically summoned you to my office so early." He correctly guessed.

"We are, Headmaster." Weiss said politely, but not without a small yawn.

"Ozpin and I have decided to send you eight out on a mission in Vale tonight." Glynda revealed.

"Really?" Ruby asked with sparkles in her silver eyes.

"Indeed. You eight have been proving how adept you are with your Pokemon, but there is another reason: General James Ironwood of the Atlas Military is bringing his fleet here and it will be arriving very soon." Ozpin brought up.

"What?" Blake suddenly called out. "Why would he do that?"

"Due to what happened at the docks a while ago as well as a bunch of Atlas Military hardware being stolen by Team Galactic and the White Fang." Glynda added, making Blake wince at her last two words.

"So, you want us to try and find this stolen Atlas hardware." Yang guessed with a raised eyebrow.

"Not only that, but to also hopefully disrupt the operations of Team Galactic and the White Fang further." Ozpin said. "Team CFVY will also be joining you for this mission."

"Got it." Jaune nodded. "Who knows, maybe Fox and Yatsuhashi will find Pokemon in Vale. When will our mission commence?"

"Later, at dusk. Now, you eight will be able to prepare how you see fit." Glynda advised. "Now, you eight can leave the office." The eight students nodded their heads and took their leave. When they were gone, Glynda turned to face Ozpin. "You really believe they're ready for a mission like this?"

"Glynda, they've been growing faster than the other students." Ozpin admitted with a smile. "Perhaps… I can implement the plan I've been hatching for them."

"Plan? What are you thinking, Ozpin?" Glynda was initially curious.

"If all goes well, you'll see." Ozpin smirked. Glynda was wondering what her old friend was thinking about right now.

*Vale. Vale Warehouse District. Roman Torchwick. 11:43 am*

Roman was getting ready for the big meeting tonight, his Lampent floating close behind him as he looked at himself in the mirror. He was wearing his usual suit, but it had light purple highlights which matched his Lampent's fire. "What do you think, Shadowfire? Am I presentable enough?"

"Lampent." Shadowfire spun around a little to answer his trainer's question.

"Thanks, buddy." Roman patted Shadowfire's lamp head without getting burned.

Just then, Rachel knocked on the door. "Torchwick, you decent in there?" She called out.

"You can come in, Rachel." Roman answered.

Rachel walked into the room and smirked. "Well, well, lookin good, fancy hat."

"Why, thank you, Rachel." Roman bowed dramatically.

"The purple surprisingly suits you." Rachel complimented with a grin and hand to her chin.

"Yes, I'd like to think so." Roman agreed. "Is everything ready for your White Fang buddies tonight?"

"You know it." Rachel winked. "Unlike Joey who has a grudge against you now, you can count on me to help you out."

"Good to know, Rachel." Roman appreciated her words. "Well, let's make the final preparations for tonight's show."

"Lead the way, Torchwick." Rachel smiled as she and Roman walked out of the room, Shadowfire following close behind the two.

*Beacon Academy. Team RWBY's Dorm. 14:54 pm*

A couple hours after classes, team RWBY had retreated to their dorm room and switch into different outfits for tonight's mission. Ruby was now wearing a long-sleeve, light gray shirt with black belted cuffs near the ends of the sleeves. Over top of the gray shirt is a black pinafore with two vertical lines of red stitching that resemble the lacing on a corset as well as a red skirt with a large black-colored print of her rose emblem on the side of it, and the inside of her skirt was black. She was still wearing the same pitch black stockings, but with a different pair of black-and-red boots. A few pieces of metal were arranged in an abstract shape are attached to her sleeve on her left shoulder, likely as a form of armor such as a spaulder. As usual, she was wearing a red cape with this outfit as she wouldn't feel the same without one. This cape was short like the one she wore with her uniform, but with a scarf as part of the hood.

Weiss had a pure white dress with black edging and two columns of four black buttons on the abdomen. Much like on the bolero of her original outfit, there was a print of her snowflake emblem on her back, in pale blue this time, rather than white. The inside of the skirt portion of the dress contained black frills. She was also wearing thigh-high, white high-heel boots with frilly black thigh-high stockings that came up slightly above the top of her boots.

Blake wore a white v-neck zip-up shirt that was black along the bottom and had mid-length sleeves. Her belladonna flower emblem was printed in off-white on the left side of the shirt. She also wore black pants that had a vertical gray stripe on the outer side of each leg, and a black belt with them. Attached to the inner side of the belt was a black, somewhat curved, banner-like piece of fabric that hung from the back and extended forward to her hips. On the underside of this was a thinner, longer, similarly-shaped purple piece of fabric. Her black high-heel boots came halfway up her calves and had a pair of belted straps across them. She still wore her black ribbons on her arms and her black bow over her cat ears.

Yang wore a collared cream top over a black shirt, and over top of the former was a black article of clothing that consisted of a raised collar, a strap across her collar bone, and mid-length sleeves that were gold at the end. Around her neck was a pendant that had a smooth, round, purple gem set in a round piece of metal that had a point coming off the left and right sides and a small oval shape coming from the bottom. She had a pair of crooked black belts with gold accents across her hips, and a purple piece of fabric with lilac lace around the edges hanging from her left hip. She also had a dark gray article of clothing coming down from under her cream top that was either a mini-skirt or part of her black shirt. It had vertical belted straps going down into her thigh-high black stockings, which had her burning heart emblem printed in yellow on the outer side of each leg near the top and a row of four gold pyramid studs above each knee. Finally, she wore a pair of black boots with a series of belted straps across them. On the back of each boot at the top had a large white ribbon tied into a bow. It was also painfully obvious she was also intending to show off her cleavage, like she always does. "Well, I gotta say I am looking great!" She grinned, admiring herself.

"Enough with your self-admiration, Yang."Weiss rolled her eyes.

"I'm just glad we're not doing this alone." Blake smiled as she had Shadow in her arms.

"Yeah. Then again, we were never really alone." Ruby rubbed Rosebud's head which the Lillipup leaned into. Just then, a knock was heard on the door. Ruby got up and answered it, letting JNPR in the room who also had new outfits.

Jaune was wearing more armor, akin to a knight with his usual color scheme, but now no weaknesses in the body were exposed. There was a bit of sky blue on the chestplate as well as Rufflet wings decorating the new color. Not only that, but his double arc emblem was engraved on the left arm.

Nora had ditched her classic skirt for the time being and went with tight white and pink jeans with sneakers of matching colors. She had a short-sleeve white shirt with the same small heart-shaped chest window with the word "BOOP" in all capital letters in pink with an exclamation point. Over that was a white jacket with long sleeves that each had a bit of yellow at the ends in the shape of lightning bolts.

Pyrrha's attire was basically a more armored up version of her original costume except with bronze light armor covering up where her skin was usually exposed. Her symbol was fixated on the left pauldron.

Ren's new outfit was no doubt the simplest as he wore a dark green robe with a hood that made him look kinda like a monk with his emblem on the back of it, but just because it was simple didn't mean that there weren't any hidden tricks.

"Nice duds, Nora." Yang high-fived Nora with a grin.

"Thanks! Coco helped me out with this one!" Nora grinned back.

"Jaune, have you tested out the upgrades we made?" Ruby asked.

"Wait, what upgrades?" Yang asked.

"This." Jaune smirked as he pressed a button on the underside of the shield and a bottom point split open to reveal a gun, a machine gun to be exact. Said machine gun extended outside the point a bit.

"Ooooh, Jauney-Boy." Yang nodded in approval. "Nice. I assume Rubes helped you with how wide she's smiling right now."

"You got it. Plus, Ruby, Pyrrha, and I agreed that I should have a gun just in case." Jaune reasoned. "It uses dust rounds, of course. I've just been debating which dust to use."

"I can help you with that." Weiss spoke up.

"Are we all ready to carry out our mission?" Ren asked.

"Yep. Just waiting for CFVY to give the all-clear to get going to Vale." Ruby answered. "We're bound to find something connecting to Torchwick."

"I believe we will." Ren smiled at his friend.

"Let's go break some legs!" Nora cracked her knuckles.

"First, let's make sure we're all stocked with Potions and the like." Pyrrha advised. "Better safe than sorry."

"Of course." Blake nodded. "One of us should gather information in Vale to give us an edge."

"I can do it. I've heard that someone named Junior runs a nightclub in Vale who's also an information broker. I'll go there and see what I can learn." Yang brought up.

"Blake, I've heard there was a White Fang rally somewhere. You and Velvet should infiltrate it." Weiss suggested.

"That would be best." Blake agreed.

"Maybe we'll find allies in Vale." Jaune said, thinking back to how he, Pyrrha, and Velvet met Ebonie a little while back before Slateport was bombed.

"Maybe, Jaune." Pyrrha liked Jaune's conviction regarding friendship.

"Before we talk about finding allies, we'll need to put a stop to Team Galactic's operations as well as the White Fang." Ren reminded, putting a hand on Jaune's shoulder.

"Guys, if there's one thing I remember from those old Saturday Morning cartoons Rubes and I used to watch, is that people like Team Galactic, love to hide out in plain sight." Yang commented.

"And if that's the case. We'll need to find their building and prove it's with the evil team." Ruby adds.

"Then we should search Vale's warehouse district." Weiss suggested. "That could be a potential location."

"Pip!" Nicholas chirped in agreement.

"I don't see Galactic being that obvious, Weiss." Pyrrha said. "But we could still find evidence there."

"As well as a fight." Blake added.

"Of course, there'll be a fight.~" Yang almost cheers, her two mons crying out with confidence.

"Yang, please. Remember what Mom and Dad taught us: Fight smarter, not harder." Ruby reminded sternly. "I don't want any of us getting hurt if we don't have to."

Just then, Ruby and Jaune's scrolls got a simultaneous ping. They looked and saw it was Coco. "We've got the all-clear, guys. Let's go to Vale and find us some bad guys." Jaune lightly clenched his fist.

*Vale. Warehouse District. 18:34 pm*

It was later on and the sun was setting, creating a beautiful orange-fuchsia display of color in the sky. The united group was in Vale already setting the mission in motion as they'd split up. Yang and Coco were heading to Junior's Club for some information, if he had any. They "So, you think we'll get any information from this place?" Coco asked as they were heading towards the establishment.

"I've heard this guy has information on every dirty dealing in Vale." Yang replied, not taking her eyes off the road as they sped to their desired location.

Within a few minutes, Yang and Coco had made it to the front door of Junior's Club. Coco took off her shades for a minute to really look the outside over. "Hmm... Blends into the city better at night, no bouncers, seems shady to me." She commented as she got off the blonde's motorcycle. "No, wait. There's a bouncer." She spotted a guy wearing black and red standing right beside the door.

"Yeah, I'm getting that feeling, too." Yang voiced as she got her own feet on the ground, ready to get into a fight with her weapons and Pokémon. "If these guys have Pokémon, Johnny and Ben will get some training in."

"Don't count my Diane out, she's going to want to kick some butt." Coco noted as she took her hand bag off from her shoulder and her friend's Pokéball out.

"Well, we don't know what type of Pokémon they have, if any." Yang brought up as the duo walked to the door. Reaching the bouncer, the blonde put her hands on her hips. "Hey, pal. We're here to see a man named Junior Hei Xiong."

The man looks the two up and down, "Can I see proof that you're old enough?" he then asks back.

Coco sighed and brought out her ID. "Here." She gave it to the man who scanned it. After a minute, he nodded and gave it back to the fashionista. "Okay, you're good." He then looked at Yang. "Now, how bout you?"

"Uh, I'll be eighteen soon.~" Yang bluffs with a good natured smile but the bouncer merely scowls at her.

"Look, girly. If you're not old enough, you're not entering the club, so leave right now." The bouncer said in a stern tone.

Both girls looked at each other and then shrugged. Next thing the bouncer knows he gets double punched through the front door and knocked the fuck out. The two ladies walking forward to lean down and look at him looking satisfied, "Wow, you can punch." Yang noted.

"My hand bag is deceptively heavy." Coco explains as she swings it around her wrist.

"Well, what're we waiting for? Now that he's out of the picture, let's head inside." Yang grinned.

"And we're ready for a fight." Coco smirked. With that, the two walked through the door while the bouncer had spirals in his eyes.

The two fun gals soon hear the distinct song of I Burn being played in the background causing the two to smile at the good taste in music as they enter the dance floor which was bustling with men, women, and Pokémon as a rainbow of lights went off all around them. "Should've known dark types would be their thing." Yang noted as she and Coco looked around to see many first form dark type mons. Dark Rattata, Murkrow, Scraggy, and Pancham having a good time as they enjoyed the music and wrestled with each other.

"Murkrow's a flying type as well as a dark type." Coco noted rubbing her Pokeball softly. "Gotta make sure Diane stays away from them if we get into a fight."

"I doubt they're at our level though." Yang points out as she eyes the Pancham and Scraggy. "Should keep an eye on those for Ben though." she then adds.

"Guess a good thing is I see no Carvanha for obvious reasons." Coco said. "So, Johnny shouldn't have any trouble. Now, what do you say we make ourselves known?"

"Yeah, sure. Let's just find Junior first." Yang noted as she spots the guy she was just talking about and grins as she walks on over, Coco not far behind.

As the two walked, some men that looked like they were working for Junior spotted them and had their Pokémon and handheld weapons at the ready in case they caused a scuffle. Soon, the duo reached the bar table. "Hey. Are you Junior Hei Xiong?" Coco asked.

The gentleman-looking tall man grunts as he puts a glass down and looks at the two young ladies, "Depends on who's asking." he replies gruffly.

"Two people who're looking for information on Team Galactic as well as the White Fang." Coco said, moving her shades to show her eyes and an eyebrow raised. "You know what I'm talking about, baldy?"

"First off, it's called a buzzcut young lady, take those shades off, second, that's some pretty tight info you two want. Any reason I should tell you?" Junior then replies, unintimidated.

"How bout the fact that we've run into both before and fought them off." Yang cut in.

Junior eyes the two for a bit before leaning down on the counter, "And seeing as I'm technically on the same boat as those two teams, why should that encourage me to say anything, hm?"

"Because we get the feeling you're not nearly as crazy as those guys. You seem more like a businessman regarding your attire and those of your thugs." Coco hiked a thumb toward his henchmen who were still looking at her and Yang. "Plus, you look like the type that has info to withhold and/or divulge on a whim."

"Hmmm... well young ladies. If you see me as a business man then you must believe in business. I could tell you what you're asking about but what will I get out of it?" Junior points out.

"We don't trash your place to the ground and if you give us info we can use, maybe we can put in a good word for you with our headmaster at Beacon." Yang offered.

Junior's eyes narrow, "Threats aren't good for bargaining, toots." he replies before turning away, "Get out of my club and we'll pretend neither of you ever came here."

"Okay, first off, don't call either of us toots, buzzcut." Coco's eyes narrowed through her shades. "Second, we're not going anywhere without that information."

"You think we're afraid of a couple of toots who think they're hot shit?" Junior replies as he turns around quite boldly.

"Yang, why don't you show him what he should really call us?" Coco gained a grin on her face.

Yang smirks as she activates her gauntlets and fires off a shotgun blast into Junior's face sending him flying and getting everyone's attention, "Once we're done here, you can call us both sir!" she declares as she stands on the bar counter.

When Junior got back up, he growled, glaring at the two girls. Reaching into his pocket, he brought out his own Poke-Ball. "You really wanna do this? Your funeral. Alright, Chomper, take 'em down!" He shouted as he threw the Poke-Ball which opened up and revealed a Dark Raticate that glared at its two opponents, its front teeth shining in the flashing lights of the club.

"The guy has a Dark Raticate?!" Coco's eyes widened in shock.

"That'll be more challenging than I thought, so we'll have to go all out." Yang brought out Johnny and Ben while Coco let out Diane. "Ready to do this, Adel?" The blonde looked to her fashionista friend for a brief few seconds with her shotgun gauntlets ready to dish out more pain.

"Of course, Xiao Long." Coco smirked, holding her handbag in the "ready to smash" position.

"Alright, men! Bring 'em down!" Junior ordered and his thugs along with their Pokémon ran towards the duo.

A tag-team of a Dark Rattata and Murkrow headed towards Yang's Geodude who only readied his hands for battle. The two dark type Pokémon jumped and flew at Ben respectively, but Ben wasn't really worried. "Dark Rattata, Bite attack on the Geodude now!" The thug shouted. "You shouldn't have attacked our boss!" The Dark Rattata's fangs were bared and ready to chomp down on Ben.

"Murkrow! Wing Attack on the Snivy!" The second thug ordered and flying type energy covered the Murkrow's wings as it was poised to take Diane out of the fight.

The Dark Rattata got closer to Ben who moved his arms ready to counterattack. Just when the Dark Rattata was inches away from him, Ben grabbed its front paws and spun them around for a couple seconds before throwing them away from himself. "Sweet, Ben! Nice maneuver!" Yang cheered. Ben responded by giving his trainer a thumbs-up. Suddenly, Yang let out a shot at the same thug, knocking them back a couple feet.

"And my parents say places like these are too old for me." Yang smirked before narrowly dodging a punch from another thug that tried to sneak up on her. "Nope!" She punched said thug out of her range.

With Diane and the Murkrow on the other hand, it wasn't as smooth. Diane tried to evade the flying type energy of the Murkrow's Wing Attack and was successful. However, while she was doing that, another attack from a Dark Rattata struck her, knocking her back a couple of feet. "Diane!" Coco screamed. The Dark Rattata readied itself to attack the Snivy again, but the fashionista grabbed the Rat Pokemon by the ear, picked it up, and stared into its eyes which frightened it. "That was a mistake." She said lowly as she threw the Dark Rattata away from her and her Pokémon. The Dark Rattata didn't take this well and ran around for another attack fighting through its newfound fear, but Diane grabbed its paws, both front and back with her vines and smashed it to the floor. "You okay, Diane?" Coco asked in concern. Diane nodded.

Suddenly, Coco was punched in the face by a thug that took advantage of her distraction, making her stumble for a second. "You shouldn't take your eyes off any of your enemies, girly!" The thug taunted as he went in for another attack.

"Thanks for the info!" Coco swung her handbag which hit him square in the jaw, launching him into the air for a few seconds before he crashed onto the floor on his back.

"Johnny! You ready to fight some thugs?" Yang grinned.

"Char!" Johnny said while nodding.

Suddenly, Johnny got knocked away from his trainer by a Scraggy that glared at him. "Scrag!" The Scraggy called out, raising its fists as it started charging the Charmander.

"Johnny, use Dragonbreath!" Yang shouted urgently before being slightly pushed back by three more thugs. "Come on, you guys! I'm much stronger than I look!" She punched the first one square in the face before hitting the second one in the gut and hit the third in the left leg. With that, she knocked the trio down to the floor. However, just as she was about to help her first Pokemon, she was hit in the back by a fourth thug with a machine gun. Luckily, her aura took the damage for her.

Back with Johnny, he let out a stream of purple fire at the Scraggy which staggered it a little, but not enough as the Scraggy performed a Headbutt attack which knocked Johnny straight off his feet and onto his back. "Mander!" He cried out in pain. Suddenly, he was surrounded by a couple Murkrow and Dark Rattata as they just attacked him.

"Yang saw this and instantly grew worried for him. "Johnny!" She cried before getting tackled to the ground by at least six thugs. "Get off me, you bastards!" She grunted as she struggled to get up, but the combined weight was too much as she was pushed back onto her front.

The Charmander managed to turn his head to see his trainer in trouble. Instead of fear though, something else began burning inside him: Determination. The determination to save his trainer, his friend, the one that saved him when he was being chased by that Team Rocket thug years ago back in Oldale Town. Fire could be seen in his eyes as he started to get back up despite his new condition and the several enemy Pokemon still hounding him.

The enemy Pokémon were still dogpiling Johnny, trying to keep him down, but Johnny wasn't having as fire began swirling around him and he growled audibly. In seconds he shouted at the top of his little lungs "CHARMANDER!" The Pokemon were thrown back as fire burst out and wrapped around the Charmander. The thugs stared in fear while Yang just watched on in awe and happiness as she knew exactly what was happening.

"Johnny..." The blonde whispered happily. Within seconds, the fire died down to reveal a bipedal, dinosaur-like Pokémon with a much darker red skin, sharp claws, a horn-like protrusion on the back of its head, and a larger flame on its tail.

"Meleon..." Johnny growled with a lower voice as he stared at the Pokemon that dogpiled him a couple minutes ago.

The Scraggy that headbutted him tried to do it again, only for the newly evolved Charmeleon to jump out of the way and grab it by the tail, lift it over his head, and slam it into the ground hard. "Char..." Johnny growled again. He turned to face the couple of Dark Rattata and ran towards them and punched them with his new clawed hands.

Yang grinned as she used this distraction to get all the thugs off her. "Ah! That's better!" She dusted herself off, Ben helping with that before they went to Johnny. "You finally evolved!" She hugged the Charmeleon. Surprising to Yang was that Johnny didn't reciprocate said affection, but he did smile a little, glad his trainer was okay. Ben just patted him on the back while giving a thumbs-up.

With Coco and Diane, they were still struggling a little as the Snivy hadn't evolved yet, but they saw Johnny's new appearance as well. "Not bad, Yang. Not bad." The fashionista muttered with a small smile.

However, they were suddenly swarmed by even more thugs as Yang and her mons were distracted by Johnny's evolution. Diane and Coco tried to fight back, but there were too many. The fashionista was starting to become uneasy with how many thugs were on her body, trying to keep her from fighting back. "Oh, screw this!" Coco screamed as she transformed Guanduja from a simple handbag into a minigun. "You guys want some? Here it is!" Having had enough, she let her minigun unleash a flurry of bullets that hit multiple thugs, knocking them back. Several of their Pokemon were also getting hit as they couldn't dodge the shots, either. "Now try this!" She then swung the large weapon around with little effort, smashing a few more thugs down.

Diane took this opportunity to use her vines to grab a few of the enemy Pokémon and slam them to the floor, hard. "Snivy." She grinned. She saw her trainer's movements and decided to copy her with her vines. Swinging them around with the Pokémon still trapped, more Pokémon were knocked down.

When the dust settled after Coco had unleashed her weapon, the thugs were either groaning in pain or flat-out unconscious. Their Pokémon were in the same two conditions, but with Xs in their eyes. The fashionista panted as she still held Guaduja in minigun firm for a minute before switching it back to a handbag. "Well, that was something." She commented.

"Snivy." Diane tugged her pants and Coco picked her up and held her close to her chest.

"You okay, Coco?" Yang asked as she walked over with Johnny and Ben in tow.

"Yeah, just that was a bit much." Coco said. "So, this is Johnny's new look, huh?"

"Yeah. Johnny's a Charmeleon now." Yang grinned as Johnny crossed his arms with a grin of his own while he looked around for more opponents.

"Well, well, well. So, your Charmander managed to evolve. Can he hold out against Chomper?" Junior taunted, his Dark Raticate baring its teeth.

However, just as Johnny started moving forward, the Murkrows started swooping down to attack the newly evolved Charmeleon. "Johnny!" Yang shouted in concern, but Johnny wasn't going to let this stop him. Johnny wasn't going to take this lying down. Instead, he was going to prove his new prowess as he began building up energy in his mouth while the Murkrows kept on swooping down and attacking him. Suddenly, a Dragonbreath attack was released, but this one seemed a bit stronger than usual. Not only that, but it was directed solely at the Murkrows. The blast was huge and dark green as Johnny showed off his newfound power knocking out all of the low-level Murkrows in one go as he smashed them all with dragon energy. They dropped like flies to a bug zapper.

"Johnny, that was awesome!" Yang went to Johnny and hugged him while he just stayed still. He may not have hugged, but he did smile nonetheless.

"Way to go, Johnny. Way to go." Coco grinned, clapping with Diane joining in.

"So, you brats took down the Murkrows in one blast. Big whoop." Junior rolled his eyes. "You still gotta take down him." Chomped growled as he was ready to throw down.

"Johnny, let's beat this rat." Yang glared at Junior while Johnny got into a combat-ready stance once again.

"Don't let his size fool you." Junior gained a grin. "Chomper, Take Down." He ordered and Chomper suddenly started running towards Johnny, quickly gaining speed. Johnny breathed fire at the Dark Raticate who dodged the attack, surprising Johnny and Yang. Before the Charmeleon could perform another attack, Chomper slammed himself right into Johnny hard, knocking him back a few feet and onto his back.

"Raticate!" Chomper taunted.

"Johnny!" Yang screamed, her lilac eyes wide in concern and shock.

"What the hell?!" Coco shouted, her eyes wide through her shades.

"What? You thought just because Chomper is pudgy and smaller meant he was weaker? Wrong." Junior smirked. "Chomper's gonna take you both down a couple pegs."

"You're gonna pay for that, you bastard." Yang growled, her lilac eyes slowly shifting to red.

"You really think so?" Junior whistled and several more goons just appeared from the back and ran in, surrounding the blonde brawler and fashionista. "Can't have you helping your Charmeleon now, can I?"

As the humans were eyeing each other down, Diane slipped away from Coco and ran to Johnny who was struggling to get back up. That hit from Chomper hurt quite a bit. "Snivy." Diane said in concern.

"Char..." Johnny groaned as he finally managed to get onto one knee, though he was wincing and panting.

"Snivy..." Diane held out her small hand to help him.

Johnny just stared at Diane's hand. He didn't really want to work with another Pokemon as his newfound pride was screaming at him to just decline the help and just face down Chomper on his own, but the more rational part of his mind was telling him to accept and swallow his pride as this battle was going to be a tough one. "Meleon..." He softly took Diane's hand as she helped him up, though he wobbled for a second before regaining his composure.

"Raticate..." Chomper was staring down the two Pokemon as he was ready to beat these two for his boss.

"Ready, Shades?" Yang looked to Coco and grinned.

"Let's do this, blondie." Coco grinned back at Yang as they were ready for the big throwdown.

"Take these two broads down and throw them out of my establishment!" Junior ordered.

Chomper just ran to the Charmeleon and Snivy, his intention to pummel them to the ground perfectly clear. Diane was readying her vines while Johnny got combat ready again. Chomper attempted another Take Down attack, but this time, Johnny managed to evade it while Diane used her vines to jump out of the way. However, Chomper was smarter than he let on as he used Quick Attack, hitting Johnny again before he could even fight back which knocked him right back down. "Char…" Johnny groaned.

"Rat!" Chomper hissed as it prepared to use Bite, but Diane stopped that by using Vine Whip to not only grab his legs and arms, but to also try and move Chomper, but the Dark Raticate was too heavy for that, even with Diane's strength. Instead Chomper used his strength to do the inverse, whip Diane around for a few seconds and slam her into the ground, kicking up a small dust cloud in the process.

"Sniv…" Diane groaned in pain as she wasn't expecting that to happen.

"Char!" Johnny ran to Diane and helped her up.

Snivy..." Diane groaned. She was in worse shape than Johnny and Chomper was more than ready to throw down some more.

"Char..." Johnny growled, his tail flame glowing a bit brighter than before while fire began forming in his mouth.

Chomper ran towards the two, ready to pound these two into pulp. Diane tried another strategy as leaves that constantly changed colors magically appeared and went forward to attack their target. The Magical Leaf attack hit its target, blinding Chomper for a few seconds which gave Johnny the chance he needed as he fired another Dragonbreath dead center. This stopped the Dark Raticate in his tracks. When the attack dispersed, Chomper was a little scorched, but not out. "Raticate!" He shouted in defiance of the pain he was feeling. He was glaring at Johnny and Diane with pure anger. This got the two to smirk as they got a feeling Chomper's anger would cloud his judgment.

"Charmeleon…" Johnny's flames suddenly started glowing brighter as his Blaze ability was starting to kick in. He was almost ready to deal some real damage. Chomper ran forward and attempted a Bite attack, but Johnny evaded and used Smokescreen, obscuring the Dark Raticate's vision for a few seconds. By the time Chomper's vision returned, Johnny blasted him with another Dragonbreath at point-blank range. Chomper wasn't ready to go down even with a point-blank attack and used Take Down, knocking Johnny back a couple feet again, but not nearly as bad as the last one.

Diane used Vine Whip again, but in a different manner: This time, she used the vines to smack the Dark Raticate a few times, drawing Chomper's ire. Chomper used Take Down on the Snivy, knocking her into a wall and out of the fight. Before Chomper could focus on Johnny, the Charmeleon's Blaze ability fully kicked in as he roared and a wave of fire emanated from him. Now, Johnny's fire was glowing a bright blue and a determination shone in his eyes. Running forward, Johnny actually managed to pick up Chomper and slammed him into the floor, hard. As if that wasn't enough, he grabbed the Dark Raticate and threw him into an adjacent wall, nearly bringing him down. He then unleashed a blue Ember which hit and was far more powerful than normal because of the Blaze ability and it engulfed Chomper in flames for about a minute before Chomper finally went down, defeated. "CHAR!" Johnny roared in victory, though wincing in pain a bit still.

Meanwhile, Yang and Coco were busy fending off Junior's thugs. The fashionista swung her handbag around, knocking at least three approaching thugs away from them while Yang shot away four more in the chest with blasts from Ember Celica. "Who knew this mission would be so much fun!" Yang laughed.

"You said it, Yang!" Coco was also laughing as they were kinda having the time of their lives beating up thugs. Another thug tried grabbing Coco, but she grabbed them and actually threw them into the wall. Wiping her hands, she resumed using her handbag to smash more thugs into submission. Needless to say, these thugs didn't really stand a chance. Six minutes later, there were a mass of groaning or knocked out thugs and enemy Pokemon littering the floor.

Junior could only look in shock that all his thugs and Chomper were defeated. "H-How…" He muttered just as Yang ran forward, grabbed him, and slammed him into the table.

"Now, are you gonna give us the information we want or do we need to get any more physical?" Yang threatened with Ember Celica cocking.

"You'd better listen to her lest you want a real beating." Coco added, Gajunda raised for a hard strike.

"Okay, okay. You win, blondie." Junior raised his hands in surrender. "Team Galactic has a base in Vale's Warehouse District which is also where the White Fang rally is being held."

"See? That wasn't so hard, was it?" Coco taunted, lowering her handbag. "Come on, Yang." Turning around, she saw Johnny carrying Diane over his shoulder. "Diane!" She ran and took the Snivy from Johnny. "Come on…" She felt a pulse. "Oh, thank Gods, she's alive." Using a Potion, Diane winced, but was able to look up to her trainer and smiled tiredly. "Shh… You did good, Diane. Just rest up." She said softly. She then sent a glare to Junior before leaving the building.

"You're lucky we have more important things to do." Yang warned as she let go of Junior and followed Coco with Johnny in tow. The pair could only hope the others were having better luck than them.

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Rwby: Remnant's Trainers. Well, we've reached a certain point in this story where things will slowly start to heat up. The combined group of RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY head into Vale for their sanctioned mission.

First, we have Yang and Coco visiting Junior's Club for the first time for information. Junior makes the mistake of calling the two "toots" (Bad move, Junior). What comes after is a mob fight which actually resulted in Johnny evolving into Charmeleon. Junior's Alolan Raticate Chomper put up a very good fight, inflicting some decent damage on both Johnny and Diane.

Also, Yang and Coco kinda have the time of their lives beating up Junior's thugs and I can't blame them. In the end, they're all brought down and Junior divulges that Team Galactic has a base in the Warehouse District where the White Fang rally is also being held.

As usual, if anyone has any ideas for this story, please let me know in the comments/reviews, or personally PM me.

See you all in the next part of Night on the Town!
