As usual I don't own any rights to Supernatural or the characters. The only thing I own is Christina. Hope you all enjoy the chapter!
Chapter 3
Now that there was another person who was making people into killing themselves via a phone call, which was pretty smart as now there was no way of knowing who was making the phone calls. But this only made the Winchester's job a bit harder. But with Andy in their corner they were able to collect both the doctor's phone and the woman's phone as well. But now they were able to head into the police office to not only gather the phones from the two victims but also to figure out if there was a connection between the two.
"Come on," Andy said strutting himself towards Christina who took the phones trying to not smile at him. "You think I'm rather hot."
"Nope." Christina said a little too quickly. "But it is nice that you're using your gift for good instead of personal gain. That's a mark in my good books." She shot him a smile making Andy grin broader. "Okay so we have the same number in both phones."
"I can ask someone to get the name it's tied to." Andy said and jumped up grabbing the piece of paper with the number on it. "While I'm at it, I'll get the connection between the two as well, if there is one." He bounced off making Sam and Dean shoot their sister a sideways smile which made Christina give a bitch face back that made Sam a little jealous.
"He likes you, give him the opportunity to break that shell that's around your heart." Dean joked knowing Christina hadn't been interested in a relationship since he met her.
"Not interested. I'm not looking for a hook up and if he gets you to ask me to go on a date, there will be an unfortunate accident on your next date with some nameless bimbo." She gave a toothy smile which made both brothers nervous.
Andy returned a few minutes later looking rather sick as his face was pale.
"Andy you okay?" Christina asked gently rubbing his back when he sat down. "What's the matter? What did you find out?"
"Remember when I mentioned the Doctor was there when I was adopted by my parents?" The Winchesters nodded slowly and Andy took in a deep slow breath. "That woman who just died...she was my birth mother. I also found out I had a twin brother." He sat down with a piece of paper with an adoption form on it.
"So you were raised to believe you were an only child?" Sam asked making Andy nod. "So we're basically back on square one. I mean does it say what your mother named your brother?"
"It's not going to be that easy." Dean huffed sitting back. "I mean if you gave up a baby would you bother giving it a name?" He looked at his siblings and saw that Sam looked annoyed at what he said, noticed that his sister looked hurt. But before he could ask her what was wrong Andy's phone began to ring.
Andy looked a little shocked before he relaxed. "Hey, Tracey." He said switching to being happy which was probably some other skill he must have picked up. "Yeah, it's pretty bad. I'm okay though. Everything alright?" His face was lit up when he first spoke with her but then his face fall which alerted the Winchesters that something was wrong. "What? What do you mean you're with Weber? Where did you go?" His face fought to remain relaxed as he slowly took a few deep breathes. "Alright, if you need anything call okay?" The siblings were surprised Andy hadn't used his gift on the girl Tracey. "That was strange. Tracey can't stand Weber even though they both work together. Why would she hang out with him willingly?"
"I have a theory," Christina said obviously seeing a small coincidence. "What if Weber has the same gift as you." She looked over at Andy and nervously bit her lip. "See if we can use their database and see what we can find on this Weber guy. Please?"
"What would you do if I do?" Andy asked and could see Christina be a little hesitant.
"I would... take you to get one drink and maybe dinner." She said playing with his crush on her.
"As you wish." Andy said and skipped away to talk to the receptionist.
"Wow." Dean said looking rather impressed and also a little disappointed in his sister. "Do you enjoy playing with people's heart strings like that?"
"I learned from the best." Christina fired back towards her brother. "Besides it's just one drink and dinner." She added and sat back in the chair she sat in. "Not like anything else would happen. He can't use his power over me to get me to sleep with him."
"That is true." Dean said.
"Which I'm still curious as to why." Sam added. "What's your connection with the Yellow Eyed Demon anyways?"
"Nothing, that I'm aware of." Christina answered with a shrug. "I mean my few interactions consists of him being in my hotel room before I met up with you guys. He gave me a small idea on you guys and that I was a Winchester. But I didn't believe him until Missouri confirmed it. Then he said I had to give you up when he asks for you. Which is not what I would ever do, even threats of death."
"What do you mean give me up?" Sam asked curiously.
"Just like I said. Remember before we lost dad, he said that I promised him you as he was there to collect. I never made that promise. I even said he gave me the information before I could promise anything so he was freely giving away information."
"So there's no other interaction with him?" Sam asked. "Where were you when you were six months old?"
"Enid, Oklahoma. I lived there until I was six. We moved to Moore, Oklahoma right after Christmas when I was six."
"Got to make a phone call." Sam said and quickly stood up before heading outside to talk without saying another word.
"What is he thinking?" Dean asked as he and Christina switched between looking at Andy and then at Sam's back outside the police station.
"He's probably thinking I'm just like him and Andy." Christina said with a shrug. "I think it's a possibility but I don't think so. I remember him saying he didn't get his "powers" until he was twenty-two. I've always had this gift. Like everyone has a scent. Like everyone has an Aura and some people can see it. Me, I can smell people and monsters."
"Okay explain that to me, because I think you mentioned that to me once."
"Okay." Christina sighed. "When I first met Sam, I was Jessica's roommate. I was nineteen and when I first met her she had this scent of Roses, not very powerful, fresh cookies and citrus. Sam still smells like old books, that soft leather smell. You, you smell like car oil, wheat, and a soft hint of whiskey. Now the last case we did... the girl who came back from the dead. You got pretty close to her. Did she smell like anything?"
"No. Why?"
"Well she reeked of moldy oranges. I mean I'm not bombarded with scents off of everyone it's mostly people that I get close to. Whether it's like you and Sam or some monster that comes off. It like warns me of something that happens. Most of the time I ignore the smell but sometimes I can sniff an area and tell if a monster's in there."
"And you say you always had this gift?" Dean asked.
"Well yeah. But when I was a kid I didn't understand it. I mostly started to accept that I had this gift when I turned nineteen right before I left for college."
"Well that might come in handy." Dean said, sounding a bit skeptical on what his little sister was saying.
"Thanks, Dean. Not sure if you really mean it or if you're just giving me a back handed compliment. But for now I'll accept that you believe me."
Sam arrived shortly after and sat back down. "I asked Ash if there were any signs in Enid Oklahoma and he couldn't find anything."
"So that is why you asked me all those questions?" Christina asked and Sam nodded.
"I just don't have any other reason why you and Yellow eyes have any kind of connection."
"Honestly it's a bit confusing me as well." Christina said and looked up once Andy arrived looking quite pleased with himself. "What did you find out?"
"It turns out Weber and I are indeed brothers. He lost his adopted mom in a fire when he was six months old." Andy said. "So... when do we go on that date?"
"Whoa, slow your roll there, tiger." Christina said giving an uncomfortable laugh. "Priorities first. We need to find a way to get Weber to stop killing people."
"How do we do that?" Andy asked looking confused then worried. "You... You're not going to kill him are you?"
"We don't want to." Sam said reluctantly. "But if he doesn't give us a choice it might be the only option."
Andy sighed and then nodded. "Alright, maybe I can call Tracy and see where he's planning on taking her. Then we can see if we'll be able to talk to Weber once there."
"Why don't you just use your mind control mojo thing to get her to tell you where Weber is?" Dean asked before getting a slug in his shoulder by his younger sister. "Ow." He hissed glaring back at his sister and not seeing Andy's hurt face.
"Because I truly love her and I don't want to use my power on her." Andy answered and the four of them left the Police Station.
"So you're not wanting to control this girl yet you controlled and tried to control everyone in town?" Dean asked as they all climbed into the Impala. He narrowed his eyes as Andy actually opened the back door for Christina who couldn't help but blush as she quickly climbed into the backseat.
"I'm not perfect." Andy said as Dean pulled away from the police station. "But I wanted to do what I can to be with Tracey. She's everything to me."
"I think Weber knows and is going to use Tracey against you or something." Christina said softly, afraid that her statement would upset Andy.
"I tend to believe you, but Tracey can't stand that guy." Andy said clearly still trying to defend Tracey.
"Did you forget that Weber, your brother, might have the same power as you? He'll use that against her. He doesn't care of the people he has hurt and will hurt." Christina said as Dean drove through town just to distance himself away from the police station. "I mean consider how many people have been killed already. Weber has a screwed sense. He could have this is revenge of some kind. At least that's my thought."
"He knows I love Tracey. He wouldn't hurt her... plus he's my friend." Andy said sounding like he wasn't believing it himself.
"Friends make the worst enemies." Christina said as if talking with experience as she began to stare out the back window. "What's even worse if it's family."
The car fell into discomfort as they traveled through town trying to find Weber. Time seemed to blow by them as they stopped for dinner and saw how quickly the sun had gone down. They still hadn't seen Weber or Tracey and even with Andy would ask random people, nobody could give him a straight answer.
"Maybe I should try and call Tracey." Andy suggested playing with his phone and nearly jumped when he saw Tracey was calling him. "Hey, Tracey I was just about to call you." Even though Christina was nearest Andy, she couldn't hear Tracey say anything even shot a look over at her brothers and shook her head preempting their questions. But all three could see the fear in Andy's eyes as he turned away to talk quieter into his phone. "Has he hurt you? Tracey? Weber what do you want? Leave Tracey out of this." His breath became shaky as he tried to calm down. "Fine. I'll be there. Just promise me you won't hurt Tracey."
"Where are they?" Christina asked as Andy placed his cellphone back into his pocket after making sure the call had ended.
"Near the gorge outside of town." Andy said his voice shaking slightly. "She didn't sound like herself. She also would never allow anyone to use her cellphone."
"Well, if this Weber guy has the same powers as you then it's clear he got her to hand over her cellphone." Dean said adjusting slightly into his seat. "Much like when you got me out of my car."
"I said I was sorry." Andy said making Sam smack his arm out of view of the two in the backseat.
"Don't mind our brother, Andy." Christina said glaring at the back of Dean's head, as he started to drive out of the parking spot. "He likes to hold a grudge. I'm sure what we can do is to put Weber down if you and Sam can't talk him out of letting Tracey go and not to try and kill other people."
"But how could you stop him?" Andy asked worried about the possible answer.
"Let's just say what we have planned he won't be causing anymore problems." Dean said trying to keep the satisfaction out of his voice.
Andy swallowed hard as Dean stopped a half a mile away from the gorge letting Sam and Andy to be let out. "I'll keep my cellphone on so when if I can't stop Weber, then you can take him down." Andy said
"Sounds good. Christy and I will be up on a hill overlooking the gorge that I saw driving here." Dean said before driving away and turning away to head towards a small access road with a large chain link fence blocking it. "Need help climbing the fence?" He asked when they left the Impala and he walked to the trunk and popped it open. He lifted the false bottom and pulled out a large rectangle latched box ,while Christina grabbed a pair of binoculars, and slid it underneath the thin opening near the bottom of the fence. He just realized that Christina was standing on the other side of the fence, brushing off some dirt on her knees and chest, and figured she had crawled under the fence since she was small enough. "I guess not."
"Come on." Christina pouted as she picked up the box. "We've been siblings for almost a year. You think a little fence would stop me?"
Dean shrugged his shoulders and quickly climbed the fence pulling off a gymnastics style landing which prompted Christina to lift up eight fingers. "What's that for?" He asked as he took the gun case away from his sister.
"Four, for the dismount and four, for the landing." Christina added with a grin. "Now let's get into position."
Dean chuckled as he shook his head but made his way up a small embankment that over looked over the surrounding gorge with ease. They both saw Andy and Sam talking behind a few large bushes most likely coming up with a plan that they would use to help Tracey.
Christina fumbled slightly as her cellphone buzzed in her jacket and raised the instrument to her ear. "Yeah?" She answered seeing as it was Sam that was calling her.
"You two in position?" Sam asked.
"Yeah we're ready. We both got eyes on the bridge."
"Alright. I'll rub the back of my head if we can't get Weber to change his mind about what he's doing."
"Understood. Sam will rub his head if they can't get Weber to change his mind." Christina repeated and Dean nodded carefully sliding a round into the chamber of a sniper rifle he had promoted up on the box. "I see someone coming." Christina added quickly and hung up.
"I do hope they get him to stop." Dean said a little tremble in his voice.
"So do I." Christina said as she pressed the binoculars closer to her eyes to help her see in the fading light and the small lights on the bridge.
