Chapter 9: Finals, invasion, and fight of the centuries

The twins are seen with the rest of the finalists with the twins right next to Kurotsuchi, as the the first fight is announced the twins were surprised by who was fighting first as both their Naruto's and Kurotsuchi's names.

"Well."

"This is kind of poetic don't you think?"

"Eh yeah, but I don't want to deal with a weakling, that is if she didn't have Particle style, I wonder if she has Lava style too?" Says Naruto scratching the back of his head.

'Wait it's only because I have Particle style that he even sees me as an opponent, I'll show him.' Thinks Kurotsuchi.

[Kage box]

"She probably has the wrong idea on Naruto doesn't she?" Asks Han who was with the Sandaime Tsuchikage Ōnoki with Rōshi in the stands with the other sensei. "Hmmm Hiruzen, why does that boy look familiar?"

"You mean Naruto, well he's very special along with his sister, technically they're unsung heroes in the village." Says Hiruzen.

"Tell me Hiruzen, what event made it so they're unsung heroes?"

"They faced a Jigoku no Gaki named Nnoitra Gilga."

"Nnoitra Gilga!? Kami damn it I would have loved to fight him!" Says Han shaking his fist in the air.

"Well if BC hadn't intervened the entirety of the leaf would have been destroyed, and luckily he was able to kill him in one strike." Says Hiruzen

"Yeah that's BC for ya, hell he has a technique that he's actually saving for someone very specific to kill them, considering the information we have on the man, I would also fight him with all my strength as well." Says Han nodding his head.

"Sorry we're late." Says a voice as both the Mizukage Utakata, who was walking in with his guards Fū and Gremmy, along with a old man who wears similar clothing to the Kage's but with the kanji for soul in front, along with Orochimaru disguised as the fourth Kazekage beside Utakata.

"Ah and who might you be my friend?" Asks Hiruzen eyeing the older gentleman.

"Pardon the intrusion but I am former head captain Yamamoto." Says Yamato then points to his guard that is to his right. "And this is Ichigo Kurosaki, my guard for today, we're here from our village to see some of the students who were at our village competing today."

"But your village didn't send any ninja teams to participate." Says Orochimaru/Kazekage with obvious confusion.

"That's because they're a part of the villages already here, and it's good to see you again Han." Says Yamato.

"You as well Yamato sensei." Says Han.

"You know this man Han?" Asks Ōnoki.

"Yes he was the one to help me with my Kenjutsu training after I took that multi year long training." Says Han.

[Arena stands, ninja section]

Hinata and Shizuka were sitting with Kiba and the rest of the rookies and sensei of Konoha when they noticed that Sasuke was missing from the lineup. "Hey where's Sasuke?" Asks Hinata curious to where Sasuke is.

"He's still training." Says Sakura sighing in defeat.

"Let's hope that he can actually fight in this exam, I'm hoping that Naruto will get somewhat of a challenge." Says Shizuka crossing her arms.

"Let's just hope that this goes by fast." Says Ino nonchalantly.

"I wonder what Sasuke-kun's Zanpakutō spirit is, he created black flames with his sword when we faced that snake guy." Says Sakura.

"Orochimaru, one of the three legendary Sanin, he was also a candidate for Yondaime Hokage before Minato Namikaze was chosen, what's strange to me is that both of the twins look kind of like him." Says Shizuka putting a hand on her chin in thought.

"That's actually a simple question to answer." Says Rōshi who was with the senseis.

"That being?" Asks Might Guy.

"It's simple put a picture of Naruto and his twin next to Minato's, that and if you want a actual answer, BC told us that their mother was the Akai Chishio no Habanero(Red-Hot Habanero) Kushina Uzumaki and Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō(Yellow Flash of the Leaf) Minato Namikaze." Says Rōshi.

[Naruto vs Kurotsuchi]

As Naruto and Kurotsuchi were standing off Kurotsuchi had her hand on her blade while Naruto looked bored as a sloth.

"Fighters ready!?"

As Kurotsuchi nods Naruto just yawns and gives a thumbs up.

"Begin!!!"

As soon as those words were spoken Kurotsuchi dashed at Naruto drawing her blade and as her blade came to Naruto's neck she saw him block it with his bare arm. "You're going to have to do better than that girly." Naruto then kicks Kurotsuchi back making her slide.

"Tch I expected nothing else than disgust from you, son of Minato Namikaze." Says Kurotsuchi shocking everyone but the twins, and everyone was dead silent after she said it.

"Is that supposed to trip me up or something, because I already knew that before I came back to the leaf to start my training to be a ninja, I swear you honestly think I gave a damn about what my father did, he's my father the only thing I'm grateful from him is that he got together with my mother and had me and my sister, nothing more nothing less." Says Naruto putting his arms behind his head as Kurotsuchi began to circle him.

"What you sound ungrateful that you're his son."

"I mean I never knew him personally, besides I have my family and my friends, what more do I need." Says Naruto.

"Looks like that didn't get to you, son of the second Jinchūriki Kushina Uzumaki, say didn't your tailed beast kill your mother?" Says Kurotsuchi.

"...keep my mother's name, out your mouth bitch." Says Naruto powering up with a red aura.

"Or what, you're going to show me your beast that killed your mother, hell I bet your sister looks nothing like you due to you having different fathers." Says Kurotsuchi.

[Kage stands]

"Welp she's dead." Says Han.

"I told her just to gather the information, not to taunt him with it." Says Ōnoki.

"It appears that your students need to learn more about their enemies before they face them." Says Yamamoto.

"Tho I don't like that your ninja broke into our medical department, I have to say it is impressive." Says Hiruzen.

"...shit." Says Ichigo.

"What's wrong?" Asks A.

"Vizard mask."

Both Han and Yamamoto instantly looked at the arena and see that Naruto has a bone white substance pouring out his mouth and the whites of his eyes turn black, along with his eyes going from a sapphire blue, to a ruby red.

"Shit call the match, keep Naruto from killing the girl." Demands Yamamoto as Han and Ichigo instantly are separating the children.

"Master Han, what are you doing I was-!"

"About to get yourself killed!! What have we told you about pissing off Jinchūriki!!" Yells Han

"Oh please like he is a threat, I've had my blade for a year!" Yells back Kurotsuchi.

"And he's had his since he was old enough to walk, unlike you he was trained by the best of the best in terms of swordsmanship, now this fight is over, you're out!" Says Han with a stern voice.

"SERIOUSLY, THAT'S WHAT GETS ME DISQUALIFIED!?!" Yells Kurotsuchi.

"There's not disguising this matter Kurotsuchi." Says Han leaking a bit of his KI at her making Kurotsuchi back down.

"Naruto calm down." Says Ichigo.

"She insulted my mother." Naruto with his eyes still vermillion red.

"You and I both know that she wouldn't want you to do that, besides I bet if she was here she would have punched that girl into the ground no problem." Says Ichigo placing a hand on Naruto.

"Grrrrr fine, but next time someone insults my mother I'm bashing their face in." Says Naruto as he rips off the mask that formed.

[contestant stands]

Naruko was being held back by Gaara with his sand as she was attempting to absolutely murder Kurotsuchi. "Naruko calm down, she's getting her just deserves." Says Gaara.

"Jeez they're going all out just for an insult?" Asks Temari.

"They know about their birth parents more than anyone, and an insult on them is a insult to their family line, the Uzumaki clan is renowned for their ability to aid others, their protective instincts even rivaling that of animal themed clans." Says Gaara.

"Yes, from what my father told me is that a insult to their family members is a great disrespect, especially when that family member saved your life." Say's Shikimaru.

"Man if this is the reaction to just disrespecting their names, imagine the pain she would have gotten if she defiled their graves." Says Temari.

"There'd be hell to pay if she did." Says Gaara.

[Temari vs Shikimaru]

The fight goes similar to cannon but with both not pulling out their Zanpakutō.

[Sasuke vs sound ninja]

Sasuke wins by him activating his Zanpakutō's passive abilities.

[Haku vs Shino]

Haku wins by making the area around her cold making it hard for Shino's bugs to get close and he loses with a senbon next to his neck.

[Naruko vs Gaara]

When the two meet on the field they look each other in the eyes.

"So Naruko, ready to fight?" Says Gaara.

"Born ready to rumble." Says Naruko cracking her knuckles.

"BEGIN." Shouts the announcer as he jumps to the wall and as soon as he lands on the wall a wave of sand and fire is launched from their respective Jinchūriki.

"I'm not done yet!" Yell Naruko as she draws her Zanpakutō along with Gaara. "Wake up the light, Kurama!/Scatter to the winds, Shukaku!"

As they say their Shikai release Naruko's Zanpakutō becomes a Laser rise buckle, and a Magnum Shooter 40X, with her cloak splitting into nine strands, and Gaara's sword becomes a gourd on his back with his cloak forming a single tanuki tail behind him.

"Alright, SCORCH STYLE: GIANT FLAME FOX BOMB(Kyodai kitsune kaen-dan)." "Sand tsunami." As the attacks get closer the flames are snuffed out by Gaara's sand with bits and pieces of his sand turning to glass and he points the shards at Naruko's neck. "I win."

"DAMN IT GAARA!!!"

[Neji vs Hikari]

When they started their fight Neji had Hikari on the back foot until to no one's notice Hikari activated her Sharingan and started to counter Neji and places a kunai at Neji's neck.

[Hikari vs Gaara]

When the two meet on the field Gaara was staring at Hikari trying to figure out which clan she's from, but when Hikari noticed this action she secretly pointed with her pinky at the competitors box while brushing her hair behind her ear.

'So she's Uchiha, I thought that Itachi Uchiha killed all of them?' Thinks Gaara until he sees her grasp her wrist which had a watch that was going backwards. 'Of course that idiot time traveled.'

"Begin!" Says the announcer as he jumps back as the two shinobi rush at each other and begin to fight with taijutsu then simultaneously kick each other with only Hikari being flown back as she then begins to wave handsigns "Plasma release: Blast dragon roar jutsu(Kesshō hōshutsu: Bakuryū hōkō jutsu)" As soon as she finishes the Jutsu she sends a massive plasma blast at Gaara who blocks it by using the earth wall jutsu to hold back the blast. "Plasma release: Light blade jutsu(Kesshō hōshutsu: Kōjin-jutsu)" As soon as Gaara heard the name of the jutsu he saw a flash glaze his eyes as he tilts his body and jumps back only to have a cut on his torso.

"How do you like that Tanuki boy." Says Hikari.

"This...this is blood, my blood...IT'S MY BLOOD!!!"

Yells Gaara as the Kage box suddenly explodes as the Hokage, Raikage, Tsuchikage, Mizukage, and Yamamoto getting blown back as they land on a separate roof.

"Looks like they started." Says Temari as she looks at her younger brother but sees all the Jinchūriki there with him.

"Gaara, I'm guessing your old man is?" Asks Naruto.

"Yes, apparently Orochimaru killed him and disguised himself as my father, even if he wasn't the best he still was my father, and I'll take responsibility for my village." Says Gaara.

"Good, Han you will help with evacuation with Rōshi on the north side of the village, Fū and Gremmy will you be able to handle the west side of the village, Killer Bee and Yugito will handle the east side of the village while me and Naruko handle the south side." Says Naruto with the others nodding in agreement.

"I have to say Naruto you're taking the role of leader seriously." Says Kakashi with his sharingan showing.

"Thanks sensei, now let's go!!"

"Right!!" Say all the Jinchūriki as they vanish and start fighting the enemy ninja with them actually taking care of them so easily that there is only a few civilian deaths.

[With the Kages, Yamamoto, and Ichigo vs Orochimaru]

"Well well well, looks like I'll be able to only kill you sensei, but kill the other Kages of the land of lightning and water." Say's Orochimaru.

"Hahahahahahaha!" Everyone was surprised when Yamamoto began to laugh.

"What's wrong old man, gone senile?" Asks Orochimaru to Yamamoto.

"Ah youth, I was as ambitious as you when I was young, these days I'm more cautious." Says Yamamoto lowering his head, but when he lifts it back up everyone besides the Jinchūriki within the hidden leaf instantly felt a fear and fell to their knees including the Kage besides Utakata.

"What is this power, this isn't possible!?! I'm supposed to surpass all the Kages!!! Who is this man!?!" Thinks Orochimaru.

"What you are feeling is my strength that I have accumulated for over thousands of years as head captain of the Gotei thirteen, prepare to face the head captain of the Shinigami corps, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto!!!" As he taps his cane to the roof the surrounding area begins to steam up.

"Oh shit is head captain gonna use it!?!" Asks Naruko looking at the head captain. "I sure hope not, I don't think this world could handle even a few seconds of his Bankai!!!!" Yells Naruto.

"Behold, a mere fraction of what I'm capable of, INFERNO SPEAR!!!" Inferno spear, an attack that I created for Yamamoto when his sword is not out, what it does is take the smallest ember from his Zanpakutō's flames and ignites it and turns it into a spear. As Orochimaru sees the spear all he saw was his demise and uses a substitution jutsu to swap out with a mud clone and flee, leaving nothing but a statue of his mud clone. "Hmph seems that in my old age I don't have as good speed as I do naturally out of a Gigai." Says Yamamoto rolling his good shoulder.

"Quite impressive head Captain, but I think you went a bit overboard." Says Utakata, as soon as he said that it begins to rain. "See."

"Ah my apologies, I didn't intend to do that, I should have held back more, maybe condensing it into a dagger would be enough for a small area." Says Yamamoto.

"Holy shit!!! That was Awesome!!!" Says Naruto as he jumps onto the back of Yamamoto. "You got to teach me that sometime gramps!"

And that's where I'm leaving this part off at, the reason is because I'm currentlyworking on other projects and this series will go on a bit of a hiatustill I feel like I can come back to it
