When the doors opened Ichigo saw what lookee like a holographic orbital globe in the center if the room, and 7 people.
Ichigo recognized 5 people in the room 3 of those 5 people he couldn't remember the names of as for the remaining 2 they are Shiori and the branch director of Tamakoma Branch.
"It's after three what took you so long Jin!?" a short fat man shouted impatiently.
"Yeah, sorry about that folks." Jin said as he waves nonchalantly at the people in the room.
"We kept you waiting Kinuta" Yutaru said as he rode on Raijinmaru.
"You brought the child!?" the man now known as Kinuta shouted.
Ichigi was getting annoyed and yelled " Can we get to the reason why we were called here!?" causing everyone to look at him.
"Right, we can't waste time, not now, everyone is her lets begin." the man Ichigo gave his badge to said.
That man is Commander Kido, he hates neighbors and he is are highest ranking officer." Osamu told Yuma leading Yuma to say "Oh".
"Are investigation thus far leads us to believe there will be another neighbor attack on the city very soon. The other day many civilians were injured by an attack by a single neighbor bomber. We want to be prepared to minimize the damage of a full scale invasion. To put it very simply we want your opinion as in indigenous neighbor." one of the three people Ichigo fuessed was in charge said.
"You want my expertise?" Yuma asked thinking the question over in his head.
Apparently the neighboe system is made up of many satellite states and Yuma wanted Replica who was a multi function trion soldier and Yuma's guardian.
But before Replica answered any questions he wanted insurance that Yuma would be safe while working at Border to which Kido agreed to as long as Yuma respects Borders rules and regulations.
After that Replica updated the holographic map of satellite states and said that there are four nations currently approaching the Earth.
The first was a world of water Leberry, the second Leoforio, the third the frozen fortress Kion, and lastly the holy land Aftokrator.
After wondering who would attack Yuma said it would either be Aftokrator or Kion.
Based on those two choices, the discussion went to how many black triggers each place would have to which Replica answered saying Kion was reported to have six and Aftokrator can control thirteen in battle.
After some shock and discussion they finally decided to focus on the trion soldiers that was sure to come.
Then Kido addressed Ichigo which surprised Ichigo as different holographic screens popped up and showed pictures of Ichigo his school record and police record he got from fighting thugs.
"Ichigo after hearing what Takumi and Jin said about you possibly being from the past we did some research and found some data on you." Kido said with a stoic face.
This shocked most of the people in the room mainly Osamu and Yuma but Ichigo just had to ask, " That's great now that you know that I'm human can you give back my badge?"
"About that, after running reats on it we found out that the thing you gave us was nothing but a hunk of wood, explain yourself!" Kinuta shouted about not getting a black trigger.
"Well if it's worthless to you, then give it back to me already!" Ichigo yelled annoyed at being shouted at.
"Ichigo, please calm down, we so believe you gave us the item that was identified as a black trigger but what we don't get is the fact that there is no trion in it and the fact you came from the past." the third important guy in charge asked only for Ichigo to ask who he was.
"Oh, my apologies I'm director Masafuni Shinoda." Shinoda answered with a smile.
Ichigo contemplated on rather he should tell the Border agents anything but decided he should and said, "Fine I'll talk but first my badge." Ichigo stated
This of course made Kido narrow his eyes in suspicion only for Ichigo to roll his eyes and say, "Have Replica examine my badge, I'm sure he has the technology to examine it properly."
This of course had Kido ask Replica to examine the badge to which he kindly did.
"Hmm, I see, despite this badge being nothing but wood it has a considerable amount of life force in it like a black trigger." Replica said as he flew away from the badge to examine Ichigo.
"The life force in the badge seems to be yours how weird." Replica stated shocking everyone in the room.
"What, how is that possible?!" Kinuta shouted in shock.
"Let me explain geez, ok first off I guess is the fact that what you call life force I call spiritual energy, second everything has spiritual energy like this table, third back in my time I was known as a fullbringer basically a person who could manipulate spiritual energy in objects especially in an object that we carry as keepsakes." Ichigo stated and before anyone could ask anything Ichigo held up his hand to silence them.
"Now I know you have many questions but let my finish." Ichigo aaid which got a nod from everyone in the room.
"Ok, a fullbringer is a person who's mom was attacked by an evil spirit known as a hollow while carrying said person in there womb." Ichigo said shocking everyone again.
"You don't need to worry about the evil spirits I haven't seen one since I got here." Ichigo said calming the nerves of everyone in the room.
"As to why everything has spiritual energy it's because we humans who have a soul interact with said objects leaving are spiritual imprints on the objects, that is why objects we fullbringers cherish have so much spiritual energy, any questions so far?" Ichigo asked to the stund people in the room.
"Lastly I don't manipulate objects as much as I manipulate the spiritual energy inside them in order to adjust the properties of said object, and I think that about cover's it." Ichigo sighed in exhaustion.
This of course led a lot go over but there was still a chance of an evasion and before everyone left Kido decided to give Ichigo his badge back as long as Ichigo protected the city which he agreed to.
After leaving, Ichigo decided to head back to the base simply because he wanted to train.
Luckily he found Konami who was at the base and asked for a rematch, she was hesitant at first but agreed in the end.
