AN: Hi guys! So I was re-reading the story last night and I noticed that I didn't have a POV or a scene where Peter and Char show up with Kim on porch, so here it is. Ill also be doing it Kim, Peters POV.
Kim POV
I left the comfort of my husbands arms to go outside, the stench from earlier was stronger in the house. I hate the green and brown and wet of the Northwest part of the United States makes me miss home so much more. I still can't believe Bella called me for this. I sigh as I continue looking at the gray depressing sky. There is a little bit of hope though, Ill finally get to see my dad again, possibly could just be the guard coming from Volterra, if that's the case at least I get to see my family sort of again and hopefully finally get rid of that horrid woman my dad decided was his mater. God he can be such a fucking moron! He's the one who taught me on mates and shit. How he can't see that Athendora is totally using him I have no idea. A branch snaps close to me drawing my attention from the sky to two figures coming through the woods. As the couple gets closer I can see them more easily!
"Peter! Char!" I squeal as I run to the edge of the porch just to be picked up in a huge hug from Peter. "Hey lil' bit! We didn't know you would be here." I laughed as he set me and I received a much more toned down but still full of love hug from Char. I nodded as I answer him. "Ya Bells called me in since well ya know, and Carlisle called Garett." The two nodded in understanding. "So where is the big bad husband" Char asked I just waved my hand towards the upstairs area, "Talking with Dr. Frankenstein in his laboratory" At my nickname for Carlisle the two just chuckled. We stood there for a second just enjoying each others company. I pulled out my phone and sent a text to Chars phone. Right as it went off I just grinned as she pulls it out of her back pocket and read the text " Oh btw I'm pregnant! Garett just found out a little bit ago!" Peter read the text over her shoulder within the next second I was gathered up in another hug while being swung around again. Just as Garett came out the door. "Peter would you mind putting my wife down?"
Peter POV
I can't believe him! He calls us up for the first time in half a god damn century to ask us to fight with him for some little brat the human and pussyward created together! I told him possibly we'd meet first then we would see. I could see the hurt and anger flowing my lovely wife's eyes as she glared at me. "I know honey bee I know" Her glare softened a little at my honey bee nickname it isn't one I use often but when I do she knows it comes from the very bottom of my heart and understanding of what she's currently feeling. Char and I packed up a few changes of clothes then left the safety of our ranch in Texas about 2 hours outside of Houston and headed to the dreary and depressing rain covered state of Washington. We could have driven and taken two days but we prefer to run and feel the wind whipping around us so the two day drive only took about 5 hours running.
As we were coming up on the Cullen sterile looking mansion we noticed someone standing on the porch. We weren't close enough to get a better telling of who it was. We continued to walk up through the trees when I stepped on a twig. The person on the porch didn't even flinch just rolled their head on their shoulders and looked out to us. As we got closer I could get more of a look and finally caught a scent of the person on the porch. Char looked at me in excitement and took off through the trees right as the girl squealed "Peter! Char!" She met us at the edge of the porch where I picked up the lil one in a huge hug! "Hey lil' bit we didn't know you'd be here." I set her down and she was pulled into another hug by Char. " Ya Bells called me in since well ya know and Carlisle called Garrett." Char and I nodded in understanding calling in what is essentially the princess of the vampire world was a smart move. "So where is the big bad husband?" Char asked, Kim just waved her hand in the general direction of the upstairs portion of the mansion "Talking with Dr. Frankenstein in his laboratory". Dr. Frankenstein really? We just chuckled at this girls antics. For a few minutes we just stood together in companionship. Kim suddenely pulls her phone out of her pocket and starts typing after a minute Chars phones goes off with a text alert. Damn I love the girl but being around her makes my knower glitch and unless it's super life and death important I don't get the information like normal. As Char opened her text I read it over her shoulder
"Oh btw I'm pregnant! Garett just found out a little bit ago!" I couldn't believe it! Those two have been trying for about a year now! There's going to be a tiny mixed breed running around, who is going to have the best possible parents! I gathered her up in another hug and swung her around as she laughed! Just as I was going to set her down. "Peter, would you mind setting my wife down?" I chuckled and grinned as I set her down while Char is pulling her into another hug before letting her go and she settled into Garetts out stretched arms. "I hear congratualiations are in order" Garett shrugged bu the happy grin on his face could not be missed at all. "I've also already had once of the succubi try to claim me as her mate" Char and I laughed as Kim glowered and growled. "How the fuck is she still alive?" I yell which had all of us laughing.
Together the four of us headed inside, even I knew how uncomfortable Kim was with being here, the same as Char and me, called by ones were supposed to call family for something they need or want and not hear from them any other time. That damn boy pixie thing has totally fucked upy Major and my brother. One day I'll get the chance to rip her head from her shoulders and I am going to enjoy it immensely! As we got inside everyone was circled around the little human/vampire brat. I just glared and I could feel Char glaring as well. With that we leaned up against the banister with Kim and Garrett. We became invisible to the Cullens.
A few minutes later Kim and Garett headed out leaving us alone with the Cullens. Jasper finally got up and headed over to us. As he stopped in front of us no one spoke for a minute. "Thank you guys for coming, I know we haven't exactly spoken in a while" The fucking pussy that was mumbling and muttering and scratch the back of his neck before me was not the man I was changed by or trained by. I just glowered at him. "You're lucky we came at all with this bullshit!" Char growled. Jasper actually look surprised at her outburst, I'm not sure why though, Char has always been this way outspoken and no filter. "You're not the man I know and trust, you some pussyfied Ken doll the damn pixie turned you into, once day you'll see we're right and you'll leave the little boy. When you do, we'll show you how to be a true man again, your sister would be more than happy to help." I spoke. The look of confusion on his face was so good it was almost laughable. "I don't have a sister" he muttered. We did not acknowledge that with a response just a nod and we headed back out the door and started running towards Seattle no way in hell am I eating rabbit! This way we could also get a good hotel room to separate from everyone else. Right as we reached the hotel I received a text pulling out my phone I saw it was from Garett "We're in Port Angeles at the Olympic Lodge if ya'll wanna ever escape the Cullen coven for a few hours, or just a movie every now and then." I smiled and showed it to Char who readily agreed we'd set up a proper get together tomorrow at some point. For now I needed blood and a shower.
