Chapter 91 Paige

At home Mitsuki was putting on his coat as April watches him.
"Your really hard working for all of us." April said.
"Of course, if I don't, we wouldn't be able to have the money for our family." He said.
He was working for his own family now so he's gotta make them proud. He saw 446 on her bed as she was still there with Pinky staring at her.
"I just hope to help her one day." He said.
April patted his back and he goes out. As Mitsuki goes outside he saw Venus on a rooftop as she looks at the moon.
He waves at her and she noticed waving back with a smile.
"Venus really likes to see the sights." Mitsuki said.
He goes to the hospital and he looks around before he saw Alice.
"Oh hey Alice." he smiles.
She looks. "Hello Mitsuki."
"It seems your back from your break." He said.
"Yeah, it's nice to come back to work." She said.
They saw a smaller woman pass by with brown hair.
"Oh hey Paige." He said.
"Hey Mitsuki." She waves.
Her name is Paige and she's a nutritionist, she works here to help people with they're diets.
"So how was your divorce?" He asked.
"It went well. I finally got my life back on track. Been a long time since I left my ex and his mother. Like can you believe the amount of salt and stuff they had on they're food." Paige said.
"That's not good. They'll kill themselves like that." Alice said.
"Yeah, they complain about my cooking all the time." Paige sighs.
"I tried yours before, and it was good. Are they really against something that's healthy." Mitsuki said.
"Most likely because of they're taste buds are broken." Paige said.
"Quit smoking and other things that ruin your life." Alice said.
"That would ruin any of they're taste buds. But I think it's because his mom always ate that stuff and his taste buds got used to it." He said.
Mitsuki might not know the most about a diet but he knows if you eat too much junk food your bound to get worse.
"Your girlfriend is such a kind woman Mitsuki, she always makes something that you can have the energy you need." Paige said.
"Yeah, April is really kind in that part." Mitsuki said.
"Paige? Paige is that you?"
They looked to see a guy that looked really skinny wearing a white shirt.
"Wait... Henry?" Paige said.
"Your ex?" Alice said.
Paige was surprised since he looked really skinny since last time he was fat.
"You remembered me." He opens his arms going towards her.
"Hey back off!" She puts a finger at his forehead pushing him down.
The three got surprised.
"Just like that and he falls down." Alice said.
"So weak." Paige mutters as she was confused.
"Paige, let's start over." Henry said.
"Excuse me?!" Paige said.
What is he even talking about.
"I promise I will tolerate your cooking, so please come back! Please marry me again!" Henry said.
Paige frowns hearing that and the other two were stunned at the way he said it.
"He will tolerate her cooking." Mitsuki frowns.
"This is fate that we are seeing each other like this! You and I are connected by the red thread of fate! Three years ago, you and I had no choice but to seperate! And instead of going back and forth any further, the universe thought we shouldn't see each other until you had a change of heart." Henry said.
"Excuse me?! She needed a change of heart? You are insane." Mitsuki said.
"But it was the promise we made." Henry kept going. "We were able to meet again! Please don't cry!"
"Do you even see tears on her face?" Alice points at Paige who was frowning.
"Exactly! So get lost!" Paige yelled shocking him.
Then a woman came in a wheelchair that was fat. "Henry my exam is over."
Paige chuckles since it was her former mother in law and she gained even more weight.
"You! Your that woman that threw my Henry away!" She said to Paige.
"Yeah it was me!" Paige smiles.
"Ugh! Because of you our lives are a disaster! Henry is depressed and lost his appetite. He can only eat one pot one." She said.
The three got surprised.
"One pot? I hate to know what was his standard than." Alice said.
"Theres no point to say that you want Henry back!"
Paige frowns. 'What is she even saying?'
"Mom! What are you saying?! If Paige come backs, then we don't need to cook anymore, and I can leave all of your nursing to Paige!" Henry said.
That just made the trio frown even more. He just wanted Paige as a live in nurse.
"As if I would eat her cooking, and I don't leave my nursing to anybody besides you son." She said.
"What the hell are you even saying! Because I have to nurse you, my body is broken down! And even got fired from my job!" Henry said.
'Wow so he's unemployed.' Paige thinks.
"But as long we're with a Dietitian we don't have to worry about work and income." Henry said. "If I can leave your nursing and our living expenses to Paige then everything is easy."
"Oh I see that makes sense." His mom said.
"No it doesn't." Mitsuki said.
"I can handle your cooking if I add soy sauce and Mayo." Henry said.
"And that's the problem!" Alice yelled.
"What?!" Henry said.
"It's just how she says it, your completely sick and it's not something you just started now." Paige said. "You must had issues with your taste buds ever since you were a child. If you grew up in a household that would use 1L of soy sauce in a week, i'm sure any cooking anywhere is going to taste bland."
"What are you saying?! It means you were a wife that didn't know how to cook!" His mom said.
"No, it means because of your cooking, you ruined them." Alice said. "I also checked the files about your husband and he had a heart attack."
"And your saying my cooking that killed him, and plus this isn't a life releated illness don't get it twisted." She said.
"Do you know which section we are right now?" Mitsuki asked.
"What?" The mother said.
"This area is for treatment of lifestyle related diseases." Paige said.
"What? Uhh..." She was in shock learning the truth.
Alice pointed at a wall that had the name on it.
"Henry I would think you need to get tested for you weight less, and you should really look at your diet."
Henry holds his head. "Paige... Alright, I promise i'll have a more healthy diet. So please help me, support me."
"Henry... I'll help you." She smiles.
"Then you'll..." He got happy.
"Theres somebody I want you to meet..." She takes out her phone and a doctor came.
"What?" Henry got surprised.
"This is concerning, i'm going to need to run a test." He said.
"Paige?" Henry said.
"Theres no way i'm going to leave a patient that has such a terrible diet. So make sure you get tested by this doctor. Ishishi." She chuckles.
"What? i thought you were going to remarry me." Henry said.
"Remarry?" The other doctor said. "No, Paige is interested in doctor Mitsuki."
"What?!" Henry got shocked.
"Yeah." Paige goes to his side as he shrugs.
"Paige." Henry tried to talk.
"Now let me take you both to get tested." The doctor said.
"I was already tested." The mother said.
"Follow me." He takes them both.
Henry got tested and he was taken to another hospital to get treatments fast, while his mother had to stay for many days.
Paige didn't say anything to surprise her friends but she met Mitsuki and April and they got along just well.
"Oh well. At least they'll be healed." Paige smiles as she and Mitsuki go together to work.
