Here we are at Chapter 48. We back, we back, we are back, baby! It's been a long time, but we are back for more RWBY KEPL Chibi! Thank you all for your patience while I took care of other projects. It's good to be back. Now then, I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth (I'm still saying them until we hear more news regarding the RT shutdown). I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 48. Enjoy.

Chapter 48: Bullet Life

Skit 1: Target Practice

It's a special field day for Professor Goodwitch's class and all the students are excited. They follow her out to a courtyard behind the school where several mechanisms and targets are set up.

"Alright class, now listen up. Today, we're going to be testing your sharpshooting skills. In this little course here, we have several moving targets set up. Your goal is to hit as many targets with as many shots as possible. However, accuracy will be key here. The more accurate shots you get, the higher your score. Also, for every shot you miss, you will have points deducted from your final score. Keep in mind that targets designed to look like civilians have also been put in place. Should you shoot these targets by accident, it's an automatic failure for the lesson. To add a little competition to this assignment, we'll have you all compete in pairs. The one who gets a higher score than their opponent will have extra points added to their final score. The loser will have points deducted," Goodwitch explains.

"Hmph, I'll ace this for sure," Weiss is awfully confident.

Jaune looks at his blade, "Um, my sword doesn't turn into a gun. What am I supposed to do?"

Glynda pops in, "Those who don't have ranged weapons, or semblances that can be used as a ranged attack, will be have to step aside and take a make-up assignment to get a score for today's lesson. Here is your assignment, Mr. Arc," Goodwitch gives him a few written assignments to complete.

Jaune groans but walks off to the side with a few other students, which includes Edom.

"Hey, join the club man," Edom shrugs his shoulders.

"Now then, let's begin the lesson," Glynda says.

Students start taking shots at targets that appear and move, trying to get as high a score as possible. In one matchup, Ren fires away with his pistols, taking out target after target. However, Ruby's sniper-aim takes out each target just as they pop up, and even reaches the ones his pistols can't reach. In the next match, Weiss uses her semblance to hit targets with ice shards. However, some of her ice shards start getting shot out of the air before they hit their targets.

"Hey, that's cheating!" Weiss glares at the culprit, Khazhak.

He uses his left sword gun to take out her ice shards, while the right sword gun takes out the targets.

Khazhak smirks, "Professor Goodwitch never said we couldn't shoot down our opponent's bullets. All's fair in love and war," he says while firing off more shots.

Weiss growls and tries harder, but Khazhak emerges victorious either way. The next match is Blake against Nora. Nora ends up getting a little too excited for this and ends up shooting a grenade at a civilian target that just pops up.

"Oh, oops," Nora rubs her head.

"Nora Valkyrie, automatic fail. Get back with the others," Glynda berates her.

Blake shrugs her shoulders. At least she won. Next up is Porphyrius going against Coco. Coco readies her minigun while Porphyrius aims his rifles. They eye each other, ready to see who's the better shot. Soon enough, the targets pop up and they start shooting. They riddle the targets with holes, doing their best to outdo the other. Even with only one eye, Porphyrius keeps up with Coco. Coco's weapon may have a faster rate-of-fire, but Porphyrius's rifles have better recoil control, making his shots more accurate. Neither one gives an inch. They shoot so much that their bullets start destroying the field and the equipment around the targets.

"That's enough! Stop! I said STOP!" Goodwitch yells over the storm of bullets.

The two finally cease their firing. However, when the dust settles, the entire firing course has been left in pieces. There's so much destruction that it's impossible to tell who won. Not that it matters right now.

"You two. Not only have you both failed, but you both will also be cleaning this mess up! Goodwitch is seething.

Th two sweat drop and glance at each other, "We'll settle this next time," Coco says.

"If we live to see next time, then you're on," Porphyrius replies.

Skit 2: Paralyzing Effect

Team KEPL are in their dorm room one day, playing a game on their scrolls together.

"Ah, I'm gonna get you this time, Khazhak!" Edom declares.

"Hah, good luck with that Edom. All show and no go," Khazhak retorts.

They press the buttons on their scrolls like there's no tomorrow. Both are about to deal what they believe to be the winning blow when suddenly everything shorts out in their room.

"Ah, man! The power's out. I was about to win!" Edom complains.

"You'd think for a big-time school designed to train warriors, they'd have a better electrical system than this," Porphyrius notes in the dark.

"I got this," Khazhak says before going over and giving their game a little super charge. A moment later, it all comes back up. "Problem solved."

"Welp, good thing we've got a walking triple A battery with us," Porphyrius jokes.

"Hey, Brother, I've been wondering. With your lightning semblance, you think you could-I don't know-shock someone into paralysis or something? Like a taser used by a cop?" Lloyd wonders.

Khazhak shrugs his shoulders, "Don't really know. Usually, I just use my semblance to hurt people or kill them. I never thought about subduing them with it," he talks about death and pain like it's no big deal.

"And on that scary note, let's go. I want to crush you this time," Edom holds up his scroll/controller.

Khazhak smirks, "You're on. I'll just get to beat you again,"

As they play, Khazhak starts to get an idea regarding what Lloyd said. Maybe he should give it a try.

...

The next day, Khazhak moves around the school, looking for someone to test his theory on. He decides to start small and throws a little shock towards a mouse. A little jolt and the mouse stops cold. It twitches on the ground for a few moments before it rolls over and starts to move. Khazhak hits it with another jolt, a little stronger this time. The mouse remains paralyzed again, only this time for a little longer. Getting a better idea of what to do, Khazhak continues his test run. He moves up to squirrels, then birds, then dogs (excluding Zwei; wouldn't want to make Ruby mad). Finally, he tries it out on grimm. A couple of Beowolves later, and Khazhak has a good grasp on this new trait of his semblance. Now, the time has come to really have some fun. He looks around the school for the perfect vic-volunteer. He finds his candidate in the form of Team CRDL's leader, Cardin Winchester. The school bully walks by, slapping some books out of a passing student's arms, laughing while he does it. Khazhak cracks his knuckles. Time to have some fun.

Cardin walks by a tree, only for Khazhak to pop out behind him and grab his head, sending a shock to his systems. Cardin screams before his body falls to the ground, his limbs twitching.

"What... just..." Cardin can barely speak.

Khazhak snickers. Adding insult to injury, he slaps a piece of paper on Cardin's butt, which is up in the air. On the paper reads "kick me, I'm stupid". Khazhak walks away to enjoy the shows. Cardin would remain on the ground, paralyzed. The only noise he would make would be yelps of pain whenever someone walked by and kicked him in his backside. Some people would even take videos. Much later in the day, Cardin would start to come to and slowly get up. However, as soon as he did, Khazhak was right there to shock him into submission again, leaving him back on the ground right where he started. All in all, it was Hell for Cardin, and joy for Khazhak. Yeah, looks like this little test is a rousing success.

Skit 3: Bulletproof

In the forge of Beacon where students can repair, tune, and improve on their weapons, Coco Adel is inspecting her weapon in its minigun form. She rotates the barrels after giving them a little oil and so far, everything checks out good.

"Hey, Coco, what's up?' she glances up to see Lloyd walking up to her.

"Hey, Lloyd. Just tuning up my weapon a bit. I'm trying to get better performance out of it. After this, I want to do some test shots to make sure the power is still there, both with and without my semblance," Coco explains,

"Huh, sounds fun. Maybe I can help?" Lloyd offers.

Coco stares at him for a moment, "How would you be able to help?"

"Well, I'm no weapon nut like Ruby, but I at least keep my claws working well. Oh, I know! I've been trying to find better ways to test the strength of my semblance and maybe even make it stronger. How about you use ME for target practice while I have my semblance active?" Lloyd suggests.

Coco cocks an eyebrow, "Are you sure that's a good idea? What if I accidentally seriously injure you? Or worse, fill you full of holes?"

Lloyd taps his chest, "I'm pretty confident in my defense. I'll be fine. Besides, it's not the first time I've put myself in danger just for some fun," he shows a big smile.

Well, it's Lloyd's idea. If anything bad happens, she's not responsible.

"Alright, but this was your idea," Coco agrees.

...

The two are outside the school. Coco with her minigun ready and Lloyd standing a few yards away with his hands on his hips.

"Alright Coco, hit me with everything you got!" Lloyd activates his semblance, encasing his body in steel armor.

"Alright. Here it comes," Coco pulls the trigger.

The minigun comes to life, firing away at Lloyd. Lloyd stands his ground, taking the bullets head on. They bounce off his armor like pebbles and he remains with that cocky smile on his face.

"Come on, is that the best you got? I'm getting bored here," Lloyd taunts her, wiping off some dust from his shoulder.

Coco growls and activates her semblance. Her bullets get a power boost and she fires again at Lloyd. They hit harder than before and Lloyd actually finds himself slowly sliding back across the ground. He crosses his arms in front of him and tries to bear through the storm of bullets. However, as the onslaught gets worse, Lloyd finds himself flying back straight through a tree and into a trash can. Coco sighs as she just ran out of ammo.

"Wow, just ran out of bullets. Hey, thanks for your help, Lloyd! I think I learned a few things from that exercise!" Coco calls out.

"Happy to help..." Lloyd groans from inside the trashcan.

And another one of Lloyd's so-called 'ideas' gets taken out with the rest of the trash.

And that's the chapter. Ah, it's always nice doing these little skits for a few laughs. Keep those ideas coming as this story is back in full swing. Until then, please Read and Review.
