Hundreds of years ago in an ancient kingdom, there lived a young man by the name of Zarc. Zarc was a very attractive young man, desired by many. But alas, he had no interest in the many suitors and suitresses that pursued him.
His life was cut short by the father of one of his suitresses when he was 18. The man's name was Akaba Leo, and he was determined to have his daughter Ray marry Zarc. But when Zarc turned down the offer of Ray's hand in marriage (very politely, I might add), Leo was enraged. He made a pact with a demon for dark magic and cursed Zarc, cutting the young man's life short.
But simply killing Zarc didn't satisfy Leo. He wanted Zarc to suffer further. And so he cursed Zarc's soul, dooming him to an eternity of being reborn and dying at a young age. No reincarnation of Zarc would live much longer than their fourteenth birthday. And his spirit was forced to linger, watching his reincarnations die young over and over as a ghost.
