Cardin has always been shown to view Faunus as nothing more than just animals, like in the classroom scene. Anyway, I appreciate the review and I hope you enjoy this chapter.

The screen opened up to a view from orbit, where Vilgax's ship could be seen hovering near the planet.
"Oh great, looks like Squid face is at it again." Qrow mutters.
"I wonder what he's been up to." Ironwood pondered with an inquisitive look.
"I wouldn't worry too much about itt." Nora waved off. "He already sent his guys after Jaune, and they ended up as scrap metal."
Inside of the ship, three individual spotlights shined upon three, strange, armor wearing aliens. The first being a thin alien with purple and black armor, the second resembling a half man and half crab like being with a large pincer, and the third alien was wearing bulky gray armor and a pillbug-like shell covering their face.
Ren titled his head slightly at the armored aliens. "Those look like..."
"Bounty Hunters." Qrow realized his tone sounded more serious than he did before.
"Vilgax must be upping his game. Using hired guns to do his dirty work." Blake said as she narrowed her eyes at the screen.
But Yang scoffed at this. "Please, Jaune will be over these guys in a matter of seconds." Yang said as she relaxed in her chair.
"I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss them, Miss Xiao Long." Glynda sternly said. "We don't know what abilities they may have."
"She's right, Yang." Pyrrha said in agreement with their teacher. "During my years of training and fighting in tournaments. I learned to never underestimate an opponent."
"Begin the audition." The voice of Vilgax boomed into the room.
The first Bounty Hunter immediately flew from the floor, using its jet pack as a unit of Drones in front of him, landing on the ground in front of them as more Drones began to hover down. One of the compartments on the Bounty Hunter's armor opened up, revealing a gun which he quickly pulled out and started firing at the drones.
"Hmm, impressive firearms." Ironwood hummed, watching the screen with interest.
"Yes, but I wonder if they're enough to even take down one of Mr Arc's aliens." Ghira said.
"Hopefully not." Glynda said as she watched with both concern and interest.
The Drones started firing back, causing the purple Bounty Hunter to roll out of the way, firing a rocket from his wrist that destroyed the drones. He then pulled out a grenade and hurled it at the drones, blowing them up.
Ruby's eyes widened at this. "Woah, that armor is so cool. And his weapons!"
More Drones began to swarm in as the second Bounty Hunter joined into the fray, smashing right on top of one of them with his claw before grabbing one of them and tossing it towards another drone. His head extended out, turning his head to see a drone heading right towards him, only for the crab bounty hunter to snatch it with its pincer and crush it before pulling out a sword from behind to slice down another drone heading towards him.
"Man, that guy is very quick." Sun said.
"Quite." Pyrrha said in agreement. "He seems a lot more versatile than I had previously thought."
A platform begins to open up on the ceiling, and a gigantic attack droid falls to the floor in front of the two Bounty Hunters.
"It's the same drone that attack Jaune when he first got the watch." Saphron pointed out.
"Oh well then this should be over for them in a matter of seconds." Yang said with a relaxed grin.
"How can you be so sure?" Blake asked.
"The only one capable of taking that thing down was Diamondhead." Yang said. "And none of these guys look nearly as sharp enough to take it down."
The Third Bounty Hunter decided to join in, using a hoverboard to head to the droid, which began firing at him, managing to hit and fully engulfed him in light.
"Well, that's the end of that guy." Coco easily dismissed.
"I wouldn't be so sure of that, Miss Adel." Ozpin advises.
But once the light faded, the Third Bounty Hunter was still standing on his hoverboard, with only smoke emanating from his body, no sign of damage whatsoever.
"It's like it didn't even phase him..." Ironwood breathed.
"What is he made of?!" Yang said in shock.
The bounty Hunter then charged straight at the large drone, jumping up as he landed a powerful punch into the chest of the drone, causing an explosion to occur, the light fading to see the Bounty Hunter landing behind the drone as debris fell near him and his hoverboard returned to him, clasping itself into a circular disk.
"That was so cool!" Ruby said in awe and with wide eyes at the stunning display.
"Ruby! Don't be impressed!" Weiss chastised. "Vilgax will probably hire him to hunt down Jaune!"
"I know! I know!" Ruby groaned. "But...that hoverboard is so cool! And what kind of metal is that armor made from?" Ruby began rambling while Weiss groaned and rolled her eyes at her partner's ravings.
"I thought Diamondhead was the only one capable of taking that thing down." Velvet said, a little worried for Jaune's chances.
"I guess not, bun-bun." Coco said with a stunned look.
Suddenly, a holographic screen of Vilgax appeared before them. "Impressive. You are all hired."
"Wait, all of them!?" Nora exclaimed.
"Makes sense." Qrow said. "Better odds to hire them all if he's gunning for the watch."
"Well, here's hoping they don't work together and rather beat the snot out of each other." Sun said.
"Something tells me we aren't that lucky." Blake said.
"Your objective is to retrieve the Omnitrix." Vilgax informs as the screen shows an image of the watch. "The one who succeeds, collects the reward. Do not disappoint me." Vilgax says as the screen then changes to several escape pods being jettisoned from Vilgax's ship and heading straight for Remnant.
The screen changed again to show a desert area, where Sterling Arc was currently finishing up a structure he was working on, one with several cans and tires strung up in the air.
"Hmm," Tai hummed in interest as he leaned in, curious at what the older man was up to.
Seeing his work finished, he called out to his grandson. "You ready?"
Standing in the middle of the structure was Jaune, smirking as he slammed his hand onto the watch, transforming his whole body into crystals resembling the form of Diamondhead.
"Oh yeah." Diamondhead said in an eager tone.
"Ah, looks like they are getting a little training done." Ghira realized.
"That's good." Ironwood nodded in approval. "It's a good idea to properly understand how these aliens and their powers work."
"And considering there aren't any academies or such in this universe, it would be best for Mr. Arc to hone his skills." Glynda said in agreement.
"Plus it can help him with those Bounty Hunters coming after him." Ruby added with a hopeful smile. "Maybe now he can prepare himself."
Sterling stood behind a mechanism that controlled the obstacles. "Remember to think out there, Jaune." Sterling advised. "Don't just try to muscle it. Might isn't always right."
"I know." Diamondhead said as his hands turned into spikes. "But it's always fun!"
"I know that for sure!" Yang said with an eager grin as she pounded her fists together.
"That doesn't always end up well, Miss Xiao Long." Ozpin advises. "A lesson you and this version of Mr. Arc should learn."
"I can think things through when I want to." Yang said. "But I always tend to finish things a lot quicker by going all out."
"You're fighting against Neopolitan say otherwise." View says, causing Yang to scowl slightly before turning her sights back onto the screen.
Sterling then pulled on one of the levers, which tossed a couple of cans at Diamondhead. But the shard alien turned and fired shard projectiles at the cans, piercing through all of them.
"Hmm, good shot." Pyrrha complimented with a smile.
"Have you ever thought about giving Mr Arc a ranged weapon, Miss Nikos?" Ironwood asked.
"We've discussed it, and while we do agree that it would prove beneficial, we'd rather focus on his sword work for the moment." Pyrrha explained.
"Y'know, I wouldn't mind helping out if you guys needed a hand?" Ruby offered, hoping for a chance to improve or suggest new weapon ideas for the pair of them.
"That's nice of you to offer, Ruby." Pyrrha smiled, all the while the rest of Team RWBY watched with slightly worried looks.
Sterling pulled a few more levers, which caused a few target boards to drop down behind Diamondhead, turning again to fire at them, hitting them all. He took a few steps back, turning the spikes back into hands as his fingers were clenching back and forth, waiting for the next move. More cans were thrown as Diamondhead fired at them from behind his back, even hitting a nearby cactus. He pulled off a somersault in front of more targets as fired more shard projectiles at them.
"Hmm," Qrow hummed with a skeptical gaze. "Getting a bit sloppy there."
With no more targets left, Diamondhead reverted his hands back and blew off smoke from his finger like a gun's barrel, all the while Cyana watched from a lounge chair near the Rust Bucket.
"Show off." Cyana says while applying sunscreen.
"She's not exactly wrong." Weiss said.
"Nothing wrong with that." Coco said with a smirk.
"Don't I know it." Yang grinned in agreement
Sterling was also unimpressed by Jaune's showboating. "Focus, Jaune. Think!"
"Don't worry, Grandpa." Diamondhead said before several cans suddenly came flying at him. He managed to duck in time and pointed his hand at the cans without even turning and fired at him, not paying attention to an incoming tire as it hit him in the face, tossing him in the air as he fired his spikes wildly as they went in all other directions.
"Ooh!" Yang winced. "That's gotta hurt."
"That's why you shouldn't showboat so much, so you can be aware of your surroundings in battle." Glynda said.
Sterling's eyes widened as he immediately ducked as a few spikes hit near him. Cyana saw what was happening and screamed as she quickly got out of her chair just as a couple spikes hit where she would've been sitting, one of them hitting the bottle of sunscreen.
"That was way too close." Velvet said, putting a hand on her chest after witnessing Sterling and Cyana nearly get hit by one of the shards.
"Starting to see what Sterling was talking about." Blake said.
Cyana peaked her head out from the table she hid under, only for the sunscreen to pour all on her scalp, much to her irritation.
Sterling stood back up once the firing had stopped, as did Diamondhead, who looked around to see the damage he's done. Diamondhead gave a nervous laugh. "Whoops. My bad." Diamondhead shrugs.
The screen changes to the Rust Bucket on the road, where Jaune was currently getting chewed out by Cyana.
"You rock-head, you almost turned me into Swiss Cheese!" Cyana said.
"Swiss?" Blake said with a confused look.
"Don't think it's a brand I recognize." Penny said, tilting her head in confusion.
"I said I was sorry. What else do you want?" Jaune said as he turned and folded his arms from Cyana.
"What we want is for you to take that thing on your wrist more seriously, Jaune." Sterling said in a stern tone. "It's not a toy. You've got to think when you use it."
"He's right." Tai said in agreement of the older man. "That thing has already caught a lot of attention."
"Especially from Vilgax." Ironwood added. "Now that he's brought in extraterrestrial bounty hunters to hunt him down and retrieve the watch."
"And I doubt this version of Mr. Arc would fare well against them." Glynda said, pushing up her glasses. "Considering his ego."
"Hey, give him a chance." Nora said in defense of her leader. "When he gets his head in the game, he's an unstoppable force!"
"Yeah!" Yang said in agreement. "Jaune can take those guys out without breaking a sweat."
"I hope you're right, for your friends sake." Winter said with a serious expression.
"I know. But come on!" Jaune complained. "You guys have seen me in action. I'm the baddest Jaune in town! I've kicked so much alien butt my feet hurt." Jaune boastfully says as he rests his feet on the table.
Cyana just pushes them off the table, "Yeah, well, one of these days, you're gonna screw around and get your own butt kicked, and I hope I'm there to see it!" Cyana said with a smug smirk.
Jaune just gave his own smug smirk as he faced Cyana. "Dream on, geek face."
"Man, it's liking listening to my sisters back home all over again." Saphron said.
The Rust Bucket began to make strange noises as it began to slow down. "Uh oh, that doesn't sound good." Sterling said.
Meanwhile, the hoverboard Hunter was using a tracker device that led him to Sterling's shooting range.
"Oh great, they're already here." Sun exclaimed.
"At least they got away in time." Terra said.
"This is where the Omnitrix was last activated." The Hunter stated before walking towards the structure for further investigation.
But unbeknownst to him, the other two Bounty Hunters were watching from the top of a nearby cliff.
"And it looks like he's brought some friends with him." Coco said with a scowl.
The thin alien spoke in an unknown language before using his jetpack to fly over to the structure.
"You can say that again." The Crab Alien said in agreement. "A rock pile like this is better off space dust!"
"I'd like to see him try." Yang said in a challenging tone.
"Yeah, I'd like to make crab meat outta him!" Nora said in agreement.
The Hoverboard Hunter continues tracking his quarry inside of the structure, coming to a stop when he notices a can with a piece of shard pierced inside of it. He went to pick it up, when it was suddenly snatched by an appendage from the purple Bounty Hunter.
He tried to inspect it, only for the Hoverboard hunter to grab the cable and snap it clean off. This angered the purple alien as he extends more appendages while the Hoverboard Hunter places a hand on his gun.
"Looks like they aren't playing nice with each other after all." Qrow commented.
"Hopefully they'll take each other out and save Jaune the trouble." Weiss said, taking her teammates by surprise by her cold approach.
"Kinda dark there, Weiss." Yang said, a little disturbed.
"They're trying to get Jaune, Yang." Weiss reminded. "If they fight against each other, then Jaune can at least deal with less of them."
"Can't argue against the logic there." Kali admitted.
The purple hunter snarls at him with his native tongue at the Hoverboard alien and the Crab Hunter.
"Whoa! Big talk from a gearhead!" Kraab remarks, placing his hand on his hip.
"Ooh! Them's fighting words!" Nora said with an excited look, hoping to see a fight among the Bounty Hunters.
"I can't even understand what...er." Ruby says, looking up at View for a name.
"SixSix." View answered.
"What SixSix is saying." Ruby finishes.
"What kinda name is SixSix?" Weiss asks.
"It's better than Kraab at least." View said.
"Crab?" Pyrrha repeated.
"No, Kraab." View corrected.
"Man, space is weird." Sun commented.
The Hoverboard Hunter then got up right to SixSix's face. "Get in my way again, and I'll teach you how to say dismantled."
With that threat, SixSix backed down, holstering his weapons while giving in one final curse towards them before flying up in the air and away from.
The Hoverboard Hunter holstered his blaster and proceeded to walk away, just as Kraab leaps up and spins his four legs very fast, acting like a drill and burrowing into the ground.
The Hoverboard Hunter continued to make his leave, until his foot tripped a cord, causing targets to rise from the ground. He quickly spins around and shoots the structure with his gun, destroying it in a giant explosion while leaving on his Hoverboard, leaving behind the pierced can.
"So cool..." Ruby whispered in awe.
Meanwhile, the Arc family had parked in what seemed to be an abandoned settlement.
"Looks like nobody's home." Jaune commented.
"Not for a while. My IntelliMap program says this is Slaterville. Incorporated in 1857 after the discovery of silver. Went bust in the late '50s when the mine ran out." Cyana explained.
"Hmm, that sounds intriguing." Penny said with an interested hum.
"Quite." Weiss said in agreement. "It would be interesting to hear histories from other worlds."
"Why does everything out of your mouth sound like a book report?" Jaune rudely says, causing Cyana to scowl at him.
"Aha!" Sterling calls out, gaining both of the kid's attention as they turn to their Grandpa, who takes his head out of the RV's hood. "I think I found the problem." Sterling said, holding up a dripping tube with a crystal shard running through it. "Leaky fuel line."
"Man, he really did hit everything." Coco said.
Cyana sent Jaune an accusing look while he smiled sheepishly. "Uh...'lucky shot'?" Jaune says as he rubs the back of his head.
"More like 'unlucky'" Ilia commented.
"I should be able to patch it up." Sterling said.
"Sorry, Grandpa." Jaune apologized. "Let me help!" He offers while turning the Omnitrix dial. "Maybe Four Arms. No, wait, Upgrade!"
Ruby tilted her head in curiosity. "Upgrade? I don't think we heard that one before."
"Must be another alien we haven't seen yet." Pyrrha guessed.
"With a name like that, it does sound somewhat interesting." Ironwood said.
"-I think you've done enough, Jaune." Sterling gently declines. "I'll handle this."
Jaune was slightly disappointed by this. "Okay... Guess I'll just check this place out!" Jaune says with his smirk returning as he walks away.
Sterling and Cyana look at each other in worry as they watch Jaune head into town.
"Maybe you should, um..." Sterling tries to say.
"Make sure he doesn't somehow blow everything up?" Cyana asks with a smile, with Sterling nodding.
Cyana winks. "I'm on it." Cyana said as she went to find her cousin.
"I'm sure Jaune wouldn't be so reckless as to do that." Pyrrha said in defense of her partner.
"Considering the incident at the firing range, I have high doubts about that." Winter said.
Jaune then approaches an empty warehouse. "Oh, talk about old school. Look at all this junk!" Jaune comments as he enters inside, picking up an old wrench.
As Jaune looked around, he could hear Cyana's voice from outside. "Jaune? JAUNE?"
Jaune looks outside to see Cyana walking past the warehouse. He then gets a devilish smile on his face and starts turning on the Omnitrix and goes back inside.
"Oh no, please don't tell me he's gonna do something stupid." Weiss groans.
A flash of green shoots out of the tall warehouse entrance as Cyana turns her head and frowns.
"Apparently so." Ghira sighed.
Meanwhile, SixSix was using a tracker on the Omnitrix when he suddenly got a bead on its location and started flying away in that direction.
"And now the bounty Hunters have an exact readout of his location." Ozpin said in a serious tone.
Glynda groaned. "Of all the times to be doing such foolish games..."
"To be fair, he doesn't know about the bounty hunters." Tai said in defense. "And at least he's in alien form, so at least he can defend himself."
"Unless he's Gray Matter, all he can do then is hide." Ilia pointed out.
Back in the empty warehouse, Cyana stood at the entrance. "CALLING ALL DWEEBS!" Cyana calls out loudly, but no response. She worryingly walks in. As she passes through the warehouse, a creepy shadow begins to follow after her. As it reached her, it passed right through her, causing her to shiver.
"What's the matter, Cyana?" A chilling and raspy voice called out to her as a floating, intangible mass appeared in front of her. "You look like you've seen a ghost, freak!" The ghost alien said before becoming visible, a gray phantom with a single purple eye as he cackled menacingly.
"Another new alien. This time a real creepy looking one." Ruby said as she was both awed by the new alien and a little scared by it.
"What Alien is it?" Blake asked, looking up at their host, but he didn't respond, instead he was looking at the ghost alien with a sense of unease to him, looking at it with a look of suspicion and distrust to him. "View?" Blake repeated again, raising her voice to gain his attention.
"Oh, sorry." View apologized as he shook his head into focus. "That is an Ectonurite. An alien that resembles a ghost and has ghost-like abilities. From the planet Anur Phaetos that's based in the Anur System."
"Ooh! Spooky!" Nora said with excitement.
"That's one word for him…" View muttered.
"Get over yourself, doofus. You don't scare me." Cyana said, folding her arms as a rumbling could be heard and felt within the warehouse, worrying Cyana.
A burrowing object from underground was beginning to come towards Ghostfreak and Cyana. Ghostfreak quickly grabbed his cousin and lifted her in the air, just as the burrowing object emerged from the ground, revealing Kraab as his head popped out.
"Oh no. He's found them!" Saphron said in worry while her son whimpered at the sight of the scary crab alien.
"At least it's just one of them." Sun pointed out.
"Yeah! Plus, Jaune's a ghost now. His attacks won't do a thing to him!" Ruby said in an optimistic tone.
"I wouldn't be too sure of that, kiddo." Qrow advised. "That crab guy may have things that may take down the kid."
"But he does!" Cyana said, scared as he approached them.
"No problem." Ghostfreak says. "I'll handle this guy." Ghostfreak said as he floated over near the crab like alien. "Oh man, you put the ug in ugly." Ghostfreak taunted.
"No kidding." Coco said.
"Hand over the Omnitrix and I promise you won't suffer...much!" Kraab said while snapping his big claw.
"Dream on, claw boy!" Ghostfreak said. Suddenly his one eye trailed to the back of his body, looking at Cyana. "What's he talking about?"
"Duh? Why else would some alien track you down?" Cyana questions rhetorically. "It wants the watch, Einstein!"
"Who?" Weiss questions.
"You don't have to get snotty about it, Miss Know-It-All." Ghostfreak said before his eyes returning back to its place and addressed Kraab. "Sorry 'crabby', the watch and I are kind of...attached."
"Not for long." Kraab said, pinching his claw threateningly.
"You have no idea who you're messing with." Ghostfreak says in a threatening voice.
"Ergh..." Yang shivered. "Don't know why, but that ghost alien just gave me the creeps."
"Well, it is a ghost." Blake pointed out. "They're not normally known for being friendly."
"Yeah, but something's...different about this one." Yang said, though she wasn't sure why.
"I'm...actually in agreement with Yang on this one." Pyrrha said, feeling a sense of uneasiness whenever she was looking at Ghostfreak.
"I was just about to say the same thing." Kraab said with the same tone.
"Oh, yeah? Do you know this one? "Now you see me, now you don't!" Ghostfreak says as he suddenly disappears from sight, leaving Cyana there, who just laughs nervously before running away.
"Wha-Don't just leave her there!" Weiss chastised the younger Jaune for just leaving.
"Hopefully Kraab won't go after her as well." Kali said.
"Some mercenaries are willing to do anything to go after their quarry." Winter said. "Including going after loved ones."
Kraab steps back and carefully looks around him, his scanners not picking up the Omnitrix wearer in sight. Ghostfreak appears from up the floor behind Kraab and attempts to sneak up on the Bounty Hunter.
But Kraab's head suddenly spins around to face Ghostfreak. "You're as arrogant as you are dim-witted!" Kraab blatantly insulted, using thermographic vision to detect Ghostfreak's presence.
"He can detect him?" Saphron said.
"Apparently so." Pyrrha said with a look of concern.
Kraab turns to face him and fires from his large claw an orange liquid. It lands on Ghostfreak, which immediately uncloaks him.
"Blech!" Ghostfreak snarled in disgust. "What happened?!"
"Your protoplasm is now solidified," Kraab says as he approaches Ghostfreak. "Making it easier to do...THIS!" Kraab then launches a punch towards Ghostfreak, sending him into a wall.
"He...he just punched him!" Yang said, shocked that the bounty hunter was able to land a hit onto the ghost.
"Man, these guys are prepared." Sun said, surprised.
"And Jaune isn't." Ren said as he watched with growing concern.
Ghostfreak looks up to see Kraab standing over him, and attempts to puncture him with one of his legs, dodging just barely as he attempts to tackle Kraab, only for him to bat him away with his claw, landing on the other side of the warehouse.
Cyana watched what was happening from a hiding spot and ran over to Jaune to help him up.
Ghostfreak groans. "Oh, man...Who is this guy?"
"Remember when I said I wanted to be there when you finally got your butt kicked?" Cyana asked. "I take it waaaay back!"
"How can Jaune fight this guy if he can counter what he does?" Yang asks, frustrated by how Kraab was beating down her friend.
"He'll have to think his way out of this one." Tai said. "Plan around him."
Kraab walked over in their direction and began approaching them.
Cyana turned to Jaune. "You're the super guy, do something!"
Ghostfreak then flew towards Kraab. "You better keep your claws to yourself-" Ghostfreak says as he attempts to attack Kraab, only for him to open his big claw and shoot an electric blast at Ghostfreak.
"AAGH!" Ghostfreak yells as goes flying back to the ground.
"He can't keep rushing in like this." Qrow says. "Going in blind will get you killed."
Cyana watches as Kraab walks up to Ghostfreak, unknowingly standing on a platform as Ghostfreak struggles to get up. "Hardly worth the hunt..." Kraab scoffs.
Cyana watches in horror for her cousin when she suddenly spots a switch box behind the two, connected to the platform. She then gets an idea. "Jaune, GIVE HIM A LIFT!" Cyana yelled.
"Smart find." Ozpin complimented.
"It's clear who got the brains in the family." Qrow remarks.
"Hey!" Saphron snapped, glaring at the old Qrow.
Ghostfreak turns around, noticing the switch box, and quickly pulls the lever. The platform Kraab was standing on suddenly shoots up towards the ceiling, squishing him against it.
"Ha! Nice!" Yang cheered. "Looks like he's crab meat!" Yang joked with a wide grin.
"Boo!" Nora says while giving a thumbs down.
The Omnitrix begins to time out as a flash of red light occurs.
"Jaune, you okay?" Cyana asked as she ran up to her cousin.
"Oh, man..." Jaune groans, rubbing his head, still covered in the orange goop. "That was even weirder than when I normally go Ghostfreak."
"I can imagine." Pyrrha said. "That alien does seem rather...intense and unnatural than the others."
"You mean creepy." Coco comments.
"Come on. Let's get out of here before 'crab cake' wakes up." Cyana said as she and Jaune ran out of the warehouse as Kraab's still-crushed body twitched.
Unbeknownst to them, The bounty hunter with the hoverboard was inside, watching them.
"Him again." Weiss said.
"But why didn't he jump in after they dealt with Kraab?" Ruby asked, confused.
"Maybe he wants to earn the watch himself." Terra suggested.
"Maybe..." Ozpin hummed, curious about this alien's intent, feeling that there was more going on with him.
Jaune and Cyana ran back to Sterling at the Rust Bucket. Sterling notices their worried expression. "What happened?"
"You know, the usual. Some jumbo-sized crustacean burst out of the ground and attacked Jaune." Cyana responded casually. "It said it wanted the watch, only it kept calling it the "Omnitrix"..."
Jaune looked down at the watch and smiled "Just let me go Four Arms, and I'll turn him into a seafood special!"
"With the amount of time that thing takes to recharge, I wouldn't risk it." Coco said.
"And considering how he had a counter against the ghost alien, there's no doubt he would have a counter against Four Arms as well." Velvet added.
"But he's down." Yang said. "Shouldn't they..."
"You'll learn soon enough, Miss Xiao Long." View said, halting Yang before she could finish.
"No time. Repairs are done." Sterling said, heading for the RV. "We're out of here."
"But Grandpa-!" Jaune tried to say, but his face fell once he saw he wasn't going to listen.
"It's for the best, the right thing to do is to fall back and formulate a proper plan." Ironwood said.
The Rust Bucket pulls out and heads back on the road. Though Cyana was still on edge as she was looking at the window for the Bounty Hunter.
"No sign of 'crab guy' yet!" Cyana said.
"Well, he better not show up if he knows what's good for him-!" Jaune said, holding up his wrist when suddenly, they felt a tumble on the roof.
"I guess he doesn't." Blake remarked.
They looked up in shock to see A circular bladesaw cutting through the roof.
"I think we just picked up a hitchhiker!" Cyana worryingly remarks.
The roof was torn open, and SixSix peered his head inside, snarling at him in his language while Jaune and Cyana screamed.
"Oh great, here's the second one!" Nora exclaimed.
"And Jaune's watch is still powered down." Winter said with a serious tone.
"Who's that?!" Cyana yelled.
"Beats me!" Jaune exclaims.
SixSix starts to reach out for Jaune, causing him to recoil back in shock.
Noticing this, Sterling slams onto the brakes, causing SixSix to fall off in front of the RV. Sterling confidently hits the gas, running over him with a smile present on his face.
"Whoa!" Sun exclaimed.
"Damn. That was pretty brutal." Qrow commented, impressed.
"That's...certainly one way to take them out." Glynda said.
"I'll say." Saphron said, stunned by the sight of her grandfather running down that bounty hunter.
But his smile fades as the RV comes to a stop right after. Sterling gets out of the RV to inspect what was wrong. He saw that the tires are all deflated and covered with spikes.
"Looks like he got a shot off on the way." Ren said with a frown.
SixSix starts to get up, looking right at Sterling as he backs away as Jaune and Cyana join him and gasp. Sterling turned and spotted something nearby.
"In there!" Sterling says, looking towards a mine entrance.
The trio run from SixSix and towards the mines. But before he could chase after them, tremors suddenly burrowed towards him, with Kraab suddenly erupting from the ground and in the air in a tornado like fashion.
"Remember me?!" Kraab exclaims as he slams down on SixSix.
"At least while those two fight, Jaune, Cyana and Sterling can get far away from them." Ruby said.
"But it also leaves them open for the third bounty hunter, wherever he is." Weiss pointed out.
The Arcs managed to make it inside the abandoned mine, stopping at a corner to catch their breaths. Jaune slowly peered around the corner for any sign of the Bounty Hunters, but saw no one at the entrance.
"Whew," Jaune sighed in relief as he turned to his family. "The coast is clear!"
"Ah no! Never say that!" Nora cried out. "That is a terrible thing to say!"
"Why is that?" Penny asked inquisitively.
Suddenly, the floor rumbled as Kraab suddenly burst out of the ground in front of them.
"Because that!" Sun yelled out.
"Don't you get tired of being wrong all the time?!" Cyana says.
"The Omnitrix! Give it to me!" Kraab demands as he approaches the Arcs.
Sterling picks up a piece of nearby metal and throws it at Kraab, who crushes it instantly with his claw. The Arcs proceeded to run away as Kraab continued to chase after them. As they ran, Jaune kept tapping the Omnitrix, hoping for it to turn back on. "Come on, do something. Anything!" Jaune pleaded as they turned a corner as Kraab bashed into a wall, quickly running back after them.
But the tunnel the Arcs ran through empties out into an open chasm, trapping them on one side.
"Oh great!" Yang exclaimed. "Things are just getting better and better!"
Cyana gasped at this. "Now what?"
Sterling looks around the place for anything that could help them and spots a cable car."We take a ride"." Sterling pointed out and the trio ran after it, just as Kraab exited through the tunnel and chased after the Arcs.
"Hurry, hurry." Saphron muttered worryingly.
Jaune and Cyana jump inside, while Sterling tries to start the car by pulling the lever. Kraab was nearly catching up with them, but Sterling managed to get the car going and performed a massive leap across the gap to catch it himself before he could get caught.
"That was too close." Kali said.
"They're not out of it yet, sweetie." Ghira reminded.
"What a pathetic excuse for prey!" Kraab snarls as he was about to snap the cable with his claw, only to be shot in the back by SixSix, knocking him to the ground.
With his competition taken out, SixSix flies after the car, shooting at it and knocking the Arcs to the floor. Cyana peers above the car and sees SixSix gaining on them.
"We got company, closing in fast!" Cyana said with growing worry and fear.
"We need a plan." Sterling says.
"Perhaps with the way those two are at odds with one another, they can use that to their advantage." Pyrrha suggested.
"A good idea, Miss Nikos." Glynda complimented. "One I hope the Arcs can carry though if able."
Just then, the Omnitrix finally timed back in, fully restored, much to Jaune's glee. "Yes! Who needs a plan, when you have the watch?" Jaune said as he then got up from his spot and ran to the front of the cart. "I'll take care of this!" Jaune says as he slammed his hand down onto the watch, transforming him into an alien.
"Alright!" Yang said with a grin. "Now Jaune can take care of those guys."
"He's going in without a plan, he's just gonna get beaten down again." Qrow said
"He was caught off guard!" Nora protested. "Now that he's prepared..."
"But he's not." Pyrrha interrupted with a worried tone. "He's clearly going in with the idea that strength alone can win."
Yang was silent, looking down in thought as she considered her friend's words.
"No, Jaune! That's just what it wants!" Sterling tries to warn as Jaune transforms himself into Diamondhead.
"Listen to him, kid!" Tai yelled out.
"At least it's Diamondhead." Velvet said in a hopeful tone. "He's probably Jaune's best alien."
"I doubt it's going to be enough." Winter said.
Diamondhead then turned one of his hands into a blade shard and jumped off the chart and onto the purple bounty hunter as it blasted at him. The two falling down below into the depths of the mine.
Sterling got up to see his grandson falling down. "Jaune!" Sterling calls out.
"Please be safe..." Saphron pleaded.
"He should've stayed with them while he could." Ilia said. "Now he's gonna be in trouble for sure."
The sounds of jet thrusters could be heard as SixSix launched himself up into the skies while hanging onto Diamondhead. They flew up past Sterling and Cyana, then back down as they both crashed into the side of a wall before falling down onto the ground.
The cart with Sterling and Cyana in it went over them as they were going through an entrance hole. "Jaune, come on! Sterling called out as they went through the mines.
"I'll catch up." Diamondhead said as he stood himself up. "First, I'm gonna put some dents in this walking soda machine." Diamondhead declares as he raises his blade arm up.
"I have a feeling it's gonna be the other way around." Qrow said.
SixSix stood up, but Diamondhead suddenly heard the sounds of mechanical footsteps coming from behind. He turned around as his blade arm was suddenly grabbed by a metal pincer and he was suddenly flung towards the wall behind him.
Diamondhead grunts in pain at the impact as he falls to the ground. The two bounty hunters began to approach Diamondhead as he pulled himself up and launched himself at them. He went for SixSix as Kraab reeled back as Diamondhead let loose a series of swipes and strikes, all the while the alien merely dodged them.
"He's unfocused, sloppy." Ironwood said with a frown. "And that's going to get him killed."
Ironwood's words made Jaune's friends and family worry more for the young blonde.
"He should back out now while he has a chance." Tai said.
"Too stubborn." Saphron said as she kept watching. "Always been Jaune's problem. Now I'm worried it might get him killed."
Kraab went in for a strike, only for Diamondhead to block and punch Kraab across the face. But that left him open to be blasted on the side by the other bounty hunter. Diamondhead staggered as he was gut punched by Kraab and then hit behind by the purple bounty hunter. Kraab then grabbed Diamondhead with his pincer, lifted him up in the air and slammed him back down onto the hard ground before tossing him to a wall behind him.
"Oh no, Jaune!" Ruby cried out.
Ozpin shook his head. "He should've left while he was able to. Now Vilgax will potentially get the Omnitrix."
"There is still time." Nora said, her tone slightly shaking. "Sterling and Cyana can come back, come up with something!"
The purple bounty hunter attempted to approach his prey, only for Kraab to block his way. "Back off!" Kraab snarled. "That reward's mine."
The purple then spoke in an unidentified language that sounded like a series of grunts and snarls.
"Well. You don't have to get so personal!" Kraab shot back.
Suddenly, a small, round object came onto the scene as it was launched in the air and rolled on the ground towards Kraab and SixSx. They looked down at the object before it started to spew smoke from its holes.
"Yes! A distraction." Ruby pumped her fist up.
"But who is it from?" Pyrrha questions.
The two tried to shield themselves from the smoke, but it quickly overwhelmed them as they both fell to the ground. In front of them was the third bounty hunter, standing on a hoverboard with a grenade launcher in his hands.
"Oh yeah! The third guy!" Sun realized.
"Hmm, smart." Ironwood complimented. "Using their bickering against them to claim his prize."
"I guess he is smarter than the rest." Yang said.
"Yes, but now he has Jaune now." Weiss pointed out. "And now he's going to Vilgax."
He hovered towards Diamondhead and grabbed him by one of the shards on his back and they exited the area through one of the mine exits.
They exited out of the mines and into the abandoned town as the alien on the hoverboard then tossed Diamondhead into a few mine carts.
"Hey! Rude!" Nora frowned.
"He's a bounty hunter, Nora." Ren recalled. "I doubt he's gonna be pleasant."
Diamondhead grunts in pain as brought himself on one knee as the Bounty Hunter stands over him.
"Billions of beings on this planet, and the Omnitrix winds up on the wrist of a foolhardy youth." The Bounty said with clear disappointment in his voice.
"Wow, sounds like Miss Goodwitch." Coco commented.
Glynda sent a glare at the second year student. "I'll pretend I didn't hear that, Miss Adel." Glynda sternly said.
"Well, like I told your buddies, this thing doesn't come off." Diamondhead said as he stood up to face the bounty hunter. "I've tried."
"Of course it doesn't!" The bounty hunter says as he went up face to face against Diamondhead. "Its power utilizes alien DNA, which binds to the host's own genetic structure." The Bounty Hunter explained, turning away from Jaune as if giving him a lecture.
Penny tilted her head at this. "Hmm, that would prove to be logical."
"How does he know so much about the Omnitrix?" Yang asked.
"Perhaps he may have had a hand in its creation." Winter theorized.
"He could be the inventor!" Ruby guessed. "And he wants to take it back!"
"Hmm, I find it hard to believe. But I do think he knows more than the other two." Weiss said.
"I'm just wondering why he's bothering to talk to Jaune at all."
Diamondhead noticed that with its guard down, he can strike. So he leapt up and charged at him. "It cannot be removed by…simply taking off a hand."
But the Bounty Hunter quickly dodged out of the way and punched him back so hard he was sent flying up and back onto a minecart.
"Your choice of warriors is based solely on brute strength. Without regard for any strategy." The Bounty Hunter chastised. "Do ever pause to consider your actions at all!"
"Can't believe I'm saying this, but he does make a good point." Tai said.
"Dad!" Both Ruby and Yang said in disapproval.
"He's not wrong, kids." Qrow said. "The kid's been going on with nothing but brute strength, and it's only landed him into trouble. He needs to hear it for himself."
Diamondhead tipped himself over on the ground as he pointed a finger at the Bounty Hunter. "Hey! I kicked more than my share of alien butt!" Diamondhead said.
"Such as your recent success in the mineshaft with the bounty hunters?" The Alien asked rhetorically.
"It was two against one!" Diamondhead claimed as he charged towards the Bounty Hunter.
"You were moments away from losing your life, and the Omnitrix." The Hunter reprimands as he fights off against Diamondhead's attempts using just one arm. "Victory should have been swift and effortless." He said as he knocked Diamondhead back to the ground.
"Wait, I'm confused, is he trying to hunt Jaune…or train him?" Nora asked.
"I think he's more mad that Jaune isn't more focused and planned." Pyrrha guessed.
The Bounty Hunter stood over Diamondhead. "The Omnitrix is not some toy for your amusement." He said as Diamondhead leaned up from the ground. "It's the most powerful weapon in the galaxy, the key to an epic battle between good and evil."
"Hmm, it sounds like this bounty hunter understands the stakes behind the watch." Ozpin hummed in interest.
"Quite." Ironwood said in agreement, both stunned and impressed by his statement.
Diamondhead stood up from the ground to face the bounty hunter. "And whose side are you on?" Diamondhead questions.
"You're still alive, aren't you?" The Bounty Hunter answered.
"You're a good guy?" Diamondhead said in a tone of disbelief.
"But then why would someone like him be in the service of Vilgax?" Ruby asked.
"Maybe it was a cover to find the watch for himself." Blake suggested.
"My mission is to retrieve the Omnitrix at all costs. Since it is attached to you, I will bring you back for its removal." He said, pointing at Diamondhead as he swiped away his hand in defiance.
"I guess he's not a good guy to Jaune at least!" Nora frowned.
"Oh no. I'm not going anywhere."
The Bounty Hunter seemingly glared back at him. "It's not your choice."
"It is now!" Diamondhead grunts as he leaped right at the Bounty Hunter to the ground, dropping his hoverboard in the process.
The Bounty Hunter grabbed onto Diamondhead's face and pushed him off onto a couple of nearby barrels.
"It's disturbing how little you know of this alien's strengths or weaknesses. You barely scratched the surface of its potential."
"Yeah?" Diamondhead says as he picks himself up from the ground. "So what makes you such an expert?"
The Bounty Hunter's helmet then began to fold back, revealing himself to be of the same species as Diamondhead.
The audience gasped in shock at this stunning revelation. Completely turned around that this bounty hunter was revealed to be one of Jaune's own aliens.
"He's…a Diamondhead?" Ruby asked, still in surprise over the revelation.
"A Petrosapien, Ruby." Penny reminded as she looked at the screen in awe.
"Well I'll be damned." Qrow said.
"Man, I didn't think we get to see one of Jaune's aliens...like this before." Yang said, amazed.
"Maybe that's how this guy knows so much about the Omnitrix, maybe he donated his DNA to the watch." Nora suggested.
"Possibly. Though I would doubt it, Nora." Ren said.
Diamondhead was completely stunned by this. "You're…me."
"Wrong. I am a noble warrior." The Bounty Hunter said. "You are an impulsive annoyance."
The Omnitrix's timer then began to go off before quickly transforming Diamondhead back into Jaune.
"We have wasted enough time." Tetrax says as he picks up Jaune by the back of his shirt.
"Hey! Let me dooown!" Jaune demands.
"No! He's gonna take Jaune with him!" Ruby said with fear.
"And to Vilgax." Ironwood glared. "And with him the Omnitrix."
"But where's Sterling and Cyana?" Terra asked. "Shouldn't they be there with them?"
Tetrax looks for his hoverboard, but finds it missing. Tetrax then heard the sounds of mechanical clanking, looking up to see Kraab walking out from behind a building, with Tetrax's hoverboard.
"Looking for THIS?!" Kraab asks while holding up the board. "You're not getting off this planet with the Omnitrix, and just to be sure..." Kraab says he turns his head behind him to see SixSix holding Cyana and Sterling.
"Oh no!" Penny gasped.
Saphron's eyes widened with fear. "Grandpa! Cyana!"
"They better not hurt them!" Nora growled.
"Hands off!" Sterling demands.
"Let me go!" Cyana says as she struggles to get out of his grip, much to Jaune's shock.
"See, we've decided to work together! And split the reward...and you, in half!" Kraab threateningly says, clamping his claw while Jaune looks worried for his family.
"Now what?" Kali asked with worry.
"I don't know, dear." Ghira said.
"Maybe Jaune and uh..." Ruby looks up to View for a name.
"Tetrax." View confirmed.
"Maybe now Jaune and Tetrax might work together." Ruby suggested.
"What makes you think he's willing to work with Jaune?" Ilia questions.
"Y'know the saying, the enemy of my enemy." Yang pointed out.
"Not a bad idea, Miss Rose." Ozpin said. "Though I'm doubtful Tetrax will follow through."
The two groups stand off in the setting sun. Tetrax holding onto Jaune, while SixSix were holding weapons to Sterling and Cyana's faces...
And then, Kraab makes the first move by shooting beams at Tetrax. He used his back to block the blasts and shielded Jaune from it. Once it stopped, Tetrax fled to a nearby house while Kraab continued to fire at him.
Once inside, Tetrax drops Jaune to the floor, looking up to see Tetrax with his back against Kraab's fire.
SixSix spoke to Kraab, causing him to stop blasting.
"Don't blow a gasket, 'metal-mouth', I know what I'm doing!" Kraab snaps before continuing.
Back inside, Jaune was eager to take on the Bounty Hunters. "What are we waiting for? We've gotta save them!"
"Yeah!" Yang said in agreement. "Lay the beat down onto those jerks!"
Tetrax just lifts Jaune by his shirt. "Don't be foolish. Keeping the Omnitrix secure is the only priority here."
"Not to me. That's my family!" Jaune insisted.
"You cannot save them. You would soon be overpowered and captured." Tetrax pointed out. "The obvious choice is for me to retrieve my hoverboard, so that we may leave the planet."
Ruby sighs. "And I was just starting to like him."
"What do you expect?" Weiss said. "People like him only care about the reward."
"But-"
But Tetrax interrupts. "Stay here." Tetrax said as he puts Jaune down and runs out through the door, leaping through the smoke of Kraab's fire and fires crystals of his own at them. They pierce right through SixSix's body, staggering him to the ground and dropping Sterling and Cyana.
"Good shot." Tai complimented.
"Now hopefully they can get out of there safely." Pyrrha said.
As Kraab turns around, Tetrax is running up to him, leaping past a swipe from his claw and snatches back the hoverboard out of Kraab's hands. He opens it and flies away, dodging blasts from the now-recovered SixSix. Tetrax circles back around to them and leaps off the board, landing on SixSix and causing a massive cloud of smoke, causing Kraab, Sterling, and Cyana to back away.
The smoke cleared to show Tetrax and SixSix in a small crater, where Tetrax lifted up SixSixby the neck and punched him out of it. SixSix leans up and shoots a rocket from his wrist, Tetrax quickly forming a diamond construct to shield himself from the blast.
"Whoa! That was cool!" Nora exclaimed.
"I wonder if Jaune can do that." Penny pondered.
"Maybe with enough practice." Blake said.
"If he can make it out of this. Winter said.
Kraab suddenly jumps behind Tetrax and swings at him, but Tetrax grabs him and throws him away. Jaune peaked out from a hole in the house to see Kraab landing a few feet from him. Jaune looks down at the Omnitrix, which was now recharged.
Yang grinned. "Nice! The watch is back online!"
"Now Jaune can fight back against these guys!" Nora said with excitement.
"Or another repeat like in the mines." Qrow said.
"Like Tetrax said, if he continues to play it like before." Ozpin added.
This gave Yang pause as she looked back at the screen.
Jaune grins at this. "Alright, hero time!" Jaune says, just as Kraab looks up, spotted Jaune, causing him to flee back into the house. Standing back up to see SixSix busy, He crawls towards the house for his prey. Jaune hides behind a table from Kraab as he and the Omnitrix. The dial landed on Four Arms. But Jaune doesn't use him immediately, instead he pauses, and thinks back on the words spoken to him.
"Remember to think out there, Jaune. Don't just try to muscle it. "Might isn't always right"!" Sterling's voice echoed out to him.
"Your choice of warriors is based SOLELY on brute strength, without regard for any strategy. Do you ever pause to consider your actions at all?" Tetrax's voice added to Jaune's thoughts.
"Hopefully, he'll listen this time." Glynda said, not wanting to see the young Jaune get taken or worse.
"He will." Pyrrha said with full confidence.
Jaune looks back to the watch and dialed for a different alien instead.
Kraab looks around, and a flash of light fills the room, alerting Kraab. He smashed the table in front of him, but found nothing there. As he roots around in the rubble, Grey Matter spies him from the ceiling.
"Gray Matter?" Ren said with a look of interest.
"I mean I would've opted for Diamondhead or XLR8." Ruby said.
"But Gray Matter does have an advanced mind, friend Ruby." Penny pointed out.
"Yeah, but he ain't exactly strong. What can he do?" Sun questions.
View smirks. "Just wait and see."
Kraab looked around for any sign of Jaune when suddenly, Gray Matter hopped on top of his head. He tried batting him off his head to no avail.
GET OFF ME, YOU TINY LITTLE...!" Kraab angrily says as Grey Matter slips down into Kraab's neck and roots around in the electronics underneath.
"There should be a nerve cluster in here somewhere." Grey Matter mutters as Kraab continues to dig him out. But Grey Matter does find some wires and proceeds to rip them out. Kraab began stumbling out of the house, yelling out in pain as he widely shook around. Grey Matter rips out another wire that causes Kraab's entire head to spin around. Coming to a stop as a puff a smoke came out of his head...and he fell to the ground, completely out of commission.
Ozpin smiled. "Very good."
"Hmm, fighting smarter." Winter smiled in approval.
"Take 'em out, Jaune!" Ruby cheered.
Grey Matter jumped out of Kraab's body. "One down!"
Meanwhile, Tetrax and SixSix are still continuing their fight, reaching to a stop when SixSix grabs Tetrax and uses his jetpack to fly him up in the air, coming right back down and suplexing him into the ground.
Grey Matter saw what was happening and gasped. But SixSix spots Grey Matter and aims his wrist-rockets at him. Sterling quickly jumps on SixSix's back to throw his aim off.
"Jaune! Run!" Sterling yells out as SixSix throws Sterling to the ground, much to Gray Matter's shock as he runs towards SixSix as he starts menacingly spinning his circular saw close to his face.
"NO!" Cyana cried out.
"Grandpa!" Saphron called out in worry.
Tetrax looks up to see SixSix about to kill the old man, but sees Gray Matter hopping on his back.
"Guess who?" Gray Matter says, gaining his attention as he begins fumbling immediately.
"I told you to stay out of my way!" Tetrax said.
"Eh, where's the fun in that." Yang grinned, wanting to see what Jaune's gonna do next.
"Wonder what would happen if I did this!" Gray Matter said with a grin as he ripped out the wires in SixSix's armor, causing his jet-pack to take off, flying around wildly in several different directions before slamming into the supports of a water tower.
"Ooh!" Sun winced, while still smiling. "That's gotta hurt."
"I bet it's gonna hurt even worse." Coco grinned.
SixSix eventually dives to the ground, the thrust of the jetpack dragging him across it. He finally stops right in front of Kraab, still on the floor. Grey Matter looks up to see the water tower's supports failing and the tower starting to teeter.
Kraab looks up to see the water tower falling as Grey Matter begins to flee. "I hate this planet..." Kraab mutters before the tower comes crashing down on Kraab and SixSix's bodies and bursts open with water.
"Alright!" Nora cheered for her fearless leader.
"I'm quite impressed." Ironwood said. "I didn't imagine Mr. Arc would be able to take them on with that alien."
"I guess sometimes, some people can surprise you." Ozpin said with a slight smirk."
"Only one way to beat the desert heat, don't you think...?" Gray Matter asks as he turns to Tetrax.
"Pretty smart...for a human." Tetrax compliments.
Grey Matter just smiles and nods.
Tetrax pulls out a device to deploy a small flying cube. It hovers to where Kraab and SixSix are laying, grows to engulf them in a larger cube, then shrinks back to its original size, and then along with it, with Tetrax walking over to pick it up in his pocket, just as the Omnitrix times out.
Tetrax turned to the Arcs. "I'll return as soon as I am able!"
"What about this?" Jaune asked while raising the Omnitrix up.
"It's in good hands until then." Tetrax said. he then hands Jaune his hoverboard. "This may be of some use in the meantime."
"Oh awesome!" Ruby said, pumping her fist up in excitement at the hoverboard.
"Meh..." Yang shrugs. "I prefer a good old fashioned motorcycle."
Jaune's face then grew to excitement. "Oho, man! Are you serious?!" Jaune says as his face falls a bit. "Hold on... You said you needed this to get off the planet."
"Selective disinformation." Tetrax answers.
Jaune turned to Cyana with a confused look. "Huh?"
"He lied." Cyana clarified.
"Oh!" Nora says in realization. "Well why didn't he say so?"
Weiss groaned as she placed a palm against her face.
Tetrax takes a few steps forward and pulls out a device from his belt; his helmet slides back over his face and he presses the device, teleporting him away and disappearing from the Arc Family.
"I like him!" Nora said with a smile.
"He was...interesting to say the least." Ren said. "I do think there's more to Tetrax than we may know."
"You are quite right, Mr. Ren." Ozpin complimented his student. "Perhaps we may yet learn more about him in the future."
"How come you get all the cool alien stuff?" Cyana asked, annoyed.
Jaune proudly smirks. "Fits my style."
"Riiight..." Cyana says, totally unconvinced. "I have something for you too!" Cyana says as she suddenly pours sunscreen all over his head.
"Ugh! Hey!" Jaune says in disgust. "What'd you do that for?!"
"Wouldn't want that big head of yours to get sunburned." Cyana said as Jaune rapidly shook his head.
"Ooh! That's one heck of a burn." Coco chuckled.
"Actually, considering he's wearing sunscreen, that would prevent him from getting burned." Penny explained with a smile on her face.
"Ha!" Yang laughed.
Meanwhile back on the Chimeran Hammer, Vilgax was watching a feed of Remnant, where a spec of light exits the planet and shoots off into space.
"Betrayed..." Vilgax snarls.
The Bioid next to him informs him of the information he had. "Sensors indicate the Omnitrix is not with the mercenaries."
"It would appear the creature who possesses the Omnitrix...is as clever as it is fierce." Vilgax theorizes. "But I shall not be denied." He declared as the screen went to black.
"Man," Yang says as the lights come back on into the room. "He looks pissed."
"Thankfully he's still recovering from his wounds and can't attack them personally at this time." Pyrrha said.
"Yes, but for however long that remains to be unsure." Ozpin said as his tone held a sense of worry and foreboding to it.
"I hope we see that Tetrax guy again." Ruby said. "He was kinda cool."
"I couldn't tell." Blake said in a dry tone and a small smirk.
"Maybe he could be a teacher for Jaune in the future." Weiss suggested. "He could certainly learn a lot from him."
"Quite." Glynda said. "You all could for that matter that strength doesn't necessarily guarantee victory.
"Yeah, I guess you're right." Yang said. "Guess I could learn some of that myself."
"I'm glad you all think so." View said from his area. "Now then, we'll take a break as usual, and once you've finished and are ready, I'll set up the next world. Which will be a return to the world of Spider-Man."
The audience understood, ready to brace themselves for the next viewing, all except for Ozpin who looked down for a brief moment, feeling a sense of guilt within him due to the actions of his counterpart, but somewhat hopeful that the Jaune of that world will stop him before it's too late.

Well, I'm almost nearly finished with Worlds of Arc. I already have the rest of the Ben 10 chapters finished and ready for upload, I'm nearly finished with the Cybertron and I only have the Spider-Man chapters left to go through.
I was hoping to get them all finished by today, but I had a tendency to procrastinate on my work. But I thought I'd publish a chapter now, especially since canonically, today is meant to be Jaune's birthday, so I figured I'd publish something in honor for the blonde goofball we all love. And hopefully, I can have this story completed sometime before March ends.
Next chapter, as mentioned in this one, will return back to the world of Spider-Man, where Jaune will work with Pyrrha, Oscar and Blake in order to take their city back from the Sinister Six as he faces off against each member as they all have their own dangerous quality about them.
