Disclaimer: I clearly DON'T own Sonny With A Chance, or I wouldn't be writing this disclaimer, now would I?

I hope y'all enjoy the story! This is my first time writing a SWAC fanfic, so I'm really excited.

This is just gonna be a oneshot of the entire episode, Sonny in the Kitchen With Dinner. I'll do it from Sonny's pov then Chad's. Hope y'all enjoy it!

Well, enough of me talking! Get to reading!

Sonny's POV:

I walked into the cafeteria of Condor Studios, talking on the phone with the delivery person, who's supposed to be delivering my Blarmey, the blanket with arms. "Well, then, my Blarmey, the blanket with arms, should have been here already."

"Why do you keep on saying "Blarmey, the blanket with arms? It's annoying."

"Oh, because I like saying, "Blarmey, the blanket with arms," that's why." I said, as I sat down at the table with Tawni.

"Do you just want to cancel your order? Because it's one push away, and I can cancel it in a heartbeat."

"No, I don't want to cancel my order. All I want is my Blarmey, the blanket with..." I said, as the she hung up and the dial tone came on. "Hello? Oh! Can you believe she hung up on me?" I asked this question to Tawni, who was staring off in a daze.

"Can you believe how cute the new assistant is?" She was staring at the new assistant, Hayden, who was filling a yogurt cone at the yogurt machine. "Look at him over there, filling up his cone. His swirls are just perfect."

I giggled, putting my purse on top of the table. "Girl, you've got it bad."

"I know. It's so weird." Tawni smiled. "Hayden's so different from every other guy I've liked."

I had to agree there. "Yeah, but you know what? It's nice." I said. "He's not a movie star or a hotel heir."

"Or a prince." Tawni said.

I stared at her in shock. "Or a prince." I stumbled on my words.

"Yeah, but I'll take him anyway." She chuckled, then clapped her hands together.

I tried to help her out. "Why don't you go talk to him?" I offered.

"No, no, no, I couldn't do that." She said.

I stood up and grabbed her out of her chair, making her stand up. "Sure you can. You're Tawni Hart, remember?"

"Okay, okay, here I go." She said, as she started to walk to Hayden. But then she stopped and came back to the table. "I'm back. I have no idea how to talk to a normal guy."

I was not going to give up on trying to help her. "Well, just be yourself." I said.

"You're right. Here I go!" I hit her on her shoulder and she started to walk back over to where Hayden was standing. But then she turned around and came back to the table again. "I'm back. I can't do it."

"Well, you know what? That's okay, 'cause he's on his way over." I said, as I saw Hayden start to walk towards us.

"What do you think he wants?" She said, with a nervous expression on her face.

I laughed at her expression. "I don't know, but just pretend he's a regular guy on the street."

She slowly backed away from the table, saying in a singsong voice. "Guy on the street, guy on the street."

He came up behind her with a smile on his face. "Hey Tawni."

"Don't touch my purse!" She cried in a defensive tone, clutching her purse close to her chest.

"Uh, okay." He said, chuckling. "Hey, Sonny."

I smiled weirdly at him as he walked away laughing. I looked at Tawni, who was still clutching her purse to her. "Maybe I should handle this. I'll figure out a way to get you two together, okay?"

I started to walk out of the cafeteria. "Okay. Watch your purse." She said, pointing at me.

I turned around and looked at her with a weird look on my face as I walked out of the cafeteria. I knew exactly what to do for a date for them.

Later that day, I walked onto the set of Mackenzie Falls, where I knew Chad Dylan Cooper was at and he was the one I needed to see.

He was getting his hair done by his stylist/assistant, while eating his sandwich, which is also named after him. It's called "The Chad."

"Mmm. Mmm. That's some good Chad." He said, as he took a bite out of his sandwich.

I walked over to him, and leaned against the vanity. "Uh, you got some Chad on your shirt." I said, as I took it off his shirt and threw it over my shoulder.

"Oh, thanks." He smiled at me.

"Mmm-hmm." I smiled back.

"Bib me." He said to his assistant, who complied to his request in seconds.

So, Chad...," I smiled, smacking up the end of his bib. "I need a favor. Listen, I'm helping Tawni out and we need your courtside seats for the Lakers game."

He chuckled, grabbing the tickets from the vanity. "You mean... these?"

"Thanks, Chad." I went to grab them, but he snatched them out of my reach, and got out of his chair.

"Ah! Not so fast!" He said. "I have these seats because..."

He was already starting to push my buttons and I hadn't even been here for more than two minutes. "You're the star of Mackenzie Falls, the number-one tween show." I faked a smile.

"Oh, that's worth one." He handed me one ticket. I knew I wasn't gonna get out of this the easy way.

"And you have the best-tasting sandwich in the whole cafeteria." I smiled against my best judgment.

"Oh! Here's number two. You wanna go for three?"

I knew what he was gonna make me say, but I just couldn't do it. There was no way I would. "I can't."

"Ooh, say it." Chad dangled the ticket in my face.

"I won't." I said, trying to fight it.

He got up in my face. "Say it." He whispered.

I could feel his breath on my face and it made me feel faint. I know I'm not supposed to like him, but I can't help it. I just do. I sighed and decided to just give him what he wanted. "You're the greatest actor of our generation." I struggled with getting the words out.

He smirked, but then finally handed me the third and final ticket. "Enjoy the game." He said.

I grabbed it, laughed, smiling, then ran off with all three tickets in my hands.

Later that night, Tawni, Hayden, and I made our way to Staples Center, where The Lakers were playing.

Tawni and I were sitting in our courtside seats, waiting for Hayden to get back from the concession stand.

All of the sudden, Tawni stood up and took off her jacket, to reveal that she was wearing a pretty pink dress to a basketball game. "What are you wearing? I told you we were going to a basketball game." I laughed.

"I'm sorry." Tawni said. " All I heard was "ball."

I laughed "Okay, look, Cinderella, tonight's not about your dress. It's about you and Hayden getting to know each other in an easygoing atmosphere." I said, just as soon as the ref made a terrible call. "What? Come on, what kind of call is that? You stink, ref!"

"This better work out. And who's Ralph?" Tawni asked with a confused expression.

Hayden returned to his seat, holding a big thing of snacks. "Hey, I got us some snacks. What did I miss?" He asked.

"I took off my coat." Tawni said with a proud look on her face.

Hayden looked down at her outfit and smiled. "Wow, you look great."

"You also missed that sweaty guy putting that orange ball in the ball hole and a bunch of other sweaty guys patted his sweaty butt." Tawni had a look of disgust on her face.

I could tell this was going the wrong way, so I tried my best to salvage what I could. "See, Hayden? She may not look it, but Tawni sure is a big sports girl." The team made a foul and everyone cheered, so I knew I had to join in. "And a foul, yeah!" I threw my hands in the air, not knowing I hit Tawni's hand, which made her lipstick go up the side of her cheek.

"Thanks a lot, Sonny." She said.

I genuinely felt bad. "Oh, Tawni, I'm so sorry."

"No, seriously, thanks a lot. What's the point of wearing a dress like this when you can't walk around in it? I'll be right back." She got up and started walking towards the bathroom.

I got up and sat next to Hayden, deciding to see how he thought it was going. "So, how's it going with Tawni?"

He smiled shyly as the announcer's loud, booming voice came over the speakers. "Timeout on the court. Now, everybody, give it up for the kiss cam!"

The kiss cam came on the screen and firstly a young married couple came up on the screen, kissing. "Oh, the kiss cam is so cute." I giggled.

Everyone in the stands was chanting, "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

The next couple was an old married couple. "Aww, look at grandma and grandpa up there just making out." Hayden said, as he laughed.

Then the camera traveled down, and soon enough, Hayden and I were on the screen.

Hayden was the first one to notice it. "Hey, look, that's us." He laughed, but it was soon replaced with a look of surprise.

"No, no, no! We're just friends, friends, friends." I said, but clearly, that was the wrong thing to say, because it got ugly fast.

Everyone started throwing their cups and popcorn buckets at us, while booing at us. "Wow, it got ugly in here fast." Hayden said, chuckling awkwardly.

"Hey guys, this isn't even my date!" I exclaimed, trying to explain it. But everyone kept on chanting, so I didn't know what else to do. "Fine. You like kissing? I'll give you kissing." I leaned over to Hayden, and we kissed each other. But I swear, I didn't feel a thing.

It didn't even last for a long time, we just pulled apart. "There. You happy?"

I didn't even notice that Tawni had walked up behind the row of seats until it was too late. "Sonny, what are you doing?" She asked.

"Tawni, it's not what it looks like, I promise." I tried to explain. "It was the kiss cam."

"Really? Well, I think that was a foul against Team Tawni, and I think Ralph will agree with me!" She said, clearly upset and angry. She ran off through the rows of seats.

"Who's Ralph?" Hayden asked, looking confused.

"She means ref." I said, dejectedly, feeling like I just broke my best friend's heart. As the final horn blared, we watched as Tawni ran off.

I could tell we both felt bad, but it wasn't like it was our fault! It was that stupid kiss cam!

The next day, I tried to get into mine and Tawni's dressing room from my side, but for some weird reason, my door was locked.

Huh, that's weird. I don't remember locking it. Guess I'll have to go try Tawni's side.

I walked over to the door on Tawni's side, but that one was locked too! I knocked on it. "Tawni, the door's locked."

"Go around. Try the door on your side." Her reply was short and snarky.

"I already did, but that one's locked, too." I said, as if it were obvious.

"Oh, I guess you're locked out of both sides then, just like you locked me out of my relationship with Hayden!" She snapped, angrily.

"Tawni, there is nothing going on between me and Hayden. You can't say no to the kiss cam." I said.

"You just couldn't say no to the kiss cam, could you?" I heard a voice from behind me.

I turned around to see Chad and I was already annoyed enough. "Chad, not now."

"I trusted you, Sonny. I trusted you to use my seats responsibly. Instead, I wake up this morning to find this on the cover of Tween Weekly." He held up the newest issue of Tween Weekly, with a picture of Hayden and I, kissing. I made a face at him, which made him mimic my facial expression. "Who is this guy?"

From inside of our dressing room, Tawni shouted, "The love of my life!"

"Then why is she kissing him?!" His voice went up an octave and he sounded so sad. Is it possible that Chad likes me too? Just as much as I like him?

"I don't know!" Tawni screeched back.

I turned towards the door, ready for this to be over. "I told you, it was the kiss cam!"

Just at that moment, Grady and Nico, came rolling a tray holding a bucket full of sandwiches. "Sonny." Nico said.

"It was the kiss cam!" I exploded, before I even knew what he was going to say.

Grady started to guffaw loudly. "I told you it was the kiss cam." He held out his hand as Nico slapped money into his hand.

"Fine! Listen, do you mind tasting our sandwich?" Nico asked.

Before I even got the chance to respond, Chad interrupted. "Wait. You guys have a sandwich? What kind of sandwich?" He looked like he saw them as competition, but was fairly impressed by them.

"The kind of sandwich that can eat your sandwich for lunch!" Grady said in a loud voice.

Nico picked a sandwich up and waved it in front of Chad's face. "Mmm-hmm."

I needed to get rid of them so I could talk to Tawni. "Hey, do you mind taking your sandwich talk somewhere else, please?" I asked.

They walked down the hall, shouting stuff about the Chad and the Granico, which is Grady and Nico's sandwich.

I turned back around to our door. "Look, Tawni, if I get you another date with Hayden, would you please unlock the door?" I asked, hoping she would.

The door opened and Tawni stuck her head out. "Yes, I would."

"Oh, thanks." I said, as I tried to walk in, but she shut the door back and locked it again. I turned around to see Hayden rolling a cart full of food, down the hall. "Hayden, can I talk to you for a sec?"

"Yeah, is Tawni okay?" He asked, looking genuinely concerned. "She ran out so fast after that silly kiss cam thing, I didn't get a chance to say goodbye."

"Well, why say goodbye when you can say hello... again, like on a date?" I chuckled.

"Me and Tawni?" He asked, pointing at himself. "I mean, she's pretty, but I'm not really sure that she's my type."

I tried to think of the right words to describe Tawni, that wouldn't make her sound like a diva. "Tawni is the most down-to-earth, unpretentious, regular girl you will ever meet."

"I don't know. I mean, I wouldn't even know where to take her." He said, it still sounded like he wasn't completely sold on the concept. "My idea of a fun date is just hanging out, eating a home-cooked meal, listening to some music."

"Oh, my gosh. It's like I'm talking to Tawni Hart right now." I exclaimed. "I'm gonna go talk to Tawni right now. Tawni, I need to talk to you right now." I jiggled the doorknob, trying to work my way in.

Once I finally made my way into our dressing room, I ran straight over to where Tawni was sitting on her couch. "Tawni, guess what." I said. "I got you a date with Hayden."

"Good. It's the least you can do, you kiss-cam canoodler." She snapped.

"Well, now, he's gonna canoodle with you-dle." I said, and started wondering if what I said sounded good or bad. But Tawni started to smile, so I guess it was alright.

She clasped her hands together. "At a fabulous Beverly Hills restaurant?" She was anticipating a very expensive dinner, but she was in for a rude awakening.

I ran over to my loveseat, grabbing my red blanket, where I put it over my shoulders. "Well, that depends on what you mean by "fabulous," and "restaurant,"... and "Beverly Hills." I chuckled.

She looked at me with disgust written all over her face. "Where is this date?" She asked.

"Well, he's coming to your apartment for a home-cooked meal and to listen to some music." I said. "Doesn't that sound like a great date?"

"No, it sounds like what you do when you don't have a date." Tawni said with a strange smile on her lips.

"Come on, just work with me here." I said, disappointed that she wasn't even gonna give it a shot.

"Sonny, I don't know how to cook. I don't even have a kitchen."

"No oven, no nothing?" I asked, surprised that her apartment didn't have a kitchen.

"All I have is that heated closet where I keep my shoes." She said, as if that was normal.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. "That's an oven, Tawni."

"So the cold closet where I keep my winter coats..." She inquired.

"Refrigerator." I finished for her.

"I knew it!" She snapped her fingers.

I decided to look for a simple solution. "Fine, you know what? We'll do it at my place and we'll pretend it's yours." I said.

"And you'll do all the cooking, and I'll pretend like I did all the cooking." Tawni giggled.

"Well, I guess so." I agreed.

"And then, you'll do all the cleaning, and I'll go home and take a nice hot bath." She grinned widely, as usual, sticking me with all the work.

Later that night, we met up at my apartment to start with the food.

I told Tawni to dress in something down-to-earth before he got there. Then the doorbell rang. I stuck my head out the kitchen door. "Tawni, are you dressed? He's here."

She came out into the living room, wearing one of the most southern outfits I've ever seen. She had jean overalls, with my red cowboy hat and my red cowboy boots. "What do you think? Cute, huh?"

"I told you to look down-to-earth, not like you're about to plow it." I said.

"I just wanted to fit into this apartment." Tawni said as if the reason why she had decided to wear it was obvious.

"What do I live in? A rodeo?" I didn't exactly feel insulted by Tawni's comment. "Just take off the hat. Okay, now go get the door. I'm gonna be in the kitchen slaving over the hot closet."

"Okay." She said, as I walked into the kitchen.

I started to get the food ready. I turned the oven on and stuff the chicken in and then I started working on the rest of the food. Then Tawni walked in the kitchen. "Hey, how's it going?" I asked.

"When are we eating?" She asked, standing in front of the kitchen door. "I'm running out of down-to-earth talk."

I grabbed an oven mitt and opened the oven door. "The chicken should be just about done," I said, as I threw the pan on top of the stove. "If the oven had been working! Why isn't this working? Uh, I'm sorry, Tawni."

"Just put it in the rotating towel warmer." Tawni shrugged her shoulders as if this was the best option to fix their problems.

"You mean the microwave?" I asked, with a weird expression on my face.

"Whatever. Just cook that thing. I've got a man to impress." She put her hand on her hip and walked back out the kitchen door.

I grabbed my phone off the kitchen counter and speed dialed Grady's number. "Grady, it's Sonny. I need a huge favor." I said. "Bring me some food, something homemade and that can be thrown through a kitchen window please."

"Okay. Oh, okay." Grady said. Over the phone, I could hear him talking to someone else, probably Nico. "She says that we need to bring her some food, something homemade and that can be thrown in through a kitchen window."

"Man, I wonder what we could bring her." I heard Nico say.

"Okay, I'm thinking. I'm thinking. I'm think..." he gasped.

"What?" I asked.

"We'll bring you our sandwiches. The ones we made." Grady said.

"Okay, sounds good. See you guys in a little while." I said, hanging up the phone. "Okay, that takes care of dinner."

I accidentally threw my phone and let go of it and it flew into the kitchen sink and into the disposal drain. "No!" I cried.

Tawni came into the kitchen, flying in through the door. "I'm trying to have a date out there. What are you doing?" She exclaimed.

I stood at the sink, pondering on what I should do. "I dropped my phone down there."

"Well, maybe if you turned the light on, you could see better, silly." She moved her hand over to the disposal drain switch and before I could stop her, my phone was being pulverized by the disposal drain.

"No, that's my phone!" I cried.

"Sorry, it's not like I meant to. Don't raise your voice at me." Tawni said, growing angry.

All I could feel was sad because I just lost my phone. I pulled my phone out of the sink, or what was left of it. I heard a voice from outside the window. "Psst, Sonny." Was Nico's voice.

Then Grady. "Hey, we got your food." He said.

"Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much. I'm gonna go open the big window." I walked over to the big window, and pulled it open for them to start throwing in the sandwiches. "Okay, toss it up."

They started to throw so many sandwiches in the window. "Okay, that's enough! Stop it!" I shrieked as more sandwiches came flying at my face.

I was cleaning all the sandwiches off the floor when Tawni came back into the kitchen. "Where do you keep the non-terrible music?" She asked as another sandwich came flying in through the window. It hit her in the face. "Ow! Oh, my gosh! I lost my contact lens!"

I put the last of the sandwiches on the counter. "You guys, stop it. That's enough." I said, becoming annoyed.

Tawni's eye started to twitch. "I can't believe this is happening." She growled.

From the living room, came Hayden's voice. "Tawni, do you need some help?"

As soon as he said that, her eyes widened. "No! No no! I'm good. I'm good." She started to shoo me out the window. I jumped out the window and on to the stairs outside the window. "I'm fine. I'm just looking for something and I can't really seem to find it."

From outside, I heard Tawni shout "Ow!" as something hit her.

"You okay?" I heard Hayden ask.

"Hayden? Oh, great. Now I lost both contact lens." She said.

"Well, let me find your glasses. Where are they?" He asked.

"I don't know. I can't see!" She sobbed.

"Don't worry. I'll find them." He reassured her. "Man, it's freezing in here. Are you cold?"

"Yeah." I heard Tawni say.

"Let me get the window." Hayden said, as he came over to the window and shut it then he locked it.

As Hayden turned his back, I ran up to the window and tried to find a way in. But there was no way in. I went to the edge of rails where Nico and Grady were at and asked them for their help. "You guys, I'm locked out. Do something."

"Here, catch." Grady said, as he threw up another sandwich which hit me in the face.

"I don't need another sandwich. Just please open the window."

"Okay, okay." Grady said, as he and Nico ran off.

In just a few minutes, they were standing in front of the window, trying to open it, but it was stuck. "It's stuck." Nico said.

"Okay, there's some tools in the bathroom." I said.

"Whoa, if we're gonna be doing some heavy lifting, we gotta be fed." Grady said, rubbing his stomach.

"What?" I asked, confused.

"The sandwiches." Grady said, before he and Nico started to dig into the sandwiches.

I decided I had to find my own way in. Without the help of Nico or Grady. I somehow got out and made my way back to the front door, which had been kicked in. "Oh! What happened to my door?" I exclaimed.

"You mean my door." Tawni said.

"No, Chad, what are you doing here?" I asked, surprised to see him here. "Why are you holding my plunger?"

"You mean my plunger." Tawni said again.

"No, why are you wearing my mom's needlepointing glasses?" I asked.

"You mean my needlepointing glasses?" Tawni asked.

"No, I don't mean that." I said.

She looked at me in a scarce way, pointing her head towards Hayden. But it seems like he's already caught on. "Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You mean you didn't needlepoint these pillows?" Hayden questioned. "What kind of person lies about needlepointing? What's going on here, Tawni?"

Tawni was devastated that this didn't work out the way she had planned it to. She put her hands on his shoulders. "Look, Hayden, who am I kidding?"

"Uh, Hayden's over there." Grady said.

Tawni moved over to the next person beside him and put her hands on his shoulders. "I thought we could really get to know each other." She said.

"One more to the left." Nico said.

She moved over one last time, putting her hands on Hayden's shoulders. "But this is not who I am, okay? This isn't my apartment. These aren't my glasses, and I've never even been to China. I'm Tawni Hart, and I'm a star, and you could take me as I am or not at all. What do you say to that?"

Even from all the way across the room, I could tell that Hayden had a weird look on his face. But then he ran off into the bathroom to throw up.

"Well, I guess that answers that." Tawni said, in disappointment.

"I think it's the sandwiches." Nico said.

Grady took another bite and almost threw up. "Definitely the sandwiches!"

"You mean the sandwich I just tasted?" Chad asked, before all three boys ran in different directions to go throw up.

I sat down next to Tawni on the couch. "Look Tawni," She looked around my head to find me. I moved her face to look at mine. "Right here. I know tonight didn't go the way we thought it would, but I just wanted to say that..."

Tawni interrupted me. "That you're proud of me?" She insisted.

"That you should stick to dating movie stars, hotel heirs, and princes." I said, laughing as Tawni wrapped her arms around me and we hugged.

Later, a while after Tawni and I had been sitting on my couch, a male voice sounded from behind us. "I've got a Blarmey delivery for a Sonny Monroe." He said.

I jumped up off the couch. "My Blarmey, the blanket with arms!" I said, as I took the package out of his arms. I ripped it out of the box. "Tawni, what do you think?"

"Wow, it actually feels really nice." Tawni said, as we started rubbing our faces on it. "You know, you wouldn't think that something so soft would have such an ugly name like..." She got cut off because she threw up. INTO MY BLARMEY, THE BLANKET WITH ARMS.

"My Blarmey!" I exclaimed, wanting to cry. "The blanket with arms!" Turns out, I did cry.

But later, I went into my room to go to sleep, after Tawni had left. I collapsed into my bed and felt a warm body. I recoiled instantly at the feeling and jumped out of my bed.

I pulled the blanket off my bed to see TV's Chad Dylan Cooper, asleep in my bed. I started to shake Chad. "Chad. Get up. Chad, you've gotta get up. I'm tired."

"Sonny? Just lie down. It's fine. We're both tired. Besides, I'm sick." He said, as he scooted away from the edge of the bed so I could lay down.

"Oh, well, thanks, Chad. That's nice of you." I said, as I laid down.

"Sonny?" I heard Chad say.

"Hmm?" I turned over. "What's wrong, Chad?"

"Nothing. I just wanted to tell you something." He said, blushing. Wait...what? Since when does Chad Dylan cooper blush?

"Tell me." I said.

"Promise you won't make fun of me?" He inquired.

"I promise. Now tell me!" I laughed.

"Okay, fine." He said, then he met out a deep breath of air. "Sonny Monroe, I love you."

I stared at him in shock, but then he closed the gap between our lips and we started to kiss right there in my bed.

We stayed that way for several minutes, before we finally pulled away, gasping for air. "Wow." I said.

"Yeah, wow." Chad replied.

"Aw man!" I groaned loudly.

"What? Sonny, are you okay?" Chad asked in a worried voice.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just wish I'd had my phone earlier." I said, giggling.

"Why?" He said, smirking at me.

"So, that way I could've recorded you telling me that you love me." I cackled. "Oh, wait. I already did." I pulled the recorder I got from Selena, which I had cut on before I even got into the bed.

I jumped out of my bed, with Chad hot on my trail. "Oh no you don't! Get back here, Sonshine."

I immediately came to an abrupt halt. "Sonshine? I'm Sonshine?" I asked, blushing.

"Sonny, you've always been my Sonshine. Rather you knew it or not. I've loved you since the first day I saw you dressed up as your character, Madge."

His words brought tears to my eyes. "Chad Dylan Cooper, I love you too." I said, before we kissers again for the second time that day.

And I hoped they would never end. Ever.

I'm thinking about doing a point of view from the entire episode for everyone, except for Hayden.

Just let me know what you think and please don't forget to review to tell me how you feel about it! Love ya!
