Stitched Kitsune: Chapter 35
Flashback (1 week prior); In Kumo, Yugito and Samui's house: With Yugito
Yugito was in a room of her house looking at a board that she constructed; as she was looking at it the door to the room opened up.
"Yugito, it already started; are you coming or what" Samui said as she walked in to see her best friend; upon entering the room Samui sighed as she say her "damn it, you are still on this". Yugito turned and looked at Samui.
"Samui just listen…" Yugito said as she walked over to a map; in the map there were hundreds of different colored strings going to various different points "I think I may have pin pointed another area where they were just at". Yugito pointed at the land of waves with a smile "a report leaked out of Konoha not that long ago that a green haired girl was seen and she attacked a group of Konoha ninja" she said before pointed at a picture; there were 3 crudely drawn sketched of Naruto, Fu and Karin on the wall being held up by scotch tape "and she matches the description of the girl I fought back in snow country".
Samui rubbed her temples "I'm sure there are literally hundreds of green haired girls in the world" Samui said "Yugito, I get it, it was humiliating to be defeated by a group of children; but you have been obsessing over this for years". Yugito frowned at this "I mean… isn't it time to let it go, this is so not cool" she asked.
"Because of them I was sent back to the academy and stripped of my chunin title" Yugito said "the reputation I spent years building was ruined in the span of one mission; I had to beg Lord Raikage to be reinstated and even then I had to get training from his annoying brother". "I don't care if this seems obsessive; they nearly ruined my career" Yugito said before pointing at the picture of Naruto "especially him".
Samui walked over and grabbed her hand and began to pull her out of the room "Yugito, I love you like a sister; but you're acting like a crazy person" Samui said as she led her to the living room "you need to get over it already; your obsession is never going to go anywhere". Samui sat Yugito down on the couch "now lets just sit down and watch the Chunun exam finals in Konoha".
Samui turned on the t.v and upon doing so Yugito went wide eyed at what was just happing on screen "MY REAL NAME IS NARUTO UZUMAKI; FORMER RESIDENT OF KONOHA AND CONTAINER OF THE NINE TAILED FOX" Naruto shouted on the tv.
Samui's jaw dropped as Yugito hopped up and ran over to the tv and pointed "it's him; he's in Konoha" Yugito said and Samui looked at Yugito who had an angry look on her face. Yugito grabbed her forehead protector and tightened it on her "I have accumulated sixty three days of paid vacation; I'm going to lord Raikage to use all of them right now".
Yugito turned and ran out the front door; Samui cursed as she turned off the tv and chased after her "Yugito wait" Samui shouted.
Raikage office: With A, Yugito and Samui
"So let me get this straight" A said looking at the panting Yugito and Samui "you want to use you're paid vacation time to hunt after the kid who kicked you ass seven years ago, find him, beat him up, for your revenge". Yugito nodded and A spoke again "you do know that I cannot allow this since you are a Kumo ninja"; Yugito took off her forehead protector and put it on the desk.
"I'll do this on my own then; off the books" Yugito said "if you let me do this then I will gladly drag his ass back here so we can have the nine tails". Hearing this A had a change of heart as a smile grew on his face.
"Who am I to get in between a woman and her revenge" A said as he stamped her vacation paper "be back by the end of the month".
"Wait; she can't go alone" Samui said and A nodded "let me go as well".
"Fine" A said as he pulled out another paper and stamped it "but just be aware if you two screw up and get captured or killed then that's your problem".
"Thank you lord Raikage" Yugito said "now I will finally have my revenge".
(Flashback end) Current time; Hotel room, Fire country: With Naruto and Kurenai
"Die you little fucker" Yugito shouted as she took a swipe at Naruto with her claws Naruto ducked back and her claws narrowly missed Naruto's chest "you will pay for what you did to me".
"I don't even know you lady" Naruto said as he began to harden his body as Yugito took another swipe at him; Naruto put his arms up in order to defend himself as the claws hit his arms. Yugito's claws hit Naruto's arms with a resounding clang and Yugito's hand bounced off.
However Yugito was not done as she kicked Naruto in the chest sending him flying backwards; Naruto crashed through a window and was sent falling down. Kurenai who was clashing bladed with Samui saw this and shouted.
"Naruto" Kurenai shouted as she blocked another slash from Samui's tanto; Kurenai parried Samui's tanto, following up with an elbow to Samui's face and grabbing her by the collar. Yugito seeing Samui get hit began to rush over, only for Kurenai to throw Samui into Yugito before running and jumping out the window.
Kurenai landed on a roof top and looked around "Naruto; where are you" Kurenai shouted; Kurenai heard a noise and looked to her right and up. Naruto landed on a water tank and put a dent into the metal body.
"Argh…. Arghhh" Naruto groaned as re rolled over off of the tank and fell about 6 feet landing next to Kurenai with a thud "oh man my back" Naruto groaned.
"What did you do to those women" Kurenai asked and Naruto looked at her.
"Hell if I know; I've pissed off hundreds of people" Naruto said as he got to his feet; suddenly from the hotel room blue fire began to erupt out of the windows making Naruto go wide eyed "crap". Naruto looked at Kurenai and spoke "Kurenai, lets split up; we'll divide them into two".
Kurenai had no ideas and nodded "ok, be safe" Kurenai said; Naruto began to run east while Kurenai began to run west. Out of the hotel window Samui and Yugito jumped down; Yugito was in her 2 tailed cloak while Samui stood beside her.
"Go after the woman" Yugito said in a growling voice "he's mine"; Samui nodded and turned. To the west.
"Have fun; and make it quick, we're drawing a lot of attention" Samui said and Yugito nodded; both Kumo Kunoichi ran off in different directions in order to find their targets.
5 minutes earlier; Across town in another hotel: With Sasuke
"ITACHI" Sasuke roared as he aimed a chidori at Itachi's heart; as his hand neared Itachi reached up and grabbed his hand stopping the lighting jutsu. Sasuke's anger quickly turned into fear as Itachi looked down on him with his cold sharingan eyes as his chidori began to die down.
"Was that really all you could think of" Itachi said as he pulled Sasuke in; Itachi proceeded to knee Sasuke in the gut making him cough out his breath. Itachi then grabbed him by the back of the collar and threw him across the room into the wall; Sasuke smacked against the wall and the wall began to crack. Sasuke fell to the ground holding his gut as he looked up at the door.
Sasuke then realized that Itachi and Kisame were not gone and he slowly got back up; Sasuke began to walk towards the door and upon reaching it began to look around but saw that Itachi and his partner was gone.
"Itachi! Get back here" Sasuke shouted.
Outside the hotel Itachi and Kisame were running across rooftops as their latest tip was a bust "so that's four hotels down and six more to go" Kisame said as he ran beside Itachi "are you sure he's even in this town; I mean informants are wrong more times than not".
"He's here; I know he is" Itachi said "what I didn't expect was my little brother to be here"; Kisame chuckled at this and spoke.
"It was pretty funny, him attacking you like that" Kisame said "no strategy, no thought, just 'ITACHI'"; Kisame began to laugh as Itachi looked at him. "Why didn't you just kill him; familial bonds" Kisame asked with a smirk but Itachi didn't show any emotion.
"No reason to kill him; he's no threat to us" Itachi said "now focus; we need to find our target"; a few seconds after he said that there was a loud explosion erupted from across town and both Itachi and Kisame looked over.
Black smoke was emanating from a building and both Itachi and Kisame stopped "You don't think…" Kisame said as he looked towards Itachi.
"I think it is" Itachi said "lets hurry up and find him"; both Itachi and Kisame began to run towards the smoking hotel.
With Fu and Sakura
Fu and Sakura were running across town as they tried to make their way towards the hotel; both girls were in a casino when they heard the explosion and both girls began to make their way back to the hotel to see Naruto and Kurenai.
"What was that" Fu said as she ran beside Sakura "it sounded like a bomb went off"; Sakura looked to Fu with a worried look on her face.
"You think it's Konoha; do you think they found us" Sakura asked worried and Fu shook her head.
"No, no way" Fu said "if we were being attacked by anbu or hunter ninja then they would've hit all of us at once while we were separated". "I think it's somebody else" Fu said and Sakura began to get a bad feeling.
"Who is it; did you guys piss someone off" Sakura asked and Fu groaned.
"Who haven't we made mad over the past few years" Fu said making Sakura go wide eyed "the people of wave, the snow rebels, Konoha, Kusa, Suna; could be anyone at this point".
As Fu and Sakura landed on the next building they both began to feel an intense heat from their right sides; both girls turned just in time to see a fire ball coming towards them. "Move" Sakura shouted as she and Fu jumped apart and the fireball shot past them and hit another building setting it on fire.
Sasuke landed on the roof with his sharingan activated and with a scowl on his face; Sasuke looked towards Fu first and then turned to a blonde girl. It Sasuke only a fraction of a second to realize who he was looking at.
"Sakura… I should've know it was you" Sasuke said in anger "where is he"; Sasuke knew Sakura had something to do with the explosion and had a hunch that she was responsible for the explosion. "Tell me now" Sasuke roared.
Sakura flinched at this as a thought ran through her mind 'he's after Naruto; he knows he's here' ;Sakura swallowed hard and spoke "I'm not telling you a damn thing" Sakura shouted.
"Same here" Fu said as she got into her taijutsu stance "just turn around and go home buddy".
Sasuke's scowl deepened until a smirk crossed his face "you don't want to fight me do you Sakura; I'm your 'Sasuke' right" he said. Sakura scowled at this and got into her taijutsu stance as well.
"I lost those feeling when you tried to fucking kill me" Sakura said "I hate you and i regret ever loving you"; Sasuke chuckled at this and made a hand sign.
"Well since you can't hate me more than you already do right now; how about I give you one final gift" Sasuke said "from one teammate to another". Sasuke puffed into smoke obstructing him from Sakura and Fu; as the smoke cleared Sakura saw what Sasuke did.
Sasuke hanged into Genma Shiranui and spoke "bring back any fond memories" Sasuke said shocking Sakura and making Fu confused "yep… it was me".
Flashback; Genin graduation day: With Sasuke
Sasuke was walking back into training ground 7 in order to meet with Kakashi for some reason; as he entered he saw Kakashi and Asuma waiting by a tree.
"What do you want Kakashi; I'm busy right now" Sasuke said and Kakashi eye smiled.
"What, can't a sensei spend some time with his pupil" Kakashi said and Sasuke frowned "I was just discussing a little bet with Asuma here".
"What kind of bet" Sasuke said and Asuma spoke up.
"I bet Kakashi here if he could get that little pink haired genin of his to blow us, I'd owe him a bottle of Sake" Asuma said "Kakashi here said that she'd do it but I have doubts". Sasuke went wide eyed at this.
"You can't be serious" Sasuke said and Kakashi chuckled.
"Yeah we are; and I thought I'd name drop you to make her do it" Kakashi said and Sasuke rolled his eyes "also… as a little 'welcome to the team' gift, we decided to give you the opportunity to partake".
"Seriously" Sasuke said surprised; Sasuke thought about it for a minute until he shrugged "sure why not". Kakashi and Asuma smiled as Asuma pulled out a photo.
"Henge into our friend Genma; so she doesn't get suspicious" Asuma said and Sasuke nodded; Sasuke made a hand sign and henged into Genma.
"Alright then, wait here" Kakashi said as he began to walk into a clearing; Sakura was waiting by herself and Kakashi began to eye smile 'bottle of Sake here I come'.
Flashback ends: With Sakura and Fu
Upon hearing this Sakura began to shake and feel nauseous as the revelation began to affect her "a-a bottle of Sake" Sakura muttered out "t-that's what I was worth".
Sasuke smirked at what he just did as he undid the henge "and not even the top shelf stuff either" Sasuke said with a smirk "like I said before; only thing valuable about you is that mouth of y-".
Fu using her wing flew forward in a blur of speed and kicked Sasuke in the gut sending him flying; Sasuke was kicked off the roof and fell to the streets down below. Fu turned to Sakura and spoke.
"Sakura snap out of it; we have to take him out before he reaches Naruto" Fu shouted; this snapped Sakura out of her daze. Sakura's fear and anxiety began to morph into unbridled rage and fury.
"You fucking asshole; I'm going to kill you" Sakura shouted as she rushed past Fu and jumped to the streets below; Fu seeing this was surprised at the change in Sakura.
'Wow… maybe I should let her take the lead on this' Fu thought as she flew down to the streets below.
With Naruto
Naruto made his way to a park and he currently had Yugito chasing after him while running on all fours; Yugito was focusing on Naruto as she tried to stop him.
'You won't get away' Yugito thought as she charged her chakra 'Fire Style: Mouse Hairballs'; Yugito fired several fireballs shaped like mice towards Naruto. Naruto seeing this jumped out of the way as the hairballs hit several trees setting them on fire.
'Wait, blue fire, hair balls' Naruto thought as he found and area and stopped turning around to face her; Yugito landed and was in a crouch as she looked towards Naruto "i remember you now; your that cat girl I fought in the land of snow all those years ago".
"That's right, it's me" Yugito said as she got on her feet "the woman you humiliated; you now remember me, you remember my name". Naruto nodded and got into his taijutsu stance.
"Yeah I do; and I will defeat you" Naruto said "come at me Yakitori"; Yugito looked at him wide eyed.
"Yakitori (Japanese chicken on a stick)" Yugito said as she looked to Naruto; Yugito's chakra began to fluctuate and her eyes became solid white "YOU DON"T EVEN REMEMBER MY NAME".
'Oh crap' Naruto thought; Yugito charged at Naruto on all fours and Naruto hardened his body as she neared. Yugito began to slash at Naruto with her claws and Naruto put up his hands in defense; Yugito's claws clashed against Naruto's hardened body and clanging sounds and sparks began to fly off from the friction.
'Kit ,don't you remember; this is the Jinchuriki of the two tails' The Kyuubi said inside Naruto's mind as he ducked under a slash "You're going to need the red head and her chains in order to beat her".
Naruto dodged another slash from Yugito and countered with a punch to her face which resulted in her head cocking to the side 'thank for the info fox' Naruto said sarcastically in his mind. 'To bad she not here to help me' Naruto said as he jumped back and made a hand sign; Naruto turned his gold jewelry into gold dust to form his gold dagger 'she's off somewhere else in the town'.
"Well you have no choice then" The Kyuubi said as it began to concentrate "I'm lending you my chakra boy; don't die, especially to her". Naruto began to feel a surge of chakra flow through his body; Naruto's eyes became slitted as his body was covered in a red chakra.
Naruto looked down to his golden dagger and saw that it was acting like a conductor for his chakra 'ok, that's new' he thought. Yugito charged at him once more and swung her claws; Naruto swung his dagger in an attempt to block her claws.
It came as a shock to both of them when Naruto's dagger cut through her claws like they were paper; Naruto not missing a minute spun around and kicked Yugito across the face sending her skidding across the ground.
"Holy shit, I love this thing, hot damn" Naruto said looking at his golden dagger; Yugito got back to her feet and glared at Naruto.
'Matatabi; how was he able to do that, my claws can cut through swords no problem' Yugito said in her mind.
"It's the Kyuubi's chakra kitten; I think his chakra is reinforcing that knife of his" Matatabi said inside Yugito's mind "Focus my chakra into your claws; then it should no longer me a problem".
Yugito began to focus her chakra as her cloak began to shrink slightly; Yugito's nails regrew and had a slightly blueish hue to them 'thank you Matatabi' Yugito said in her mind. 'I'll only use our final form as a last resort' Yugito thought 'I'd rather not bring more attention than I already have'.
With Karin and Tayuya
Karin and Tayuya were running through some back alleys on their way to the hotel; up until a few minutes ago everything was fine. But now there were multiple battles going on and there were 2 large surges of chakra.
"Holy fuck did you just feel that shit" Tayuya said as she and Karin ran towards that 2 massive spikes of chakra "one of those is blondie for sure; I remember it from the Suna mission". "But what the fuck is the other one; I'm not a sensor type at all but I can feel it from here" Tayuya said.
"I don't know but it seems oddly familiar" Karin said as she was using her sensory abilities 'where have I felt this-' Karin opened her eyes quickly as she looked to Tayuya. "Tayuya, we have a large chakra signature closing in fast" Karin said and Tayuya went wide eyed.
The next thing they knew a volley of water bullets came shooting off from their left; Karin and Tayuya both jumped out for the way and landed. Karin summoned out her puppet while Tayuya took out her flute.
"And where are you two ladies going" Kisame said as he came out an alley with Samehada unwrapped "you two wouldn't know what all this ruckus is right".
"Fuck off fish face" Tayuya said as she began to play her flute; Tayuya's 3 Doki appeared and Kisame whistled.
"You got one hell of a mouth on you girl" Kisame said with a snarky grin "how about I rip it off"; Karin no longer wanting to waste any time sent her puppet towards Kisame. Karin using her chakra chain activated the puppets senbon launcher; Karin's puppet fired a volley of senbon towards Kisame.
Kisame went through hand signs as the senbon was fired 'Water Style: Water wall'; Water appeared out from under the street and formed in front of him. The Senbon hit the water stopping it from hitting Kisame; Tayuya seeing this began to play her flute and controlling her Doki.
Tayuya sent in her club and claw Doki while keeping her third one in reserve; both Doki charged towards Kisame and Kisame got into a defensive stance. The club Doki raised it's club and swung it down towards Kisame in an overhead strike.
Kisame raised up Samehada and held it horizontally over his head to block the club; the club hit Samehada and Kisame was knocked several inches into the concrete. Kisame knocked the club to the side and swung Samehada at the Doki; the sword hit the Doki knocking it away and ripping a chunk out of the side of it. The Doki crashed into a building and Tayuya cursed in her mind.
'Fucking fuck; that better not have destroyed it' Tayuya thought as she sent in her claw Doki; Tayuya's claw doki began to slash at Kisame who began to jump back and dodge the attacks.
'This one's faster than the other one' Kisame thought as he blocked a strike before receiving a hit to the gut; Kisame was knocked into a building but landed on the wall and stood there using the wall walking technique 'but doesn't hit as hard'. Kisame heard clacking and looked to his left and saw Karin's puppet coming towards him.
"Ha; do you think your little dolls can help you" Kisame shouted; Karin opened the puppets mouth and pointed its hands at him "more senbon; I'm so scared". Karin with a click of her fingers began to use the puppets hidden flame throwers and fired 3 streams of fire at Kisame "Oh shit" Kisame shouted in surprise.
Kisame jumped away from the building but not before hit cloak got set on fire; Kisame landed the street and ripped off his burning cloak as the puppet continued towards him. Kisame took a swung at the puppet but Karin was able to move it out of the way in time before the sword hit.
Tayuya using her flute ordered all 3 of her Doki in front of her as she walked towards the battle 'this guy's tough' Tayuya thought as her curse mark began to glow. Tayuya's curse mark began to cover her entire body and she began to transform; Tayuya's skin began to darken as the white of her eyes became black; her eye color changed to a dark gold and she began to grow horns.
Karin seeing this began to feel uneasy as Tayuya's chakra became more violent and malicious "Hey glasses" Tayuya said snapping Karin out of her stupor "get you ass in gear; we're going to need to go all out to beat this guy".
Karin nodded and focused on Kisame "ok, lets do this" Karin said 'Naruto; please hold on'.
With Kurenai
Kurenai and Samui were on top of a roof of an apartment complex clashing blades as both women tried to gain an upper hand. Kurenai slashed at Samui who blocked with her tanto; Samui parried the kunai and then punched Kurenai in the face with her free hand.
Kurenai's head was knocked to the side but Kurenai was not out of the fight; Kurenai brought up her leg and kicked Samui across the face making blood fly out of her mouth. Kurenai jumped back and began to go through hand signs.
Samui looked towards Kurenai and took out several shuriken; Samui charged the shuriken with lightning chakra before throwing them at Kurenai. The Shuriken pierced through Kurenai who then dispelled into rose petals 'what; a substitution' Samui thought; the rose petals began to surround Samui who began to look around frantically.
Samui was cut across her back as she turned around with a slash; however there was nothing there and upon realizing this she was cut across her right calve making her wince 'genjutsu' Samui realized as she began to focus her chakra.
"Lightning Pulse" Samui shouted; Samui fired off a weak pulse of lighting chakra from her body which spread out a few feet from her. This did 2 things, it broke her out of the genjutsu and made Kurenai who was on her left jump back.
Kurenai landed a few feet away and got into a stance 'damn; I didn't work fast enough' Kurenai thought; Kurenai looked to her abdomen and saw that her shirt was burnt and she had a small electrical burn on it.
"So you use genjutsu huh" Samui said as she looked to Kurenai "interesting; I'll have to be more careful now"; Samui focused her chakra into her tanto and her tanto began to crackle with lighting. "Lets see how you fare against me now" Samui said as she rushed towards Kurenai.
Kurenai got ready as Samui approached starting her attack with a slash; Kurenai dodged to the side and tried to stab Samui in the neck but Samui used her arm to block the stab. Kurenai with her hand caught saw an opportunity to gain an edge; Kurenai sent a kick toward Samui's other hand hitting her wrist and knocking the tanto from her grasp.
Samui as distracted for a moment and Kurenai used the opportunity to attack again; Kurenai with a flick of her wrist threw the kunai in her hand towards Samui's head. Samui realized this and moved her head at the last moment; the kunai flew past her head cutting her cheek and taking off a few strands of hair.
Samui retaliated by using her free hand to punch Kurenai in the face before pulling her in and kneeing her in the gut; Kurenai coughed up her breath but immediately got back into the fight as she wrapped her arm around Samui's leg.
Kurenai lifted Samui up and slammed her onto the roof making her cough up blood; Kurenai got on top of Samui and began to punch and elbow her. Samui put her hands up to defend herself but several strikes got through and Samui was hit a few times.
Samui caught a punch from Kurenai and then pulled her in before head butting her in the nose breaking it; Samui rolled to the side and and threw Kurenai off of her. Samui got to her feet and began to look around for her tanto but couldn't find it.
Kurenai got to her feet as well while holding her broken nose; Kurenai snapped it back into place as blood began to drip down from her nose onto her cloths.
"Do you want to give up" Kurenai asked "i really don't want to fight you".
"I don't want to fight either" Samui said "but you have no idea what's it's like living with a crazy woman who's entire life revolves around vengeance against someone who wronged her". "You don't know what it's like" Samui said "you don't know what it's like to be the responsible one".
An image of Anko flashed through Kurenai's mind and she let out a sigh "I kind of do actually" Kurenai said as she got back into her taijutsu stance "but I can't let you kill my favorite student's… sort of… boyfriend".
"Well then; I guess we should continue then" Samui said and Kurenai sighed.
"I guess so" Kurenai said.
With Naruto
Naruto blocked another claw strike from Yugito with his gold dagger; Naruto kicked Yugito in the face knocking her away and into a tree. Yugito got back up and began to gather her chakra.
"Ok screw this; I'm done holding back" Yugito shouted as her blue fire cloak began to spread over her body "I'm ending this now; Yugito began to transform and by the end she turned into a giant blue flaming cat with 2 tails. Yugito opened her mouth and fire began for form in her mouth.
'This is not going to end well' Naruto thought as he began to go through hand signs.
'Cat Flame Roaring Fire' Yugito fired a massive fire ball towards Naruto and Naruto finished his hand signs and slammed his hands onto the ground.
'Earth Style: Mud wall' Naruto created a thick earth wall in front of him and the fire ball collided; Naruto thought he was safe until the wall began to crack. The mud wall exploded and Naruto was sent flying backwards until he crashed into a lamp post bending it; Naruto groaned as he got up and patted out the multiple small fires on his body.
"Kit; you need more power" The Kyuubi said as it began to pump more chakra into Naruto; Naruto's threads began to glow red as his chakra began to morph around him. Naruto began to grow a chakra tail as 2 ears formed on his head.
'Thanks Fox; I'm gonna need it' Naruto said in his mind.
Yugito seeing this began to growl as another fireball formed in her mouth; Naruto got ready as Yugito launched the fireball towards Naruto. Naruto was about to go through hand signs but before he could another fireball hit Yugito's.
"What the hell" Naruto shouted as he looked around.
"Who did that" Yugito said as she looked around.
"I did" said a figure that landed in the area; Itachi stood there and looked at the 2 who were battling 'hmmm… why is the two tails Jinchuriki here; and why is she fighting the nine tails'.
"Who the hell are you" Naruto shouted as he pointed his golden dagger at Itachi.
"I'm Itachi Uchiha; I'm a member an organization called the 'Akatsuki'" Itachi said as he looked to Naruto "and I came here to collect you Naruto; please come with me". "Same with you; surrender and there will be no blood shed" Itachi said to Yugito who growled at him. Naruto groaned as he heard this and he began to grit his teeth.
'Great how did I piss these guys off' Naruto thought until he and Itachi heard a roar.
"You better leave here now" Yugito growled "the boy is mine; I will not have you interrupt my revenge". Itachi narrowed his eyes at this and sighed.
"Looks like I'll have to do this the hard way" Itachi said as he closed his eyes; when he opened his eyes his sharingan morphed into his Mangekyo sharingan and he spoke a single word "Susanoo".
Upon uttering those words a red chakra skeleton formed around Itachi making both Naruto and Yugito stand on edge 'Oh man; now this guy wants to fight' Naruto thought. "Screw it; I'll take you both on, a three way battle is nothing" Naruto shouted.
"Don't count your chicken before they hatch" came another voice; suddenly a large puff of smoke appeared and as it cleared Naruto saw another unusual sight. Jiraya arrived standing on a rather large toad and looking around at all 3 opponents "I was waiting for one of you two to take each other out" Jiraya said looking to Naruto and Yugito.
"Oh and what for huh" Naruto said as he remembered Jiraya 'isn't this the guy I bumped into earlier'.
"To capture the one who remained" Jiraya said as he looked at Naruto "I've been looking for you for a long time Naruto; and from what I see you've been busy". "And now look at this; a traitor and another Jinchuriki" Jiraya said "when I take you back to Konoha I'll ensure that your punishment won't be as severe as it should be". "After all regaining a lost weapon and finding another is calls for a reward" Jiraya said.
Naruto hearing this gulped 'this asshole is with Konoha; this isn't good, a four way battle is not something I'm prepared for' he thought until his eyes opened in realization. "Hey Yakisoba (a Japanese noodle dish)" Naruto shouted towards Yugito who glared at him.
"That's not my name" Yugito roared back.
"Just shut up and listen; these guys want to capture us" Naruto shouted "Let's call a truce and fight these guys together". Yugito growled at this.
"I will never work with you" Yugito said and Naruto groaned.
"It's either work together or die" Naruto shouted "make up your mind lady". Yugito paused for a few seconds until she finally relented.
"I'll fight with you" Yugito said surprising Naruto and shocking Jiraya and Itachi "but when we dispose of them, we continue what you started".
"Whatever" Naruto said; both Naruto and Yugito jumped and landed beside each other and faced opposite directions. Naruto was facing towards Jiraya while Yugito faced towards Itachi "you ready" Naruto asked.
"Let's do this" Yugito said.
Both Naruto and Yugito charged at their opponents as their battle was put on pause and another battle began.
