Stitched Kitsune: Chapter 36
With Naruto and Yugito
Naruto charged at Jiraya while gripping his gold dagger in his hands and Jiraya waited as Naruto closed the distance; Naruto threw the dagger at Jiraya who moved his head to the side. The dagger flew by and Jiraya smirked as Naruto just threw away his weapon.
'Not a smart move kid' Jiraya thought from atop of his toad summon 'you just lost-'; Jiraya paused and heard something coming from behind him. Jiraya jumped off the toad as the gold dagger came back from behind him; Jiraya saw that he got a cut on his shoulder and then the dagger returned to Naruto.
Naruto caught the dagger in his right hand and continued charging at Jiraya "Didn't expect that did you dick face" Naruto said as he began to attack Jiraya. Naruto threw a punch with his left hand but Jiraya dodged the punch; Naruto spun around sending a spinning kick to Jiraya's head but Jiraya caught his leg and held it.
Naruto jumped while Jiraya held his leg and aimed his right arm with the dagger clenched towards Jiraya; Naruto detached his arm and sent it towards Jiraya trying to stab him in the face.
Jiraya moved his head and avoided the attack as it flew past him; Jiraya using his free hand formed a rasengan and pulled Naruto towards him. "Rasengan" Jiraya shouted as he plunged the chakra sphere into Naruto's stomach; Naruto using both his hardening ability and his Kyuubi chakra cloak lessened the blow but the attack still hurt immensely.
Naruto was sent flying backwards until he was caught by Jiraya's toads tongue; the toads tongue wrapped around Naruto in order to restrain him. Jiraya seeing Naruto's chakra cloak fade nodded and spoke.
"Hold the brat while I deal with Itachi and the two tails" Jiraya said and the toad nodded; Jiraya turned around and was about to go to the other battle when his toad began to scream. Jiraya turned around and saw that Naruto had undid his stitches and they wrapped around the toads tongue.
"Get this thing off me" Naruto growled as he quickly used his threads to sever the toads tongue allowing him to fall to the ground; when Naruto landed the toad began to scream and gush blood like a fountain from the severed tongue. Naruto reached into his pocket pulling out a scroll and then opening it; with a puff Naruto's wooded club gifted from Hashirama appeared and Naruto began to funnel earth chakra into it making it glow slightly.
Naruto jumped into the air and raised the club; with all his strength Naruto brought down the club onto the toads head with a loud and resounding crack. The toads skull split in two and it's eyes popped out before falling to the ground twitching.
"Hot damn Hashirama; this thing is awesome" Naruto said speaking to no one in particular; Jiraya hearing this went wide eyed.
'Wait… Hashirama, the first Hokage; there's no way' Jiraya thought as he looked at the club 'without a doubt, that is a product of Lord Hashirama's mokuton; seems to be reactive with chakra'. Jiraya was about to attack until Naruto turned around; Naruto took off his jacket throwing it to the side before taking off his shirt revealing 2 masks.
Both of Naruto's masks shot from his body and onto the ground before taking the shapes of 2 humanoid figures and stood next to Naruto "ok asswipe; lets see how you handle three on one" he said. 'Hey fox, be on standby; I have a bad feeling about this guy' Naruto said and the Kyuubi inside Naruto spoke.
"For good reason; this man is the master of… him" The Kyuubi said in Naruto's mind and Naruto went wide eyed "he was the one who pushed Minato to learn Fuinjutsu and court my previous host".
Naruto scowled at this and spoke in his mind 'He was the master of the fourth Hokage; now I can kill him without feeling bad' Naruto thought; Naruto and his 2 hearts charged at Jiraya who got into his stance.
Meanwhile Yugito and Itachi were both fighting not that far away in a burning forest; Yugito dodged an attack from Itachi's Susanoo as the Susanoo's fist smashed through a tree. Yugito began to run through the forest using the trees for cover and she flanked around Itachi.
'Matatabi; looks like I'll need to use our final form, I don't like it but I see no other way' Yugito said in her mind.
"Ok kitten; just keep your head" Matatabi said as chakra began to pour into Yugito.
Itachi was annoyed as he essentially had to fight with one hand ties behind his back; he could not use his Sword of Totsuka due to the fact he could not risk sealing the 2 tails. He could however use his Yata mirror to block any attack.
Itachi was using his sharingan to track Yugito however the fire and smoke obscured his vision; suddenly out of the fire a giant blue cat made of fire appeared out of the burning forest. Yugito in her Matatabi cat form opened her mouth and a ball of fire began to form.
'Cat Flame Roaring fire' Yugito fired a massive fireball towards Itachi and Itachi raised up his Yata mirror to defend against the fire ball; the fireball hit and the Yata mirror changed it chakra nature and countered the attack.
Yugito now within range elongated her claws and slashed at Itachi; Yugito slashed Itachi on cross his Susanoo's chest creating a large gash surprising him. Itachi used his Susanoo's other hand to create a chakra sword and slashed at Yugito; Yugito ducked under the sword which only severed off one of her chakra tails.
Yugito immediately ran back into the burning forest and out of Itachi's sight 'I see; she was probing be' Itachi thought as his Susanoo began to repair itself 'she was trying to gauge my defenses; she now knows about my mirror and her attacks using her biju chakra can damage my Susanoo'.
Itachi saw Yugito slowly prowling for a second until she disappeared back into the fire 'clever girl' he thought as he readied his defenses.
With Kurenai
Kurenai was fighting Samui in a fast paced taijutsu battle as both women seemed to be equally matched; Kurenai threw a right punch which was blocked by Samui before following up with a roundhouse kick with her left leg.
Samui ducked under the kick and did a spinning sweep kick that took Kurenai off her feet and onto the roof they were fighting on; Samui raised up her leg in an axe kick and brought it down onto Kurenai.
Kurenai put her hands in front of herself and blocked the kick before grabbing Samui's leg and putting both of her legs around it; Kurenai proceeded to roll over taking Samui off balance and put her into a leg lock putting pressure on Samui's knee and threatening to break it.
Samui feeling the pain began to struggle for a few seconds until she made a hand sign; Samui created a thin chakra cloak which shocked Kurenai long enough for Samui to create on opening.
Samui used her other leg to kick Kurenai away and create some distance; Samui looked to her sides and saw that to her left her tan to was under an air vent. Samui scrambled to her feet and rushed over to the tanto; Samui grabbed the tanto and looked over to Kurenai who recovered and got to her feet.
Samui charged Kurenai who was unarmed and Kurenai reached to her pouch; Kurenai threw several shuriken at Samui and Samui used her tanto to knock the shuriken away as she closed the distance.
Samui slashed at Kurenai who dodged the blade as Samui relentlessly attacked her; Kurenai dodged attacks as Samui applied pressure pushing her back. Kurenai was hit by the tanto as she was cut across her abdomen creating a minor flesh wound which stung immensely.
As Kurenai felt the pain Samui sent a stab towards Kruenai's chest in an attempt to kill her; Kurenai however jumped away and made a quick hand sign as Samui rushed towards her. Samui slashed once more and thought she was about to hit her.
However when her blade passed through Kurenai, Samui realized it was another genjutsu; the Kurenai she saw faded and Kurenai appeared off to the right and grabbed her hand holding the blade.
Kurenai grabbing onto the limb sent a rising elbow strike and hit Samui in her elbow; the strike hit and broke Samui's arm making her drop the tanto. Kurenai quickly grabbed the tanto in mid air and sent it towards Samui in a stab.
Kurenai stabbed Samui in the chest sinking the blade up to the hilt into her chest; Samui coughed up blood as she looked down to her own blade in her chest. As she began to fall Kurenai caught her and began to drag her to a nearby wall; Kurenai leaned Samui against the wall and Kurenai spoke.
"If you pull that tanto out, your chest will fill with blood and you'll die in minutes" Kurenai said breathing heavily as Samui looked at her "leave that in and apply pressure; if you get to a doctor you'll live". Kurenai got back up and pulled out a roll of bandages and threw them to Samui "you're lucky I don't kill needlessly; if it was anyone else… they wouldn't be so kind" she said. Kurenai jumped off the roof leaving Samui there along.
Samui grabbed the bandages and began to put them around the wound to apply pressure; Samui got up feeling weak and began to slowly walk away leaving a small trail of blood behind her.
"Y-Yugito" Samui said as she began to walk away.
With Sakura and Fu
Sakura and Fu we're fighting Sasuke in the streets of the town and the streets still had multiple civilians looking on from surrounding buildings as they saw the ninja fighting.
Sakura took out several kunai and threw them towards Sasuke who jumped out of the way; the kunai hit a wall behind him and Sasuke began to go through hand signs. Sakura recognizing the hand signs realized what Sasuke was doing.
"Sasuke, stop don't-" Sakura began but was too late.
"Fire Style: Fire ball Jutsu" Sasuke launched a massive fire ball towards Sakura and Fu using her wings flew over and grabbed her.
"Move dummy" Fu said as she pulled Sakura away as the fire ball flew past; the people inside the building behind where Sakura just was looked on in horror as the fire ball approached.
The Fire ball hit the building igniting it shocking both Sakura and Fu as the screams of the people inside began to fill the air.
"You freakin' psycho" Fu shouted to Sasuke "you just killed a bunch of innocent people".
"Collateral damage" Sasuke said simply as he took out some shuriken and threw them 'Fire Style: Phoenix flowe Jutsu'; Sasuke spat out multiple fireballs hitting the shuriken igniting them as they went towards both Sakura den Fu.
Sakura and Fu jumped apart as the flaming shuriken passed them; Sakura however was hit in the shoulder by a shuriken and screamed as she pulled it out and looked at the wound. The wound was burnt and there wasn't much blood.
'The wound was cauterized; it should be fine' Sakura thought.
Fu rushed towards Sasuke sending a flying kick; Sasuke using his sharingan tracked the attack and put up his defenses. Sasuke blocked the kick and grabbed Fu's leg before attempting to slam her onto the ground; Fu used her wings to slow her descent down and put both hands on the ground.
Fu spun while Sasuke held her leg and threw a spinning kick towards his face; Sasuke's jaw was hit by Fu's attack and stumbled a little bit. Sasuke was so stunned he didn't realize Sakura had gotten close and she threw a punch nailing him in the gut; Sakura followed up with a left cross hitting Sasuke in the face once more before throwing a kick with her right leg.
Sasuke caught the leg and pulled Sakura closer and elbowed her in the abdomen making her cough up her breath; Sasuke spun around while holding Sakura and threw her towards Fu. Sakura slammed into Fu full force as both girls crashed into a shop through the glass window; Sakura and Fu got up groaning as the picked pieces of glass out of themselves.
Sakura pulled a large shard out of her arm while Fu pulled one out of her leg; Sasuke jumped through the broken window and saw both Sakura and Fu get back up.
Fu made a hand sign and shouted "Rinpungakure no Jutsu"; Sasuke prepared himself but was caught off guard when a blinding light flashed him.
"Gah… fuck" Sasuke shouted as he held his eyes; Sakura seeing an opportunity took out a kunai and charged Sasuke. Sakura sent a stab towards Sasuke but Sasuke put his hand out and Sakura's kunai pierced his hand. "I can still her bitch" Sasuke said basically ignoring the pain.
Sasuke twisted Sakura's arm and kicker her in the face before throwing her back into the streets; Sasuke took out the kunai and threw it at Fu who dodged and used her wings to fly past him and next to Sakura.
"Sakura are you ok" Fu asked and Sakura spat up blood; Sakura was about to speak until she and Fu heard chirping. They both turned around and saw Sasuke with a chidori in his hand.
"Die" Sasuke said his eyes full of malice; Sasuke using all his might rushed towards Fu and Sakura at max speed. Fu in a moment of desperation grabbed Sakura and threw her to the side; however she was not clear enough to avoid the attack.
Sasuke pierced Fu in her lower abdomen with his chidori running her through; Fu coughed up blood as Sakura looked on in horror.
"Fu" Sakura shouted as she took out a shuriken and threw it at Sasuke; the shuriken hit Sasuke in his arm right at the elbow hitting both nerves and tendons. Sasuke screamed as he pulled his arm out of Fu and cursed; Sakura seeing this made a hand sign.
Sasuke pulled out the shuriken and looked over to Sakura, however she wasn't there; Sasuke looked around until he felt something rumble from under his feet. Sasuke saw roots begin to appear out of the ground and begin to restrain him.
As they did so Sakura appeared out of the vines and held a kunai in her hand "this is the end asshole" she said; Sakura sent the Kunai towards Sasuke but Sasuke bit his lip causing the genjutsu to break.
Sakura's kunai was inches away from Sasuke's face and Sasuke moved his head at the last moment; however he wasn't fast enough as the tip of the kunai cut his right eye.
"Ahhhh…." Sasuke shouted as he kicked Sakura in the chest knocking her away "You bitch" Sasuke said as he held his eye for a few seconds; Sasuke refocused and looked to where he kicked Sakura.
However he saw that Sakura was gone and he looked to where Fu was; Fu was also gone and Sasuke began to seeth in rage "you…you… PINK HAIRED BITCH" Sasuke shouted as he ran off. "WHEN I FIND YOU, I'LL SKIN YOU ALIVE; YOU WILL NOT HUMILIATE ME".
As Sasuke ran away Sakura undid her genjutsu; Sasuke was in such a rage he did not detect Sakura's basic genjutsu. While Sasuke was in pain Sakura ran over and got on top of Fu and used another genjutsu to camouflage themselves; despite him having his sharingan his unstable mindset made it difficult for him to realize he was under a second genjutsu.
Sakura picked up Fu and began to run 'I'll kill you later Sasuke; I swear it" she thought as she looked at the seriously wounded Fu 'But saving her life is more important'. Sakura kept running in the opposite direction of where Sasuke was going in order to get outside the village to help Fu.
With Karin and Tayuya
Karin sent her puppet towards Kisame using her chakra chains to maneuver it; Karin using her fingers made the puppet point it's arms towards Kisame. With a flick of her ring finger Karin activated the puppets hidden blades hidden in the wrists.
Karin began to spin the puppet as it went to Kisame at an intense speed 'I hope this works' she thought.
Kisame seeing the puppet come towards her smiled as he readied samehada 'child's play' Kisame thought as he swung Samehada at the puppet; Samehada hit the puppet shattering it into hundreds of splinters. However as this happened liquid from inside the puppet splattered over Kisame making him spit and sputter.
"Gah shit" Kisame shouted as he wiped his face; Kisame then smelled what was on him and went wide eyed 'wait… is this Kerosene'.
'Got you' Karin thought as she used her chain to grab an ignition cartridge on the ground and crushed it causing a spark; Kisame was immediately engulfed in flames and Karin smiled.
Tayuya seeing this looked over to Karin "hell yeah Karin; you cook his bitch ass" she shouted in excitement; suddenly Tayuya and Karin heard laughter as the fired died down. Both girls saw Kisame completely wet but not from the fuel but from water from his previous water jutsu's; Kisame used a Jutsu to cover himself in water and appeared to have no damage from the flames.
"You were saying" Kisame said with a smirk; Tayuya looked over to Karin and spoke.
"Karin you fucking suck donkey dick" Tayuya said making Karin gain a tic mark as Tayuya began to play her flute once again and sent all 3 of her Doki to go fight Kisame.
Kisame waited as the club Doki approached and raised it's weapon and swung down at Kisame; Kisame raised up his sword and blocked the blow not even phased by the force of the hit. The claw Doki came up from the side and took a swing at Kisame while he was resisting the club; Kisame jumped over the claws and performed a flip.
While doing the flip Kisame swung his sword and hit the club Doki in the head destroying it; the club Doki dispelled and Tayuya began to get angry "fucking fuck" Tayuya shouted as she moved in her last Doki to engage him.
The Doki sent a kick towards Kisame hitting him dead on and sending him flying back towards the claw Doki; the claw Doki got ready to attack but Kisame was already ahead as he quickly went through hand signs.
"Water Style: Water wall" a wall of water appeared and Kisame landed against it as the Doki's claws hit the other side of the wall unable to break through. Kisame immediately went through another set of hand signs "Water Style: Water Shark Bomb Jutsu"' the water wall morphed into a water shark and bit down on the claw Doki.
The crushing jaws of the water shark caused the claw Doki to dispel as well; Tayuya seeing this recalled her last Doki in order for it not to be destroyed .
"Crap; I'm down to one Doki" Tayuya said as she looked at Karin "tell me you have another puppet"; Karin shook her head at this and Tayuya felt dread.
"No; that was my only one" Karin said as she created 2 chakra chains "looks like I'm using my chains".
Kisame seeing that Karin and Tayuya were running out of options smirked since for nearly the whole fight he's had the advantage; now with Karin no longer having a puppet and Tayuya only having one Doki he knew the battle was close to finished.
As Kisame was about to rush both Karin and Tayuya he saw something float in front of his face; upon closer inspection it looked like a rose petal 'what the hell' he thought. Suddenly more and more flower petals began to fall in front of him and began to surround him; both Karin and Tayuya saw this too and became confused.
"Are you seeing this shit" Tayuya said and Karin nodded "what the hell is going on"; Karin then felt a familiar chakra signature.
Kisame was so distracted by the flower petals he almost didn't see Kurenai come out of the flower petals with a kunai in her hand; Kurenai sent a stab towards Kisame's heart and was nearing the target.
Kisame using his left hand hit Kurenai's hand changing the point of contact; Kurenai was aiming for mid chest but ended up hitting Kisame in his lower right chest instead. Kisame coughed up blood and raised up his sword and swung down towards Kurenai; Kurenai jumped backwards as her genjutsu was dispelled due to Samehada's chakra eating ability.
Kurenai landed next to Tayuya and Karin and Karin spoke "Kurenai, what are you doing here; where's Naruto" she asked and Kurenai spoke.
"We got attacked and we split up" Kurenai said and Tayuya spoke up.
"So Naruto is fighting this dick heads friend" Tayuya asked and Kurenai looked at her confused.
"What? No he's fighting a Kumo Kunoichi" Kurenai said making them both confused.
"Kumo Kunoichi" Karin asked confused; Karin thought hard until she remembered "wait was she blonde with cat like eyes". Kurenai went wide eyed and nodded.
"How did you know" Kurenai asked and Karin groaned.
"Lucky guess; we kicked her ass years ago" Karin said; Kisame hearing this spoke up.
"Well, well; looks like I hit pay dirt" Kisame said "I was planning on killing one of these girls and getting the other to tell me where the nine tails is". "But it looks like I just need you" Kisame said pointing to Kurenai.
Kurenai scowled and got into her taijutsu stance "you girls better get ready" Kurenai said and both Tayuya and Karin nodded.
With Naruto
Naruto and his 2 hearts were attacking Jiraya and so far they not making much progress; Jiraya was basically running rings around them and they haven't been able to land a single hit.
Naruto slashed at Jiraya with his gold dagger and Jiraya ducked under the blade and Naruto followed up by swing his club down at him; Jiraya caught the club with his hand surprising Naruto.
'What the- I used this thing to kill that toad earlier' Naruto thought; Jiraya pulled Naruto towards him and kicked him in the chest once more. Naruto felt some of his ribs crack from the blow as he was sent rolling across the ground 'damn… he hits hard' Naruto thought 'I can takes punches and kicks like nothing; but this guy hits like a wrecking ball'.
Jiraya after kicking Naruto away was attacked by his 2 hearts; one of his hearts opened it's mouth and a ball of wind began to form. Jiraya seeing this began to go through hand signs 'Wind Style: Great Breakthrough'; Jiraya fired a wind Jutsu just as the Naruto's heart fired it's ball of wind.
When the 2 Jutsu collided and blades of wind scattered in all directions; the other heart closed the distance and attempted to hit Jiraya. The heart swung it's arm at Jiraya and Jiraya jumped over the attack; Jiraya doing a flip landed on the other side of the heart and formed rasengan.
Jiraya spun around and shoved the rasengan into the back of the heart; the rasengan cut through the heart killing it.
"Gaaaah" Naruto shouted in pain as he grabbed his chest, despite the heart being out of his body he could still feel the phantom pain; Naruto looked to his other heart and shouted "get back over here". Naruto's other heart ran over and stood in front of Naruto; Naruto's heart went back into his body and Naruto looked at Jiraya.
'Damn it; I got to think of something, this guy is kicking my ass' Naruto thought.
Jiraya seeing the weakened Naruto smirked 'kids on his last legs; time to end this'; Jiraya held out his hand and on each of his fingers small flames began to flicker 'just have to slap this seal on him and he's all mine'.
With Yugito
Yugito ran from cover to cover in the burning forest running circles around Itachi in order to not be still; Yugito ran out of cover coming from Itachi's right side. Yugito opened her mouth and got ready another attack.
'Fire Style: Mouse Hairballs' Yugito fired dozens of small blue balls of fire towards Itachi and Itachi turned as quick as he could; Itachi put up his Yata mirror in defense against the fire ball and most were destroyed. However several made it through and when it hit Itachi's Susanoo the hairballs exploded and the fire covered the Susanoo obscuring Itachi's vision.
Yugito pounced onto Itachi's Susanoo and began to claw and tear at the chakra exoskeleton causing massive damage to it; Itachi now having Yugito at close range readied his chakra sword.
Itachi stabbed his sword into Yugito's Matatabi form and Yugito screamed in pain; Itachi used his other arm to back hand Yugito off of him sending the large flaming blue cat skidding across the ground.
Yugito hit a tree as her cloak began to fade, Yugito had a wound in her lower abdomen and had a hand there holding pressure; Itachi began to walk closer to Yugito and he began to speak.
"You put up a good fight" Itachi said "now it's time to end this". 'I should use Tsukuyomi to put her under; then rest my eyes' Itachi thought 'I've strained my eyes enough for one day'. As Itachi prepared to put Yugito in a genjutsu he heard something behind him; Itachi turned around and saw a massive black pyramid coming up from behind him.
Itachi put his Yata shield in front of him but the pyramid fell apart into black sand and went around it before hitting Itachi's Susanoo; the black sand broke through the Susanoo and Itachi jumped away. When he landed he looked at where the black sand had come from.
"Who are you" Itachi said to the intruder.
Satori came out from behind a burning tree with a smile on his face "the last person you're going to see before you die"; Sasori grabbed his cloak and tore it off throwing it aside. Both Itachi and Yugito were stunned to see Sasori's puppet body "tell me; does your genjutsu work on someone who isn't human anymore" he asked.
Sasori using chakra strings called down the puppet of the third Kazekage and began to manipulate it's iron sand "I will very much like to add you to my collection" he said.
Itachi cursed as he deactivated his Mangekyo sharingan and began to use his regular version 'damn it; why now of all times' he thought.
With Kurenai, Karin and Tayuya
Kisame took a swing at Kurenai who jumped over Samehada doing a back flip and landing; Kurenai took out several shuriken and threw them at Kisame.
Kisame blocked the Shuriken with his sword and smirked; Tayuya using her flute sent her last Doki towards Kisame. The Doki opened it's mouth and a strange kind of demonic worm began to come out.
"What the hell is that" Kisame asked slightly disgusted as the worm began to go towards him "fuck it, I don't care"; Kisame slashed at the worm cutting it i half, however it reformed and kept on chasing him.
Kisame cursed as he once more went through hand signs 'Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu'; Kisame used the water on the ground to form a water dragon and sent it towards Tayuya and her Doki.
Tayuya jumped out of the way into time but wasn't able to move her Doki fast enough and it was destroyed by they water dragon. 'Fucking hell' Tayuya thought as she no longer had her Doki.
Kisame charged at Tayuya but was met by 2 chakra chains; Karin began to attack Kisame with her chains and Kisame was dodging the attacks. Karin whipped her chains at Kisame and Kisame put up his sword in defense; the chains wrapped around the sword and Karin smirked as she tried to pull away.
However she realized too late that Kisame was leagues stronger than her; Kisame swung his sword taking Karin off her feet and swung her hard. Karin flew for a few seconds and smacked into a pole back first as a loud crack echoed through the air; Kurenai and Tayuya looked on in horror as they heard the sound of Karin's back breaking.
Kisame charged at Karin in an effort to finish her off and both Kurenai and Tayuya went in in order to stop him; Kisame raised up his sword and was about to kill the crippled Uzumaki until his blade stopped.
Kurenai and Tayuya stopped as they saw who stopped Kisame "Hey fish face; it's been a while" Zabuza said as he held back Samehada with his executioners blade. Zabuza kicked Kisame in the gut knocking him away; Zabuza reached down and picked up Karin before throwing her towards Kurenai.
Kurenai caught her and looked at Zabuza "what are you doing here" she asked and Zabuza spoke.
"Saving your skin; now get out of here and head out of town" Zabuza said "we ran into Sakura and Fu, they're fine; I'll hold off Kisame".
Kurenai nodded and Tayuya spoke "You're a badass motherfucker" Tayuya said as she and Kurenai ran off; Kisame seeing this began to chuckle.
"You know you can't beat me Zabuza" Kisame said as Zabuza got into his stance "you'll die here".
"Maybe" Zabuza said as he gripped his sword tighter "but…I can hold you off long enough for the other to escape; and that's as honorable of a death as shinobi could ask for". Kisame began to laugh hysterically at this.
"Honor, you; are you really the Zabuza I remember " Kisame asked and Zabuza smirked under his bandages.
"Yeah… a better Zabuza than the one you knew" Zabuza said "enough talk; lets fight".
With Naruto
Jiraya rushed towards Naruto with his finger tips ablaze and Naruto gripped his club and dagger tight; as Jiraya approached Naruto took a swing with he club but dodged the attack. Naruto followed up with a slash from his dagger but Jiraya caught it with his free hand before hitting Naruto in the gut.
"Sealing Jutsu: Five pronged seal" Jiraya shouted as he hit Naruto; Naruto felt his entire chakra system go haywire as it felt like his insides were on fire. Naruto felt weak and awkward as his hardened body began to go back to normal; Jiraya proceeded to punch him across the face making him see stars.
Naruto hit the ground hard as he was barely awake now; Naruto looked up to Jiraya standing over him "you made this more difficult than it had to be kid" Jiraya said "time to pack it in". Before Jiraya could do anything else he felt heard something behind him.
Jiraya turned and saw a creature much like Naruto's heart appear and take a swipe at him with it's claws; Jiraya jumped away but the heart opened it's mouth and a ball of electricity began to form.
Jiraya went through hand signs himself 'Wind Style: Air bullets' Jiraya began to fire air bullets at the heart but to his surprise the heart canceled it's attack. Another heart came out of the woods and fired a stream of fire towards the wind bullets; both Jutsu combined and the stream of fire was magnified.
Jiraya landed and jumped out of the way receiving a small burn wound on his left arm; Jiraya patted out the small fire and looked at the 2 creatures.
'What the hell; how did he make those' Jiraya thought.
Naruto was barely conscious as he looked to his side as another figure stood over him; he recognized the pants, the tan skin and the green eyes that pierced whatever they were looking at.
"K-Kakuzu" Naruto said with a small smile; Kakuzu kneeled down and looked over Naruto.
"Naruto, are you ok?! Naruto!" Kakuzu asked in concern.
"Heh… you came… I hope… that-" Naruto began but passed out halfway through; Kakuzu groaned and made a hand sign. An earth clone appeared and picked up Naruto.
"Take him outside the village" Kakuzu said and the clone nodded before running off; Jiraya seeing this began to seethe in anger until Kakuzu looked at him with a death glare. "You hurt my apprentice and destroyed one of his hearts" Kakuzu said as hit other 2 hearts exited his body and took their humanoid shape "yours should make a fitting replacement".
"The boy belong to Konoha" Jiraya said scowling at Kakuzu "he is our weapon, our property".
"He's no one's weapon; he's a free man" Kakuzu said "enough talking; there's nothing more to say". Kakuzu and his hearts charged at Jiraya who got into his defensive stance as another battle was about to begin.
